Speaker 1 (00:00):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Wel Didy for nine were the base number one hit
music station. The JV Show on a Monday, I'm Selena
and I'm Jess. First talkback of the day.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
Here we go, Good Morning, JV showed. This is Swan
from Oakland or NITOFAUA.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
No.

Speaker 4 (00:16):
I was just asking.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Selena, did you feel it? Because we had an earthquake
around the Seattle Vancouver area and Selena, as we know,
is famous for not feeling earthquakes. So I just wanted
to ask, Selena, did you feel it?

Speaker 2 (00:39):
How the hell would I feel an earthquake in the
Seattle Vancouver area.

Speaker 5 (00:42):
Yeah, make it makes sense. I'm a little confused about
that now. Also, like immediately when I listened to that,
when I first got in this morning, I was like, oh, man,
must have been a big earthquake that I haven't read
about yet.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
You know, as I get caught up on the news
from over the weekend.

Speaker 5 (00:54):
I couldn't find anything about any.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Earthquake in the Seattle or Vancouver area. Anything.

Speaker 5 (00:59):
There was like maybe a one point something earthquake. There
were a couple like Teency Little, but those are happening
around us all the time, right.

Speaker 6 (01:06):
Nobody feels them.

Speaker 5 (01:08):
Nobody feels those ones, even if they live right on
top of the thing. And then that one's all the
way in the Seattle Vancouver area. How would we expect
our very own so who is immune to feeling actualthquake
section right below her feet that are actually sizeable. But
I don't know how we could expect you to even
remotely feel that.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Yeah, that's going to be a no nobody.

Speaker 6 (01:26):
Hey, but thanks for that first talk back. Appreciate that
you ever want to leave a talk back.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
You did it on iHeartRadio app just stream wild Alive
and then hit the little red mecrophe one.

Speaker 5 (01:36):
Tell you where there was an earthquake. It was a
Friday afternoon in my bathroom.

Speaker 6 (01:41):
Stop no post show if.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
You missed it.

Speaker 5 (01:45):
On Friday at eight twenty, we play the JV Show's
chug Wheel game. It's America's favorite game. And we lost
here on the JV Show our caller one and thus
I had to spin the chug wheel and it landed
on Buffalo Wing sauce, sweet baby Buffalo Wings sauce or
whatever it was, and I had to chug a hole
damn pint of it or whatever, a whole chug mug full,

(02:07):
and I thought, look, that's not the.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Worst thing that I've chugged off the wheel before.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
It was pretty spicy, but you know, the Disney life
goes on, right, I'll be fine. Tell that to my
drive home from work. If my I'm not joking you guys,
and not to be you know, crass and graphic whatever.
But if, oh no, if my drive home had taken
one minute longer, disaster would have struck. Oh my god,

(02:33):
I was in a race against time. I turned onto
the road leading to my house about a mile away,
and I floored it.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
I mean I was I had.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
To get it was a full emergency situation.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Doesn't that make you want to, like, I don't like,
just pull back a little bit on the Chug wheel
game where we are wrecking our bodies like every single
week with a chug it is something that is we're
chugging like a gallon of salt, a gallon of spiciness.

Speaker 6 (03:01):
Like it's just not good for us.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
Here's what I do, look, pull back on the game.
I don't know, But what I do want is so
put some respect on the game. Because the listeners, you
guys complain about the game and any rule changes, and
you guys, oh, you landed on something and you got
to drink something good.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
I don't want to hear that ever again.

Speaker 5 (03:19):
We've all had to tug something gross, and that one
damn near ruined me. And the rest of my friday
was ruined. You guys, there was a flamethrower coming on
my rear end for the rest of the day.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
It was miserable. I just said, it was legitimately bad.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
Believe me.

Speaker 6 (03:38):
Stomach was, h are we doing this to ourselves?

Speaker 7 (03:40):
We're the ones that don't want to do it. You're
the one that wants.

Speaker 5 (03:43):
To do well because I know that people like it,
but I just don't want to.

Speaker 6 (03:46):
Hear they're having to drink it exactly.

Speaker 5 (03:49):
But I just need a reminder for everybody put some
respect on us, because on the times offhand that the
wheel lands on something good, I don't want to hear that,
and I don't want to the days that we win
and we don't have to chug out of one of
the oh I'm not gonna live good. You guys didn't
chuck shut up. You didn't have to sit on the
toilet all afternoon on a Friday when I want to

(04:13):
roll into my weekend and have some fun, and instead
I was blasting a volcano.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
You had the cyclos uh whatever that's called.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
Worse because it was on fire, you guys, It's like
actual firey. It was legitimately and I almost had to
replace the seat in my car and my foe Runner
and I don't want to do that because I've had
that car forever, but I almost blew the seat wide apart.

Speaker 6 (04:39):
Yeah, I'm over the game too.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Just think about a Graham, just think about it.

Speaker 6 (04:44):
I just need under it's unhealthy.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
Step one. I need some people to put respects on
the JV show because we are putting our lives on
the line. And that ain't the first time that I've
had to drive home. Actually, I got a one hour
commute home from San Francisco to and it's a They've
had a lot of Fridays where it's a little.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Touch and go.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
So put some respect really quick.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Before we move on. We have your chance to win
so crazy cash right now. This is one thousand dollars, guys, Graham,
do you have this hour?

Speaker 5 (05:11):
Is keyword I do, it's fire Rhea spot Jenny. This
hour's nation. A keyword is credit take the keyword credit
to Wild ninety four nine dot com. Look around there
you'll find the spot entering. You might win this hour's
one thousand bucks.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
Good luck all right?

Speaker 2 (05:26):
Coming up next on the JV Show, we talk about speeding.

Speaker 6 (05:30):
We all do it.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
You driving right now, you might be doing it right now.
But Graham has some information he'd like to share with you.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
Coming up the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine,
Time for the four things you need a heads up
on to start your day.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
So that Morgan fire and Clayton was looking pretty crazy yesterday,
but I'll have you know all forward progress has been stopped.
It's at ninety percent containment right now, with fifty one
acres burned and evacuation warnings have been lifted for nearby
residential area.

Speaker 5 (06:00):
That's good. It was an unlikely, unlikely hero emerging in
the World Cup final yesterday between Spain and Argentina. The
teams were scoreless in regulation, then an extra time fair
and Torres, a bench sub for Spain, who hadn't scored
a goal in this year's World Cup at all, hadn't
really played that many minutes, blasted a goal in the
one hundred and six minute Spain then held off MESSI
won the game one to nil to become World champions

(06:20):
for just the second time in their country's history.

Speaker 6 (06:23):
I'm said, it's over.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (06:25):
Did you watch Selena? No? Just did you watch?

Speaker 6 (06:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (06:28):
Thank you?

Speaker 6 (06:29):
I thought I was going to at least watch the
halftime show. I saw everything I needed to see on
social media.

Speaker 7 (06:36):
Goday, A lot of clouds on this Monday morning. Some
scattered showers are possible.

Speaker 8 (06:40):
Enjoy another day in the mid thigh seventies before tomorrow
when we're going to hit the nineties.

Speaker 5 (06:44):
WHOA, Hey, Libra, besties, your day today is going to
be an eight. That coworker that has quietly been taking
credit for your hard work picked the wrong Libra on
the wrong morning, and your scales finally tipped toward not today.
B You calmly, confidently said something, and the whole office
practically slow clapped in their hearts. Justice is literally your
Brandon today.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
You remember that first.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Got that got it?

Speaker 1 (07:09):
Get them all right?

Speaker 6 (07:10):
Next? Would you stop speeding? After hearing this.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine, Hey.

Speaker 6 (07:17):
JV Show, this is Jessica from Las Vegas.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
Just wanted to chime in about the pickleball discussion on Friday.
I was actually a victim of this activity, ripping my
right cast muscle. And it was funny because I was
lying to everybody saying I played tennis and that's how
I got injured, because I was so embarrassed. But in reality,
my doctor did say he's seeing more and more patients
in their twenties and thirties hurting themselves and getting injured.
So I didn't feel like such a clown. But basically

(07:42):
I was acting like Serena Williams. I spiked the ball
and rip.

Speaker 6 (07:46):
Oh, oh my gosh, that sounds so pain.

Speaker 5 (07:49):
No fear unlocked. A side note, I just checked JV
show and number one in Las Vegas. Why were we
talking about pickleball injuries last week?

Speaker 6 (07:56):
I have no idea.

Speaker 9 (07:57):
It was a guess on what the bleep.

Speaker 8 (07:59):
And we started to talking about how we want to
play other couples but really dangerous and you hear about
all of.

Speaker 9 (08:08):
These injuries torn calf and I believe.

Speaker 8 (08:12):
It because people people underestimate how much they're.

Speaker 9 (08:15):
Moving because they think just pick up all it's so easy.

Speaker 6 (08:17):
No, it's dangerous.

Speaker 5 (08:19):
I'm still going to start playing. I'm going to start playing.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
Hey, really quick, just because we mentioned the World Cup
halftime show, we actually have a poll on our Instagram
story right now. We want to know what you thought
about it, Jess, what's that looking like?

Speaker 5 (08:33):
So far?

Speaker 8 (08:33):
So we have three options, So we asked, what did
you think about the halftime show? Thirty five percent so
far have said loved it, thirty five percent have said
could have been better, and twenty nine have said didn't
watch it.

Speaker 6 (08:48):
So it's almost three ways.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
I watched it, I have some thoughts.

Speaker 6 (08:53):
Yeah, we'll talk about it later this morning, Graham, what.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
Do you have for all right? According to some new research,
speeding while driving is a bad idea from pretty much
every single way you can analyze it.

Speaker 7 (09:06):
How is this new?

Speaker 1 (09:07):
It just is.

Speaker 5 (09:08):
We know that speeding less safe, injury accidents more commonly
caused by speeding drivers. But the University of Minnesota just
analyzed driving data from one hundred and twenty million vehicle trips,
and here is what they found. Not only is it
less safe, but here were there two other main takeaways.
Much less efficient. This is for people not driving electric cars,

(09:29):
of course, but as you speed, you use more gas,
your car's engine becomes less efficient, so you're burning more fuel,
so you are it's costing you more money at the pump.
And we know gas prices are still quite high, so
you're you're using a lot more gas and creating a
lot more emissions. If everybody drove the speed limit, they say,

(09:52):
as they expanded on their on their findings, that would
be the equivalent of taking five point five million vehicles
off the road every single time day based on the
amount of emission extra emissions that are produced just from
people speeding, So we could have less emissions, a less
greenhouse gases polluting the earth if everyone drove the speed limit.

(10:13):
There's one big takeaway and their second big biggest takeaway
as they again analyzed one hundred and twenty million vehicle
trips over a several year period period, they found that
those drivers that sped on average got to their destination.
You guys, because this is why we're speeding, right, I
got to get that where I gotta get to where
I'm going, I gotta get there. On average, they got

(10:33):
their fifty four seconds faster. That's it, fifty four seconds faster.
We have all seen this on the highway or our streets.
You'll wind up off the exit at the same light
as that person not blasted past you weaving it out
of lanes.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
We're all at the same light.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
We all got there, right, and yet that person blasted
by you going ninety five or whatever, weaving in and
out with no signal, and here.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
We are too.

Speaker 5 (11:02):
I'm two cars back them off the exit at the light.
Whatever it may be, fifty four seconds on average is
all the time you saved while speeding. And these were
trips that they were looking at of twenty eight miles
or more. And that's probably what a lot of people
in the Berry commune twenty eight miles each direction or more,
a little less whatever, fifty four seconds.

Speaker 6 (11:23):
We've all done it.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
I mean there are times where have you guys ever
like put the you know, you use maps or whatever,
and you put in like where you're going, and you're like, I'm.

Speaker 6 (11:30):
Gonna beat that time.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
I'm gonna speed so fast, I'm gonna get there early.
And like I'm out here driving crazy risk of my
life and I get there maybe like one minute before.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Yeah, no, legitimately, like.

