Speaker 1 (00:00):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine and.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
The JV Show. I'm Selina, I'm jes n have your Friday.
Oh and it's a free take it Friday. Yeah, Jess,
what does that mean?
Speaker 3 (00:11):
That means every hour, starting at six thirty, we are
going to be hooking you up with tickets for Kailani because.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
She announced her to all right, first talkback of the day.
Speaker 4 (00:19):
Hey, good morning, JV Show. I hope this is the
first talk back off Friday. It is twelve thirteen am.
I'm just curious. How come the JV show podcasts have
been cut short. It's like yesterday I didn't get to
finish then entire story and then it went to commercial
(00:39):
and then it ended.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
I want to hear everything.
Speaker 4 (00:42):
Okay, bye, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
What do you mean you don't know?
Speaker 5 (00:49):
Ashley returned to Jess, who compiles our podcast daily. Do
you have an answer to that? First talk back at
the day wanted to know why it's cutting short. They
want to hear everything. It went to commercial right in
the middle of a story and then it just ended.
Speaker 6 (01:02):
That kind of sounds like a glitch, because.
Speaker 5 (01:04):
A glitch in the matrix.
Speaker 3 (01:06):
Because usually there's something that goes with good Pill the
JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, and then I'll
put a commercial after that, or like the commercials after that,
so there's three sets of commercials or possibly more. Honestly,
at this point, can't keep track anymore, so that might
be a glitch.
Speaker 5 (01:20):
Because in Justice Defense, I went and reviewed the podcast
on the iHeartRadio app. That's where you can hear it, yep,
And I listened to the end of yesterday's podcast because
she said just ended right there and just in the middle,
and it did not. It played perfectly. So sometimes sometimes
that's an app issue, a little refresh, uninstalled, reinstall, you know, redownload, whatever,
(01:44):
and that usually takes care of any problem like that.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
Hope that helps, all right, Cheets, You're in your Friday's
hanging out with us and you tweet a lot, but
you no offense. But Friday Mornings, Graham does a dramatic reading.
Speaker 5 (01:59):
Went on a six mile walk. My glops are so sore.
Speaker 7 (02:07):
WHOA six miles?
Speaker 8 (02:09):
Yeah, that was a very humbling experience. Don't know if
I'll be doing that again, but.
Speaker 5 (02:15):
Why six that's so yeah?
Speaker 8 (02:17):
Because I was like, you know, what if I want
a sweet treat let me walk to the place to
get it. And then I went to I was trying
to go to this baby.
Speaker 5 (02:24):
Walk from Fairfield all the way to Dixon.
Speaker 9 (02:26):
No, no, no, no, I was in Dixon.
Speaker 5 (02:28):
Okay, So I walked from Dixon all the way to Fairfield.
No no, no, no, that's about six miles.
Speaker 9 (02:34):
I walked to Dixon through Dixon.
Speaker 5 (02:36):
Okay.
Speaker 8 (02:37):
But yeah, I just ended up going to Starbucks down there,
and it was because the bakery couldn't find it.
Speaker 9 (02:42):
So I was like, you know what, I.
Speaker 8 (02:42):
Need to get something because I already walked so far,
so that I just continued to walk and then it
got my Starbucks and then sat down. It was a
nice little walk, but afterwards crazy, Yeah, I don't think
I'll be doing that again.
Speaker 5 (02:52):
And he said it took you seven and a half hours. No,
oh did that? How long does it take to walk
six miles?
Speaker 8 (02:59):
I don't know, two hours, hour, an hour there, an
hour back.
Speaker 9 (03:03):
It's like I was just like, you know, strolling with
my headphones on.
Speaker 5 (03:08):
We got like a power walk pace, like everyone all
fitness girlies watched me walk or you're just like, okay, just.
Speaker 9 (03:14):
Let me get there.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Everywhere talks. No, I was not wearing.
Speaker 5 (03:18):
And then last question, what was the sweet treat that
you rewarded yourself with?
Speaker 9 (03:22):
A mango dream energy? It's so good.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
Those are so good.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
I don't know if I'd walk six miles for that.
Speaker 7 (03:28):
Well, she couldn't find the bakery she wanted to go to.
Speaker 5 (03:30):
Got it? Got it?
Speaker 10 (03:36):
Bro?
Speaker 5 (03:37):
Two birds just flew and hit my car when it
was parked. What is going on?
Speaker 2 (03:43):
It's haunted?
Speaker 9 (03:44):
Yeah, I think my car is haunted. Honestly, you have
said that before.
Speaker 5 (03:48):
Wait, why the curse of the bad driver? Which is you?
Speaker 1 (03:52):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (03:53):
That is spooky. Today.
Speaker 8 (03:54):
I was listening to my music and then my volume
went all the way down, like it just without me
touching it.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
I was just driving.
Speaker 9 (03:59):
Then my you just went to zero and I was like, wait,
what's going on?
Speaker 7 (04:03):
That's creepy.
Speaker 5 (04:03):
That is really creepy. So I don't know what kind
of birds were these.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
I have no idea.
Speaker 8 (04:08):
I was just in the parking lot. I heard just
a dump and then it flew away and I was like, okay,
but to your car.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
That's not normal.
Speaker 5 (04:15):
I know.
Speaker 6 (04:17):
And not one but two.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Yes, yeah, you should be really careful this weekend, like
something bad might happen.
Speaker 7 (04:25):
When did all the spookiness start.
Speaker 8 (04:28):
Oh you know what, it's probably because I like went
past the cemetery when I was walking.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
Like, yeah, something they're attached itself to you, or or
we we talked to some like uh medium a few
weeks back, styler I don't remember his name. I don't know,
but maybe he contacted something like not so friendly. Oh yeah,
here that attached itself.
Speaker 5 (04:56):
I can get it. N a test for your hang
on a second, I'll do it right now. See how
you're feel a little warm. I just got rid of it. Okay,
so you're welcome. Thanks, long time listeners. So JAV shouldn't
get that one. Everyone else is like, bro, I don't
know what you're talking about. That's okay. I actually might
(05:19):
try Arby's. Why what do you mean, why, Selina, we
have the meat.
Speaker 7 (05:29):
Nobody eats there, no listen.
Speaker 8 (05:30):
I saw someone on TikTok have like this meal from
Arby's and it actually looked really good, had jalapeno poppers
and curly fries.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
I was like, what it sounds like talks just go
to Jack in the box person.
Speaker 9 (05:41):
I never tried Arby's before, so yeah, yeah, they have
the meat.
Speaker 5 (05:49):
I think Arby's is underrated. I have never in my
life would I go to one. Note but I went
to one many many many years ago and it was
dusty and old, run down. But then they like refresh
their menu and they got all the meats and now
like looks legit.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
It's just so just like nobody knows, nobody.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
Knows, ever crossed your mind to be like, you know
where I want to go right now?
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Rby There's one in Fairfield.
Speaker 9 (06:17):
I might just.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
Take a walk over there.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
The JV Show on Wild ninety, Good Morning.
Speaker 11 (06:25):
JV Show, Mike from Heyward, Hey, I just want to
say almost drop my phone. Arby's is my favorite steakhouse.
I mean I only preserve it for special occasions like
you know, anniversaries and Valentine's Day. But yeah, if I'm
dating someone, they know I really like them if I
take them to Arby's Steakhouse. Happy Friday, guys, have a
(06:45):
good weeking.
Speaker 1 (06:48):
We have met.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
They have the meats. You take a lady there on
Valentine's Day and then just some more meat's.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
Don't sleep on that Arby's Jamoka shake.
Speaker 5 (06:58):
Try it it's bomb.
Speaker 2 (07:00):
Happy Friday, guys, I love you.
Speaker 5 (07:02):
What the heck, is that you know about their jamoca shakes? No,
bro me neither. It sounds good.
Speaker 7 (07:09):
No one has heard of that.
Speaker 5 (07:11):
What's part moca and what's the jaw job job coffeeca? Yeah? Democa?
Speaker 1 (07:19):
Is that what it means?
Speaker 2 (07:19):
Probably?
Speaker 5 (07:20):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
I don't know. All right, guys, the time for the.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
Four things you need a heads up on to start
your day.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
Movie Alert, Movie Alertang on a couple of new movies
theaters this weekend. Back rooms.
Speaker 7 (07:34):
I don't know you guys have heard of that.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
It's actually getting a lot of us. It's a horror movie.
But if that's not your thing, Graham's the right up
your alley name Bargasi movie Never Red Winner is also
out in theaters this weekend.
Speaker 5 (07:46):
That's right, all right. Put your v's up, everyone vs.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
Say.
Speaker 5 (07:50):
Doctor is held on for a throwing win last night
over Caitlyn Clark and the Indiana Fever at Chase Center.
Fever came into the game on a three game win streak,
but Kaitlyn Clark had a pretty rough shooting night. She
only scored sixteen points in the game. The Vowchries pulled
out a ninety to eighty eight win. They're now five
and two and tied to the best record in the
entire w NBA. They host the Las Vegas Aces at
Chase Center on Sunday, so be in the house and
(08:11):
then get your bees up.
Speaker 3 (08:14):
Partly glad these guys for today with us lights, chance
of sprinkles, heis will be in the upper sixties tolow seventies.
Temperatures will increase little by little in the next few days,
and Sunday will be the warmest day, reaching the eighties
ones again.
Speaker 8 (08:25):
Finally, Hey, Libra beastie, Yes, your day's gonna be an
eight out of ten.
Speaker 9 (08:30):
Don't let impatience or rush your next mood today.
Speaker 8 (08:32):
Take your time and think it through and then love,
stop overcompromising just to keep the peace. Saying what you
actually need is way more attractive than just going along.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
With things nice. Okay, all right, it is a free
ticket Friday, so we're gonna be kicking that off six thirty.
Speaker 7 (08:46):
You don't want to miss it, people, because we have
tickets for.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Kailani every single hour today coming up in like ten minutes,
we're gonna kick that off of Burning Man's or ge Dome.
Were they having issues before? Yeah, had blown away?
Speaker 5 (09:00):
Yeah, you guys. Remember last year at bernie Man the
Orgy Dome got completely pounded. There were like these crazy
storms and the whole structure of the dome just got
completely bent over and the wind totally gave it to it. Well,
now the Orgy Dome needs your help, you guys. They're
asking for the public's help. But if you're not familiar
with the dome, it's one of the most visited attractions
(09:21):
at bernie Man every year. They say it draws crowds
between eight and ten thousand burners every year. And if
you're not familiar with the inside of the dome, there's
about eighty mattresses, a whole bunch of air conditioning units,
two thousand sets of sheets they go through, and just
buckets and buckets of loop. Well that's what happens at
(09:43):
the dome and again it suffered irreparable damage last year.
And they have set up a gofund me with a
goal of thirty thousand dollars. Look, they've already raised over
twenty thousand dollars towards that goal, but they still need
your help to be back up in action next year.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
Are you serious?
Speaker 5 (10:03):
What do you mean?
