it right away, bag, Relax, It's Crystal's Nightcap. I guess has

(03:04):
been gone for a few weeks. Two weeks in Greece, a week here
in New York City with my manZaddi, who just left yesterday morning.
Now I'm all alone, but wehad an amazing three weeks, so I
am going to get into it rightnow. So we've been planning our trip
to Greece for months since February,I believe, and I have this eight

(03:31):
sheet Excel spread in Google Docs.I have it color coded. I am
one of those travelers. Now,I never have been one of those travelers.
But I also never have been insuch a crazy country like Greece.
Last year, we did a fewnights in Dubai with my Primagavi because we

(03:53):
got to visit my girl at Rishaand that was so fun. I cannot
believe we actually went to Dubai. My neighbor she was like a crystal,
I'm living in du Buy for thesummer, you better come visit me.
I'm like, don't say that,because I will. And then I DMed
her and she's like, are youcoming. I'm like yes, So me
and Govi wentz. But also I'venever been to Europe before. So for

(04:15):
my Dirty thirty, I did wantto do a vacation trip with my friends.
But when my Dirty thirty came aboutin March, at the end of
the day, I think I decidedto just do something back home in California
with my friends and family because Iwanted everyone that I loved around me for
my birthday and you can't really dothe auto trip. So then me and

(04:35):
Zaddie are just talking in chatting. We're like, we have not been to
Europe. We haven't really traveled anywherefor us. Whenever we travel it's for
work or just for family things. Why don't we plan a trip ourselves?
Where in Europe should we go?And we're thinking I couldn't really think of
anywhere. I couldn't think of anywhere, And then he goes, why don't

(04:57):
we go to Greece. Let metake you to Greece for your dirty thirty.
I said, yeah, oh mygosh, absolutely, let's do grease.
So then when we think about it, we were with Zaddy's good friends,
his best friend and his best friend'sgirlfriend, and we brought it up
to them. We're like, youguys should come with us, and they're
like, yeah, we'll go.And then we're getting to planning it and
we're like, are you guys actuallytrying to come? And they're like,
yes, they actually plan to gowith us. So it's me, Zaddy,

(05:20):
his best friend, and his bestfriend's girlfriend. And we've already traveled
to Disneyland with them last year,so we already knew that they're really easy
to travel with and no problems,so I was not worried about traveling with
them at all. Sometimes it's hardto travel with people. Maybe you have
different budgets, maybe you have differentideas of what a vacation is. Maybe

(05:41):
you guys have different sleeping schedules,or drinking and drugs schedules, or there's
so many things that go into travelingwith friends. And luckily they're, like
I saw in Disneyland, very veryeasy, and they're just kind of go
with the flow and they do prettymuch whatever we want, we do with
they want. It's all very cool. We were doing this itinerary together,

(06:03):
so I'm going to go through theactual itinerary with you now so I can
let you know what we're doing dayby day in Greece now our Google sheet
it's called grease Lightning in twenty twentyfour. It started Wednesday, May fifteenth,
where all three of them flew fromSan Francisco to JFK and then they

(06:25):
landed that night, and then Thursdaywas the flight out of JFK at eight
twenty a direct flight to Athens,Greece, which is the capital of Greece.
It's the big city. It's thebiggest city of Greece is Athens,
and that's where we touched down. Now, the thing is, we technically

(06:48):
did like a red eye right becausewe flew eight PM, but weren't going
to get there until one pm thenext day, especially with the time difference.
There's a seven hour time difference atGreece is ahead. So we pull
up and I tell everyone. Sothat's the first day. Mind you,
everything's already in the dock, everyoneknows what tours were on. Most of
the tours are pre booked. Youcan cancel the tour up to twenty four

(07:11):
hours ahead of time for no charge, so it's all pretty easy to go
with. We land and we knowthat we're going to do a walking evening
food tour at six pm, soI'm thinking by the time that we check
in and everything will be three four, we can rest for a little bit,
but then we got to meet inthe little Square area to start the
food walking tour, and we haveto power through and not sleep, because

(07:34):
if we get there and take anap and sleep, then that means that
we're going to be behind when itcomes to the time change, even for
the next day, so the wholeweek is going to get thrown off.
That's what I saw on TikTok.I was doing a lot of TikTok hashtag
traveling to Greece. I was doinga lot of YouTube Grease travel walking video.
So I kind of already mentally wasin Greece before I even got there.

(07:59):
But we go to evening food tourand it's awesome. I mean,
we're just so excited. This isa new city. It's such an old
city, I mean old, old, old, And we go to the
first place, which is kind oflike different types of meats and charcuterie and
cheese, and that's where we learnedabout yamas, where you cheers every single

(08:20):
person around you on a table. You have to cheers them. That's the
Greek tradition of the Greek way. That's what yamas is. It means blessing
you with good health. So we'relearning to yamas with the wine. I
am feeling a little heartburn situation.I also don't want to be hung over
the next day because we are goingto get up early to do a tour,

(08:41):
so we take it kind of easy. We do the little charcuteri thing.
We go to another place that haseuros and they love those euros.
And then after the euros, wego to another place. That's where the
politicians back in the day, thediplomats back in the day would hub at
this taverna, which is a taverna restaurant tavern and then you can go

(09:03):
to the little square and then yousee the crop lists with the parathon.
I think that's what it is,parthion, parthion. I'm bad with words,
so excuse me. But we dothat, and then we go to
a little donut place and get donuts, and then the walking tour ends at
nine pm, six to nine,a good solid three hours. Afterwards,

(09:26):
we were kind of tired, sowe just want to walk to the room
and get a good night rest becausethe next morning we got to be up
at six point thirty to get breakfastbecause we're getting picked up at eight am
for a private Athens half day tour. So awesome. We're really excited to
do this tour. We are upin Adams. I have my cue little
outfit on. We go to ourbreakfast at our hotel, and then we

(09:50):
get picked up at the hotel, all four of us, by this man
that's from Athens, and he takesus straight up to the Atropolis. Now,
the funny thing is that I forsome reason decided I didn't know how
this ended up coincidentally, but webooked this tour on the National Free Tour

(10:11):
Day of Athens. So even thoughour tour is supposed to pay for all
of our tickets for all the thingsthat day, coincidentally it was free anyways.
So that was a little annoying, but it was totally fine. We
got there, and I mean it'swe get there at like eight thirty in
the morning, it's already kind ofpacked with people. Usually if you get
there first, there's not a lotof people, but because it's a free
day, everything is just packed. So we're there and I'm just so excited.

(10:35):
I've never seen anything in my lifethis old. I mean Athens,
Like I said, it's the biggestcity of Greece. And their god is
Athena, the daughter of Zeus thatcame from his head. That's how that's
what we learned, and they praiseher there. So the cropolis means the

(10:58):
highest point of the city, sothey build temples there. So the Temple
of Athena was there, and therewas other temples there too, like side
temples, like side peace temples, and it was just so cool to see.
I've never seen anything like it.They're trying to restore parts of it
still because what we learned is thata girl through history, because I think

(11:20):
this was built like three hundred fourhundred BC or even older than that.
I mean, there's so many templesthat we went to, so I can't
really remember the exact history of everysingle one of them. But these were
built so long ago that obviously throughwars other countries or side states would come

(11:41):
and they would hit the monument ofthat city. Right, So this temple
had been demolished and torn down fromthe top to the bottom three different times,
and the most recent time there wasa king that came and started stealing
parts of the Temple of Athena totake to his house and have about his
house as a shrines and just decorationat his house. So crazy. So

(12:03):
there's still I mean it's not evena little bit standing. I mean there's
pillars, but most of the pillarsare gone, but still cool to see.
And there's, like I said, other side quests there too. I'm
just so excited, you know me. My mind automatically is going to the
content. So I'm like pictures, pictures, pictures, pictures, videos,
video videos, and within ten fifteenminutes, Zaddy is already triggered by all

(12:24):
these pictures and videos and I'm tryingto take now that's normal because even the
other his best friend, was annoyedtoo, because me and homegirl are just
like pictures, pictures, videos, stand here like lighting all these things.
And my boyfriend Zaddy already had itwith the pictures. He goes, are
we just gonna be taking pictures thewhole time? Like? Can we at
least enjoy? And I'm like,I'm gonna be taking as many pictures as
I want. You could do whateveryou want. So then I hand the

