The JV Show on Wild ninety four.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Nine Wildy for nine to base number one hit music station.
The JV Show is back live.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
We're here.
Speaker 1 (00:08):
We're here reluctantly.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
But are you because we don't have a first talk
back at the day? Are you guys live?
Speaker 4 (00:13):
I guess people are stretching it out extra long weekend
Thanksgiving and then a lot of people took Black Friday
off we did, and then just rolled right into Monday,
like who wants to get up on this Monday?
Speaker 2 (00:26):
So there is no first talk back this morning. By
the way, I'm selenam Jess. We do hope you had
a good Thanksgiving break.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
Let's talk about our football bets.
Speaker 4 (00:35):
Yeah, there's a lot of time going, lots of unpacked here.
We have a season long beck here going on the
JV Show. Each of us projected a win total for
the team that we chose to represent. I chose the
forty nine ers, Selena as representing the Raiders. We just
had to give you a team, and Jess is representing
the New York Giants of Selena's her favorite team. Now,
each of us chose a win total and then, however
(00:57):
far off we are at the end of the season.
That's how many times you have to spin the chug
wheel and chug things. The forty nine ers got to
win yesterday. They are now nine and four. I projected
them for an eleven win season.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
Oh my god, this pulls it in.
Speaker 4 (01:12):
I already feel like if I had to chug two things,
if they lost, if they lost out their remained.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
Four games, have the chug at all.
Speaker 4 (01:20):
I know I'm projecting a possible one chug, but I
think there's a strong chance for no chugs, which would
be great.
Speaker 5 (01:28):
I think they could get to eleven wins.
Speaker 6 (01:30):
Okay, so it'll be a chug because they don't quite
make it there.
Speaker 3 (01:33):
Or I thought you thought they were going to get
even an extra win.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
I don't think either.
Speaker 4 (01:37):
One I see, I mean I see looking ahead at
their schedule. I see one win that should be a
slam dunk when they play the Titans, who have I
think won one game all season. They should win that
one and then hoping they can beat the Bears the
other two games.
Speaker 5 (01:52):
It'd be great if they want them. Who knows, but
I'm close.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Now. That brings us to you, Selena.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
You selected the Raiders, still them okay, many wins?
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Yes, you did make that selection.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
Selected the wins. Total prediction six six wins.
Speaker 4 (02:07):
Now, I'm not going to sugarcoat things because I have
the Raiders, and look, they got pounded yesterday by the Chargers.
I watched some of that game. The Raiders have all
the opportunities in the world. In that game, their defense
played pretty good. Their offense just couldn't do anything. I
don't I doubt you watched Salna, but that's just essentially
what happened. Now, Look, they have the Broncos at home
(02:30):
next week. Broncos are on like a nine game win streak,
so let's just chalk you up for an L there.
Then they go on the road to face the Eagles.
There's another L right there. Then they also on the
road to play the Texans. There's another L right there.
Now here's where it's interesting. And we talked about this
last week at the beginning last week, New York Giants
(02:50):
at Raiders. That game is going to be a great one.
And then you and then the Raiders finished the season.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
With the Chiefs.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't see enough
or win on this schedule, so we don't either. I
can fully see the Raiders finishing this season with two wins.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
They might get one more, but two wins that'd be
a four spot.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
In the Chuggs. Not ideal. Not ideal.
Speaker 6 (03:16):
Oh, I get wait and Jess, and I selected five
wins for the New York Giants. They play tonight against
the Patriots.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
You know they're gonna get founded, but you know, maybe not.
Speaker 6 (03:29):
I'm still holding out hope that I'll get at least
one more win.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Patriots are ten and two, the Giants are two and ten.
Speaker 4 (03:36):
Just to put that tonight's game in perspective, but we
will all eyes will be on that game now. Looking
ahead at the schedule for you, Jess, I do see
a couple wins out there to be had, and I
I think you have the potential for at least two more.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
I'm hoping for that. I'm really really hoping for that.
Speaker 4 (03:54):
The only person Selena, is so mad because she know.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
I got I'm the one that got dress'd into this
mess and I'm going to be doing the most chugging.
Speaker 4 (04:02):
And now everyone thinks you're a Raiders fan. By the way,
I know.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
My family's disowning me, like every It's just bad all around.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
This is gonna be great.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
All right, next on the JV Show, because we're gonna
be sprinkling Thanksgiving stories and all that, you know, throughout
throughout the show, we'll talk about our weekends and whatnot.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
Next, let's talk about Black Friday though.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

all mine.
Speaker 1 (04:52):

Speaker 3 (05:12):

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Number two is Wicked for Good. It did not take
the number one spot.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
Wicked is number two.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
It made ninety three million dollars over those five days.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
And the number one Zootopia two.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
Yeah one hundred and fifty six million dollars over the
Thanksgiving break. It is now the second highest Thanksgiving opening
ever behind Malwana.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Two Wow.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
Here for it, Zeutope. That was a big one. We
almost took the kids to see.
Speaker 4 (05:35):
That, and then I mean, I don't know, we got
tired and we just didn't go. But we will go
see in the theater.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
All right.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
The forty nine ers on the road yesterday in Cleveland
taking on the Browns, and initial weather reports made it
sound like they're gonna have to contend with rain and snow.
But luckily for Brock Purty and his tiny hands, they
mostly just had some win and some cold. Purdy threw
for one touchdown, ran in another, had no interceptions in
the game.
Speaker 5 (05:56):
He led the team to a twenty six to eight win.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
Niners now improved a nine to four in the season,
matching the win total for both the Rams and the
Seahawks in their division. Niners finally now have their bye
week and their next game will be December fourteenth at
Levi's against the Titans.
Speaker 6 (06:12):
Morning clouds and patche fog on this Monday. The sun
we'll come out in the afternoon. Highs will be in
the upper fifties to low sixties, and it should remain
that way for the rest of the week.
Speaker 4 (06:20):
Hey Scorpio, Bessie Hayes, your days today is gonna be
a seven. Devote your energy today on your most important relationship.
This can be romantic, professional, family, or even something different.
Speaker 3 (06:32):
What about yourself.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
I don't know what that means.
Speaker 5 (06:34):
Like like with like an animal or something.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
All right, but your recent neglect has left the other
party doubting how serious you're taking Things.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
You can repair things. We have to put in the work.
Speaker 9 (06:45):
Yep.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
Put in the work, people, yep.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
Nine, Happy Monday, Happy, Happy Monday.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Linda from Stockton, She's a real one.
Speaker 5 (06:59):
Thank you, Lindy.
Speaker 3 (07:00):
Where the JB Show.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
I'm Selena a room, I'm good morning JB's show.
Speaker 10 (07:05):
It is a brisk and very warm.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
Sixteen degrees in Colorado.
Speaker 10 (07:10):
That's one six in Colorado. But I hope you.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
Guys have a good day.
Speaker 3 (07:16):
No thank you degrees.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
My god, JV showed number one in Colorado this morning.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
I just checked, so I appreciate you for leaving that
talk back and listening from out there.
Speaker 5 (07:24):
How would you guys do in a very cold weather environment,
like do.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
You think you live somewhere like in Colorado where a
sixteen gets lower than that?
Speaker 3 (07:32):
I froze my face off this morning, just walk to
my car.
Speaker 4 (07:35):
Yeah, I don't know what that talk about talking about.
Maybe the actual thermometer doesn't reflect it here, but it
was minus five.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
My house.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
Was absolutely frozen.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
So it's officially elf on the shelf season.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
It's here, you guys, it's here day.
Speaker 3 (07:51):
Your elf or elves show up this morning, Graham.
Speaker 4 (07:55):
My elf, actually, I will have you know, showed up
two days ago.
Speaker 3 (07:59):
Oh oh, over achiever.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
You know we got our Christmas tree and Christmas trees.
We got two trees. And as soon as the Christmas
tree arrives, I feel like that's the beacon, that's the sign,
and our elf knows like Christmas has arrived at the
Herbert household.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
I better go check on things.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
And so boom mine has not gotten that memo. My
my elves don't show up until December first.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
Oh, and I did walk by this morning. They did
pop up. They're just sitting on a counter, but they're.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
There, okay, So they have there.
Speaker 4 (08:29):
When my daughter spotted my daughter, who's six years old,
when she spotted ours, and it was in one of
the Christmas trees. When she spotted it, the loudest scream
you've ever heard, not in an excited way, like a
scream like I was pretty sure there was some sort
of intruder murder in my house. And I popped up
like ready to fight someone, and it was just that
(08:50):
she had spotted the elf. My heart is still pounding.
It is the loudest, scariest stream you've ever heard.
Speaker 3 (08:57):
What's the name of your elf? Sparkles arcles and Selena yours.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
We have Sprinkle Snickers and the other one, these your
hamsters are these years and then uh, and then the
other one was sugar Plum. I never liked that name,
and so now she's Skittles.
Speaker 3 (09:14):
Oh wow, you changed your name. Yeah, but my kids
don't know. I never knew what the name was to
begin with.
Speaker 5 (09:19):
So hopefully you ran that by sugar plum before you.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
No, No, she wasn't. She was still on her way
from the North Pole, so how could.
Speaker 4 (09:27):
I ask her got it? But when she arrived with
her papers that clearly said sugar plum, And you're like, no,
you got to change that.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
You have to mark that over with some cran got
the other thing going on today? Did you know some
parents give their kids December first boxes? They just like
a boo basket kind of Yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
Wait, so what is in it?
Speaker 9 (09:46):
For?
Speaker 3 (09:46):
Whatever you want to give for the holiday season?
Speaker 2 (09:49):
Holiday themed pajamas, ornaments, candy cakes.
Speaker 4 (09:52):
I'd like to give my kids some chores. Can I
put some chores in there for them to do?
Speaker 3 (09:56):
Your kids? Do whatever you want.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
They would be very excited when they unwrapped that.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
Why did they need a gift before the greatest gift
giving season a time?
Speaker 1 (10:04):
I don't know, like, let's get excuse.
Speaker 4 (10:08):
To give our kids more stuff. I've never heard of this.
I hope this is not an actual thing.
Speaker 6 (10:12):
This is probably something started by a store that decided like, hey.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
We Amazon sponsored by Amazon or Target.
Speaker 3 (10:21):
I feel like this is something they would do.
Speaker 6 (10:22):
Did you guys see like all the backlash that Target
got over the weekend for their swag bags.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
No, you didn't see that. So apparently for the Target
swag bag.
Speaker 6 (10:32):
For Black Friday, the first one hundred people that were
waiting in line were going to get like a swag
bag and it was supposed to have like, you know,
some little goodies in there. Well people were so disappointed
by what was inside them because it was apparently a
pack of Uno cards. Me too, But if you're waiting
at four in the morning, I guess yeah, they want
more than I passed, something more than that. There was
(10:55):
a lip gloss in there, not for me, a tiny
little pack of It's candy.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
Okay, left over, fine, thank you.