Speaker 3 (10:04):
Thirty k people have donated. People are going to donate
to this because people.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
Love going to the dome.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
It's one of the most visited attractions at the Dome.
Did you not hear about the eighty mattresses that they
have in there? They need to replace a damn near everything,
including what they say is truckloads of loop. That's a
direct quote from the go fund me.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
Oh my god.
Speaker 5 (10:26):
They say they need this money to finish, you know,
to be able to completely rebuild everything as well as
just refresh everything that they're going to be bringing. They say, quote,
let's get this thing properly erected. Will you guys be
donating to help save the dome this year? It got
totally pounded last year.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
I feel like the people who go there and use
the dome, they should pay ones to cover it because
they're going to be there using it.
Speaker 3 (10:53):
Or bring your own mattress, like if you yeah.
Speaker 5 (10:57):
Nobody wants to use mattresses, the door mattresses, Yeah, air mattress.
Have you ever tried to do it on air mattresses?
No way, it's awful, you have. I lived on an
air mattress in my apartment here in San Francisco for
almost a year because I couldn't afford a regular mattress.
Speaker 2 (11:13):
Same, I'm not donating.
Speaker 5 (11:20):
To this air mattress. Smasher is not good anyway. Yeah, no,
I mean more. This should be more on all the
people that go to Burning Man, because there's all these
millions of these tech bros that go out there and
now to this thing, and they got more money than we.
Speaker 7 (11:31):
Right, you want to go, you want to enjoy this,
you want the new.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Stuff, so you pay for it.
Speaker 5 (11:35):
Yeah, but our thoughts and prayers are with the Dome.
We hope that the Dome is able to get back
on his feet.
Speaker 7 (11:44):
Imagine Burning Man just falling apart without this thing. Why
would they go? Why would anybody go without the Dome?
Speaker 5 (11:49):
I'm telling you it is one of the main attractions
on the plot.
Speaker 7 (11:52):
Is now to a different kind of party.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
Oh yeah, you know jen Zers.
Speaker 6 (12:01):
I feel like they.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Do some weird stuff sometimes.
Speaker 6 (12:05):
So when they do stuff like this.
Speaker 3 (12:06):
I don't want to claim that I am half gen
Z half Millennial?
Speaker 2 (12:11):
Which one are? You can't even you can't claim.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
Sometimes I look I look up certain dates and it
says gen Z, and sometimes the dates are extended and
it says Millennial.
Speaker 5 (12:22):
You have a cat you like to paint. You're a millennial.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
Yeah, well, the.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
Young people are throwing parties to celebrate things like their
boob jobs.
Speaker 5 (12:34):
Right, let's.
Speaker 3 (12:38):
Ever throw a party for something like this, Like you
just got out of surgery. You're you're in recovery mode,
but you want to show off to everybody.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
Look here, here are my new This is right after
getting the surgery.
Speaker 6 (12:52):
You're not bad?
Speaker 5 (12:54):
Well, like you know what I mean, when it's all
healed up and look at and then everyone.
Speaker 7 (12:57):
Will give you You would do that for somebody's new.
Speaker 5 (13:00):
Yeah, sure, the big unveiling because there's a chance that
they're going to take the bandages off and we're gonna
be like oh.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
Oh, oh oh, because it's like they've already gone to
the doctor and been unbandaged.
Speaker 7 (13:11):
Like, so I imagine like a little.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
Curtain in front of their face like a lot of time,
like peel the curtain back and there's.
Speaker 6 (13:17):
A spotlight on it.
Speaker 5 (13:18):
Yes, I want to see their reaction like on the
TV shows when they're seeing it for the first time. Yeah.
I want to be there for that so I could
be like, ha, it looks the same or you know,
or oh wow, it looks great.
Speaker 3 (13:31):
Yeah, yeah, no, so once once, I guess, once it's recovered,
you plan a party with all your friends. This one
woman did it because she was like, you know what,
I wanted to show them off and I want some
of my friends kept asking, and I wanted to just
do it all at once. So she invited like twenty
of her closest friends, which who has that many friends
to begin with? Yeah, and she just show you.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
She did a Booberville. Yeah everyone, so she's like baar tested,
So she basically did like a what bam check them out?
Speaker 5 (13:59):
Yeah zomers and shut them around a little bit.
Speaker 3 (14:01):
Everybody has some drains, and you enjoy and celebrate this
person's new Okay, yes.
Speaker 5 (14:08):
I would totally go to that. Give me your question.
Speaker 7 (14:12):
Yeah, I think it was.
Speaker 3 (14:14):
But apparently other people are doing it for various like
cosmetic surgeries.
Speaker 6 (14:19):
So they are doing it for the rhinoplasty or.
Speaker 8 (14:21):
Other things.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
Like the removal.
Speaker 9 (14:28):
They have a little cake and then they cut the
bunion off.
Speaker 5 (14:30):
Of this cake. They like use their feet to cut
the cake.
Speaker 3 (14:39):
When they cut your bunions off, do you keep do
people keep them?
Speaker 6 (14:43):
Because people keep other random things that get cut off.
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
I don't know what they do with anion.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
If anyone has got a bunion, removing it.
Speaker 7 (14:52):
They just like shave it down.
Speaker 5 (14:54):
So it's not like they're like.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Shaving off down, shaving the bone done. Yeah, I'm not
just like cutting your bone off.
Speaker 5 (15:06):
That sounded weird. Needed a new drop the JV Show
on Wild ninety four nine a couple of summer things.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
Let me know how you guys feel about this. Look,
I haven't been to the gym in a long time. Graham,
you go regularly, so do you just cheaty? You say
you're going to that you don't go. How do you
guys feel about And I think it's awesome what Planet
Fitness is doing, but some people have other opinions. How
do you feel about Planet Fitness offering starting June first,
(15:36):
teens free summer passes to keep them away from like
all the bad stuff, you know, out on the streets
and getting into trouble and you know, just running a
muck out there.
Speaker 7 (15:46):
Instead, they could be doing something productive.
Speaker 2 (15:47):
They're going to be in the gym, they could be
you know, working out, focusing on on health.
Speaker 5 (15:52):
I'm here for it as long as they go at
a different time than me. Yeah, me to tell you, Yeah,
I'm sitting TikTok right, use that machine.
Speaker 2 (16:01):
A lot of people do not want their gym just
filled with teenagers taking up space, sitting on the machines,
not using them, making tiktoks, just doom scrolling.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
I think my big issue is they always go in groups,
which and I hate to say it, because I know
it makes you feel more comfortable when you go into
a group, so I think that's maybe why they do it.
But it's always like groups of like five, you know,
the tiny five guys.
Speaker 5 (16:28):
Yeah, you know it.
Speaker 3 (16:31):
It'll be like five guys working on one machine and
then yeah, or.
Speaker 6 (16:37):
Then you know, you're not.
Speaker 3 (16:38):
Going to get to use that machine at all because
they're going to take turns and.
Speaker 6 (16:41):
They're going to stay there, and then they're talking while
they're doing it.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
They're like hanging out basically, So say, you're not here
for it.
Speaker 6 (16:46):
I'm not really here for it.
Speaker 3 (16:48):
Although I think it is a good outlet, like you said,
for them, for something for them to do.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
Yeah, and I.
Speaker 5 (16:53):
Hope that the teens that are taking advantage of this
are actually going to go and do more working out
than hanging out, you know what I mean, Like they're
gonna be if you're motivated enough to go to the gym.
I hope that you're actually taking advantage of the time
and working out.
Speaker 7 (17:08):
Yeah, I don't see that happening the other summer thing.
Speaker 3 (17:12):
Yeah, so it is gonna be an uncarbonated drink summer boom.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
Like I know when I go and I get my
Celsius at the store about my house, Like they have
fizz free CELSII, nobody gets it.
Speaker 5 (17:27):
Yes, who wants that?
Speaker 2 (17:28):
Yeah, and it's like lemonade or lemonadeould be good, but
it's like iced tea flavored. I don't know. They have
a bunch of different ones, but like I want the bubbles, Yeah,
if you want the PiZZ.
Speaker 6 (17:38):
The carbonation is what makes it.
Speaker 5 (17:40):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
It gives us experience that it's cris and bubbly.
Speaker 6 (17:45):
But you know, the younger generation doing this on purpose.
Speaker 2 (17:48):
They just want the opposite of anything we want. Honestly,
I think so it.
Speaker 5 (17:52):
Is true though, the uncarbonated beverages are majorly having their
moment right now. The well we talked a little bit
about yesterday, Summerhouse, like Kyle and someher house started that
hard tea company basically called lover Boy. That's an un large.
I think their entire line is uncarbonated. I think surf
Side right now is absolutely dominating the mark. I have
(18:13):
a friend, uh no, guy that works for surf Side,
and they're just destroying it right now. They're killing it everybody.
But it is weird. When you crack one and take
a sip, you're almost you do a double take. At first,
You're like, who, whoa Am I getting something that's like
flat or old? Yeah, once you get used to it
and you just get if.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
I'm opening a can of anything. Besides who bess, I
want to say, bubbly people.
Speaker 12 (18:34):
Still opening cans your age, So you don't want that bubbly?
Speaker 2 (18:47):
Okay, got it?
Speaker 5 (18:50):
You have no the uncarboned drinks that I agree. It
is the summer of the uncarbon cool.
Speaker 6 (18:55):
Yeah, and it makes sense.
Speaker 3 (18:57):
You know, the millennials and older generations, they grew up
drinking like a ton of soda, so that's like what
we're all used to, and that's what we feel like
we need. The generation born between nineteen ninety seven and
twenty twelve, according to this, they didn't grow up drinking
as much soda, so to them it isn't like a
big at you I know oh sorry nineteen ninety five, and.
Speaker 5 (19:19):
That's Sorriott nineteen ninety seven to twenty twelve. They've never
opened up a can of what bass?
Speaker 2 (19:24):
Yeah? Turned over to cheat cheaty? What you were you born?
Speaker 9 (19:27):
Nineteen ninety seven?
Speaker 6 (19:28):
Have you ever opened up a can?
Speaker 10 (19:29):
Have that?
Speaker 5 (19:30):
There? You God?
Speaker 6 (19:33):
Have you ever heard that expression?
Speaker 2 (19:34):
I have?
Speaker 6 (19:35):
Okay, my god?
Speaker 1 (19:41):
The hottest thing.
Speaker 13 (19:43):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the bay.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
So ray J is finally out of the hospital. Looks
like he was discharged.
Speaker 7 (19:56):
Yesterday, possibly the day before, if you don't know.
Speaker 2 (19:59):
He checked himself after his MMA fight on Saturday where
he got knocked out. Apparently he did stuff for a
concussion and he was getting kind of scurred because his
heart rate was slow in and so they kept him
there in the hospital for a few days until now. Obviously,
here's what I don't get, because again, ray you said
you were dying. You said your heart was functioning at
(20:21):
twenty five percent, So why are you doing MMA fights?
