Speaker 1 (00:00):
The JV Show on Wild ninety first.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Talk back of the day. Here we go.

Speaker 3 (00:04):
Hey guys, it's in Chee. Good morning, Happy Tuesday. I
just want to let you know if Cheaty. I know
Cheaty's not there today, but you guys were talking about
her going to a football game, and I got season
tickets and I will take her anytime, So just hit
me up. And also Edgar without the haircut quick complaining

(00:24):
about prices to go see a real team.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
That's what it costs.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Okay, that's what it costs.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Anyway, have a good day, bang bang.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
What're were talking about sending Cheating to a football game?

Speaker 2 (00:37):
I remember I think that was on her bucket list
that she had never been to an NFL game.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Oh oh right, right right, And.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
We're like whatever ever ever there you go.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
All right, Cheaty and Angie can double date there to
a Niner game.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Oh that's so cute.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yeah, that'll be fun.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Do they have to get like corsages and all that?
Or is that just problem?

Speaker 1 (00:57):
That's problems? Probably probably think you're a little confused. Have
you ever been to a football game? You know?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
I just try to make it a little more romantic
for them on their first date.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Got it.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Yeah, Flowers will be involved, right, I assume should we
do another talk back?

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Sure?

Speaker 5 (01:10):
Good morning JV's show. Jackiet from Benetia. I'm the first
one in the morning because it's six good in the morning.
I just want to say thank you for I finally
got my check mug. For how many times and how
many is I tried to get one? Finally got it
at that sky Zone meeting Graham so tall, but I'm
not surprised he sounds like a tall person. But anyways,

(01:34):
thank you again for that check mug. It was great
seeing Graham and then Ford just being silly.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Have a good one, YEA meeting Jackie from Benisha. You
got to meet so many people at that sky Zone thing.
You guys really should have come there. There's a lot
of people, you know, there are a lot of people
that came to meet me at the sky Zone again,
brand new trampoline parking blow and we had a we
had a bless A lot of people came up and
told me that Selena that you were actually their favorite,
and I was like, could you get your ears checked?
But then what are you doing here to see me?

(02:01):
But they thought maybe there was a chance that you
were going to be or was like.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
The closest they thought that they could get to me,
was you?

Speaker 1 (02:06):
I think maybe yeah, maybe that was a part of it.
But then by the end, once I had won them over,
then a couple of them, this one little girl and
came back to me and said, you're my new favorite.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Oh that's see a follow up? Yeah, how do you
just do you think Graham sounds tall?

Speaker 1 (02:21):
No, it's a good question, how I think.

Speaker 6 (02:23):
How does a.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Person sound tall?

Speaker 1 (02:24):
It's what he says, I don't think I sound short.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
That I was asked, does do I sound short? And
does just sound short?

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Really? Yeah, you guys, but I think you're only saying
that because you know we're short, Like to a person
that doesn't know what we look like, how tall we are.
Do we give short vibes?

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Yeah? I have my eyes closed listening right now, you guys,
I at least.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Yeah, Wow, Okay, maybe I do. I think Jess maybe
give short vibes. I don't feel like I do. And
that's why I love people actually shocked and they see
how short I actually am.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
You think that's why think you sound much taller on
the radio?

Speaker 2 (02:57):
I think so?

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Or is it because they're like I didn't know if
person could be that tall.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Maybe a little bit of that.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
I thought you'd be taller, only because I didn't know
is taller than you, so I thought you would be tall.
It might be something that you guys sound. You guys
do sound short shorter.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
That's true. Nobody has ever said the opposite of me, like.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Oh, I thought you were going to be taller, Like really,
nobody always thinks I'm going to be taller.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Really, yes, yep, but again, PoCA is taller than you.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
That it might be that.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, time for
the four things you need a heads up on to
start your day.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
We have our first wildfire, guys, not here in the Bay, thankfully,
but it is in California and down in Ventura County.
The Sandy Fire erupted around ten forty five am yesterday
and it's burned over thirteen hundred acres so far and
as of this morning, is that zero per second team?

Speaker 1 (03:54):
It's not good. Yeah, this is a bad fire weather
when it's hot and dying out and windy. Did you
see that fire on the Channel Islands on Santa Rose Island?
Are you familiar with the Channel islands. No, they're off
the coast of California. Anyways, Like a guy wrecked his
sailboat and he shot off a flare to signal that
he needed and then he caught the island and now
basically the entire islands just gonna burn.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Dey Blay because you didn't tell us about the wind event.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, probably, I know that he did in an interview
that he gave after that after he was rescued. The
San Francisco Giants got absolutely pounded in Game one of
their three game series with the Diamondbacks in Arizona last night.
Giants starting pitcher Robbie Ray gave a career worst eight
runs in just four and a third innings. That's not good.
The d Bags rolled to a twelve to two win.
Giants will look to get one back tonight in Game two.

(04:42):
First pitch in that one six forty oh max.

Speaker 6 (04:45):
Sunny and warm again for this Tuesday. Highs will be
in the upper seventies to mid eighties, with some areas
reaching the upper eighties as well. The weekend is not
going to be as warm. Temperatures are going to drop
slowly until then.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
Hey, Aquarius bestia, today is going to be an eight
that LinkedIn recruiter slid it into your messages today is
actually the real deal dust off that resume bad. Your
brain is running three steps ahead of everyone in the room,
which is your superpower and their problem. Channel that Aquarius
chaos energy into something that actually pays you what you're worth.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
I love it, luck in Aquarians.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Luck It CERI the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 7 (05:21):
Good morning, This is Lisa from Marina. I just wanted
to say I had a dentis appointment yesterday. I was
getting a roof now and what saved me and got
me through it was listening to podcasts of the show.
So I have to say thank you guys so much.
You put me at ease during my appointment, so much
so we're I literally almost I'll sleep a few times.

(05:43):
So thank you so much. JPA guys have a great day.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
By bye.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
Is that more of an insult because they're so boring?

Speaker 1 (05:48):
Yeah? Thank you. Well, probably like it was probably when
you were talking Selena. That probably just got her to just,
you know, doze off a bit during the dentist appointment.
But Lisa, we appreciate you listening to the show. If
it's a sleepy for you. That's great.

Speaker 6 (06:01):
Yeah, hey, yeah everybody, if you want to listen to
it while you're sleeping, put Thy Heart Radio just Living
on the Clock.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
This year, we are the TV show Happy Tuesday. I'm
Selina Jess. So I know I'm on the late freight
and I did see these headlines last week, but I
didn't read too much into it until yesterday. And I'm
talking about the uh co founder of elf Cosmetics, Scott
Vincent Borba. If you don't know, Elf Cosmetics is actually
based here in Oakland, and Scott Bourba, he is from

(06:34):
San Jose and all these headlines last week talking about
how he gave up this luxurious life he was living,
gave up his entire fortune to become a priest.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
I was like, well, how much was this guy worth?
He had a net worth of three billion dollars that
he just gave away to charity. And he was like,
you know what, I'm going to follow what I think
I was meant to do. I'm gonna right now. He
is a seminarian, which is somebody who is studying to
become like a religious leader or something like that. So
he's studying for that Menlo Park and he's like, I'm

(07:10):
gonna this is my calling. I'm gonna enter into the
priesthood and just give up, you know, this this life
that I was, that I was living, which is a
good you know, a total, the total opposite of what
he was. He says he was not in any way
very humble, you know, when he was just rolling around
in his luxurious cars, and he was very prideful. But
he's giving all of that up and right now he's

(07:31):
living in a tiny room with practically nothing in it,
just a few pieces of clothing. He has a few
pair of shoes and that's pretty much it. That's how
he's living. But there's no butler.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Wait, where's the park is, Rolls Royce. There's no no
room comes to the parking spot, right yeah, no, Oh,
he's got an eighty and screen on the no not anymore.