Speaker 6 (11:03):
And I think the other thing I saw was a
mini dry shampoo for me.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
I think that was basically it. That's what they gave
to people.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
People thought they were gonna get like free TVs or something,
and it was all in like a.
Speaker 3 (11:14):
Giant disposable Target bag.
Speaker 6 (11:17):
The bag was huge, though, so I don't know why
Target decided to do a huge bag and then put like.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Four little nerds.
Speaker 10 (11:22):
No.
Speaker 6 (11:23):
But at the same time, I'm kind of like, listen,
Target didn't tell you they were gonna give you like
a massive price.
Speaker 3 (11:30):
You're the one that decided to stand and line up
four in the morning.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
But it's kind of like, you can see why people
would assume it's gonna be a huge thing swag bags.
Speaker 4 (11:39):
Were people lining up to get that or were they
lining up for Black Friday specials?
Speaker 9 (11:45):
No?
Speaker 1 (11:46):
I thought we were done doing that.
Speaker 6 (11:47):
Well, I think a lot of people are done doing that.
But they were lined up for the swag bags. Apparently,
like you know, a few people that were lined up
might have popped up with like a oh, maybe you
got up to ninety nine dollars gift hard or something
like that. But it's very rare because I didn't see
anyone say they actually got that.
Speaker 3 (12:05):
So people were lined up for that. There was the
Low's buckets as well, and always gave that buckets a
graham that sounds like it's right up your alley.
Speaker 5 (12:12):
I don't have local loas that.
Speaker 6 (12:13):
I got what was in that, So it was a
bucket that one actually people like a lot more.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (12:19):
It had a pack of tools, I don't know what
type of tools, maybe.
Speaker 4 (12:24):
A pack of tools of wolves of tools.
Speaker 6 (12:29):
A pack of tools that there was a Low's mug
in there that was the same style of the Low's bucket,
a couple other like little goodies in there, and then
one person at every store that was in line was
going to get the chance to win a two thousand
dollars appliance.
Speaker 3 (12:47):
So that that's pretty bad.
Speaker 6 (12:49):
I would stand in line for for a chance for
a chance like a raffle.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
A lot of people.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Lined up at four in the morning for a raft.
Speaker 3 (12:56):
Did you guys buy anything on Friday? On Friday, I
did zero shopping.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
We did some I didn't do any in store shopping
online I feel like there was some online shop and
I can't remember if everybody had their Black Friday deals
going before Black Friday, so I'm sure we ordered some stuff, but.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
People were going crazy over Walmart had this sixty five
inch Mac and Cheese box.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
They were selling online.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
So it's made to look like a sixty five inch
flat screen TV, but an inside was sixty five boxes
of Mac and cheese.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
Okay, and I guess why do I need this?
Speaker 2 (13:30):
I don't know, but it sold out in seconds on
their website.
Speaker 3 (13:34):
People were because it went on sale at midnight.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
How many people try? How many Mac and Cheese TVs
did they put up for sale?
Speaker 3 (13:40):
I don't know how many they had it.
Speaker 6 (13:42):
I'm we didn't talk about this, but remember last time
last year we tried getting a Thanksgiving pie or something
like that, or a thank you pizza.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
Did they have those this year? I didn't really see
anything about it. That's interesting.
Speaker 4 (13:57):
I'll be able to forge read my life just fun
without it, I think anyway.
Speaker 3 (14:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (14:03):
Next on the JV Show, Graham, I don't know what
the heck diddy tag is, though this is great. You
think kids are playing like at school at recess, let's
talk about it.
Speaker 1 (14:13):
Next the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (14:16):
We were just talking about those Target Black Friday swag bags.
Speaker 11 (14:19):
Good Morning JV.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
Show to the set except what a creek?
Speaker 11 (14:23):
OMG. So we were at diffey Land for Black Friday
and that was insane. But I'm just glad that we
weren't out shopping because for who wants to do that.
Those videos of the people going to Target and getting
those bags was hilarious. Everyone was absolutely mad and everybody
said counter day's Target, And it's like, I was just
(14:44):
thinking your mistake was going to Target. Nobody shops at
Target anymore?
Speaker 6 (14:49):
Really, Yeah, people have decided to stop shopping at Target.
Speaker 4 (14:53):
A lot of people boycott a Target this year after
they rolled back a bunch of their DEI initiatives, and
they've felt it.
Speaker 5 (14:58):
Our sales have actually been quite reduced.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
And so the boy that they would be like, hey,
let me try to do something to like drop people
back in and I'll give away these crappy slack bags.
Speaker 4 (15:09):
Well, like they put a tiny box of nerds in
there from all the way, and that's not enough.
Speaker 5 (15:14):
Who doesn't love a nice little sweet treat.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
No, I do love nerds. I do leve me some nerds.
Not enough though, All right, Graham, all right.
Speaker 4 (15:21):
Move over four square teather ball and butts up, because
the top game being played on school playgrounds now.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
Is what do you mean butts up? You guys, didn't
you know what butts up is? No, that's an elementary geam.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
You guys didn't play butts up in elementary school.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
It doesn't.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Really what's up?
Speaker 3 (15:41):
What do you do?
Speaker 4 (15:43):
There's like a wall and then you it's a ball,
and then you throw it, and then if you don't
hit the wall from wherever, you have to retrieve the
ball and then throw it.
Speaker 5 (15:51):
Then you have to stand against.
Speaker 4 (15:52):
The wall with your back to the and then everybody
that's still in the game gets to try to peg
your butt with the ball.
Speaker 3 (15:58):
Isn't that wall ball?
Speaker 1 (15:59):
Well, we call you call butts up? In wallball? Do
you get to peg the people that are out?
Speaker 3 (16:06):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (16:07):
I think so, because I see I know what wall
ball is. But it didn't there was no punishment involved. See,
we played the punishment version and we called it butts.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
Up, and you have to put your butt up. Everyone
got to try to tag it.
Speaker 4 (16:19):
All right, Well, okay, moving on if you've never played
before a great game by the way, all right, those
are no longer the top games. Everybody on the school
playgrounds now playing Diddy Tag. Apparently even apparently even the
elementary school kids. They have a grasp on the monster
that we discovered the Diddler to be, and they now
play Diddy tag.
Speaker 1 (16:41):
Did he you tag somebody?
Speaker 4 (16:43):
It's just like tag, but when you tag that person,
they become the Diddy. You're now Diddy and then you're
chasing around all the other kids.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Oh my god, Diddy tag is a real thing.
Speaker 4 (16:53):
A guy posted a video talking to his kid about it,
and he was discovering the same thing and he's like,
who came up with this game?
Speaker 1 (16:59):
Or when who's playing it?
Speaker 4 (17:00):
And the kid was like, everybody everybody plays Diddy tag.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (17:04):
A lot of people in the comments, will I go, yeah,
this is the thing, this is the thing. Teachers weighing
in and one of them even said though that another
game that's popped up is something called escaping Ditty's house
and that I don't know if that's what kind of
a play on whatever game that is, But this is
the thing.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
You guys are they're just playing this on the playground
at school.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
Yes, the youth is very perceptive and aware of what's
going on in the world, and they know that Diddy
is a bad guy. And now Diddy Tag and escaping
Ditty's house or a couple of games.
Speaker 3 (17:33):
Oh my god, isn't this concerning? Like I don't think
you want your kids knowing about I mean not at all,
But when they're on TikTok, how can you avoid it?
Speaker 4 (17:41):
And they're going to hear about it's a big story
for such a long time.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
I hope they don't know, like the details of it,
the things that you know Cassie details happened to her.
Speaker 3 (17:48):
Maybe they don't know that much. And I'm okay with that.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
I mean, if they want to know that Diddy's an
awful guy you don't want to be in I think
I'm okay with that.
Speaker 3 (17:55):
But it's just funny.
Speaker 2 (17:57):
Yeah, get to me that Diddy Tag is the hot
game at recess.
Speaker 5 (18:00):
I feel like Diddy would love butts up.
Speaker 6 (18:02):
Yeah, maybe he is playing that in jail.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
Did he's in prison? Butts up right now? For sure?
Speaker 4 (18:08):
For sure he's got another I don't know what, five
months in there or something.
Speaker 3 (18:12):
Did you guys see that?
Speaker 9 (18:15):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (18:15):
No, he has way more than five months.
Speaker 1 (18:17):
What does he got.
Speaker 3 (18:18):
He's serving a fifteen month sentence.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
We have fifty months five months later this year he
might be No, but did you guys see that fifty
Cents Diddy documentary is coming out on Netflix tomorrow?
Speaker 3 (18:30):
Tomorrow?
Speaker 2 (18:31):
Yeah, Sean Combs The Reckoning, the documentary that fifty Cent
has been teasing this entire time, ever since did he
got arrested? Because nobody hates Diddy more than fifty Cents?
And he's been producing this documentary and it's a it's
a four part series that comes out tomorrow.
Speaker 12 (18:47):
I'm that.
Speaker 3 (18:48):
Oh my god. I am not waiting so excited.
Speaker 4 (18:50):
I'm here for that me too. Oh have finished watching
it by the end of twenty twenty six.
Speaker 3 (18:56):
Probably, Oh my god, Graham.
Speaker 5 (18:58):
That's just the rate that I get to watch shows.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
Did you do any catching up over the Thanksgiving break
on anything?
Speaker 1 (19:04):
I finished the Love Is Blind season? You guys.
Speaker 5 (19:09):
I do have some thoughts later on the show.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
Let's let's talk about that coming out coming up next though.
Inside Today's the Hottest Trending People named Megan Markle Salmonella
Sussex after seeing how she prepared her turkey.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
Got those details for you next Hottest.
Speaker 13 (19:30):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
So Megan Markle has been named Salmonella Sussex. Why She
shared a video of herself preparing her Thanksgiving turkey excuse me,
and a lot of people took issue with what she
was doing or how she was doing preparations for it.
She showed herself rubbing seasoning all over the raw turkey,
and a lot of people like, bro, She's wearing her
(20:01):
ring and her bracelet and she's rubbing it all over
the turkey. She's not wearing gloves, so all the bacteria
that is on her ring and her bracelet's on her jewelry.
It's getting onto the turkey. And then all this samonilla
that's on the turkey is getting on her jewelry, like
they're in the crevices and the cracks and all that.
And at times she had her entire fore arms on
the ding turkey as she's like rubbing it down.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
Yeah, rubbing.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
She's got her hair.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
Down, so she's probably shedding all over the place. Her
hair was down there, her hair was down. Everyone is
so old hairnut no, or it wasn't tied up or anything.
And everyone in the comments is basically like they're just
so over her, pretending to know what she's doing in
the kitchen when clearly she doesn't.
Speaker 4 (20:44):
Do you wear gloves when you prepare some poultry in
your household?