Sources say ray J was medically cleared to partake in
this fight. He underwent an extensive medical evaluation by independent
doctors and the Fights Athletic Commission, and everyone said he
was good to go.
Speaker 7 (20:37):
He was good to fight.
Speaker 5 (20:38):
So I don't know.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Something is just not adding up here. I'm very skeptical.
Speaker 6 (20:44):
Yeah, me too.
Speaker 5 (20:45):
We can't trust anything comes out of ray J's mount No,
we don't. We can't trust his account of any of this,
and then we need the full medical account. But you know,
right that part, you don't really have to know that
to us, please.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
Tina Fey is a Timothy Challamy's man spreading. Do you
remember last month we talked about Kylie Jenner and Timmy
Timothy Shaalomy at the next game and they were seated
next to Ben Stiller, and Tina Fey was there and
Tracy Morgan. So I didn't notice this at the time,
but poor Tina Fey, she was in between Timmy and
Tracy and the man spreading. Oh my god, she had
(21:22):
to sit like a pencil. Go look at the picture
on our Instagram story. JB Morning Show.
Speaker 6 (21:27):
Oh my god, I'm comfortable.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
At least we thought well. Tina was on the New
Heights podcast this week. You know that's Travis Kelcey and
Jason Kelce's podcast.
Speaker 7 (21:37):
And they asked her about this.
Speaker 14 (21:38):
I should start by saying that Timothy shallow mate was
nothing but lovely, super friendly, And it was until the
next day that I saw all these man spreading things.
Speaker 12 (21:47):
But I will.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
Say, You've got to remember, for every amount that.
Speaker 14 (21:52):
He's sitting like this and man spreading, I'm doing the opposite.
Speaker 7 (21:55):
I got a big old can Timothy front, A big
old cam was taken the back.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Now I'm like, wait, does Tina Fey have some junk
in the trunk?
Speaker 7 (22:06):
She does a little bit.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
Why are you saying, yeah, you knew this.
Speaker 5 (22:10):
I watched thirty Rock Fantastic show.
Speaker 7 (22:13):
Yeah it's a bottle back there does it call it that?
Speaker 5 (22:16):
But don't don't know a can of whoop ass on that?
Speaker 3 (22:20):
Also, that means kind of were balancing each other out,
as she's saying, so like he was open in the front,
but she was like taking up the entire back careful.
Speaker 2 (22:27):
Yeah, she got a little booty on her.
Speaker 5 (22:31):
We've talked about the man spreading before. Some guys take
it to a level that's just ridiculous. But I've also
explained that just anatomically, guys we like have to man
spread just a little bit. It's just because of the
apparatus that we've got attached to us there, and it
just you can't smush your legs. You can't do it.
You can't sit like Tina Face sit in this picture.
It just like you can't.
Speaker 7 (22:53):
How can some guys sit with their legs crossed?
Speaker 5 (22:56):
You can sit with your legs crossed that and again
i'd have to draw you a diagram of why it's
not smushed at that point.
Speaker 2 (23:04):
Well, you draw a diagram, so then why don't commercials?
Speaker 5 (23:09):
Sitting with your legs cross is not that comfortable a
situation for most guys, Like it kind of hurts your
knee or your hip or whatever. Like it's not that comfortable.
You can do it for short periods of time.
Speaker 7 (23:19):
I mean us too.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
Yeah, we can't do it forever. It hurts, but we
have to because you guys are taking up all the space.
Speaker 5 (23:26):
But I'm just telling you, you cannot, as a guy,
sit there with your thighs mushed together like Tina Fey
is in this picture. You're absolutely something in there is
just getting completely smashed. So you have to I'm not
saying you have to man spread with your knees way
far apart like that, but you, your legs have to
sit with some level of separation in them. It's just
(23:47):
it's it's it's anatomy.
Speaker 7 (23:49):
Okay, hmm, I still want that diagram.
Speaker 5 (23:53):
I could, because if your legs are crossed, then the
thing can drop on.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Why more guys cross their legs then, just because I
just that it's not Comfort's say it's the same thing.
Speaker 5 (24:02):
It's just it's not that comfortable to do for extended
periods of time.
Speaker 7 (24:06):
No, but we're saying it's the same thing for us.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
So imagine if everybody just crossed their legs just for
a little bit, all at the same time. Everyone would
be like.
Speaker 5 (24:13):
If you want to coordinate a mass stadium leg crossing,
I go for it. But I don't see that working, Grahama,
what do you have? All right? Blue Origin tried launching
their new Glen rocket last night, and oh no, it
did not go well. Blue Origin is Jeff Bezos's space company,
and they've been in a constant space race with Elon
Musk and his company SpaceX for who's going to control
(24:36):
the future of space travel and space tourism for that matter. Well,
last night's launch was going to be an uncrude mission.
It was going to be to deliver a bunch of
satellites for Bezos' own sort of. He wants to have
his own rival satellite internet company to Elon Musk's starlink. Well,
the three hundred and twenty foot tall New Glen rocket,
it ignited there on the launch pad and then it
(24:57):
just exploded into a massive fireball. It said it shook
nearby houses. It was such a big explosion. Blue Origin
confirmed it and experienced quote and anomaly during the hot
liars they fire up the rocket before. It wasn't during
the actual launch, but that anomaly caused the whole thing
to blow up into a giant fireball. Musk said in
(25:20):
a post on social media. Very rough day, but we'll
rebuild whatever needs rebuilding and get back to flying. It's
worth it. Too early to know the root cause.
Speaker 6 (25:30):
And billions of dollars are going into this right.
Speaker 5 (25:32):
I love their explanations every time. I remember when Elon
Musk had one of the SpaceX rockets blow up and
he said it experienced unscheduled rapid disassembly or something. It's
like bro it blew up. Elon Muskin's going to offer
his condolences on X last night, he said, quote. Sorry
to see this. I hope you recover quickly. Most unfortunate
(25:53):
rockets are hard. Just billionaires just talking to each other
about a billionaire stuff.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
All right, thank you, Grammy.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine and.

I just have a quick show.
Speaker 3 (26:33):
I have a quick shout out to everybody that showed
up to my event yesterday. I was at Carrington College,

of a gloomy day. It was kind of rainy, so
I was like, maybe nobody's gonna show up. But our
listeners still show out and I appreciate every single one
of you.
Speaker 6 (26:48):
And we gave out a ton of chuck mugs.

him from my car.
Speaker 6 (26:55):
You guys.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
But he made us all these super cute three D
printed magnets with our name on them.
Speaker 6 (27:02):
They're super cute. So I'll give those to you once
I go get them from my call.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
Thank you advance. Yeah, all right, let's kick off what
the bleeper?
Speaker 7 (27:09):
You can win a JV show chug mug.

the talkback Michael iHeart a Radio app.
Speaker 7 (27:17):
Are you guys ready for today's clip?
Speaker 2 (27:19):

Speaker 7 (27:22):
To have with you at least once in a while,
won't hurt whoa?
Speaker 5 (27:27):
I I think it's a fair assessment.
Speaker 6 (27:29):
Thank you. But you don't want them to be doing
that with everyone?
Speaker 10 (27:32):
Do you?
Speaker 5 (27:34):
Probably part of the job.
Speaker 2 (27:35):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (27:36):
Yeah, I don't get jealous.
Speaker 7 (27:37):
I think I would.
Speaker 5 (27:38):
Okay, all right, think about what that bleeped out word
could be. Come on, let's win you a JV show
chug mug on this Friday. Whip out your iHeartRadio app,
hit that talkback mike button while you're streaming us here
on Wild ninety four nine, after you've set us as
your number one prese out of course, because you want
us to stay employed through the rest of twenty twenty six.
Once you leave your guests on that talkback, leave your also,
(27:59):
I should say, leave your name and your city. We
want to be able to shout you out. A first
correct answer the morning is the only one that wins
that chugmund Right. The guess is in.
Speaker 7 (28:06):
Yeah, we're gonna play some of those first talk back
coming up.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
The JV show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (28:11):
Right now, we're playing to what the bleep? Where you
can win a JV show Chugmuh. You just got to
be the first person to guest today's bleep thatt word
correctly as always me think you know what that word is?
Leave your guests on the talkback mic on the iHeartRadio app.
First person to get it right is winning the chug Mound.
Speaker 7 (28:24):
Here's today's clification, Miss Tip.
Speaker 2 (28:26):
I think everyone should want a boss that wants to
have with you at least once.
Speaker 7 (28:31):
In a while, won't hurt.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
I don't know, no, well, at least well I don't.
Speaker 7 (28:36):
Yeah, I think you would want that, Okay.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
Jess, Remember see what they look like because a family show.
Speaker 7 (28:42):
Is that word is something clean? I promise you. Let's
go to your guesses.
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Morning JV Show.
Speaker 16 (28:46):
This is Sarah from Pacifica. I think the bleep that
word is drinks. Maybe should have drinks with.
Speaker 10 (28:51):
Your bross every once in a while.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
Anyways, Happy Friday. I don't know. That's not me.
Speaker 5 (28:57):
Dangerous in what way?
Speaker 2 (28:59):
Like some bosses out there that might be like, I
don't know, groomy, oh, someone for some type of relationship.
I don't know, got it?
Speaker 17 (29:07):
Hi JV Shaw. It's Rilie from Hayway. And I think
the bleeped out way is coffee.
Speaker 10 (29:13):
Thank you?
Speaker 5 (29:14):
Yeah, coffee with you? But all these things sound nice
going out for drinks of the boss Like it sounds
like like a good time. We're going out for coffee,
and then when it comes time to actually do it,
you're like, that's the last thing in the world I
want to do right now is leave my house to
go back to hang out with my boss.
Speaker 16 (29:29):
It's Charles from San Jose.
Speaker 18 (29:30):
Is a bleeped out word lunch?
Speaker 5 (29:33):
All right, guys, have a good day, come.
Speaker 2 (29:35):
On free lunch. I'm here for that.
Speaker 7 (29:37):
That sounds nice.
Speaker 5 (29:38):
I was supposed to get a free lunch yesterday. We
had a big two hour work session yesterday and I
was like, well, I'm just here. I just got to
make it to the end of this two hours. I'm
really tired, but there's a free lunch at the end
of it. And then my boss was like, oh, I
forgot to send the link you were supposed to order
the food I did. I forgot to put the link
in there, so and I was like, that's okay. I
(29:59):
have a apple in my car from three days. Yeah,
so I just beat my sad apple my drive home
when I thought I was getting a free life.
Speaker 1 (30:08):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 7 (30:11):
We are playing what the Belief for? You have to
be the first person.
Speaker 2 (30:13):
The guest today's bleeps out word correctly as always when
you think you know what that word is, leave your
guys on the talkback Mike on the iHeartRadio app. First
person to get it right is winning today's JV Show.
Chuck mug here's today's clip the case you missed it.
I think everyone should want a boss that wants to
have with you at least once in a while, won't
hurt right, Just once in a while, maybe once a month.
Speaker 5 (30:33):
I get like where, like you duck into a closet.