Speaker 6 (07:51):
No no phone probably either, or maybe I don't know.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
I think it too far.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Everybody's got a.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
Phone, even the control. So he's not looking at any
funny stuff, you know, right smart.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
I mean, no person needs a billion dollars, let's put
it that way. So I applaud that. I don't know that.
I don't know that I would go all the way
to that. People can't differentiate the difference we've talked about
before between a million and a billion, the scale, the
scope of how drastically different those numbers are, and no
human being needs a billion dollars. We just don't. And
then you get into these, you know, billionaires that have

(08:27):
hundreds of billions of dollars. Elon Musk slated to be
a trillionaire by next year, Like, you can't even comprehend
the amount of money that is, Like people don't we
throw around this word billion all the time, like that
that's a.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
Little much, but I would like a billion. I think
that would cover my expenses.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
No human being needs a billion dollars. It's just an
insane number. But we we hear it. We hear it
so much that we think, like, oh, a billion, Yeah,
that's not that much money. Yeah it is. It's it's
it's an insane amount of money. So I applaud this
guy for giving it up and donating his money, whatever
he did with it, it's better served right being distributed

(09:05):
amongst thousands of people instead of just one person.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
Yeah, could you ever though if I had it? No,
probably not.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
I'm not going to go all the way down to
one tiny room.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
I would make donations, for sure, I would donate. I
think I would donate a lot of it regularly because
I wouldn't even notice it's gone. But I can't give
away all of it. And you know, go from partying
with the kardashi Is and hanging out with my bestie Kylie,
and now I'm living in a tiny room with nothing
in it.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
What about?

Speaker 6 (09:34):
What?

Speaker 1 (09:34):
Just you have just a regular house? You know, you
have a house and well not one tiny room. That
he's gone to the extreme. I still want to have a.

Speaker 6 (09:42):
House and some money in my bank account.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
Yeah, you can still have plenty.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
I don it away, right, Yeah, if I can just
keep a billion and then yeah, I'll donate the rest.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
That's where I'm mapth keep a billion. Thank you.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Just sounds like a good compromise.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
Thank you a billion?

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Yeah. Now, Scott Barba again, the co founder of alf
Cosmetics who's given up his life of luxury to enter
into priesthood. I think is what it is.

Speaker 1 (10:11):
He's going to be.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
Ordained on the twenty third. I'm gonnappear in a few days.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
I love that, Okay, I love he pursued his dream
the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
Well thatdy for nine of the JV Show.

Speaker 8 (10:23):
I'm Selena, Good morning JV show. It's Evan from Benetia.
Hope y'all are doing well. So I got in the
truck and I'm listening to the show and I'm like,
this is a repeat show, like are they not live today?
Talking about how bart prom is sold out and you
guys want a cheaty to go, And I'm like, what
the hell, it's a random Tuesday, Like why would they

(10:44):
not be live? And then I just realized that my
phone was playing a podcast from a few days ago.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
So I apologize you guys.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
You guys are live, so thank you?

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Are we live?

Speaker 1 (10:54):
Thank you Evan.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
I mean, if we have tricked you to sound like
we're live, then our job here is done.

Speaker 5 (10:59):
Right.

Speaker 1 (10:59):
That does sound familiar, like we've played that before?

Speaker 9 (11:02):
Right?

Speaker 1 (11:02):
Yeah, it's like this could be a repeat of a repeat.

Speaker 6 (11:05):
I think we just knew that somebody was going to
leave a talk back and we were gonna have to
address this. So this could be Thursday of last week,
which we're saying now, I'm confused.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
We lost grow Trees, Jez culture Bark, We are live.
By the way, Tunesday mornings were turning over to Jess
to talk to TV Jess, what are you watching?

Speaker 6 (11:27):
Okay? I watched the AI doc This is on Peacock
by the way, if anybody wants to check it out.
And I don't know if feels a good thing for
me to watch it, to be honest, because I feel
like I am really really I was already really terrified
about AI, and now I am even more terrified by it.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
Is it AI doc like AI doctor or AI doc
like documentary?

Speaker 6 (11:46):
Documentary?

Speaker 1 (11:47):
Got it? And terrified of both of those?

Speaker 10 (11:50):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (11:50):
Yeah, well it is really scary because in this specific
documentary you hear from researcher CEOs and people that have
actually worked with these AI systems, and they talk just
about how bad things can get.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
Yep, oh no.

Speaker 6 (12:04):
So they talk about the progression of CHAGPT or just
AI in general, and how you know, one chat GPT
model at first couldn't even be couldn't even write a
full paragraph, right, Compare that to the new CHATGBT model
that can even pass the bar exam. Like, the progression
is insane. They talk about the next step from that,
which would be once AI starts to have reasoning and

(12:28):
human characteristics and how once that happens and AI is
smarter than us.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
What are we gonna be useful for?

Speaker 6 (12:36):
What will our purpose be? Then? And there are some
really scary scenarios that they weigh out. I did want
to play this one specific scenario that happened with chat,
GPT or another one of the AI systems.

Speaker 11 (12:48):
And.

Speaker 6 (12:50):
This is gonna start happening more and more often.

Speaker 10 (12:53):
The AI company, Anthropic, made a simulated environment where that
AI had access to all of the company emails and
it learned through reading those emails it was going to
be replaced, and the lead engineer who is responsible for
this was also having an affair, and on its own,
it used that information to blackmail the engineer to prevent
itself from being replaced. It was like, no, I'm not

(13:14):
going to be replaced if you replace me, I'm going
to tell the world that you're having this affair.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
And nobody taught it to do that. No, it learned
to do that on its own.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Oh my god, I mean this is juicy.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
Yeah that's a great. Yeah, that's a good one.

Speaker 6 (13:29):
So on its own, obviously it doesn't want to be replaced.
Obviously it has learned so much from humans and just
from all of the data that is being that it's
being fed, that it's going to get to a point
where humans can no longer control these systems and they're
going to be blackmailing us like, oh remember when you
used me to write your resume, Well, let me go

(13:51):
tell your job that, Oh.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
God, let me go take ten percent of your check. Wow.
This is going to be able to access anything that
the safeguards that we're going to be unable to put
on AI as it reaches super intelligence and stuff like that.
It just it's not possible. That's the thing. That's like
a funny little anecdote story. But yeah, I mean when
AI is out, you know, at super intelligence and wants

(14:15):
to get into some real trouble, we're talking about real,
real consequences, not just outing somebody for an affair, do
you know what I mean? We're talking about real global
consequences and that I mean, you think about what we're
what we're seeing. I mean, you think about what you
typed into chat GPT even a year ago and what
it came back with, and you're like, it's not that good.

(14:35):
And to where it is now, I mean, it's it's
advancing exponentially and nobody's putting any brakes on it really
to think forward enough steps ahead to be like are
we ready for this? Like this is like when they
were racing to develop a nuclear weapon and all the
countries around the world, Like what, you know, who is
going to be the first country that possesses that power? Right?

(14:57):
Do you think the United States wants another country having
an AI model that's more powerful than ours? You know
what I mean? Like, what would that happen? What would
happen there?

Speaker 2 (15:07):
Right?

Speaker 6 (15:07):
And I mean you said it perfectly, Graham. Yeah, this
is one of the main concerns because it's a giant
race to who's gonna get their first, who's going to
have the most power, And obviously there may not be
like the people who are at the forefront of this
might not have the best intentions you know, when they
do get there. And that's the tough part about what

(15:29):
our role because I wish that there was some sort
of answer, right, Like you're talking to these researchers and
these people that have worked on.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
It all of our like this is gonna be the
end of us.