Speaker 3 (20:48):
Selena?
Speaker 2 (20:48):
I I do now only because I used to not,
but now my hand eggsma's got really bad, gotten really.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
Bad, So I do.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
You don't want people eating your eggs of Yeah, for
that reason, my mouth a little bit.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
If it's something where I'm happy to like rub, you know,
or something like that.
Speaker 3 (21:06):
Really really use my hands, I actually do.
Speaker 4 (21:09):
Okay, Okay, just when you're preparing a raw poultry, are
you wearing gloves and hairnut?
Speaker 6 (21:17):
And you're get but at least my hair's tied up. Okay,
you don't just have your hair like dangling in your face.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Sometimes my hair is dangling in my faith. Yeah, I
mean I don't like it's just my family.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
I think people are throwing stones here in a glasshouse,
so I don't think they're at home wearing gloves and stuff.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
What about the jewelry part, because everyone is like, I
take off my jewelry when I when I cook.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
I think if I don't, I don't, I don't know.
Speaker 6 (21:42):
I think it's because it's her that every little thing,
like even if she prepared it perfectly, people were.
Speaker 3 (21:47):
Still going to comment on, yeah, how she was doing it.
Speaker 4 (21:49):
I don't think some people can't even hardly get their
wedding rings off. Like you cook with the things on,
you wash your hands thoroughly, you know, and then before
and after handling any raw food item. And then doesn't
it you're saying you're worried about cross contamination coming from
your ring, that whatever bacteria is in your ring, both
that getting on the bird, but then the bird's going
(22:10):
into the oven, it's getting super heated.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
Doesn't it kill that bacteria.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
I think it is.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Everyone just hating Megan. One comment said, what an idiot.
It's such a treat that she is getting called out
like this. It is we would just like to get her,
you know, they like her getting called out for everything.
I like it really quick when Sefani and Blake Shelton
breakup rumors. So this is the first that I'm hearing
of these rumors, but apparently there's been some suspicions since
(22:35):
earlier this year. In March, they released a song called
Hanging On, which is about a breakup. Fast forward to
the CMA Awards on November nineteenth, Blake didn't show up,
even though he was nominated for Musical Event of the Year.
People thought it was because he didn't want to face
questions about him and Gwen or anything like that. What
was his musical event his song with post Malone, which
(22:56):
I don't remember what it's called, but he has a
song of post.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
Malone and that was an event about.
Speaker 3 (22:59):
That was the Musical Event of the year.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Yeah, got it.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
And then people realize that Gwen hadn't posted Blake on
her Instagram since June when she wished him a happy Birthday.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
So all of this has to me and they.
Speaker 2 (23:09):
Broke up, right obviously, Well, Gwen did post Blake on
her story on Friday, and people think that was just
to shut everybody up, but it still could mean nothing.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
Like what like right, Yeah puts out a song.
Speaker 2 (23:25):
About breaking up hanging on.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
If you're not actually hanging on.
Speaker 4 (23:30):
It'd be weird to do a duet with the person
that you are madly in love with and to a
duet that's a breakup song.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
I know, weird, I feel.
Speaker 4 (23:38):
But also if you were breaking up, it'd be weird
to do a duet with the person you're breaking up,
but about breaking up.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
But if it's about hanging on, which means you're, like,
you know, going through something, but you guys are hanging
on because you're committed to each other.
Speaker 3 (23:50):
But that I think that just tells us that there
was trouble, but that they're hanging on, so they're not right.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
But then they let go at some point, like they
were hanging on March when they put out the song,
but then they let go after that.
Speaker 6 (24:03):
Oh got it, And that collaboration with post Malone was
pouring a drenk. That's the one that's so now he's
pouring a drink because they let go because oh that's right.
Speaker 2 (24:12):
Yeah, except she was kissing her on the cheek on
her Instagram story, so there's that old picture.
Speaker 1 (24:16):
Probably also the important.
Speaker 3 (24:18):
Question bad news about Santa, Yes.
Speaker 4 (24:22):
Sad day today, you guys take a moment and say
goodbyes to Santa, well, at least the one that's been
coming to the Macy's in Union Square for the past
eighty years, because this year he ain't coming. People have
lined up for generations to meet and have their picture
taken with Santa at the Macy's and Union Square, but
the company says this year he's going out on tour instead.
(24:43):
I don't know if he's say he is. He's gonna
have a musical event with Post Malone Blake Shelton. It's
gonna be a twelve stop tour kicked off in Boston
over this past weekend. It'll eventually end at the Macy's
and Canoga Park in southern California on the twenty first.
Speaker 5 (25:00):
I don't know where that is.
Speaker 4 (25:00):
But again, he will not be making his way here
to Union Square. So if you were thinking, oh, I'm
going to bring the kids down to Union Square, do
some shopping, maybe a little ice skating, and then meet Santa,
and he won't be at the Macy's there, spokesperson for
the company said, quote. The decision to forego this year
was part of a broader plan to bring our Santa
experience to locations that haven't had this opportunity. What boom boom,
(25:24):
It's Union Square, it's iconic. I don't quite understand this. Also,
couldn't they've hired another Santa to come here. That's beside
the point. If you want to bring your kids to
see Santa Santa Con is coming up here in San Francisco,
that's Saturday the thirteenth.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
If I don't recommend that one, you don't want.
Speaker 1 (25:42):
To have some drug Santas hold your baby?
Speaker 3 (25:44):
No, no, not a pictures though.
Speaker 4 (25:47):
I just looked at their site it says, and I
figured that would you know that usually overtakes Union Square
and then goes and then goes to all the bars
across the city from there. But since this year, Santa
con is going to be in the Mission district Union Square,
so I guess all the Santas are boycotting Union Square
this year.
Speaker 5 (26:05):
She's very strange.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
All right, Thank you Graham.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

a shout out as well because she's in and outice

Speaker 3 (27:05):
Are you guys ready for today's clip?
Speaker 5 (27:07):
Sure?
Speaker 4 (27:08):
My ex used to get so mad at me for
how I watched. I think she just hated the sound
of all the clapping. You're gross anyway, think about what
that bleeped out word could be, and keep in mind
this is a family show, so that whatever you're about
to guess on the talkback Mike, it needs to be
(27:28):
something PG Please leave.
Speaker 1 (27:30):
Us your name in your city along with that guest.
Speaker 4 (27:32):
We want to be able to shut you out if

answer gets that JB Show chug maun.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 3 (27:40):
We are the JV Show.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
I'm Selina Graham and I'm Jess. Thanks for having us on.
We are playing what the bleep? We're All you have
to do is be the first person I guess today's
leeped out word correctly, and we are going to send
you a JV Show chug mug.
Speaker 3 (27:51):
Here's today's clip in case you missed it.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
My ex used to get so mad at me for
how I watched.
Speaker 5 (27:56):
I think she just hated the sound of all the clapping.
Speaker 3 (27:59):
You're disgusted to be able to You're so gross.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
My mom used to yell at all the time, like
what are you doing in your room?
Speaker 3 (28:04):
But it's that Hey, remember this is a family show. Okay,
so leave here. When you leave your guests, make sure
it's something clean. Let's go to your guesses.
Speaker 1 (28:12):
Now, Good morning, JV Show.
Speaker 15 (28:14):
It's Mondo from San Jose and I believe the bleeped
out word is football.
Speaker 12 (28:18):
Go Raiders, baby, we suck.
Speaker 9 (28:20):
Guess what you suck.
Speaker 3 (28:22):
That's true, but great guess.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
Very popular guest football.
Speaker 5 (28:26):
That's not it?
Speaker 4 (28:27):
Good morning.
Speaker 12 (28:28):
This is Kayla and k from Redwood City and our
guess the bleep that word is sports? Have a good
morning sports?
Speaker 1 (28:34):
Hey, sports not it, but great guest Morning JV show.
Speaker 4 (28:39):
This is Kimberly from Sandy, and I guess this is concerts.
Have a good day eyes.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
Concert.
Speaker 5 (28:45):
You can clap at concerts, right, yeah?
Speaker 3 (28:47):
Yeah a lot of people do.
Speaker 4 (28:48):
Unless you're What about if you're watching a concert on
video at home and you're.
Speaker 3 (28:52):
Just like clapping from your couch. Yeah, they would be
kind of weird.
Speaker 5 (28:55):
But I mean, why we clap for other things on
our TV's at home?
Speaker 3 (28:59):
I don't strange. What are you clapping for?
Speaker 5 (29:02):
Was clapping yesterday during the Niner game?
Speaker 3 (29:05):
For sports?
Speaker 9 (29:06):
Yep?
Speaker 3 (29:06):
Okay, that's cool. See I don't know that. Oh you
go clap with my TV?
Speaker 6 (29:12):
You don't have had anything while you only clap in person?
Speaker 3 (29:16):
Event. Yeah, I think I do some clapping, but not
at home. What do you clap for? Yess? For sports?
I guess if I'm ever watching them.
Speaker 2 (29:22):
I mean, sports is like the only exception. I'm just
saying I don't.
Speaker 6 (29:25):
Actually sometimes if you are watching like a show where
there's drama, you're.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
Like, yes, I knew it.
Speaker 4 (29:32):
That's less applause, more of like, I don't know if
it's different, it's a different type of clop.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
I guess, Oh yeah, all right, continue to get those
guesses in what everything that bleeped out word is? Leave
it on the talkbacks on the iHeart Radio app. Now
I'm gonna play more guesses coming.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
Up the JV show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (29:50):
This is what the bleep where all you have to
do is be the first person to guest today's leaped
out ward correctly, and we are going to send you

think you know what that word is, leave your guest
on the talk back Mike on the iHeart Radio app.
Here is today's clip in case you missed it.
Speaker 4 (30:03):
My ex used to get so mad at me for
how I watched. I think she just hated the sound
of all the clapping.
Speaker 3 (30:09):
Yours sick you watched it together.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
No, it's just she's here in the other room. We're
doing in there.
Speaker 3 (30:16):
Let's go to the talkbacks.
Speaker 1 (30:18):
Good morning.
Speaker 6 (30:19):
This is Kim and Mason and we think the bleeped
out word is Jeopardy.
Speaker 3 (30:24):
Have a good morning.
Speaker 4 (30:25):
That's a great A lot of guests is coming in
a different game shows and things like that and Jeopardy.
He don't clap at home when someone gets the answers
the puzzle on Wheel of Fortune or something right.
Speaker 3 (30:36):
It's clapping on the show like they clap. You're not
clapping at home.
Speaker 1 (30:38):
Nora got it? Got it?
Speaker 4 (30:40):
Yeah, there's a lot of clapping there. I do enjoy
some Jeopardy from time to time.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
Good Morning, JV show. We think the bleeped out word
is tennis. This is Irene and Abbey from Discovery Bay.
Have a good morning.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (30:54):
Oh I hate that would bother me too.