Speaker 2 (30:35):
Anywhere at the office.
Speaker 5 (30:37):
Oh, I mean in the car. I'm talking about car.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
Yeah, Okay, let's go to your guests. Remember this is
a family show.
Speaker 4 (30:43):
Good Morning JV Show.
Speaker 5 (30:44):
This is Mondo from San Jose. I believe the bleeped
out word is karaoke.
Speaker 17 (30:50):
Everyone wants a karaoke with their boss.
Speaker 19 (30:52):
Also, is Selena's real name not Selena.
Speaker 5 (30:56):
It's too early for this.
Speaker 7 (30:57):
It's way too early for this.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
Moving on.
Speaker 5 (31:01):
My mind's blown. Good Morning JV Show.
Speaker 18 (31:04):
This is Who's from San Francisco, and I think the
bleep word today is friendship.
Speaker 5 (31:11):
Wants to have a friendship sweet?
Speaker 3 (31:14):
Yeah, want to be until they have to fire you
and that ends everything.
Speaker 2 (31:21):
The business will come first.
Speaker 5 (31:22):
Pie.
Speaker 17 (31:23):
My name is Jackson from San Francisco, and I think
the bleeped out word is jokes.
Speaker 5 (31:28):
Yah has a joke that's a very popular.
Speaker 7 (31:31):
Guess, but not the right one.
Speaker 19 (31:33):
Good Morning JV Show.
Speaker 17 (31:34):
This is a Lexus from Stockton, and my guess feel
like that word is fun.
Speaker 7 (31:39):
Fun there it is, all right, So here's today's clip.
Speaker 9 (31:42):
Unbelieve.
Speaker 2 (31:42):
I think everyone should want a boss that wants to
have fun with you at least once in a while
won't hurt. Like if you have a boss that is
actually going to try to make meetings fun, Like you
have to be in a meeting or whatever, they're going
to bring some food, maybe some Starbe's or something like that. Hey,
we don't have that here. I'm just saying I like that.
Speaker 5 (32:01):
So you're a definition of fun as a boss that
brings you a bunch of free stuff.
Speaker 7 (32:04):
Yeah, back food, Yeah.
Speaker 5 (32:06):
Coffee, That does sound fun. I am here for that.
All right, let's go some shoutouts. First, you heard Alexis
and Stockton right there with the first Cruck answer the
morning sho get yourself a brand new JV show, Chuckbug
at JV Show number one in Stockton. I just checked
this one and dominate Stockton totally bent, stalked it over
and gave it to him on the Lost Ratans Quarter Show.
(32:27):
Oh sorry. A lot of other people came to the
Crekt answer this morning last shout him out. Our buddy,
Kyle and Mantica had it, so did the Lauria Morgan Hill,
Naomi and South San Francis. No, what's up? Naomi? What's up?
Josh and Gilroy had it. Rebecca and Concord came with
the correct answer, so that our buddy Leo and San Jose,
Julie in Bay Point have a great weekend, Julie, Jackson
and San Francisco. Did you just leave that one? Other guests?
But then he came back with the other guess I
(32:48):
think that was Jackson. Heyes, and Morgan Hill had it,
so did Jessica and Pittsburgh, Vanessa and Dublin, Marie in
Pleasant Hill, Jenna in South City, Sofia and conquered Julian
Valley Springs at JV show number one out in Valley Springs.
I mean there's only ten people that live there, but
still that's a big deal. Emily and Heyward came with
the correct answer, So did Sure Refa in Richmond. Anyone
else I'm missing with the last minute guests, No, just
(33:08):
I did want to highlight one guest that I saw
come in as from our buddy Colleen in Redwood City.
She guessed lunch, which was one of the other that
was probably the far and away the most popular guests
this morning. But she said on her talk back you
guys that this was probably her last day listening to
us because she's retiring. That's what I want to know,
what does that have to do with listening to us,
(33:30):
because we are still available to listen to whether or
not you are going to work, Which is a good
reminder for everybody that's about to start sleeping in a
little bit.
Speaker 7 (33:38):
Summer at your alarms for six am and wake up
and just sit.
Speaker 5 (33:41):
There and listen to us, because we'll still be here,
ye putting on.
Speaker 7 (33:44):
A damn good show summer break.
Speaker 5 (33:46):
Yeah, so we appreciate everyone that will continue to listen
to us to retire us us. Thanks a lot for
rubbing in Redwood City. But congrats on your retirement.
Speaker 7 (33:56):
You can still podcast the show yes on the iHeartRadio.
Speaker 5 (33:59):
Please do there you go the JV Show on Wild
ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (34:03):
Let's welcome Carlos to the show.
Speaker 5 (34:05):
Good morning, Carlos, Good morning. Or one.
Speaker 2 (34:09):
What are you planned for this weekend?
Speaker 5 (34:11):
Not much far one of the beach, if anything on
the boardwalk.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Yeah, so it's supposed to actually be nice this weekend, Jess,
you promise.
Speaker 6 (34:17):
Especially Sunday. Go on Sunday.
Speaker 2 (34:19):
Okay, so expect the opposite because whatever it just says,
the opposite will happen.
Speaker 5 (34:23):
In terms of one, bring parka and an umbrella to
the board.
Speaker 2 (34:30):
Carlos, we are going to ask you for trivia questions inside.
Are you up?
Speaker 5 (34:34):
Nope?
Speaker 2 (34:34):
Game, You just have to get three corrected. If you
can do that, you are winning tickets for the NOMA.
Here we go. Question number one, mine coins are the
currency you would use for purchases in what video games marketplace?
Speaker 7 (34:47):
Mine coins?
Speaker 5 (34:50):
I'm gonna say Minecraft Jump. That's correct. Our kid asked
me daily for mine coins. I'm just like, no, bro,
I'm not a mine coin ADM. That's all he wants,
all right. Question number two? Question number two, if you
want to go see the iconic cracked Liberty Bell, what
US city must you travel to? Philadelphia?
Speaker 2 (35:13):
Yep, that's right on a roll, Carlos, who's question number three?
In NBA basketball, if a player is fouled while attempting
a layup and they did not make their shot in
the process, how many free throws are they awarded.
Speaker 17 (35:27):
You shot?
Speaker 12 (35:28):
Yep?
Speaker 2 (35:29):
Do you have to know everything?
Speaker 5 (35:32):
I made the questions easy for a Friday. We need
a Friday winner, right, He's already won the game.
Speaker 17 (35:36):
Appreciate it.
Speaker 5 (35:37):
Question number four, Just for funsies, Let's see if you
can get this one. Mister smarty pants. Question four, Kuwait
City is the capital city of what Middle Eastern country? Iraq? Oh,
that's actually just Kuwait City is the capital of Kuwait.
Dot Cha, what's your question?
Speaker 1 (35:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (36:00):
It does the matter though, because you still got these chickens.
Speaker 12 (36:03):

Speaker 7 (40:01):
Okay, I'll take that.
Speaker 5 (40:02):
We need that. But congrats on the retirement and you
listening to us live. She still could listen to us live.
Speaker 6 (40:08):
Still still be your alarm?
Speaker 5 (40:10):
Yeah, I mean I might still have some laughs with
us and like still play along with what the Bleep
Game and other stuff like, but whatever, I mean, I guess.
Speaker 2 (40:16):
You know who gives as They always act different once
they retire, you know, Yeah.
Speaker 6 (40:21):
She's gonna ghost us.
Speaker 7 (40:23):
Graham, what do you having's like? Today's had is trendy.
Speaker 5 (40:24):
Berry Man says he listed his house for rent on
Airbnb and it ended up getting trash. But you will
never guess who is responsible for doing that trash.
Speaker 2 (40:32):
All right, we'll find.
Speaker 13 (40:33):
Out that the hottest it's all the stuff you need
to know, what's hot in music, movies, shows and the
most talked about stories happening today in.
Speaker 2 (40:44):
The So j Low might be back in contact with
an X now. I know we talked earlier this week
about her allegedly dating like a co star from her
upcoming Netflix movie Office Romance. I mean whether or not
that is all just like for press, I don't know.
But listen to these new reports. Okay, she has been
in contact with not Ben Affleck, Mark Anthony, not Mark
(41:08):
Anthony A Rod. Remember they dated for a few years,
They even got engaged. They were engaged for two years,
but then he allegedly cheated on her with some girl
from Summerhouse and they ended things in twenty twenty one. Well,
Arod just got out of a three year relationship and
sources are saying he reached out to j Lo and
(41:28):
he wants a second chance. Apparently he never fully got
over her. She met everything to him, and he's not
pretending the past didn't happen. But he misses her and
he wants to He wants to rebuild, he wants another chance.
Speaker 5 (41:41):
Who did he look up? Was from Summerhouse. I'm totally blank.
Speaker 2 (41:44):
I don't remember her name. I have no idea. I've
also never watched that.
Speaker 6 (41:48):
You think that she'll give him a second check?
Speaker 2 (41:50):
I don't ask For j Loo's side, The source says
that Jennifer is much more guarded after her divorce from
Ben again. She's much more guarded and imally centered, so
she's open to, like, you know, being peace full with him,
but she's also not shutting the door completely.
Speaker 5 (42:08):
I think it was Southern Charmin. I was like, I
don't remember anyone somehow Madison from Yes another great show
that you guys should be watching.
Speaker 2 (42:20):
Watch all those Yeah, are you guys here for no
me either? Do you think it'll happen? I don't think
it's going to happen. I don't know.
Speaker 5 (42:28):
I have no I don't know. Her spectacular relationship failures
in my mind. You know, we said I said this
the other day, like sometimes you look in the mirror,
maybe the problems you maybe not in her case with
a Rod if he cheated on her, But like all
these failed relationships, I kind of think it's her so
if and a Rod seems to be just a great
(42:49):
a jerk by all accounts, so like the two of them,
in my mind, are.
Speaker 2 (42:53):
For each other. There's a clip from Chloe Kardashian's podcast
that is going viral where she reveals that she forced
Tristan Thompson to get a vasectomy. Well, so, Chloe dropped
this new episode of her Chloe in Wonderland podcast yesterday
with her baby daddy Tristan as this week's guest. Nobody
cares about most of what they talked about, her usual
(43:13):
except for this.
Speaker 5 (43:14):
I already have enough baby momas.
Speaker 2 (43:15):
I don't want no more he has. He has three,
by the way, and that's including Chloe.
Speaker 5 (43:19):
Yeah, and who helped you fix that decision? That was me? Yeh.
Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me. Yeah. Yeah.
Sometimes you gotta lay them on the table.
Speaker 2 (43:39):
Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision.
So she's admitting she forced him to get the little
snip snippery down there.
Speaker 6 (43:49):
And he's probably thanking her for this the best.
Speaker 2 (43:52):
But I feel like you can't force anybody to do
something to their body.
Speaker 3 (43:55):
Yeah, I mean she didn't take the scalpel and like, yeah,
cut into he.
