Speaker 1 (00:00):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Nine, the base number one hit music station. Yeah yeah,
I'm you're here, I'm here. The traffic was awful. Thank
you for covering traffic, Grammy.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
As the traffic.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
I'm just like, there's a pattern of this traffic because
they've been doing a bunch of work on the Bay Bridge,
and yet I just I mean, Selena, I'm like, just
set your alarm, your twelfth alarm that you snooze for
five minutes earlier, ten minutes earlier, and you could get here.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
And you could actually earlier this morning. But the problem
with setting more alarms is I'll just leap through those
two very last second.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Got it?

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Well, my body just cannot fresh out of ideas.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Then I can't help you.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
You need one of those old school well about a
sunrise alarm. That one didn't work I slept through, Okay,
So you need one of those old school the ones
that go like.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
And then put that one like by your door so
that you have to get up to turn it off.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
My husband will divorce me.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Why not put your just put whatever your regular alarm
is farther away from you on your on your phone.
Then you would actually have to physically get up to
snooze it, and then that would.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
It.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
But having your phone closer to you doesn't alleviate that problem.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
So, but I can't sleep with my wife far away,
it's part of me.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
No, put it farther away, pluge it into a different place,
put it across the room.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
I mean, wow, we just created a one solution here.
I mean that seems like this would work.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
I can't. But you can't.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
You don't want to. You you enjoy.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
Letting not scramble at the last second to cover before
you so you could show up.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
You hear it? Sick?

Speaker 2 (01:43):
So two, listen, Dad, I don't need the snarky remarks
this morning.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
It's not snark your mark. It's a suggestion with an
actual Okay, well, thank you for your question.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
That's a good idea, and you're choosing to not do
it because you don't want to.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
I don't want to. That sounds awful.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Love it. Yeah, let's give a day. I'm about work.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
We have crazy cash for you, Graham. This hour's keyword.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Sours j y keyword is win.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Take the keyword win over to wild ninety four nine
dot com.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Enter it there and you might win a thousand bucks.
Good luck.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Can we go with the first talk back.

Speaker 5 (02:17):
Good morning JV show? This is best from Fremont, Happy
homp date. At least I finally got it right this time.
I'm on the right day. Yay, my goodness. Quick question,
I think it's Jess. Are you yelling Gomets? What's your
affiliation with Mets? Are you an East Coast person?

Speaker 6 (02:37):
All guys have a good.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Humpd Jess, Are you an East Coast person?

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Like the New York Giant?

Speaker 4 (02:44):
I do like the New York Giants, but that's because
of Reuben, my fiance. But that is also not me
yelling Gomets Comets.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
That's Selena yelling me God Mets.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
And that's a drop that we pulled from I believe
two years ago. I think it was yeah Yankees Dodgers
World Series, and I said that we're going to be
rooting for New York and slid it blurted out, but
it was actually the Yankees.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
Yeah, that was actually by accident. Then it just stuck and.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Now we can not just become a thing. It's a
it's a drop on the show. There you go, Well
New York Sports go mate.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Yeah, lately I don't know people have been getting us confused. Jess,
listen to the drop where just says yes and it
sounds like me.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
I even thought that confused that I know?

Speaker 2 (03:29):
All right? Coming up next here on the JV Show,
Are Cool or Not?

Speaker 1 (03:32):
List the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine Time
four the four things you need to heads up on
to start your day.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
I wasn't talk about today being a wild Wednesday. That's
at six thirty tickets for Cat's side. But more importantly,
how about Trader Joe's releasing you so are fun and
then held to bags Today I'm gonna get great up
six colorful designs and they are expected to sell out quickly.
Oh we already are.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Yeah, people are already lining up. People probably started camping.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
Out last night. I'm sure when it'd be shot.

Speaker 7 (04:06):
All right.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
It's not going well for the Giants in the Desert.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
They lost again yesterday to the Arizona Diamondbacks five to three,
and this one stung because they had the lead going
into the ninth inning, but they ended up giving a
three giving up a three run walk off home run
to end the game.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Giants currently have the second worst record in the National League.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
They'll look to salvage one game of this series with
the d Bags today at twelve forty.

Speaker 4 (04:28):
Oh max, another sunny day. Highs will be in the
upper seventies to low eighties, with a few areas still
in the high eighties after today, though, temperatures will continue
to drop back down into the low seventies by the week.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Ye hey, by Sea's best. Hey, Hey, today's going to
be an eight That colleague who keeps stealing your spotlight
is about to fumble publicly. Stay quiet and let karma
do its thing. Somewhere between lunch and three pm, a
compliment from a complete stranger is going to hit you
like a soft reset button.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Oh I love, it's going to hit you in your
reset button.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
Yeah, there's that.

Speaker 8 (05:00):
I don't know what was I gotta find.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
It first, All right, coming up next to you. On
the JV Show, we're kicking off our cool or Not lists,
you know, we do this everyone's day. We throw some
things out and we discussed is that cool or not?

Speaker 1 (05:12):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
For the TV show I'm Selena Rooms, you'r morning JV Show.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Happy humped n that's a little dry. Excuse me?

Speaker 9 (05:21):
Oh but hey, guys, as if I've been watching like
a lot of Disney Plus. I've been watching like a
lot of like the animated movies on Disney Plus, and
I just wanted to ask you. I just want to
ask you, guys, Graham, Selena, and Jess, why are the
Disney characters so cute in those animated movies? Also, you
guys should YouTube Angel Katy super cute, adorable, cute little voice. Yeah,

(05:43):
you guys should check that out. But why are they
so cute?

Speaker 2 (05:47):
Do we need to worry about Big John being on
some type of list? Maybe he has to stay away
from schools and kids?

Speaker 8 (05:53):
What do you mean just because he likes watching Disney?

Speaker 2 (05:57):
No not, it's no who doesn't love Disney. It's just
the he finds the characters cute. He watches Angel Kitty
on YouTube.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
I don't know, Big John, I might need to find
some new hobbies for you that are all one hundred
yards away from the school.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Of course, is that a real question, Big John? Why
are the Disney characters so cute? That's their job to
be cute.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
That's literally what the goal they set out to do
in each of these moves. Make some cute characters that
people are gonna fall in love with Just don't fall
too hard in love with them.

Speaker 8 (06:25):
Yeah, don't obsess?

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Are cool or not? List you throw some things out
we discussed is that cool or not? I think it's
pretty self explanatory. Graham, would you like to kick it off?
I would?

Speaker 1 (06:35):
What are you guys saying cool or not? Hacky sacks
are having a major moment right now. Wow, have you
guys seen this?

Speaker 2 (06:43):
No?

Speaker 3 (06:43):
I guess hacky sack sales are just surging. They're flying
off the shelves. It is the cool thing right now.
Everyone is buying hacky sacks. So move over the boo
boos and Stanley cups and every other viral item. Hacky
sacks are the thing right now. Jes do you even
know what a hacky sack is?

Speaker 4 (07:00):
It's like just like a little ball filled with like
little beans or jellies or something, right, and it like
you just hit it with your foot. I just remember
in high school, like all the boys or the yeah
the nerd No, not the boys, the boys.

Speaker 8 (07:19):
I feel like they would use it, but I don't know.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Yeah, apparently it's the thing right now. Are you guys
here for the hacky sack?

Speaker 2 (07:28):
I guess it's what I've never No, not really because
it is nerdler, but but yes, if that's what, if
that's what teens or younger people want to do, because
there's all there's worse things they could be doing, destructive things,
awful things.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
I guess that's a good point, Like it turns it
into an activity versus just something like a laboobu that
I just hung on my makeup bag, you know, like
you could actually use this thing, true.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
Graham, did you ever used to?

Speaker 3 (08:01):
Because it looks so stupid, you know what I mean.
It's just one of those things that I just had
no desire to ever do. Even the people that are
really good at it, you know, you see them and
I just be like, I don't get it.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
That ain't it.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
You know, I've never I've never even tried to do one.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
We should make a video of the JV show trying
to hacky Sack and see if the three of us
how many.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Times you can hit the damn thing keep it in
the air?

Speaker 2 (08:25):
Very many times? We tried to. Did we do this
the soccer ball?

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Yeah, But it's easier with the tiny little ball, is it?
I think?

Speaker 6 (08:33):
So?

Speaker 1 (08:34):
Is it?

Speaker 3 (08:34):
We might need to buy one if you can find them.
I'm telling you they're sold out everywhere.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
That is weird.

Speaker 1 (08:39):
Everyone wants a hacky sack qrin cool and not.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Cool in that one. And I gave my reasons. Why
what did guys think cool or not? Tune up punch cool?
Oh it sounds gross? Do you guys want to guess
what this is?

Speaker 1 (08:51):
It's when you never never mind. I can't say that
bunch someone in there tune in?

Speaker 4 (08:58):
Now?

Speaker 1 (09:00):
What is it?

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Is it food related?

Speaker 1 (09:02):
I don't want to actually drink tuna punch. That sounds terrible.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you know it's not a drinks, a
drink like that.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
One time member had to chug tuna juice the Jamie
Show Chug Wheel, and we just squeezed out a couple
of cans of tuna into a chug mug and I
drank it.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
Is that tuna punch?

Speaker 2 (09:19):
So I saw a video of Adrian Bilon okay, and
tuna punch is something that she invented accidentally, but now
she eats it all the time. It's where she takes
her a tuna fish sandwich and dips it in fruit punch.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
That's disgusting, and she.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
Eats it and she swears it is like the best
thing she's ever ate.

Speaker 8 (09:40):
Why would she try that in the first place.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Well, she made it by accident. She accidentally spills fruit
punch sandwich one time and she's like, well, I'm still
gonna eat it, and then it was delicious apparently, so
now she does this regular CARPI Is she.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
A five year old? Is that her lunch normally?

Speaker 3 (09:54):
Just having a tuna fish sandwich and some fruit punch?

Speaker 1 (09:57):
What are you five?

Speaker 10 (09:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:59):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
There's no way that combo could be good. I think
everybody's doing this to troll us. We tried Billy Bob
Thornton's grapes and dijon the other the other day. It
was trash, Like I can tell me that the that
they've created some new food creation that's better than.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
Just what it is.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
What it is?

Speaker 2 (10:17):
She ate it on camera. She like devoured it. Ews
I know, not cool, but I will be making it
this week's item on the Chuck Bill.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
I have a JV show blender that I'm bringing in.
You guys, anything, we'll just get some tuna juice and
I don't trust, Okay, then we don't need to. It'll
be Tuona juice and fruit punch. I don't have to
blend anything. We'll mix the two together and it will
be this week's feature item.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
I would rather try delicious tuna sandwich dipped in fruit punch.
Why don't we just do that instead of having will.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
That's too much.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
Somebody's got to make the sandwiches and bring them in
and then no thanks.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
I don't trust any of you guys preparing any fish
items for.