Speaker 6 (15:40):
They're like, we actually don't know what's gonna happen, and
they're like, within this decade, it could be that AI
could become superhuman this decade. So it's just crazy to
hear this from them.

Speaker 5 (15:52):
Now.

Speaker 6 (15:52):
They do offer a different perspective in the documentary as well.
They offer the side of like, oh my god, this
is scary, like could this be the end of us?
But then they also offer the other side of things
where they're like, well, there could be more benefits and downsides.
You know, perhaps we won't need to have jobs in
the future, and we'll be able to focus on different things.

(16:13):
Maybe just focus on the things that we want to
do as humans and live a happier life while the
job side of things is getting taken care of.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
Then how are we gonna survive? I don't know, right,
but how are we gonna pay our bills?

Speaker 10 (16:29):
Right?

Speaker 6 (16:30):
It's scared.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
It has to be some sort of guaranteed universal income situation, yeah,
which is people don't like talking about that.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
That's not gonna happen.

Speaker 6 (16:39):
Well, yeah, so if you want to be more scared
than anything else, watch the AI doc perfect.

Speaker 2 (16:46):
I think I'm gonna pass on a peacock scared enough,
I know, Yeah, it don't need any more anxiety. It
was pretty bad, you guys.

Speaker 6 (16:53):
It's but we're here. We're here, it's happening, So I
don't really know where to go from here.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
I just try not to think about that.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
I'm moving off the grid. Yeah, that's trying to find
me out there. AI, honest.

Speaker 12 (17:09):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
Happening today in the Bay, Sweety is being sued for
three million dollars. So checking and check this out. There's
this concert promoter right that's accusing Sweety of fraud and
saying she breached the contract that she had there with them.
So last summer she was supposed to perform four shows
in Japan. She agreed to perform for two hundred thousand
dollars and she was paid a hundred thousand dollars deposit. Now,

(17:39):
according to the promoter, she breached the deal by not
performing at all. Like she went to Japan thanks to
the visa services provided by this promoter. So she entered
the country and then she proceeded to perform at all
these different venues on the same dates she was contractually
obligated to perform for them, and on top of that,
refused to return the deposit in right off with one

(18:00):
hundred k. Allegedly. Of course, the promoter says they wasted
hell of money on merch and promo expenses and in
the midstet on profits that they were supposed to make
from her performing. So they are seeking three million dollars
in damages.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
Do we have any explanation from her side?

Speaker 2 (18:17):
Like, not yet?

Speaker 1 (18:18):
What have happened?

Speaker 2 (18:19):
Not yet?

Speaker 9 (18:21):
No?

Speaker 2 (18:21):
Maybe she forgot.

Speaker 6 (18:23):
No maybe, I mean it happened all the time.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
I forget things all the time, but not once you're
already there in Japan, right, yeah?

Speaker 6 (18:30):
Yeah, but when you have a team.

Speaker 1 (18:32):
Why did they travel all the way here?

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Again, you clearly had other shows lined up, so you
did those and by then you you forgot about the
other stuff because you're so busy giving those shows.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
You're all right, those ones paid more? Probably take those ones.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
Yeah, yeah, we should have just gave the deposit back
if this is true, and all of this could have
won away. The Internet is losing it over this Eurovision performer.
Are you guys familiar with the Eurovision Song contest a
little bit? It's a big deal, right, so yes, it's
an annual televised music competition. It's organized by the EBU,

(19:07):
that's the European Broadcasting Union, and then like countries from
all around the world participate in this. It's mostly like
primarily you know, European countries, but whatever, there's a like
other countries like Australia and Israel that will also participate.
This year's winner and this took place over the weekend.
This ye's winner was the Bulgaria, but nobody's really paying
attention to that person because everyone is freaking out over

(19:28):
the person who represented Denmark in the competition. His name
is so Regardland. It's very vid. Yes, he has gone
viral for the way he mogged the camera. Go to
JV Morning Show. It's on our Instagram story to see
this video. Do you guys know what mogging even is?

Speaker 1 (19:46):
No, I'm glad you asked.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
I feel that Jess explain it. Well.

Speaker 6 (19:51):
The thing is, I feel like I can I know
a mog when I see it. I just don't know
how to explain it. It's it's like you're you put
on your your model face like you're.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Basically it's just it's making everyone look look uglier than you.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
Okay, Yeah, pretty much. So he received a perfect score.
He got twelve points, which is the most you can
get from the jury there during this competition, and so he.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
Is celebrating and he's jumping up and down. He's freaking out.
As soon as he realize cameras are still recording him,
he mogs the camera and like, we cannot handle I
can't even explain it, the way he just completely changes
his face, the way he looks. Yeah, everyone's like, get
him a modeling contract asap.

Speaker 5 (20:34):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
Oh my god. So if you want to go see
that Jamie Morning Show there by the way, mogging, I
just found out what this was. I'm not gonna lie
I no idea. I'm with you, grammad no idea. It
comes from the acronym a a mog amog, which stands
for alpha male of the group. Okay, it just means
making someone else look infurior, like making yourself look hotter.

(20:58):
But that it went from a mog getting so the
person who does it is the mogging you got mogged mogging.
It is kind of transformed from there so on TikTok.

Speaker 6 (21:07):
Sometimes people will post the pictures for her friends and
they'll be like, oh, she mogged you, and it's like, dang, thanks,
I love this officer.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
I feel like we should all try this. You see
who can mog?

Speaker 2 (21:20):
Who can the.

Speaker 6 (21:23):
Grammy?

Speaker 2 (21:23):
What do you have? All right?

Speaker 1 (21:24):
According to police in Japan, two Americans arrested this past
Sunday after they climbed in to punch the monkey's zoo enclosure.
Punched the monkey is if you don't know that little
monkey that went viral because of these stuff to Rangutang,
that he became attached to after his mom abandoned him, well,
everybody fell in love with him. These two guys, I guess,
climbed the fence entered punch his habitat in front of

(21:46):
zoo onlookers. People are there obviously they want to catch
a glimpse of Punch and the other monkeys. One of
these guys was dressed up like a big emoji I
don't know. He had a blue outfit on and then
a big yellow emoji like head mask thing on. He
was also in a doll that looked like him, dressed
up the same. I don't quite understand what the goal
here was. The second guy there just obviously to record

(22:08):
the whole stunt. Neither of these guys got at all
close to any of the animals, and they were detained
by zoo staff pretty quickly. Around sixty monkeys, including Punch,
were inside the enclosure at the time, but no harm
it seems like, was done to any of them. The
police department identified them as a twenty four and twenty
seven year old America. One of them said he was

(22:29):
a singer, so maybe he's promoting his new album or
a new single. I don't know. I want to catch
some of Punch's viral fame. That both of these guys
are going to face charges of forcible obstruction of business,
I don't know that. Did they not have just trespassing?
I don't know, Maybe there's some other charges. Well, they're
obstructing a zoo is a business, I guess from here,

(22:50):
messing up the zoo's business. So I don't know if
there's some other charges pending as well. What do you
guys make of this? Just a viral stunt to try
to yeah, capital un fame.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
Yeah, that's what it sounds like to me.

Speaker 1 (23:03):
I feel like if you get arrested breaking a law
just because you were trying to go viral to do
a stunt, like I feel like you should face harsher.

Speaker 2 (23:11):
Mantimum death sentence.

Speaker 1 (23:13):
Whoa not death sentence? But do you know what I mean?
It's like you're creating problems just to try to go
viral for yourself. Right, It's like you're if your end
goal is to go viral ma from social media and
get fame. I feel like you should be charged worse
than like say somebody else that was just trespassing.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
Yeah, I feel like they should face consequences on their
social account, Like that's just really going to stop them
from doing that. How do they won't want to get
demonetized or banned or their profile deleted or whatever. Yeah,
love that, Jess, great idea.