Speaker 6 (11:39):
That's it because it's so accurate.

Speaker 5 (11:41):
Now I've all thought that, oh I can shave a
couple of minutes off this and I will make that appointment.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
I just gotta go a little faster and I'll shave some.

Speaker 5 (11:47):
Time off this and you never do now, and if
you do, it's the time difference is totally negligible. My
dad proved this to me when I was young, and
probably when I was learning to drive, because I hate
it driving with my dad. This is the slowest driver, Dad, dude,
step on it. Look all these cars are passing us.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
It's killing me.

Speaker 5 (12:07):
And we would leave our house and my grandma's house
at nana Rip. She lived on the opposite side of
Napa just we're at the opposite ends of town. And
so I had first got my license and my brother
got my license, and we'd all leave the house at
the same time. My dad would drive his truck and
we would drive the other car. And here we are
tearing through the streets left, you know, and there's my
dad just boom boom, just bumble it along with the

(12:28):
slow speed. Bro. We would get to Nana's house first,
but within thirty seconds there's my dad pulling up. And
every time he's like, see, it didn't matter what you did.
That's just drive this. You don't need to go fast.
It's not going to get you there any quicker, and
if it does, it's literally it's the difference is negligible.

Speaker 9 (12:45):
Just feel the stress for you and everybody else, I.

Speaker 5 (12:49):
Will say, and just the safety of yourself and other
people in the road.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
This is a good reminder for people. Slow down.

Speaker 5 (12:55):
I will save money on gas and you're really not
saving much time.

Speaker 8 (13:00):
When I'm in a rush, obviously, I'm like, oh my god,
everybody's driving so slow, like, move out of the way,
go to the slowly like it makes me so mad, right,
But when I'm the one that has all the time
in the world, I'm like, oh my god, why are
these people while you're late?

Speaker 6 (13:14):
Where's the when you need them?

Speaker 5 (13:16):
Go around me?

Speaker 1 (13:19):
Ki me Yes, it's very all right.

Speaker 6 (13:21):
That's a reminder from Yeah, great reminder.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
Graham the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Well Differ nine with the Bayes number one hit music station,
a JV show.

Speaker 6 (13:30):
I'm Selena and I'm Joss. We have your jay Z
tickets on STANDBA Good Morning JV Show.

Speaker 10 (13:34):
The study said from the nut real quick. So over
the weekend, Matt, Daddy and I went to the Veranda
Imax Theater to go see the Odyssey with Zendaya and
Matt Damon and Tom Holland that movie was really really good,
nine point nine out of ten for me.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
And let me tell.

Speaker 10 (13:50):
You all the broths, all the broths. Literally we're clapping
at the end of that movie. Okay, anyways, obsession free
on Peacock right now.

Speaker 6 (14:01):
You guys' wait, people were clapping.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
I don't like the movie clap. I don't like the
clapping in the theater.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
I'm not a fan of the movie club. But I
have heard Odyssey really, really, really good.

Speaker 6 (14:11):
I've seen the same thing. It made one hundred and
twenty four million dollars last weekend. I have no idea
what it's about.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
I know, Zendaya just looks so cute and like the
outfits at the premieres.

Speaker 6 (14:21):
But I mean, our very own cheaty went to go.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
See it and she had no idea what it was
about going in. Yeah, and even she said it was
like the best movie she's ever seen.

Speaker 5 (14:30):
Wow, dang, you guys heard of like the Iliad in
the Odyssey and Homer that wrote the you know, it's
like an epic poem from Greek mythology and back in
the you know, so it's kind of liked some of that, right,
I mean we learned about it in high.

Speaker 6 (14:43):
School, sounds like.

Speaker 8 (14:45):
And then to the other point, I do think that
obsession is on Peacock, but I think you have to
have the premium subscription, so it's not just.

Speaker 9 (14:53):
For you well as regular I have neither.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
I have the subscription for Peacock. Well, I had it
for three weeks so I can watch the end of
Summerhouse because they were throttling it on the other streaming platform,
so you had to watch it on Peacock if you
want to stay up to date.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
And then I just canceled it the other day.

Speaker 5 (15:08):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (15:08):
Wait, that's where leve Island was streaming though. R Yeah,
so a lot of people have apparently got it. Never mind,
yesterday I was on Instagram and I was watching this
video of some cargetting bipped in broad daylight. Okay, I
think this was in Oakland, you know, judging by the comments,
people were commenting that. But there was also some guy
in the comments going back and forth with everybody like

(15:30):
so upset that as this is going on in the
middle of the day, nobody jumped in and did anything
to try to stop the guy who was bipping the car,
and he was mad that the person who pulled out
their phone to record it recorded instead of calling the police.

Speaker 6 (15:44):
You guys see this go down in real life.

Speaker 5 (15:45):
What are you doing?

Speaker 6 (15:46):
Are you jumping in and stopping the person?

Speaker 1 (15:48):
I can't, well, it depends what that was.

Speaker 11 (15:52):
Like.

Speaker 5 (15:52):
They look way bigger and me are scarier than me.

Speaker 6 (15:55):
I don't know, it's kind of hard, like.

Speaker 5 (15:58):
That's the thing. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
I think I'm calling the cops.

Speaker 7 (16:00):
I automatic you would call the cops, though, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (16:04):
I would hope somebody would call the cops if it
was my car.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
Getting broken into.

Speaker 8 (16:07):
Don't you automatically assume that they do have some sort
of weapon.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
I don't know, I'd be saying, yeah, I would just
assume they had a weapon. I'm not jumping in to
defend somebody's car and like risking my life, Like sorry,
they're gonna steal like whatever bag you have in there,
but I'm not putting my life on the line for
your bag.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
Right.

Speaker 6 (16:21):
I don't even know if I would bother calling the police,
because like, what are they going to do?

Speaker 1 (16:24):
Hopefully show up and arrest the person.

Speaker 5 (16:26):
They never do, but maybe they're nearby, but maybe they
would they're not.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
It has happened before.

Speaker 5 (16:31):
What if it was your car, You walk up and
you see somebody breaking into your car, what would you do?

Speaker 1 (16:35):
Then?

Speaker 2 (16:36):
I'll throw whatever I am carrying at them if it's
my car, I think the most I.

Speaker 5 (16:40):
Do is like hey stop, okay. So you wouldn't call
the cops in that instance either.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
I wouldn't because I mean I would have to at
some point de file a police report, but probably not
in that moment because I figure they're not coming right.

Speaker 6 (16:51):
Now anyways, They're not going to catch the guy. So
you know what I mean, you would Yeah, I'd probably
record first.

Speaker 5 (16:56):
And then to your own car that breaking in stealing
your stuff. I need all your stuff that you Let's
just say you had some valuables in there, which you
don't do that, but let's just say you did, and
here they are emptying out your valuables, the stuff that
you want.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
You're just gonna record it.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
I mean, yeah, that's proving that this happens for the
insurance company.

Speaker 5 (17:16):
I'm calling the cops immediately, and I'm also dropping a
you know, one of those like you know, like I'm
gonna run up and do something Hayes like you know,
like try to scare them. Yeah, I'm not actually gonna go.

Speaker 7 (17:27):
Other people are around.

Speaker 8 (17:30):
I would hope that they would help with either the
recording part or the calling the cops part, so I
could do the otherwise.

Speaker 6 (17:35):
Recording this guy breaks your phones record for the internet.

Speaker 8 (17:40):
Meanwhile, I'm taking off my converse and I'm throwing.

Speaker 7 (17:43):
It at them.

Speaker 5 (17:43):
So you would remove a shoe and chuck it at them, Yeah.

Speaker 6 (17:47):
I wouldn't even do that.

Speaker 5 (17:48):
I'm like, you just lost a shit. They're probably gonna
take that too.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
I'm not the only one that would like stay away
so I don't get like attacked, Like he's gonna take
this stuff and leave regardless, but I'm not.

Speaker 6 (17:56):
I don't want to get hurt in the product scare.

Speaker 5 (17:57):
Them so they don't get all your stuff.

Speaker 6 (18:00):
Like, hey, the cops are coming. Yeah, I don't know.
I'm I'm just.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
Making fake siren sound.

Speaker 6 (18:05):
Yeah, they're on their way. You're like, why did it
say nostalgia alert?

Speaker 5 (18:10):
Nostalgia alert? Nostalgia alert?

Speaker 6 (18:14):
Not exactly scary?

Speaker 5 (18:18):
Okay, so so.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Yeah, but what should they what should the protocol be?

Speaker 5 (18:24):
Should call the cops? Right?

Speaker 12 (18:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (18:26):
Of course, I just don't then record faith.

Speaker 13 (18:29):
Yeah, one person record that you're with and the other
person if everybody does something, but then you assume that
they're calling the cops, so you're recording, and now you
just got two videos also recording at different angles.

Speaker 5 (18:42):
Yeah that helps too. I probably just like pretend I'm
calling the cops if I'm a good bystander. It's not
my car, Like I'm just gonna hold my phone up
to me.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
You're like, I got it.

Speaker 5 (18:49):
Don't worry, guys, I got it. But like by the
time you have to like wait and then talk to
somebody and like where where am I? What? Streeter, Like,
I just want to go home. I just like pretend
I'm hungry.

Speaker 6 (18:59):
It's dinner time.

Speaker 5 (19:00):
Yeah, good luck.

Speaker 14 (19:02):
The hottest it's all the stuff you need to know
what's hot in music, movies, shows, and the most talked
about stories happening today in the Bay.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
Okay, So people are wondering if there is maybe some
overlap from when Ariana Grande was with Ethan Slader to
now with Ricky Alvarez.

Speaker 6 (19:22):
Before I get to that, do we like them together?
Do we want them together?

Speaker 2 (19:26):
I feel like we've talked about them being together, but
we haven't really discussed our.

Speaker 6 (19:29):
Feelings around it.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
I'm fine with it.

Speaker 6 (19:31):
Are you here for it?

Speaker 1 (19:32):
I'm here for it.

Speaker 8 (19:32):
Whatever, I don't it doesn't really I don't really care
for it because I don't think it's gonna last.

Speaker 6 (19:39):
Right, I'm very like indifferent, like like this is the
one for Mary the guy?

Speaker 5 (19:43):
Yeah, you know, I can't get past her as the
character and wicked still yeah, so like whatever.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
You So here's what new reports are saying. These new
reports are saying that, according to those close to Ariana Grande,
she's actually remained in contact with Ricky Alvarez since they
broke up in twenty sixteen, that's like ten years, and
that means like, even while she was with other people
married during COVID getting you know, with Ethan's later afterwards,

(20:12):
she was still in contact with Ricky, and supposedly that's
because they have a lot of mutual friends and so
she still had to like keep a cool relationship with him.
But as things with Ethan started to like you know,
fizzle and started to come to an end, she started
to reach out to Ricky more and more, and that's
how they came back into each other's lives and now
they are fully back together. The source says they aren't

(20:34):
picking up where they left off. They are like dating
with intention. They are revisiting their relationship from a different perspective,
talking about what mistakes happened last time and making an
effort to not repeat those same mistakes.

Speaker 6 (20:45):
This is not and I repeat, according to sources, this
is not a rebound.

Speaker 7 (20:50):
Ah, but isn't it.

Speaker 5 (20:52):
That's whatever I feel like it is, that's whatever. All
your friends are like, this is a rebound. All your
friends are talking about it. You know, it's just a rebound.
We'll see what happens.

Speaker 6 (20:59):
It's just given.

Speaker 5 (21:00):
And then that person was always like, this is not
a rebound. We're seriously in love. We have we've always
had feelings for each other, we've always thought about each
other all these years, and it's meant to be and
all this stuff, And then all your friend's like, yeah, right,
total rebound.

Speaker 9 (21:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (21:13):
Due.

Speaker 8 (21:14):
Meanwhile, the guy's friends are probably like, dude, we told
you she liked them.

