Speaker 1 (00:00):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
I need a hot coffee chug.
Speaker 3 (00:04):
I can't hot coffee chup minutes if we had one.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
What's wrong, Graham?
Speaker 4 (00:08):
Because I just went to go get a coffee so
I could join in on the hot coffee chug and
our security guard was there waiting to get his coffee,
and he was standing there. I was like, you know,
your coffee is not being dispensed right now. Our machine
gives an air code sometimes, and he was just staying
there and then you know, and now time's up, because
that was that song is not very long. I didn't
get a coffee. Long story short. My cup is empty,
(00:29):
empty coffee chug.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
It doesn't hit the same.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Yes, sorry, we're the JV shot.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Happy why Graham and I'm.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
First talk back of the day. Here we go.
Speaker 5 (00:39):
Good morning, Selena Graham and.
Speaker 6 (00:41):
Jeff Happy hookday, Minim sata'day, hope you guys have a
wonderful Wednesday.
Speaker 7 (00:47):
Manny, what is up.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
The mess day?
Speaker 3 (00:49):
Ever, don't forget today is a wild Wednesday. Kicking it
off at six thirty for you tickets for a Gracie
Abrams and that's every hour your chance to win tickets
a check her out at the Oakland Arena December seventh.
Can I just say one thing, sure, Graham, you probably
noticed this as well, because you take the Bay Bridge
every morning. Why the heck are the lights on the
(01:10):
tunnel right there it's still purple.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:13):
I thought we'd lit a fire under them when we
pointed out to them that it was mid April and
they had the Christmas colors still up and then they
switched them to purple for the Valkyries and everyone, and
you know, to kick off the season for the Valkyries.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
We were excited about the season start and that was
super cool. People were posting it like love to see it,
love to see it.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
Huh.
Speaker 4 (01:31):
Well, now they've been purple for I don't know the
last three and a half weeks, and it's like it's getting.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
A little old, and I just want to point out,
like missed opportunity. We're now in Pride month. Why not
have it lit up in like rainbow colors, which they
did for like one day back in January randomly, so
I know you can do it. Why aren't they doing that.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
Because nobody they're asleep at the controls.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
They forgot that it was Christmas lights still up for
four months, and they have forgotten now that they somebody
switched the thing to the Valkyries Colors. I don't know
who's running this thing because I called them member. I
talked to one are their representatives, and they were had
no idea that the lights were even on.
Speaker 8 (02:07):
I think they're just still supporting the Valkyries because they
won yesterday.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Okay, but what about all the other day.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
What about the other day when they got.
Speaker 8 (02:13):
That makes sense, that day after they win or something
they won last week?
Speaker 1 (02:18):
You know a couple of times too.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
How about that time when they didn't have a game
for a ten day stretch? What about that in that time?
Because the w NBA schedule is a little.
Speaker 7 (02:27):
Color is so nice.
Speaker 8 (02:28):
I don't blame them for wanting to keep that one,
but I do agree that miss missed opportunity would have
changed it.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
It needs to.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
If it is something where you're going to be updating
the Colors based on current events or a team starting
their season or whatever, you need to continually update it.
Otherwise it looks like someone's asleep and they control, Yeah,
we didn't.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Call your boy back.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
He's going to be annoyed.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
Gram is your daughter, Okay, Quinn, She's doing.
Speaker 4 (02:55):
Much much better. Yesterday was a yakfest, you guys barfing
in the morning yesterday. I hear the roto virus is
going around in the Bay Area at very high levels
right now. That's according to wastewater samples. I'm assuming that's
what she had. Little stomach bugs make you it can
cause you to have a variety of symptoms that way,
(03:18):
or my daughter's.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
Case, but it's not the it's not the hanta or
the hanta.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
I don't think she's had any exposure to any mouse
or rat infected mouse or rat droppings.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
What about the people? Yeah, but it can be spread.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Through on that cruise. She wasn't on that cruise shop.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
Yeah, but maybe somebody who was was that Bottle Rock.
You go to Bottle Rock, then you got it in
the past reddit that.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
I have, But then wouldn't I have been.
Speaker 7 (03:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (03:41):
Oh yeah. It does have a long incubation period.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
Yeah, it's incubating in two days or Mike could still
be cooking and hers came out. No, apparently a lot
of the kids that her school have U had the
roto or whatever it's going around, So everybody wash your hands.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
That's the key to beating that one.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
She walked yesterday.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
And it was Wacky Hair Day yesterday. She had so
many big plans for the wacky.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
Hair design rushes me because there's nothing like that end
of the year Spirit week.
Speaker 4 (04:10):
Kids are so excited for it. Yeah, this is the
final week of school for them. I know, are your
kids the same last week of school this week? Yeah,
I'm hoping she is feeling a lot better and can
make it to one of the final days. But yeah,
she seemed to be doing a lot better last night.
But I just felt bad for my wife. She's trying
to get the kids out the door for school.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
In the morning, and then you know, then the yaking
begins and it's like, what do you even do for
a bucket?
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Today's Spirit Day?
Speaker 1 (04:36):
That's a good question.
Speaker 7 (04:37):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
I should probably check. I should probably check the app.
Oh I didn't download it yet?
Speaker 6 (04:42):
Wow?
Speaker 2 (04:43):
Why God?
Speaker 1 (04:45):
So it was next year?
Speaker 3 (04:46):
You're not going to do it next year?
Speaker 1 (04:48):
You're not Next year? I will, but you can't start now.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
But he made predictions for next year.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
We know, like, why would I do it? You know,
there was like a month left in schools? No point
now to start fresh. I'll be there for next year.
Parents Square well downloaded, all right?
Speaker 2 (05:02):
Coming up next on the JV show, It's Our Cool
or Not.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
List The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine Time
four The four things you need to heads up on
to start your day.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
So Governor primary results are still rolling.
Speaker 7 (05:17):
In right now.
Speaker 3 (05:17):
We are only at fifty seven point five percent, like counted,
We're still going through all of them, still to early
to call, but you are the top two candidates with
the most votes so far. Democrat Javier Butsara is in
second with twenty five percent of the votes and Republican
Steve Hilton in first with twenty seven point eight percent
of the vote.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
The Sarah story, I mean, he came out of nowhere.
He was pulling pretty low as of like several months ago,
there were people pulling much higher, and he's just like,
what now it's such a close race here, I am meeah.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
I Remember, the top two candidates are going to be
the ones that are on the ballot come November.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
This is not the person that gets elected to governor.
Speaker 4 (05:55):
Hopefully every everybody got out and cast their ballot yesterday.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
All right, San.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
Francisco giants are in the mists of a four game
series in Milwaukee taken on the Brewers that oh no,
it is not going well. Game one on Monday they
got completely pounded sixteen to two. Last night they got
bent over again at an eight to three loss. Game
three is today. The Giants desperately need a win. They
have just three wins.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
That their last ten games. They're currently sitting in dead
last in the NL West, sixteen games back of the
Dodgers in first. Whoof covet? Yeah, I can't even.
Speaker 8 (06:27):
Muster some morning fog for this Wednesday. That's gonna clear
very very soon. Prepare yourself for a hot day. Highs
will be in the mid to upper eighties, with a
few cities possibly even reaching ninety degrees summer weather.
Speaker 7 (06:40):
You guys are tears.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Hey, Capricorn, best day, Today's gonna be a six.
Speaker 4 (06:47):
Your life currently feels like dinner. Guests are arriving in
twenty minutes, and somehow every burner is occupied, yet nothing
is actually done. Your Capricorn energy wants everything plated perfectly,
but the universe is testing whether you can embrace controlled chaos.
Take a breath, delegate, and remember that nobody else will
notice the little things that are stressing you out.
Speaker 3 (07:05):
How does the universe know everything serious?
Speaker 9 (07:08):
I was spot one it. Oh sorry, the Universal stars,
the stars.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
On the JV Show are Cool or not list?
Speaker 1 (07:19):
The JV Show on Wild ninety nine, you know.
Speaker 3 (07:22):
Every whoop.
Speaker 7 (07:24):
Cool or not list?
Speaker 3 (07:25):
You throw some things out and we discussed is that
cool or not?
Speaker 7 (07:27):
Just do you want to start it police.
Speaker 8 (07:29):
Because I really need your guys' input on something cool
or not. Wearing another team's jersey to a World Cup
game or another team's merch, like a team that.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
Isn't at the match, another soccer team.
Speaker 8 (07:43):
Yeah, because I'm going to go to a game and
I've been trying to, you know, get ahead and look
for an outfit, and.
Speaker 7 (07:53):
I have no clue what to wear because.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
I kind of feel like this is a little more acceptable,
okay than doing it like at the super Bowl, Because I.
Speaker 8 (08:05):
Do remember that conversation when we were talking about you
guys both said yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (08:10):
I mean we've talked about this on numerous occasions for
the Super Bowl, but also anytime, you know, I go
to a Giants game, you go to a baseball game,
look around, you're gonna find somebody wearing a baseball jersey.
Of a team that is not playing the Giants and
they're not wearing a Giants jersey there, and you're like, wait, what,
why are you wearing.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
A Cincinnati Red jersey? Yeah, I think I don't get it.
They're playing the Poddres.
Speaker 3 (08:30):
But do you agree Graham that it's a little more
acceptable at the World Cup for some reason in.
Speaker 4 (08:34):
My mind, In my mind, particularly probably from a US
fan standpoint, where we're not as in tune to like
I spot a Saint Louis Cardinals jersey, or if you're at.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
A Niner, if it's a you know, a Niner.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
Ram game and you're wearing a Philadelphia Eagles jersey, like
you stick out like a sore thumb to me, and
I'm like, what the hell are you doing?
Speaker 1 (08:55):
But the soccer jerseys and.