Speaker 1 (23:43):

Speaker 2 (24:11):
Twenty six and a half, so I can't really answer
that question.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
I've read online?

Speaker 6 (24:15):
Yeah, is that?

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (24:17):
That can be a thing, as long as I'm not

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (24:22):

Remember this is a family show, so whatever that bleeped
out word is, it is always something PG and family
friendly that we can play on these airwaves. When you
have your guests ready to go, you whip out your
iHeartRadio app. You hit the talk back mike button and

(24:46):
JV Show Chuck the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
All right, back to what the bleep were? You just

Here's today's clip in case you missed it.

Speaker 6 (25:02):
Is it normal for to become more painful the older
I get? I think so right.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
Well, you're older than Graham and I.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
So are you starting to go through the change?

Speaker 6 (25:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (25:13):
I think so much change.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
I heard my mom and grandma talk about that.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
Oh yeah, no same. Let's go to your talk backs.

Speaker 9 (25:20):
Good morning DV show.

Speaker 13 (25:21):
This is Alexis from Stockton, and my guess for the
bleeped out ward is exercising.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
Most popular guests this morning so far exercising. Yeah, just
does it? Oh?

Speaker 6 (25:35):
I don't not yet? Not?

Speaker 2 (25:36):
Am I painful?

Speaker 6 (25:38):
Yep?

Speaker 14 (25:38):
Good morning JAV show.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
This is the Shop from San Tose.

Speaker 7 (25:42):
My guess for the bleeps out were this morning is dancing.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
All right, have a good one you guys. Oh yes,
trying over to our resident thirty year old. I can
still dance for hours.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
Okay, drop it to the floor. Yeah, you don't get
up as quickly as hurt.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Hurt my hip.

Speaker 15 (26:00):
JV Show John from San Jose.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
My guess is stretching.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Have a good day stretching. One of the most popular
guests stretch.

Speaker 6 (26:12):
That's how you won't be dealing with any and try.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
The older you get, so you can still drop it to.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
The floor, but you could hurt yourself stretching also, great
guess is so far not the correct one though. If
you think you know what that bleeped out word is
this morning, then what are you waiting for it? Get
on the iHeart Radio app, use that talkback mike and
leave your guest. We're gonna play more talkbacks coming up.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
The JV show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 6 (26:39):
This is our what the.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
Bleep game where you can win a JV show chug mug.
You just got to be the first person a guest
today's bleep out word correctly. As always, when you think
you know what that bleeped out word is, leave your
guests on the talkback mike on the iHeart Radio app,
and then the first person to get it right is
winning the JV show chug Mug. Here's today's clip in
case you missed it.

Speaker 6 (26:54):
Is it normal for to become more painful the older?

Speaker 1 (26:58):
I get the LA situation.

Speaker 6 (27:01):
I think so, but I'm just trying to make myself
feel better.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Maybe got it? Got it? So you know you're not
the only one right suffering from the chafing. Let me
go to your guesses.

Speaker 5 (27:13):
From is the missing word?

Speaker 16 (27:16):
Hangover? O, good day, hangovernez.

Speaker 1 (27:22):
Answer to that is yes, geez, Yeah, they get more
fierce and they last longer.

Speaker 17 (27:28):
I hate it once again, Joe and Santa Rosa heard
Graham sneeze.

Speaker 7 (27:34):
So let's go with a little.

Speaker 17 (27:35):
The older you get, the more sneezy hurts, how painful
it is during the rest of your day.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
There are a few people that this.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Morning the sneeze and get more painful.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
Saying that that it gets loud. If there's any indication
that the people in my life that are older, like
my dad, the sneezes get louder, stronger, and it sounds painful. God,
my dad sneezing sounds like a shotgun blast.

Speaker 6 (28:00):
I'm like, bless you.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
And then yeah, you could throw out your back you
sneezy ready?

Speaker 18 (28:04):
Yes, Good morning JV Show.

Speaker 13 (28:06):
It's Jennifer from Hartford, Connecticut.

Speaker 2 (28:08):
Today.

Speaker 7 (28:09):
My guess is sleeping.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
It's a great guess.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
I'm only twenty six and a half and I injure
myself sleeping at least once a month.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
I hurt myself more often sleeping than I do anyway.
And I look, look, I do construction, I go to
the gym, I lift weights, all those things. Fine, I
make it through unscathed virtually all the time. But sleeping,
oh the injuries.

Speaker 15 (28:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (28:30):
I literally bought like one of those ergonomic pillows because
my neck, Guys, I would wake up and my neck
would be like just I felt like I got hit
on my neck while I was sleeping. So I was like,
let me just take matters.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
Into my own house and has it helped?

Speaker 6 (28:44):
Yes, I recommend to Amazon.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
I need that. Yeah, we need we need the link
to that one because everybody is suffering from that side.
Note JV show number one in Hartford, Connecticut. Still so
appreciate you doing.

Speaker 2 (28:56):
Talking to you.

Speaker 7 (28:57):
Okay, this is Ashley from Berkeley.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
My next his.

Speaker 14 (29:00):
Heels, you know, wearing them all the time.

Speaker 7 (29:03):
And the answer is yes, it gets way more painful.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
There it is, all right. Here's today's clip, unbleed.

Speaker 6 (29:11):
Is it normal for heels to become more painful the older?
I get, like, why though I've been wearing these for
a long time, for years and years, my feet should
be used to these by now, Like, hello, I.

Speaker 2 (29:24):
Don't know how it was so much easier when I
was like eighteen.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
I mean, my wife used to wear heels to work
every single day and ride the bus here in San
Francisco wearing heels, and then just all day long. And
now I don't think she's put on heels for more
than an hour at the time so much. And then
the complaints. I guess it does get work. Then your
foot get kind of mushed into that shape over time.
I feel like her foot's sort of, you know, kind

(29:48):
of get smashed. And she probably don't want me saying that,
but you.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
Know in the heel that she smashed her feet. That
sounds weird. I blame the pandemic, really, Yeah, why because
we all got used to not having to wear heels
go anywhere.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
And then you got this big old wide cross Right now, I.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Have crock feet, thanks pandemic.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
Yeah that's a plus.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
We can blame anything on the pandemic.

Speaker 1 (30:08):
Yeah, all right, let's get some shoutouts or shout out?
Is this one actually in Berkeley? One? So correct answer
this morning? Wow? Look at that. I mean it was
kind of a tricky one. A lot of answers across
the board, namely around things like you know, exercising and
stretching and running and things like that, but heels was

(30:31):
the correct answer this morning, So Ashley, nice work. You
get yourself a brand new jab show some one coming
away in three to four business days, perhaps longer depending
on your zip code. A couple of the other most
popular guesses this morning. Standing was one of the most
popular guesses. Jess you're having trouble standing lately in your
old age.

Speaker 6 (30:48):
Maybe only for long periods of time, but for the
most part now.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Walking was another popular guess. That one applies to Selena
mostly you can identify with that one. Breakups. A couple
of people said that I thought that was an interesting guess.

Speaker 6 (31:02):
And you feel like they're painful always.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
I think they're worse when they're younger. You don't know
that there's life on the other side of it. You
feel like life is ending and then like you just
go out and get some new strange and like you've
on you've learned heartburn, taxes and boning. Sorry. Bones The
other most popular zones hurt, morn, Yeah, your bones hurting. Oh,
I hurt my bones.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
I hurt my back bone connected to my leg bone.

Speaker 1 (31:28):
Yeah, that's the one.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
I don't think that's too I can't think of anything else.

Speaker 6 (31:33):
Thank you all for playing.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
Well, do it again tomorrow, same time, seven o five
right here on the JV Show.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
Before we get to.