Speaker 5 (44:00):
Still has free will. At the end of the day,
he could have chosen chosen not to do it.
Speaker 2 (44:04):
But I guess a lot of people were like, well,
what if he wants to have more kids and it
is a reversible procedure. Very true, most guys don't want
to go through that again.
Speaker 5 (44:15):
No once is enough. Whose podcast was that we were
listening to the Choees? Wow, what I know? What in
the Yeah, oh that sounds terrible.
Speaker 2 (44:23):
She also has frozen embryos. So Tristan is like, if
I do want more kids, it's going to be with you,
and she was like, actually, we also made sure to
save some of your sample as well. So if you
did get into another relationship and your wife wanted kids,
like you still can. Now you can leave me out
of this. Yeah, yeah, Graham, what do you have?
Speaker 5 (44:43):
Lardy barriot Man said that he often rents out his
house here in San Francisco on Airbnb, but he might
be thinking twice about doing it going forward because the
last time he got booked it suffered more than twelve
thousand dollars in damages. He said his family's heirloom antique
dining table was broken, there were chipped bathroom tiles, stained
sheets and damage, coffee table and credenza, a scratched washing machine,
(45:03):
and even his shoes and shoe rack were just completely missing,
and they were in a locked closet that was not
supposed to be opened. Not to mention that everything he
said in the kitchen, cabinets and drawers were all completely rearranged.
Everything had been put away, just in a totally different
place than it started from, which seemed is incredibly annoying.
Now to who did all this, it was a robot
(45:25):
what I mean, a robotics company that's developing robots for
doing household chores apparently rented the house and unbeknownst to
the homeowner, they clearly used his place as a testing
ground for their bot. And I guess it's still got
a lot of kids, it still has a lot of
kings to work out because it's not too good at
completing all the task. But maybe the next time round
(45:47):
it'll be better. But it did all these damages. He's
filed a lawsuit to try to recoup the money from
all the all the damages not hilarious. I mean, the
future is here. We got robots renting your Airbnb now
and they're terrible.
Speaker 2 (46:04):
Yeah, we still got some I think we still got
some time before robots take over.
Speaker 7 (46:11):
And I'll take that.
Speaker 1 (46:12):
The JV Show on Wild ninety.
Speaker 2 (46:15):
Where the JV Show.
Speaker 7 (46:16):
I'm Selena, I'm justin, I'm ten.
Speaker 17 (46:18):
Good morning, the birds aren't chirping.
Speaker 5 (46:28):
Happy Friday.
Speaker 2 (46:35):
Before we get to your information possibly being stolen again, Graham,
did you guys see this roller coaster that got stuck
in Galveston, Texas, yes yesterday.
Speaker 7 (46:47):
If you have not seen this video, you have to.
I don't care. If you're driving, pull over right now
while you're driving, don't care. Go watch this video.
Speaker 2 (46:55):
Don't do that. By the way, JV Morning Show. It's
on our Instagram story. They all are stuck like it's
like a vertical like a vertical ramp and they're stuck there.
I just read that this happened. The ride like stopped
at five twenty local time. They weren't successfully removed until
around nine o'clock at night. They're up there for hours
(47:18):
and look at the position they were stuck out.
Speaker 5 (47:21):
So they're like it's like sitting in a recliner basically there,
but all the way back with it.
Speaker 2 (47:27):
And at the very timy top of a roller coaster.
Speaker 5 (47:30):
Yeah, they're there, and you know, yeah, you know it got.
Speaker 6 (47:33):
Cold up there because you could see the water underneath, and.
Speaker 5 (47:35):
It's like, oh my, that's got to be one of
the biggest move over running out of gas on the Baby.
Speaker 2 (47:42):
Breast, even when you yeah, I know, even when you
look at the video of the firefighters rescuing them, like
they're having an unbuckle and then like and then catch
the person.
Speaker 5 (47:52):
Yeah, because they're damn near upside down.
Speaker 2 (47:54):
Yeah, there's no way the person could just step off
the ride. They're having to like catch the person so
they don't fall to the ground and then put them
in that whatever that thing's called. I can't think of
it right now.
Speaker 5 (48:05):
I mean, you're stuck there. You going live on your
Instagram TikTok.
Speaker 6 (48:09):
Well, yeah, because I don't know if it's my last moment.
Speaker 2 (48:11):
Yeah, I think I want to say my battery, to
call my family, to say my goodbyes.
Speaker 6 (48:14):
But then what if your phone falls?
Speaker 2 (48:16):
Oh that's true. Your phone supposed to have your phone
on roller coaster.
Speaker 5 (48:19):
So it could be in your pocket though, right, I
always had mine in my pocket America.
Speaker 2 (48:25):
It's secured.
Speaker 7 (48:26):
But if they see you with your phone up, they
make you put it away.
Speaker 5 (48:28):
Well, I'm pretty sure I'm going to bend the rules
in this instance. I've been stuck upside down for three hours?
Speaker 2 (48:34):
Isn't that so scary?
Speaker 7 (48:35):
Go look at that video, Jab Morning Show. It's on
our Instagram story. All right, Graham, all right, So.
Speaker 5 (48:39):
We talked about this a couple of months ago. I
was driving in one morning to get gas before work
because I live at the gas station because my old
ass car just I just burned through so much gas
in my long community anyways, and I had tapped my
card to pay, and the machine actually kind of weird,
and then the words data duplicated popped up on the
screen and everybody trying and then they're like, dude, you've
(49:01):
been hacked. Your information's out there in the dark web.
You've been scammed, you know, the whole thing. And everyone's like,
you need to cancel that card, you need to call
your credit agency. And I use the wait and see approach.
I'll just wait and see if anything happens. And you guys,
that nothing happened on that happened. Nothing happened on that
credit card, No suspicious charges, no nothing.
Speaker 2 (49:18):
Okay, but it's still up for sale on the black
market probably, but.
Speaker 5 (49:21):
Nobody wants I get Well, I do have a phenomenal
credit sCOD but I don't.
Speaker 2 (49:25):
Know, like they don't show that because everyone would be
trying to buy it bids.
Speaker 5 (49:29):
There'd be bids for it anyways, And I had went
ahead and used that machine regardless, and I just scanned
a different credit card and then that one worked, and
then I filled up my car, and everyone's like, you're
an idiot, why would you do that? You're you're scammed. Well,
I went to the same gas station yesterday morning on
my way into work. I'm not going to say which
gas station is it.
Speaker 7 (49:50):
You don't just say which one, But is it like
one of those bigger names.
Speaker 5 (49:52):
It's in American Canyon, right on Highway twenty nine.
Speaker 6 (49:56):
Smell Marco.
Speaker 5 (49:59):
Nope, it actually rhymes with baff way. Oh that's that's
not a real word. But anyways, and so here I am.
I tapped my card again, same exact credit card as
the one before, and then the lights don't It doesn't
immediately be.
Speaker 2 (50:17):
Was it the same pump?
Speaker 5 (50:18):
Or I now go to a different pump every time
because I was like, oh, maybe that was the one
that somebody scamming me on. So I went to a
different pump. I scan my card and next thing, you know,
data duplicated again. I was like, this is getting a
little redundant. You've now copy a copy of my information.
He now got it again. WHOA, what the what in
the hell are you not by this? It's a little unnerving,
(50:39):
Like I said, the first time when it happened, and
now the second time, but since nothing happened the first time,
I guess I'm but it's.
Speaker 2 (50:45):
Still not normal, like I have, I get gassed twice
a week and this has never happened to me ever
in my whole life.
Speaker 5 (50:51):
I mean, has it happened to anybody else that's gone
to that gas station again? It's in American Canyon on
twenty nine, very popular gas station. They got good prices,
so that's why I go. I'm just curious or anybody
that worked that's like a tech that works on these pumps, Like,
what the hell is happening there?
Speaker 2 (51:07):
I don't think you need to.
Speaker 5 (51:08):
Go again and then can just test it and then
because I'm too lazy then to pull to another pump,
and of course, you know this is at five in
the morning or whatever. I just scanned the card again
and then the next time it worked, I started pumping gats.
I didn't go to another gas station. Ain't nobody got
time for that?
Speaker 7 (51:25):
Is there someone working there that you can go in
there and ask?
Speaker 5 (51:27):
No, it's all dark at that point.
Speaker 2 (51:29):
Oh yeah, at least just me.
Speaker 5 (51:32):
Anyways, So my data has now been duplicated. It's a
duplicate of a duplicate, I think you.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
I mean if it was me, I would go back
during the day, Yeah, and I would go in there
and be like, this has happened to me twice. Now,
what does this mean? Like, are you guys stealing my information?
Is there like one of those skimmy things on here?
Speaker 5 (51:47):
I think about that when I drive by my way home,
But that place is so packed at that time, there's
just lines of cars there, and I'm just like, ain't
nobody got time for that? I want to go home. Well,
I don't find you guys and tell it a lot.
Speaker 6 (52:00):
Yeah, yeah, I don't think this is fine.
Speaker 5 (52:02):
Whatever, it's a duplicate of a duplicate. Now at this point,
the next time it gets duplicated, that's going to be
the time. Okay, I'm gonna still employ the wait and
see it approach, wait and see if anything.
Speaker 9 (52:13):
Happens by that time, it's gonna be too late.
Speaker 2 (52:15):
Yeah, how do we find Graham's information? I would like
his credit? I would love phenomenal?
Speaker 7 (52:21):
Right now, Like, how how do we.
Speaker 2 (52:23):
Get to the dark web to find grams specifically?
Speaker 3 (52:26):
Is I don't think we can afford it, though, if
we're biddy go for I.
Speaker 5 (52:31):
Feel like that one's got to be up there for
a lot. Again. Credit score phenomenal.
Speaker 2 (52:34):
But do they know you think when they have your information,
they like run it through a checker and they can
see like how much credit you have, the score.
Speaker 7 (52:39):
And all that.
Speaker 5 (52:40):
I don't know. I thought they just use your information
to buy stuff. I thought, And I thought I'd be
getting some charges for, like, you know, a set of
tires in Florida or something. And then and then I
just decline, that's not me. And then you get a
new card.
Speaker 8 (52:53):
I know, I know some people use it for flights
and stuff and sell those so large they're so expensive.
Speaker 7 (53:00):
Yeah, all right, well sucks for you, Graham. We'll see
hope that happened.
Speaker 1 (53:04):
We will see the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 19 (53:08):
Hi, JV Show, This is Lena from Sonjosey, and I
want to shut out my son Moses. Today's is last
day of school and I am so proud of what
he has accomplished throughout the whole year. Sadly they are
closing his school and he has to go to another school,
but I told him I wish him the best and
he will make new friends. Good luck, Moses, I love you,
(53:30):
have a wonderful day.
Speaker 2 (53:32):
I have a great day.
Speaker 5 (53:33):
Yeah, congrats Moses on the last day. And then why
the school closure?
Speaker 2 (53:36):
We have an idea it was.
Speaker 5 (53:38):
All Moses's fault.
Speaker 7 (53:40):
That's the idea I had.