Speaker 4 (08:57):
I don't we're not as good as identifying and there's
so many different soccer clubs in all the different leagues,
like we're just not as good at recognizing them. To me,
they don't stick out, you know, I'm not like, oh, hey.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Guys wearing a Premier league jersey joke from whatever team
I can't even name. I think I don't know, So
maybe I think you're in that sort of gray area
where it's like, I think it's acceptable.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
What do you have an idea of what you are waring?
Are you even going?
Speaker 7 (09:24):
Yeah, I'm I'm surowing for sure.
Speaker 8 (09:28):
On I want to say it's the thirteenth.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
But that tickets already yeah, how much.
Speaker 8 (09:35):
They were like two hundred something, So we were able
to find some like on the yeah, on the on
the lower end, I.
Speaker 7 (09:43):
Hope we're sitting together.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
I think we are, but you and your fiance might
not be.
Speaker 1 (09:48):
Sitting Like you're boarding a flight. Did you get in
the aisle?
Speaker 4 (09:52):
Like when you like ticket seats together? If you buy tickets, you.
Speaker 8 (09:54):
Know where you know when you're buying tickets and you
have that little bit of anxiety that somebody else is
going to take them before where you do.
Speaker 3 (10:01):
So when we were getting.
Speaker 8 (10:02):
The tickets, I was just kind of going through the
motions and I was like, Okay, we got to lock
these down because these two are available, and they're in
a good section and they're for this price, Like, let's
let me get them. But the way that I was
looking at the map was a little strange. But it
is twelve see twelve and thirteen, So I'm pretty.
Speaker 1 (10:16):
Sure we are.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
It just I still have that little bit of anxiety
about it. But that's why it was such a good deal.
They were single.
Speaker 4 (10:23):
Seat yeah, by itself, different sections, no, thirteen, totally different sections.
Speaker 7 (10:30):
I am. I'm really excited to go. But so who's.
Speaker 2 (10:33):
Playing the game that you're going to?
Speaker 3 (10:36):
Uh, Qatar and Switzerland.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
And you don't own a guitar Jersey No.
Speaker 2 (10:41):
Switzerland, Jersey.
Speaker 8 (10:42):
No, that's I don't have any of that. So I'm
kind of like because for me, I'm like, I just
want to look cute.
Speaker 1 (10:49):
I'm not even gonna.
Speaker 7 (10:50):
Wear a full on, like legit jersey.
Speaker 8 (10:52):
I just want something soccer related, but like something that
looks cute.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
Also just dressed like a soccer ball. Yeah, not that.
Speaker 8 (11:00):
So I might wear something that's like Mexico or anything
cute that I find, but.
Speaker 3 (11:05):
I'm not America because because I want to represent Mexican.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Just a question the question.
Speaker 7 (11:12):
Yeah, and I found some online.
Speaker 8 (11:14):
I found some cute like Mexical stuff, so I might
wear that, or I might just wear anything.
Speaker 3 (11:19):
That has a little soccer ball on.
Speaker 7 (11:20):
It or something.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Well, I think you dress.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
Up like a soccer ball, Yeah, I guess.
Speaker 4 (11:24):
I see in the world Cup, since you know it's
a gathering of all, you know, nations around the entire Yeah,
I think it's you can wrap a different country's team like.
I think that's acceptable because you know, when we get
to the super.
Speaker 1 (11:37):
Bowl, it's two teams playing there. It's not like everybody.
Speaker 3 (11:40):
You know, everyone's going to have a chance to lay
all over.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
Yeah, might advance and.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
I think cool. I think you're safe.
Speaker 4 (11:46):
I think you're safe too. But I went in doubt
dressed like a giant soccer Yeah. I had a buddy
that did that. He made a hat, a custom hat.
He cut a soccer ball open and then stuck it
on top of his head. And one of the previous
World Cups, he ESPN showed him in the American flag
wrapped around like a cape on a soccer ball in
(12:07):
his head, and I.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
Was like, that's Tony.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
I saw ad Wire.
Speaker 7 (12:12):
Yeah, d Wire, that sounds turn.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
Your head into a soccer ball. Do it? He did it,
and he got on ESPN.
Speaker 8 (12:19):
It doesn't sound like girly pop vibes, but I'm going
for soccer ball.
Speaker 7 (12:24):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
Now we're talking about the JV Show on Wild ninety
four nine.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
Before we get to one of the keys to a
long lasting marriage. We were just talking to Jess, who
is going to one of the World Cup matches here
in the Bay, and you were asking about what you
should wear like it is it cringe if you wear
another thing related to a team that's not actually in
that match.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
Good morning, JV. Mike D from Hayward. Hey, Raiders fans
were anywhere baseball games, soccer games, don't don't be surprised
if you see a Raiders jersey at the World Cup
way it probably will cool or not on that cool
at least.
Speaker 7 (13:06):
Wear the same sport.
Speaker 3 (13:07):
I think that's my rulemum bare minimum.
Speaker 2 (13:10):
Yeah, sports have to be.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Magic or just like wear a T shirt? You know,
you can just wear a regular old Yeah.
Speaker 10 (13:18):
Good morning, Jamie Shaw. This is Rebecca from Conquer. Just
wanted to mention to Jess that Ross actually has some
soccer shirts going on in the women's section. They have
a Snoopy one. So if that's the kind of cute
you're going for, heads up, they have.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
Some there have a good day?
Speaker 1 (13:34):
Okay, cool or not a Snoopy a Snoopy jersey? So
I went which team does Snoopy play for?
Speaker 2 (13:40):
I think it's just a cute.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
It's cute t vibes, got it?
Speaker 8 (13:42):
But I did go to my Rosen Samato already and
they everybody must have already gone through that one because
there wasn't a lot. All they had was, I think
mostly like Brazil Portugal, which.
Speaker 3 (13:55):
So you would have been down to wear a snoopy soccer.
Speaker 7 (13:57):
Shirt depending on how it looks.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
But if it's cute, why not.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
It would just be a no for me, that's.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
It, got it?
Speaker 2 (14:06):
But that is my personal preference.
Speaker 3 (14:08):
But to each their own. Yeah, but I'm gonna hit
up a bunch of stores. So all right, you look
all right. So a woman says, this is how you
make your marriage last.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Yep.
Speaker 8 (14:16):
She says the key to a long lasting marriage is
driving to events separately.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
Huh.
Speaker 8 (14:24):
So, she says, anytime her and her husband are going
to a chill event, not like a formal event like
a wedding or anything crazy, but like a chill event
like a family gathering or friends get together, she says,
usually she gets ready and she leaves at whatever time
she wants, Her husband leaves out whatever time he's ready,
and then.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
She doesn't feel rushed.
Speaker 8 (14:43):
They go to the event, and then once it's time
to leave, which she usually doesn't like to stay out long.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
She can just go home instead of having.
Speaker 8 (14:52):
To wait for him until he's ready, because he is
a social butterfly. Interesting, and she says this has actually
helped marriage so much because they're not having those arguments
or she's not getting upset at like, oh my god,
why are we still here at this party?
Speaker 7 (15:06):
Like I'm a homebody. I want to be home, you.
Speaker 8 (15:08):
Know, at eight, My bedtimes at nine, and he wants
to stay out till midnight, and now I'm having to
wait for him at a party and I'm miserable. So
she says this has really helped their marriage. I want
to know what.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
You guys think about it.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
I couldn't do it me neither.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
I'm out.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
I need him to drive me.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
I need a kate to drive me. Well that's what
I mean.
Speaker 4 (15:29):
Part of the you know when you're a couple and look,
not everybody drinks, but both my wife and I drink.
And then there's those you go to the event and
it's like, well, I drove last time, so you can
drive this time.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
And you know we take turns.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
I want to be driven driver. I want to be
driven there, so I can drink there and then sleep
on the way back.
Speaker 4 (15:46):
Oh so you always get to be are you you
don't ever have to be the designated driver?
Speaker 10 (15:51):
No?
Speaker 2 (15:52):
He usually he usually drives.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
Wow, lucky you.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
He's just a better driver. Anyways, I tell him, I
just feel safer when you're driving. So like, if if
the option is there for me to not drive, like
I would just rather not.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
My wife's a phenomenal driver and so am I. But
also like sometimes like she wants to whoop it up,
have some fun, and I'm like, you know, like, oh,
this is your friend's event, Like go for it, have
few extra glasses of champagne or whatever it is.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
You know, I'll drive, And how do you guys feel
about the whole like leaving the event or party situation?
Speaker 2 (16:24):
Because she feels like you're.
Speaker 3 (16:26):
Talking about the woman who we're just talking about. She
likes to leave early, her husband likes to stay late,
and so by having her own car there, she can
leave whenever she wants. Me and my husband were kind
of the same thing. He likes to like leave quickly.
I want to like stay in mingle, but if I'm
having fun. But we just have kind of learned to compromise,
like if he wants to go home, like or just
give me like twenty more minutes and we can we
(16:47):
can just leave early.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
You know, I'm not going to stay there without him.
Speaker 4 (16:50):
I also feel like with uber and lyft and everything,
you want to leave the thing early.
Speaker 7 (16:55):
You know, Yeah, there's other options.
Speaker 4 (16:57):
Grab a car, you know, like there's there, you know
that is easy enough, or you take you drive home
and I'm going to stay out a little later and I'll.
Speaker 1 (17:05):
Take a lift back, right.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
But even that kind of feels weird. It's like, if
I go somewhere with my husband, I want I expect
to like leave there with him.
Speaker 8 (17:13):
Yes, but sometimes it is kind of nice. I guess
it's kind of nicer when you're out with friends to
know that you have a car there. Like if you're
let's say your husband isn't even there, right, but you're
out with your friends, it's kind of nice when you
can just be like, okay, well I'm leaving if they're
gonna continue the night.