Speaker 8 (10:58):
I'm gonna go out.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
Cool. Yeah, cool, also not cool. Graham wanting to put
this on the check.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Yeah, it's a great idea for the Chuck to thank
Adrian Bilong.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Cool. Do you even know who that.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Dial? Loosely know who that is? She was in some
sort of girl group.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
She and a girl. Yeah, yeah, of course I had
some act in David Rob Kardashian.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
There you go. The JV show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
We were just talking about Hackey sacks. Good Morning JV
showed it a day were from Dublin.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
It's funny you guys are talking about the Hackey sack.
We had a few of those in our.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Kids room at the church this past weekend, and my
grandkids had no idea what it was, and they were
amazed at my Hacky Sack skills, and honestly, I was
surprised I could still do it.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Yeah, I'm all about that. Hackey Sack happy home.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
Yeah they're coming back.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
Hackey Sack life is a real thing right now, major,
major surgeon, Hacky Sack sales right going on right now.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
Random, we are the JV show. I'm Selena Room and
I'm Jess Quick someone else with their oh cool or not.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
Good morny JAV show.

Speaker 10 (12:02):
This is Edwin from Brentwood. I have a cool or
not being at the gym at one of the workout
machines and being on your phone for like five minutes
or more in between reps while other people are waiting
for you to finish the machine.

Speaker 3 (12:19):
Cool or not?

Speaker 10 (12:21):
Graham, I feel like you would know the.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Answers to this too. Have a good day, you guys.
That's an instantly not yeah cool. It's all you see
at the gym. Though. Everybody does it. We're all guilty
of it.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
I've done it before too, but I try to make
it a point that if I'm in between sets, you
don't check your phone, because what feels like you're checking
your phone for just a few seconds is actually minutes
because everybody gets sucked into their phone and then you're
sitting there clogging up a machine.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
It's not possible. Don't look if people don't know people
are waiting, it's not like there's a line right because
they're on other machines nearby.

Speaker 4 (12:54):
Sometimes, like at my gym, it gets a little patch sometimes,
so I do have to kind of stand around, which
I did want to ask you, Graham, do you get
bothered by when by somebody standing around waiting for the machine?

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Kind of?

Speaker 3 (13:06):
It's kind of really it's kind of irritating, but I
get but I get it in a crowded gym, like
that's the only way to do it, I'll never do it.
I'll go and find something different to do, just because
I don't want to be the person hovering, because I
know it's like kind of annoying, but I totally understand it.
It's like if you're using a popular piece of equipment
or whatever, there are people that are waiting to use it,

(13:26):
so it's like it's a good reminder, like speed up and.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
Get off your phone.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
That's so much pressure to hurry up. Yeah, I usually
don't mind it. If it's one person, but there's sometimes
where it's like.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
A whole group of like men that are just like
doing their workouts together. I guess, so then they'll just
be standing right next to.

Speaker 5 (13:42):
The machine and I'm like, yeah, I didn't actually even
want to use this thing.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
Hello, all, I'm.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Out of here, all right, Graham, what do you have?

Speaker 1 (13:52):
All right? Uh?

Speaker 3 (13:53):
I wanted to ask you guys, one simple question, would
you return it?

Speaker 1 (13:58):
This family agree?

Speaker 3 (14:00):
Family, unfortunately said they went online to order an earn
to put their recently past grandfather's ashes in, and grandma
she was the one behind some of the ordering, and
they hopped on Amazon, of course, where we order everything,
and they ordered a variety of different earns because they
weren't exactly sure which one was going to be the

(14:20):
one that really spoke to them, and sometimes you got
to see the item in person. Well, as they were
unboxing a few of these different urns, they opened up
one of them that they kind of liked, like, okay,
this could be the one. When they opened it, it
was already filled with ashes, and the family they were like,
we're not forensic experts, but this does look like it's

(14:41):
human remains in here. This is what they obviously the
conclusion that they drew, well, they reached out to Amazon,
and Amazon's like, well, that's from a third party seller,
so there's nothing we can really do for you.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
Be happy to credit you. We'll credit you the nineteen
you know.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
Dollars or whatever you spent on the thing, and you
can discard the item.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
Now we've all gotten that response when returning.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
An item, but in this case, the family is like,
I don't think you understand. This is somebody's loved one
likely in here. How can we ship this back to
you and make sure it gets back in the You know, why.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
Didn't you think that whoever? I mean, because how would
the third party seller have gotten that? Maybe it was
returned to them or like somebody was somebody was clearly
trying to get rid of it. Okay, so they didn't
want it.

Speaker 3 (15:30):
So back to my original question, would you return it?
Because they've you've been offered a credit, you've been refunded,
and they said you can throw it out.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
So would you throw it out or would you.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
Go through and jump through a million hoops like this
family ended up doing to try to get this returned
to whoever it belonged to.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
I'd return it. I'm just thrown it out.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
You are you throwing up as loudly told me to.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
Yeah, that's been because that's like they're automated. That's that's
that is, that's gammy, that's somebody's nana in there, and.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
You just threw out. You think somebody who had their
grandpa in this or whoever in this urn accidentally like
returned it. Things happened, and then it got sent to
somebody else who wanted the same exact urn.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Maybe maybe they bought two and they were like, oh,
actually a couple changed my mind, and.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
They put a couple of scoops of Mema in one
and then a couple of scoops another, and they're like, oh,
we'll just keep this one. And they forgot the two
scoops of Mema and then they sent Mema back and
now Amazon sent it to you and Seli's just gonna
throw it in the trash.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
But he was either purposely trying to get rid of
get rid of these ashes because maybe it was like
haunted and there's like bad energy attached to it and
you have to have to get rid of haunted possessions.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Well, now your trash can is gonna be haunted then
if you throw it.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
In there, but then someone's gonna come pick that up
and then nobody take it away. Spirit stays in.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
Yeah, the spirit would lock onto your trash can. Yeah,
because you're the one.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Maybe, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
It's either it's either that thing.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
And I forgot my second theory because you guys started talking.

Speaker 1 (16:59):
About I look, returning.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Stuff is second period or it's not real ashes and
it's like you know how you go to Ikea and
everything's like display and it's fake. It's like display ashes.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
Oh you just think that's like the family that comes
in the picture frame.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Yeah, yes, I don't really know what it would look like.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
You don't feel bad about throwing them away? This should
be the same thing. Returning stuff is such a hassle.
I think I would probably just sprinkle them around my
yard or something. And then, yeah, then discard the urn,
because like, how am I gonna How am I going
to return this?

Speaker 2 (17:31):
It's like you return it back to where you got
it from. What do you think they're going to do?
Throw it out? They're not gonna go search for this family.
That's a good point.

Speaker 4 (17:37):
Instead, maybe go to the ocean and throw it out
and say.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
Some kind words about Mema yeah or Pepa. We don't
really we're not really sure that these people are Mima.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
Yeah, I'm not mad at that. Give them like a
popper going away party.

Speaker 1 (17:50):
I got to drive all the way out to the ocean.
Have you seen gas prices lately? And I got to drive.

Speaker 3 (17:54):
All the way out to the water and find some
bluff overlooking you know, the water, and some beautiful area
to go sprinkle the.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Ashes for you.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
The wind lately would whip it up and just blast
the ashes all over the place and not they wouldn't
even go into the ocean, right.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
Throw the whole urn in there. Then, Oh that's what
Memo would want.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
Yeah, like a football. Send it out there, or send.

Speaker 2 (18:18):
Them to that lady on my trained addiction that eats
the ashes.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Oh yeah, she's hungry for a snack.

Speaker 8 (18:27):
She like she paying.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
She'll eats anyone's ashes, or just like her husband's.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
No, yeah, she'll take a bite, Nana, she's delicious.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Problems. There are so many other things in there there.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
You go, okay, so answer the question, would you return it?

Speaker 1 (18:39):
The answer is now.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
No, I guess no.

Speaker 11 (18:41):
For Selena, it's all the stuff you need to know
what's hot and music, movies, shows and the most talked
about stories happening today in the Bay.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
Skims assistancing themselves from a major headline about drug smuggling.
I don't know if you guys saw this story yesterday.
It was everywhere. A guy in England was sentenced on
Mondayta thirteen years and six months in prison for trafficking
cocaine and palettes of Skims shapewear last September. So he
was driving this trailer truck. He had twenty eight pallets

(19:14):
of Skims in the back. You know, just by looking
at it looked normal. You know, it's just and it
wasn't actual share by the way, a lot of Yeah,
it's a lot of undies and shapewear and bras and things.
Will authorities look deeper after they pulled the truck over
and they found ninety hidden packages of the drug estimated
to be worth around nine point four million dollars. Jeez,
Skims wants everyone to know they had nothing to do

(19:35):
with the drug part of it. They were just trying
to ship some shapewear. They had nothing to do with
the drug smuggling. A rep says SKIMS is aware of
the recent news involving a shipment with our products. We
want to be absolutely clear SKIMS had no knowledge whatsoever
about this criminal activity. We had no connection to the
smuggling operation, the driver or the truck.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
Obviously, yeah, obviously not. It's crazy.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
There's just so much money in the s of illicit
narcotics and the levels and the disguises that are taken
to smuggle drugs in and out of places. I mean,
you've seen those ones with the shipments. It's like these
are all bananas, Like, no, they're not real bananas. If
you open it's all cocing there.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
How do I do that?

Speaker 1 (20:16):
But when you have basically a limitless budget to create
a way to smuggle things, like the solutions are incredibly
clever and elaborate, and you know all these vehicles with
secret compartments and things, and like, I know, it's crazy,
but again they have all the money in the world
to come up with the ways to do it.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
Yeah, but still not worth it because look at you now,
I'm prison. Major changes coming to Selling Sunset. According to TMZ,
they're shaking up the cast for season ten refreshment Memory
do you you guys watch or have you watched Selling Sunset?

Speaker 1 (20:54):
Seemed like one episode.

Speaker 2 (20:55):
I've seen a few episodes. It's a long time ago.
Did you guys know Sophia but got a sister was
on the show. Oh yeah, I thought it was it
her sister, a cousin or her sister Sandra.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
She looked at anything like that.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
I don't know a little bit.

Speaker 1 (21:09):
Okay, I might watch again.