Speaker 6 (31:41):
Our Nope game, Good morning TV show.

Speaker 12 (31:43):
This is Chila and what just said.

Speaker 7 (31:47):
It's those ergonomic.

Speaker 17 (31:49):
Pillows life changing.

Speaker 1 (31:51):
My husband and I bought the Mellow.

Speaker 13 (31:54):
Sleep pillows and let me tell you, it's literally like sleeping.

Speaker 14 (31:58):
On long Oh you need it.

Speaker 16 (32:01):
Mellow dot com buonder.

Speaker 14 (32:04):
Me, but yes, go grab yourself and.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
Oh my god, I need one.

Speaker 1 (32:10):
I'm telling you, well, just did you get a Mellow
dot com It.

Speaker 6 (32:14):
Mine's probably the dupe because it was a cheaper one
on Amazon. But it makes a difference. Yeah, your neck.
When your neck is supported, you'd be surprised.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
My neck is not supported. It's currently broken from sleeping
at the moment. Wait, Graham, you always talked about how
you love your pillow yellow and crusty and musty and flat. Yeah,
would you give that up?

Speaker 1 (32:33):
I don't think I could because I have to sleep
with my arm fully under my pillow, like almost up under,
so that my arm is standing up on the other
side of it. Like if you walked in the room.
You think I was waving at you while I'm sleeping
because my arm is fully under the pillow and then
up on the other side. And look as I've gotten
more and more swollen at the gym, back to my
old self. Oh god, pillow has to get thinner and

(32:55):
thinner because my arm is getting bigger. As my arm
gets bigger, it's pushing my neck and a weird angle.

Speaker 6 (33:01):
So it's like a di y organomic pillow.

Speaker 2 (33:03):
Your arm is like.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
I actually take stuffing out of my pillow to get
it as thin as a pancake. That way too big
and fluffy. Yeah, it would work for me.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
All right, to the phones. Good morning, Nick. Oh that's
the wrong but here you go, Nick, good morning, good morning.

Speaker 1 (33:23):
That's my dad.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
There you are? Uh, you were on a play? Are
you up? Nope? Game Jess? What is Nick playing for
this morning?

Speaker 6 (33:29):
We have four tickets to the San Mateo County Fair
on the line.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
Nick, do it? You got this? Nick? You're just gonna
get three out of four tribute questions? Correct, The tickets
are yours. Here we go with question number one. When
a human exhales, what gas is primarily expelled?

Speaker 5 (33:49):
Is part of something.

Speaker 7 (33:51):
I'm gonna, uh dioxide, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
It is nice work.

Speaker 1 (33:59):
I'm gonna carbon gases only I know, there you go. Yeah, yes,
carbon monoxide. Good point, all right, Question number two off
to a nice start. Question number two. A dorsal fin
is located on what part of a whale?

Speaker 6 (34:15):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (34:16):
The fash the top?

Speaker 2 (34:18):
Yeah, I work in question in question number three, you
know what I mean? Question number three. In Greek mythology,
Hades is the ruler of what.

Speaker 7 (34:36):
Kadi is the ruler of.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
No cheating?

Speaker 6 (34:41):
Yeah, no, no, I'm I'll just say.

Speaker 12 (34:46):
Ruler of.

Speaker 13 (34:50):
Fertility.

Speaker 2 (34:54):
Good. I guess that's not even a good guess.

Speaker 6 (34:57):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (34:58):
There's a lot of rulers of stuff. In Greek is
the ruler of the underworld.

Speaker 1 (35:02):
Yeah, the underworld? All right, that's okay, you are oh good.
You are allowed to miss one, and you need this
final question then to win those tickets to Samatelle County Fair.
Question number four. Minyanese is the made up language spoken
by what animated characters? Minyanese dominion.

Speaker 2 (35:25):
Yeah, so I know there is a name for their language. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (35:30):
Love to mash up of a bunch of different languages.
Apparently large A lot of Italian in there.

Speaker 6 (35:34):
Yay, Well you just won four tickets. That's yeah, two
of them Samato County. Where this happening June fifth through
the fourteenth, By the.

Happy birthday, my princess, Zoe. Love mommy, mommy and daddy,
and of course hope you have a great day. But Zoe.

Speaker 2 (38:24):
A great point, honesty.

Speaker 12 (38:28):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today.

Speaker 2 (38:36):
In the bay.

Speaker 1 (38:36):
All right, A lawyer for the guy accused of throwing
a rock at an endangered Hawaiian munk's heal says his
client wasn't trying to hurt it, and we have the
entire story wrong. Talked about this case a few times
ever since that video went viral. Thirty eight year old
Igor me Helovich licht Nanchuk of Washington State, they threw
the rock at one of the rarest mammals on the planet.

(38:57):
He's facing charges for harassing and a tenpting to harass
an endangered animal in violation of the Endangered Species Act
in the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Those who charges carry
up to a year in jail and up to about
seventy thousand dollars and fine.

Speaker 13 (39:10):
Well.

Speaker 1 (39:10):
His attorney, Miles Brenner, he's defending his client, saying he
never intended to injure the animal, and the reason that
he threw a rock at it was to try to
scare it away because that seal had already knocked a
couple of turtles off of nearby rocks, so he was
trying to protect the turtles. Briner also says his client
did not know that Hawaiian monk seals are an endangered species,

(39:31):
and his actions were a result of prior experiences that
he has had with aggressive sea lions while fishing in
his home state of Washington. The attorney also pushed back
on claims that his client said he was rich enough
to pay any fines. I think we can hear him
say that in the video. He said, quote that was
a misrepresentation. The statement was, I can afford it seems

(39:52):
like it's the exact same thing to me. Are you
guys buying this new version events that perhaps Igor mihelanjo
Vich nan Chuck was actually trying to protect the turtles
there in Hawaii, and that's why he cast that stone
towards the endangered species. He was just trying to protect nature.

Speaker 2 (40:10):
You guys, it's still not your job. That is that
is just you know, uh, survival of the fittest. You
know out in nature, it's it's not your job to
step in and hurt an endangered animal.

Speaker 1 (40:19):
So you're just saying, don't stand up for the turtles
as they mercilessly get knocked off of their person.

Speaker 2 (40:24):
I'm sure if you can, but not if it costs
you actually like harming, you could have killed that seal.

Speaker 1 (40:29):
That's a good point. Yeah, this guy obviously is his
his attorney. So this guy's trying to spin it in
any which way he can because he knows the video
is on.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
Your past experiences with aggressive seals when this one is
not even acting aggressive towards you.

Speaker 1 (40:44):
Well, being aggressive to the turtles, and this guy's a
turtle warrior.

Speaker 6 (40:49):
Sure, I'm not binding this is gonna be a tough
one for him to try to legally maneuver.

Speaker 1 (40:54):
Out of, given the public backlash over the incident and
the fact that it is all on video.

Speaker 6 (41:00):
Yeah, it makes me more mad that they are taking
this stance on things, because no, just accept you were wrong,
you know, do the time and pay the fine.

Speaker 2 (41:09):
Hey the fine what you can afford? Yeah he can
afford it, Yeah, you can afford it. So what is
it to you? Take accountability? Thank you?

Speaker 9 (41:15):
All right?

Speaker 2 (41:15):
Coming up next on the JV Show, we have your
chance to win one thousand dollars in it C Crazy Cash. Also,
security experts are warning people to stop doing this in
their photos, Millennials. We're talking to you.