Speaker 7 (17:29):
But I think it's kind of.
Speaker 8 (17:29):
Different when it's your partner. Like for me, I'm always
or most of the time, I'm rushing when I'm getting ready,
so I'm already frustrated, and if you at me every time,
he hates it, right, and then you add the frustration
of having to drive, that sends.
Speaker 7 (17:42):
Me over the edge.
Speaker 8 (17:43):
So I feel like I have to have the frustration
of getting ready, But then I know that I have
a little bit of extra time because he's gonna drive,
so I can finish getting ready in the car, and
that helps.
Speaker 7 (17:53):
Both of us up.
Speaker 4 (17:54):
See that's what I thought this the takeaway was going
to be that the key to the long lasting marriage.
It was for the getting ready part, the getting out
the door part, the how we get home part, And
if we took a separate car, that doesn't very little
effect on my marriage. It's the getting out the door part.
Speaker 3 (18:12):
Yeah, that's where most of the arguments and all the
stress comes from.
Speaker 4 (18:16):
That is you are at a stress level. We have
we have to be at this event. We have to
be there, you know, the wedding starts at this time.
We have to be there. And I'm sitting in the car.
I got the kids buckled in the back seat, and
we're just sitting there in the garage, like, where's Kate.
She just went back inside to get one thing, you know,
ten minutes go yeah, it is like, what are you
(18:37):
doing in there?
Speaker 3 (18:37):
You know what it is because my husband, he's always
he's always waiting on me too. But it's because all
you had to do, husband was get up, shower, you
put your clothes on, and you're done. Meanwhile, I'm getting
two kids ready to do their hair, making sure they're fed,
have the snacks packed, getting myself ready, makeup hair, my
outfit's because my things are together, making sure my other
(19:00):
daughter is out of bed and she is ready that
I'm yeeling at her because she takes forever and the
whole time you're just sitting there.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
Don't vent to me about your divisional labor. That's not
how it works. And that's not how works, my miles.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
It's the fact that you ladies take ten x the
amount of time to get ready that it takes me
to get ready. And also, but I know what time
we have to leave by, so I'm ready by that time.
I've got the I've helped get the kids ready, they're ready,
they're buckled in, We're all ready at the departure time.
Speaker 8 (19:30):
Where are you like a universal stress for every single apple?
Speaker 1 (19:34):
But that's the thing. How we get home at the
end of the night. None of that, Matt, none of
that matters. There are there's a plethora of options.
Speaker 4 (19:42):
It's the getting out the door and should we and
leaving in two separate cars. That would be the key
to a long last marriage, because then I can just
leave and be on time.
Speaker 1 (19:51):
I hate being late to stuff.
Speaker 7 (19:53):
The thing is like I hate being.
Speaker 8 (19:55):
Late too, but I don't know how to like not
do it. And then Ruben will be like, you had hours.
You had hours right before you started getting ready to
get ready.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
It is right, you did have hours. You knew what
time I have to start.
Speaker 4 (20:10):
I think my new strategy is just gonna be like
if we had to leave at four o'clock, I'm gonna
start saying we have to leave at three o'clock because
that would get us out the door at four o'clock.
But I just have to lie, Oh, we really have
to leave at three o'clock. Three o'clock the time we
gotta leave, and then we would leave it for it
and we'd be on time.
Speaker 8 (20:25):
There was one birthday where Ruben was like, you know,
since it's your birthday. Weekend we were out on a
trip and he was like, I'm not going to rush
you at all.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
It was the best time.
Speaker 8 (20:34):
Ever for me, but we were late to every single reservation.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
That we inside. The stress level inside on him is
just like shut him up.
Speaker 7 (20:42):
He was like I was sitting there and I was
so mad.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
Inside the store was ranging inside of me. That'd be brutal.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
Though today's hottest trending is coming up next.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
In the JV Show, I'm Selena and I'm Jay Oh,
we got Giants tickets yep.
Speaker 7 (21:04):
Leave us a talkback message right now and.
Speaker 8 (21:07):
Every day this week because we every chance to win
four tickets to check out the Giants when they play
the Nationals next Tuesday. So leave a talkback letting us
who you would take with you, and then Friday morning
we'll pick a winner.
Speaker 11 (21:20):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 3 (21:28):
Okay, So Sydney Sweeney is continuing to fuel feud rumors
with Zendaya. Did you guys happen to see her carousel
of posts? No following the finale there that aired on Sunday,
So she shared several photos or like behind the scenes
photos of her and like other cast members and stuff
filming season three of Euphoria, and you know, Jacob Lordi
(21:51):
is there and there's a picture of her, and even
Eric Dane who was there.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
Basically everybody was there.
Speaker 3 (21:57):
I guess who wasn't in any of the photos. And
you know, this feud between them, it's been rumored to
be a thing for quite a while now ever since
we needed that.
Speaker 9 (22:09):
My Jeans the Blue campaign.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
It makes a day, I feel some type of way, allegedly,
and that's what caused this rift between them, supposedly, And
there's been other rumors of them, you know, not even
talking to each other while they were doing press for
the show or anything like that. So I think I
think the feud's a thing because even the previous reports,
they were sagment that they couldn't wait for this season
to just be done with and over so they don't
have to work together anymore, right, And now it's over
(22:37):
and you post everybody but.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
Her, Come on, it's a little glary.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
It is.
Speaker 3 (22:42):
Also we have to talk about Sydney's caption to these photos.
Speaker 1 (22:47):
My friends are blue.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
That's not it, she said, It's called acting.
Speaker 3 (22:55):
That's supposedly a response to like everyone talking about the
things that she had to do during this season.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
It's called acting.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
It's called acting, you guys. It's not who I am,
it's not me, it's a role.
Speaker 4 (23:10):
All the other things I was reading those that she
was urging the directors and stuff not to cut the
scenes where she had her bazoomers out really like she
was fully embracing that part of it.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
Well, man, you want the attention obviously if you're going to.
Speaker 4 (23:22):
Do it, okay, Well if it's called acting and the
directors are like, noah, we don't really need that scene
with you run around with your presoomers out and saying no,
I want the scene with the presumers out. Is it
just called acting at that point? Or yeah, are you
Is it promoting yourself?
Speaker 1 (23:36):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
I think a little bit of both.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
That it was interesting. Yeah, it's good for us that we.
Speaker 9 (23:40):
Got got good for you. Yeah number one is number one.
Speaker 1 (23:46):
And watched the first three minutes of that one episode.
But yeah, over and over again from what I saw.
Speaker 4 (23:54):
Yeah, streaming numbers of spiked in NAPPA recently of that
one episode.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
Really quick couple of clues that Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift's.
Speaker 2 (24:01):
Wedding is not going to be going down in Rhode Island.
Speaker 3 (24:04):
Remember, the big rumor was that it was supposed to
be June thirteenth at this place called Ocean House in
Rhode Island. And there were even rumors that Taylor had
paid off another couple to like move their wedding day,
and there was like a it seemed really convincing, and
then there were rumors that it was going to be
somewhere else in Rhode Island. Well, the police department there
in Westerly, Rhode Island, the she confirmed to TMZ yesterday
(24:27):
that they have not been notified about a wedding or anything.
Speaker 2 (24:29):
Like that, so they haven't heard.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
Anything, which if it was going to be there, they
would be heavily involved. Yeah yeah, But.
Speaker 4 (24:38):
Would you, I mean, if you're trying to keep the
location and the date of your wedding secret, are you
going to go tell the local police department in Westchesterville, Rhode.
Speaker 3 (24:46):
Island or Because when Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Coople they
got married at Ocean House that twenty twenty four, true,
but they were much lower than Taylor Swift. But even
they were like, hey, we're gonna need some police presents
had to notify that.
Speaker 4 (25:01):
But that's what it makes sense because they can do
you understand what I'm saying. The day Christian McCaffrey, love him,
he's a star. But like they could go to the
local p D. The local PD found out that Christian
McCaffrey was getting married at Ocean House and Olivey coop.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Yeah, I mean, it's not ideal.
Speaker 4 (25:16):
You don't want the word, you know, but you're you're
this we're talking about Taylor Swift.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
The senator.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
They're also told TMZ that he doesn't think the wedding
is happening there in Rhode Islands.
Speaker 7 (25:25):
I honestly, I don't think.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
It is either because the other the other rumored day
and city was going to be July third in New
York City. That's what I'm That's what I think.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
I feel like that makes I'd.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
Be annoyed fourth of July weekend.
Speaker 3 (25:39):
Oh, you're right, maybe not maybe.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
I mean, I granted it's a big event because it's
Taylor Swift wedding, but like that's fourth of July.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
That's like your favorite holiday. So I think that tracks well.
Speaker 8 (25:49):
Why July third and not July thirteenth.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
What day is July thirteenth, Tuesday?
Speaker 2 (25:54):
But it's time.
Speaker 8 (25:55):
That's why, Like nobody cares what day she gets married.
Everybody's going to the wedding, So I feel like the
day doesn't really matter.
Speaker 7 (26:02):
Yeah, I still.
Speaker 2 (26:03):
Judge weekday weddings.
Speaker 3 (26:04):
It's a little harsher than the weekends.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
Same girl.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
All right, Graham, what do you have?
Speaker 1 (26:08):
All right? I want to talk a little more.
Speaker 4 (26:10):
Election news, because did you guys know that Barack Obama
was running for California governor? What They're still counting votes
a very large percentage of California's vote by mail, so
this is going to take a while for the full
results to be tabulated. But unfortunately Obama, you guys, in
the results that have come in, he's not doing so good.
It's not the Barack, No, it's just a guy that
(26:31):
really likes Obama. He changed his name to Barack the Obama.