Speaker 5 (53:41):
That's what it sounded like from the talk back. But
either way, I hope you have a great last day
ever at that school, that you.
Speaker 7 (53:47):
Really have an awesome summer.
Speaker 5 (53:48):
I'm kidding.
Speaker 2 (53:50):
All right, let's go to the phone so Wild for nine.
Speaker 5 (53:53):
Hi.
Speaker 2 (53:53):
This David David. Yeah, David your Color twenty Welcome, Welcome
to the j Show.
Speaker 7 (54:00):
You got We're doubletop on prizes this morning. You got
a chug mug and.
Speaker 3 (54:05):
Tickets for Louis Tomlinson for June six, which is nice.
Speaker 2 (54:08):
All right, So David, here's what we need from you.
You're gonna stay on and you're gonna play our chug
Wheel game along with us.
Speaker 7 (54:14):
Let me explain how this works.
Speaker 2 (54:15):
So yesterday we sent Jess out to the streets and
she asked a random person eight questions. So, David, we're
gonna go through each question one by one and we're
gonna stop down and if you can guess what that
person on the street said correctly, you get a point.
Speaker 7 (54:27):
Once you get to four points, you win the game.
Speaker 2 (54:29):
And that means one of us here in studio is
going to be doing some chug in Okay, all right, Graham,
really quick?
Speaker 7 (54:35):
What is on the chug Wheel this week?
Speaker 5 (54:36):
This week's featured item on the chug Wheel from last
week and on this week Tuna Punch. It's a Hawaiian
punch mixed with tuna juice. Tuna punch. We also have
Culture Pop sod on there. It's the orange Mandingo coffee
with olive oil. Starbucks took it off their menu. We
put it on ours. Pumpkin puree. I don't know why
I found it. Old Dusty came under the days.
Speaker 7 (54:56):
It's like September.
Speaker 5 (54:57):
Yeah, that's fine. It's in a cannon. It'll be fun.
Low wing sauce. We have the soup du jour, which
has definitely been here for way too long. It's a
hardy beef and barley stew or something like that. And
then we have dealer's choice. If you land on that space,
you can pick any of those delicious items to chug.
Speaker 2 (55:10):
Oh my god. All right, David, are you ready to play?
All right, let's find out who just talked to Haines.
Speaker 9 (55:17):
What was her name?
Speaker 6 (55:18):
Haynes?
Speaker 2 (55:18):
Haynes, San Francisco. All right, here we go. Question number one, David,
listen up.
Speaker 6 (55:24):
Have you seen the Michael Jackson movie?
Speaker 2 (55:26):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (55:27):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (55:27):
Or no? Has he seen the Michael Jackson movie?
Speaker 5 (55:30):
Yes? David on the board quickly.
Speaker 3 (55:35):
Next question, excitement level for the World Cup on a
scale of one to five, five being the most excited.
Speaker 5 (55:42):
David. What do you think Haynes said about his excitement
level for the World Cup? His name was Haynes like
the underwor yes?
Speaker 4 (55:52):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (55:54):
Not?
Speaker 7 (55:55):
On the scale.
Speaker 9 (55:59):
One?
Speaker 5 (56:01):
You're closer.
Speaker 2 (56:02):
Next question, David, I need you to actually listen to
this one. Okay, cool or not? Jean Jackets, what do
you think you said cool or not cool?
Speaker 1 (56:12):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (56:13):
Not cool? No, no, not at all. No, Oh my god,
it's too correct for David at the moment. Next question, can.
Speaker 3 (56:23):
You name one current member of the JV show?
Speaker 5 (56:26):
David?
Speaker 1 (56:26):
What do you think?
Speaker 5 (56:26):
Haynes said? Can you name one member current member of
the JV Show?
Speaker 7 (56:31):
Well, I learned that default answers always know, so I'm
gonna go.
Speaker 2 (56:33):
No, yes, yes, Oh, this has never happened before.
Speaker 5 (56:40):
Wow, what a nice compliment. Who was he able to name.
Speaker 9 (56:42):
Jess ah you?
Speaker 5 (56:44):
Yeah, even a bigger compliment on this Friday.
Speaker 2 (56:48):
Just to recap, how many points does David have so far?
Speaker 5 (56:50):
He has two correct and two incorrect?
Speaker 2 (56:52):
All right?
Speaker 3 (56:52):
Next question, when did you graduate high school in the
twenty tens, before twenty ten or in the twenty twenties?
Speaker 7 (57:00):
All right, what do you think you said before twenty twenty?
Speaker 3 (57:02):
Oh my god, before twenty ten and the.
Speaker 2 (57:05):
Twenty tens or in the twenty twenties. Why that's so
hard to.
Speaker 5 (57:09):
Say twenty tens. I'll say before twenty ten. Oh before before.
Speaker 7 (57:16):
No, wonder he likes Jeene Jackets.
Speaker 2 (57:19):
He doesn't like Yeah, it doesn't doesn't like him?
Speaker 5 (57:22):
Yeah, all right, Next question.
Speaker 6 (57:24):
After a breakup.
Speaker 3 (57:25):
Do you delete pictures of that person in your phone
right away?
Speaker 6 (57:28):
Or hang on to them?
Speaker 5 (57:30):
David, what do you think Hayden said, hold onto the
pictures or delete them? Delete them?
Speaker 18 (57:34):
I would say, hang on, hang on to them.
Speaker 5 (57:36):
Interesting. What about you guys quickly around the room? I
think you got to delete immediately.
Speaker 2 (57:43):
I always hang on to them.
Speaker 6 (57:44):
You have to for a little bit.
Speaker 7 (57:45):
Yeah, what why are you Yeah?
Speaker 2 (57:48):
Because I always take you back.
Speaker 5 (57:49):
Yeah. Good point. All right, I'm not going to sugarcoat it. David.
You've got four incorrect here. You got to get the
next two questions correct to get that chug wheel spinning.
Speaker 2 (58:00):
All right, here we go.
Speaker 6 (58:01):
Have you clogged a toilet in the last year?
Speaker 2 (58:04):
I couldn't say that with the straight face.
Speaker 5 (58:05):
Great question.
Speaker 2 (58:06):
All right, David, has he clogged a toilet in the
last year?
Speaker 5 (58:11):
No, No, not at all. Yeah, I get every guy
has clogged one last week. All Right, we're down to
the final question, as it often does in this game,
the final question. David, you got to get this one
correct to get somebody on this show chugging.
Speaker 3 (58:28):
When you're driving in your car, what do you usually
listen to podcasts, radio, or music.
Speaker 6 (58:33):
On a streaming app.
Speaker 5 (58:34):
David, what do you think? Haynes said, what does he
listened to while he's driving in the car? Music on
streaming app?
Speaker 2 (58:40):
Music on a streaming app?
Speaker 5 (58:44):
Questions?
Speaker 2 (58:45):
No question, No, David, I hope you're happy. WHOA, Okay,
well hey, then it worked out for you.
Speaker 7 (58:55):
I guess we're happy for you.
Speaker 2 (58:56):
You got your Louie Thomlins and tickets you got in
the c Yeah, Andrew making one of us chug David,
thank you for playing along. I'm gonna put you on hold.
Don't hang up. We got some linning to get to you.
Speaker 5 (59:07):
Hearts racing right now.
Speaker 2 (59:08):
Oh, Graham, I think you're drawing. Oh I hate when
Graham draw one of those times where where he draws himself.
Speaker 6 (59:16):
Oh my god, please please grave thought.
Speaker 3 (59:18):
Cross your fingers and toes, everybody.
Speaker 2 (59:21):
I can't cross my toes try, I can't. I can't.
Speaker 5 (59:24):
Why do you get feed energy drinks on a Friday?
My heart is about to burst right out of my chest,
and this morning's chug queen will be Jessica.
Speaker 7 (59:37):
I knew it as long as it's not me.
Speaker 5 (59:40):
Things.
Speaker 2 (59:40):
Okay, listening, don't go anywhere because coming up in a
few minutes.
Speaker 7 (59:45):
Oh jess is gonna be spinning the chug will.
Speaker 1 (59:47):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (59:51):
Are we live on Instagram right now you can watch
this live JV Morning show. Give us a follow, and
that way you can check out Jess spin the chug wheel.
Speaker 5 (01:00:00):
Okay, at least.
Speaker 2 (01:00:01):
There's Culture Pop on there.
Speaker 5 (01:00:02):
The Orange Man, well, we've never had it. We don't
know if it's any good. We need to try it.
I don't, I don't know. All right, on this morning's
a chug with If you're just tune in, Jess name
was drawn, so she's gonna have to spin the wheel.
Our featured item this week is tuna Punch. It's mixed
with tuna juice, Tuna punch. It's gonna be delicious. Culture
(01:00:22):
Pop soda up there. We've heard all her the commercials.
Never tried it. This is the Ords bad Go. And
then we have coffee with olive oil. Starbucks took it
off their menu. We added it to ours, Pumpkin pure.
I don't know. It's left over from fall. I found
it under the desk. That's so gad Buffalo wingsauce. And
then we have the soup du jour, which is the
soup of the day. JV Show Chef doesn't really recommend
it because it's been here for a while as well.
It's like a hardy beef and barley stew or something.
(01:00:45):
And then we have dealer's choice. If you land on
that space, Ess can pick whatever she would like of
those delicious items to chug. She will now step up wheel.
My god, all right if the wheel is emotion she
kind of clanged it, but now it is turning and
the wheel is slowing down, and it just passed tuna
punch to land on dealer's choice.
Speaker 9 (01:01:02):
WHOA, I don't even know.
Speaker 6 (01:01:06):
This might just be my second time getting dealer's choice.
Speaker 5 (01:01:08):
Jesus Christ, guys, one past the featured item, just past
the tuna punch.
Speaker 7 (01:01:15):
So what are you choosing?
Speaker 5 (01:01:16):
Shall you be choosing to chug? This is a no
brainer tuna punch featured item orange mongols, mango.
Speaker 7 (01:01:23):
It is exciting.
Speaker 5 (01:01:24):
No, it's not all right.
Speaker 2 (01:01:25):
If you want to watch, yeah, just chug some soda.
Speaker 5 (01:01:29):
Sure you don't want the tuna punch. No, it's gonna
be delicious.
Speaker 1 (01:01:33):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (01:01:36):
The JV Show. I'm Felenam, I'm j justs man Chiiti
Friday's a player chug Wheel game. We lost Jess had
has been the chug Wheel.
Speaker 7 (01:01:42):
She lands it on.
Speaker 5 (01:01:45):
Soda, so she's gonna be chugging the orange mango. I
guess it's right. Look, it's about time that somebody drinks
one of these things, because we've heard the commercials now
for months and months and we've never tried one. So
at least someone is trying one. But when it comes
to the chug Wheel game. Look, look we're a little disappointed.
As I know you are listening. You wanted somebody to
chug the tuna punch that's this week's featured it him.
(01:02:05):
Of course I wanted to see that as well, But
we'll settle with the orange Bago Culture Pop.