(12:46):
phone to my homegirl and I'm like, here, can you take a picture
of me here? Please? Andthen he comes to take a picture.
I'm like, no, you don'tget in my picture, then don't get
any of my pictures. If youwant to be in any of my pictures
from this trip, then don't getany. Because we both found a lot
of money to come here. We'vebeen wanting to be on the trip for
a very long time, and theonly thing that we're gonna have when we
get back home is pictures and videos. So if you don't want to be
in them, don't be in them. I snapped at him, and he

(13:09):
was like like a little shaking shouawas scared. So then after that he
calmed down and let me take allthe pictures that I wanted and was a
little more calm with the pictures. But we're just different people, you know,
Like I need the angle, Ineed the lighting, I need the
perfect background. I need people wouldbe away from me my pictures, and
that does take some time, andif that's not your thing, then that

(13:30):
could be annoying. So in hisdefense, I could see how it's annoying.
But this was gonna be a trendon the trip. We never got
into actual fights about it, buthe just at one point said, can
we all just at least take tenminutes from when we get to a new
place and just take it in andnot take pictures. Can we just go
around the whole place and not takepictures once? And I was like,

(13:52):
okay, but by that time,we're gonna go around not take pictures,
and then we're gonna spend time takingit a whole second time. Now you're
gonna get it annoyed that I wantto take pictures the second time. I
want my pictures and videos. Iwant my content. Get with it or
get lost. So this was atrend. I think it's a total normal
thing for couples to go through becauseit wasn't just us. You saw all

(14:13):
the other couples that are there andfamilies that are there with the girls or
the guys want to take pictures andthe other ones kind of annoyed. The
thing about the pic my dad andgrowing up was the video and picture guy.
My dad has cassettes and cassettes. He had the camp quarter out.
He would put out the tripod forour basketball games and volleyball games. In

(14:35):
our recitals, my dad would pullup the tripod, get his little handheld
camp quarter and would just have itthere. I mean, I have my
entire childhood documented like that is howI grew up. And my dad now
when we go on family trips,my dad is the first one. Selfie.
Selfie, selfie, selfie. Thatis just how my dad is.
If you have, for some weirdreason our friends with him on Facebook,

(14:56):
then you would see that. SoI am my father's daughter, and yes
I am the contaent curator of thetrips. And I would remind him all
the time, You're gonna look backand you're gonna be so happy that we
took all these photos and videos andwhat are we doing now. A week
after our Grease trip, he issending me photos. Oh my gosh,
we look so cute here. Ohmy gosh, I'm so happy. Exactly

(15:16):
exactly. So Acropolis was amazing, and then we went to another area.
I mean, this was just likea half day tour of the best of
Athens. We went to Zeus's temple, which was insane. It was insane.
Zeus's Temple was insane. Ol listen, this is crazy what we learned.

(15:37):
I like taking these tours with thetour guides because you learn so much
from them, and if you justgo on your own, you kind of
have to learn on it on yourown if you don't buy a tour at
wherever you're going. So that's whyI really enjoyed taking these tours. So
what we learned from our tour guideat the Zeus Temple is that when it
started being built, they wanted tobuild like two hundred pillars for him,

(16:04):
and as time was going on theygot through It would have taken eight hundred
years to build all of these pillarsfor Zeus. And as they were building
it over time, like the seventhyear, all of the people of Athens
were like, what are we doinghere, like we are just wasting so

(16:26):
much time and resources building this daytemple. This temple is never gonna get
built. I mean only gods canreally build a temple like this. Why
are we doing this? They're like, okay, right, We're gonna stop.
So they only built like twenty pillarsout of the two hundred they were
supposed to build, and it tookeight years to build those twenty pillars.

(16:47):
And now when you go to visitit, I think there's only like four
of the pillars standing right now,and there's even some pillars that are sideways
on the floor wrecked. Again, this is from time passing, this is
from wars, this is from weather. There's been an earthquakes in Greece,
so even see some pillars that arejust completely sideways, but they are trying

(17:08):
to again restore and they are continuouslyrestoring whatever they can. So that was
Kurrai krasing Zeus's temple. I wouldten out of ten recommend I mean,
those are the things to do inAthens is Acropolis and the temple. You
can go to the Olympia Stadium, which is the first official Olympic stadium in

(17:30):
the world, which is really cool, like the first World Olympics. That
stadium is in Athens and it's nowan open stadium where you can go in.
They even have concerts there. Craziness, cold Play is playing there like
now or like they just played theretwo days ago, and I'm really sad
that I didn't get to see themthere. Out of known cold Play was
playing that last weekend, I wouldhave completely changed my trip around that.

(17:52):
But that's a different conversation. Sowe go to the Olympic Stadium and we
don't go in, but we're justkind of hanging out outside. I did
want to go inside, but thatwe didn't have enough time, I guess
for that or something like that.So we're outside and it's just so cool
and means Zaddy gets some content outthere which is really cute. You can

(18:14):
check all of that out on obviouslymy socials at lat Crystal Real, SUS.
And then after that, the tourguide is like, all right,
that's amazing. Now we're going todo the Napoleon Temple, which is about
an hour drive away, and we'relike whoa, whoa, and he's like,
yeah, you bought the two youbought the two package. I was
like, did I like yeah.I was like, oh, I thought
I bought the half day. They'relike, oh, no, you bought

(18:36):
the half day with the bonus.I was like oh. And we were
so tired by this time, becauseagain it was like eight am to like
it was about like four pm atthis point. I think I forgot something.
Oh, I forgot the Agora.I forgot. We went to the
agora, which means a place tofreely speak, free speech, and Aristotle

(18:57):
spoke there, Plateau spoke there.A whole bunch of philosophers from the lands
Europe, all over Europe would cometo teach and to speak freely their thoughts
on humanism, philosophy. Socrates spokethere. A democracy was built their politics.

(19:18):
Democracy was born there at that agorathat we went to go visit.
And that was also the temple ofHephestus, which is another one of Zeus's
children, and the the the godof war is Hepestus of archery Efestus.
So you learn different things, right, you remember you can hear these things
a few times, do you rememberit? But well, the interesting thing

(19:41):
is at the Agora, it ispretty much like sea level, so it's
not you know, the top ofthe city. So it is the most
up kept temple of all of Athens, like and a lot, and actually
of most of the temples in Greece. If you go to the Temple of

(20:02):
a Festus, which won ten outof ten, go it is like nothing
has ever happened to it. It'snever gone struck in by war because they
were always coming for a Zeus's temple, or they were always coming for the
Temple of Athena on the top ofthe Acropolis. So this temple is like
a real standing temple that had neverreally been messed with at all, And

(20:22):
it's so cool to see how intactit is and the detail that was put
into it and how well it's beenpreserved. So you get to see that,
and there's even ruins around it theyexcavated, so you see kind of
were it was like the town kindof meeting area, the town square,
so it's just really cool. Andthen next connected to it they had there's

(20:44):
a museum you can walk around andsee these amazing statues and artifacts and those
Greek jugs that you see opening onthe Disney's Hercules movie. So wow,
I mean, I was, Iwas shook it. I was shook ath
So yes. After the Olympus Stadium, our tour guy told us that we
also got the second part of thetour, which was going to be from
like four five pm to eight pm, and he said, if we didn't

(21:07):
want to do it that day,we can save it for another day.
So we were going to just savethat and do that part of the trip
when we get back to Athens, the last two days of our entire Greece
journey. So after that we're alittle tired. We go back, take
maybe an hour nap, wake up, and I have dinner reservations for us,

(21:27):
so we all. You know,in Athens, you can actually kind
of walk everywhere. I think everywhereis between a thirty minute to an hour
walk even shorter than that. It'sa big city, but it's kind of
small too, and all the mainthings are in walking distance from each other.
So we were able to walk todinner, and I reserved dinner for

(21:48):
us at the Cave of Acropolis, which is a more traditional place to eat.
I did a lot of research onthe restaurants that we're gonna go to
and made reservations for I wanted someto be you know, cute boogie and
ice, but I also really wantedto get an authentic experience. I didn't
want to go where all the touristsare going. I wanted to also go

(22:11):
places that the locals go. SoI found Cave of Acropolis, which is
awesome. It's Implaca and they havelive music there. And we pulled up
and there was a small Greek bandplaying in a large Greek family that was
dancing around. If you were watchingall my stories, you were able to
see that. And they had soldreal, authentic, authentic Greek food.