Shaw is his last names actually from here in the
Bay Area, and he like obviously very inspired by Obama's
time in the White House, and so he has changed
his name to Obama. Right now and I just checked
(26:52):
and refreshment to go. He has over ten thousand votes.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
You guys.
Speaker 4 (26:55):
I don't know if those are ten thousand people that
thought that was actually I think it does say on
the ballot Brock d the Obama Shaw. So maybe, but
I don't know, maybe some people with confusion, or maybe
they actually really want.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
To support him. I also scrolled down a little farther
there is another candidate whose name is living for God
and Country. Living for God is the first name in
and country all one word is the last.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
Name that's leg have to be their actual name.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
That person has one three hundred and forty five votes.
Speaker 7 (27:25):
Oh my god, I would see that.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
I'del like that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
Well, maybe there are other people that want to be
living for God all one word, first name and country.
Speaker 2 (27:35):
Like very very joky to be running for governor either way.
Speaker 4 (27:39):
One thousand, three hundred and forty five votes so far.
We talked about the overall you know, the front running
candidate's results a little earlier and those they're still counting
those up.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
And if you looked at the LA mayor.
Speaker 3 (27:49):
Race, I saw this morning Spencer's in psycond He's in second,
and that that's crazy if he advances in second again,
this is the primary, so he would be in.
Speaker 4 (27:59):
A runoff with the incumbent mayor, Karen Bass for I
never thought that mayor.
Speaker 3 (28:04):
Of LA I never thought that would happen.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Pretty crazy.
Speaker 3 (28:07):
But and still no D's anywhere on there.
Speaker 1 (28:09):
I didn't see D.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
When I filled out my ballot yesterday, there was a
couple a couple of different offices that where somebody was
in the primary running unopposed. There wasn't even another option.
It was just them and then the writing below it.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
And I was like, here's where I should write in
these nuts just to see if no, I didn't.
Speaker 4 (28:28):
It seems weird though, like why if somebody is running
here to advance, you know, to the ballot in November,
like and there's nobody else against them, Like why do
I have to waste my time fill you know, fill
it out the little bubble thing? I know before I
feel like I should write in somebody these nuts.
Speaker 3 (28:43):
Coming up next on the JV show, Your Chance to
Win a Chuck.
Speaker 1 (28:46):
Mud the JV Show on Wild ninety four.
Speaker 3 (28:49):
Nine, we were just talking about the primary election this.
Speaker 12 (28:53):
Morning with the Huttish trending in the name, Like I
think you gave me just a little PTSD here because
you know you already get a bad rap, especially for
be in the too Happy State and everything else. Now
we got politicians or want to be politicians on our ballots.
They're changing their names and running. It just doesn't sit
(29:15):
well or look good for us Californians at all.
Speaker 4 (29:18):
Okay, this is the names. So we were talking about
Barack Obama. Shaw actually from I think Almta was on
the ballot yesterday for California governor, got about ten thousand votes.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
There was somebody else name living for God and Country
also on the ballot. They didn't fare so well, only
like ony twelve hundred votes or something like that.
Speaker 4 (29:37):
Candidates throwing their hats in the ring in elections is
not a California is not unique.
Speaker 1 (29:45):
Is not unique to California.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
These nuts pulled that nine percent in North Carolina in
twenty fifteen. They pulled that eight percent in a couple
other states. It was a fifteen year old from Iowa,
right that was trying to run for president under the
name D's Nuts.
Speaker 1 (30:02):
So this is nothing new. And actually again pulled at
nine percent in North Carolina, Like do you understand what
I'm saying? I think, and they get They pulled at
eight percent in Minnesota. So and look you know, dese
Nuts ultimately not elected unfortunately, and dang it didn't meet
the age requirement to run for a president. I think
you'd be thirty five.
Speaker 4 (30:23):
Yep, but you just have to remember California at most
populous state. One in eight Americans lives in California. So
the anti California movement, they're just jealous.
Speaker 3 (30:34):
They hate us because they ain't us exactly.
Speaker 1 (30:37):
So there's just that.
Speaker 3 (30:38):
Yep. All right, Let's get tell what the bleep where
you can win a JV show Chuck Mug. You just
got to be the first person to guest today's weeped

how to properly sit on.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
You wanted her to teach you like stuff by step tutorial.
Speaker 13 (31:05):
I mean I feel like it would have been nice,
maybe not even a pull on demonstration, but even like
just like describing or telling me what to expect yeah
or how yeah?
Speaker 2 (31:19):
Just how to do it? What's the right way to
do it?
Speaker 3 (31:20):
I think it would have saved a lot of people
from possibly like judging me doing it wrong.
Speaker 4 (31:25):
You know it's weird because your mom gave me that tutorial.
All right, think about what that don't don't be mad.
Speaker 2 (31:39):
I'm not mad. I know what the word is.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
You don't know what the word is?
Speaker 1 (31:43):
Right, all right? All right, think about what that bleeped

Speaker 14 (32:45):
Thank you, Happy hope day.
Speaker 7 (32:48):
Yeah, there's only one.
Speaker 3 (32:49):
Way to sit on a horse, and that is with
both legs on one side.
Speaker 1 (32:53):
Oh that's how You're right very that that is a
very popular guest this morning.
Speaker 4 (32:58):
So you ride and side saddle, sona, have your ridden
a horse? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (33:03):
Okay, yeah, I mean not like that with both legs
on one side. That that sounds I don't know, hard
to do, and I feel like I wouldn't have a
good you know.
Speaker 1 (33:12):
Yeah, good morning.
Speaker 3 (33:15):
It's a sleepy Naomi and so city sit on business.
Could it be MoMA didn't teach you how to sit
on business? Do you stand on on business? Now? I
thought we were That's what I thought.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
But maybe is it possible that sitting on business is
the new thing?
Speaker 7 (33:35):
I feel like, how how is this new?
Speaker 3 (33:38):
It just is I feel like sitting on business is
like not standing on it.
Speaker 1 (33:44):
How is it not talking to you that I'm sitting
on business?
Speaker 2 (33:47):
It doesn't hit the same.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
That's a great aware of how you're sitting on stage.
Speaker 3 (34:15):

on stage. Yeah, but like graduations and things like that,
it is graduation season.
Speaker 4 (34:20):
Oh, you're up there on a panel, Selena, you've interviewed
artists on stage before you're sitting there.
Speaker 3 (34:25):
Yeah, but never like an address or anything.

we let's go to the judges.
Speaker 3 (36:47):
Well, here's today's clip, unbleeped. Something my mom never taught
me that I will for sure be teaching my daughters
is how to properly sit on airplanes?
Speaker 1 (36:57):
Air but he said airplane.
Speaker 3 (37:01):
But it has to make sense, how to properly sit
on airplane?
Speaker 1 (37:05):
True?
Speaker 2 (37:06):
Like listen to the clip.
Speaker 4 (37:08):
I did several times, but like also, nobody else even
said what payment in San Jose said plane plane.
Speaker 3 (37:15):
You know he's closed properly sit on plane.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
But it doesn't make sense. Don't make sense the airplane.
Speaker 4 (37:24):
I mean it was like right there and nobody else
said airplane.
Speaker 8 (37:28):
But plane is very close to so we'd have to
pick who to give it to, or we just don't.
Speaker 9 (37:33):
Well, the airplane is closer, obviously, that's not even a debate.
Speaker 2 (37:36):
But let's give it to him.
Speaker 1 (37:39):
Yeah, don't you think he didn't say who it is
and where he's from. So I don't know.
Speaker 4 (37:42):
I don't know who we're shouting out there, but I
feel like they.
Speaker 1 (37:46):
Get a chuck mug on this right because it's home.
This was on a Tuesday. Sorry, bro, you're.

Speaker 2 (46:13):
But I mean, what do you expect? Look at you.
Speaker 1 (46:14):
I tried to rock middle school. It just didn't.
Speaker 3 (46:16):
It rocked me the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Okay,
So all right, way to go. Nice everyone graduating, and
happy birthday. So everyone celebrating that as well.
Speaker 11 (46:27):
Hottest it's all the stuff you need to know what's
hot in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about
stories happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 3 (46:38):
Okay, So let's unpack all of these Adam Sandler sidings.
I know you guys saw some of the pictures from
over the weekend, right Adam Sandler, he's all over the city,
even Daily City. He was spotted at Original Joe's Westlake
that's in Daily City. He stopped by a skate shop
every day, SFC in San Francisco. He and his wife
at the Valkyries game on Sunday. There are some other
(46:58):
like little shops here and there that they're photographed in.
So apparently he is here shooting his new Netflix movie.
It's a psychological drama called Time Out. So that's why
he's like just all over the place.
Speaker 8 (47:11):
If you see him, let him know, let me know,
not let him know, let me know because I've always
wanted to.
Speaker 4 (47:16):
Meet Adam sum Yeah, you're a big Adam Sandler fan.
I remember learning about that about you. He's one of
your top celebrities, right yeah.
Speaker 7 (47:24):
I just wait there, Oh my god, how do I
find him?
Speaker 3 (47:27):
He's like literally everywhere you just need to be out
in the city, You need.
Speaker 1 (47:30):
To go to an Original Joe's.
Speaker 3 (47:33):
Oh yeah, that's actually that's actually a great plan. Have
you been to Original Joe's.
Speaker 4 (47:38):
I have been to Original Joe's in San Francisco, and
then I've been to Little Original Joe's on Chestnut Street.
That's one of their newer spots. Highly recommend by the way.
Speaker 3 (47:47):
I've never been, but Adam Sandler apparently is so obsessed
with the Original Joe's that he went four times in
four days.
Speaker 1 (47:54):
Yeah, on Saturday.
Speaker 3 (47:55):
On Saturday, he went to Original Joe's Westlake. On Monday
he went to Little Original Joe's in the Marina District,
and then Original Joe's there in North Beach, and.