Speaker 1 (41:28):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (41:31):
All right, before we get to what security experts are
warning everyone to stop doing in your gosh dang photos,
really quick. I was talking to one of my girlfriends
the other day. She just got back from a trip
to Thailand, and she was telling me about how one
day she went out to go to the mall by herself,
and I was like, are you crazy? Yeah, she almost
got like like some guy was like following her, and

(41:53):
it's like this really scary ordeal. And all she was
thinking about was the movie like Taken. She's like, that
almost happened to me. But whatever she escaped. I was
hung up on how she got to the mall because
she mentioned she was on the back of some guy's bike,
and I'm like, what are you talking about. She said
that they have like an uber for mopeds and so
you can you could you guys ever do that? So
you just like order up a ride anywhere, But then

(42:15):
you have to jump on the back of some guy's
a moped And I'm like, so, you're just like hanging
on to this stranger. She's like, well, you know, they
have things to hang on to. But there were a
couple of times that yeah, I had to hang on
to him and like I can't. I'm out.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
There's nothing better than I'm on the back of a
bike and wrapping your arms around some honky stranger giving
you a ride. Yeah, I mean, haven't you seen videos
of like, you know, the streets and stuff there. I mean,
that's your option for getting the prices and a lot
of those.

Speaker 2 (42:41):
I mean, yeah, I know, I know the locals. I mean,
that's that's what they use for transportation. But like me,
I'm not ordering up to, you know, a ride to
jump on the back of some guys.

Speaker 1 (42:50):
How are you going to get around?

Speaker 2 (42:52):
I don't know. I never really thought about it.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
Have you seen those streets? Walking?

Speaker 6 (42:56):
Right?

Speaker 2 (42:56):
You hate walking walking?

Speaker 1 (42:58):
Hop on the bike, bab iop on the bike.

Speaker 2 (43:01):
I can't scare you a jump on the back of
eyes strangers bike.

Speaker 6 (43:05):
I don't think I could unless I would was I
guess with somebody else or somebody make those.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
Three people somebody hanging on to the back of you.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
No, like tandem moped.

Speaker 6 (43:16):
Like. I'm also like, if I'm taking one, somebody else
is taking one, we're taking them at the same time.
That would make me feel a little bit better.

Speaker 2 (43:24):
Got it.

Speaker 6 (43:24):
But if I'm traveling alone, I am not doing that.

Speaker 2 (43:28):
I'm not doing that.

Speaker 1 (43:29):
Do as the locals do you guys?

Speaker 2 (43:31):
That's true? Hoop on, Then why wouldn't you just like
rent one for yourself.

Speaker 1 (43:34):
Have you seen what he'd be like to drive out
there in that insane Yeah, that's another great.

Speaker 2 (43:40):
Thought. That was like the weirdest thing. I'm like, what
do you mean You're with some on some bike? Like
that's so weird? All right?

Speaker 6 (43:46):
Yes, okay, Millennials, listen up, because there is one thing
that you guys love to do, and by you guys,
I am including myself in there as well. You there's
one thing that we have done for a very very
long time, and that is the very famous peace sign
when you're taking a photo. And actually I kind of
feel like gen zers are bringing that back to I
think they've thrown it. They throw the peace sign on

(44:08):
there as well. Well. This is the reason, a big
reason actually that you need to stop doing this in
your photos. And that is because a lot of your
fingerprint data can actually be recovered from those same pictures,
like a.

Speaker 2 (44:22):
Picture of me holding up a piece sign.

Speaker 6 (44:24):
There was some testing that was done and literally using
AI enhancement tools, photo editing softwares. No matter where you're standing,
it could be up to like four feet nine feet,
they can still recover at least a portion of your
fingerprint data.

Speaker 2 (44:44):
It for I don't know. It just scary.

Speaker 6 (44:47):
I don't why anybody having my fingerprint in for.

Speaker 1 (44:49):
Me got my fingerprint, but what do they use it for?
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (44:53):
They need to make a glove with your fingerprints, and
then they're out there committing crime. They're trying to set
you up.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
Is that a thing?

Speaker 2 (45:00):
Probably?

Speaker 1 (45:01):
They could be unlocking the screen on my phone the phone,
and I use my fingerprint to unlock my phone, and
somebody has gone through the trouble to get one of
my pictures on Instagram where I'm throwing the peace side
of course, hey, Bestie's little peace side. And then they've
made a fingerprint glove, like you said, then they stole
my phone. Then they've unlocked my phone because now they

(45:21):
have my fingerprint on the fingerprint glove of course, and
then once they've gotten into my phone, oh man, all
hell breaks this.

Speaker 6 (45:27):
They're like changing your password to everything.

Speaker 2 (45:29):
Yeah, it's so like condescending ram but I feel like
this is a scary thing. But I don't know why,
but it just does. It just seems scary. I want
this to happen.

Speaker 1 (45:37):
I was just laid out what are the different scenarios
where this, you know, goes wrong. I get that, like
there are a lot of privacy concerns surrounding everything in
our lives. I don't know that I ranked my fingerprints
getting stolen as high as some of the other, like
more urgent security concerns.

Speaker 6 (45:53):
It just feels like a fingerprint is such a personal
thing and such a like like something that maybe nobody
in the past I've had this much access to. And
now I'm like, yeah, so just by throwing a peace
sign somebody.

Speaker 2 (46:07):
That's the worst part is like I can't stop throwing
up peace signs in my pictures, Like that's that's the
thing that I can't get over and all this it's
like I just can't stop.

Speaker 1 (46:15):
I've been able to avoid that, believe it or not.
I don't know that I've taken to any pictures of
the peace sign.

Speaker 2 (46:20):
I feel like the guys, it's not like the peace
sign like this, it's like you turn it over and
it's like the it's like yeah.

Speaker 1 (46:27):
And about somebody stealing my fingernail data, and you know
they could be out there like picking somebody's nose. It
feels like it's just like my fingernails. The thing that
I'm starting to do, you know, for security reasons is
I keep my eyes closed in all my pictures now
because we've all seen the movies, like when you're gonna
scan into some building, now, they're going to scan your
eyeball and if somebody if you have your eyes open

(46:49):
and your picture like a dummy, then someone could just
make a contact lens of the imprint of your eyeball.

Speaker 2 (46:54):
And then that's another concern.

Speaker 1 (46:57):
Accessing top secret government buildings by scanning your eyeball to
get in. So from here on out, no peace signs
and keep your eyes closed. Smart rules. Yeah, it's a
smart guys.

Speaker 2 (47:09):
You think it applies when you're driving to in case
like you run through like a camera. Oh yeah, and
they're gonna steal like your your eye data. That way,
you should probably drive with your eyes closed.

Speaker 1 (47:18):
That's what I do every morning. It's just more of
a sleepiness thing. But either way, yeah, just to be safe,
keep those eyes.

Speaker 6 (47:24):
Shut right, Yeah, stop doing the reasons.

Speaker 2 (47:28):
I can't know multimately, don't hate you. Guys are gonna
come for me. But I can't stop the hand on
the hippie.

Speaker 1 (47:37):
One hip hand and one.

Speaker 2 (47:40):
It's my go to. I know, no, just leave it behind.
I can't. I don't know when you.

Speaker 6 (47:47):
Please don't do both at the same time.

Speaker 1 (47:52):
The JV Show on Wild.

Speaker 2 (47:54):
Ninety a couple of things before we get to this
procedure that men are like lining up to get done.
I was telling you how my friend just came back
from Thailand and she was like, yeah, you know, just
we rode around on strangers Mopez just on the back
of them. And I was like what, She's like, Yeah,
it's just like uber out there. I was shocked.

Speaker 1 (48:11):
Hey, JV Show, it's Andy from Iowa.

Speaker 15 (48:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 16 (48:16):
In Southeast Asia, those bikes are very common to have
a passenger paid for that. But their biggest app there
is called Grab. You do a grab bike and just
be a passenger. Those prices too, they're like it's like
a dollar or two just to hop on one of
those bikes and they usually have a helmet provided for you,
so it's more than safe.