(22:33):
Even the servers didn't really speak muchEnglish, so it was really cool and
it was an awesome place right kindof next to part of the Acropolis,
which is up on the top soyou can kind of see up to part
of the Akropolis. Loved having dinnerthere and that little area around was so
cute. After that, we walkedto a bar, and the thing about
Athens is they have pop and rooftopbars because you want to get the view

(22:56):
of the Acropolis. So we're ableto do a little bar hop. It
was a Saturday night, so itwas live, and this was the week
before Memorial Day weekend, so thetourist season hadn't officially started yet, which
I'm so thankful. We planned onpurpose because we didn't want to go when
it was Hella Hello, crowded withtourists. That's why we decided to go

(23:17):
a little earlier, the second tolast week of May, so that we
weren't going to get hit by allthe rushes of the tourists that come during
the summer, which is right aftera Memorial Day weekend. So we're walking
around. It's not too crowded, but it is a city, so it
is a little bit and the barscene is awesome, and there's like music

(23:37):
playing and there's some cracking spots, and we're walking around and then we're asking
the locals that are at the barsand our servers where should we go?
Where should we go? So theyrecommend this one place to us and it's
kind of like a really cool barwith the DJ. So we decided to
go over there and it is packedshoulder to shoulder, The strobe lights are

(24:00):
going, the music as loud ashell. I turn around, Zaddy's having
a panic attack. Zaddi gets overstimulatedand he I mean, I can't talk.
When I was in Miami at theclub, remember last not this past
winter, but last winter with cousinPrima Gavi. I almost had a panic
attack too. At the club.We had to leave live because it was

(24:22):
just doing too much. So ifI'm already kind of up in the day
and I kind of already know whatI'm getting into and I am in that
mood to go, I don't reallyhave problems. But Zaddy he it was
just too cramped, music, tooloud, too sweaty in there. He
says, I can't be in here, like we need to leave, we
need to leave. I'm like, okay, okay, So we leave.
We're kind of walking around the streetsof Athens, which is awesome, and

(24:45):
I feel safe because obviously I'll havemy boyfriend there. But I wouldn't walk
around those streets by myself as awoman. I wouldn't walk around with my
prima gavi either, just the twoof us. I think group of three
girls is cool. I didn't feellike it was too dangerous, but it
could be. And there are alot of people that do pickpocket. It's

(25:07):
just known. Even the local Atheniansthere know that there are a lot of
pickpocketers. So just be really wearyabout that. If you decide to go,
don't keep your cell phones in yourpockets. Maybe get a fanny pack
or have a purse that has azipper so people can't just like easily go
in there. I'll tell you aboutour pickpocket experience that happened pretty much the

(25:29):
last night of Athens down the road, but that was our first full day
pretty much in Athens. The nextday, we were going to get up
not too early, but we weregonna picked up at ten thirty am to
do a bibical tour of Corinth andfollow Saint Paul's footsteps. I was shaky
about going on this one. Iknew that it was a cute idea and

(25:51):
it's a different place than just Athens, but I was worried that we were
gonna just want to relax that dayand that the day was going to be
a lot Saturday. So are wesure we want to do back to back
tours? But Zaddy and I are. We've really been exploring our religion and
our faith and even started reading theBible. Zaddy reads a lot more than

(26:12):
I do, and he really reallywanted to go on this biblical tour.
When I brought it up to thegroup, I was like, we don't
have to do this one if wewant, like, are you guys sure?
And Zaddi was the one. Iwas like, no, I really
want to do this one. Iwas like, okay, then we'll do
it. If we're gonna do it, we're gonna do it. We also
made an agreement as a group, since there was four of us, that
if there was anybody that wanted totap out at any point, you can

(26:33):
totally do that and it's fine.Or if there was any tours that maybe
a couple didn't want to go to, or maybe only mean our homegirl wanted
to go to, or maybe onlythe boys wanted to go to, it's
free for all. No one isobligated to stick to this itinerary. Everyone
could do whatever they want and ifit was just too much, then you're
fine. So they did agree tocome on the tour with us, and

(26:55):
we woke up and our tour guidewas so cool. He was a different
we love this guy is such asilly guy. And we are getting driven
first to the Canal of Corinth andI was just like, okay, we're
gonna go see a canal like whatever, No, I think like out of
the whole trip, if I'm lookingback seeing that canal, I don't know

(27:19):
why, but it was the coolestthing, and life got brought into me
when I saw this thing. Ifyou are going to be traveling to Athens,
ten out of ten, and especiallyif you are religious and maybe are
a Christian or Catholic and want tolearn a little bit more and explore a

(27:40):
little bit more about that, thisbiblical tour to Corinth following Saint Paul's footsteps
was so cool. I mean,it was just an unexpectedly cool tour.
I am ten out of ten,so thankful and so happy that we did
end up going to this one becausewe had so much fun and the food

(28:06):
at the restaurant we went to,Oh my goodness. So we see this
canal and I don't understand why we'redoing this, but obviously the tour guide
teaches us that in this part ofGreece for the longest time, there's okay,
So Greece Athens is like the mainland, right, and a lot of
ships would come up from the eastand they want to go towards the west

(28:30):
side. And for many, manyhundreds and hundreds of years, even thousands
of years, for boats to gofrom the east to the west, they
had to travel all the way down, kind of like Panama on the Panama
Canal. Right, it's giving thatright until there was this, Uh,
he's not a president, what arethey? I don't know this leader.

(28:52):
And he went to the oracle. And he goes to the oracle and is
like, I'm tired of all ofus having to boat all the way around.
There's this six mile long area thatwe could cut through, but boats
obviously can't get through this. Whatdo you think about me building a canal

(29:15):
through this? And the oracle tellshim, no, don't do it.
The gods are going to hate you. They are going to be so furious
at you if you do this.Do not build a canal. And he
goes, okay, fine, Iwant build a canal, But what am
I going to do. I'm goingto build a road. Then I'm going
to build a six mile road.I'm going to get all my slaves.
They're going to build this road, and we're going to all the boats that

(29:40):
come through, We're going to putthem on wheels, and my slaves are
going to drag and wheel all theboats through this road. So dead ass,
he had his slaves build a sixmile limestone road because the oracle told
him not to build a canal. So for years slaves would have to launch

(30:04):
these boats on these wheel things anddrag them with ropes six miles through the
canal to the west side of thatarea. Until the construction of the actual
canal, which was eighteen sixty eighteeneighty or something like that. Whoever was

(30:30):
in charge of that area of Greecewas like, we're done with this stupid
limestone road. We're going to deadassbuild a canal. So they did.
They build a canal. It's abouteighty feet wide and again six miles long.
So they got rid of the limestoneand they build a canal, and
now now boats can just easily passthrough instead of going all the way down

(30:52):
and around from the east side, from the northeast to the west, they
can just cut through that canal area. And where our tour kind of started
there after we got picked up becauseCorinth is about an hour out a little
less than an hour out of Athens, so we were in a van for
that long. When we get there, I mean, I'm just telling you,

(31:15):
it was like the coolest thing. That's where I did my hot Cheeto
review. If you want to seewhat the Canal looks like go to my
Instagram reels and go to the hotCheeto review. You could bungee jump off
of it. People have their dronestaking videos off of it. There's a
little gift shops there, which isso cool. Oh my gosh, it
was awesome. So then after that, our tour guide drives us to this

(31:37):
area like ten minutes away that theystill have and are preserving two tiny slabs
of the limestone road, so youcan and this road is hundreds of years
old, thousands of years old, this dang road, and you can see
it and you can just feel thehistory and the energy, and you're just

(32:00):
like, oh my gosh, imaginejust being born a slave unfortunately, and
you just this is your life everyday, like pulling huge ships, wooden
ships through a six mile road.I mean that is torture. So it
was just crazy that you can noweven still see parts of that limestone road

(32:22):
from so long ago. What acrazy story that we learned about. So
then after that we drove even moreto the downtown area kind of of Corinth,
and we got to see another templethere. And at the temple,
I forgot what the temple was,but there are even more ruins, and

(32:43):
it's just so cool. It feelslike you're in temple run and you're around
these old old rocks and carvings. These are things that archaeologists dug up right,
So essentially these were cities hundreds thousandsof years ago and you can just
kind of see just a whole bunchof yeah, essentially rocks, but it's

(33:07):
just so cool. Steps and pathwaysand even the stage area that they would
speak, and man, it wasso cool. Another temple, but just
all the history that you're able tosee, you are just shook. I
mean, you don't have that herein the States. I mean the United

(33:27):
States is a few hundred years old, and these countries are, well,
the USA is a few hundred yearsold. Obviously natives lived here for thousands
of years before that. But youknow, in Greece, like modern civilization
was just a few thousand years ago, and you can see all that history.
I just really loved Athens and learninga lot about that. Obviously,

(33:50):
maybe my retention isn't one hundred percent, but nonetheless, just being around that
and having that tour guide to helpus so cool. So yes, an
ancient we got to see Apollo's templeand all those ruins in the museum was
awesome. I just wanted to stayhours in those museums. So cool the
things that they would make, andthey would make these I mean they would

(34:12):
make pottery, they would make plates, cups, gourds, vases, utensils,
they made all these things and they'reso perfect. You're just like,
how are they so good at this? How are they so And then they
would draw and design on them andyou're like, oh my god, the
talent and this stuff had like fivehundred BC, one thousand BC, three

(34:32):
thousand, five hundred, and you'rejust like, hell, hell, okay,
look at us, humans, lookat us. So going to Apollo's
temple was super awesome. You wantto spend maybe like an hour or even
two hours there. We did notwant to leave. And then we get
driven up to the Acropolis of AncientCorns, which is a big castle.