Speaker 2 (21:11):
Well don't because she gone. They're also getting rid of Mary.
What Mary? She wanted the ogs? Mary's gone, Emma and Chelsea.
Netflix is not renewing their contracts before production starts here
in a couple of weeks. For season ten, Brie and Amansa,
they are both returning with the Christine Heather.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
No, these are okay, this is this is kind of
big though, because Christine, she was in the earlier seasons.

Speaker 8 (21:37):
Everybody loved her, but she was drama.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
But that's why everybody loved her, and so a lot
of people wanted her to come back.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
So I think people are going to be excited about that.

Speaker 8 (21:45):
But I'm shocked about Mary.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
I know, by the way, if you haven't been keeping
up with what's going on with the Selling franchise, Selling
the OC and not going to be filming this year
because they're putting all their eggs in one basket, and
that is selling Sunset. They didn't want to prioritize that.
And then if you missed it selling the City, that's
their New York City series not returning for another season.

(22:08):
I don't even think anyone knew that one existed, though, Gariam,
what do.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
You have right?

Speaker 3 (22:13):
Well, we are headed right into a fire season, and
hopefully not a busy one, but the Santa Rosa Island
fire has unfortunately been the kickoff event to this year's
fire season. This is currently the largest fire burning in California.
I'm sure it's got to be the largest fire of
twenty twenty six. So far, it's burned almost seventeen thousand acres.
According to CalFire, it's just under twenty six percent contained

(22:34):
as of this morning. This fire is unique though, because
it's burning on Santa Rosa Island, which is one of
the Channel Islands. They're sort of off the coast near
Santa Barbara, Southern California area, and.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
It's just one big national park.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
There's no houses out there, so it's not like they're
devoting a ton of firefighting equipment. Or personnel to battling
this blaze because eventually it will burn itself out after
it burns the entire island, which is.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
What it looks like it's going to do.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
I think it's burned more than thirty percent or something
of the entire island. Now, as for how this one started,
I mentioned it just briefly yesterday we were talking about
a different fire burning in Ventura County. This one according
to the US Coastguard. Look, it's still under investigation, but
they believe it was started by a sixty seven year
old man his sailboat crashed onto the rocks on the island.
He actually had to spend the night out there shipwrecked

(23:24):
on the island before the Coastguard was able to come
and rescue him. Now, look, he had wrote a big
SOS into the side of the beach and like the
hill that came down.

Speaker 1 (23:33):
To the water there.

Speaker 3 (23:33):
But he also shot off some emergency flares to let
rescuers know where he was. Well, one of those flares
straight into the dry grass and that set thing everything ablaze.
If you've seen a picture of this guy standing out there,
all it is is like you can still read the
words SOS and then just the entire hillside is blackened,
and then he's just standing there, I assume saying like, oops,

(23:57):
my my bad, massive wild I just started again. That
is now burning over and looks like it will just continue.
It's very windy out there obviously too, and dry, so
it will continue to just burn over the entire island.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
Of Santa Rosa.

Speaker 3 (24:12):
I think I've spent the night on Santa Rose Islands,
one of the two. I did a camping trip on
the Channel Islands one time, really when I lived in
Santa Barbara. Very dry and rugged out there, not a
lot of trees, it's just mostly like grass.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
When it started like this, and it's clearly an accident,
like he's not going to face charges or anything like that, right.

Speaker 3 (24:30):
I don't think so, But you don't know. It has
burned three buildings out there. Again, there's not like houses
and stuff on these islands. There's they're uninhabited, but there's
three buildings national park stuff.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
I'm assuming it has destroyed those. I think you could.
But he was trying to signal an.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
Emergency, an accident.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
I would assume not, but it is a major oops,
my bad, entire island will get burned the JV Show
on Wild ninety four nine morning.

Speaker 12 (24:59):

Speaker 3 (25:58):
Yeah, a couple of crocs golf the anniversary.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
All right, time for what the bleep? Where you can
win a JV show, Chuck mug. You just have to
be the first person a guest Today's leaped out word
correctly and as always, when you think you know what
that word is, leave your guests on the talkback mike
on the iHeartRadio app. Are you guys ready for today's clip?

Speaker 1 (26:15):
Sure?

Speaker 2 (26:16):
People who have in public? Is that part of the thrill,
like seeing if you can get away with it? I
heard it is?

Speaker 1 (26:24):
It's got to be little extra adrenaline. Yeah, yeah, blood's pumping.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Right. Have you guys ever done that? No? No, no, no no,
I don't want that thrill much anxiety?

Speaker 1 (26:34):
Yeah, all right, think about what that bleeped out word
can be.

Speaker 3 (26:38):
Remember this is a family show, so it's probably not
that first thing you were thinking about, but it might
be the second thing you were thinking about, or the
third thing. And when you have a guest, you whip
out your iHeartRadio app, hit that talkback mike button. Obviously
you have the app already out because you're streaming us
right now, leave us your name and your city along
with your guest.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
First correct dance in the morning wins a JV show
Chuck Bun to.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
Get those guesses, and now we're going to play some
of those first talkbacks.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
Next the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Back to what the Bleep where you just have to
be the first person a guest today's beleeped out word
correctly in order to win this chug mug. As always,
when you think you know what that bleep dot word is,
leave your guess on the talkback Mike on the iHeart
Radio app. Here today's clipping case you missed it people
who have in public? Is that part of the thrill,
like seeing if you can get away with it?

Speaker 3 (27:22):
All?

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Right, Yeah, let's go to your guesses. Remember this is
a family show. Good morning JV show. This is Nightleen
from Danville. Is today's word alcohol? I like that? And yes,
part of it is being able to like take a
little sip and hoping nobody knows.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
And then you're like off super buzz speak until I'm
buzzed and my extra smiley right.

Speaker 6 (27:44):
Now, Good Morning Jamie Show, It's Marissa from Shadow's a
happy hoped.

Speaker 11 (27:50):
I'm gonna take a guess that's the bleep dot word
and say Jay walked.

Speaker 2 (27:57):
That's another good guess.

Speaker 8 (27:58):
Do people actually get in trouble for that? Have they? Actually?

Speaker 3 (28:01):
I don't know, I mean people have, It's just not
very likely or comments better things to worry about.

Speaker 6 (28:07):
I would think my JV show Chill Springs, Happy Home.

Speaker 7 (28:12):
I guess for the bleep dot.

Speaker 6 (28:13):
Word is vape?

Speaker 1 (28:16):
They've vape in public?

Speaker 2 (28:18):
Yeah, all right, hope but win. We're gonna take guys.
It's another good guy. Although I don't see anybody trying
to like hide it. You just do it well.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Some people do it kind of sneakily. Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
I guess. Great guess is so far not the one
we are looking for, though, So if you think you
know what that word is, maybe you have a different guest.
Leave it now. On the talkback Mike on the iHeart
Radio AP, We're gonna play more of your talkbacks coming up.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
The JV Show. On Wild ninety four nine, Well.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
For nine, the base number one hit music station, Happy Wednesday,
Happy Home due, they were hanging out with the JV show.
This is our what the bleep game where you can
win a JV show Chuck Mug. You just have to
be the first person a guest. Today's leaped out word
correctly as always when you think you know what that
word is. Leave your guests on the talkback Michae on
the iHeart Radio app. Here's today's clipy case you missed it.
People who have in public? Is that part of the thrill?

(29:06):
Like seeing if you can get away with it? Gotta
be right, the only that's the only thing I can
think of. But just remember this is a family show,
all right, so your guesses do have to be clean.
Let's go to your guesses on the talkbacks.

Speaker 4 (29:17):
Now, good morning guys, A good furthest one out there
is a good good bleeped out words this morning.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
But graffiti, Yeah, anyways.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
The graffiti that have graffiti, have graffiti, graffiti would be okay, yeah,
would be the better.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
That's a good guess.

Speaker 1 (29:36):
Yeah, that is. I think that's I think that's part
of the thrill.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
I always wonder how does how does it appear? When
are the graffiti artists doing this.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
Particularly the ones that are like way up high on
the side of how do you get up there?

Speaker 2 (29:47):
How did you get there.

Speaker 13 (29:49):
Yeah, Sam Graham, the Jeremy from Oakley. I think the
word is argument in public.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
People that have arguments in public, I don't think they
care about getting caught because they'd be doing it in
front of everybody. Yeah, and thank you.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
I love watching normal behavior.

Speaker 9 (30:14):
From Hayward.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
And I think is shop lift shoplift?

Speaker 2 (30:21):
All right back? Shoplift shoplifted?

Speaker 3 (30:27):
Do you think that's part of the people people that
are shoplifters. Do you think part of it is the
thrill of not getting caught or is it just like, no,
I need that thing on the steel that for.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Me, the thrill would be getting something new. But I
think for a lot of people that just because the
people that are like addicted to shoplifting, it is that
it's that thrill, especially those still things they don't even need.
It's something to steal.

Speaker 4 (30:50):
Especially if they don't get caught ones, because then they're like,
oh wow, how many times can I do this?

Speaker 2 (30:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (30:55):
It turns out everything's free? The story it have you
home done? I think the bleeped out word is gash gas.

Speaker 7 (31:07):
Thanks.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
Here's today's clip underleaps people who have gas in public?
Is that part of the thrill, like seeing if you
can get away with it, like just walk in, just
walking dropping him and nobody knows it's you, that has
to be part of it.

Speaker 1 (31:27):
Right, Well, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
Let's throw it out, have you ever? Well, I think
everybody has at some point, And so is it the
adrenaline or is it just like, no, I got to
get this thing out.

Speaker 8 (31:39):
I wouldn't say there's a thrill.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
I mean there's definitely.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
I think some people might like, like, oh, I can
get away with this and no one would suspect it
to me.

Speaker 3 (31:48):
I mean, you definitely don't want people to know it's you.
So there is some anxiety there, you know.

Speaker 1 (31:54):
Yeah, when you do do some crop dusting at Costco
in the aisle.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
Like you've done this before?

Speaker 3 (32:00):
A Graham, No, I don't know what you're talking about,
manor might not have happened before, but I think.

Speaker 1 (32:05):
It's happened to everybody. Right, all right, let's get some shoutouts. First.
He didn't say his name there, but he left to
follow him talk back, and that's our buddy, earned and
san Leander, San Leander, what's up?

Speaker 3 (32:16):
He had the very first correct answer this morning, and
he must have had farts on the brain. This morning
because he was on that one click nicely done, earned brand.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
New JV show Chubbug coming your way.

Speaker 3 (32:25):
Few other people this morning came with that correct answer.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
Lauds. I shout about Carlos from the town. What's up, Carlos,
what's up?