Speaker 2 (48:06):
Then on Tuesdays that's twice in one day.
Speaker 3 (48:08):
And then on Tuesday yesterday he went back to Little
the Little Original Joe's.
Speaker 4 (48:13):
That little Original Joe spot on Chestnut By the way,
I've been there a few times for lunch. Phenomenal drinks,
great food. Get the prime brid sandwich sounds so incredible,
so good. I actually have a friend buddy that when
I was bartend I used to work with.
Speaker 1 (48:26):
His name is Ender. He's the I think he's the
GM at the Westlake.
Speaker 4 (48:31):
And I saw him post a picture over the weekend
of him and Adam say, and I.
Speaker 1 (48:34):
Was like, where is this?
Speaker 4 (48:36):
Like what I didn't know that he was working down there,
and so he obviously got to meet him. And by
all accounts, everybody from the staff I saw some interviews,
was other staff that I think at Little Original Jose,
they all said he is just so down to earth
and so awesome.
Speaker 7 (48:50):
I was just going to point that out.
Speaker 3 (48:51):
I love that, you know, he and his wife. I
mean they're out here shooting a movie for a Netflix.
But you would never know by like seeing him walking
down the street, like he's just a regular person just
exploring the city, going into these little mom and pop
shops and like just checking out, you know, clothing or whatever.
It is, Like he's just a he's just a regular.
He's got nice look at Adam Sandler Jack either just
(49:14):
like us. Yeah, but yeah, you have a better chance
of running into him at Original Jo.
Speaker 2 (49:18):
Okay, I'll be going every.
Speaker 7 (49:19):
Day this week.
Speaker 3 (49:21):
You gotta go to every location every day, jess us, the.
Speaker 2 (49:24):
Better of your chance.
Speaker 7 (49:24):
What if I go to the wrong one and he's
got the other one this say it?
Speaker 1 (49:27):
Then you just race over the other one. Yeah, either way,
you get some good food.
Speaker 2 (49:30):
Yeah that's true. All right, grand let's talk about this
scary situation.
Speaker 1 (49:34):
Yeah, pretty scary.
Speaker 4 (49:34):
We have a full blown bank hostage situation going on
right now in Baker's Field. It's now into its second
day because yesterday afternoon, around one pm, a man who
is apparently armed with an explosive device at least that's
what he's saying, barricaded himself and a bunch of hostages
inside the Chase Bank building there. Police have spoken to
this guy by phone. Negotiators were able to secure the
(49:55):
release of two hostages last night, but we don't know
how many.
Speaker 1 (49:59):
More are inside.
Speaker 4 (50:00):
They have declined to provide that information, or maybe they
don't fully know. We just know that there is quote
a number of community members in that room with them.
No injuries have been reported thus far. Police again have
not given many details about any of this guy's demands
or anything like that, and again we don't know the
number of people in there, but they say there is
(50:20):
a massive, massive police response to this, including the SWAT team,
bomb squad, gang team, gang unit, negotiators, a drone team,
and the FBI's hostage rescue team all on site there.
But again, this is still an active situation now into
its second day.
Speaker 1 (50:36):
Started at one pm yesterday afternoon. My god, that's very.
Speaker 4 (50:40):
Scary, but also something like just straight out of a
movie that yes.
Speaker 3 (50:44):
Oh my god, I can't imagine.
Speaker 1 (50:46):
We'll let you guys know if there are any updates
that develop, you know, during during our show, and hopefully
this thing reaches a peaceful resolution with everybody being released safely.
Speaker 7 (50:57):
Yes, right.
Speaker 1 (50:59):
The JV Show Fun Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 3 (51:01):
All right, So there is a young woman she just
graduated from Chicago Tech Academy and people online they are
they're in a heated debate right now over something that
she did.
Speaker 2 (51:13):
You can see this video on.
Speaker 3 (51:15):
Our Instagram story. Go to JV Morning Show. Follow us
right now if you are not already. But her her
walk across that stage went viral because you know a
lot of people they'll like raise their arms like I
did it. You know, they're waving to their family or whatever.
She decided to do a bit of a celebratory dance
where she's walking and then she just dropped into some
(51:38):
splits and you know, I did a quick a little
bounce and then popped back up. And she said she
was really confused after that. She like goes to reach
for a diploma and they wouldn't give it to her,
and she's like, oh, was it not my turn. Maybe
they called the wrong name. Like she was really confused.
They ended up escorting her away, like off the stage,
and they basically told her that they're they're withholding her
(51:59):
diploma and she must find a way to address the
incident before this matter can be resolved, and they're not
giving it to hers, Like she still doesn't have it
from what I've read, and she's still confused because there
was nothing like in any sort of rules or guidelines
that said you couldn't do that. You know, no family
or student was informed that you can't. You couldn't do
(52:21):
a celebratory dance right of any kind. So I mean
fair or foul the school withholding her diploma foul?
Speaker 4 (52:30):
Well, it's foul if there was no warning that went
out to students.
Speaker 1 (52:34):
But I kind of find that hard to believe that
there was no warning that went out. There was a
warning that went out at my high school graduation.
Speaker 4 (52:40):
I remember that, yep, And I adjusted things accordingly because
I had a couple.
Speaker 1 (52:43):
Of things planned.
Speaker 3 (52:44):
Wait, what did you have planned? Don't tell me streaking.
Speaker 1 (52:46):
Well, we'll get back to the streaking in a second.
Because I thought about that.
Speaker 4 (52:52):
What I had planned was I wore nothing but a
speedo again, I played waterfowl in high school. Were just
speedo and when you told us what right thing, and
then I tucked the speedo into the back. Sorry, I
tuck my gown into the back of the speedo so
like you could, you know, kind of see my whole butt.
And then I pretended, you know, lean over and tie
my shoe as But I didn't do that in the
(53:13):
center of the stage. I did that sort of when
I was a couple people back, because I knew that
if I did that on stage, they were going to
cancel my thing.
Speaker 1 (53:22):
But in the line of people leading up about to
walk across on stage, and people in the crowd saw it,
I did bend over to tie my shoe and you
could see it.
Speaker 4 (53:30):
And then it looked like it looked like a mistake,
Joe malfunction, Like, well, I didn't realize that that was
tucked it, that my gown was tucked in back there.
You know, it looked like it just a little wardrobe mishap.
I disguised it, but I knew there.
Speaker 3 (53:42):
Were rules to do it on the stage.
Speaker 1 (53:44):
That you couldn't do.
Speaker 2 (53:45):
Would you have would you.
Speaker 3 (53:46):
Have been like understanding if they were like hey, you
still did it. You weren't on the stage, but you
were next to the stage, and this is not the
place for that.
Speaker 1 (53:53):
I would have been upset about it.
Speaker 4 (53:54):
I mean I was part way onto the stage when
I did when I did mine. But had I done
that on the stage and they were like, we'd warned.
Speaker 1 (54:00):
You, you know, Yeah, then you have to accept the
consequences if you've been probably worn, if she was never worn,
if there was no more they went out to students
there the claim that.
Speaker 3 (54:08):
There was no warning, like they did get like rules
and guidelines, but the celebratory dance was not in there,
got it?
Speaker 2 (54:14):
That's according to her in.
Speaker 4 (54:15):
Her that's a little okay, then that's a little because
like they wouldn't if you jumped and she does. She
drops it down and does the splits right and does
a little bounce there. Had she somebody jumped up and
down put their hands up in the air like whoo,
there's no way that they would have been like, no
diploma for you.
Speaker 1 (54:32):
I think it was partially the nature because of her,
the nature of the move.
Speaker 8 (54:36):
Yeah, I can see schools moving forward being very strict
about this though, because I've seen so many videos, you know,
now with social media, people want to go viral, so
they're doing they're going above and beyond, trying to one
up each other and do everything that they can on
that stage to just go viral. So I can see
schools cracking down a lot more on stuff like this.
I mean, just this week, I've seen videos of like
(54:57):
you know, high schoolers with like doing a money spread.
They're walking through the stage like you know, doing crazy
dances like stuff like that. So I do think it's
a little too much for high school to be doing
something like this, especially like the bountance the splits.
Speaker 3 (55:12):
Okay, I mean right, I think there's a time and
place for everything, but it just withholding somebody's dipolma for
this seems a little excessive. I think that's doing too
movester and talking to maybe after the fact, but like
that diploma that you were about to hand her, she
already earned that. Just give it to her.
Speaker 8 (55:28):
Do you think it's their way of being like this
is going to prevent other people from.
Speaker 3 (55:32):
Yeah, they want to make an example out of her.
We did put a poll up on our Instagram story.
Speaker 2 (55:38):
That's also where you.
Speaker 3 (55:38):
Can watch the video again if you have not seen it.
We're talking about Taviaan Campbell from Chicago Tech Academy. She's
just graduated from there, and they're not giving her diploma
because she did the splits on stage.
Speaker 4 (55:49):
She's not going to be allowed to graduate at all.
Like the diploma, in my mind, is sort of just
a symbolic thing. You didn't get it handed to on stage.
But like behind the scenes, they're like, well, you still graduated.
I mean, not necessary be the case. That's kind of
what I wonder because like, yeah, I'm not sure there
were Now Look, I really wanted to streak the thing.
Speaker 1 (56:08):
I really wanted to streak my high school. Don't shout
shout out to NAPA, like completely streak. Yeah, I wanted to,
Like I wanted to streak one of the rallies. I
used to host the rallies in high school, and I
wanted to streak one of the rallies. And I remember
the I floated the idea out there.
Speaker 4 (56:24):
I can't remember how it happened, but you know, one
of the administrators caught word.
Speaker 1 (56:27):
And they're like, you will not graduate if you do that.