(34:55):
I mean it's a castle and there'sforts there, and we didn't go inside
that. We just kind of starton the outside and took pictures of the
outside. That was weird history upthere, our good old prostituoths. We're
living and living the life, andpeople from ancient Corinth would go up there
to I don't know, to gettheir things on. So all the prostitutes

(35:16):
lived up there. I don't exactlyknow why that ended up happening in history,
but maybe I should look into thata little bit more. It was
a big old party over there everyday, and it was far up,
I mean so far up. Imean we're driving so far to get up
there, and the views are beautiful. So then after that we head back
down. We go to a seafoodrestaurant, which he kept hyping up the

(35:37):
seafood restaurant, hyping up the seafoodrestaurant. I'm a shrimp girly. I
love the cockroaches of the sea.I love shrimp. I mean, you
know, I love crab and Ilove lobster too, But I love crustaceans,
I love seafood, I love oyster. I love all the things.
But I'm a shrimp girl. Ifshrimp is on the menu, I'm a

(35:59):
gain me a goo o camaron. So he said that they had the best
grilled shrimp there, so I gotthe grilled shrimp. Never in my life,
I've been eating shrimp since I wasout the womb. Never in my
life have I had grilled shrimp likethis. And after that we went to

(36:20):
Santrini, we went to Meek,we went all over still girl, to
this day, I have not hadthat. I don't know what they put
in the I don't know how theyeven best grilled trimp of my life,
thank you very much. Need tofigure out what that place is called that
we went to. I have photosthere, so I'm sure I couldn't pick
it. So then after our lunchwe went home. We got home probably

(36:44):
around four pm, still a littlebit tired. We all took a little
nap and then we're gonna wake upbecause we're going to actually hang out with
Athenians. How funny. So myneighbor Jay here in New York City,
I was hanging out with his roommatetoo. We're all squatting up together,
and he goes, oh, you'regoing to Greece. I have cousins that
live in Athens. I'm like, are you for real? He's like,
yeah, link up with my cousin. She's awesome. She looks like Angelina

(37:06):
Jolie. I'm like, oh,dang, that's awesome. So I link
up with her on Snapchat before Ileave to Athens, and I ask her
if she can take us out oneof the nights, and she's like totally,
like, would have no problem. So that I'm talking to Zadi's sister
about this, and I'm telling herhow excited we are for Greece, and
she's asking all these questions and Itell her that we're gonna go hang out
with the Nathenian that is from Greeceand lives there. And she's like,

(37:29):
oh, I heard that great girlsare really pretty and I say, yeah,
but you know, I got noproblems, ain't no thing. He's
like. She's like, have youseen what she looks like? I'm like,
well, we have shit down onSnapchat. I haven't really seen her
Instagram. She's okay, let's lookat her Instagram. I look at her
Instagram. This woman what this woman? Listen, She's sexier than to Angelina

(37:52):
Julie, Like, like, AngelinaJulie has nothing on this woman. Now,
me and Zaddy's sister are quaking inour boots because I'm thinking I've never
been around Zaddy with this gorgeous ofa woman. I mean, she's got
the lips, she's got the beautifuleyes, she has the high cheekbones,

(38:13):
the cute little nose, a bodysculpted from the gods themselves, Okay,
like titties on double d's like dumptrunk dumping at the dump yard, all
right, And I'm like, bro, there's no way I'm gonna hang out

(38:34):
with her and Zaddy. I amso insecure right now, Like there is
just no way. Like if II just want to stare at her all
day, I don't know how Zaddiwould even And Daddy is so respectful.
He's such a sweet guy. He'snever made me feel insecure. I'd be
looking at him when we're out andI'd be seeing if he's checking girls out.
He doesn't even check girls out.He is so sweet. Now,
Zaddy's sister is telling me, Crystal, don't worry about it. He only

(38:54):
has eyes for you. Like Iwouldn't trip. I wouldn't trip. I'm
just like girling. I don't careI'm trippin'. I am crawling on the
floor quaking in my boots right now. I think it's so important when you
travel somewhere to try to link upwith locals if you can. But also

(39:16):
I'm very insecure about the situation. So then I bring it to my mom
My Mom's in town before I leaveto Greece, cause she's gonna watch Frappy
for that week. So sweet ofher right to watch my cat Frappy.
So somebody does over and I tellher about this, and she's like,
how pretty can she be? AndI open up her Instagram and she said,
oh my God, like jaw tothe floor, like we're all just

(39:37):
shook out. How gorgeous this womanis? Right, oh, mih,
I don't know, mi ha.And then we get my Theos on the
phone, my Nina Eileen who livesin Vegas, and my Nina and my
Nino Julian. We're all on FaceTimelooking through her Instagram screen sharing and my
Nina's like, mi ha, Iknow that you're confident. We know you're
a beautiful woman. Sometimes you justdon't need to tempt your man. Sometimes

(40:00):
you just do not need to tempthim. I if I were you,
I would not go out with her. And I'm like, I know that's
what I'm saying, but listen,I think that this could be a good
maybe just like a good thing forme, A good thing for me to
be around a gorgeous woman like thisaround my boyfriend, to see how I
act and honest also to see howhe acts. And even though I don't

(40:23):
want to do this, it's okay. You know, her and I have
been snapchatting back and forth. She'sreally excited to meet me. I'm honestly
excited to meet her and be takenout by a local that's really sweet,
and she's she's really sweet and nice, and you know, I don't really
want to say no, so Ithink I'm gonna do it anyways. And
my Nina's like, Crystal, ifI were you, I would not go.
I would not take this woman aroundmy man, she is too gorgeous.

(40:44):
My Mom's like, it's okay tome, how you got this?
You know. Zatti's sisters like, don't worry, you got this girl.
Like he won't even look at nobodyelse, like she's not his type,
Like you are everything for him.So I'm quaking in my boots. Let
me tell you this. I bringmy boob apparatus to make my solid seas
go up to Triple F's. SoI bring a little thing to like,

(41:05):
you know, add a little umphto my chesticles. I this is the
night that we're gonna go hang outwith them. After the Corinth. Biblical
tour, right, So I starteddoing my hair, I start like beating
my face up. I am likechecking my apparatus to see if I should
wear the apparatus. But then I'mkind of like, but for real,
the days leading up to this night, I was quaking, and I was

(41:27):
just thinking and thinking and thinking aboutit, and I was like, you
know what, this is a verysmart way to try to bring this up
to Zaddy. So the day before, me and him are in our hotel
room, and this is what Itell him. I say, hey,
hone, how does your friend actaround really really pretty girls? And he
goes, I mean, never reallybeen an issue. What do you mean

(41:49):
why? I say, well, you know how, tomorrow night we're supposed
to have dinner with this girl herefrom Athens, and she's gonna take us
around. She is really pretty. He's like, okay, I mean I
don't think it would be a problem. I'm like, okay, well,
I don't want him to be droolingall over her. I don't want his
girlfriend to get all weird about ittoo, if she notices he's doing that.
Like, obviously she's confident and allthose things, but this girl is

(42:15):
really gorgeous. It's it's I mean, she looks hotter than Angelina and Joe.
He's like, wait really, I'mlike yeah, He's like, let
me see her. I was like, okay, son, I pulled the
two pictures that I feel like reallypersonify her and her beauty on Instagram and
he goes, yeah, I don'tthink it should be a problem. I
think he'll be fine. I say, okay, okay, just checking checking.