Speaker 4 (31:03):
Anybody you ever have you ever sat down and watched
an entire tennis match before me?
Speaker 5 (31:08):
Neither for me?
Speaker 4 (31:09):
Jess, you watch Jess, you like tennis? You like playing it?
Do you like watching tennis?
Speaker 3 (31:14):
I like watching it?
Speaker 1 (31:15):
Yeah, I don't watch it often, but nothing could be
more boring.
Speaker 15 (31:20):
Samanta from Martinez and I think the belief that word
is golf.
Speaker 3 (31:24):
Have a great day.
Speaker 5 (31:27):
Probably far and away the most popular guest this morning.
Speaker 3 (31:29):
Do you clap watching golf? Gram?
Speaker 1 (31:31):
Uh? No?
Speaker 4 (31:33):
The golf clap like is a different type of clapping,
you know, very it's like that very soft clap. No,
you don't do that home. I mean, I've been fired
up watching golf before. Mostly I was a big Tiger
Woods fan. So when he was you know, dominating, I
probably you know, fizz pumped before. I don't know that
i'd be like outright clapping in front of my TV.
Speaker 3 (31:52):
I could see that.
Speaker 5 (31:53):
That's kind of weird.
Speaker 15 (31:55):
Good Morning JB Show. This is Lindsay from Walnut Creek,
And I think the bleeped out word is baseball. You
clap at baseball because I do. Go Giants, have a
good day.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
Bye, there is all right, here's today's clip.
Speaker 3 (32:12):
Unbleeped.
Speaker 4 (32:13):
My ex used to get so mad at me for
how I watched baseball. I think she just hated the
sound of all the clapping. But we talked about this
a little bit earlier. Selena said she doesn't clap for sports.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
Well, I said, I don't clap watching TV because I
don't watch sports.
Speaker 4 (32:28):
Okay, but would you let's just say, like Giants in
the World Series, you're watching it at home, big clutch hit,
runners coming home, walk off hit like you.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
Wouldn't be like, yes, I don't know, I.
Speaker 4 (32:42):
Don't know, like a sitting there, like a pencil on
your couch, just all rigid and like not excited.
Speaker 3 (32:48):
I honestly don't know. You clap. It's just an instinct
that it is.
Speaker 1 (32:52):
You can't help it.
Speaker 4 (32:53):
It's like when maybe plane lands successfully and you're on
board that plane, like you can't help it.
Speaker 1 (32:59):
You burst out class at the end.
Speaker 3 (33:00):
Of at the end of Wicked, part too, you have to.
Speaker 1 (33:04):
Start clapping because you're overwhelmed.
Speaker 3 (33:06):
Everybody else was. But if I'm by myself, probably not.
Speaker 4 (33:10):
Okay, Please don't clap when the plane lands.
Speaker 1 (33:14):
All right, the movie, either end of a movie.
Speaker 5 (33:16):
It's not necessary thank you.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
Shout outs, shall we? I mean, they're gonna be brief.
Speaker 4 (33:22):
They're gonna be brief because Lindsay and Walnut Creek she
had the very first.
Speaker 5 (33:27):
And Jess was she the only correct answer this one.
Speaker 6 (33:29):
There was one more that came later, Lance out of
San Ramon, but both of them barely like squeaked in.
Speaker 4 (33:37):
Those came in right at the buzzer. If not Lance,
maybe after the buzzer.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
We don't know.
Speaker 5 (33:43):
Not a lot of shoutouts to give this morning.
Speaker 4 (33:45):
But of course, Lindsay and Wallnut Creek brand new JB
show Chuck Buck coming your way. That's a good way
to start THEUS this Monday, because we're all struggling.
Speaker 5 (33:53):
Today off the Thanksgiving holiday.
Speaker 1 (33:55):
So there you go. Have somebody chucks some coffee out.
Speaker 3 (33:59):
Of everyone else. Thank you so much for playing. We're
gonna do it again.
Speaker 1 (34:01):
Tomorrow the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 4 (35:07):

Speaker 10 (36:13):
The eighth?
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Abe was the sixteenth president?
Speaker 5 (36:18):
Sixteenth president in the United States?
Speaker 1 (36:20):
Good old the first? Good old, honest Dave, Yeah, he
was not the first?
Speaker 12 (36:23):

to planet or it's a surprise.
Speaker 2 (37:57):
What do you think they probably did something big over
the weekend. It's going to do something then, you know?
Speaker 1 (38:00):
Low key?
Speaker 3 (38:01):
More low key today today?
Speaker 4 (38:03):

Speaker 1 (38:46):
Who gives the Fart the JV Show on Wild ninety
four nine.
Speaker 2 (38:51):
It's for nine, the base number one EAT music station.
We are the JV Show. I'm Selina, I'm Groom, I'm Jess.
Speaker 17 (38:56):
Good morning, JB fam, Happy Monday. I hope you guys
had a good Thanksgiving. It's December December first officially, Bang
Bang night a gang, and I just want to greet
you guys a happy, happy December.
Speaker 5 (39:13):
Hope you guys have a good rest of your day.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
I love you guys, Thank you so much. You're getting good.
Look a lot live Christmas.
Speaker 2 (39:25):
It's already Thiscember, and we'll talk more about our Thanksgiving.
Plus you know as we move in to December, we'll
cover all of that coming up eight oh five. Right now,
it's time four Hottest Things.
Speaker 13 (39:38):
It's all the stuff you need to know, what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 2 (39:46):
The fifty Cent was on GMA this morning to talk
about his Diddy documentary If you don't Know, Tomorrow, Netflix
is debuting a new four part documentary series titled Sean
Combs The Reckoning, and it apparent you will have exclusive
video of Ditty in the days leading up to his arrest.
Speaker 16 (40:05):
The exclusive video obtained by Netflix shows Combs debating with
his lawyers about strategy.
Speaker 17 (40:11):
Listen to me, I'm gonna get up the phone right
now and I'm going to let you professionals.
Speaker 1 (40:17):
Look at the situation and come back to me with
a solution. We're losing.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
We're losing. Lawyers, do your job. And then he got
arrested a few days later. So Diddy actually had a
videographer follow him around and they recorded everything.
Speaker 3 (40:32):
At some point after his arrest.
Speaker 2 (40:33):
That video landed in the hands of fifty Cent, and
now the whole world is going to get to see it.
Speaker 16 (40:39):
The footage is part of a new highly anticipated docu
series by director Alex Stapleton and rapper and executive producer
Curtis Fittycent Jackson.
Speaker 2 (40:48):
So, the director, Alexandria Stapleton and Fittycent, they were both
on there talking to Robin Roberts about the project.
Speaker 1 (40:55):
It was surprised and that he actually filmed it.
Speaker 18 (40:58):
It was very interesting to watch a man who's known
for his brand presence, you know, he has a really
amazing knack for marketing and all of that, and how
he was sort of taking that into account and how
he was coming off to the public.
Speaker 2 (41:12):
So in this footage it is like the real him
because obviously didn't did he didn't get to go back
and like take out the parts that made him look
bad and stuff like it showed him and he was
in Harlem greeting fans and then as soon as he
got into the car, I need some.
Speaker 1 (41:27):
Handstand of top hold I got. I got like just
like the amount of people that's that actually I'm coming
in contact with, Like, that's the that's what I have
to do it.
Speaker 3 (41:39):
It's like one hundred and fifty hugs.
Speaker 2 (41:41):
That's what he thinks about his fans that greet him
on the street. He needs to take a bath after
and he needs hand sanity.
Speaker 3 (41:46):
But that's what we think of him. Yeahter, wait, we
know you've been doing.
Speaker 2 (41:52):
And then here's fifty's reaction to that.
Speaker 5 (41:56):
Show you his character.
Speaker 1 (41:57):
That was that the reason for including it?
Speaker 5 (42:00):
Yeah, I mean it is, what's the odds did you do.
Speaker 3 (42:03):
That count in front of a camera?
Speaker 2 (42:05):
Of course, he didn't think that that part was going
to get put into a documentary. The director also said
that it's important to know that this isn't just from
the perspective of people who don't like fifty cent I mean, sorry,
who don't like Diddy, because I mean, nobody hates them
more than fifty. It's also about the storytelling and everything
that happened during the trial. For example, they're going to
have a couple of the jurors on who heard everything
(42:26):
in all the testimony. They're going to be interviewed for
this documentary as well. And it comes out tomorrow, So
don't forget to watch it because we will be talking
about it.
Speaker 3 (42:33):
The people that were in the jury can talk about it.
Speaker 2 (42:36):
I guess now that it's done. I mean they're able to. Yeah,
they're showing their faces and everything. It's not anonymous anymore. Graham,
Will you get around to watching this tomorrow?
Speaker 1 (42:45):
Oh tomorrow, we got to talk about it.
Speaker 3 (42:48):
We can't talk about it in like a month from now.
Speaker 1 (42:50):
I'm busy that day.
Speaker 4 (42:51):
You maybe show watching schedule. I'll watch it for you,
you guys. Southern Charm just came back on Bravo.
Speaker 1 (42:59):
Watch that.
Speaker 3 (43:00):
No, al right, Graham, what do you have?
Speaker 1 (43:01):
All right?
Speaker 4 (43:01):
We have a new development in nut Punch Gait after
yesterday's forty niner game. He got it last week we
talked about forty nine Ers wide receiver Juwan Jennings following
the niners Monday night win over the Panthers, where Jennings
went after a Panthers player after the game.
Speaker 1 (43:16):
It became quickly evident.
Speaker 4 (43:18):
Why he attacked that players once they rolled camera footage
of Panthers safety at Trayvon Merrig punching him during the
game right in the family jewels. We had posted that
video and it was obviously a blatant, intentional punch. He
ended up getting suspended for one game without pay for
that punch. Initially, I thought Jennings might get suspended as well.
Usually the guy that retaliates and goes after another player
(43:40):
gets the worst punishment. But I guess the league reviewed
the footage and was like, no, no, no, You're not
allowed to punch anybody right there in the underwear eggs,
So that guy got the worst of the punishment. Well, okay,
now here's the new development. After yesterday's Niner win in
Cleveland over the Browns, two Browns players called out Jennings
earlier in the early in the third quarter.
Speaker 1 (44:02):
This is when this happened.
Speaker 4 (44:03):
Brown's defensive tackle Malie Collins went down on the field
with an injury. He ended up having to get carted off.
I guess it was during this injury break. And I
don't know if Jennings then made comments about Collins in particular,
but Brown's player star player defensive end Miles Garrett and
then also their detackles Shelby Harris said that whatever was
(44:24):
said during that time, again, I don't know who the
comments were about what they were basically saying Jennings crossed
the line. After the game, this is what Shelby Harris
had to say.
Speaker 9 (44:35):
Like, I see why he got punching the nuts because
that's like he says some things that you should not
say to another man ever. But I don't respect it
because you say that hadn't run behind your old line.