Speaker 3 (32:31):
He had a correg So did Christina in San Francisco
and the cookies also in San Francisco.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
They play along as a family. And you know there's
a family of farters. You know, I've heard that leader talkbox. Yeah,
the car Oh, Carlos full of farts. Anybody else suggests
that I'm missing here else because that was it?

Speaker 2 (32:48):
Okay, yep, well, thank you everyone for playing a loss?

Speaker 1 (32:52):
Was that keyword?

Speaker 2 (32:53):
We'll do it again tomorrow morning, same time. Seven o
five are.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
Here on the JV Show, The JV Show on Wild
ninety four nine. Good morning, guys, happy hump, have the haircut.
You know, I'm over here living.

Speaker 13 (33:04):

the morning. Angie, that's what it costs to watch.

Speaker 14 (33:12):
A real team.

Speaker 1 (33:14):
That's adorable. Did Tracy do you write that one for you?

Speaker 2 (33:31):
Any of this?

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Well, Tracy, Angieinge took some shots at our buddy Edgar
yesterday apparently, And.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
Do you guys understand his reference the burn? And did
Tracy D write that for you?

Speaker 2 (33:44):
No?

Speaker 1 (33:45):
I thought, just because, like you, I was a viral
clip this week from a town's city council meeting. I
believe it was I think in Louisiana.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
And oh oh, I did not see that.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
It is legendary. It is so good. Yes, it's one
of the best things I've seen on the internet this year.

Speaker 2 (34:05):
All right, let's go to the phone. Good morning, cell Ya,
good morning. How's it going?

Speaker 1 (34:14):
Oh good good?

Speaker 8 (34:14):
How are you guys doing?

Speaker 2 (34:16):
Fantastic? Thank you so much for asking. Enough about us, though,
it's all about you winning these San Mateo County Fair tickets.
We have a four pack on the line. You just
got to get three out of four tribute questions. Correct.
Are you ready? Yes, I'm ready. Here we go with
question number one. A traditional Cuban sandwich is made with
what kind of meat? Oh goodness, I love those, Oh my.

Speaker 3 (34:44):
Goodness, it's only one of the best sandwiches of all time.

Speaker 1 (34:49):
I know they're so good, but I don't know what meat.

Speaker 13 (34:53):
Oh my goodness, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
Take a guess. What are you eating in there? Oh?

Speaker 2 (35:02):
Just pick a meat.

Speaker 1 (35:06):
Aren't many different sandwich meat options?

Speaker 4 (35:11):
It's totally wrong.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
I'm just gonna say turkey.

Speaker 1 (35:15):
Definitely not a turkey sandwich. Yeah, usually some like brains
are shredded poorked down, and then some slices of the
ham also, and then you got the pickles and the mustard.
Oh my god, Selena, you're you're.

Speaker 3 (35:27):
Gonna be like, Aye, you've never had a Cuban sandwich from.

Speaker 1 (35:30):
Oh my god, my favorite.

Speaker 3 (35:32):
All right, question number two, you got to get the
next three in a row. Question number two, What astronomical
unit of distance equals about five point eight eight trillion miles?

Speaker 12 (35:44):
Mocked the.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
Oh my goodness, why am I getting the hard one?
If you think about it, this one, you know it.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Can you repeat it?

Speaker 1 (35:54):
What astronomical unit of distance equals about five point eight
eight eight trillion miles?

Speaker 2 (36:05):
Oh my gosh, I have no idea.

Speaker 3 (36:10):
It's a light year, a light Oh how far light
would travel in a year?

Speaker 1 (36:16):
Five point eight eight trillion miles. That's a long way.

Speaker 2 (36:19):
What were you gonna give, Jess.

Speaker 4 (36:20):
I'm just gonna say, toy story, toy story.

Speaker 2 (36:26):
Question number three, the Guineasburg address is one of the
most iconic speeches in American history. Who gained that speech?

Speaker 1 (36:38):
I'm gonna quit.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
I'm just gonna take a guess.

Speaker 15 (36:41):
Thomas Jefferson.

Speaker 2 (36:42):
Oh my god, Oh those old guys. At least she's
not cheating Abraham Lincoln.

Speaker 1 (36:49):
Abraham Lincoln in the dress. That's a corner to America.

Speaker 3 (36:56):
All right, Well, it's gonna come down to the final
question to get this one correct, and you save face
if you don't.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
Get it correct.

Speaker 3 (37:03):
I'm gonna shout Holy horrible trivia question number Question number four.
If an NFL coach throws a red flag out onto
the field, what is it signifying?

Speaker 1 (37:13):
They want to do?

Speaker 2 (37:16):
Expel the player? Oh horrible trivia?

Speaker 1 (37:23):
Oh god, correct answer there. They want to challenge the
ruling on the field.

Speaker 9 (37:28):
Of the previous Oh what what happened?

Speaker 3 (37:33):
What the Cuban sandwich is happening here today?

Speaker 1 (37:37):
Is that the first Holy horrible trivia of twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (37:40):
I don't think I feel like we've had one.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
Okay, I'll go to the archives and chi, Yeah, that
didn't go well.

Speaker 11 (41:42):
It's all the stuff you need to know, what's hot
and music, movies, shows and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
So Hayden Pantier is finally dropping some hints. So I
remember last week, I think I think it was last
week she was on the j Scheddy podcast and she
talked to about her memoir and she talked about a
time when she was eighteen years old and she was
partying on a yacht when a woman who she trusted
placed her in a bed with a very well known
man who was naked underneath the covers. And Hayden was like,

(42:12):
absolutely not and she got the hellip out of there. Well,
the book is out, This is Me, a reckoning dropped yesterday.
In it, she does name the woman who put her
in that bed, but nobody knows who the hell she is.
Some lady named Stella mccamis, Like.

Speaker 3 (42:27):
Who Stella McCamus? Okay, believe Stella would do this. She's
such a I've never heard of her.

Speaker 2 (42:32):
Apparently she was just an industry acquaintance. Nobody really knows
anything about her or who she is. Hayden's book doesn't
indicate that this is a pseudonym, so it's got to
be her real name. But like nobody, she's just a nobody.
I guess I don't know. As for who the naked
guy was, a lot of people online theorized that it
was Leonardo DiCaprio. Well, in her book, she described the

(42:55):
man as a famoush famous, famous British sing her.

Speaker 1 (43:05):
Famous.

Speaker 2 (43:05):
She described him as a famous British singer songwriter in
his thirties. Hayden was eighteen at the time, so this
would have been like two thousand and seven, two thousand
and eight. The only person that could maybe fit this description,
which again is a big who gives a fart, Robbie Williams,
who exactly remember him? I kind of know the name,

(43:29):
but yeah, did he have.

Speaker 1 (43:32):
The blurred lines? Was that him? Robbie william Robin think, yeah, yeah, Robbie.

Speaker 6 (43:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (43:40):
Again. I feel awful that happened to her, But this
would have been a lot juice here if it was Leo.

Speaker 1 (43:48):
Yeah, it wasn't that.

Speaker 2 (43:50):
We're getting a little bit more more closure.

Speaker 1 (43:53):
Yes, that was the gum incident. That one.

Speaker 2 (43:55):
No, this is the guy in the bed, the guy.

Speaker 1 (43:57):
No other hints about the other the other incident. This
looks like it looks like a guy.

Speaker 2 (44:02):
Just for some context. She also described another story. She
was leaving a party in Hollywood. She was nineteen at
the time, and a guy was like, oh my god,
I got some gum stuck on my pants. And she
looks down and know the guy's got his business out.

Speaker 1 (44:14):
That one, his full business, his the easter eggs. That one.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
I don't I haven't seen anything further on that, so
I still don't know who that was. We'll give or
find out. Maybe maybe it's in the book. Jess, here's
your homework assignment. Go read it and then you come back.

Speaker 8 (44:32):
I'm going to come back in three months.

Speaker 1 (44:34):
Nobody. Yeah, that's the thing. Yeah, you don't want to
give away all the all the juice in us from
the book. You want to just really get people.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
We'll get more info, but I mean, the book just drops,
so maybe we'll have some viral excerpts there today. I
don't really know. A couple of reality TV things really quick.
First of all, this next season of Love is blind. Look,
it's not drop until this fall, but did you guys
see that it's going to be set in Boston?

Speaker 1 (44:56):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (44:57):
I did see that. No, thank you, I can't listen
to that. Yeah, I can't wait. The other reality TV thing,
Bravo drops the trailer for the upcoming Summer House Reunion
one airs on the twenty six now. Summerhouse fans have
been waiting for this because it's when we see Sierra
and Kyle finally confront West in Amanda. If you don't know,

(45:18):
Sierra and Kyle used to date West in Amanda, well,
Amanda and Kyle married. Actually, so here's just a little
snippet of the trailer. Here's Kyle talking about how he
feels so betrayed.

Speaker 1 (45:30):
I thought I knew you, man, and I've been going
back and forth between feeling concerned and trick and.

Speaker 11 (45:35):
No one in this world has ever been in a
situation like this before.

Speaker 2 (45:40):
Here, Sierra, six.

Speaker 1 (45:41):
Years, I have been your champion. I couldn't fathom that
I would be sitting here pissed that you're my ex.

Speaker 2 (45:49):
He wants to.

Speaker 14 (45:49):
Embarrass me, he wants to get his last little words,
and I hope it works because he's with you to
fight me.

Speaker 2 (45:56):
I just I think I need to take it. She
walks off the set. Okay, West, you're gonna go after her.
You should go after your girl. Get up and go
after her. West, be be.

Speaker 1 (46:08):
A man with I can't wait for this.

Speaker 3 (46:11):
Sierra a legend that she's only with him just to
spite that he's West is only with a mana just
to spite Sierra. That's a bit I'm not. That's a
bridge a little too far across from me. I don't
think that that's the reason it happened. Like he's not spite.
I don't think he went with the intent to spite her,
Like who can I all date her friend?

Speaker 2 (46:30):
You just get with everybody, you know.

Speaker 3 (46:31):
I just don't think like it's that diabolical, like that
makes a nice little snippet. And for somebody to storm
off the stage of reunion. There has never been a
Bravo reunion where someone doesn't get up and walk.

Speaker 1 (46:42):
Off at some point.

Speaker 3 (46:43):
I love that they very they over, you know, dramatize
that moment, But that happens every single time, if not,
multiple people will get up and walk off. I got
I gotta take a break. I gotta and then you
know they get because they're getting attacked or whatever and
they just need to walk off stage for a second.

Speaker 1 (46:59):
I'm juiced this though. The season is still not I
think there's.

Speaker 3 (47:02):
One more regular season over episode this week and then
I'm assuming.

Speaker 1 (47:07):
Yeah, then the reunion. You said the twenty six, So.