(42:37):
So as like, we're getting readythe next night to go hang out
with miss Angelia, Jolie, theother couple that's with us, his best
friend. They're tired. They aretapping out. They're like, ah,
we don't think that we can makeyou guys. We're so tired from everything
today. Think you guys just haveto go solo. So that was already
one thing I didn't even have toworry about. And to make it extra

(42:57):
less awkward for me, I foundout that she has a boyfriend. So
I told her to bring her boyfriendand she said, sure, I'll bring
him along. So she's bringing herboyfriend, So that's already another thing.
Now it's going to be a doubledate me, her, him, and
my boyfriend Zaddi. So again I'mputting on my apparatus, seeing if it
makes sense with my outfit. Itkind of does it. I'm thinking in
my head, you know what, again, I am a strong, confident

(43:19):
woman. I'm gonna be okay hangingout with this gorgeous version of Angelina Jolie,
Like, I'm gonna be fine. But ZADDI can definitely feel that the
tension is high and that I'm alittle nervous, and he keeps kind of
poking fun at me. You havea crush on her, You have a
crush on her. I've never seenyou like this. I'm like, shut
up, shut up, shut up. You don't even know the truth.
You don't even really know what's goingon. In my head, I'm thinking
to myself. But we get tothe rooftop that we're gonna meet at,

(43:44):
and here they come Angelina Jolie andher cute, adorable boyfriend. And she's
so nice, she is so nice, so sweet, obsessed with her boyfriend.
She's gorgeous. I mean, yes, ten out of ten. But
at this time, Zaddy is vibingwith the boyfriend like they aren't both nerds

(44:05):
and they are just nerding out byengineering things because they're both like into computers
and stuff like that. So they'reover there nerding out. Me and Angel
and a Jolie are having the besttimes of our lives, and it like
with a simple Within the first minuteor two, I just started thinking,
Okay, yes, this woman isgorgeous. Yes, I want to stare
at her in her beautiful face andher beautiful body the entire night. But

(44:27):
she's so sweet. Her aura isso sweet and non threatening that it's not
even an issue. She's not oneof those girls that's gonna faw everything to
try to take every man around thecorner. No, she's actually obsessed and
in love with her boyfriend. Heis just as obsessed in love with her.
They are so cute as a couple. Zaddy is completely preoccupied with Angel
and Joli's boyfriend. They're talking aboutcomputers, engineering, economy, sports.

(44:52):
They both like sports, so they'regonna a lot about sports. Her and
I are talking about how I metJustin McCartney and how we love Justin Bieber
and how they just are pregnant nowwith so me and her are in our
world, him and him are intheir world, and I had absolute nothing
to worry about. I had nothingto worry about I just feel so blessed
that it was one of those typesof situations. I feel so thankful that

(45:15):
she was so nice and her boyfriendwere so sweet. And then they asked
us what we wanted to do,and we said, honestly, you give
us your authentic weekend out. Whatdo you guys want to do? So
we got in to their car andhe started driving us around. We went
to where Athenians actually hang out thepart of town. It's kind of like
boogie over there. We go toa bar, we're outside drinking beers.

(45:38):
Her and I go to the bathroom. We start taking mere selfies and pictures
together. We're having so much fun. Her and I are giggling and laughing.
We're talking about how me and Zadimet. I'm asking her about how
her and her boyfriend met. She'sjust so sweet and he was so sweet
too, And even afterwards, wewere out late. I mean, I

(45:59):
think we linked with them around nineto thirty and around one thirty am,
they take us to the spot toget authentic Athenian street food street food,
and it was kind of giving TelegraphBerkeley vibes, which is really cool.
And we had these decked out thehot dog things that I had like bacon

(46:20):
and chili, cheese and fries onthem, just like bad for you,
but amazing street food. So theytook us to that place that's where the
cool kid. The line was crazy, and I was just so happy that
everyone there is speaking Greek, soyou know, if you know, you
know you're there, you know whatI'm saying. We're blasting Greek trap music
and Greek hip hop in the car. Her and I were just like bouncing
around and dancing in the back, and Zaddy and boyfriend over there are hanging

(46:45):
out still talking sports in the front. Oh my gosh. It was such
a fun. I think we didn'teven get home until like three am.
And we didn't even drink, likewe had one, maybe two drinks.
We were just enjoying human to humancompany. Two couples from literally the opposite
side of the world but still haveso much in common. And it was

(47:07):
such a fun night. And Iam so thankful that we went, and
I'm so thankful I didn't say noand that I wasn't threatened in the flesh.
I'm so thankful that she was sosweet and they were so nice to
take us around, and they wereso hospitable to us trying to pay for
everything for it. They were justso nice and I can't wait for them
to come visit New York so thatZadi can pull up and we can take

(47:29):
them out on New York City night, because they haven't been to America yet.
Isn't that crazy? They haven't beento America. So ended up being
so perfect. The next morning wewoke up because we were taking a good
old flight to Santorini. I wasso excited for Mikonos, because Mikonos after
Santerni. But I was like, everyone talks about how gorgeous Santerni is.

(47:52):
Let's do it. So we pullup and Zaddy Texas into this incredible resort.
I mean, we are staying ata private villa. It's I cannot
even believe. I mean, towardsthe end of the trip, I was
even saying, I don't think I'mever gonna stay in h spot that beautiful

(48:13):
and nice. I mean, weare just overlooking the different volcanic out islands
on the water of Sandtrini. Wecan see the poort to the cruise ships
come in. You can see allthe white, beautiful white buildings to our
right. We have a private pool. It's just it's a cave. It's

(48:35):
our specific rooms are like caveman caveskind of but obviously modern. I mean
they we have modern everything with fridgesand showers and all the things, but
they made it look like inside you'rein a cave. It's crazy. And
then they even made like like notholes but crevices in the wall with lights

(48:58):
coming in to make it look likered lava. It's crazy. And we
didn't even want to leave our hotelroom. The boys kept talking about how
they just want to be in theircave Chro Magnon, they just want to
be in their caves, and wewanted to be the Ausies and a Bowties
taking our you know, photos everywhere. But yeah, as soon as we
touched down to Santorini, gorgeous.I cannot believe this amazing spot that Zadi

(49:23):
got for us, and we startedgetting ready because we have a wine tour
at six pm or so I thoughtit was at six pm. I have
like five miss calls because me andZaddi were just hanging out in our villa
pool pregaming, drinking wine. Ihave like six miss calls. The tour
started at four pm. But itwas now five forty five and we're wondering

(49:46):
where we're gonna get picked up.Yeah, we're not getting picked up anymore
because they already left us, andthey're already the rest of the tour group
is at the wineries. So I'mlike, so sorry, you guys.
You know what, I can't bethe one only in charge of the itinerary.
You guys all have the times thereand I got the time wrong.
I'm sorry, I'm only human, all right? Can we all double check

(50:08):
times next time? So Zaddy wasa little triggered because we got the time
wrong, and then by the timethe taxi got there was a closer to
six thirty for usting pull up tothat second winery that we're trying to meet
the map. But again, itwasn't completely my fault. I mean,
everyone has itinerary and someone else couldhave double checked, but we nonetheless,

(50:29):
we had a good time just relaxingin the hotel room. So we got
already and we ended up meeting thewine tour group at the second winery,
which was totally fine. Zaddy loveswine. He's all into the wine life
style and those things, so Ifeel bad that we kind of missed the
first part of it, but it'sokay. We made it for the second

(50:51):
part, and then the last winery, we went to gorgeous sunset views.
Oh my gosh, amazing pictures todie for everything, everything, everything,
And then after that we went backto Yeah, we went back to the
hotel and relaxed. We're pretty tiredfrom traveling in drinking wine that day.
So then the next morning, Ithink, oh, the next morning we

(51:16):
wanted to rent or that night beforewe were like, oh, the next
day we should rent a bow andjust be on the water the whole day.
So we went to the lobby sothat our hotel can help arrange that,
and then we get up and weassume it's arranged and they're like,
oh, sorry, we thought youwant the day after tomorrow, so we