Speaker 5 (21:18):
I know.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
So she was talking was always a rhyme the entire
time they were together. Ricky was the one guy she
was like, you have nothing to worry about.

Speaker 6 (21:25):
He's just a friend.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
Sure, sure, Now, Look, Travis Scott was involved in a
nightclub fight. This was Saturday night at a club in
New York. Travis Scott was there. There's a lot of
celebrities there, but I guess somebody started filming Travis as
he was talking to someone, and I feel like Travis
may or may not having anger issues. He didn't like
that very much that somebody was recording him, and he

(21:47):
confronted that person. That only led to members of Travis's
like group that he was there with.

Speaker 6 (21:55):
They started throwing bottles at the guy who was.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
Recording, and then Jordan Clarkson from the nixt he jumped in,
not to like join the brawl, but to try to
de escalate the situation, and that only got him and
Travis Scott kicked out of the venue.

Speaker 6 (22:09):
He wasn't even doing anything.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
He was krying of like stop it, and he got
kicked out for just being just being there, just being involved.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
Yeah, sometimes that's the way it works.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
Yeah, I guess so Travis coll he does have anger
issues though, right, Like, this is the first time he's
like gotten into stuff. I mean, there was a minute
where it was like every week we're talking about a
new incident.

Speaker 5 (22:28):
Yeah, he kind of like and then sort of I
don't know, maybe changed his ways a little bit, because
they have. But then we didn't talk about it for
a long time, so maybe he got his behavior.

Speaker 6 (22:35):
Maybe didn't change his ways.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
We just chose to disappear because it's all we were
talking about, right, all right, Graham, what do you have?

Speaker 5 (22:40):
All right? So on Friday, it seemed that it was
case closed on the parasitic explosive diarrhea lettuce chalked the
thousands of illnesses across the country up to Taco bell
serving lettuce that had been supplied by Taylor Farms, the
Pride of Salinas, the iceberg lettuce that was produced in
central Mexico and then distributed to several Midwestern states.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
That was the source of it.

Speaker 5 (23:03):
Right, Yes, what we all learned, Well, on Saturday, the
FDA came out and said, yep, we tested some of
that Taylor Farms let us and it tested positive for
the siklos sparia or wherever you pronounced that parasite. Taylor
Farms they already had begun a massive recall across I
think more than twenty seven states of that icebery lettuce,
plus dozens of other lettuce products that they supply well

(23:26):
Here's where it gets weird, because then yesterday the FDA said, oops,
my bad, that test was actually a false positive.

Speaker 6 (23:35):
What right?

Speaker 5 (23:36):
So now do we still not know where it's come from?
And poor Taylor Farms is had to pull all their
produce or is it still Tailor Farms? But that particular
test came back as a false positive. I have a
lot of questions, and I think a lot of people
do too, because a lot of people still very concerned.

Speaker 6 (23:51):
Again, and then it was negative.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
Yeah, it was a false positive.

Speaker 6 (23:55):
My god.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
So I don't know if they in that particular sample.
They say they are.

Speaker 5 (23:58):
Still the FDA and other partners continue to collect and
analyze product samples to try to get to the bottom
of this outbreak.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
But now the whole thing is just a little bit.

Speaker 2 (24:09):
They worked kind of like pregnancy, like you don't get
a false positive, and you take a test like you
can get a false negative, but if it's positive.

Speaker 6 (24:18):
It's positive.

Speaker 1 (24:19):
I understand that when it comes to pregnancy stuff.

Speaker 5 (24:22):
I don't know if explosive diarrhea tests are the same way.
You know, they may operate under some different scientific laws.
I'm not exactly sure. The recalls from Taylor Farms are
still on, so they're still pulling all that stuff off
the shelves. You guys know, our boss on Friday, he's like,
I'm not scared. I'm going to Taco Bell. And he
went to Taco Bell in the front. Now, look, California

(24:43):
not one of the states that apparently was supplied by
the particular batches of diarrhelettus. So the cases in California,
I think we're very, very low. I saw one of
those nationwide maps and was like zero to ten, like
we've got a few cases, but not really very many
at all. There was no like outbreak here, whereas like
in Michigan they had thousand, a thousand cases. And he
went there, and then last night he texted me He's like,
I think this.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
Taco Bell got me.

Speaker 5 (25:04):
No way, he said, he doesn't think he can come
into work today. No, his stomach blew up. So I
don't know.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
Maybe that's just, you know, maybe that's just normal Taco
Bell though not the cyclone.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
Yeah, we don't know.

Speaker 5 (25:14):
Maybe it's just like you're in your head, you know,
you're paranoid about it. Now you've given yourself a stomach.

Speaker 6 (25:18):
All I know is all.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
This talk about Taco Bell has been making me want
Taco Bell.

Speaker 5 (25:22):
I know I still want. I'll still crush them. I
ain't scared either, Surving. Bring me a Gordia crutch right now?

Speaker 2 (25:30):
Yeah, all right, thank you Graham. Coming up next on
the JV Show, we have your chance to win a Chug.

Speaker 1 (25:36):

Speaker 13 (26:04):

Speaker 2 (26:51):

but it's like, I don't know, was that noticeable.

Speaker 6 (26:54):

Speaker 1 (26:56):
I just filed a complaint about it with HR.

Speaker 6 (26:59):
Okay, it's it's defensive.

Speaker 1 (27:00):

Speaker 6 (27:42):

Speaker 8 (27:44):
It's getting harder to fit my big fat into things.

Speaker 9 (27:48):
Now I'm considering making a change.

Speaker 5 (27:51):
Budge.

Speaker 8 (27:52):

Speaker 1 (28:39):
How often you ladies clean out your purses?

Speaker 6 (28:43):

Speaker 2 (28:44):

not very often.

Speaker 1 (28:49):
I think I never would.

Speaker 5 (28:50):
I think this stuff would just just accumulate. Morning TV show.

Speaker 4 (28:56):
Julian Valley springs, happy Monday.

Speaker 6 (28:58):
I guess for the bleep that word is phone, big
fat phone? All right, hope we'll win? Is your phone fat?

Speaker 5 (29:07):
Jes?

Speaker 9 (29:07):
No, my phone is pretty I think average size.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
Or are you still on the iPhone thirteen?

Speaker 6 (29:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (29:15):
I thought you were going to get a new one?

Speaker 7 (29:16):
Yeah eventually.

Speaker 5 (29:17):
What do you mean eventually? The time is now? What
are you going to wait for the ion twenty three?

Speaker 8 (29:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (29:23):
Maybe?

Speaker 6 (29:23):
Actually?

Speaker 7 (29:25):

Speaker 5 (29:26):

Speaker 9 (29:28):

Speaker 6 (29:29):
I think the year? I don't know.

Speaker 1 (29:31):
It's time, Jess, it's time.

Speaker 6 (29:33):
The time is now, all right?

Speaker 2 (29:35):
If you think you know what today's bleeped out word is,
because nobody's gotten it yet, we are still looking for.

Speaker 6 (29:39):
That correct answer.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
If you think you know what it is, leave your
guest now on the talk back Mike on the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 6 (29:44):
We're gonna play more of your guesses.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
Coming up the JV show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (29:49):

Speaker 2 (29:55):
We're playing what the Bleep? Where you can win a
JV show Chuck Mug. You just have to be the
first person a guess today's bleeped out word. As always,
when you think you know what that word is, leave
your guests on the talkbacks on the iHeartRadio App. Then
the first person to get it right is today's winner.
Here's today's clip in case you missed it.

Speaker 8 (30:08):
It's getting harder to fit my big fat into things.

Speaker 9 (30:13):
Now I'm considering making a change.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
You like surgery, same girl, Same.

Speaker 7 (30:18):
There's there's options, There's a lot of options.

Speaker 2 (30:21):
This is a family show. That word's got to be
something clean. Let's go to your talkbacks.

Speaker 5 (30:25):
Good morning show. This is Lassie of salmonemone and my
guess for the bleaped out word is Stanley.

Speaker 6 (30:33):
Stanley, Big Fat Stanley Hanley.

Speaker 9 (30:35):
I never bought a Stanley, they were too expensive.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
Never had one. You are you even trying to be
a social media girly?

Speaker 5 (30:42):
I know no.

Speaker 8 (30:45):
I just went to Marshall's and got one of the
ones they had, but it wasn't shape.

Speaker 5 (30:50):
Selena, do you have a Stanley?

Speaker 6 (30:52):
No?

Speaker 13 (30:53):
No?

Speaker 1 (30:53):
Wow the Peasant.

Speaker 16 (30:57):
Morning if your crew TJ had a a little more.
Here is the bleeped out word forehead. I'm just kidding, Jess,
I'm just kidding.

Speaker 7 (31:05):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (31:06):
What about keychain?

Speaker 11 (31:07):
All right?

Speaker 16 (31:07):
It's a bleeped out word keychain. Hard to fit it
in your purse? You probably got too many on there,
too many keys, something like that.

Speaker 6 (31:13):
All right, have a good one, guys.

Speaker 5 (31:14):
Back for forehead keys, keychain? Okay, fore head shots fired?
Any response to that?

Speaker 9 (31:23):
My forehead still fits everywhere.

Speaker 5 (31:25):
No issues there, not headbands or sweatpants though they don't
make it in your songs and hats.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
What about keychains? What's your keychain count? Up to you
right now?

Speaker 8 (31:34):
You know it used to be a lot, maybe one.

Speaker 2 (31:39):
Only one key chain and no Stanley. I feel like
I don't even know you.

Speaker 5 (31:42):
I'm judging on the massive keychains with a million things
and keys and keys and all this stuff dangling like
it's unnecessary.

Speaker 6 (31:49):
They're so cute though, it's just like I.

Speaker 5 (31:51):
Don't know, like if I was on a blind date
and some girls slaps down her giant thing of keys
on the table like in a rush, and all there's
just keys and keychains everywhere, like, what are you doing?

Speaker 6 (32:01):
I like it.

Speaker 8 (32:04):
South Florida had what about your figure?

Speaker 5 (32:11):
Have a great day?

Speaker 1 (32:12):
Finger?

Speaker 6 (32:14):
No, I'm not looking at her fingers now, very skinny.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
Oh my god, you have skinny fingers. That's creepy, like
the opposite Good.

Speaker 9 (32:22):
Morning dav Show.

Speaker 4 (32:23):
This is Sepher Richmond. I think today's bleeped.

Speaker 6 (32:26):
Out word is wallet. Okay, have a great day. There
it is. Here's today's clip, unbleeped.

Speaker 8 (32:34):
It's getting harder to fit my big.

Speaker 9 (32:37):
Fat wallet into things now. I'm considering making a change.

Speaker 7 (32:42):
I don't know why.

Speaker 8 (32:43):
And for reference, I know you can't see it listening,
but uh, it's pretty giant.

Speaker 1 (32:49):
Oh my god, I don't.

Speaker 6 (32:51):
It is thick, And I think this is why. Listen
you hear the jingling. She has her keys and keychains
attached to.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
So it's like a big key chain.

Speaker 7 (33:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (33:01):
But I think this is why I was like tank.

Speaker 8 (33:03):
Since I have such a big wallet attached to my keys,
I can't have any more keychains on top of this.

Speaker 6 (33:09):
Yeah, like this is ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
So when you're driving, do you it's not like a
turnkey No, okay, sounds like you have your wallet hanging.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
From like dangling.

Speaker 5 (33:18):
There no credit cards out on the floorboard. That thing
looks to be about two and a half inches thick,
a big thick wallet.

Speaker 6 (33:26):
It is super thick, and the thing is in the store.

Speaker 7 (33:29):
It seemed like the it seemed like a good idea
because I was like, wait, this is so cute.

Speaker 8 (33:32):
It's pink, It has like a cute little you know,
keychain hanging from it. Already everything's going to fit in there,
Like I'm gonna feel so put together, And now that
I have it, I can't when I go out with Reuben,
I can't give it to him to put it in
his pockets because it doesn't fit. Doesn't fit in my pockets,
doesn't fit in my purse sometimes, doesn't fit anywhere.