That's some real soft and I want that. No, I
see exactly why they punched the nuts. I'm surprised nobody
punched them in the jaw yet.
Speaker 3 (44:50):
Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (44:52):
And Miles Garrett also went on to echo that same
sort of sentiment, saying he understands why, he understands why
what happened to Jenning's happened. Does this make you, guys,
look upon the entire previous punching incident.
Speaker 2 (45:07):
Differently a little bit because it makes me wonder like,
what did he what did he say to deserve that?
Speaker 3 (45:11):
And if multiple, multiple people think that he deserved that,
I mean maybe he did.
Speaker 4 (45:17):
So that means clearly whatever he was saying during and
saying and doing during the Panthers game warranted him getting
uh an uppercut to you know what? And then he
now is spouting off and saying some awful things during
the Browns game. Is it trash talk gone to far?
Means football? These guys trash talk each other all the day.
But but Harris is saying he said some things you
don't ever say to a grown man.
Speaker 2 (45:38):
Maybe about their wives. Maybe it's about their moms, about
their kids. There's a few sensitive subjects that I can
see a guy reacting that way.
Speaker 4 (45:46):
Anyways, this is going to be an interesting situation, a
monitor going forward to see if somebody else tries to
go after him or you know, slug him in the
you know what?
Speaker 3 (45:55):
He got him? Not all right?
Speaker 2 (45:57):
Next on the JV Show, Let's talk about Thanksgivings.
Speaker 1 (46:01):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (46:04):
We are the JV Show. I'm Selenam and I'm just
how was Thanksgiving. Everyone, Oh fantastic.
Speaker 4 (46:09):
It was nice, Yeah, just nice, Jess, Oh no, it
was nice, but that was it?
Speaker 5 (46:18):
Just nice.
Speaker 6 (46:19):
I actually really liked it this year more than other
years because I've told you guys that I don't always
get like a real Thanksgiving meal because our family doesn't
really get together that much anymore. So it literally ends
up being just my mom, my stepdad, and me. And
we're like, there's kind of no point of going all out.
Speaker 4 (46:36):
That is so sad, really, but there's a lot of
sides and things to prepare for just three people.
Speaker 6 (46:40):
Yeah, and we are like, uh, do we get all
crazy and spend all day in the kitchen for us
to have like a lot, I would.
Speaker 2 (46:47):
Just tag along and go to somebody else's house, like wetter,
I know what, I need more people.
Speaker 6 (46:51):
That's what I ended up doing because I went over
to my fiance Ruben's house.
Speaker 3 (46:55):
You guys, I finally got to watch football with him
because there were a few games that day.
Speaker 5 (47:00):
Oh he was so annoyed.
Speaker 3 (47:01):
He probably was. He probably was.
Speaker 4 (47:03):
H I've already explained this to you twenty times. A
holding call is a ten yard penalty, and you're like,
I don't get it.
Speaker 14 (47:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 19 (47:09):
Oh.
Speaker 6 (47:09):
There were a couple of times where he was explaining
something to me and I was like m hmm.
Speaker 3 (47:14):
But in my mind, I was trying to compute.
Speaker 2 (47:15):
He was he doing any announcing because you told us
that he spends all Sunday, every Sunday, every Sunday and
Mondays and Thursdays watching every single NFL game and he
does it alone. He has to be by himself because
he will announce the games he gets loud.
Speaker 6 (47:30):
Yes, he did not do any of that, So I
still haven't seen that part, and I don't think have
the weirdest thing to me.
Speaker 2 (47:36):
How have you not heard like this is his secret
talent and what he wants to do in life?
Speaker 1 (47:40):
Right, So I've.
Speaker 6 (47:41):
Only heard it when he's done it for shows like
the one that he was on Netflix last times you
or when he used to announce for certain you know.
Speaker 3 (47:50):
High school games and stuff like that.
Speaker 6 (47:52):
But so I've seen him announce, I just have never
seen it, you know, raw and live before.
Speaker 3 (47:58):
So who knows when that that's gonna happen.
Speaker 6 (48:00):
But this is a step you guys, baby steps, baby
sabety steps.
Speaker 4 (48:03):
Wait can we go back to did you just ditch
your mom and your stepdad.
Speaker 15 (48:07):
No.
Speaker 3 (48:07):
I went back to them later and they were.
Speaker 4 (48:09):
Just sitting there with one little candle, like two pieces
of driveter like nobody to talk to.
Speaker 6 (48:14):
My aunt ended up coming over and they was like.
Speaker 3 (48:19):
Night, nice, nice, nice. What about you guys?
Speaker 2 (48:24):
Everyone at my Thanksgiving was talking about Teenie's mac and cheese.
Speaker 3 (48:29):
Oh see, And I read that was the only person
that was like, what the heck is this? You don't
know about Teeni's mac and cheese.
Speaker 6 (48:37):
That's the mac and cheese recipe that everybody follows.
Speaker 3 (48:40):
Thank you. I did what everyone was saying, I think.
Speaker 2 (48:42):
And my sister was telling me how last year it
was really hard to make Teenie mac and cheese because
she was like, you need this specific type of mac
noodle and it was selling out everywhere because of her recipe.
Speaker 1 (48:52):
Wow, this year too, did somebody make it and for
you to try?
Speaker 2 (48:57):
My sisters did make it because my sister last year,
after it sold out, when it did get back in stock,
she went and bought the mac event and hung onto
it for this year's.
Speaker 5 (49:07):
Thanksgiving and give us your review.
Speaker 3 (49:09):
It just tasted like regular mac and cheese. I don't know, really,
she don't make it good? Then I don't get the hype.
Speaker 4 (49:16):
Is mac and cheese the only like Thanksgiving food that
we eat.
Speaker 1 (49:20):
All year round?
Speaker 3 (49:22):
Yeah, and mashed potatoes.
Speaker 4 (49:23):
Mashed potatoes, I guess sometimes, But most of the stuff
and that Thanksgiving plate it's like a one off, like
come eating yams all year around or sweet potato pie
and stuff like that. It's like all this Thanksgiving food
we say for one day and one day only mac
and cheese is just like, no, I'm good anytime.
Speaker 1 (49:37):
Bro YAA.
Speaker 3 (49:39):
Did you guys have green bean castrole?
Speaker 1 (49:41):
Hell? No, no green bean castrole.
Speaker 4 (49:43):
I went to the to Kate's parents city in laws
for my second Thanksgiving because I celebrated with my family
the weekend before. There was no green bean castrole in site.
That one delicious meal though, white meat turkey that was
actually moist and delicious, which is shocking because.
Speaker 3 (49:58):
You always go dark meat.
Speaker 1 (50:00):
Usually it's dried out. No good.
Speaker 3 (50:02):
I like thee.
Speaker 1 (50:06):
We did.
Speaker 4 (50:06):
We may have started a new Thanksgiving tradition in my house.
The night before Thanksgiving tradition.
Speaker 1 (50:11):
You guys, we.
Speaker 4 (50:12):
Had a bonfire in the backyard. I had the host
set up.
Speaker 2 (50:18):
The case I needed to starts Graham gram is the
reason the kids are like, should we be worried about
those sparks going over there?
Speaker 4 (50:25):
I'm like, no, it's fine. Everything's green right now. It
rained a little while ago. We're fine. We had a
big bonfire, then we had my kids are For whatever reason,
my kids always beg to have a sleepover. They want
to have one big family sleepover. So that's what we did.
We all piled into our bed, so I had the
two kids plus the dog.
Speaker 1 (50:43):
We have a Golden Retriever.
Speaker 4 (50:44):
She's huge, and so all of us were in the bed.
We watched Home Alone two and then we had a sleepover.
Speaker 2 (50:51):
And never again, you say that every time these kids
are flip flopping and moving around all over the places.
Speaker 1 (50:59):
You guys know, I sleep like a silent pencil.
Speaker 3 (51:01):
But you give in every time your kids want to
do that.
Speaker 1 (51:03):
Yeah, it was really sweet, it was cute. I enjoyed.
Speaker 4 (51:05):
Look, I love The bonfire part was great. Then the
Home Alone too part was great. I don't know that
I never actually sat down and watched Home Alone to
the entire way through.
Speaker 1 (51:12):
That was an experience for me.
Speaker 4 (51:14):
And then you know, the snug lan and all the
cuddles and that's cute and everything.
Speaker 1 (51:17):
But eventually It's like, dude, go to your own bed.
Speaker 2 (51:19):
Do you do you guys still have Thanksgiving leftovers? No,
we don't either. Ours is gone like the next day.
But yesterday, do we agree? Yesterday would have been the cutoff. Yes,
that's like three days after. I think after that, I'm good.
Speaker 5 (51:32):
This Sunday today would be today's pushing it.
Speaker 3 (51:35):
Yeah, I'm with that.
Speaker 2 (51:37):
And are you all decorated and ready for it's a
big like?
Speaker 1 (51:45):
That was not good. It's beginning to look a lot
like Christmas the Herbert household that's fully decorated. What about yours?
Speaker 3 (51:54):
Mine too?
Speaker 1 (51:55):
We got both trees? Are both? Are your trees decorated too?
Speaker 3 (51:58):
I only have one tree.
Speaker 4 (51:58):
You don't have to like whatever. We got two trees
this year. We decided to go all out this year,
and we got them. This is the first time I've
ever had a tree pre December because we got it
on Friday.
Speaker 5 (52:09):
So a couple of days and a couple of days
of November.
Speaker 2 (52:12):
These trees, though, we go real tree fake so it's
really it's easier for me to just go to the
garage and bring it out.
Speaker 5 (52:19):
And then get that up plastic smell into.
Speaker 6 (52:22):
The house and you're not the type of person that
just leaves like all the ornaments on there and wraps
it and then puts it aside space.
Speaker 2 (52:31):
I would do that if I had somewhere to like
put it and just wheel it in and out.
Speaker 5 (52:34):
You just set it in a closet, fully decorated.
Speaker 3 (52:36):
There are people that do that, I know, genius.
Speaker 4 (52:40):
We got a big tree, you guys, big biggest Herbert
Family Christmas tree.
Speaker 1 (52:43):
We've ever gotten?
Speaker 5 (52:44):
The things that might be twelve feet tall? Well, maybe
it's a less You have a picture.
Speaker 1 (52:48):
I do have a picture.
Speaker 4 (52:49):
We have our photos from home coming up later, and
I use that as my photo from home, so you
can see this tree. I mean, I felt like a
real lumberjack lug in this thing into the house. I
have Kate help me carry things.
Speaker 1 (52:59):
Very he's a real one.
Speaker 3 (53:00):
It is a real one.
Speaker 1 (53:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (53:02):
Next in the JV show, do you guys want to
hear about how I started a fire in my kitchen?