And look, I wanted to go to college, so I
wanted to graduate.
Speaker 4 (56:32):
So what I did was I graduated, and then I
came back the following year.
Speaker 1 (56:37):
It sounds stupid, expose yourself to.
Speaker 2 (56:40):
A bunch of minors.
Speaker 1 (56:41):
Well whatever, Selena, don't you.
Speaker 3 (56:43):
Know now you belong in a registry.
Speaker 7 (56:46):
Whatever.
Speaker 4 (56:47):
I'm just living my truth, okay. And I came back
and then I streaked one of the rallies and it
was just stupid.
Speaker 1 (56:53):
A police report was filed and they were unable to
pin the crime on me because I had a ski
mask on and crap, I didn't know that it was
me and one sock.
Speaker 2 (57:05):
Happy to know, like fourteen.
Speaker 13 (57:06):
Years Yeah, I had a song with you, and then
in the crowd there's children that are there to support
their brothers.
Speaker 1 (57:15):
No, this was not a graduation. This was at a rally.
There was just all high school students in.
Speaker 8 (57:19):
The Still you were already above eighteen, probably.
Speaker 1 (57:24):
Might have been eighteen you okay, But look, I wanted
to graduate.
Speaker 4 (57:32):
I knew the rules were in place that I was
not going to get a diploma if I did that
while I was there, so I had to adjust my plans.
So maybe if she had been warned about this, she
should have adjusted her plans accordingly as well.
Speaker 1 (57:43):
But after and then she could have gone back to
the next graduation and run up there and dropped it low.
Speaker 8 (57:49):
Okay, well, we asked you on Instagram should her diploma
be have been withheld? And seventy two percent say no
and twenty five say yes.
Speaker 2 (58:03):
You know what I mean, Yeah, I would agree with
the no.
Speaker 3 (58:05):
If you want to go on the Pole Now Morning
Show on her Instagram story, or you can leave a
talkback right now, fair or foul. You do the splits
on stage, you know.
Speaker 7 (58:14):
You bounce it a little bit and then you pop
back up and.
Speaker 3 (58:16):
They're like, noue, don't pull up for you. You can
leave your opinion on the talk back mic on the
iHeartRadio app right.
Speaker 1 (58:23):
Now, the JV show on Wild ninety.
Speaker 2 (58:26):
Happy Wednesday Happy.
Speaker 3 (58:29):
There is a young woman she's graduating.
Speaker 2 (58:31):
This is in Chicago.
Speaker 3 (58:32):
You have to see the video of her walking across
the stage JV Morning Show. It's there on our Instagram story.
She don't she wants to do a celebratory dance. You know,
she told all her friends and family that she's gonna
do a little dance on stage.
Speaker 2 (58:42):
Make sure you're paying attention.
Speaker 3 (58:43):
She drops into the splits and then you know you
have to like bounce enough to.
Speaker 2 (58:47):
Be able to like the back up.
Speaker 7 (58:50):
No, yes you do, because it how old.
Speaker 3 (58:52):
If you just drop down, what then you have to
like awkwardly like scramble and get up on your like
hands and knees to stand by.
Speaker 7 (58:59):
But you don't do three.
Speaker 16 (59:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (59:00):
Whatever.
Speaker 3 (59:03):
It was a little extra, but the school is withholding
her diploma, so we wanted to know fair or foul.
Speaker 6 (59:09):
Hey, it's Monique from Oakland calling about the withholding of
the diploma. My sister got her diploma withheld in high school.
She blew bubbles over the crown during her ceremony, and
they withheld her diploma. And she's fine. I'll just be
in college living my life. And they mailed her about
a year later, so I'm sure she'll be fine. I
agree with Graham. If she wasn't warned, it's foul, but
(59:30):
she'll be fine, So have a good day.
Speaker 2 (59:32):
Wait she blew bubbles.
Speaker 7 (59:34):
Yes, that's what.
Speaker 1 (59:35):
Gard I'm telling you.
Speaker 4 (59:37):
I remember the talking to to all the students. Don't
even try it, don't do the thing that you know,
don't try to make a scene or whatever.
Speaker 1 (59:46):
And I'm assuming they have.
Speaker 4 (59:47):
Continued that in the especially in the world of things
going everybody wants to go viral. You know, I'm assuming
that there are pretty strict rules in place, like don't
get your bubble wand out blow a bunch of bubbles,
you won't get diploma.
Speaker 1 (01:00:00):
But again, is it is.
Speaker 4 (01:00:02):
It the symbolic piece of paper at the diploma or
are they saying sorry, you now don't graduate, like what
you have to go back and repeat your senior year
like you still graduated, right?
Speaker 3 (01:00:12):
It sounds like withholding the diploma is just that piece
of paper.
Speaker 4 (01:00:15):
And exactly whoeveryone's Like you had a job interview and
you said, I graduated from NAPA hyl prove it.
Speaker 1 (01:00:21):
Let me see that diploma, Like does anyone do that?
Is that a thing? Have you ever had to produce
your high school diploma for anything? Ever?
Speaker 5 (01:00:29):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:00:29):
Do you even know where your high school diploma is?
Speaker 2 (01:00:31):
Couldn't tell you how you have?
Speaker 6 (01:00:32):
No.
Speaker 3 (01:00:33):
I don't even know where my college. I don't even
know if I graduated anymore.
Speaker 1 (01:00:36):
Probably not Morning.
Speaker 16 (01:00:37):
JV show, Happy Wednesday, Whoop Woop pop day doing it
from San Jose.
Speaker 7 (01:00:42):
I just seen the.
Speaker 16 (01:00:43):
Video of the girl literally just dropping down to do
the slits and getting back up. However, I literally just
seen a viral of a graduate popping up down, up, down,
up down into a split, back around, back into a
slit and back around, and was the guy he was
juice that he graduated.
Speaker 10 (01:01:02):
So give her her diploma? Please?
Speaker 7 (01:01:04):
She graduated, Wayne, can you.
Speaker 3 (01:01:06):
Send that I am impacted?
Speaker 1 (01:01:07):
Updown, updown, back down around another sciplan updown?
Speaker 3 (01:01:12):
If they didn't discipline him, why why? I understand different schools,
different roles, but look at me wrapping ryman?
Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
But yeah, so is it because she's a woman?
Speaker 7 (01:01:22):
I think so?
Speaker 3 (01:01:23):
You know that they they look at it more sexual?
Speaker 1 (01:01:25):
Is that what it is? Perhaps could have done different?
Good morning.
Speaker 17 (01:01:31):
I just think that that girl who got her diploma
denied should get it. She didn't do anything and she
deserves it. Everyone have a good day there.
Speaker 4 (01:01:43):
It is thank you that he talked about overwhelmingly in
favor of this woman getting her diploma as she should.
Speaker 1 (01:01:49):
You learn it matters what you've done up until that point, right.
Speaker 3 (01:01:53):
And again if you missed that video JB Morning Show,
it is there on our Instagram story and even on
the pole that had They were asking people on Instagram
should the school of withhelder diploma? Overwhelmingly people were saying no,
as well, yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
The JV show on Wild ninety four nine, Good.
Speaker 16 (01:02:09):
Morning TV Show that said, he said, from the Angie,
your daughter's name is Ruby.
Speaker 1 (01:02:15):
Okay, here we.
Speaker 7 (01:02:16):
Go, Yo.
Speaker 2 (01:02:38):
I still don't get it. I still don't get that birthday.
Speaker 1 (01:02:40):
So I don't know. But our buddy Angie slid into
my DMS and then.
Speaker 4 (01:02:44):
Her one request is our other listener said, he said, yes,
her daughter Ruby official happy Birthday song.
Speaker 3 (01:02:50):
More importantly, though, all right, Graham, I know you saw
a report about what is actually in fog and it's
actually pretty alarming.
Speaker 2 (01:02:59):
Before we get to that, though, we were.
Speaker 3 (01:03:01):
Talking about the woman and the young woman in Chicago
who went to go get her diploma and she decided
to do the splits on stage in the school was
withholding her diploma. And during that conversation we were talking
about like does anyone even know where their diplomas are
actually at? Like who needs it anyways? Just a piece
of paper. No employer is asking for it.
Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
Do you ever actually produce that document?
Speaker 5 (01:03:23):
Good Morning JV Show. This ismo from Berlin game in
regards to people asking for your diploma after receiving it
from high school or whatever. I did go to an
interview with enterprise car and they were asking for me
to submit my high school diploma, which I thought was funny.
Speaker 2 (01:03:46):
Okay, bye, oh my god.
Speaker 3 (01:03:47):
Can you imagine if places did this and everyone's like scrambling.
Speaker 1 (01:03:51):
Their diploma pesty diplomas around here somewhere.
Speaker 4 (01:03:55):
I've runted a car from Enterprise rent a car before.
I didn't think anybody there had a high school education
based on how long it took to get my car.
I'm kidding enterprise Zonians, enterprisings, whatever you're called, that work,
I don't know. Yeah, a little joke, little joke, but yeah, okay,
there's one instance where you do have to actually do
you take a picture of it or do you have
to like bring it down to them like here it is.
Speaker 8 (01:04:16):
It has to be the hard copy.
Speaker 1 (01:04:17):
I guess I make it.
Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
No, m hm, that's a good idea.
Speaker 10 (01:04:23):
All right.
Speaker 3 (01:04:24):
So you saw this report about fog, which we have
a lot of here.
Speaker 4 (01:04:27):
In the Bay Yeah, something we're very familiar with here
in the Bay Area. And according to a brand new study,
fog is actually riddled with bacteria.
Speaker 7 (01:04:36):
What how is this new?
Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
I want to think.