Speaker 5 (33:50):
Is it? Are you blaming the actual construction of the
wallet like this particular one, or are you a wallet
hoarder like a lot of people just stuffing receipts and
all these things old like you know, great question rodge
passes and things that you'll never use again. Are you
one of those people? Or you orderly in there?

Speaker 1 (34:07):
The thing the actual product is too thick.

Speaker 6 (34:09):
The product is too thick, got it?

Speaker 5 (34:11):
God?

Speaker 6 (34:11):
Yeah, too many pockets in there?

Speaker 1 (34:12):
Ye throw it out, all right, gim.

Speaker 5 (34:15):
Some shout outs. First, that was Steph and Richmond.

Speaker 6 (35:10):
Oh my god, Oh my god. The way I just

me because I was at a stoplight. Was hike embarrassing?
But you know what, it was worth it. I'm so happy.
I can't believe I want a chuck mud.

Speaker 2 (35:23):

little child.

Speaker 6 (35:27):

Speaker 7 (35:28):
Thank you, and I can't wait to play tomorrow.

Speaker 6 (35:31):

or nineteen now.

Speaker 6 (35:42):
She started listening question yeah the Master Saint.

Speaker 1 (35:45):
Thanks The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, The.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
JV Show, I'm Selena. Oh no, Ess came in here
for a quick second and she ran out.

Speaker 5 (35:54):
I just heard a shouting something about Taylor Farms. Taylor
Farms and.

Speaker 6 (35:58):
Then oh no, did you watch your hands need water?
But to wash down the lettuce?

Speaker 1 (36:02):
You had iceberg less for bread?

Speaker 6 (36:04):
That was Graham, He said, why are you so at
a breast?

Speaker 5 (36:07):
You said you had an ice cream lettuce on let
this morning for.

Speaker 8 (36:09):
Breakfast because the water dispenser that's close to our studio,
of course, has no water to dispense, so I had
to run to them.

Speaker 6 (36:17):
Anyways, let's go to the phone, Weldy for nine. Hi.
Is this Hi, Riz?

Speaker 2 (36:23):
Your color twenty, which means you are going to be
playing our yep, nope game this morning.

Speaker 6 (36:28):
Jess, what is risk playing for?

Speaker 7 (36:29):
We have four tickets for Disney on ice.

Speaker 6 (36:31):
On the line. Here's how it works. We're gonna ask
you four random trivia questions. You just got to get
three correct. If you can do that, the tickets are yours.
Are you ready?

Speaker 2 (36:41):
I hope you don't sound very ready, but here we go.
Question number one, A screwdriver is a cocktail that's made
with vodka and what other ingredients?

Speaker 8 (36:54):
All?

Speaker 5 (36:55):
Yep, yeah, the Wrizzler's probably had a couple of them
already this morning. All right, Griz, I am, I am?
Look all right? Yeah, hardy on, all right, Question number two.
In ordered to be eligible to be president of the
United States, how old do you have to at least be?

Speaker 11 (37:17):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (37:17):
Wow, that's good.

Speaker 5 (37:22):
Guess the actual answer there? Thirty five.

Speaker 1 (37:24):
You have to be thirty five years old.

Speaker 5 (37:26):
If there's an age minimum, shouldn't there be an age maximum? Yeah? Yeah,
right around seventy.

Speaker 2 (37:33):
All right, you did miss that one, but it's so
good you're allowed to miss one.

Speaker 6 (37:36):
You're still in the game.

Speaker 2 (37:37):
Here's question number three, although it is completely tilted. What
geometric shape is the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa? Oh?

Speaker 16 (37:50):
Our whole power?

Speaker 5 (37:54):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (37:54):
Again? What shape is the tower?

Speaker 1 (37:57):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (37:57):
What geometric shape is the Leaning Tower of Piece? No cylinder,
It's a cylinder. It's round, cylindrical. Yep, not very triangular.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
All right.

Speaker 5 (38:13):
Question number four, let's at least finish strong. What's the
traditional name for a salad that contains Listen to all
this stuff that's in the salad chopped greens, tomato, bacon, chicken, breast,
hard boiled eggs, avocado, blue cheese, crumbles, and red wine
vinagrette dressing. What's that salad called?

Speaker 2 (38:33):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (38:34):
I wish I had salad.

Speaker 5 (38:37):
I don't know the old belt sad. That's traditionally known
as a cob salad. That's a cop salad.

Speaker 6 (38:47):
Risk you didn't You didn't quite win the game this morning.

Speaker 1 (38:51):
Only got the drinking question.

Speaker 6 (38:54):
Which explains so much.

Speaker 2 (39:01):
Well, we're glad you didn't cheat, though, thank yes, thank
you for playing honestly. Don't hang up. We had a
lot of fun playing along with you. But hang on
there really.

Speaker 6 (39:09):
Quick, all right, Graham, We have some shutout.

Speaker 5 (39:11):
Yeah, I had some high hopes there for the reason,
but he didn't pull it off. I got a couple
of DM slides here. First one, Hey, guys, I'd like
to give a birthday shout out to my son Nicholas,
who is turning ten. We want to wish him a
very happy birthday. Mom, dad and sister love you, wish
we wish you the best.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
Yes, happy birthday, Nicholas. Hope you have a great day.

Speaker 5 (39:30):
That's a big one. Double digits. Another DM here, Hey,
Graham and jav show Happy Monday. We're currently on our
way to Disneyland with a few of our kids and
we'd love to give them my shout out.

Speaker 1 (39:38):
Yeah, that sounds nice.

Speaker 5 (39:39):
We have Alyssa who's home from uc SC for the summer.
Go Banana slugs, Angelo Junior and Brooklyn who are incoming
eighth graders. We're so incredibly proud of each of you
and hope you have an amazing week making memories with us.

Speaker 1 (39:53):
We love you.

Speaker 5 (39:54):
That's from Mommy, Mommy, Jess and Daddy Angelo. Yes, oh
my god, Yeah. Shout out to you guys, and hope
you have a great Are they going to disney Land
for the entire week? I don't like it either way?

Speaker 1 (40:08):
Enjoy the JV Show On Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 11 (40:12):
Good Morning JV Showed is a David from Dublin. I
got a question. Do you guys have assigned parking at
your job? And if you don't, is there like an
unofficial assigned parking? And if someone takes that do you
get upset? Just ask have a great day?

Speaker 5 (40:28):
Okay, random question about we do have a parking garage
in our building. We do not have assigned parking, But Selena,
do you have a spot that you.

Speaker 1 (40:36):
Choose each day? And would you be annoyed if somebody
was in it?

Speaker 2 (40:38):
Someone does park in my unofficial assigned spot every Thursday,
and I don't know why.

Speaker 6 (40:43):
Why do you only come in on Thursdays? For one?
Who are you and move your stupid car. I parked
there every other day of the week.

Speaker 1 (40:49):
But there's so many empty spots.

Speaker 5 (40:50):
Not a big deal.

Speaker 6 (40:51):
You just what different one because that's mine.

Speaker 5 (40:53):
Maybe they don't know it's your spot, so why don't
you just pick a different once?

Speaker 2 (40:56):
Not because they come in I don't know what time,
but before me on Thursdays and they take my spot
out of all the spots, like they're so like it's
empty on either side that they park in my exact spot.

Speaker 5 (41:08):
I generally always park in the exact same spot because
usually I'm the first one in the in here in
the building in the mornings. And look, I think it's
very courteous of me. I could take the very first
closest spot to the elevators, but I always take the
second closest as like a good will gesture. Look here,
I'm gonna let somebody else park in the closer spot.
But sometimes people do park in my spot.

Speaker 6 (41:27):
And it's so annoying, right, I just don't care.

Speaker 5 (41:29):
I just park.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
I just park.

Speaker 5 (41:31):
What over, just keep parking the same spot every day.

Speaker 6 (41:33):
I try to.

Speaker 8 (41:34):
Unless whoever owns the white car, please move it because.

Speaker 6 (41:39):
You didn't put up side in a white car, please please.

Speaker 5 (41:42):
Move it, relocate it.

Speaker 8 (41:43):
So, okay, I've been parking because I found the sweet spot.

Speaker 11 (41:47):
Right.

Speaker 6 (41:47):
It's a perfect place to where.

Speaker 8 (41:49):
When we leave and when the parking lot is a
little bit more filled up, I can easily pull out
of there, and now I don't have to be watching
my back for the cars that are parked behind me.

Speaker 7 (41:57):
Right, like, it's easier, and then I just leave.

Speaker 1 (41:59):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (41:59):
So I've been parking there lately.

Speaker 8 (42:01):
Everything's been fine until that car started appearing there daily, right.
So then today I was like, you know what, I'm
already expecting them to be there.

Speaker 7 (42:08):
I'm gonna park on the other side.

Speaker 8 (42:09):
Nope, Now they're on the other side where I was
expecting to park.

Speaker 6 (42:12):
So they're playing a game with me and I will win.
We are I feel like you're losing right now.

Speaker 5 (42:16):
I know.

Speaker 14 (42:22):
It's all the stuff you need to know, what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the day.

Speaker 2 (42:30):
Grandma, I know you have a couple of World Cup things.
I have something as well. But first, Cardi b was
bag hanging with her soccer bay So the week before
last I think we talked about Cardi she was at
a fashion show in Paris and it looked like she
was taking a liking two Nigerian soccer star Maduka o Koye.
Remember he walked her to her seat and then they

(42:52):
were seen talking and laughing at another showcase later on. Well,
they were back hanging out over the weekend in Italy.
There's a video of them at restaurant, not just the
two of them. It was like a group situation, but
look like they were having a really good time. Now
TMZ says that sources have said there was no PDA,
but did note they seemed comfortable with one another.

Speaker 6 (43:15):
So is it a friendly situation that I don't know?
Are you guys shipping these two?

Speaker 1 (43:20):
Sure?

Speaker 8 (43:21):
Yeah, I guess it's better than Stefan Diggs.

Speaker 7 (43:25):
However, I don't know.

Speaker 8 (43:27):
If it was Cheaty that told us that this guy
also has like a reputation.

Speaker 6 (43:31):
That's what I was gonna say. This guy's bad news
is he?

Speaker 5 (43:34):
I thought that's the kind of guy she wants. She
doesn't want some boring, plain old.

Speaker 2 (43:37):
Right for whatever reason, she's drawn, she's drawn to them.
But I'm not shipping them. Okay, I'm not shipping this
person for her because she can do way better. This
guy's bad news. I saw a post that was being
shared from like his BM that was like, he doesn't
take care of her son because he's salty that he
can't be with me after I broke up with him.

Speaker 6 (43:55):
So he's never been around and he doesn't do this,
and plus he's a cheater like all these.

Speaker 2 (44:00):
I mean, it's Jess Carti's type, but I feel like
she needs to not go for that type.

Speaker 1 (44:05):
Playing nice guys out there in the world. But you
ladies don't.

Speaker 5 (44:08):
Want them love. You're just so much harter love the project.
Yeah it is.

Speaker 6 (44:13):
They just look better.

Speaker 5 (44:14):
Old bad boys. Yeah, good luck with that.

Speaker 1 (44:17):
Let me know how it works out, all right.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
There were a couple of funny celebrity sightings at the
World Cup.

Speaker 6 (44:22):
As you know, the place was crawling with celebs. We'll
get to who was all there just second.

Speaker 2 (44:27):
First, some pretty funny things that happened with a couple
of commentators during the broadcast. One BBC commentator was put
on the spot when the camera panned to a certain
celebrity in the crowd.

Speaker 6 (44:37):
I think that's AKA sorry aka a rocky rocky whole time.
It was Parrel Williams, wasn't even acep Rocky.

Speaker 2 (44:46):
Oh no, whoops, Asap was there though. He was a
couple of rows in front of her. All so fine,
I get the mix up. Sure, maybe it was hard
to see. I don't know aceb Rocky was there with Rihanna.
Something similar kind of happened to another comment hater when
the camera panned to Matt Damon.