(51:37):
don't have that for you. Haveyou seen White Lotus on Netflix? Okay,
you know how the first season they'reat the resort and it's a fancy
Heidi schmity a list ten star resortthat's kind of the vibes a little bit
of what we were staying at.Ish. So they have great concer or
does there that can help you planyour trip or whatever you want. You

(52:00):
can even text them on demand. But I feel like, and this was
the running joke of our trip, anytime that we asked to do something or
like wanted something or requested something likethey would somehow not do it, Like
they would somehow clap back with somethingelse, or do something wrong, or
say that there was a miscommunication, just like the yacht day. Obviously these

(52:21):
are like first world problems, butit was just so funny. For example,
we get commentary breakfast every morning.Sometimes at hotels they offer that a
lot of the times, right, and this one they drop it off at
your room, and so they're like, what time do you want breakfast?
And we're like, I don't know, we kind of want to sleep in
a little bit, maybe nine orten. They're like, we could do
eight, Like could we do eightthirty? And they said, we'll do

(52:45):
a fifteen. Well, just like, why would you even ask us if
you are already gonna do it.That happened every morning, no matter what
time we tried to get breakfast deliveredto us, they were going to be
there or a fifteen, which isfine, but you know, you're trying
to relax, you don't really wantto be at eight in the morning on
vacation. But it was just sillythings like that, like I'm just like,

(53:06):
hey, can I get an iron? Like I need to iron my
clothes. Oh yeah, there's alreadyone. Check there, Okay, just
check there. There's not one that. Oh well, we'll bring it to
you with them the next hour.Like not there just simple little things like
that, so funny. And thatwas the first experience we had was that
boat cruise we wanted to take thatthey were gonna they were going to book
for us, but then they somehowgot the day wrong even though it's un

(53:30):
a text threat and the receipts arethere that we literally said tomorrow, So
we were kind of bummed about that. Well, Zaddy was kind of bummed
about that, like he was like, dang, like I booked it and
I'm sorry you guys, like it'snot gonna be till tomorrow or whatever.
And then we asked if they hadanother one, and then the lady was
like, yeah, we can pickyou guys up maybe at one instead.
I mean I think it was likeeleven or something, and I'm just like,

(53:51):
oh no, Like we have tohang out at this amazing pool and
look out at Santorini from our pool, like it was totally fine. So
we ended up getting picked up togo on the yacht. So we got
to do an amazing boat day.It was so much fun. It was
stopping at all the pop in beachesand even a hot spring in the ocean,

(54:15):
which is crazy. So we gotto stop at the Black Sand beach,
at the Red Sand Beach. Zaddyloves swimming. He loves loves love
swimming, so he's just jumping off, doing front flips, off swimming to
the shore, coming back. Everytime he would come back, he would
find a pebble for me. He'slike a little penguin. He's finding the
perfect pebbles for me. And itwas so much fun. I the only

(54:35):
thing about me and ocean water isthat it really irritates my eyes number one,
and the sand like the salts. It really shafes like my under arms
and my thighs, so I amqueen shafe so it's in my skin gets
irritated by ocean water too, Soit's like I'm I'm not going to complain.
Obviously, we're on a boat andwe're in the beautiful ocean waters of

(54:58):
Grease that are was clear but I'mjust as soon as it gave me the
goggles for the snorkeling, I'm like, I'm in my element. All I
ever need to have fun in theocean is a good set of goggles,
and I will be totally fine.I'm over here snorkeling. I'm looking at
the little fishies. They're giving usbread to throw out to the fishes.
The fishes are coming up to us. It is so much fun. Oh
my gosh, that was such agood day. And then we're getting wine

(55:21):
on wine on wine, I meanjust like probably four or five cups of
wine, just like to the face. We're listening to awesome music. We're
drinking awesome wine. We're jumping offof this amazing yacht. We're going into
the hot springs and finding like thehot spring, I don't know, bubbles
where they come out of. I'venever been in that before. It's kind
of dangerous, so afterwards you haveto hose yourself off. It's so cool,
and we're seeing the different volcano islandsthere. We're going to all the

(55:45):
hidden beaches. We're going to thetouristy beaches. We're going to the beaches
that are more low key and thenthey drop us off at a restaurant,
which is amazing. There's cats everywhere. Grease is known just to have cats
everywhere, roaming cats. New Yorkhas rats, will Greece has cats,
and there's just cats everywhere that justvibe with you. Some of them look
a little zombie like, but justgive them some feta and they're fine.

(56:09):
Oh my gosh. Our yacht daywas so great. And then after the
yacht day, I was so tired. I was super super tired and from
the wine. So we took afew little naps and then we woke up
because we also got tickets for quotethe Greek Wedding show. It's a Greek
wedding show. It's a show whereyou buy tickets and you're kind of submersed

(56:30):
into a Greek wedding. And Iwas so geeked about this. It was
so fun. We got all dressedup like we're going to a wedding and
we were going to take the ATVsthere. Now, I rented us ATVs
for the two days that we werefully in Santorini. Like I said,
I did my research. I waslooking at all the travel vloggers and on

(56:53):
Santorni there's only like twenty taxis andthere's not a lot of ubers, so
if you're trying to get around,it's pretty hard and it's expensive. So
one of the travel vloggers they rentedcars and they said, if we were
to do Santorini again, we wouldjust rent ATVs because it's hard to find
parking with the cars, and ATVsyou can pull them off really anywhere.

(57:15):
So I got ATVs for us.They were dropped off without gas, so
that was kind of triggering. Andthen it was kind of difficult to navigate
with our maps because the streets arejust so different than streets that we're used
to. I mean sometimes they'll tellyou, and the coordination on the iPhones

(57:35):
it's not always the best. SoI am on GPS patrol. Our friends
are a little late, running lateto the Greek wedding show, so me
and Zaddy are on the ATV andme and Daddy start getting into it.
I'm just like, oh, takeit right here. I mean, oh
shoot, we missed it all thethings because the calibration is so bad on
the GPS, and especially because Idon't know if that's a street or a
drive. I don't know are weallowed to go up there, I don't

(57:59):
know, can we make a turn? What does this signal even mean?
So we almost d digital on thatATV ride to the Greek wedding show.
I mean, I'm telling him, like, go and it's busy as hell.
It's like eight forty at night. There's so many people walking around.
There's cars, there's traffic, there'speople zooming on their motorcycles. We're on
the ATV and I'm kind of wearingheel booties, so I don't want to

(58:23):
walk far. So there's a Mcdonald's'mlike, it's supposed to say turn right
at the McDonald's, but I thinksince all the motorcycles are there, we're
not allowed to go up, Sojust park at the McDonald's. By the
time I tell him that where hepassed it. Now we're trying to find
another parking lot. We find aparking lot, but there's absolutely not even
one space for an ATV. He'sgetting mad at me. I'm getting mad
at him. We're raising our voicesand he's like he's I don't know,

(58:49):
like I don't remember exactly like whatwas said, but like he said something
like if you weren't to day andI was like, I told you to
park over there, and then that'swhen we both were like, okay,
this is getting out of hand, like we we need to stop, we
need to stop. So we justboth stopped because we don't get in our
We don't we never yell at eachother. We bicker, but we don't
yell, and we'd never disrespect eachother. That's something that I'm really proud

(59:14):
of. And I feel like we'veboth maybe had relationships in the past where
we have been in disrespectful environments, and so I think we're very aware of
that, and so we don't wantto do that to each other. But
sometimes you're just so frustrating you justwant to scream, and we don't do
that. But we definitely raised ourvoices equally, and I feel like we

(59:34):
both realize that, and we're like, okay, okay, you know what,
you just do what you want todo, honey, you park wherever
the heck you want to park.I'm just I'm gonna just shut it up.
So we end up parking a littlefar and I'm wobbling up with my
heels through this like cobblestone. Likeall of most of Greece is stairs and
cobblestone, sissy, Do not bringyour stilettos. Who are you trying to

(59:57):
be sexy for? Do not bringuncomfortable sh A lot of the times where
I thought I was gonna wear mysandals, I want to wear sneakers because
it's all rocky and like rocks, rocks and stairs, rocks and stairs.
That's what grease is. So ifyou plan on going, a really comfortable
pair of sneakers and some flats thatare comfortable, and bring those things for

(01:00:19):
the back of your ankles so thatyour straps don't cut you up in the
back if you're gonna wear some flats. Now, I finally pull up.
Barely made it to the Santorini's GreekWedding Show. It was so cute.
It was such a vibe. Iwould say, you should definitely go,
you should definitely pregame before you getthere. But it was cute a ten
out of ten, just to kindof see how the culture is there and

(01:00:44):
the music and you get a littletiny bit of food and even the set
before you get into the actual weddingareas just so cute. So it was
really fun that part, And yeah, that was Santorini. The next day
we spent it back on the ATVsexploring. We went all the way up
till Oia no Ea. It's spelledoh iya, but so it looks like

(01:01:06):
you want to say oya but pronouncedea, which is like the most famous
part pretty much of Santorini. Andif you kind of pass that and keep
going down to the ocean, there'seven a little oceany area with a whole
bunch of food right on the water, so we end up getting some snacks
there. We end up going toa beachway further down and then we just
are jumping off of the rocks intothe water and it's just so much fun.

