Hepatitis is a disease of the liver, and there are three distinct types that are most common, ranging from a preventable and easily curable infection (Hepatitis A) to other variations, including Hepatitis B and C that are acute and chronic diseases—both potentially fatal. In addition, there are two rare forms of Hepatitis, D and E. Are you properly vaccinated to prevent Hepatitis A? How exactly are the other, more serious, forms of the disease transmitted?