Speaker 15 (45:03):
I've paid all.

Speaker 5 (45:04):
Among the fans here, all right, Well, they're kind of buddies.
They've done a lot of stuff together.

Speaker 6 (45:11):
People are like the disrespect. The Odyssey just came out.
It's the number one you know movie right now. Don't
go and call him brad Pick. Put some respect on
his name.

Speaker 5 (45:19):
Is another a list, you know, celebrity. There's worse people
to be compared to than than Brad Pick. When they
did they.

Speaker 1 (45:26):
And I watched that.

Speaker 5 (45:27):
I saw when they put Farrell up and they put
a couple of other people up. There were a couple
that they panned to at at different times during the
celeb you know, when they're showing celebrities. I had no
idea if I was a broadcaster, like, I don't know
who that is.

Speaker 1 (45:39):
I just don't know.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
There were a lot of people, Yeah, as I'm looking
at celebrities that were there, like some of them, I
wouldn't they have seen them.

Speaker 5 (45:46):
In the show.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
I don't know, They're right, they put some on the screen.

Speaker 2 (45:48):
I'm just like, no, Bro, jay Z and Beyonce were
there at the final yesterday, Tom Cruise, Kylie Jenner with Timmy,
the Beckhams, Tom Brady ed Sharon du Alipa. Drake was
there hanging out with Miss Beast, Jessica Alba, Tate, McCrae,
Peso Pluma, I showed.

Speaker 6 (46:03):
Speed, Kevin Hardy and the list goes on. You know
who else was there?

Speaker 7 (46:06):
Who?

Speaker 6 (46:06):
Blake Lively?

Speaker 11 (46:08):
No?

Speaker 5 (46:09):
Is she the one getting booed mercilessly?

Speaker 2 (46:11):
No?

Speaker 6 (46:12):
That was that was noone else.

Speaker 2 (46:14):
What's funny is Blake Lively is never gonna live down
getting snubbed from Taylor's wedding.

Speaker 6 (46:19):
The headline I saw this morning.

Speaker 2 (46:21):
Blake Lively pops up at World Cup final after snub
from Taylor.

Speaker 6 (46:25):
No joke, this is this. This is the first half
of the very first sentence of that article.

Speaker 2 (46:30):
Yeah, Blake Lively attended the FIFA World Cup Final Sunday
with her non famous girlfriends.

Speaker 5 (46:37):
Bunch of you got she hangs out with a bunch
of because she got snubbed from her wedding. It's gonna
be a long pr from that.

Speaker 6 (46:45):
All right, Grandma knew you have some World Cup related things.

Speaker 5 (46:47):
Yeah, did you guys see the fight? Immediately after the
final whistle blew on the World Cup Final again, Spain
defeated Argentina one to nil, apparently Argentina not going out
without a fight because of Spain. As Spain celebrated their
historic when on the field, Argentina's Leandro Predez appeared to
physically attack a player. It didn't appear to he did.
He looked like he threw a pontra, a face slap

(47:09):
or something. He tackled, you guys, shoved him to the ground.
Other Argentina players joined in. They were eventually separated. The
live TV broadcast pretty much avoided showing any of that.
They were focusing on Messi's sort of, you know, face
of sadness, and then the other players celebrating. It was
the videos on social media from people who were there
that quickly went viral, showing this pretty ugly scene during

(47:31):
what should have been a purely celebratory moment for Spain.

Speaker 1 (47:35):
That was ugly.

Speaker 5 (47:36):
Also, all of the Argentinian players skipped speaking to the
media after the game despite being required to by FIFA.

Speaker 1 (47:44):
Which in kind of a poor sport.

Speaker 5 (47:46):
Look in my mind, I get that you're very upset
you just lost the final, but like you can still
speak to the media.

Speaker 1 (47:51):
I don't know. That was just sort of.

Speaker 6 (47:52):
A right, that just makes you seem like a bunch
of cry baby.

Speaker 5 (47:55):
Yeah, let's not cry about that, all right, But did
you see this? Now, this thing is a little bit funnier.
Spain defender Mark Kukurea he is going to have to
get a tattoo of his manager's face somewhere on his body.
That apparently the result of a pre World Cup bet,
and he is going to follow through on that. So
he has to get his manager's face somewhere tattooed on them.

Speaker 2 (48:15):
Can you imagine if we had to get our boss's
face tattooed on us?

Speaker 5 (48:19):
Yeah, you're just like, hey, if we uh for the
number one show, guess I'll, you know what, I'll get
a tattoo of you somewhere on my body. And then
they're like, and then it happens and then you actually
have to do it. Na, Yeah, I would bet it's
gonna be over. Yeah, why because you think are you
don't want our boss's face?

Speaker 2 (48:36):
No, I don't want what's wrong with his face. It's
perfectly fine. I don't want it tattooed on my body.

Speaker 1 (48:40):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (48:41):
Coming up next on the JV show, we have your
chance to win one thousand dollars in crazy cash plus.

Speaker 6 (48:46):
Just some neighbor drama.

Speaker 9 (48:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (48:49):
Wait, listen, how funny this is. She overheard some neighbors
talking smack about somebody, and she.

Speaker 6 (48:53):
Thinks that we're talking about her something I do. I've
that bad talk about it.

Speaker 1 (48:59):
Next JV show on Wild ninety four to nine Morning
jav Show.

Speaker 16 (49:04):

My brother had come to visit and he had such
an early morning flight, so I just dropped.

Speaker 5 (49:14):
It off and I was going to work. So love that.
But I'm super excited because I'm playing back.

Speaker 2 (49:18):
To the Billy Who California for a little bit. So
I'm really really, really, really really excited.

Speaker 6 (49:25):
I don't like it here in Florida right now.

Speaker 10 (49:27):
The weather it's.

Speaker 5 (49:28):
Really really bad. Oh.

Speaker 6 (49:30):
I don't envy that me, neither.

Speaker 5 (49:32):

Speaker 6 (50:10):
Look all right, yeous? All right.

Speaker 7 (50:12):
So there's a little bit of neighbor drama brewing.

Speaker 8 (50:15):
I guess over there in Sematawe and Semtelle. So I
heard my neighbor talking about something and.

Speaker 2 (50:22):
Then I pause right there, Yeah, how how and why
were you eavesdropping okay, yeah, you little snoop.

Speaker 6 (50:29):
Well I paint the picture where were you? And like
where were your neighbors?

Speaker 8 (50:31):
Because so I'm in my apartment and for some reason
there are some days where I just I don't have
the TV on, i't have music on, notmed It's.

Speaker 9 (50:38):
Like silent, right, just like you and your cat just
staring at it, jim mcat. I'll be on my phone whatever.

Speaker 2 (50:43):
Right.

Speaker 7 (50:45):
The wall's not the thickest, I would say, but for.

Speaker 6 (50:48):
The walls, they're not hell not helipic, okay hell, but for.

Speaker 8 (50:53):
The most part, like my our apartment complex is pretty quiet.
So if somebody is talking loud, you're gonna hear it,
and if you're really trying to pay attention, you're gonna
be able.

Speaker 7 (51:03):
To like figure out what these people are saying.

Speaker 2 (51:05):
So you're you're literally in your apartment, you can hear
what they're saying.

Speaker 8 (51:09):
I can hear these people, but they're they're kind of
in the hallway, closer to their door, but in the hallway,
so I can hear them a lot easier than if
they were in their apartment. And this is why I
think that they were trying to throw shade, because they
could have had this conversation inside their apartment, but they didn't.
They were outside to where I could hear it, and
they were being pretty loud. So for a little bit

(51:29):
of context, they were complaining about parking because he was
frustrated that he couldn't find any on the street right where.
You know where we live and a little bit of
information about it.

Speaker 7 (51:46):
We live in like uh, kind of like a cul
de sac.

Speaker 8 (51:50):
That's where like the apartment complex is, and there's not
a lot of parking on the street, I will say that,
and we each have our assigned parking that is in
a little gated garage, so.

Speaker 6 (52:04):
It's not that fast.

Speaker 8 (52:04):
Actually, But this particular neighbor I have noticed has not
one car. They have two cars, So I have noticed
that sometimes they struggle with finding parking outside or they'll
park one car car outside to save a spot for
their other car and then they'll be switching those out.
So I've seen that, like go down before, right, Well.

Speaker 6 (52:24):
Sounds like a headache, that sounds stressful. It does sound stressful.
Why do you need two cars?

Speaker 11 (52:27):
So?

Speaker 9 (52:28):
Well, it's like a family, okay, okay, yeah, but.

Speaker 8 (52:32):
I heard him complaining saying basically like I don't know
why people with their own parking spots park outside sometimes
like it's already packed to begin with. I don't know
why people don't have any regard for others, Like if
you're if your spot is empty, like why are you
taking up a spot on the street?

Speaker 2 (52:50):
And I've done this before, that's a good question, why are.

Speaker 6 (52:54):
You doing that jess spot.

Speaker 8 (52:56):
Sometimes there's times where I'm like, you know what, I'm
gonna get home, I'm gonna do something super quick, and
then I'm gonna leave right after.

Speaker 9 (53:02):
And it's just so much easier for me to.

Speaker 8 (53:04):
Park right up front to the to the apartments, to
the entrance.

Speaker 7 (53:08):
So I just parked there if if there's one.

Speaker 8 (53:09):
Open, and then I do my thing in my apartment
and then leave right So to me.

Speaker 7 (53:14):
I'm not thinking anything of it. I'm not thinking like
oh dang.

Speaker 8 (53:16):
Like I'm I'm taking a spot, I guess from somebody.

Speaker 7 (53:22):
No, just like like if I need a change for.

Speaker 2 (53:24):
The emergencies, like you know, like kind of what you
had Friday.

Speaker 5 (53:31):
Yeah, so just.

Speaker 6 (53:33):
Runs into take care for flamethrowers.

Speaker 8 (53:35):
No, I run into like, you know, change for the gym,
eat something super quick, you know, feed my cap.

Speaker 6 (53:39):
There's regular things.

Speaker 8 (53:41):
And then and then I leave and I'm not I'm
not thinking anything of it because I'm like, well, yeah,
I mean my parking spot's there, but like this is
easier and quicker, and like, hello, it's the street.

Speaker 7 (53:51):
It's public parking. I can park here if I want to.

Speaker 8 (53:53):
But then now I kind of feel bad because I
kind of feel like he was throwing shade at me
because I do this sometime and am I in the wrong?

Speaker 7 (54:00):
Should I not be doing this?

Speaker 2 (54:03):
It's something I would do, So I can't I can't
see anything. I don't like the arguments over street parking.
It's a public street. I've had a neighbor come up
to my door knocking angrily one time because we parked
on the streets, but it was in front of her,
like she was my direct across the street, neighbor, but
there was no parking on our sides. We had to
park across the street and she got so mad. So

(54:26):
where else do you want me to park? Like two
blocks away? You know, when there's parking right there? Yeah,
it's not you were parking.

Speaker 5 (54:32):
You have a driveway. I've always felt that, like it
felt the judgment when you park there are certain there's
like neighborhoods sometimes where you can tell these people think
they own the spot, like this is the closest spot
to the park or wherever I'm going, Like, I'm gonna
park here, but you they're looking at you like, uh,
that's my spot.

Speaker 1 (54:50):
No it's not.

Speaker 5 (54:51):
It's a street.

Speaker 6 (54:52):
That's funny.

Speaker 7 (54:53):
You guys are with me.

Speaker 2 (54:54):
We just have this conversation over the parking in our
own parking garage, which is not assigned. But I get
mad when somebody parks.

Speaker 5 (54:59):
Now, yeah, work, I guess the same situation. Yeah, you
don't own the spot, you don't own the street. It
is open parking. Here's an idea. Clean out all the
junk out of your garage and park in there.

Speaker 1 (55:14):
That's my PSA two.

