March 3rd kicks off National Consumer Projection Week and Loraine speaks with Reginald Wade Jr., United States Postal Inspection Service Inspector and Team Leader about some ingenious scams targeting foreign students, executives looking for jobs, veterans and of course there are the romance scams.

The arrest of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft last week for allegedly soliciting prostitution at a Jupiter, Florida massage parlor has shed new light on the little-known industry of human sex trafficking. We’re going to talk with Yolanda Graham, M.D. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health’s Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Medical Office. Dr. Graham and Devereux are fighting against the $150 billion-per-year industry – which uses force, fraud or coercion to lure victims (often children) and force them into labor or commercial sexual exploitation – through its residential Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) program.

Dr. Dorothy Johnson Speight is the co-founder of Mothers in Charge – Loraine talks with her about her journey from a mother who lost her son to gun violence to the inspiring leader of an organization that is truly increasing peace on our Streets.