Speaker 1 (53:06):
Yes? Please look do that coming up the JV show
on Wild ninety nine.
Speaker 3 (53:11):
You guys.
Speaker 2 (53:12):
Yeah, So this wasn't on Thanksgiving. It was the day
before Thanksgiving. Because remember my family didn't let me cook
for Thanksgiving, right The competent. They moved Thanksgiving from my
house to my mom's house, even though I went there
and I had to help cook anyways, like whatever, and
I feel like.
Speaker 6 (53:28):
You're about to prove why this wasn't my faults.
Speaker 1 (53:32):
Not my fault.
Speaker 3 (53:33):
The day before.
Speaker 2 (53:34):
Thanksgiving, so this is last Wednesday, I was making some
refried beans, right, okay, And so I had the pot
on the burner, fire is on, and then I use
like lard mantuka in there too, and so it's like
getting all melty and it's hot whatever. And then I
went to go put the beans in, okay, and when
I did that, there's like splashing and stuff. The entire
(53:57):
thing I kid you not, the entire pan just split
up in flames.
Speaker 1 (54:01):
WHOA Why?
Speaker 2 (54:02):
And I'm like, I'm actually shocked. I did not freak
out like I thought I would.
Speaker 3 (54:08):
And then the flames it's like getting higher and higher higher.
Now there was like, no, the hood is on fire.
Speaker 1 (54:14):
Whoa, there's some grease up in there and that caught
on fire.
Speaker 2 (54:17):
I think it just went high. There's well, unless it's
splashed up there. Maybe maybe that's how it happened. I
don't even I don't even know. And then I swear
to god, it all happened in like slow motion, and
my man's on the couch and he's like running.
Speaker 1 (54:28):
Over like what did you do?
Speaker 2 (54:30):
My daughter's there just like jaw dropped, like staring the
spoon I was holding in my hand through that. I
ran over it and I got one of my kitchen towels,
and I'm like, oh, I turned the burner off first,
and then I like have the kitchen towel and I'm
like patting it trying to put the fire out, trying
to like cover the heatcause I remember, And then this
(54:50):
is the lesson for everybody. One time, my sister's boyfriend
almost burned down her entire kitchen because he started a
grease fire. And what he did is put water on
it to try to put the fire out, thank you.
And he was like taking the pot like to the
sink and like turn the water on. Burned his arms
so bad, because you are not supposed to put water
(55:13):
on a grease fire.
Speaker 3 (55:14):
You're supposed to cover it.
Speaker 2 (55:15):
Yeah, you got to smother it, kill the oxygen. So
I had that in my mind as I'm like putting
it out with a towel, And thank god I did
that because I don't know what my husband would have done.
I'm like, no, you have to kill the you have
to cover it, you have to cover it. And thank god,
thank god, my boyfriend burned his arm. My sister's boyfriend
burns his arms as bad as he did. Because I
(55:36):
learned from that.
Speaker 4 (55:36):
Shout out to him and his burned arms. But thank you, Yes,
taught you. But it was a very valuables Gary. That
is scary because it happens fast.
Speaker 3 (55:44):
It's so fast, like within seconds.
Speaker 1 (55:46):
Well, props to you for staying calm and knowing what
to do.
Speaker 3 (55:50):
Has that ever happened to you?
Speaker 4 (55:51):
I've had some pretty big I think everybody's had something
catch on fire on the stove or whatever a lot
of times, though I haven't had where it's like that
huge fireball that a lot of times you can almost
just let the thing burn itself out real quick, you know,
in the pan or whatever.
Speaker 2 (56:05):
That's That's that has never even happened to me. Really, Yeah,
this is my first fire incident.
Speaker 3 (56:10):
And I burned a.
Speaker 2 (56:11):
Hole through like the the like the little screen filter
things that's yeah.
Speaker 3 (56:20):
Right through that.
Speaker 4 (56:21):
Well, see that thing might have caught on fire because
that thing, as you're a hood fan above. It's got
like the little mesh screen or whatever that that stuff
accumulates grease and stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (56:30):
Over time it gets clogged up. So that thing could have.
Speaker 4 (56:33):
Been that's what happened, very flammable, and that could have
sent flames into other you know, shooting up through it,
you know, potentially into the walls and into the room.
Speaker 3 (56:42):
Oh my god, that could have been so bad.
Speaker 5 (56:44):
I could have been really scary.
Speaker 6 (56:46):
So aren't you glad that they didn't let you cook
for Thanksgiving?
Speaker 1 (56:49):
Because you would have totally burnt. That would have been
your turkey.
Speaker 2 (56:52):
Yeah, I would have that happened on things getting with
all my family there in dinner ruins.
Speaker 5 (56:57):
Just a giant fireball and then you had too many boxes.
Speaker 1 (57:00):
Want At that point you don't know what to do
and my arm is off. Yeah, and then the whole
place now I'm harmless, completely.
Speaker 16 (57:09):
Arms.
Speaker 5 (57:11):
That's what you should have done, just throw It was scary.
Speaker 4 (57:15):
Do you have you ever gotten served on Instagram those
ads where it's like some sort of fire blanket thing
and it shows you a fire on the stove and
then it's like what do you do? And then you
have life blanket or whatever. It's kind don't know what
it is, and then you.
Speaker 1 (57:26):
Throw it over there.
Speaker 4 (57:27):
No, I've never seen that ad I get targeted with
that one sometimes.
Speaker 1 (57:30):
I don't know why.
Speaker 5 (57:31):
Maybe they assume light stuff on fire.
Speaker 6 (57:35):
Have you guys ever done one of those like turkeys
that people do?
Speaker 3 (57:38):
That people the deep scary? I can see why those
always explode too.
Speaker 4 (57:44):
Yeah, you drop a frozen turkey and there, I think,
blast off, and then the whole side of your house
is on fire.
Speaker 2 (57:49):
No turkey delicious, so good, so good, so good.
Speaker 3 (57:53):
I would be so upset if I run.
Speaker 1 (57:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (57:58):
Next, on the JV Show, Graham, you finally finished Love
is Blind?
Speaker 5 (58:01):
Yes, well, I have some thoughts.
Speaker 3 (58:03):
How long did it take you?
Speaker 1 (58:05):
I don't know, like a year or whatever.
Speaker 4 (58:06):
We should start a new segments like Graham finally finish
the show.
Speaker 1 (58:09):
And then I recap it months later, months after the fact.
Speaker 3 (58:12):
All right, well we are going to talk about Love
is Blind.
Speaker 1 (58:14):
Next the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, the.
Speaker 3 (58:17):
Base number one hit music station, The JV Show.
Speaker 2 (58:20):
I'm Selena, and we were just talking about how I
accidentally started a stove fire last week in my kitchen.
Speaker 3 (58:26):
Good Morning, JV Show.
Speaker 8 (58:27):
This message is for Selena or anybody who has an apartment.
There's something. There's a brand called fire Stop, and what
they have is these little magnetic things that go underneath
the hood of your stove so that if anything does
catch fire, if there are ever any flames, it automatically
starts dispersing whatever essentially is in a fire extinguisher so
(58:51):
that it could put the fire out. And I think
everyone should have them. They actually work.
Speaker 3 (58:54):
Ooh, that's cool.
Speaker 5 (58:56):
You gotta be nice to have something automatic.
Speaker 4 (58:58):
I mentioned before, I was like, you've, guys ever seen
those advertisements for those kitchen like fire blanket things. You
get a grease fire. Again, you're not supposed to put
water on it. That doesn't work. You need to smother it.
And so there's companies that make like these blanket things
and you can throw those over the top of your
stove and that will put out the fire. Your guys,
(59:18):
is algorithm different than mine, apparently, because I.
Speaker 1 (59:21):
Get served those ads.
Speaker 4 (59:22):
I think it's from a company called Prepared Hero, but
I'm not sure that's one of these ones I see
when I Google fire blanket. But yeah, it's just a
little folded up blanket thing. Keep it in a pouch.
Somewhere in your kitchen, break that thing out, throw it
over the stove.
Speaker 5 (59:36):
Problem solved.
Speaker 3 (59:36):
Cool.
Speaker 2 (59:37):
I like the ones that you put under the hood, though,
because that's more automated, because you know, if I'm stressed
out and there's a fire and then I'm clumsy and
I'm all my hands are all sweating, I'm dropping the
blanket and stuff.
Speaker 3 (59:47):
I had time where you put the blanket in the
you know, then you.
Speaker 1 (59:50):
Grab the blanket and you're like, this looks cozy.
Speaker 4 (59:52):
I'm gonna go watch some Netflix and then your whole
kitchen on right while you're streaming your favorite show.
Speaker 1 (59:58):
Speaking of streaming.
Speaker 4 (59:59):
Shows, you guys, I finally finished Love is Blind.
Speaker 3 (01:00:02):
Like I already forgot what happened me to this past season.
It's been that long.
Speaker 4 (01:00:08):
That's probably for the best, because this season rather forgettable.
Do I need any sort of spoiler alert? As I
talk about the finale really quick and the reading, I'll
still an issue on spoiler alert if you're somehow later
it's going to be to watching the current season or
this past season, I should say, of Love is Blind
on Netflix. Do you in the finale, there were three
(01:00:29):
potential weddings that could have taken place. Two of them
ended at the altar, like, right as they're about to
say the ideas, one person pulls the ripcord. Do you
think they were contractually obligated to dump them out the altar.
Speaker 6 (01:00:45):
I've heard rumors that they have to make it to
the altar, but not everybody does, so I don't know
how accurate those rumors are then, because I.
Speaker 4 (01:00:53):
Feel except, I feel like, you know, going into that day,
they're not making up their mind at the second, you
know what.
Speaker 1 (01:01:00):
I mean, They're like, ah, should I should? I'm not
gonna do it.
Speaker 4 (01:01:03):
They know, you know, going into that day that you
can't go through with the wedding. Yeah, and actual marriage
to personally, now, that seemed extra cold hearted. My wife
was correct, She's like, I don't see any of these
against boiler alert if you haven't wanted. So they don't
see any of these ladies going through with any of
these relationships.
Speaker 5 (01:01:20):
None of them did. It was an zero for three season, yep.
Speaker 4 (01:01:23):
And it seemed incredibly cold hearted to leave the two
because the guys that they were on board, the two guys,
maybe the third guy, I don't know that one was
called off not at the altar, but that's because he
had a kid. I think they didn't want the kids
sitting there in the audience to watch dad get dumped.
But the other two, the guys were fully in. They
would have They said yes, they were on board, and
(01:01:43):
the ladies were just like nope, Yeah. Something didn't seem
right about that though. I feel like that was for show.
Speaker 6 (01:01:50):
Yeah, it was for show, and I think they they
might have not been obligated to make it there, but
I think they personally wanted to make it there to
get that extra time into kind of I guess, say there,
you don't stand.