Speaker 5 (55:15):
Most people, Okay, everybody's garage is just full of stuff
that they're never going to use.

Speaker 1 (55:20):
Park your car in there. That's where it's supposed to go.

Speaker 7 (55:22):
Now, I just think, I don't know.

Speaker 8 (55:23):
I think it's messed up to even try to, like,
you know, like to be so loud about it.

Speaker 9 (55:29):
And I get it.

Speaker 8 (55:30):
You're angry, you're frustrated you can't find parking, but like,
it's not my fault.

Speaker 7 (55:34):
I pay for my spot.

Speaker 8 (55:35):
I can use it if I want to, but I
can also park on the street whenever I want, you know,
like when Reuben goes to visit me, I put my
car on the street so he.

Speaker 6 (55:42):
Can park in my spot, vice versa. Like because he'll get.

Speaker 8 (55:45):
There, you know, later than I do, so so it's like,
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (55:50):
That would be pretty frustrating, though. Imagine this, Selena.

Speaker 5 (55:53):
You've had a long day, you just want to get
home to your apartment. You drive onto your street, there's
no spots, and there you over and you see Justic's
car park there. And then when you eventually find a
spot blocks away and walk in into the building, you see, well,
her spot's just empty right there in the garage, and
here she is occupying the street that I could be parking.

Speaker 6 (56:12):
Would be so mad stop.

Speaker 5 (56:15):
It would be frustrating. But they don't. But I agree,
they don't have any jurisdiction over that.

Speaker 6 (56:20):
So they don't.

Speaker 2 (56:21):
And I'm actually not mad at him just talking loud
enough in the hallway for you to hear, because that's
better than him actually confronting you. That's imagine if you
would have came up to you directly or to your door.

Speaker 5 (56:30):
That yeah, I would like the passive aggressiveness.

Speaker 7 (56:32):
I don't think I would have opened the door if
he ran the doorbell.

Speaker 2 (56:34):
To be honest, I just say I pretend like I'm
not home anyways.

Speaker 6 (56:38):
So yeah, good luck gets across.

Speaker 5 (56:41):
I know you're in there. Your car's out there on
the street.

Speaker 1 (56:44):
I know you're here.

Speaker 6 (56:45):
Oh my god. No, No, I hope it doesn't.

Speaker 7 (56:48):
I hope it doesn't get to that point.

Speaker 8 (56:50):
So I guess maybe I should stop parking on the
street so much.

Speaker 1 (56:53):
But yeah, you're gonna get your tires slash just easier.

Speaker 5 (56:56):
And he knows where you live.

Speaker 6 (56:57):
That isn't where were you just a little.

Speaker 5 (56:59):
A little bit?

Speaker 7 (57:00):
I mean no, because I'm like, I know where you
live too.

Speaker 6 (57:03):
True, you know it goes both.

Speaker 1 (57:05):
Ways, but you should preemptively slatch his tires.

Speaker 6 (57:07):
Oh you're right, yeah, just in case. And then I'm like, let.

Speaker 9 (57:10):
Me send you if you can move now?

Speaker 5 (57:12):
Right, good luck?

Speaker 1 (57:14):
How do you like you're parking? The JV Show on
Wild ninety four nine, Good Morning.

Speaker 12 (57:19):
JV Show, This is Marco for Martinez. Got a little
question for you guys regarding parking on the street. What
if you're going to need a parking spot and someone
puts cones on a public street in front of their
house to park. Do you go and move their cones
to park in their spot? What would you do?

Speaker 5 (57:39):
Nope, not touching them.

Speaker 1 (57:41):
I'm not touching them.

Speaker 5 (57:41):
That bugs. I hate when people do that. Again, you
don't own like you do, not own that spot.

Speaker 6 (57:47):
Just think she owns her street. I do.

Speaker 5 (57:49):
Yeah, she parks wherever she owns, blocks people from parking there.
They're just trying to get home. The JV show on
Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 6 (57:55):
Wild Thy for nine. In the JV show, I'm Selina.

Speaker 15 (57:58):
I'm just there's neighbors in my neighborhood who had cones
in front of their house, and there's a little city
website and somebody had to become a Karina and did
a report and guess what, there's no more cones in
front of that house anymore. Those spots were all these free.

Speaker 1 (58:15):
Oh how about that?

Speaker 5 (58:16):
Would you go full Karen full Jessica and knock out
somebody that's reserving public street parking spots for themselves with
some orange cones?

Speaker 2 (58:25):
I personally wouldn't, but I'm not mad at somebody else
that does.

Speaker 6 (58:30):
Thank you.

Speaker 8 (58:31):
Yeah, because imagine you have to park like three blocks
away now, because oh my god, that.

Speaker 6 (58:35):
Would just whole day ruined, whole day ruined. Is also
is that the Spanish version of Karen.

Speaker 7 (58:41):
Gina I've ever had it? Karen is gotten?

Speaker 6 (58:47):
That works all right? More World Cup talk.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
So FIFA paid a record breaking eight hundred and seventy
one million dollars to the forty eight teams that participated in.

Speaker 6 (59:00):
This World's Cup.

Speaker 1 (59:00):
It's a lot of money.

Speaker 6 (59:01):
That does a lot of money.

Speaker 2 (59:03):
Do you guys won't know how much money do you
winner gets Spain in this case, Yeah, fifty.

Speaker 6 (59:08):
One million dollars.

Speaker 1 (59:10):
One fifty one a nice little payday.

Speaker 2 (59:12):
Yeah, and then the runner up they get thirty four million,
Third place, which is England thirty mil, France is getting
twenty eight and then it kind of, you know, goes
down from there. Even those teams that played in like
the group stage but didn't really advance. I mean, they're
still getting ten million dollars just for just for qualifying.

Speaker 6 (59:29):
Okay, you know.

Speaker 2 (59:30):
Yeah, people wanted to know, well, do the players get
any of the prize money?

Speaker 1 (59:34):
That was gonna be my question.

Speaker 2 (59:35):
It depends the prize money is paid by the prize
money that's paid by FIFA goes to the federations, not
exactly the players, so each federation gets to decide how
it's distributed or where that money goes. For Team US,
though the team keeps twenty percent of the money, the
rest of the eighty percent goes to the US men's

(59:56):
national soccer team and the US women's and it split
evenly because there was an agreement made in twenty twenty
two to pay its men's and women's teams equally and fairly.

Speaker 5 (01:00:08):
Interesting, so when the women who dominate the World Cup,
when the US women, when the guys.

Speaker 1 (01:00:12):
Are getting paid off that too?

Speaker 6 (01:00:13):
Oh that's a good question. That don't like that. You're
fine with the men.

Speaker 2 (01:00:19):
Having to share their part. But I feel like, you know,
us women, we've been through so much. We're just now
getting caught up or talking about you know, fair pay
and women's river and things. I feel like, if we're
winning the World's Cup, like we should, we should keep
that fair and square.

Speaker 6 (01:00:32):
Interesting.

Speaker 13 (01:00:33):
Okay, yeah, it makes sense, that's fair.

Speaker 1 (01:00:39):
Oh yeah, sure, got it.

Speaker 5 (01:00:41):
Yeah, yeah, I mean a lot of these you hear that,
you know, Okay, yeah, at least they you know, are
going to make a good payday after thing. Most of
these guys, at least on some of these big soccer
clubs like these are some of the highest paid athletes
on the face of the planet.

Speaker 7 (01:00:53):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:00:53):
These guys are making huge, huge, huge money already. So
they're like, oh, for this game, you get a six hundred,
one thousand dollars check. They're like, I just added over
there to the pile of all the other checks that
I make. Right, some of these guys make it. They
don't even notice incredible sums of money. Some of them
don't from the other countries, but a lot of these
guys have big, big contract Yep.

Speaker 6 (01:01:13):
We're talking numbers having to do with the World Cup.

Speaker 8 (01:01:16):
Another thing, have you guys seen how the number nineteen
has had a lot of meaning during the World Cup
this time around?

Speaker 6 (01:01:24):
Now, okay, remember how we talked about the picture of
Messi and Lamin Yamal.

Speaker 8 (01:01:29):
Who you know they took this picture nineteen years ago.
He was a little baby, had a tiny little baby, right,
he's nineteen.

Speaker 5 (01:01:37):
Now.

Speaker 8 (01:01:38):
Messi wore the number nineteen during his time with at Hintina.
Yaml wore the number nineteen for you know, during his
first main match, and he continues.

Speaker 7 (01:01:48):
To wear that number. He won with that number on.

Speaker 8 (01:01:51):
They both wore that number when they scored their first
World Cup goals Messi in two thousand and six and
Lamine in.

Speaker 5 (01:02:01):
Okay, it was Messy nineteen this year.

Speaker 1 (01:02:03):
I thought it was ten. Who messy U nineteen this year?

Speaker 8 (01:02:07):
No, no, no, Messy was wore the nineteen when during
his time without Hintena, like went during when he barely.

Speaker 6 (01:02:13):
Started with them.

Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
Got it, got it? Got it?

Speaker 5 (01:02:15):
Can I go back to the thing where the picture
with the baby? Why was he taking a picture of
bathing a baby? Like?

Speaker 1 (01:02:20):
It's just weird looking?

Speaker 5 (01:02:22):
People like, hey, do you wanna do you want a
picture of Michael Jordan bathing your your baby? I'd be
like maybe, Who's like, what's the point.

Speaker 6 (01:02:34):
Of that photo shoot? It was a campaign for something?
What was it?

Speaker 5 (01:02:37):
It was?

Speaker 6 (01:02:38):
It was?

Speaker 8 (01:02:38):
It was charity for you know stuff I don't know,
very rare things, very and correction. I met when he
was playing with Barcelona, not at Hintina because he's playing
without Hintena now obviously got it. But they both wore
that number when they scored their first World Cup goals.

Speaker 6 (01:02:55):
The World Cup.

Speaker 8 (01:02:56):
Then happened on July nineteen, right, so what does mean, Well,
in numerology, nineteen means we.

Speaker 5 (01:03:03):
Had ask Taylor Swift, She's the only one that can this.

Speaker 8 (01:03:06):
It means new beginnings complete. It has like completion energy.
And then the number nineteen in general is.

Speaker 5 (01:03:14):
Widely new beginnings and completions, So new beginnings and finishes.

Speaker 8 (01:03:17):
It's like, well, somewhere complete, something completes, and then there's
new beginnings beginnings, you know, like messy completion of brand
of the World Cup. The number just in general has
a lot of like leadership, victory, and brilliance attached.

Speaker 6 (01:03:33):
To our tracks.

Speaker 8 (01:03:34):
I can see that, I think, And you know what
a lot of people are saying.

Speaker 7 (01:03:38):
A lot of people are saying, like, we're now we're
now in a new time timeline.

Speaker 8 (01:03:44):
Remember how we were trying to get back into like
the correct timeline and then the next one and now
the Spain one and La megamal like he's he's a
part of this new timeline.

Speaker 6 (01:03:54):
I don't remember being in the wrong timeline.

Speaker 7 (01:03:56):
We were in the wrong timeline.

Speaker 5 (01:03:57):
I do remember that. But now so now we're back
on everything is right in the world again. It's starting
to be okay, we're getting there.

Speaker 7 (01:04:05):
If we're getting there, that's the number ninet time.

Speaker 6 (01:04:08):
I'm so lost. I mean, there's so many ties to it.
It's weird. Yeah, it's weird. But so what was the
wrong timeline?

Speaker 5 (01:04:15):
It was just like when just like everything was everything
was going wrong, and people were making these videos on
social media about how they should have been born at
a different time, and then this timeline wasn't working. And
I can't really remember. I don't ask me to explain it,
but I remember it, all right.

Speaker 8 (01:04:28):
Yeah, And somehow, you know, I got to go to
the next winning rabbit hole later then helped put us
back into the right time.

Speaker 1 (01:04:34):
Weird got it?

Speaker 6 (01:04:35):
Probably because Taylor Swift was there?