Speaker 6 (01:02:10):
Yeah, I mean it's happened before.
Speaker 3 (01:02:12):
We've all gotten some good stuff, and that's what we're
always kind of rooting for for ourselves, at least.
Speaker 2 (01:02:17):
When we I'm very happy, right, chug it already?
Speaker 5 (01:02:23):
All right, Jess, I hate this for her chug mug
to lips and she is chugging. Look, the Culture Pop
is warm at least, and it does say it's a
probiotic soda, and we know just's bells and so she'll
probably be in the bathroom for another what wow, very bubblieve.
Speaker 2 (01:02:40):
Yeah, it was really good actually, because it.
Speaker 7 (01:02:42):
Just tastes like orange soda tastes like did.
Speaker 3 (01:02:44):
It taste like a raspberry and Lime had a baby
or whatever they say in the commercials.
Speaker 5 (01:02:50):
Orange and Mango.
Speaker 6 (01:02:52):
I think that's their new drink.
Speaker 9 (01:02:53):
Yeah, that's the raspberry lemonade Lemonade.
Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
Did we get this photo posted on our Instagram story?
Did not? We did not?
Speaker 7 (01:03:01):
Okay, Well, then do you want to just explain what
will be posted?
Speaker 5 (01:03:03):
And you you can use your imagination for this one
because a woman it's actually kind of a local story.
Her and her boyfriend were playing at the Pacific Grove
Golf Links in Pacific Grove. You guys ever golf there before?
Speaker 2 (01:03:16):
No, Why would I go golfing?
Speaker 5 (01:03:18):
I have many times? Beautiful little, beautiful little MENI courses
right there on the water. And while they were out
on the course, somebody hit an errant shot. It was
not someone in their group, and it actually she said,
it was like a one in a million shot, just
went right through. There's a small gap between the golf
cart windshield and like the posts that holds the top
of the roof of the golf court went right through there,
hit her right in the eyeball. Oh rushed her eyeball
(01:03:41):
and the thing was all swollen out, black and blue,
and she was okay, didn't have a concussion or anything,
but the injuries gnarley and we will be posting a
picture of her eye JB Morning Show on Instagram. Now
here's what I want to ask you ladies about, because
a little later that afternoon evening, little did she know
her boyfriend the part of the reason that they were
doing this golf out and everything and their families were
(01:04:03):
in town, is that he was going to propose to her.
So he went look. He went to the family and
was like, look, her eye is all messed up. I
don't know if she's gonna want this proposal now. And
they're like, no, we're all here, go for it. And
he's like, you know what, I will, And so we
got down on one knee later that evening in I
think it's Spanish Bay or at Pebble Beach and proposed
and she said it was this great romantic moment. She said,
(01:04:25):
she's so glad that he went through with the proposal,
despite the fact that her eye was bulging and hanging
out of the side of her head.
Speaker 2 (01:04:32):
Oh.
Speaker 5 (01:04:33):
I wanted to ask you, ladies, because that moment where
you get engaged as if very you know, you got
the photographer there and everybody wants to see those engagement pictures.
Would you be upset if your man went through with
the proposal after you had suffered a gruesome eye.
Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
Actry because I have to post pictures of myself like that.
Speaker 6 (01:04:49):
Yeah, postpone it.
Speaker 7 (01:04:51):
Yeah, I just wait.
Speaker 5 (01:04:52):
But the whole families were there, and she even said
she's glad that.
Speaker 2 (01:04:56):
I guess I understand being glad after the facts because you,
I mean, you got engaged, and I'm sure you liked it,
But I want to like post pictures of me like
looking cute or you know what I mean, not with
my I'm all about to fall out.
Speaker 5 (01:05:06):
So guy gets down on one knee. You're I'm not saying,
your eyeballs hanging out. You're still giving a yes, But
you're going to retake their pictures a couple months later
when they were able to put your out.
Speaker 7 (01:05:15):
We're definitely doing an engagement photo shoot.
Speaker 3 (01:05:17):
Yeah, because I want the whole purpose of every like
the attention. I want it to be because of the engagement,
not because of my eye.
Speaker 6 (01:05:25):
Out of my eye, Locke, It.
Speaker 9 (01:05:26):
Can't you like photoshop it or something like that.
Speaker 2 (01:05:30):
But you don't want to have to do that like
on your you know, the moment you got engaged.
Speaker 7 (01:05:33):
You want it to be like authentically.
Speaker 3 (01:05:36):
You you gotta postpone it.
Speaker 7 (01:05:38):
I would yeah, I would have liked for him to wait.
Speaker 4 (01:05:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:05:41):
Yeah. The comment's very divided. Some people are like, oh,
this is so sweet and that doesn't matter what you
look like. It's Drew love. And other people are like, oh,
hell no, that's not what I want tomb from my engagement.
Speaker 7 (01:05:52):
It is so swollen.
Speaker 3 (01:05:54):
It is if you want to see a JV morning
show on our Instagram story.
Speaker 5 (01:05:56):
By the way, the JV show on Wild ninety four
Happy Friday.
Speaker 20 (01:06:02):
Well now it's a sad Friday. And I blame Graham
because Graham, why would you put culture.
Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
Pop on the on the wheel?
Speaker 20 (01:06:10):
Like, why would it even be a choice. Of course,
they're gonna pake culture pop if dealer's choice comes up.
Come on, And some of these questions they're too broad.
It's not fair. One through five, Come on, what's the
possibility there?
Speaker 7 (01:06:23):
One and five?
Speaker 5 (01:06:24):
One through five? I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:06:28):
I look, I am biased, but I don't see a
problem with how we've been doing the questions. Okay, we
most of them are fifty to fifty. We do sprinkle
in a little multiple choice.
Speaker 5 (01:06:38):
There because we are only asking you to get fifty
percent of the questions correctly, which would be in an f
if we were grading you. This is a school paper.
Speaker 7 (01:06:46):
As far as.
Speaker 2 (01:06:46):
Culture pop on the chug wheel, we still want to
have one thing that's delicious on there.
Speaker 5 (01:06:50):
Yeah, don't blame me for that in the Dealer's Choice
and having one thing on there, because if there's not
one chuggle like good thing on the wheel, these ladies,
legit would quit the show. You guys have no idea
what hell through behind the scenes, So don't blame me.
Speaker 3 (01:07:01):
Ninety percent of the time we are chugging all of
the nasty stuff because it doesn't land on Dealer's Choice
all the time for us all we were done, Yeah,
very rare.
Speaker 18 (01:07:10):
I swear nobody was going to spin the wheel today.
Today would have been the last day of me listening
to the JV show. Spin like four weeks already, spin there.
Speaker 2 (01:07:21):
Well, then win the game, like it's not our fault,
but we almost lost the listener.
Speaker 5 (01:07:26):
Then they did get a wheel spin and it landed
on Culture Pop and.
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
Then regardless, Okay, all right.
Speaker 13 (01:07:35):
God, it's all the stuff you need to know what's
hot in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about
stories happening today in the.
Speaker 2 (01:07:45):
Bay really quick. Earlier this week, we talked about lol
Wayne getting engaged to a mystery woman in her twenties.
Remember that, Yeah, I told you at the time, Lol
Wayne is he's forty three years old. We didn't know
much about this woman. She is rumored to be a
twenty three year old. So there's a twenty year age
gap here. Okay, what do you guys think about that?
Speaker 6 (01:08:08):
That's a big gap.
Speaker 5 (01:08:09):
That's a big one.
Speaker 2 (01:08:10):
It's a bit much for me.
Speaker 5 (01:08:11):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (01:08:12):
The other thing, and again this has not been confirmed,
but they're saying her ring they proposed with a ring worth.
Speaker 7 (01:08:19):
One hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
Speaker 5 (01:08:21):
Oh day, tracks, I mean, I would expect that, I
would expect more that. I'm disappointed.
Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
Yes, I need some millions.
Speaker 5 (01:08:28):
You're a little Wayne, but at some point it max
is out. You can only stack so much, so many
diamonds into one tiny little piece of joy. Like it's
hard to get things.
Speaker 2 (01:08:37):
I need so many diamonds. I need one giant one
like the like you know, we hear about j Loo
getting engaged and any one of the Kardashians and theirs
is worth millions? Are they though?
Speaker 5 (01:08:49):
I don't know?
Speaker 2 (01:08:50):
Well allegedly no. They never come out and say, but
you have all these jewelry experts weigh in, all right.
So the most random linkup ever, are you guys ready
for this? Katie pair okay and Chief Keif what doing?
Speaker 5 (01:09:03):
What album? Okay?
Speaker 2 (01:09:07):
They were there was like videos of them hanging out together.
Let me give you some background on them. Back in
twenty thirteen, Katie accidentally started some beef with Chief Keith
when she posted just heard a new song on the
radio calls I hate being sober and I have serious
doubt for the world, and then Chief Keith threatened to
smack the ish out of her. So that was that
was great.
Speaker 5 (01:09:26):
Many friendships are born.
Speaker 7 (01:09:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:09:28):
That was the same year Katie's Prison Chris Prism not
Prison Prison album.
Speaker 7 (01:09:36):
Her Prism album came out.
Speaker 6 (01:09:39):
It's the Funians.
Speaker 2 (01:09:42):
Yeah, so her album comes out with a song called
Legendary Lovers. The next year, Chief Keef samples that song,
so now he's jumping on the remix of that song
because he both went viral on TikTok this year, So
that explains why they're hanging out. Sexy Red, who supposedly
has a thing with Chief Keef, she saw the video
of the hanging out and she commented, Katie, you cool,
(01:10:03):
but watch out, Oh watch out, watch out, Grammy, what
do you have?
Speaker 5 (01:10:08):
All right? I was going to talk about the zoos,
the zoos, the lions at the San Francisco Zoo. I
will mention it briefly spoiler alert. There will be no
more lions at the San Francisco Zoo. They're re homing
their last two lions. They can't find a suitable spot
and or have the money to upgrade their habitat, which
is really really old and needs upgrading, and so they're
going to send the two remaining lions at the San
(01:10:29):
Francisco Zoo to another zoo. So take a moment and
say you're goodbyes to them, or go catch them before
they leave. But I did want to talk about the
new movie The bread Winner, because you guys, hello, it's
out in theaters today. This is Nate Bargatzi's new movie.
He's my absolute favorite stand up comics, so I no
doubt this movie is gonna be really, really funny. It's
(01:10:50):
raight to PGC. You can bring the entire family. But
it's about a dad, you know, struggling to take care
of his three daughters while his wife is away on
this once in a lifetime business trip. And of course
I'm sure it's going to include a lot of parenting fails.
So we want to hear your best parenting hacks. What
advice would you give to Nate Parkatsi's character who's just
trying to, you know, make it through that business trip.
(01:11:12):
Leave us a talk back. You can do that on
the iHeartRadio app. Of course, while you're streaming our station.