(01:01:30):
That was probably one of my favoritememories in Santorini. And then the
next day we wake up early,we pack up, then we had to
Mikono's to go get little We pulledup to Mikonos, we have an amazing
hotel again and we're just kind ofrelaxing. The first day we took a
ferry there, so we took dermamine, that anti nausea, anti seasick medicine.

(01:01:52):
But the thing about that is thatit can get you sleepy as well.
So as soon as we pulled upto the hotel, like at four
o'clock. I knocked out. Iknocked out, and I didn't wake up
until like nine in the morning thenext day, and Zaddi kind of wanted
he was trying to wake me alittle bit. But once I'm asleep,
I'm asleep. Once I'm in mygrizzly era, there is no getting me
out of my crystals cave. SoI just knocked out and we pretty much

(01:02:15):
slept, yeah, the entire night. Woke up the next day. We
got to relax a little bit andthen get ready because we are mandatory raging
at this club hopper tour that wegot. I ordered us this club hopper
tour where they're going to take usto four different beach clubs of mikan No's.
The first one was bougie and Cueand Collected, and it was still

(01:02:37):
a little early in the day, maybe four pm, so no one was
really a getting twisted yet. Thesecond one got a little more ratchet,
but it was really fun. Thethird one, I don't really remember too
too much, but I do rememberthat we're at the bar drinking and this

(01:02:59):
man and this skinny, flambuoyant mancomes up to Zaddi and starts like touching
his head and we kind of startlaughing, and then he starts like caressing
his head and Zaddy gets so mad, and I'm confused. I don't really
know what's happening. I don't knowif this guy's working at the club or
not. And Zaddy's like, yo, what the heck, gets f off
me and pushes the guy away, and then the guy just kind of scurries

(01:03:23):
away. Now, mind you,he was drunk. He was pretty drunk,
that guy. But he was justgoing around and being very pushy to
the guys in the area, andpoor Zaddy was very violated. He felt
very, very violated and uncomfortable thatthis man just touched him. It sobered
me up real quick. I waslike, oh my gosh, babe,

(01:03:44):
like, I'm so sorry that happened. I didn't know what to do.
I thought that he was just jokingat first. He Oh my gosh,
Zaddy, I guess has never beenfelt upon like that in his life,
and that's a very uncomfortable feeling. And he got really pressed about it,
and it kind of shit did themood from all of us. He wasn't
okay about it, and we're allkind of like, babe, it's okay,

(01:04:04):
you know, I know it sucks, but just keep trying to have
a good time if you can.And I even told him straight up,
I'm like, listen, babe,I know that's very uncomfortable for you and
you should not have gone through that, and I'm really sorry you did.
Girls we've been going through that sincewe were teenagers, since younger, we've
been going through our whole lives. So it's not okay, I'm really sorry.
I know exactly how you feel. All of us have gone through that

(01:04:26):
as women, where we are touchedup upon in some ways that we wish
we weren't, especially in public settingsand club spaces. So he's like,
dang, it's like that. I'mjust like, yes, hon, we've
all been through that, all ofus, and it sucks, and for
us women, we just have tokind of just brush off our shoulder and
keep the night going, because ifwe don't act like that, then we'll

(01:04:49):
be annoyed every day of some creeporubbing up on us in a weird way.
So after maybe a little bit oftime, he did kind of relax
a little litle bit, but itwas just uncomfortable in that place because of
what that guy did, and hewas still gallivanting around. So we ended
up going to another place. Andthis place was lit. It was called

(01:05:10):
Tropicana. It is oh my gosh, it's crazy, it's lit. It
was already closer to seven at thispoint, still suns out again on the
beach like a lot of the otherplaces, and it's just pumping, bumping
vibes. You get there with yourtour guide. Everywhere you would go with
our tour guide, they would giveus shots automatically, and then we would

(01:05:30):
buy our own drinks. Now,we didn't drink too too much. We
really didn't. I think it's becausewe were all a little shook by the
guy at the penultimate club that rubbedup on Zaddie. But also we are
already thirty and we are in ourthirties and we don't want to die,
and we want to have a goodday the next day and at a crazy
hangover, So we are chugging wateras we're drinking. I'm dancing on the

(01:05:54):
stage. I'm just shimis shaking.I'm having a good old time without my
homegirl. And the boys are kindof they're trying to have a good time
too, but girls just have morefun. I feel like at certain clubs
and stuff, guys they're kind ofjust like standing around, and especially if
they're not drinking crazy. Like Zaddy, he parties, but he's really not
a party animal like that. It'sdefinitely me who does the partying. So

(01:06:15):
by that time, his senses werealready out of capacity. He has had
enough of the party scene. Hissocial battery was drained. He wanted to
just go back to the hotel. We were having the best times of our
lives. But he was kind ofjust being a little grandpa over there.
So we all were just like, yeah, it's okay, we could go

(01:06:35):
back. We can go back withthe whole crew. Because the crew was
going to leave us there. Theywere like, you can get in the
van and we can drop you backoff, or we can leave you here
if you guys want to party more, And Zaddi's like, I absolutely do
not want to party more. Theseare all college kids. We are too
grown for this. Let's just getout. I'm hungry. So we go
with the rest of the tour, and then the tour d drops us off

(01:06:57):
in Mikono's town, Old Mikon, which was the first time. We've been
there before, and it is socool. This is what I learned.
I learned that back in the day, pirates would come to Mikono's Island and
just be savage mode and ravage thewhole island and everyone there and steal and
rob and just break everyone's stuff.Right, So the people of Mikono's were

(01:07:20):
hella annoyed. The Maconians were annoyedabout this and tired after time and time
again of these pirates come in andjust ruining their vibe and their life and
their time. Because word got aroundthat Miconos was the easiest place to pillage.
So, as I mentioned, theMaconians, yeah, they had it
up to hear. So they said, you know what, we are going

(01:07:41):
to rebuild our port town, andwe are going to make our port like
a flipp in maze. We aregoing to make our streets right here,
our little streets, and our buildingsin our village look like a maze.
So they're freaking confused and don't knowwhere the heck to go. So it's
all white buildings, the cobblestone streetsare legit in mazes. You get lost
in this Miconosed town and there isjust restaurants and bars and boutiques, high

(01:08:10):
end of stores as well. Imean they got Chanel there, they had
of our roles there, all thethings, as well as little mom and
pop shops in this small central area. And then these pirates would come and
try to steal their stuff again. And then the Makonians would be like,
y'all, the pirates are here, let's do your thing. They would all

(01:08:30):
come out with their weapons. Theywould capture them in the edge of one
of the mazes and they would justbeat them up, beat the heck out
of these pirates. And these pirateslives for trying to take their things.
So that's why Mikono's town looks legitimatelylike Amaze, which is pretty dope.
So it's really cute. It's avibe, it's fun. We're all just

(01:08:54):
kind of walking around, getting lost, eating random food, going to the
little cute boutiques. And that wasour night in meek Nose, and then
the next day we relax, eatbreakfast, get up, get back on
the ATVs. We go to anotherpart of the island, beach where it's
more locals and not tourists. Sowe go there and we just dip in
the water and we go climb onthe rocks. Me and Zaddi. We

(01:09:15):
go to this kind of secluded rockarea. It's kind of giving Mermaid aerial
vibes. And we kind of wewe were because there was a lot of
rocks and a lot of the themesof Greece is caves and rocks and things
like that. We went into Chromagnonmode. We went into Neanderthal mode and

(01:09:40):
pretended that we were We pretended thatwe were Neanderthals. And I was just
like big rock, smash rock. And he would like grab a big old
rock and like smash it. AndI'd be like, love you so strong,
breaking rocks. Find me nice pebble, and then he would go and
find a pebble. I'd be like, pebble not nice enough. Find me