Speaker 1 (01:04:36):
Yeah, yeah, you.

Speaker 6 (01:04:37):
Know at that one game makes sense?

Speaker 5 (01:04:40):
Uh huh?

Speaker 2 (01:04:40):
All right, Coming up next on the JV Show, Graham
let's talk about how your.

Speaker 1 (01:04:44):
Weekend was the JV Show on Wild ninety four.

Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
Nine, That JV Show on a Monday. I'm Selena and
I'm Jess.

Speaker 6 (01:04:51):
Hope you had a good weekend.

Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
Thanks for hanging out with us once again. All right,
Grahamy said, there's something that we have to go look at.

Speaker 1 (01:04:57):
Yeah, have you guys fallen in love with Jimothy yet?

Speaker 6 (01:05:00):
Is that that weird?

Speaker 5 (01:05:01):
Looking uh raccoon, Yes, Jimithy, I'm not in.

Speaker 2 (01:05:06):
Love with with it, You're not. I'd be scared if
I saw that in person.

Speaker 5 (01:05:10):
If you have not yet seen Jimothy, he's become a
viral sensation. A Seattle resident recorded some video and there's
been some other sightings and people have posted videosm as well.
He is, uh what vets you know without giving him
a full examination, think he is suffering from some sort
of spinal deformity or whatever.

Speaker 1 (01:05:27):
And so he's like very round in.

Speaker 5 (01:05:29):
The middle, short neck like almost doesn't have a neck,
but that is like legs look kind of grasshoppery like,
long in the back like, and the way he moves
around is very different. He just does not He looks
like a raccoon because of his coloring.

Speaker 1 (01:05:44):
But he does not walk around like one. Or he's
just very different.

Speaker 5 (01:05:48):
That resident that first recorded and posted him named him Jimithy,
and now everybody is calling him Jimothy. If you want
to see him JV Morning Show on our Instagram story.
Take a peek at Jimothy. All Right, very cute but
also kind of creepy.

Speaker 2 (01:06:01):
Where you getting very cute from because you kind of
like feel bad for the guys.

Speaker 1 (01:06:06):
This is make ends me. I feel bad little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:06:10):
Jimmithy looks like like I don't know, a science experiment
or something like.

Speaker 6 (01:06:14):
And I do feel bad saying that. But it's creepy.

Speaker 1 (01:06:17):
He looks like if a raccoon and a basketball had
a baby. Yes, you get Jimmithy. Yeah, he's he's like
a walking ball, you know.

Speaker 6 (01:06:25):
He looks like a squash mellow he does.

Speaker 5 (01:06:27):
See Just where do you lay on? Jimmithy is cute
or Jimmythy's creepy?

Speaker 6 (01:06:31):
You He's a little different.

Speaker 2 (01:06:34):
Like we talk about raccoons being the cutest thing ever,
Like we want a pet raccoon. But if Jimmithy came
knocking on your door, Jess, you would take him in as.

Speaker 9 (01:06:40):
A pet if he was nice.

Speaker 5 (01:06:42):
Yeah, I like him.

Speaker 8 (01:06:44):
He looks funny, but like in a cute way, like
you know, like.

Speaker 5 (01:06:48):
Like like he looks kind of like it reminds me
of Mike Wazowski from Monsters. He's like a raccoon version
of Mike.

Speaker 6 (01:06:56):
Too creeped out. I can't get over it.

Speaker 1 (01:06:58):
I love little Jimothy's great.

Speaker 6 (01:07:00):
You can see the great Instagram story.

Speaker 2 (01:07:02):
JB Morning Show Graham Howe was the weekend, you guys?

Speaker 5 (01:07:05):
It was a It was a good weekend, a busy weekend.
I had a very humbling moment on Saturday. My good
friend of mine was having a skeet shooting event at
his house. Are you guys familiar with the skeet Yes,
the skate skate ski, Like you're familiar with skeet shooting,
all of.

Speaker 6 (01:07:23):
It, all of it.

Speaker 2 (01:07:23):
They did skate shooting in Uh, what's the Hunting Wives show?

Speaker 7 (01:07:29):
The Hunting Wives?

Speaker 2 (01:07:31):
I can't confused because now there's a movie with like
a really similar name.

Speaker 6 (01:07:34):
So I forgot what the show is called. But they
I think they did that Hunting Housewives.

Speaker 5 (01:07:38):
That's Hunting Housewives. There's a terrible movie with Denise Richards. Yeah,
there's Sunting Wives. That's the one, which I forget.

Speaker 6 (01:07:45):
I did some shooting in there.

Speaker 5 (01:07:46):
Okay, So my buddy did that and I went up
to his place and he had all set up a
lot of people there, a lot of guns, just like
guns everywhere.

Speaker 6 (01:07:53):
Did I make you nervous?

Speaker 5 (01:07:54):
Well, like, I was a little intimidating because I look,
I'm not a big gun guy, and I've never gone
ski shooting before, nor have I ever shot a shotgun before.

Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
I'm just something I've never done.

Speaker 5 (01:08:05):
And uh, you know, like I like playing paintball and
stuff like that and things like that, but I'd never
shot a shotgun before. And you know, they're betting money
and you know there's money changing hands and people are
they're launching. You know, they have two of these clay
pigeon launchers and you know it's launching one one way
and one another and these guys, I mean, and they're
just blasting both of them like it's nothing. It looks

(01:08:26):
very easy. So I'm like, I got this. I'm like
pretty coordinated, I'm good at stuff. I whiffed on every
single one. You guys, I didn't hit a.

Speaker 1 (01:08:35):
Single dang one.

Speaker 5 (01:08:37):
I was so disappointed, embarrassing.

Speaker 1 (01:08:40):
It was embarrassing.

Speaker 6 (01:08:41):
Was it scary shooting it? Though?

Speaker 5 (01:08:44):
I mean, it's not scary, it's a I was, you know,
the heart's pumping a little bit because I've never done
it before. But I also like immediately thought that I
was going to be good at.

Speaker 2 (01:08:53):
It because I'm a good shot though.

Speaker 5 (01:08:56):
And my buddy was even like just hey, you know,
after I'd miss to few, He's like, you see that
target over there, you know, like a stationary target shoot
that like can you like what's your aim?

Speaker 11 (01:09:06):
Like?

Speaker 5 (01:09:06):
And I'm like, I just nailed that thing, you know
what I mean, Like, no problem, but the moving thing, dude,
I can't hit the.

Speaker 1 (01:09:12):
Stupid clay pigeon. I whiffed.

Speaker 5 (01:09:14):
Like, I mean, granted, I didn't get that many shots
at because there's a lot of people rotating and out
doing the shooting and stuff, and they're again there's betting
and going in different games and things happening, and so
I only got so many opportunities. But still, bro, I
missed every one.

Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
Like were you embarrassed?

Speaker 5 (01:09:31):
Yeah? No one else is so good. I just I
could barely sleep that night. I just laid there. I
was like, I got it. I can't wait to go
back and do it again. I need to I need redemption.
I need one, yeah, and just and the thing I
need to practice before then because I want to win
and I want to.

Speaker 8 (01:09:48):
Win some money, right cause you're such a leo that
I already know you went in there thinking you were
going to be the best one.

Speaker 6 (01:09:55):
I mean, look at him, look at that face. Of
course that's what he's thinking.

Speaker 7 (01:09:57):
Now.

Speaker 6 (01:09:57):
He's like, how could this have happened.

Speaker 5 (01:09:58):
I didn't think I was going to be the best one,
because again, I've never this is the first time in
my life i'd ever even shot a shotgun.

Speaker 6 (01:10:05):
Did your wife go with you?

Speaker 5 (01:10:06):
No?

Speaker 6 (01:10:07):
Okay? Good? It was like a dude's okay, God, she didn't.

Speaker 7 (01:10:09):
She didn't get to see you like you know.

Speaker 5 (01:10:11):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (01:10:11):
I told her all about it, like I suck.

Speaker 5 (01:10:15):
I'm not good. I could not figure it out. But
we're gonna start getting some reps and get some practice in.

Speaker 1 (01:10:21):
I have to.

Speaker 5 (01:10:22):
There's no way I could just have that be my December.
My career there till December, and yeah, I'd like to
win something. Yeah, but it's harder than it looks you guys,
it looks hard.

Speaker 6 (01:10:30):
Yeah, I done nothing. I think it looks easy.

Speaker 8 (01:10:33):
And obviously when you show up de Sumber, you're gonna
be like, oh my god, I haven't done this since
the last time. We came out, right, Yeah, only my
second time here.

Speaker 5 (01:10:40):
Second time are here. And then you see every single
day the hottest.

Speaker 14 (01:10:47):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.

Speaker 2 (01:10:55):
So Tom Brady slapped Logan Paul uh.

Speaker 6 (01:11:00):
I know you saw this videogram.

Speaker 5 (01:11:01):
He was going viral everywhere and then you like, look
at the comments, what is it?

Speaker 1 (01:11:05):
Is a stage? Is it? Is it? Ai it? What
was it?

Speaker 6 (01:11:08):
Have you seen it?

Speaker 7 (01:11:09):
Yes, it's on our story right now, Jam Morning Show.

Speaker 9 (01:11:11):
By the way.

Speaker 2 (01:11:12):
All right, so they're both on stage Friday at Fanatics
Best twenty twenty six. Just to let you know this
was most likely staged. Okay, They're going back and forth,
exchanging words, and then Tom just rages over and he
slaps Logan Paul.

Speaker 6 (01:11:24):
Dead in the head.

Speaker 2 (01:11:25):
Now Logan's even more fired up. He's having to be
held back, and then they are still going back and forth,
and that's what you see in this video that is
on our Instagram story. So here is the context. Here's
the background on their beef. Back in February, Tom was
on Logan's podcast and Tom Brady said that Logan's athleticism
because you know, he's.

Speaker 6 (01:11:43):
Like a wrestler.

Speaker 2 (01:11:44):
He was like, that's cute, you know, but compared to
like NFL players, Like, that's cute what she got going
on there, And then Logan said that he believes he
could beat up, you know, many NFL players in a fight,
Tom being one of them. And then there was that
flag football game where Logan's team ended up beating the
team that Tom Brady was on.

Speaker 6 (01:12:00):
So that's really like where everything started.

Speaker 2 (01:12:02):
Now why people think it's staged, Well, this is what
Logan does. He's a yeah, he's a press right, so
it was more likely staged than not.

Speaker 6 (01:12:13):
And the thinking is is.

Speaker 2 (01:12:15):
That Tom with all this extra time he has on
his hands now that he's not actually playing football. Yeah,
he's got a bunch of side things and he's doing
some commentating stuff. But the thinking is, and the rumor is,
is that at some point he's going to appear in
the ring with Logan.

Speaker 5 (01:12:29):
Paul. Now, I look, I heard that rumor same as you.
I just I don't know. I agree that the setup
certainly points to that, right, it has to, because like
they've been building it up and they're they're going back
and forth and trash talking each other at that flag
football thing and having to get held back then and
then this, like it certainly seems like this is the

(01:12:51):
build up exactly to a WWE thing.

Speaker 1 (01:12:53):
Like it's clearly staged.

Speaker 5 (01:12:55):
But is that the thing that's going to ultimately be
promoted out of it. He's gonna tom Brady's gonna hop
in the ring and you know, throw Logan Paul into
a pile drive. Like I just like, I don't he's
gonna be jumping off the top rope.

Speaker 1 (01:13:10):
I just don't.

Speaker 5 (01:13:10):
I think so, I just don't know, Like I can't
see that part of it. I can't see tom Brady
wanting to do that part of it, do you know
what I mean?

Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
Yeah, I can see it's Tom Brady.

Speaker 6 (01:13:20):
I feel like, what's.

Speaker 5 (01:13:21):
Six or seven super Bowl rings or whatever? Like, does
he need to go jump into the ring? But he
does stage, but.