Speaker 4 (01:02:02):
There in front of your friends family and then just
completely crush the other person. You don't you do that
and you have a conversation in private right before the ceremony.
Speaker 3 (01:02:13):
Well, yeah, unless it's for a TV show, then obviously
you do it in front of camera.
Speaker 4 (01:02:16):
No, I'm just saying I think they had to because
like a normal person would not have done that. Like,
I just think producers set them up for that, but
of course it is a TV show. Now, can we
talk about the reunion because I was like, I'm not
watching that the last reunion that I watched on the
previous season Love is Blind or two seasons. Whatever it
was that was the most awful pile of hot, steaming
garbage I'd ever watched. And but my wife was like, well,
(01:02:39):
we don't have anything else to watch right now, let's
put it on.
Speaker 5 (01:02:41):
So we watched the reunion.
Speaker 4 (01:02:43):
This one slightly lest complete hot pile of garbage than
the other one I saw.
Speaker 2 (01:02:48):
But okay, I figured Vanessa's until just as bad and corny.
Speaker 4 (01:02:51):
Though, oh, they're terrible at all, So this they should
hire Andy Cohen from Bravo. He that guy's a reunion
like wizard. He's so good. They're still terrible. The I
figured out what it is that bugs me about their reunion.
Their reunion they don't give you. They hardly ever use
any flashback clips of the show to help give you
any context about who or what they are talking about.
(01:03:15):
You watch these I watched these Real Housewives reunions or whatever,
these ones on Bravo.
Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
Somebody says, well I didn't say that. I didn't.
Speaker 4 (01:03:22):
They immediately go get the receipts and they show you
the clip you know, actually you did say that, or
and they call them out on that. This one they
don't do that, And they talk about other people that
are on the show that are not present there at
the reunion, like, well, everyone knows you had a thing
for Blake and the hey that was all Blake?
Speaker 1 (01:03:38):
Who the hell is Blake? I don't know? Show me
a clip they talk.
Speaker 4 (01:03:41):
They don't ever give you any context about what situation
or who they're talking about. How hard is it to
edit in a two second clip of Blake or.
Speaker 2 (01:03:49):
The manytimes bringing up names? I'm like, who, I don't
know who that person is?
Speaker 1 (01:03:53):
They don't.
Speaker 3 (01:03:53):
I don't remember that person being on the show period.
Speaker 4 (01:03:55):
And if it takes you a long time to watch
the season, like it did me the better part of
six months, whatever it was, you know what I mean?
I have no idea who they're talking about half the time.
Show me one little clip of whatever that interaction was,
or whatever that one person said. How hard is that
this reunion was shot a year and a half.
Speaker 1 (01:04:13):
After the season was recorded.
Speaker 3 (01:04:15):
That is crazy?
Speaker 4 (01:04:17):
You mean to tell me Netflix, in a year and
a half, you didn't have time to just set aside
a few little clips. You're like, we're probably gonna want
this for the reunion. Show me some of that stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:04:25):
The reunions are trash.
Speaker 4 (01:04:26):
I'm never watching one again, Mark this that was the
last one.
Speaker 2 (01:04:29):
My favorite part, especially out My favorite part was when
the season ended and the one uh I completely forgot
her name, Sparko Megan spark At the end, she's like
she is, you know, she was with the guy with
the kid, and she ends the relationship saying, I just
don't know if I want to be a mom ever. Yeah,
and then she shows up to the reunion like surprise,
I had a baby and.
Speaker 4 (01:04:49):
The baby like, and I was like, thinking about the timeline,
I'm like, how long has it been since then? You know,
it's been a long time, Like she's full on hat
to she falls a whole new family that she started
and then they stopped fulfillment and then shoot the reunions.
Speaker 6 (01:05:03):
And what sucks even more is we had found out
about the baby through social media like a week before
the reunion.
Speaker 3 (01:05:09):
I know it's really spoiled thing.
Speaker 5 (01:05:11):
I don't know if I'm watching the show going forward.
Speaker 2 (01:05:14):
But we know you're going to you said that last time, Yeah,
this might be it for me until your wife says, hey,
we should put on Love is Blind, and then you're.
Speaker 4 (01:05:20):
Gonna be like, okay, I think we skipped the previous
season though, and I didn't have any problem missing that.
Speaker 3 (01:05:27):
I don't recall that we might have to go to
the archives.
Speaker 1 (01:05:30):
I'm not really sure the thing I think the JV
show on Wild ninety four nine, guys, it's your buddy.
I haven't from New York.
Speaker 15 (01:05:37):
I know I've been in my a.
Speaker 7 (01:05:39):
But I'm bad.
Speaker 1 (01:05:40):
But since you guys are talk about love is blind,
I'm a cancer.
Speaker 5 (01:05:45):
Right, we're emotional.
Speaker 1 (01:05:47):
But geez, I've never seen somebody that cries so much.
Speaker 5 (01:05:52):
I ever got his name, but you guys know who
we're talking about.
Speaker 15 (01:05:54):
The crier.
Speaker 3 (01:05:55):
What was his name? Admin?
Speaker 1 (01:05:57):
ADMN?
Speaker 3 (01:05:57):
Oh, but I felt bad. I feel like he has
had a lot of trauma.
Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
He did have a lot of trauma. But how do
you feel?
Speaker 3 (01:06:03):
But get it together? I couldn't date somebody like that.
Speaker 1 (01:06:05):
That's what I was gonna ask. Could you date about
literally everything in the should be mad?
Speaker 5 (01:06:13):
Yeah, he cried a lot.
Speaker 7 (01:06:15):
The hottest.
Speaker 13 (01:06:18):
It's all the stuff you need to know, what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the bay.
Speaker 2 (01:06:26):
Did you guys see that Clay Thompson named his boat
after Megan is Stallion?
Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
Oh my god? He posted a photo jump and in
one of the pictures it was.
Speaker 4 (01:06:36):
The boats always have a name that's like a play
on words for like sea or ocean or something. So
it was hers called foot see no wow spelled s
e a foot c because that was me.
Speaker 3 (01:06:51):
That was that was a good one. It was mean foot.
Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
I'll have no he named his boat what the s
s stallion? I like the foot And also and other
Meghan and Clay news. Meghan cooked Thanksgiving for Clay and
his family. I cannot think of anything scarier than having
to cook for like my man's parents and them judging
(01:07:19):
your cooking in your food. How long have they been
together now, because it's still pretty early, right, I mean
it has not been.
Speaker 3 (01:07:25):
Over a year from right, I want to say three months.
I think more than that, I'm not.
Speaker 2 (01:07:31):
I don't know exactly, but still, and apparently Meghan did
very good under pressure. Clay's dad gave her food a
ten out of ten, so good for her, all right,
Kim Kay has low brain activity.
Speaker 3 (01:07:43):
I'm not just making that up. That's what a doctor says.
Speaker 2 (01:07:47):
Alert wow, so Kim on her reality show on Hulu.
I don't know why they keep going back to his
brain doctor. Remember we talked about her finding out that
she had a brain in yours. She saw that on
some scans, and I guess she's okay. According to her
that you know, she's gonna be fine. It's manageable, is
(01:08:09):
what the doctor said. So on this last episode, hert
and Scott they go back to this brain doctor and
they did some more.
Speaker 3 (01:08:15):
Scans and Kim saw that there were holes in her brain.
What are those holes?
Speaker 9 (01:08:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (01:08:21):
I don't like that.
Speaker 19 (01:08:23):
So what the holes mean is low activity. The front
part of your brain is less active than it should be.
With your frontalones as they were now, it would be
harder to manage stress, and that's not good for you.
Speaker 2 (01:08:42):
This is before she took the bar, and so she
was obviously super stressed out studying like ten hours a day.
And they also blame a lot of the stress on
her divorce with Kanye. Okay, I can see that, but
it's not good moving forward either. Now that she's already
has she already has these holes there, so it's not
easy for her to manage the stress.
Speaker 3 (01:09:03):
Did you see some of the comments that people were leaving. No,
but I can imagine they're pretty mean.
Speaker 1 (01:09:08):
Probably. Well, it was.
Speaker 6 (01:09:09):
Interesting because a lot of people were saying that they
think the reason she's bringing this up on the show
right now is for a possible future endorsement of Neuralink,
which is like the that company that's yeah, Elon Musk
company that is developing, you know, something to connect brain
to computers, Like, hmm, could this be the initial.
Speaker 3 (01:09:30):
Workings of that?
Speaker 4 (01:09:31):
Don't you think the more obvious explanation is it an
excuse for why she didn't pass the bar.
Speaker 3 (01:09:36):
I think that has to make Kanye look bad to
be like, see a look at what he pulled me through.
Speaker 4 (01:09:40):
Yeah, brain damage, and this is why I didn't pass
the bar. I have holes in my brain.
Speaker 7 (01:09:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:09:45):
Never good, it's my first thought.
Speaker 4 (01:09:46):
Never good. When a doctor says, yeah, I don't like that. Yeah,
you don't never want to hear doctors say that.
Speaker 3 (01:09:52):
I want to go for a brain scans. I don't
want to know what's wrong with me. Oh, lots of
I know, I know a lot. There's a lot wrong.
Speaker 1 (01:09:58):
I don't like the look at that.
Speaker 3 (01:09:59):
I don't want to say.
Speaker 1 (01:10:00):
You never want to hear that.
Speaker 3 (01:10:02):
I loved her. Gasp of just all right, Graham, what
do you have?
Speaker 1 (01:10:08):
All right, it's time for another installment. Of our new
earthquake related segment here on the JV Show. Did Selena
feel it?
Speaker 9 (01:10:15):
All? Right?
Speaker 4 (01:10:15):
The Bay Area earthquake seemed to be NonStop lately, and
our very own Selena hasn't felt a single one. And
we've up a lot to catch up on from over
the long holiday weekend and some more from last night
on Let's see. On Thursday, we had a four point
three magnitude earthquake in central California near San Jua Battista,
And we had a three point two magnitude earthquake on
(01:10:37):
in the Pacifica area that following day, and that one
was followed by another two point seven magnitude earthquake. Then
last night we had a series of overnight earthquakes that
rattled mainly the North Bay A three point three that
struck close to eleven o'clock last night and in the
Rohner Park area, than after just after midnight, a three
(01:10:57):
point one in that same area, followed by a two
point seven magnitude quake around two am this morning.
Speaker 1 (01:11:03):
So now we ask, did Selena feel it?
Speaker 3 (01:11:07):
None of them?
Speaker 9 (01:11:08):
No of them.
Speaker 4 (01:11:09):
The entire Bay Area is shaking every single Did you
feel not one single rumble?
Speaker 1 (01:11:14):
Nothing, A wiggle and shaking your chair.
Speaker 3 (01:11:18):
Nothing did you feel on Thursday? I did, there was
a big one. I was in Selena's.
Speaker 5 (01:11:23):
Yeah, that was the four point three yep, Central California.