Speaker 2 (47:09):
That's twenty six is part one? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (47:10):
This three parts? Oh my god, it's getna be good.
I can't believe you guys have not jumped on board
this one.

Speaker 2 (47:15):
I haven't. I think I'll just watch the reunion. Yeah,
there's just too much backstory. Yeah, it's too much. It's overwhelming.

Speaker 1 (47:22):
Now, I still think you could get it, get in
on it. Even just watching this season, they would, you
would understand what's happening.

Speaker 2 (47:29):
Grum, what do you have in trendy?

Speaker 3 (47:31):
All right, if you've been waiting to buy your tickets
to the World Cup, now might be your chance, because
we're just a couple of weeks away from the tournament
getting underway, and it looks like ticket prices actually starting
to drop up. Until recently, depending on the match, some
of the cheapest seats to get into Levi's were anywhere
from nine hundred to one thousand dollars, and again that's
not Team USA taking the field. They're not playing here

(47:52):
at Levi's those like and those were again the entry
level tickets there in the back.

Speaker 1 (47:57):
Those prices have come down a bit.

Speaker 3 (48:01):
Some of the Paraguay Australia match tickets as low as
one hundred and forty dollars, So things have come way
way down. So if you have been sitting on the sidelines,
like I don't know if I want to spend that
to go to the World Cup, you do want to
be in the house for a World Cup game. I
get you'd rather see Team USA out there, but just
to be a part of the excitement, you definitely want

(48:22):
to be in the house. And now tickets anywhere and
for a lot of the other matches two hundred to
five hundred dollars, that's a very steep decline. Again, they
were nine hundred one thousand before that, so you're getting
a hell of a discount. Prices coming way way down.
Get your tickets, you do. If you want to purchase
a ticket, you have to I believe, register on FIFA's

(48:42):
whole thing or whatever. Yes, you got to be signed
up with FIFA in order to purchase the tickets.

Speaker 1 (48:47):
Got it the JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.

Speaker 2 (48:51):
Just I know you have a bit of a topic
situation you want to bring up in just second, But first.

Speaker 3 (48:55):
Gram, have you guys ever heard of dead butt syndrome? No,
Apparently it's becoming very common. Doctors and physical therapists across
the country seeing patients all the time with it. A
lot of people have seen it manifest. It's also called
dead glute syndrome, but more commonly dead butt syndrome.

Speaker 2 (49:12):
Wet from my butt, dead from my butt?

Speaker 3 (49:15):
Yeah, dead from my butt is most people. It manifests
just as like some numbness or pain, particularly after a
long day of sitting down. And we know people are
leading more and more sedentary lifestyles where you're sitting at
your desk all day and then sitting in your car
commuting or whatever. And what they're saying though, is that

(49:35):
as basically your glutes, your butt muscles are sort of
one of the main like powerhouse.

Speaker 1 (49:41):
They're big muscles of your entire body.

Speaker 3 (49:43):
They're key to you know, your overall like physical health
and everything, and a lot of people kind of take
that for granted.

Speaker 1 (49:50):
Particularly when they're working out. You're not working out your
butt enough.

Speaker 3 (49:53):
But over time, as you spend more mark time sitting
and not being active, those muscles get and weaker and
it will actually cause damage to the tendons. And so
people are reporting that pain in their butt and then
also numbness. But then it'll go farther than that, and
then it can manifest as hip pain, lower back pain,
and all sorts of other things. But it all ties

(50:15):
back to that dead butt syndrome. And I just have
to say, I think I'm a dead butt syndrome sufferer
and I hope to someday be a dead butt syndrome survivor.
Hashtag NAPA strong, hashtag we will rebuild. But ever since
I finished building our house, because before I would I
would come here to work and then I would immediately

(50:36):
go to the job site and I would do construction
on the house for the next seven or eight hours
or whatever, and then go to sleep and do it
all over again. And I did that seven days a
week for like, I don't know, three years, and now
that the house is done, I'm spending probably more time
sitting down. And that's on top of I have a
one hour commute in from Napa to the city and
then an hour home each day, so there's more sitting.

(50:58):
And then I'm sitting during the show here, and then
all this sitting is adding up, and man, my butt
is dead.

Speaker 2 (51:04):
You guys, do you work out your butt?

Speaker 1 (51:08):
I do some squats and stuff and I you know,
I'm on you know, the treadmill and stuff like that.
I'm assuming it's getting worked out. But it doesn't matter.

Speaker 2 (51:16):
I think, are you targeting it specifically?

Speaker 4 (51:18):
You're just kind of doing things that are helping it,
but not like fully.

Speaker 8 (51:23):
Targeted, they said.

Speaker 3 (51:24):
Even doctors are saying even with exercise and stuff like that,
it doesn't that helps.

Speaker 2 (51:30):
Is it painful? Are you in pain?

Speaker 3 (51:31):
Yes, I'm in pain right now, only on only on.

Speaker 1 (51:34):
My left cheek and my left hid. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (51:37):
I have left dead butt syndrome, just on one side.
Anything is possible. Anything is possible, Selena, I have half
dead butt syndrome and it's it's very painful.

Speaker 2 (51:49):
You need a standing desk, yes, I do. I'm going
to get giant exercise ball.

Speaker 1 (51:57):
Remember when all the salespeople here were bouncing on their ball.

Speaker 2 (52:00):
It's like, get you on a big blue ball.

Speaker 1 (52:03):
I don't want to bounce on my balls during the show.

Speaker 2 (52:06):
Well, then don't complain about your dead butt.

Speaker 3 (52:08):
I'm just saying I've identified what the problem is because
I've been wondering, like, man, I get out of the car,
you know, and it's like that, just that one side,
my left butt is hurting quite a bit.

Speaker 2 (52:18):
And it's from a butt.

Speaker 1 (52:20):
I'm suffering from dead butt syndrome.

Speaker 2 (52:22):
So where do we go from here?

Speaker 3 (52:24):
More I got to be more active and probably some
physical therapy and stuff.

Speaker 2 (52:29):
Like that on your butt. Maybe maybe it just a
nice massage, Oh yeah, a butt massage.

Speaker 3 (52:36):
Yeah, but probably it needs to be from if there's
a physical therapist listening that would like to massage my
left cheek like extensively, Like it needs a lot down
there right you know where you're leg bones connected to
your hip bone.

Speaker 1 (52:49):
Yeah, that part right.

Speaker 2 (52:51):
There to the back bone.

Speaker 3 (52:52):
Yeah, right there, that's the real source of my dead button.

Speaker 1 (52:56):
So anyone wants to get in there, talk back and
massage that spot on me, I appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (53:00):
Yeah, they'll need to really like go in there with
their oh yeah, elbow and everything.

Speaker 1 (53:04):
Get your gloves on all right.

Speaker 4 (53:06):
I want to ask you guys if you would or
wouldn't hire someone who was posting this to their social media.
And I want to get into the topic of whether
or not social media should even matter in the hiring process.
But there is a woman who is in college and
she set out to complete a fifty day bender.

Speaker 1 (53:26):
So hard, lofty goal. That is fifty days.

Speaker 8 (53:30):
A lot of days drinking.

Speaker 2 (53:32):
I feel like you've gone longer a gram back in
your college days.

Speaker 1 (53:35):
I have probably rivaled that.

Speaker 3 (53:37):
But I see, I don't know, like straight, I don't know,
like full on bender. There was a bar in Santa
Barbara called the Study Hall rip At closed a couple
of years ago, but they used to do for the.

Speaker 1 (53:48):
Spring quarter if you would.

Speaker 3 (53:50):
You know, a quarter was ten weeks, so seventy days,
and you had to go to the bar fifty out
of the seventy days, and they had something called the
fifty Club and every time you had to go and
buy at least one drink and drink there and then
they like stamped your card or whatever, and then they
did a big party at the end, open bar party
for all the fifty club members. And yeah, dude, fifty,
you're like, I go to this bar all the time,
that's no problem.

Speaker 1 (54:10):
I can do that easily. Going fifty out of seventy
days is not easy, but I did it back to
back years, Doe, was actually easy.

Speaker 3 (54:18):
No, it wasn't it there. There's so many days we
were like, I don't want to go to a party
at the end, open bar party for all the fifty
club members. Yeah, dude fifty, you're like, I go to
this bar all the time. That's no problem. I can
do that easily. Going fifty out of seventy days is
not easy, but I did it.

Speaker 1 (54:34):
Back to back years was actually pretty easy. No, it
wasn't it there. There's so many days we were like,
I don't want to go to a bar and drink
right now, right, But you do it anyways and then
it ends up being fun. But yeah, back to back years, you.

Speaker 8 (54:47):
Guys, But that's a law, right, yes day.

Speaker 2 (54:50):
This woman, when I hear a fifty day bender, that
sounds like, oh, she's like drinking right back out for
fifty days.

Speaker 8 (54:57):
Every single day.

Speaker 4 (54:58):
And she wanted to do this leading up to her graduation.
Right now, she recently did respectable, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
Christ and she did complete it.

Speaker 8 (55:07):
But there's a lot of discourse online.

Speaker 4 (55:09):
A lot of people are discussing whether or not, she's
messing up her future chances of getting hired anywhere. If
future employers see her videos, will they decline her application
because of it? A lot of people in the comments
were saying it's divided.

Speaker 8 (55:26):
Obviously, what we.

Speaker 2 (55:27):
Do outside of work shouldn't matter.

Speaker 4 (55:29):
Others saying, yeah, but when you're working somewhere, your representation
of that company, so they can decide whether social media
matters to them or not.

Speaker 2 (55:38):
What do you guys think?

Speaker 4 (55:40):
And would you hire someone who was posting this to
their social media?

Speaker 2 (55:45):
Yeah, she sounds fun. See, I'm kind of more on
the side that what you do outside of work shouldn't
matter as long as you aren't out here at committing
crimes or like hurting somebody.

Speaker 3 (55:58):
But don't you worry that what an in this particular instance,
what she's doing will be affecting her job performance. She'
like this woman's gonna be out drinking every single night,
and like, yeah, she's gonna be a little slow in
a little late a lot of days.

Speaker 2 (56:10):
But if it's affecting her job, then you fire her
or let her go or don't hire her based on
the job, Like she can't she's not doing it, okay,
But say you. I mean, but I don't think that
it should be based on what you post in your
social media.

Speaker 3 (56:24):
So you have two equally qualified candidates, one that's posting
about her fifty day bender and another one that's posting
about their trip to the California Academy of Sciences and Learning.

Speaker 2 (56:33):
But they both get their job done.