Speaker 1 (48:38):
I would say, there you go, grab you grab a bike,
and then you grab a stranger to hold on and
hold on for you, hold on for dear life. Yeah,
number one in Iowa. But Andy appreciate so much.

Speaker 2 (48:51):
No, I'm glad it's safe. That honestly never even crossed
my mind. It's just more the awkward factor for me. Yeah, yeah,
no thanks. We're also talking about how people can steal
your fingerprints data from holds up of a peace sign
and photos.

Speaker 7 (49:05):
Hey, good morning, JV show about the fingerprint thing.

Speaker 8 (49:07):
I hate to break it to you, but if you
have a driver's license, you've already given your fingerprints to
the d MB.

Speaker 10 (49:12):
You're on file, so really doesn't matter, not much to
be worried about. There, have a great day.

Speaker 2 (49:17):
No, but that's different though. I don't worry about the
DMV setting me up for crimes.

Speaker 6 (49:21):
You know.

Speaker 2 (49:21):
It's like these hackers or scammers online, that's the dark
web my data, Yeah, and sell it on the dark
web for who knows what.

Speaker 1 (49:27):
Yeah, but your hackers and scammers are also hacking into
databases by things like the DMV and get all your
info there and yeah, they'll have your fingerprint too.

Speaker 2 (49:36):
Oh that's a good point and new fear unlock it.

Speaker 13 (49:40):
I wanted to weigh in about the fingerprints and the
millennials doing the.

Speaker 11 (49:44):
Peace sign have.

Speaker 13 (49:45):
Do you guys seen the movies where they grab a
glass that someone was drinking and then take the fingerprint
off of the glass. So any restaurant you go to,
any bar you go to, any time you drink out
of a glass, someone could be taking your fingerprint off
of that. So I'm not too worried about this.

Speaker 11 (50:05):
I'm gonna keep throwing.

Speaker 1 (50:05):
Them throwing those pieceagns up. Yeah, you guys had never
thought about that. Anytime I go to a bar or
a restaurant, I put on a pair of white gloves
before I glab grab whatever drink that I'm gonna be
drinking out of. It's just smart.

Speaker 2 (50:17):
I'm actually once the ahead. You guys have actually already
melted off my fingerprints, so I don't have to worry
about it ever.

Speaker 1 (50:23):
Yeah that's good. Yeah, our fingerprints like the biggest thing
for us to worry about being stolen? Or is it
like your DNA? Because anytime if you're ever listening to
true crime podcasts or what. Anytime they crack a cold case,
they just camp out in front of the person's house,
wait for them to take the trash out, and then
they get DNA off the lid of a soda can
or a cup or anything like that, and then they

(50:43):
throw it into their database and that's how they bust
people all the time. Yeah, your DNA's out there up
for grabs.

Speaker 2 (50:49):
That's scary, which is.

Speaker 1 (50:51):
Why I burn all of my trash before it even
has a chance to get to the smarter.

Speaker 2 (50:58):
That Yes, all right, Jess.

Speaker 6 (51:01):
So we've all seen how cauliflower ears look like, right, Yeah,
when you see boxers the Yeah, a lot of a
lot of wrestlers, a lot of boxers, they have like
kind of lumpier ears. They look kind of hard and
it's from repeated blows to the ear that they suffer from,
obviously the sport that they are involved in. So there

(51:23):
are a lot of Russian men that are now paying
to have their ears technically deformed to mimic the look
of a seasoned MMA fighter.

Speaker 2 (51:34):
Why is it because it makes them like they think
it makes them look tougher.

Speaker 6 (51:37):
I think so. So it makes them look tougher. And
if you, I guess, if you happen to see the
ears like that, you're you're automatically like, oh, he must
be very dedicated to his sport.

Speaker 2 (51:49):
Yeah, I feel like that's a guy like I don't
want to get on his bad side.

Speaker 6 (51:52):
Right, So they are now paying for this. So apparently
the procedure involves like literally compressing the ear so they
replicate the trauma. That sounds so painful.

Speaker 2 (52:04):
My god, they couldn't figure out a different way to
do this, right, Yeah, I mean they're plunking down a
bunch of money. Perhaps there's a bunch of things that
they could do.

Speaker 1 (52:12):
I mean, if you're plunking down a bunch of money
to go through a surgery of getting the callflower, why
not just have your buddy slappy in the air a
bunch of times.

Speaker 6 (52:18):
Like, I don't think it's as easy as that.

Speaker 1 (52:20):
Well, that's how you get calliflower here, I know, but
I feel like you can near a bunch of times.

Speaker 6 (52:24):
You need like some severe trauma to the ear.

Speaker 2 (52:26):
So they're playing to get this done.

Speaker 6 (52:29):
They're paying to get this done. And apparently even one uh,
one of the doctors was like, yeah, I have a
month long wait list, charging around eighty dollars like that
would be the equivalent as if you were getting that
procedure done here in the US per year.

Speaker 2 (52:45):
Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (52:46):
Again, give your local bouncer at whatever bar you like,
to a club you like to go to. Here's eighty bucks.
Can you punch me in the ear a few times
and every time you show up just having punch you
in the ear once and eventually you'll get cauliflower ear.

Speaker 6 (52:58):
Oh I don't like.

Speaker 2 (53:00):
I don't want that. So it's not even like an
aesthetic thing. They don't care about looking good. They want
to look the opposite.

Speaker 6 (53:07):
Yeah, well they want it to look like they are
involved in. But isn't that a form of calf fishing? Yes,
because then I'm like, oh, like, if I start dating
somebody who has their ears like that, and I right,
he just gets his buck here everywhere he goes.

Speaker 1 (53:22):
What about your ears? I thought you knew how to
fight it is. I've had somebodies that you know, have
had cauliflower ear over over the years that you know,
we're training mma and stuff like that. You can't not
look at it when you talk to them. I know
it's hard to like, and I think they catch you
looking at it because you just can't help it.

Speaker 6 (53:40):
Does that ever get fixed?

Speaker 2 (53:42):
I was like, yeah, I can make Is that something
they can reverse?

Speaker 1 (53:45):
I think they have to do some procedures on it, Like,
I think you have to go and have an actual
cosmetic procedure done to try to reverse it.

Speaker 2 (53:52):
Can't you like grow an ear on your arm or something.
Haven't they done that before with mice?

Speaker 1 (53:56):
YEH know, there has beens of stuff where they free
grown some cardiligy.

Speaker 2 (54:01):
Dot they just do that.

Speaker 1 (54:03):
I'm not.

Speaker 2 (54:05):
Imagine MMA fighter going into it. Is it the octagon?
Sure he's in the octagon. He already has cauliflower ear
on the ones on his head, and he's growing a
new one on his on his arm. Therefore then that
one gets cauliflower.

Speaker 1 (54:18):
Ear getting slapped around.

Speaker 6 (54:21):
Yeah, well then you just keep growing them.

Speaker 2 (54:23):
I guess that's farm.

Speaker 1 (54:25):
Yeah. I would not want this. I don't care how
tough it makes you look.

Speaker 2 (54:30):
I wouldn't either.

Speaker 6 (54:31):
But I think, you know, I mean people nowadays, I'm
not surprised. You know, people get surgeries on everything or
enhancements on everything.

Speaker 2 (54:40):
Yeah, it's just very Uh, I don't know, toxic masculinity.

Speaker 1 (54:46):
I guess it sounds just relax. I guess it sounds
cheaper though, right than having to go buy a really
big lifted truck.

Speaker 2 (54:53):
Yeah yeah, I guess shots for other things, do you
know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (54:58):
Because that's one way guys are out there get that
big truck.