Speaker 2 (01:13:27):
He also does he doesn't need to like participate in
all these Netflix ropests and stuff either, but he still doesn't.

Speaker 6 (01:13:32):
He likes the attention, he.

Speaker 5 (01:13:34):
Does, I know. But it's like that stuff and the
commentating and stuff that tracks to me.

Speaker 1 (01:13:38):
But this like part, I just can't figure this part out.

Speaker 6 (01:13:40):
I think I think it's gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (01:13:43):
I mean, it's always such a big deal when the
WWE brings in like big names, you know, Cardi's there,
every once in a while, they got Bad Bunny, and
like it's always just such a huge thing.

Speaker 6 (01:13:51):
I could totally see this happening, I don't think it's
gonna be good. Tom Brady cannot.

Speaker 1 (01:13:54):
Act no, I mean I don't know what he looks
like right now.

Speaker 5 (01:13:59):
But like past pictures, especially from the NFL Draft, I
mean that's many years ago.

Speaker 1 (01:14:02):
You ever seen Tom Brady with his shirt off?

Speaker 5 (01:14:05):
No, almost like an athletic looking guy you've ever seen now. Look,
he probably works out a ton all and stuff, so
he's probably different now. But if you ever go back
and look at Tom tom Brady's draft like Combine or
whatever it was, from pictures where he's got no shirt on,
oh my god, you would never pig this guy to
go on to be, you know, one of the greatest
NFL players of all time. Just based on his physique,

(01:14:26):
he just looks like average. That was a very very
long time ago. But again, he's a lot older now,
and I don't see him being like this oiled up
just like shredded. I mean, I'm sure he's a very
good shape now. He works out, but like, I don't
know any shape.

Speaker 11 (01:14:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:14:44):
I can't figure it out.

Speaker 6 (01:14:45):
I don't having a body like that either, though. Yeah,
and he's.

Speaker 5 (01:14:48):
Thriving, well, yeah, I mean that guy that all he
does is workout. Did you guys see all the Bieber
stuff from the fanatics fest of the weekend, It was
like he was this aside from the slap thing, it
was everything was Bieber. Look at Bieber. He kicked a
field goal. He's a gu I'd look at that. He
made a field goal. Oh, look at Bieber dribbling at
this thing and all these different he was. I mean,
props to him being very involved in this thing, because
he was trying every little station or whatever they had there,

(01:15:10):
and everybody was just falling over themselves, falling over how
incredible of an happy he was. I know, I was like,
I wasn't blown away when he hit a twenty five
yard field goal.

Speaker 6 (01:15:20):
Has he brought him up?

Speaker 2 (01:15:21):
What did you think of the halftime performance for the
World Cup?

Speaker 5 (01:15:24):
I thought I respected the fact that by all accounts,
he's you know, actually performing live and singing live. Did
I think the song I thought was a weird choice,
Like it totally like brought them like, brought them vibe
like down, like I went okay, talented, yes, like good
vocals and stuff like that, and seemed live and not

(01:15:45):
you know, maybe some of the other other artists up there,
relying more heavily on you know, a track that they're
singing over whatever. He very seemed seemed like he's okay,
he's performing live. I respected that part of it, like
get me hyped for the World Cup.

Speaker 2 (01:15:58):
Yeah, he could have performed something different. I thought it
was really really good though, as you said, my first
My first thought though, was like, man, he's come a
long way from like his anxiety struggles and like not
even being able to perform to doing like Coachella earlier
this year and now the World Cup final is insane.

Speaker 5 (01:16:17):
Yeah. What were your guys' thoughts on the on the
show the halftime show?

Speaker 8 (01:16:21):
I thought it slowed down way too much during Biaber
to be honest, like Shakira brings Shakira back literally for
every single World Cup.

Speaker 6 (01:16:29):
She is the World Cup Queen.

Speaker 5 (01:16:30):
She was a World Cup vibe.

Speaker 8 (01:16:32):
And then the energy from BTS insane.

Speaker 7 (01:16:36):
So to kind of follow from that, what do you
think about Madonna and slow it down?

Speaker 6 (01:16:39):
She was cool too.

Speaker 7 (01:16:40):
I kind of missed her part.

Speaker 1 (01:16:41):
I missed her part too. I saw the other I
saw everyone else.

Speaker 6 (01:16:44):
Everyone just collectively miss right.

Speaker 5 (01:16:46):
That's when you get up and go to the bathroom,
like dude, Okay, we're locked into the game. I'm gonna
go to the Bathroom'm gonna get another beer or whatever.

Speaker 1 (01:16:53):
Yeah, I missed her part. And then Bieber comes out. Halleluha.

Speaker 6 (01:16:57):
World Cup coming up on the JV Show. Let's talk
about our photos.

Speaker 1 (01:17:02):
From home the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 6 (01:17:05):
All right, every Monday, we bring a photo from our.

Speaker 2 (01:17:08):
Weekend photos from home up now on JV Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (01:17:11):
That is our Instagram makes you give us a follow. So,
I you know, we were really.

Speaker 2 (01:17:16):
Bored at home yesterday and I was like, what can
we do? What can we do with the kids? Let's
take them somewhere tired of the same old park, something
that doesn't cost too much money. I found this place
called Immersive game Box. What now, Immersive game Box, I
guess there's a few locations, an there's one in the city.
We went to the one at Valley Fair And so

(01:17:36):
that's what my photo is.

Speaker 6 (01:17:37):
This is me and my oldest daughter.

Speaker 2 (01:17:39):
We are in like the game box thing, and so
you have all these like little caps.

Speaker 5 (01:17:45):
What is on it?

Speaker 2 (01:17:46):
It's like sensors and so it detects where you are
in the box and you're playing all these games that
are like on the screen every screen, and there is
like touch screen. You're like surrounded, but the sensors can
like they tell you sense like where you.

Speaker 6 (01:17:59):
Are in the games. So you're having to like move
around the box.

Speaker 5 (01:18:03):
So you wear a little tweedledee and tweedled dumb hates
and then.

Speaker 1 (01:18:06):
Walk around and touch a bunch of boxes.

Speaker 2 (01:18:08):
Yes, so you just play different games. They have like
a squid games game. They have a floor's lava. They
have like a bunch of different ones.

Speaker 1 (01:18:14):
And what's the takeaway?

Speaker 6 (01:18:15):
It was fun.

Speaker 5 (01:18:16):
We had love it.

Speaker 1 (01:18:17):
Recommend recommend.

Speaker 6 (01:18:18):
I didn't get to.

Speaker 2 (01:18:19):
Play like we had to do something a little more
simpler because we had really young kids, so we didn't
get to do like like the more like difficult or
like funner ones for older kids. Got it, but I
would assume they're really fun.

Speaker 5 (01:18:32):
We have just doing this so interesting.

Speaker 6 (01:18:35):
You guys had a matching outfit.

Speaker 5 (01:18:37):
Yeah, whose idea was that?

Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
Your daughter here? In this picture?

Speaker 6 (01:18:40):
That was mine?

Speaker 2 (01:18:41):
My daughter hates it, but sometimes she'll come out of
her room and I'm like, oh my god, I have
something similar.

Speaker 6 (01:18:45):
I'll go change.

Speaker 5 (01:18:46):
I didn't race bock in so you.

Speaker 1 (01:18:47):
Could twin Oh, my god, she hates Yes.

Speaker 5 (01:18:51):
I think if your time back in middle school early
high school, and uh, your mom runs back into her
room before you're heading out to dinner just so she
can dress just like you, a level of mortification, the
top level. Yeah above ten. Wow. All right, Mine's a

(01:19:11):
picture I talked about a little bit earlier. My buddy
had a like a skeet shooting party contest event thing.

Speaker 1 (01:19:18):
I'd never shot a skeet before.

Speaker 5 (01:19:19):
I didn't even know what a skeet looked like, to
be honest with you, I've never I've never shot a
shotgun before. This was my first time, and so this
is me. Uh it's a live action shot there. I
just fired in this one and missed horribly because I
missed every single time.

Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
It was very humbling.

Speaker 6 (01:19:36):
Picture like, it looks like you know what you're doing. Yeah,
I'll give you that.

Speaker 5 (01:19:40):
I mean I know how to. Like again, I've played
paintball my whole life and stuff like that and shot things.

Speaker 1 (01:19:44):
I'm a good shot.

Speaker 2 (01:19:45):
Okay, Apparently dance looks like, oh right, like professional level
and the hat very on feet.

Speaker 1 (01:19:50):
Yeah you like that.

Speaker 5 (01:19:51):
I look out the camera hat you can't see I
wore my wild Turkey shirt there. You can't see it
the logos on the front.

Speaker 6 (01:19:58):
I mean, what hat?

Speaker 2 (01:19:58):
I can't even see it. Camp camouflages with the trees
there in the.

Speaker 5 (01:20:01):
Background, just floating there any comments about my I can't
really see my socks or my shoes or I could.

Speaker 6 (01:20:09):
Tell their ankle socks though I don't like they were.

Speaker 7 (01:20:11):
I went long socks really, yeah, wow, I don't know.

Speaker 6 (01:20:15):
I don't so which ones are you supposed.

Speaker 7 (01:20:17):
To wear your millennial Aren't you supposed to wear ankle?

Speaker 5 (01:20:20):
Yeah? But I wore kind of like a low like
hiking shoe. I don't think you really wear a short
sock there. Okay, it seemed weird, okay.

Speaker 3 (01:20:29):
Uh?

Speaker 8 (01:20:30):
And mine is another year you guys that the California Rodeo,
Selina Rodeo. Yeah, Rodeo because it's the starting Yeah, but
it is you guys.

Speaker 9 (01:20:42):
So much fun again.

Speaker 6 (01:20:44):
But I just I can't.

Speaker 7 (01:20:45):
I can't keep drinking.

Speaker 6 (01:20:47):
You said this last year.

Speaker 9 (01:20:49):
I can't keep drinking anymore?

Speaker 6 (01:20:50):
Okay, did you gotta give me props?

Speaker 8 (01:20:53):
Though I knock on wood, I have not thrown up
after drinking in like a good one time. I know
I had hit my one year mark. I don't know
if I ruined that. Eventually, I feel like I think
I might have.

Speaker 7 (01:21:04):
Yeah, but I'm back on track and I'm pretty proud
of myself because I was very close to it, but
I was like, nope.

Speaker 5 (01:21:09):
Just hold it in, hold it in, don't do anything.
How was the overall rodeo event this year for Selenas?
We this is your guys is met gala or whatever
your meg gala.

Speaker 7 (01:21:18):
It's fashion week, you know, everybody goes.

Speaker 1 (01:21:20):
All out everything. It was amazing this year. Ten out
of ten it was.

Speaker 8 (01:21:24):
It was I think we might switch it up next
year because they have a couple of different tents and
you usually get there and you're in one tent all
night long and you drink there until like one, I
think one two am around there. Super fun though, lots
of drinks. It's the only time of year where I
actually choose to drink whiskey. Uh, because they have like

(01:21:45):
crown peach and they combine it.

Speaker 9 (01:21:46):
It's bright.

Speaker 5 (01:21:47):
Oh that's Andlely asked, this was there because this is
in Selenas and all the Taylor Farms talk? Was there
just a explosive diarrhea cloud sort of hanging over at
the venue like was that like weighing things down a
little bit? Was that wayne heavily on people's minds?

Speaker 8 (01:22:02):
I think it was because the biggest sponsor of the
rodeo is Taylor farm oh Awkworse, they had a ginormous
sign and everything.

Speaker 5 (01:22:11):
Oh no, that's hilarious.

Speaker 6 (01:22:13):
You know that's where that's what never mind? Yeah, go
check out the photos of that should.

Speaker 2 (01:22:19):
Have been your photo from home instead of I mean,
this is a lovely photo. I love the background, but
it should have been in front of the Taylor farm side.

Speaker 5 (01:22:24):
Yeah, you're taking a bite out of a head of ice.

Speaker 6 (01:22:28):
Check out all of our pictures.