Speaker 3 (56:35):
They're they're they're both just qualifying. These are people applying
for the job. They have the exact same qualifications. But one,
you know, is like just raging on social media all
the time out drinking every night fifty days in a
row bender, and the other one's posting about the book
that she read. Which one would you be more likely
to hire the book?

Speaker 2 (56:53):
I guess probably the book one, because you want somebody
more responsible. But I don't think you want both scouring
somebody's social media. I think and everybody does. But I
just feel like that shouldn't. That shouldn't If it's not
affecting the job, what does it matter?

Speaker 4 (57:05):
I think it shouldn't, But it does in this day
and age, because you see a lot of companies having
to put out statements once one of their employees gets
in trouble for something, and now it is affecting your
company because your name is being attached to these headlines
based on what these people do.

Speaker 3 (57:20):
I would want to know if I was a business owner,
I'd want to know as much.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
As I could. I would look at people social media.

Speaker 3 (57:25):
I would want to know as much as I could
about the employees for exactly that reason that Jess just said,
because they go viral in something and then there's ten
thousand comments boycotting my business and they just completely tank
my business because it's something that they mouthed off and
went viral about. We see this happen at like restaurants
and one one bad server and a bad interaction, and

(57:47):
people review bomb these restaurants and just destroy it. It
is like that server could have been just happened a
bad day, but then that, yeah.

Speaker 1 (57:54):
Now my business is destroyed. I would want to know
everything I could about an employee, and it obviously be.

Speaker 8 (58:00):
Like the main thing that they look out.

Speaker 4 (58:02):
But I was pretty surprised by the amount of people
in the comments that we're saying like, yeah, at my interview,
I was asked about this and this and this, and
they they would have only known that if they had
looked at my social media.

Speaker 2 (58:15):
So I don't life, but it's the mind, your business.

Speaker 3 (58:20):
It's the world we live in. But obviously it's like
you go into a job interview and you're probably lying
about a.

Speaker 1 (58:26):
Bunch of stuff the way that I'm going to get
a real snapshot of who you are. Uh, look, check
out your social media.

Speaker 2 (58:31):
But there's so many people outside of work is completely
different than who I am at work, but they cannot
It's for a lot of people. But I mean even
somebody that doesn't have that isn't active on social media
or whatever, Like they could still say one thing that
goes viral, or they do something outside of work that
goes viral, but like not even have a presence on
social media, do you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (58:51):
But I still think you just want to take as
many steps you as you can do ensure that you
avoid that situation.

Speaker 2 (58:57):
I get it. Completely hate talkbacks. You can leave them
now on the iHeartRadio app. Just use that talk back Mike,
let us know what you think.

Speaker 1 (59:04):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, the.

Speaker 2 (59:07):
TV show, I'm Selena real quick because we were just
talking about the Trader Joe's many toe bags that are
out today. Did you guys hear about these gummy worms,
these fibergummy worms that they are selling now, but they're
not marketed as a fiber product. So everybody is like
eating the entire bag and it is like having laxative effects,
no getting a heavy heavy, and people like it's so

(59:31):
bad that even people like the cashiers are like, hey,
you might want to, you know, look at the servings
on this, or look at the fiber amounts, because otherwise
they would never know.

Speaker 3 (59:41):
You can't just eat one or two gummy worms like
you have to finish a whole bunch of them.

Speaker 2 (59:46):
Yeah, all right, Graham. You revealed to us not too
long ago that you think you are a dead butt
syndrome sufferer.

Speaker 7 (59:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (59:54):
Doctors are saying they're seen a very startling rise in
this and it's pain and numbn in your in your.

Speaker 1 (01:00:01):
Butt basically wet from my butt, and it's.

Speaker 3 (01:00:04):
Causing weakness and the tendons actually because your glutes are
big muscles, and it's actually having very bad physical effects
on people.

Speaker 2 (01:00:10):
Good Morning JV Show.

Speaker 14 (01:00:13):
Graham, what it sounds like you have is sciatica. I
feel it as well. When I get out of the car.
It just shoots down my leg really painful. You feel
it all from your hip to your butt, shoots down to
your leg.

Speaker 1 (01:00:30):
It's the worse.

Speaker 14 (01:00:31):
They say glop Bridges helps, but honestly, I think it's
just a matter of striking in your back.

Speaker 1 (01:00:38):
Yeah, I know.

Speaker 3 (01:00:40):
I've thought about that because the you know stuff that
I have googled before, because I do have it just
on one side, my left side, and that's your sciatica side,
and like, and I thought about that, but I don't.
I don't have these shooting leg pain. It doesn't travel anywhere.
It seems very localized to my not that left cheek.

Speaker 2 (01:00:57):
Stop saying it like I talk to the box roast. Well,
good morning JV show. I'm just listening to you talk
about dead butt syndrome, and.

Speaker 6 (01:01:07):
I thought I would add that also, women, our pelvic
floor is very important.

Speaker 2 (01:01:13):
So please remember to do your cagles.

Speaker 6 (01:01:15):
This is a PSA, so make sure you do your
cagles and squeeze.

Speaker 2 (01:01:21):
Have a great day, guys, Graham, do you do yours?

Speaker 1 (01:01:24):
I've been I've been what do you think I've been
doing the entire show?

Speaker 2 (01:01:26):
Are you doing it right now?

Speaker 3 (01:01:27):
I've been doing hang out doing them right now. It's
a good reminder everybody do your cagles.

Speaker 14 (01:01:33):
Mommy Morning JV Show, its Pam from Martinez Graham.

Speaker 1 (01:01:37):
You're half assing dead butt syndrome.

Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
Have a great day. It's only on one side and
we are no closer to an actual diagnosis.

Speaker 1 (01:01:51):
No, I've I've self diagnosed myself dead butt.

Speaker 3 (01:01:55):
Syndrome, and hopefully I will be a dead butt survivor
at some point. But I will need a standing desk
in a new exercise physical therapy regiment to overcome this hashtag.

Speaker 1 (01:02:03):
We will rebuild hashtag NAPA strong.

Speaker 4 (01:02:05):
Yes, you want to stop it now before it reaches
the other butt.

Speaker 3 (01:02:09):
Yeah, exactly. I don't want full dead butt syndrome. I
guess I'm lucky. I'm just a partial The JV Show
on Wild ninety.

Speaker 7 (01:02:16):
Four nine, Good Morning jav Show. Standing in line for
the Trader Joe Bags here in San Josey on Coleman Avenue.
Line's going but it is very long.

Speaker 3 (01:02:29):
Okay, there's somebody at the Trader Joe's Coleman Avenue line
very long, but is moving for the new Which Trader
Joe's bags are?

Speaker 2 (01:02:36):
These ladies are summer fun mini insulated toes.

Speaker 1 (01:02:40):
I do.

Speaker 8 (01:02:42):
They are super cute?

Speaker 4 (01:02:43):
Yeah, a lot of different patterns and color combinations, so
very cute.

Speaker 2 (01:02:49):
I kind of want to.

Speaker 4 (01:02:50):
Go shake my location in semintery today, but we'll see.

Speaker 2 (01:02:54):
Good morning, guys, it's Auto on the Creek, Happy home game. Yes,
just kids off at school saw the line outside of
Herry Joe's. We were like, oh, they must have dropped
new toes. Yep, it's happening. It is happening.

Speaker 1 (01:03:07):
Genius on them.

Speaker 3 (01:03:08):
Oh yeah, whatever marketing person came up with this promotion,
it should be CEO of the company.

Speaker 2 (01:03:13):
These are those teeny tiny ones. They are pretty small. Yeah,
but he's all the insulated ones. So what can you
fit in there?

Speaker 1 (01:03:19):
How many there?

Speaker 2 (01:03:22):
Oh, but I'd say at least four, but if it's
an entire lunch.

Speaker 8 (01:03:24):
Okay, so they're a pretty good size.

Speaker 4 (01:03:26):
Yeah, they're they're small, but for three ninety nine and
for it being cute and.

Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
Jess, if you get me one, I'll just Apple pay
you the money if you're going to put me.

Speaker 1 (01:03:38):
Up one because yeah, I could put my work.

Speaker 4 (01:03:42):
Yeah, okay, first one, wait a second?

Speaker 8 (01:03:47):
What first of all?

Speaker 4 (01:03:48):
One time, I still remember you guys were like, yeah
you look yeah, just you look like.

Speaker 2 (01:03:52):
A person that would bring lunch to work. A lunch
bug to work, and you guys.

Speaker 8 (01:03:56):
Make fun of me for that, which I do.

Speaker 4 (01:03:57):
Yeah, you guys want to bring a lunch bag, and
you guys made fun of me for going to Trader.

Speaker 2 (01:04:03):
There's not just any lunch lunch bag. This is a
Trader Joe summer fun mini insuluted toe.

Speaker 3 (01:04:07):
Yeah, and if I if.

Speaker 2 (01:04:11):
I, if I see them, I'll get you guys one. Maybe.
The other thing we were talking about is Graham's dead Butt.

Speaker 3 (01:04:20):
Dead BUTTL Why is it not working? A lot of
people suffering from dead butt syndrome. It's nothing to joke about, Selena.
I'm a hashtag dead butt suffering, dead butt syndrome sufferer.

Speaker 2 (01:04:28):
Okay, well, you know what, we had a talk back.
It's not playing, So I do apologize. That's me pushing
the button. Yeah, it's not working. It but I think
it was someone offering you to give you a butt rope.

Speaker 3 (01:04:39):
Yeah, well let's see if it can play later because
it was a solid one. But yeah, it was uh
a butt rub offering. They say that's the key to
releasing the dead butt syndrome.

Speaker 2 (01:04:48):
I'm telling you got to go in for that. I'm
not offering up this person to massage your butt because
it's my mom. But she gives really good But I said,
I'm not offering her up, but it sounded like an offer.
I literally said, it's not.

Speaker 3 (01:05:01):
I tested her about it last night and she didn't
say anything about offering a massage or anything.

Speaker 2 (01:05:07):
Lena would be upset.

Speaker 3 (01:05:08):
She was just like, eye, Poppy, maybe maybe I'll take
a look at that.

Speaker 1 (01:05:12):
I was like, okay, yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:05:13):
We'll check out Julie from Valley Springs. I'm a massage therapist. Yes,
you need your bet rubbed. And I know you're totally
afraid of about massage, but we're professionals. Like you don't
need a physical therapist, you just need someone that knows
what they're doing. So yeah, next time you come through
Valley Springs, come get your beat rubbed or do it
out in that butt because there's lots of people out

(01:05:33):
there that can do it. But yeah, stop being afraid
and work your bet better. Because guys are terrible about that.
I have to tell them all the time. All Right,
have a good day.