(01:10:00):
nice pebble, and he'd be likeme, We'll find you best pebble in
the ocean. It was just sofun. We were just playing like we
were little Neanderthals. Him and Ijust love like a role playing random activities
that we do, and it wasjust, oh my gosh, that to
me was the funnest, the funnesttime when with him and I were just
in our own world, playing likewe were cave people. So that's what

(01:10:24):
we did on the beach, andthen afterwards we went to get food at
another food spot. We went tothis restaurant that for us was the best
meal we had in all of Greece, other than my grilled shrimp right in
uh in Corinth, in Old Crinth, in Ancient Corinth. Yeah, other
than that grilled trimp. This wasthe best restaurants called THEA. So if

(01:10:46):
you go to Miconos, please goto the restaurant THEA. It was from
everything top to bottom good. Thesurfer was so sweet, hospital and nice,
kept bringing us drinks, kept bringingus free this and that and that,
and the fish and the carbonara.Oh my gosh, thch ea,
go to that restaurant Mikonos. Thatarea is super expensive though, like don't

(01:11:06):
hang out there for very long.I tried to buy sunscreen on at the
little well they got that was there, twenty six dollars for the sunscreen.
Not cute, not but not fresh. So after that day we kind of
just relaxed a little bit more atthe hotel and then we went back out
to Old Mikonos and we kind ofmet some friends that we had met earlier

(01:11:30):
at the club and there was likethis one guy that was a solo traveler,
solo wanderer. I thought he wasa little weird. We kind of
were all getting food together, andthen him and I ended up being by
ourselves, and he started kind oflike winking at me and like being kind
of weird, even though he knewI was with Zaddy. And then he
starts telling Zaddy and I that heis like in an open marriage and like
a swinger and things like that.So me and Zaddy were just like,

(01:11:53):
okay, yeah, that's enough, and Zaddy was repulsed. He is a
strict man of God, Zaddy myman. He is someone that takes marriage
very, very seriously. So forhim, he was very closed off about
that. For me, I'm justkind of like, Okay, I might
not agree with that, but dowhat you want to do with your life.

(01:12:14):
That is not my journey and whatI want for me. But if
that's you and your life, doyour thing. But yeah, after that,
Zaddi's like, we gotta leave thisguy. This guy is weird and
he's gonna try to rub his weirdswinger vibes onto us. I know he
was weird from a while ago,so let's just get rid of him.
So we try to get rid ofhim. We kind of started like accidentally
running into him other places, soit kind of felt like we were running
away from him. But towards theend of the night, Zaddy was like,

(01:12:35):
you guys were going to play agame. We're going to go try
and find our ATVs. Okay, and whoever whichever couple gets to the ATV
first wins. So me and Zaddystarted sprinting, like this is the amazing
race. I'm telling you, OldMikonos is legitimately amazed. It's so hard
to remember what street is where andwhere you came from. But I actually

(01:12:58):
do have a weird kind of goodsense of direction. So I'm kind of
leading us, and we are huffingand puffing and sprinting to the ATV,
just trying to be the winner forno dang reason. And yepe, we
get there and our other homies aren'tthere at their ATV. Yees, so
we're just like we're the winners. We're the winners. So that was our
last night in Mikinos. It wasso cute, it was so fresh.
The next morning we woke up andheaded back on a ferry to Athens,

(01:13:19):
and we stayed the day in Athens. We did the tour to go see
Neptune's temple kind of at the tippytippy tippy tip tip tip tippy South point
of Athens, which was gorgeous andbeautiful, went to another restaurant, and
then the next day we got upand went back home, all sad,
all sat and awkward, back hometo New York City. But then I

(01:13:43):
got to spend another amazing week withmy man's here in the city. So
that has concluded our fantasy Grease trip. I mean, everyone that's brought it
up to me has just been saying, oh my gosh, that looked like
a dream of a lifetime. Itlooked like you had so much fun.
Thank you for bringing us along withit. Really was a dream of a
lifetime, a trip, dream ofa lifetime. I cannot believe that we

(01:14:04):
did all that. I look backat all our videos and the photos that
Zaddy was annoyed that I was begginghim to take with me, and I
am just so happy, so thankful, and I cannot wait to go on
another trip with him. I don'tknow where we're going, what we're doing
well. I'm definitely gonna try togo on another one this year and just
explore the world with him. Itwas everything and I was getting and I

(01:14:28):
see your comments and I see yourmessages asking and inquiring if I would come
back to the States with something shinyon my fingernext to my pinky finger.
And the answer is that Zaddy andI have had those conversations and we are
on the same page about that.So I was not expecting any type of

(01:14:49):
engagement on the trip. Actually toldhim not to engage with me on the
trip. So I will really justleave that on that. But thank you
for caring and watching that from me. Really appreciate you for that. And
you need to go to Greece, you can just go. Just book the
trip. Who care, Just bookthe trip. Book it. If you

going to get into our daily Motivatorto wrap up today's episode. This was
called what Life Brings. When younotice particular weaknesses in another person, let
that prompt you to correct any similarweaknesses in yourself. When you perceive certain
strengths in someone else, be inspiredto increase that same strength in your own

(01:15:31):
life. Learn from the triumphs andmistakes you observe in the people around you.
Tune yourself to what causes life tobe good, fulfilling, and impactful
in a positive way. Your willcan wake up valuable abilities and bring them
to the surface. Feed that willwith experience, purpose and intention. Allow
your spirit to be nurtured and encouragedby all you know, whatever the source,

(01:15:55):
whatever the flavor. Choose to findwithin every occurrence, inducements to grow
and strength. Take in the entiretyof what life brings. Gather and direct
the diverse energy, then point itin a meaningful and consistent direction. And
quiet times and loud and struggle andcomfort. Embrace the moment you've been accorded.
Then proceed to give new value tolife in your own unique way.

(01:16:21):
Tune yourself to what causes life tobe good, fulfilling, an impact ful
in a positive way. Your willcan wake up valuable abilities and bring them
to the surface. I love that. Feed that will with experienced, purpose
and attention. That's awesome. Ithink just by like being around people and

(01:16:42):
seeing different circumstances, you really canlearn so much, and then the important
part of life is just applying thatto your own life and making sure that
you can be the best you thatyou can with that. It gives you
new value to life in your ownunique way. Love, I hope that
that daily Motivator touched you in someway. Now we're gonna move on to

(01:17:06):
our prayer for today. If youdon't pray, you could try it.
Why don't you try praying with metoday? Or if you're just like I
just don't want to, then youdon't have to. I love you.

called I Am Creating. I amcreating something new and you a bubbling spirit
spring of joy that spills over intoothers' lives. Wow, I'm creating something
new in you, a bubbling springof joy that spills over into others' lives.
Do not mistake the joy for yourown or try to take credit for

(01:17:49):
it anyway. Instead, watch anddelight as my spirit flows through you to
bless others. Watch in delight myspirit flows through you to bless others.
Let yourself become just a reservoir ofthe spirit's fruit. Your part is to
live close to me, open toall that I am doing in you.

(01:18:12):
So your job is to live closeto me and be open to all that
I'm doing in you. Don't tryto control the streaming of my spirit through
you. Just keep focusing on meas we walk through this day together.
Enjoy my presence, which permeates youwith love, joy and peace. John
three eight Galatians five twenty two. We've talked about this before. Well,
are we like this one? Ieven posted this one today. We've talked

(01:18:33):
about this one before because sometimes youfeel like, oh my gosh, there's
so much going on. Oh mygosh, I'm so stressed. I'm freaking
anxiety ridden. I don't know whatthe heck is going to happen. But
your job is just to try tobe close to love and peace and joy.
And the only way to do thatis just to let go of those
stresses and just know that it isalready taken care of. God's got you,

(01:18:57):
love and good energy has you,and just just deserve to be peaceful
right now and know that that isthrough God and the joy that you're getting
and having through your relationship with God, it is without you even knowing,
going through other people. And appreciatethat. I think that's what this is

(01:19:23):
saying, like you are just avessel in which love, joy and peace
is living, and by being closeand staying close to God and His presence
and their presence, that's just rubbingoff on other people, whether you know
it or not. I hope thatyou enjoyed this prayer today. Thank you
so much. I know this episodehas been a lot in the works,

(01:19:43):
but finally out. We're finally here. I love, love, love you,
and I will see you on thenext one.
