Amy Symington, BAH, MSc, is a nutrition professor, research associate and chef at George Brown College (GBC), where she teaches nutrition and culinary courses, develops nutrition focused curricula and works on health based research projects. Amy joins host Lisa Davis to share some simple tips for prepping for a week of healthy, delicious meals and snacks. She also discusses the importance of functional nutrition and which foods serve you best.