Speaker 2 (01:05:42):
There you go.

Speaker 3 (01:05:43):
Okay, see butt rub offering in Valley Springs. I'm gonna
be driving through Valley Springs in a couple of weeks.
I got I drive through there on the way up
to Herbert Camp, and I'm going to be getting up
there pretty soon. So Julian Valley Springs. Nice, She's gonna
massage my left butt cheek, just the left, but to
the butt.

Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
I just don't see.

Speaker 2 (01:06:01):
Both while you're at it.

Speaker 3 (01:06:02):
Well, yeah, I'm all the way out there in Valley
Springs getting a butt rubbed. You might as well get
the full thing rubbed.

Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
Can we really quick talk about Taylor and Travis, because
supposedly this wedding is coming up pretty soon, right And
I guess right now, what they're trying to do is
lock in this dang prenup and they're trying to figure
out where they have to do it because it's all
about location, Like where the prenup is drafted, that's going
to be what they look at in case of divorce,

(01:06:30):
Like regardless of where they live, it's where that prenup
was drafted. Yeah, and they each have ties to different states,
I guess according to this report, six different states California,
Rhode Island, Missouri, Kansas, Tennessee, and New York. And a
prenup very necessary. Taylor's worth an estimated estimated two billion dollars. Yeah,

(01:06:52):
Travis is at around ninety million, which he would be
so dumb if he screwed this up.

Speaker 1 (01:06:59):
Not if he could get his bag, King, Get your bag, King.

Speaker 2 (01:07:01):
And they want to look for a state that strongly
enforces prenups and protects separate properties. So that's what they want.
They want each of their assets protected. They want a
state that doesn't usually give out like long term spousals
of poor that's something they're not really interested in. So California,
they're saying, is just pretty much out at this point,

(01:07:22):
as is New York. Rhode Island probably a pretty good
fit for them. So is uh Kansas, Missouri one of those.

Speaker 3 (01:07:33):
I mean, if the gender roles were reversed, I feel
like you guys would be saying, get your.

Speaker 1 (01:07:39):
Bag, get your bag, Queen gets your bag. But in
this instance, you want the strong prenup to protect Taylor's assets.

Speaker 2 (01:07:48):
Taylor at all costs.

Speaker 4 (01:07:49):
Yeah, she's like with relationships, so I don't want her
to be taken advantage of it.

Speaker 3 (01:07:54):
Right, But if she lost a billion dollars, let's just
say it wouldn't happen.

Speaker 1 (01:07:58):
But let's say lost a billion dog, she'd still have
a billion.

Speaker 2 (01:08:01):
Nothing that's not even enough to support her lifestyle, and
especially when when when I first got together, I remember
everyone's like, oh, he's only with her because she's Taylor Swift. Yeah,
she better protect everything she has just in case. And
it's not even because it's Travis Kelcey. It's literally from anyone,
doesn't really matter. Ye keep his little his little baby

(01:08:22):
bank account. That's cute. No good luck living off that topic.

Speaker 4 (01:08:28):
On the topic of their wedding, do you guys think
that now that Blake Lively is not going through that
like you know, situation and court thing with.

Speaker 2 (01:08:37):
Justin Baldoni, that she will be at Taylor's wedding.

Speaker 1 (01:08:40):
Good question. Prediction Journal, whip it out.

Speaker 8 (01:08:44):
We made a prediction August of last year.

Speaker 4 (01:08:46):
I said yes, you guys said no, do you guys
want to do an updated?

Speaker 1 (01:08:50):
I'm sticking with it.

Speaker 8 (01:08:51):
You're sticking with it that she won't be there.

Speaker 1 (01:08:53):
I think she's still going to get iced out.

Speaker 3 (01:08:55):
Why on you once you wrong Taylor, you never There's
one thing we know about Taylor she holds grudge as well,
and she'll eventually write a song about it.

Speaker 8 (01:09:05):
I think she will be there.

Speaker 2 (01:09:06):
I'm going to say no, I'm sick sticking to my family.

Speaker 8 (01:09:10):
Interesting.

Speaker 2 (01:09:11):
Yeah, I feel like the damage is done. And if
she I'm still gonna I'm still gonna keep my no prediction.
But if she were to get invited and go, I
feel like it's just for optics, like a courtesy invite,
just so people can can like leave that whole story alone. Right,
I'm gonna stick with that. I think you'll all right, well,

(01:09:33):
lock it in, lock it notes predictions. But do you
have to get to today's hottest trending coming up next?

Speaker 7 (01:09:39):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:09:39):
Oh? What could Jacob Alordi be the next one to
fall victim to the Kardashian Curse? A lot of people think,
so those details are coming up.

Speaker 11 (01:09:50):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.

Speaker 2 (01:09:58):
So apparently Jacob Alori team is super on edge about
him being the next Kardashian Curse victims. So if you
don't know, Jacob is full on dating Kendall Jenner, it's
not even a rumor or a fleeing at this point.
They were on vacation together in Hawaii and they've double
dated with Kylie and Timothy shallow May Graham. Do you
even know who Jacob Alordi is.

Speaker 1 (01:10:17):
I just know the name from you saying it, but
I have no clue who the actual person.

Speaker 2 (01:10:22):
Like, if you saw him, you wouldn't recognize No, not
a chance.

Speaker 4 (01:10:25):
If you watched the full episode of Euphoria, you would
have seen him there, but you didn't because you only watched.

Speaker 1 (01:10:31):
I watched the good part.

Speaker 2 (01:10:34):
Also, he was in Saltburn too, with very Keyogan. Anyways,
and then if you don't know about the Kardashian curse,
it's this myth that any man who dates one of
the Kardashians or Cargenner's, their career is basically over or
they experienced bad luck or public scandals and they basically
just fall apart. So Jacob's team is super concerned that

(01:10:56):
being with Kendall could overshadow and hurt his acting career,
even looking at Timothy Chalamy as an example, like all
the publicity he gets now is for him and Kylie
or things that he's you know, he says or does,
or what he wears, and it's not so much about
his acting ability. And you know, people think that he

(01:11:16):
might have lost out on awards because of his relationship
with Kylie. Plus they're saying movie studios hate distractions. They
want the focus on the acting, not celebrity culture.

Speaker 4 (01:11:28):
I can see that, but honestly, I hate his character
in Euphoria, So that's what's killing it for me.

Speaker 1 (01:11:34):
So that's why you like.

Speaker 3 (01:11:36):
Movie studios want anything that gets butts in the seats
and if it generated, if there's buzz generated because of celebrity, whatever,
they don't care.

Speaker 1 (01:11:43):
It's it's a money game.

Speaker 2 (01:11:45):
I also feel like Kendall is probably the safest one
to be with because she is so low key in private.

Speaker 1 (01:11:51):
Yeah, that's a good point, So that's why I.

Speaker 2 (01:11:53):
Would right, Oh, that's just one of the many reasons
why you a dater, Snooky. Just expose Wendy Williams for
trying to expose her. So Caitlin Bristow mm HM has
a podcast because everyone has the podcast versus calls off
the Vine. Snookie was a guest on there recently. Listen
to what happened? What is it like getting called out

(01:12:15):
by Wendy Williams.

Speaker 1 (01:12:17):
She was wild, She was.

Speaker 2 (01:12:18):
Intimidating for sure.

Speaker 1 (01:12:19):
She made you drink when you're pregnant, She made you
drink well, she was secretly pregnant.

Speaker 2 (01:12:23):
There was well, she heard there was a rumor that
I was pregnant, so she made you. She brought out
beer for me and Jenny, and she goes, well, let's
see if you're pregnant, like so crazy, and I was
like pretended to drink it weeks later and you shunned her. Yeah,
my god, that sounds like something Wendy would do. Though,
that's very Wendy.

Speaker 1 (01:12:45):
Let's see if you'll drink this.

Speaker 2 (01:12:46):
You know my family, my family also does that. Really,
you can't go to a party and like just not
feel like drinking, because then everyone like they will force
you to drink to prove you're not pregnant. Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (01:12:57):
You got to have like some clever mocktails ready that
looked like a real.

Speaker 1 (01:13:01):
Cocktail, just to get this in case.

Speaker 3 (01:13:03):
My sister, my twin sister, was pregnant my wedding, unbeknownst
to me, and she was always holding a glass of
champagne or something.

Speaker 1 (01:13:10):
It was very clever.

Speaker 3 (01:13:11):
She didn't won't want to take the attention off of
my day, so to speak, and put it on herself,
So she fake drank the entire weekend and nobody knew.

Speaker 2 (01:13:20):
Very nice of her.

Speaker 1 (01:13:21):
I was impressed.

Speaker 2 (01:13:22):
Imagine being like take it, drink it now, like Lindy,
drink it. Let's see you for pregnant. Put you to
the test. Yeah, all right.

Speaker 3 (01:13:30):
Graham, what do you have right, take a moment and
say your goodbyes to the heart Attack Grill. After fifteen
years of operation on Fremont Street and Las Vegas, the
restaurant's owners say they can no longer afford to continue
to operate. They say they're middle class diners, that's the
core of their business. They're being priced out of visiting
Las Vegas by quote corporate greed. People will likely know

(01:13:51):
of the heart Attack Grill. They've done a lot of
things to try to go viral and gain notoriety, and
mainly because of their super high fat, high calorie men
you things like their signature chili topped bypass burgers, which
you can order us a single bypass or you can
get up to an octuple bypass, eight patties in there
again with chili and cheese, and you could add up

(01:14:14):
to forty slices of bacon to if you wanted. They
had a long running promotion where customers that weighed over
three hundred and fifty pounds. They could get unlimited single
bypass burgers as for free as long as they purchased
a drink each time with each one. Oh so they
catered to the larger, the larger, much larger customers. And yeah,

(01:14:36):
they fully leaned into their reputation as.

Speaker 1 (01:14:39):
Being just the food g yes, awful for you. They said.

Speaker 3 (01:14:44):
The waitresses even dressed like nurses and look was really
like a heart attack theme. Everything was very heart attack theme,
which is, you know, a hilarious concept until one of
their diners in twenty thirteen actually had a heart attack
in front of the restaurant and died. And a lot
of people at that point, medical groups and so forth,
were like, they need to stop pushing this kind of

(01:15:04):
a menu because this is a dangerous but they didn't.
They said people are free to choose to eat whatever
they want. Sounds like they may be looking for other
cities that they say will embrace their concept, but Vegas
no longer sustainable for them to be there. So take
a moment say goodbyes to the heart attack grill. Hey

(01:15:24):
you guys, ever, go get in a couple bypassed with
forty Jess Bacon.