Leave your parenting hack there. A first one hundred people
are going to get a ten dollars fan Dango gift code,
and one person, one lucky entrant, is going to get
one thousand dollars and tickets to go see The Breadwinner,
which again is out in theaters today. The JV Show
on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (01:11:33):
The JV Show Happy for Friday. Finally, I'm Selina Room,
I'm Jess, and I'm cheating once again, it's a free
ticket Friday more Kaylani tickets on the way nine thirty.
We're gonna have your next keyword for you, and that
happens every hour at the thirties. But something else we
do on Fridays cheety. You tweet a lot no offense.
So Friday mornings, Graham does a dramatic reading.
Speaker 5 (01:11:56):
Biggest pet peeve leaving food in the sink? Do you
mean like on dishes or people just leave their food
in the.
Speaker 8 (01:12:05):
Sink, like just any on dishes in in the sink,
Like I went to go put the dishes away in
the dishwasher or like you know, do the dishes in
the dish washer, and there was like an avocado seed
just in the sink.
Speaker 5 (01:12:16):
I think it's more of a pit or whatever. Is
it a thing I do it?
Speaker 7 (01:12:20):
It's a yeah, that's what it's called.
Speaker 5 (01:12:22):
That's a seed cheaty.
Speaker 2 (01:12:23):
I feel you. People will throw like random things, like
things that aren't even like they don't even belong in
the sink, Like who's throwing Like why is there a
napkin in here?
Speaker 7 (01:12:31):
Like the trash can is right there, just like.
Speaker 11 (01:12:33):
Throw it away?
Speaker 2 (01:12:34):
Why are we washing plastic forks? That you got from
like Wendy's like.
Speaker 5 (01:12:37):
Throw it away, no reuse, but we're not going to
it can be reused.
Speaker 6 (01:12:44):
Do you tell your family this, like, yeah, tell them like, hey,
fix yourself.
Speaker 2 (01:12:49):
I thought you're talking to me.
Speaker 5 (01:12:53):
No I have not.
Speaker 8 (01:12:54):
I just get irritated and throw it away and just
keep going about my business.
Speaker 5 (01:12:57):
Let me ask this because Selena and I got into
this debate yesterday off the Air about loading or unloading
the dishwasher, and I was like, what would you rather do?
Because I would way rather load the dishwasher. I hate
having to put dishes away for whatever reason. It's sort
of the same thing as laundry. I love throwing it
in the wash and the dryer, hate taking it out
and having a fulldit or find where it goes. Where
(01:13:20):
are you land on? Where do you land on this? Chidi?
Speaker 9 (01:13:22):
I'm all loading the dishwasher.
Speaker 7 (01:13:24):
I'll load the dishwasher.
Speaker 2 (01:13:25):
I hate really I would rather put it away. And
maybe it's because nobody in my house like rinses off
their dishes. First. I was like, I'm the one that's
having a rinse and like scrub all the stuff that's
dry on there.
Speaker 5 (01:13:35):
I still want it. I don't know I want to
do that.
Speaker 2 (01:13:39):
Loading it so easy?
Speaker 5 (01:13:40):
Just would you rather load or unload the dishwasher?
Speaker 2 (01:13:43):
Load it?
Speaker 3 (01:13:43):
Because once the dishes are in the in the dishwasher,
I don't want to take them out anymore. Like if
I need it, I'll take it out of there. But
like I don't want to.
Speaker 6 (01:13:52):
Have to take everything out because everything's gonna go back
in there anyway.
Speaker 2 (01:13:55):
But if I had to pick one, and like one
of those is my job forever, Like I'd rather unload
someone else can do all the dirty stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:14:01):
You looked at me like I was crazy yesterday and
we're three out of four show would like to load
the dishwashing unloading? We make a good team though.
Speaker 2 (01:14:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:14:14):
Started writing a to do list daily and it's actually helping.
I feel so accomplished. Us about what you put on
your to do list.
Speaker 8 (01:14:23):
Oh, it's like the basic things like get a make bed,
brush teeth.
Speaker 2 (01:14:29):
Take a shower.
Speaker 5 (01:14:31):
There's a take a shower.
Speaker 2 (01:14:33):
Okay.
Speaker 8 (01:14:34):
I like to put ones that are really easy to
automatically do so I get that satisfaction of checking it off.
So that way it can motivate me to do other
things that I don't I won't probably.
Speaker 7 (01:14:45):
Do so do you have you been doing those things
that she normally wouldn't do.
Speaker 8 (01:14:48):
Yeah, it's been two days though, but I like cleaned up,
I made my bed.
Speaker 9 (01:14:51):
I don't make my bed every day. And I don't know,
I forgot what I was like.
Speaker 2 (01:14:56):
What it is you era of cheaty being like try
to be more organ eyes and trying to like do
things like we learned earlier. This morning she walked, Yeah,
six miles. Yeah, the normal before it doesn't do that.
Speaker 5 (01:15:09):
That's a good point.
Speaker 2 (01:15:09):
I take naps, I will.
Speaker 5 (01:15:11):
I've been a big proponent of the writing down, actually
writing pen and paper your to do list. Everybody used
to rip on me from my planner that I would
bring in here to work every day because I will
write down the things I needed to get done that day.
And there is something very satisfying about crossing those things
off the list. Now I was writing down real actual things,
not like brushing your teeth and taking a shower. But
(01:15:31):
I think that's it's a great technique because when you write,
it helps you remember that you got to do it,
and then crossing it off very satisfying. Yep, fat, nobody good.
Everyone's look about that next one? Damn me wasn't trying
to take a nap, but here we are, just wake
(01:15:52):
it up for one now. Tang it is that a
new curse word? I don't know about I put that damn?
Speaker 9 (01:15:58):
I s yeah, yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:16:04):
How long was the nap the accidental nap?
Speaker 9 (01:16:05):
I think it was like an hour, So it wasn't
too bad.
Speaker 7 (01:16:07):
It's not bad, but I was trying not to.
Speaker 8 (01:16:09):
I was trying to scroll on TikTok and just you know,
relax a little bit, and then fell asleep.
Speaker 5 (01:16:13):
Is a good nap on your to do list?
Speaker 2 (01:16:15):
No, it was not on my Oh you're you're going
to Yeah, I know. Is there any tweets about this
new thing that she tried out? Can we talk about that?
That you should?
Speaker 9 (01:16:27):
I didn't tweet it, but yeah, we could talk about it.
Speaker 2 (01:16:29):
Did you guys see story?
Speaker 3 (01:16:31):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (01:16:31):
I did?
Speaker 9 (01:16:32):
Yeah, you guys. I did an acting class. What I know.
Speaker 8 (01:16:35):
I just wanted a hobby and I was like, you
know what, I'm kind of interested in this, so let
me let me see what I can do. I signed
up for a class in Sacramento and I completed it.
Speaker 9 (01:16:44):
I've never completed anything.
Speaker 2 (01:16:46):
So do you always enunciate the tea and Sacramento every
time you say it, No I do, I say Sacramento. Wait,
so are you any good? Like can you know?
Speaker 9 (01:16:55):
I'm not good?
Speaker 7 (01:16:58):
So you need the class?
Speaker 5 (01:16:59):
I need?
Speaker 8 (01:16:59):
The class is fun, so I'm going to continue doing it.
Speaker 5 (01:17:02):
Was it like a like an improv type class like
comedy or was it like more like dramatic theater and
you're acting on some Shakespeare? What kind of class it
was like?
Speaker 9 (01:17:10):
So it was beginner friendly.
Speaker 8 (01:17:11):
So we did like one drama scene and then one comedy,
just like knowing the techniques of comedy, which is very
over dramatic and bad acting.
Speaker 2 (01:17:20):
That's what it looks like.
Speaker 9 (01:17:21):
But yeah, it's really fun.
Speaker 5 (01:17:23):
I highly recommend as well. I took an acting class
in college and it was mostly like improv type stuff,
so it was really funny.
Speaker 2 (01:17:29):
It was the most is that in Santa Barbara, Santa
what kind of toe was it a Sacramenteau obviously?
Speaker 5 (01:17:38):
Yeah, go go chas. Yeah no, I highly recommend. Those
classes are super super fun.
Speaker 7 (01:17:43):
I'd be too embarrassed.
Speaker 8 (01:17:44):
It is very I could never do that and bad
people everyone feels the same way though.

Speaker 20 (01:19:37):
But why this is that's from Fremont and and.
Speaker 2 (01:19:41):
And we are in Key West, Florida, US. So it
is noon here, which is wonderful.

But we wanted to just say hello and check in
and see how you guys are doing.
Speaker 9 (01:19:50):

So listening from out there, and that's a good reminder
to everybody that you know, maybe taking a little time
off this summer or not in school. You can listen
to us from anywhere you may be traveling this summer
on the free and newly upgraded iHeartRadio app. Also, Selena,
should we just move? Should we move the whole show
to Florida? Because then we would be doing the show later,
later in the day and we get to sleep in
a little bit. But but it would sound like we're
(01:20:30):
live out. Nobody would Nobody would know. Oh did we
just say that out loud? Oh, never mind, we're talking
about that.
Speaker 2 (01:20:38):
Happy Friday. We have another key word for Kailalawi tickets
coming up closer.
Speaker 5 (01:20:42):
To nine thirty first, in honor of Nate Bargatsi's new movie,
The Breadwinner, which is out in theaters right now. By
the way, take the entire family to go see it.
It's rady PG. It absolutely looks hilarious. We have been
asking for your best parenting hacks all week because if
you've seen previous for this movie, you know Nate's character
in this movie he can use all the dad parenting help.
Speaker 10 (01:21:01):
That he can get Morning JV's show. One of my
favorite parenting hacks is to hide things that children don't
want to eat inside of a burrito, so you get
like you do a ground beef or a ground turkey,
or even if you're gonna do a chicken or a steak.
And then and maybe instead of lettuce, you put spinach
(01:21:22):
or you like, chop off the kind of yucky leafy
part of the broccoli and put it in there and
throw saucea in the burrito so they can't catch the texture.
Speaker 15 (01:21:30):
But that's my hack.
Speaker 10 (01:21:30):
Hide it in a burrito.
Speaker 2 (01:21:32):
Did she just say broccoli in a burrito?
Speaker 5 (01:21:34):
You can? There are a few vegetables like like spinach
and stuff like that that when you pure it up
into different sauces and stuff like that or soups. Even
your kids have no idea that they're eating, just like.
Speaker 2 (01:21:45):
How no one's going to know we're doing the show
from Florida. Yes, but that's a great hack.
Speaker 5 (01:21:52):
That is a great parenting hack. My wife and I
do that one quite a bit, and I've done that
as our kids are grown up. All Right, continue leaving
us talkbacks like that one with your best parenting hack,
because you will then be entered to win a one
thousand dollars grand prize in tickets for you and your
family to see the movie again. That movie The Breadwinner
starring hilarious comedian Nate Bargatsi, is in theaters right now,
(01:22:13):
Bring the Whole Family, and it's rated PG.
Speaker 1 (01:22:15):