Speaker 4 (01:04:38):
Twice before you walk through that next foggy day with
your mouth opened a team from the University of Arizona
set out to find out what exactly was in all
these tenC tiny water droplets that make up fog, and
they found a whole lot of mainly methy leo bacteria.
Speaker 3 (01:04:53):
That kind of bacteria sounds gross.
Speaker 4 (01:04:55):
That kind of bacteria consumes simple carbon compounds in the air,
so they're sort of breaking down and breaking down and
feeding on pollutants in the air, but it is still
a bacteria. According to this study, the team found that
fewer than one percent of fog droplets contain the bacteria,
but when put together, the concentration of bacteria is similar
(01:05:15):
to the amount of bacteria that's in like.
Speaker 1 (01:05:18):
The ocean in water. A thimbles worth of fog water
has some ten million bacteria in it. So there's a
whole bunch of stuff in there.
Speaker 4 (01:05:27):
So next time you're walking through that glorious carl the
fog that city fog here in San Francisco, might want
to close your mouth because like, bacteria.
Speaker 1 (01:05:35):
Is just like that's disgusting straight in there.
Speaker 4 (01:05:37):
Again, Is it the type of bacteria it's gonna make
you sick or anything like that?
Speaker 1 (01:05:40):
No, I guess the.
Speaker 3 (01:05:41):
Kind of tracks of like other things I've heard. I've
heard from other people that like rain water isn't like
clean water. I mean, I'm assuming it's the same bacteria,
but that's still it's still weird because you've always been
taught that it's just if clean natural water.
Speaker 4 (01:05:55):
Just I think rainwater used to be clean water till
humans came around and added a bunch of pollutants.
Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
To the area.
Speaker 3 (01:06:01):
And do you remember back in twenty twenty four, I
think it was Reese Witherspoon. People were coming for her
because it was there's like some massive snowstorms. So yeah,
and she decided to like scoop them up and then
make something.
Speaker 7 (01:06:12):
Make some ice cream.
Speaker 2 (01:06:13):
Yeah that it was like a snow coners.
Speaker 7 (01:06:15):
It was something.
Speaker 3 (01:06:16):
But she started eating it, and people were like, that's disgusting.
You know how dirty that is. Yeah, that was the
first time I really thought about it.
Speaker 1 (01:06:21):
Don't eat the yellow snow was the only snow you
were supposed.
Speaker 7 (01:06:24):
To not eat, but now you don't.
Speaker 1 (01:06:26):
I don't think I want to eat the regular kind
of of the snow.
Speaker 4 (01:06:29):
And then not to mention if there's bacteria and other
things like that and the microplastics they've taken snow samples
from some of the most far away spurs and glaciers
in the world, and there's they say, there's virtually no
part of the earth that now is not contaminated with
at least some level of tenC tiny microplastics.
Speaker 3 (01:06:47):
Dude, we're worried about robots.
Speaker 8 (01:06:49):
The microplastics are the real issue here.
Speaker 4 (01:06:52):
I think the microplastics accumulating in human body systems, and
no joke, I think is a probably something they're going
to track back and realize it's behind quite a bit
of our ailments.
Speaker 18 (01:07:01):
Oh my gosh, I'm mean I said before that we eat,
you know, consume and are just from your your plastic
water bottles and other you know, food containers and stuff
like that.
Speaker 4 (01:07:13):
About a credit card's worth of plastic a year. And
they think that might be an under representation that thing.
It might actually be quite quite a bit higher. That's
not good for your system, you guys.
Speaker 2 (01:07:22):
I'm going in credit cards. You think you guys are
eating probably.
Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
Four to five Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:07:27):
Anytime my credit card expires, I don't want anybody to
get the number off it.
Speaker 1 (01:07:31):
And so rather than snapping in half, I eat it.
Speaker 2 (01:07:34):
I just lose mine.
Speaker 3 (01:07:35):
Oh, either one works.
Speaker 4 (01:07:37):
I guess leave it behind somewhere. I recommend eating it
that way, nobody can get any that information off of there.
Speaker 7 (01:07:43):
Live pack.
Speaker 1 (01:07:43):
Yeah right at tip.
Speaker 3 (01:07:46):
Today's hottest trending is coming up next.
Speaker 4 (01:07:49):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine. Why you
gotta do them like that? Why you guys got to
do them like that?
Speaker 7 (01:07:57):
Do what?
Speaker 2 (01:07:57):
Like what?
Speaker 4 (01:07:58):
Our boss I think felt bad about forgetting to put
our lunch order in last week after a very long meeting,
and so he offered to bring Starbucks this morning. And
these two ladies up here just sent them the world's
most complicated quarters. I just said ice Lotte, and Jess said,
a grande light ice oat milk, vanilla, sweet cream cold
from two pumps sugar cinnamon powder with an extra shot
(01:08:19):
of espresso.
Speaker 3 (01:08:20):
Like what, that's not delicious?
Speaker 1 (01:08:23):
That's a great sort. I switch my order that. What
you got to do them like that? My hottest thing.
Speaker 11 (01:08:32):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
and music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the bag.
Speaker 3 (01:08:40):
So j Low's finally responded to rumors that she is
dating her Netflix co stars. So both j Lo and
this co star they were on the Today Show yesterday
they sat down with Savannah Guthrie, who I'm glad finally
brought this up to j Low so we can get
an answer from her, because all of these reports are
saying that her chemistry with Brett Goldstein is undeniable on
off the screen, that they were getting cozy at the
(01:09:03):
premiere of their movie Office Romance. I missed this part,
but apparently j Loo when she was on Watch What
Happens Live, she even said that Brett Goldstein was her
best on screen kiss.
Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
So during yesterday's interview, scratchy to me, very core spirit.
If you've ever watched Ted Lasso, he plays the soccer
player that's kind of like he's kind of a jerk.
Speaker 3 (01:09:23):
So yesterday, during the interview with Savannah, she even replayed
that clip for Brett, like this is what she said
about your kiss, And then she was like, so like,
is it true you guys dating?
Speaker 1 (01:09:32):
Because you know what everyone's saying, What's say that it.
Speaker 3 (01:09:35):
Might be real that you might actually be dating in
real life. There's never a time when I'm seen with
somebody or working with somebody where they don't try to
put me. Yeah, that's what happened, ye what you wish
would happen.
Speaker 8 (01:09:52):
Well, okay, but I'll just say, because I'm me and
you know me, yes, that was.
Speaker 3 (01:09:57):
Not an answer. Now, I will say it was a
little it was a little weird watching this interview, just
knowing everything Savannah is going through in her personal life
with her mom missing and all that.
Speaker 1 (01:10:06):
Yeah, and the way she's.
Speaker 3 (01:10:07):
Able to kind of like just cast that aside for
a moment, and I get it. We've been through some
things here on this show as well, and this is
doing this and I assume it's the same for her.
Is almost like an escape to be able to not
have to think about that for a second.
Speaker 2 (01:10:17):
But he has a viewer, it's all.
Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
I'm thinking about. That part was hard for me. As
for Brett Goldstein, before we get to Savannah continuing to
press them, a lot of people were pointing out that
he has been a fan, like a big fan, and
had a crush on Jlo for years, Like he has
a podcast and he's been very vocal about it, and
you know, and he's like he's really into j Loo.
Speaker 5 (01:10:42):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (01:10:42):
And then imagine getting an on screen kiss with somebody
like he's.
Speaker 3 (01:10:46):
The one who like made the movie and he made
it for Jlo to start in with him like smart.
Speaker 2 (01:10:53):
So Savannah Guthrie continued to press them.
Speaker 11 (01:10:55):
That was not an answer yes or not because all
these people that they put me, okay, so you're not dating, yes, okay,
not dating enrollment, not dating Okay.
Speaker 7 (01:11:03):
So they said no.
Speaker 3 (01:11:04):
However, there are there are more reports you guys that yeah,
they're not dating now, but they briefly did after filming
the movie.
Speaker 4 (01:11:12):
I guarantee there was there was something there. You could
just tell. Yeah, I could tell by the look in
her face. She's like, here's what everyone saying. Everyone everyone says.
Speaker 3 (01:11:20):
She always says that.
Speaker 1 (01:11:21):
Like always saying, what do they say?
Speaker 4 (01:11:24):
Yeah, and then she like deflected, but then like looked
kind of smiley about it, like there's still something they're saying.
Speaker 3 (01:11:31):
Something is they're saying that full blown relationship. But they
did go on some dates and it was really fun,
but that's all it was. It was just like a fun,
little casual thing. Things eventually fizzled out. No hard feelings.
They're still friendly and flirty, but at the extent of.
Speaker 4 (01:11:43):
It now, I mean, it would be hard not to
be right if you were starring in a movie and
you find out that like, you know, this person had
a big crush on you and then you know wrote
you into this role and then you guys have a
kiss in it.
Speaker 2 (01:11:54):
You're pursuing that person, you have.
Speaker 1 (01:11:55):
Some on screen chemistry, like what a great story.
Speaker 2 (01:11:57):
You know, and if anything, she needs a pretty good chance.
Speaker 5 (01:12:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:12:03):
Actually they were briefly engaged.
Speaker 8 (01:12:06):
But she also just needs someone who is this obsessed
with her, like yep, she needs to date somebody who
is like that.
Speaker 7 (01:12:12):
So he's perfect for her.
Speaker 3 (01:12:13):
I know, I'm kind of shipping them.
Speaker 2 (01:12:15):
They're cute.
Speaker 1 (01:12:17):
I'm for it, Yeah, getting engaged.
Speaker 3 (01:12:19):
He seems better than a rod who we heard recently
reached back out to her.
Speaker 1 (01:12:23):
I totally agree.
Speaker 3 (01:12:24):
Yeah, yeah, he seems like a really good guy. All right,
But Graham, let's get the latest on this hostage situation.