Speaker 4 (01:15:28):
I only walked on the outside and was looking at
people weighing themselves to.

Speaker 1 (01:15:33):
See if they could get the free way.

Speaker 4 (01:15:35):
Yeah, they have a giant skill outside of the restaurant,
so people just step on it and then everybody gets
to see your will.

Speaker 3 (01:15:41):
Oh yeah, not doing that, and then they just dropped
out of heart attack afterwards.

Speaker 1 (01:15:46):
All right, three hundred and fifty pounds you get free
burgers though, Thank you. Graham The JV Show on Wild
ninety four nine.

Speaker 13 (01:15:53):
Good morning and happy hump Day, JJ's Show from Todd
and Gilroy at Royalty and Rosie the Camel. Anyways, I
just wanted to let people know we're having a sip
and paint this weekend on Saturday from eleven to two.
Come out for food, wine and painting and contact Todd

(01:16:16):
at four zero eight six four four five six four seven.
Thanks guys, have good morning.

Speaker 3 (01:16:22):
All right, a sip and paint coming up there to
Todd at Royalty Wrench. If you want to see Rosie
the Camel, go to our Instagram story JV Morning Show
and Todd made a picture of the three of us
sitting on Rosie. Wait, really, I've never actually sat on
Rosie the Camel. Be four, but for hook Day. Yeah,
there's the JV show riding Rosie.

Speaker 2 (01:16:41):
Wait, yeah it is weird. This is very weird, but
I like it.

Speaker 1 (01:16:46):
Yeah, JV Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (01:16:47):
It's on our Instagram. By the way, we are is
the JV Show. I'm Selena our room and I'm just
back to our cool or Not list. This is something
we do every Wednesday, and we discussed is that cool
or not? Graham, would you like to start it?

Speaker 1 (01:16:57):
I would. What do you guys think cool or not?
Cheer for strikeouts in kids Little League?

Speaker 2 (01:17:04):
Cool?

Speaker 8 (01:17:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:17:05):
Cool?

Speaker 1 (01:17:05):
I bring this up because at the level that my
son plays, he's eight years old, they play part of
the game with a pitching machine and then a couple
innings where the kids actually pitch.

Speaker 3 (01:17:17):
Now, if a kid on the other team strikes out
against the pitching machine, you don't dare cheer, right, because
you're like cheering on their downfall, like they did something bad.
But as soon as your kid pitcher then strikes that
same kid out, then you're like, yeah, yeah, grab some
bind kids, because you're.

Speaker 2 (01:17:36):
Cheering for the pitcher, not that's not for the kid
that struck out.

Speaker 3 (01:17:40):
I get it, but I also understand that you know,
these kids are just getting to that level of where
baseball still starts to have a lot of failure incorporated
in it. Right, right, the kids are starting to catch
the fly balls and they're getting out that way, and
then the strikeout, like it's the strikeouts.

Speaker 1 (01:17:58):
Kind of humiliating.

Speaker 3 (01:17:59):
You know, here's this other team's parents like going nuts.
I always feel like slightly guilty. Yes, I am cheering
on our team's pitcher, I'm cheering them on, but I
also feel bad for that kid that's slumping back to
the dugout all dejected.

Speaker 1 (01:18:12):
Because he just struck out.

Speaker 2 (01:18:14):
Did you get so soft?

Speaker 8 (01:18:16):
Yeah, that's part of the game.

Speaker 2 (01:18:17):
No crying in baseball.

Speaker 1 (01:18:19):
I look, I agree with you.

Speaker 3 (01:18:21):
I'm just saying I feel guilty about it because ten
minutes prior to that, when they're batting against the machine,
there's no way I would dare even.

Speaker 1 (01:18:28):
Clap for a strikeout, right, I'm like, thank god, he
struck out.

Speaker 2 (01:18:33):
We do that. I think it's fine. I mean, if
it were the other way around and it happened to
your kid and the like, you can bet your money
that the other team's parents are going to be cheering
that they're one of their kids just struck out. So
it's fine.

Speaker 4 (01:18:48):
Yeah, I feel like it's valid as long as you're
not feel bad, as long.

Speaker 2 (01:18:51):
As you're not booing someone. If you're cheering, yeah, booing.

Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
Someone when your kid strikes out. I think about it sometimes.
I'm like, did you really just strike out? You get
back out there and you hit.

Speaker 1 (01:19:02):
Yourself, get out there and hit a double. Yeah, I
don't know. I I thil about it. It seems weird
to me.

Speaker 2 (01:19:08):
I'm gonna say cool. I think cool as well. I
mean not cool like, but I think it's okay.

Speaker 8 (01:19:15):
Don't rub it in those places.

Speaker 2 (01:19:17):
Don't do it extra, don't.

Speaker 1 (01:19:18):
Go like over the top I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (01:19:20):
I'm telling you, the loudest cheers of the entire game
are when a kid picture strikes out another kid.

Speaker 1 (01:19:26):
That's the loudest cheers you're getting.

Speaker 2 (01:19:27):
Get Hey, that was my great It's a great achievement
for the picture. Yeah, that was like cool or not?
You guys. I tried a sushi burrito for the first
time over.

Speaker 1 (01:19:38):
The weekend Sushi Rito.

Speaker 2 (01:19:40):
It wasn't from Sushi Rito though, it was a different place.
But I have been thinking about it ever since. They're
good and I have to get another one, So I
just don't know where the one I had was in
San Jose. I don't know where they have these in Hayward.
I have to look it up, but I can't stop
thinking about it. We always give Cheety a hard time
for like being hyper fixated on certain foods, like every
week is something different. Now it's me with sushi burritos.

Speaker 1 (01:20:03):
You've got a hyperfixation of you.

Speaker 2 (01:20:05):
I can think about it.

Speaker 3 (01:20:07):
I mean, we talked about them recently because Sushi Rito
announced they were closing up shop and going out of business,
and they had a few locations. I don't know if
any of them are still operating. I don't know if
that was if they're all officially closed and done. But
you're saying you got to you want to shout out
the place that you got.

Speaker 2 (01:20:22):
I don't even know the name of the place.

Speaker 12 (01:20:23):
It was.

Speaker 2 (01:20:25):
Was that the mall? I went to Valley Fair. I
don't know the name of the place, but it's right
there in the food court. It was so good, Oh
my god, so good. I'm going cool.

Speaker 1 (01:20:33):
I'm very cool.

Speaker 2 (01:20:35):
Something out, okay, cool or not?

Speaker 4 (01:20:37):
People are going as far as weighing their Alani energy
drinks because at least four people have recently reported finding mice.

Speaker 2 (01:20:48):
In their energy drink.

Speaker 4 (01:20:50):
I don't know if you guys have seen this, but
I have seen multiple videos on social media. People are
literally either weighing the drink or you know, sticking a
straw in. They're pouring out the full drink into another cup,
doing whatever they can to still drink. They're alani, but
have that peace of mind that there's not a tiny
little mouse sitting at the bottom of that drink.

Speaker 1 (01:21:12):
But is this is this viral rumor or there actually
confirmed reports of mice being in there actually confirmed.

Speaker 4 (01:21:20):
I feel like it's actually confirmed at least a few
of them. I mean, if there's been four let's say
maybe let's say maybe there's two that haven't.

Speaker 1 (01:21:28):
That's conjecture.

Speaker 3 (01:21:30):
Yeah, show me the story where it's actually been confirmed.
Because kids are finding rain blades in their candy every
single year and then you dive into it.

Speaker 2 (01:21:37):
Ever since the Wendy's finger, I'm just very skeptical. The
Chili finger, Yeah, I never know.

Speaker 4 (01:21:44):
No, there are there are pictures, there are videos that
people are sharing, but yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:21:48):
But that's easily manipulated.

Speaker 4 (01:21:50):
I I just don't think a girly pop on TikTok
is going to be like, let me go find a
dead mouse and put it in my alani and then
create a.

Speaker 1 (01:21:56):
Video to go viral for viral.

Speaker 2 (01:22:01):
I mean, maybe not the first person, but after they
see how viral the first one's gotten, maybe that one
is real, But isn't people recreating it? Isn't one enough?

Speaker 12 (01:22:07):
Though?

Speaker 4 (01:22:07):
After you see that this happened to one person, you're
kind of like, ooh, I don't know if I'm going
to really reach for that one again.

Speaker 1 (01:22:13):
I get it.

Speaker 3 (01:22:14):
I mean, I'm not going to say it didn't happen
or hasn't happened.

Speaker 1 (01:22:18):
I just not. Like my wife works for General Mills
for a.

Speaker 3 (01:22:20):
Long time, and the quality control standards that go into
food production facilities or a bottling facility like this, A
lot of times it's so so so strict, you know,
to avoid anything contaminated or getting into the food. And
so if four people have found mice, and like, I
just I don't buy it.

Speaker 2 (01:22:40):
I don't know it happens. I saw a video yesterday,
of course we Again, I don't know if it's real
or not. I tend to not believe anything I see
these days. But somebody found like a mouthhead in their
Applebee's salad.

Speaker 3 (01:22:52):
Well, see, now that's more something at a restaurant, way
more believable to me because it's a restaurant kitchen, and
I've worked in a restaurant, and the restaurant, the restaurant kitchens,
there's a lot of craters back there, so like that's
believable to me. But things that are coming on a
production line and high volume from a reputable company like
they have just like incredible strict state.

Speaker 2 (01:23:12):
Back to the weighing up you said people are like
getting their alani drinks and weighing them, happening them on
a scale. Is a teeny tiny mouse like weighing that
much to where they would know?

Speaker 3 (01:23:23):
Because wouldn't it be displacing that much liquid that's in there,
so you wouldn't.

Speaker 2 (01:23:28):
I don't know, honestly.

Speaker 4 (01:23:30):
I just know that I saw a video of somebody
literally using a scale, putting their multiple Alanis on there
one by one just to make sure they all were
kind of like weighing around the same.

Speaker 2 (01:23:41):
I don't know if that would work.

Speaker 1 (01:23:42):
I don't know that I would either.

Speaker 2 (01:23:45):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:23:46):
Because liquid water weighs eight pounds to the gallon, does
this little thing weigh more does a little mouse. It
would probably weigh a fraction bit more than the amount
of liquid it deplaces displaces, but probably not much.

Speaker 2 (01:23:58):
Idea though, I don't know. Hey, we're not good enough funny,
it's not why we got high.

Speaker 3 (01:24:03):
If you're weighing on, it's a funny video to make
of yourself and post online to try to go viral.

Speaker 2 (01:24:09):
Yeah, so for that, I'm going cool because I love
going viral.

Speaker 1 (01:24:12):