Speaker 1 (01:11:27):
No, not a thing.
Speaker 5 (01:11:29):
I feel that we weren't you in the area. You
were in Selena's that day, that was Thanksgiving.
Speaker 3 (01:11:34):
I wasn't there yet though, Oh I was driving. Still
excuse did you feel any Graham?
Speaker 4 (01:11:41):
Even that I woke up last night because I heard
a sound, some sort of something, and I think that
might have been one of these earthquakes that happened last night.
Speaker 3 (01:11:50):
The other ones now, so there's still a big one.
Speaker 1 (01:11:53):
Oh yea, yeah, of.
Speaker 5 (01:11:54):
Course, yeah, of course, anytime be prepared. You've been warned.
Speaker 3 (01:12:00):
The JV Show. Let's talk about our photos from home.
Speaker 1 (01:12:03):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four.
Speaker 3 (01:12:06):
The JV Show. I'm Selena. I'm I'm just happy Monday.
Hope you had a good Thanksgiving break. Welcome back, Jess.
You're leaving us again though.
Speaker 1 (01:12:14):
But oh yeah, you got to go to the bathroom.
Speaker 3 (01:12:16):
Uh no, just got back. You just ran in here.
You're all sweaty. No, you guys like to start that rumor,
but that is not true. But I am leaving you, guys.
Speaker 6 (01:12:26):
I'm gonna be getting on a plane to Dallas literally
later today, and literally.
Speaker 3 (01:12:32):
Why where are you going? Dallas? But why?
Speaker 6 (01:12:35):
Okay, So Dallas we have we have a ton of
sister stations all over right, Well in Dallas we have
one of our sister stations, and they invited me to
go to Jingle Bob. So I'm gonna be hopping on
a plane, which by the way, has already gotten delayed ones.
Speaker 3 (01:12:51):
So now I'm a little scared.
Speaker 6 (01:12:53):
This is also the first time in years that I've
gone on a plane by myself, and even just talking
about it right now, my heart is like pumping. I
am really nervous and anxious for some reason.
Speaker 3 (01:13:07):
I do not know.
Speaker 5 (01:13:09):
Why are you going to bring your emotional support cat?
Speaker 1 (01:13:12):
What are you gonna.
Speaker 3 (01:13:17):
She's at my mom's house.
Speaker 6 (01:13:18):
She's gonna be there all week, you guys, I don't
know how I'm gonna live without her for a whole
week if I'm just his mom.
Speaker 3 (01:13:23):
I'm so mad, like you're leaving me with this cat. No,
she loves her. But and who's performing at.
Speaker 6 (01:13:33):
Okay, so it's gonna be Alex Warren.
Speaker 3 (01:13:35):
Nelly's gonna be there.
Speaker 6 (01:13:38):
MGK is gonna be there, so maybe we'll see Megan
Fox in the crowd or something if she's cheering on
her mat.
Speaker 3 (01:13:44):
Very fun. Yeah, I'm gonna.
Speaker 6 (01:13:46):
I'm I'm actually really really excited, except for the fact
that I am feeling really anxious about the flight.
Speaker 3 (01:13:51):
But hopefully.
Speaker 12 (01:13:54):
Fine. But I'm fine.
Speaker 15 (01:13:57):
No.
Speaker 6 (01:13:57):
On my drive in this morning, I will I always
drive by the airport and there there was a ton
of traffic.
Speaker 3 (01:14:06):
So I was like, wait, is everybody flying back home today?
So am I gonna be.
Speaker 6 (01:14:11):
Stuck with like, oh yeah, travel today, flight issues, But
we'll see, we'll see, but wish we luck you guys.
Speaker 3 (01:14:18):
So I will not be in tomorrow. I get back
on Wednesday, and then I'll be in on Thursday.
Speaker 1 (01:14:23):
Shout out to TSA today. If you see Jess trying
to don't let her it's true. There. Make sure go
back to the special room for a special inspection.
Speaker 3 (01:14:32):
Now, let's talk about our photos from home.
Speaker 2 (01:14:34):
Every Monday we bring a picture from our weekend or
in this case, Thanksgiving break and you can check them
out Wildney four nine on Instagram. Check out the photos
right there. I will go first, minus me and my
my sisters. The only thing that I care about, you know,
during the holidays is getting to see my family. Yeah,
and mainly my sisters and stuff.
Speaker 3 (01:14:54):
So yeah, except for her, I guess.
Speaker 1 (01:15:00):
I don't think she was waiting to see my family
and my sisters. I don't think. But you didn't even
post them.
Speaker 2 (01:15:05):
I don't think she was there when we took this
picture the way she would have been in it. But anyways,
here's two of my sisters got and me on Thanksgiving. Yeah,
the sister the traveling pants here.
Speaker 3 (01:15:14):
I'm not the kitchen that you almost burned down. No, no, no,
this is not my kitchen.
Speaker 1 (01:15:18):
Is that mom's house.
Speaker 3 (01:15:19):
This is my aunt's house.
Speaker 1 (01:15:19):
Oh, your aunt's house.
Speaker 5 (01:15:20):
And did the turkey to your as dry as ever
it usually does in your house?
Speaker 3 (01:15:25):
My mom's turkey? Yeah no, because she didn't make it.
My sister's did.
Speaker 1 (01:15:29):
Oh she passed the dry turkey?
Speaker 3 (01:15:32):
Yeah two?
Speaker 1 (01:15:33):
Nice for me.
Speaker 3 (01:15:33):
I was like, no, thanks, so like mine dry?
Speaker 1 (01:15:35):
Really so you could put some ketchup on it? All right?
My picture is of myself and my kids.
Speaker 4 (01:15:42):
We went and got our Christmas tree over the weekend,
and that is the tree behind us.
Speaker 1 (01:15:48):
It's the tallest tree we've never got. Things huge. Just
for scale, I'm like probably like six six sixty seven.
Speaker 3 (01:15:54):
And you're not six two and three quarters one and
a half.
Speaker 4 (01:15:58):
I'm six two and three quarters. Anyways, the tree, it
goes up out of the camera frame there. It's a
very tall tree. Had to strap that to the roof
of the old fore Runner and bring it home and
set it up. It was barely fit in the tree stand.
I'm shocked this thing hasn't fallen over because wow, massive,
very large. But that's the Herbert family tree there. Shout
(01:16:18):
out to Steve's trees and Napa Steve's trees.
Speaker 1 (01:16:21):
That's the spot we go overy year.
Speaker 3 (01:16:22):
Yeah, that's huge. Can wait to see it all decorated.
Speaker 6 (01:16:24):
Graham and then mine is me and Reuben after our
Thanksgiving meal because I finally got to spend a little
Thanksgiving with him.
Speaker 3 (01:16:33):
Well I've spent Thanksgiving.
Speaker 6 (01:16:35):
With him before, but usually it's just me, my stepdad,
and my mom, all sad and lonely in our He
doesn't it's like, usually celebrate with you.
Speaker 3 (01:16:43):
Sometimes we do, sometimes we don't. It kind of just
depends on what the plans are.
Speaker 6 (01:16:48):
But this was nice because this is over at his
grandma's house and his Grandma always has everything super nicely decorated.
Speaker 1 (01:16:53):
In the peacock? Happened to that Christmas tree?
Speaker 3 (01:16:56):
Hey, it looked so beautiful.
Speaker 4 (01:16:59):
It's a very well currid tree. But what's how many
peacocks died to make the top of it?
Speaker 3 (01:17:03):
I don't think those are peacock feathers. I think what
is it?
Speaker 16 (01:17:05):
Gold?
Speaker 2 (01:17:06):
It's peacock like it's giving peacock right. I don't like
the tree up on Thanksgiving? Why because it's not Christmas.
Speaker 4 (01:17:16):
No, it's a there's already gifts, like, there's tons of
rapped gifts under this tree already.
Speaker 3 (01:17:20):
Are the empty boxes for those have just been for decoration?
Speaker 4 (01:17:23):
Actually okay, because I was like, dang Christmas shopping truck
not off the list early?
Speaker 1 (01:17:29):
Nicely done?
Speaker 3 (01:17:29):
No, I think those are just decoration.
Speaker 4 (01:17:31):
That's a tall tree. Now, look, this is one of
those where do you guys land? We've had this debate
before about Christmas trees?
Speaker 1 (01:17:36):
Where do you land? This is like a curated tree
where all the ornaments match.
Speaker 3 (01:17:40):
Is it a real tree?
Speaker 15 (01:17:41):
No?
Speaker 4 (01:17:42):
I think, But everything is like, you know, coordinating, or
you have like the no rules mish mash tree where
you hang the macaroni art that your kids made at school.
Speaker 1 (01:17:51):
When you hang that all over the tree, which tree
are you? Because we talked about that.
Speaker 4 (01:17:55):
I remember last Christmas that trend was coming back of
the mish mash sort of no rules tree.
Speaker 3 (01:18:00):
Yeah, mine is.
Speaker 2 (01:18:01):
Mine is coordinated to be aesthetically pleasing, but it's not
I let the kids do it, so it's not like
evenly spaced out.
Speaker 3 (01:18:08):
I'm perfectly around, you know, around the tree.
Speaker 1 (01:18:10):
Like what it's this curated selection of ornaments that are
allowed on there.
Speaker 3 (01:18:15):
Just the just the color is all that matters to me.
So the they're all kind of in the same color.
Speaker 1 (01:18:19):
What's your theme?
Speaker 5 (01:18:20):
Talk to us about it.
Speaker 3 (01:18:21):
It's like pink and rose gold.
Speaker 5 (01:18:23):
Pink and rose gold tree, pink tree.
Speaker 3 (01:18:26):
No, the ornaments still pink tree, mostly rose gold. But
what's wrong with that? Because I thought you wanted to
do the like throwback nineties Christmas.
Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
And you can't put their ornaments that they made in
school up on there and stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:18:43):
That's what my tree is. It's a mish mash of
mish masherie.
Speaker 3 (01:18:46):
No, I love it, Yeah, I know I do. I
like both. So if I could put two trees up, I.
Speaker 1 (01:18:54):
Would, Okay, So that's what I was gonna say, that's
what we did. In my household.
Speaker 4 (01:18:57):
We have our one big tree that you see in
our photo from home. That one's the mishmash. Everything, no rules,
everything is on that tree. And then we got a
very small, smaller tree, the little one, and my wife
got to, you know, put her.
Speaker 3 (01:19:09):
Make that one actually nice, make that one cute. Well,
I want pictures of both trees, Graham.
Speaker 5 (01:19:14):
No, it's good in time, time, in time, in due.
Speaker 3 (01:19:17):
Time, all right.
Speaker 2 (01:19:18):
If you want to check out those photos Walthony for
nine on Instagram, go.
Speaker 3 (01:19:21):
Give them a light, give us a follow to while

Speaker 2 (01:19:23):