Speaker 4 (01:12:29):
All right, So about an hour ago we talked about
this hostage situation and Bakersfield guy had entered the Chase
Bank there yesterday afternoon took a bunch of hostages, claiming
that he had a bomb on him. A witness who
was in the building when the suspect entered heard him say, quote,
it's a bad day to be at the bank, and
it was well despite negotiatings like a movie line.
Speaker 1 (01:12:48):
I know. Well, despite negotiators.
Speaker 4 (01:12:49):
Securing the release of two of those hostages late last night,
as of earlier this morning, he still had more people
locked up in a room with them. Well, here is
your big, major breaking update. The hostage situation officially over
because the FBI took him out.
Speaker 1 (01:13:07):
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the suspect was killed
in quote an officer involved shooting involving the Federal Bureau
of Investigation personnel.
Speaker 4 (01:13:16):
All of the remaining hostages have been freed, no injuries reported.
Speaker 1 (01:13:21):
That's really good news.
Speaker 4 (01:13:22):
If I've learned anything from watching movies over the years, when.
Speaker 1 (01:13:26):
You have the shot, you take it. If you've got
the shot, you take it, take it.
Speaker 2 (01:13:30):
You have to take it.
Speaker 1 (01:13:30):
And it sounds like the FBI took that shot.
Speaker 3 (01:13:32):
Wow, that's scary.
Speaker 1 (01:13:35):
Crazy situation.
Speaker 4 (01:13:36):
Yes, but yeah, thankful that everybody, all the hostages, everybody
got released safely.
Speaker 1 (01:13:40):
The JV show on Wild ninety four nine, he's.
Speaker 3 (01:13:43):
Taking out the JV show This home dude, Oh Kyby Wednesday?

We do this every Wednesday. We throw some things out.
We discuss is that.
Speaker 1 (01:14:41):
Cool or not?
Speaker 3 (01:14:43):
I have a couple TV related ones if I can
do those?
Speaker 14 (01:14:45):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (01:14:46):
Cool or not? The new Michael Jackson docu series out
today on Netflix Michael Jackson The Verdict all about the
two thousand and five trial or they're going to be
talking to like witnesses and oh my god, no going
through all the evidence.
Speaker 1 (01:15:01):
I'm going cool on this.
Speaker 4 (01:15:02):
I just read and I'm not gonna, you know, spoil
it for anybody.
Speaker 1 (01:15:06):
No spoiler alert.
Speaker 4 (01:15:08):
I just read a breakdown of each episode and some
of the shocking things that are going to be revealed,
and oh man, it is juice to you guys. There
are some very interesting stuff in there.
Speaker 2 (01:15:19):
I can't wait to watch.
Speaker 7 (01:15:20):
I tell me either.
Speaker 3 (01:15:21):
It's three parts, so try to find the time. Well, Jess,
I feel like that's easy for you.
Speaker 7 (01:15:25):
Oh, I have plenty of time. Dang it. I can
watch it three times if I wanted to.
Speaker 2 (01:15:28):
Today it good bragging.
Speaker 7 (01:15:30):
The other TV.
Speaker 4 (01:15:31):
Say, we go back to that, really, que I'm just
it is one of those things that's Michael Jackson docuseries
because people the response to the Michael Jackson movie still
doing really well in the theaters and the amount of
money it's made globally massive, and people kind of getting
wrapped up in that Michael Jackson nostalgia and the songs
and the dance moves and everything.
Speaker 1 (01:15:48):
Yep.
Speaker 4 (01:15:48):
But I am curious to see what the people because
there's sort of two camps on the opinion of Michael Jackson,
and I am curious to see what people that you know,
who he just who they absolutely love him, what they
think of this, because there's always been that narrative, Oh well,
these people were there, it was just a money grab.
They were just out these allegations and stuff were just
money grap Well, in this docu series, you're gonna hear
(01:16:10):
from a lot of people that have nothing financially to
gain from this other than telling their side of the story.
So I'm curious what the response is there because they
people have been able to brush aside all these allegations, going, well,
these kids, they're families, they were just trying to get money.
Speaker 1 (01:16:24):
You're trying to get money. Well, you're gonna hear.
Speaker 4 (01:16:25):
From people that work for them and other things, and
they're not currently trying to get any money, So what's
their motivation?
Speaker 12 (01:16:31):
Right?
Speaker 3 (01:16:32):
I really hope, I really hope those people will watch this.
Speaker 1 (01:16:36):
I do too and watch it with an open mind.
Speaker 8 (01:16:38):
Although I do think that they'll watch it and then
they'll be like fake fake news.
Speaker 2 (01:16:43):
They'll still find something.
Speaker 3 (01:16:45):
Yeah, they were paid actors and they come up with
something totally, totally the other TV related thing I had
cool or not the way. One of the guys from
Love Island is already being called out.
Speaker 2 (01:16:55):
Jess, did you.
Speaker 7 (01:16:56):
Watch Love Island? I did.
Speaker 8 (01:16:57):
I watched that first episode yesterday. I am so glad
it is so you know the.
Speaker 3 (01:17:00):
Cop, yes, Sean, Yes, he is being called out by
the mayor of the city.
Speaker 2 (01:17:09):
He's from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Speaker 3 (01:17:11):
He was on the police department prior to going to
the show, and he is getting blasted for leaving the
force less than a year after getting this job, leaving
them short staffed. Here's what the mayor said, Our police
departments spent a lot of time training and we paid
thousands of taxpayer dollars to send him to the police academy.
(01:17:31):
We are disappointed he left, as we now have another
vacancy in our department that is impossible to fill until
next year. I never thought I'd see the day where
a reality show participation wins over being a police officer,
like he left to be on the show.
Speaker 8 (01:17:44):
But impossible, like he's that good that he's impossible to replace,
or like they really don't have the budget.
Speaker 3 (01:17:50):
Come on, I think it's really maybe don't have the budget.
Speaker 4 (01:17:52):
It's probably a budget and hiring window type of thing.
And I understand their frustration, But are are any of
you surprised by the fact that somebody's gonna chew potential reality,
fame and everything that comes along with it over working
at a police department right?
Speaker 5 (01:18:06):
Like?
Speaker 8 (01:18:06):
Does he want to put himself in these very dangerous
situations situations? Or does he want to go kiss hot girls.
Speaker 1 (01:18:15):
Girls and then kiss more hot girls after the show?
Rat celebrity? Wait, Jess, so what did you think of
the show? I haven't watched.
Speaker 8 (01:18:23):
I honestly forgot how much kissing is involved in this show.
Speaker 1 (01:18:29):
You have to listen to it, all of them. Every
time you do that, I know it. I can't listen.
Speaker 8 (01:18:35):
And it goes from like one person making out with
someone and then that same person makes out with somebody
right after, like seconds after, and I just can't help
but think that it's just like so breathy and and gross.
And you know a lot of people are doing a
challenge to to be healthier while watching the show. Anytime
somebody kisses you drink, I mean that sounds more fun,
(01:18:57):
but drink some water.
Speaker 7 (01:18:58):
You drink some water because then you're.
Speaker 8 (01:18:59):
Gonna be extra hydrated because they're kissing like every five seconds.
So people are taking like Love Island challenges into trying
to be like not cool, funny.
Speaker 4 (01:19:09):
Not cool on that, No, it's funny or if it's
a drinking an actual drinking game.
Speaker 3 (01:19:14):
I feel like last season was so it got so
big that I don't know if this next season, like
the Winner in now season eight, can can like live
up to.
Speaker 1 (01:19:24):
It.
Speaker 8 (01:19:25):
Probably won't because that so big. But I'm here for it,
im I'm ready.
Speaker 3 (01:19:31):
I'm ready, and then it'll be another episode out today
and then every day anybody got taped for that Graham.
Speaker 4 (01:19:37):
By the weekend, I'll be five episodes behind and another
cool or not?
Speaker 6 (01:19:41):
All right?
Speaker 1 (01:19:41):
What are you guys saying? Cool or not?
Speaker 4 (01:19:43):
The new all electric Ferrari that just dropped Ferrari's like,
finally let's get into the all electric game. If you
want to see a picture of this new Ferrari car model,
it is up.
Speaker 1 (01:19:54):
It's called the Loose l u Ce maybe LuSE Luseluse.
I don't know, it's I tell you anyways, you can
see it JV Morning Show on our Instagram story score
story Excuse me, what do you guys think of the
new all electric Ferrari. It is so ugly, that's what
people online are so bad. They're heavily roasting this new
(01:20:15):
car model. And let me just let you know that
it costs six hundred and.
Speaker 8 (01:20:19):
Forty My god, it's too rounded.
Speaker 3 (01:20:24):
Couldn't they still make it look like the Ferraris that.
Speaker 2 (01:20:26):
We like, but just electric.
Speaker 4 (01:20:28):
That's what I've always wondered about all can't you just
do that a lot of cars? Why not take a
car model and even some of the classic car models
that look fantastic, and then just slap a battery inside
of them and then whatever it is so hard about
that an electric motor in there and you still have
like an awesome looking car that doesn't look silly.
Speaker 1 (01:20:45):
I mean, I don't think it's the worst thing I've
ever seen, but for six hundred and forty thousand dollars, it's.
Speaker 3 (01:20:51):
If I'm driving a Ferrari, I want it to be
like the Ferrari that we think of when we.
Speaker 4 (01:20:56):
Think Ferrari, not that one fifty horsepower zero to sixty
and two point four seconds.
Speaker 1 (01:21:04):
I mean, it's gonna be super fast and cool. But yeah,
it doesn't.
Speaker 3 (01:21:07):
It doesn't look very cool.
Speaker 1 (01:21:09):
Yeah I think a scion.
Speaker 3 (01:21:10):
Yeah, I am out on that. If you want to
check that out on our Instagram story. JV Morning Show