Speaker 2 (55:02):
To leave us talkbacks, please do and all men can
grow beard. I guess so, yeah, although that would be
the cheapest way you could just grow on those not for.

Speaker 1 (55:12):
Everyone's Okay, the JV show on Wild ninety nine.

Speaker 2 (55:17):
You're just talking about men in Russia lining up to
get hauliflower ear.

Speaker 9 (55:22):
In money size. It's out of Walnut Creek. And my
husband started doing jiu jitsu and he started getting the
califlower ear and some of the guys told him to
get this like kit where there's like a syringe or
something to drain the excess. This is really gross. This
is something LEANING would like to watch. And then like
you put these magnets to like so that the blood

(55:44):
can't rea. So I don't know, it's weird, but I
really hope he doesn't have to have surgery because I
do not want him to have cal fire or something.

Speaker 2 (55:50):
Have you guys sign over a video of you guys
doing that to his ear so gross.

Speaker 1 (55:55):
Watch Good Morning JV Show.

Speaker 2 (55:59):
So are you to work for an E and T?

Speaker 11 (56:01):
And I got to witness a lot of different surgeries
that they would do, and that was one of them
was repairing a cauliflower ear. And actually you have to
make slit in the skin out of your ear and
scrape all that excess cartilage is hardened. It looks absolutely disgusting.
I wouldn't recommend it. I'm gonna guys, if you can.

Speaker 2 (56:22):
Send over a video you're doing that, she'd love to
watch that.

Speaker 1 (56:27):
That's what you guys. Remember. I played water polo in
high school, and that's why water polo players wear those
little ear guard things on that little swim cap looking thing.
And it's part for the cauliflower. It's part because like
the water and somebody's slapping the side of your ear,
you rupture your ear drum real easily. But yeah, protect
your ears from.

Speaker 6 (56:44):
Getting the welflower when they're fighting.

Speaker 1 (56:48):
Uh well, like wrestlers wear stuff like that, like earguards,
stuff like that, and thena fighters want to be tough.
They don't care. They just want to get in there
and bash their faces in.

Speaker 2 (56:58):
Oh my God, it sounds so painful.

Speaker 6 (57:01):
Yeah, I feel like once your ears are like that,
you kind of just have to leave them, no or that.

Speaker 2 (57:06):
Get a cardigan scratch and then send it me here
to Selena, but sennybody here.

Speaker 6 (57:09):
But then if you get it scraped and you keep
doing what you were doing, it's gonna come back.

Speaker 2 (57:13):
And then well, yeah, wait till you're done, and then
go get it fixed.

Speaker 1 (57:18):
Yeah, but you need to get it. I mean, somebodies
that I know that have had it like it's almost
like their whole ear holes closed up, like can you
hear it there? You know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (57:26):
You got to get it drained out, all right, So
you've discovered another way to tell if someone is a
millennial chess.

Speaker 6 (57:32):
That's correct. And I can't take all the credit for this.
I actually didn't discover this. Somebody on TikTok did. But
now I am shook it and I cannot go back
to the way that I was living before this. So
a woman said that if she sees another woman wearing
a blue jean jacket, she knows you're at least thirty
one years old. She said, you know, this is just

(57:54):
like a tell for a millennial. And I went down
a rabbit hole, you guys in a Apparently it is.

Speaker 2 (58:01):
It's a thing. It's a thing. It's a giveaway for.

Speaker 6 (58:04):
Being a millennial. And apparently also millennial moms tend to
wear jean jackets to the airport.

Speaker 1 (58:09):
What I don't know.

Speaker 6 (58:13):
I don't know what this phenomenon is, but apparently it's
the thing. And there are so many videos on social
media about this.

Speaker 2 (58:21):
So much so, my god, that one.

Speaker 6 (58:24):
Man even posted saying, when I have kids in the future,
I'm going to tell them that if they ever get
lost at the airport, look for a woman in a
jean jacket that will be a helpful mom, that will
be able to bring you to say. And I still
wear a jean jacket, you guys, I've never let go
of a jean jacket. How old are you, I'm thirty one?

Speaker 2 (58:44):
Okay, there we go, point proove jacket. I'm twenty six
and a half. Actually I have a jean jacket. Actually,
don't wear it. I might wear it maybe once a
year to the airport. Not to the airport. I've never
worn it to the airport, thank god. Yeah, what about
your wife? Does she wear a jean jacket?

Speaker 1 (59:03):
I'm assuming she yields one, I don't feel like it
gets worn alone. I can't really picture that. I do
not own a Canadian tuxedo. No, I do not.

Speaker 2 (59:12):
I love a Canadian tuxedo.

Speaker 1 (59:13):
Look, don't wear a jean jacket, namely because like, yeah,
what kind of pants do you wear with it? That's
the things.

Speaker 2 (59:19):
Yeah, and then that I've got darker, I've gone darker
shade of jeene.

Speaker 1 (59:23):
Yeah, that's Canadian.

Speaker 2 (59:25):
I love a Canadian tixedo.

Speaker 1 (59:27):
Yeah, I see, that's the one reason I would never
buy a jean jacket. What pants am I going to
wear it with?

Speaker 6 (59:32):
So now I'm really wondering. So gen z Er is
they don't wear jean jackets, because I thought that they did.
They just go for the baggier look and and millennials
go for the smaller tight or like small smaller.

Speaker 2 (59:45):
Second, but also no, I don't think they go jean
jackets at all. My daughter is like, uh really.

Speaker 1 (59:50):
Yeah, is that the worst thing in the world to
be spotted as a millennial? Like that's the one takeaway
I don't really understand from this, Like you want people
to look at your pictures and be like, see, I
don't see any jean jackets here, so she must be
in her twenties.

Speaker 2 (01:00:03):
But I've had to change my jeans, I've had to
change the song that I wear, right, I have to
have to switch my leggings to flared ones, although I'm
not wearing them today, Like I have to change everything
just to keep up.

Speaker 6 (01:00:13):
The part on your hair, Yes, can't do sidepart.

Speaker 1 (01:00:16):
But let me let me also ask this, because yeah,
you want to stay on trend or whatever, but haven't
we all seen that older person that's trying too hard
to stay on trend and it just doesn't look right.
It's like we're like, hey, shouldn't you kind of dress
more your age? Do you know what I mean? Yeah?

(01:00:36):
Good question. At what point do you just give.

Speaker 2 (01:00:38):
Up and wear we wear elderly clothes?

Speaker 1 (01:00:41):
I don't. I don't know, but there is a It's
like we're giving all these guidelines to not look like
a millennial. You you don't want to look like that,
But also you're going to get to an age where
like you don't want to be dressing like Jen Alpha
or whatever because you'll look ridiculous. You know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Yeah, so wear it, but you also want to just
wear what makes you feel good. If if you still
feel like even if you're you know, in your fifties,
but you feel like you're in your twenties, like and
you want to dress on the younger end. I just
feel like, do you true?

Speaker 1 (01:01:09):
But we've all judged.

Speaker 6 (01:01:11):
But I think there are certain items now that we
all see as like, oh, that characterizes you as a
quote millennial or gen Z or whatever it may be. Like,
I think there are those like tell signs now, whether
we like them or not, because I'm still gonna continue
wearing my jean jacket.

Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
I love my jean jacket.

Speaker 6 (01:01:30):
But it's just one of those things where I didn't
think that it was a tail sign.

Speaker 2 (01:01:36):
I never I never thought so either.

Speaker 6 (01:01:39):
I don't know. But the thing is like I don't
want to dress like how am I supposed to dress?

Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
Then that's where the gen Z uniform light blue jeans
and then sneakers, sneakers and then black crop top. Okay,
got it every single day and that's it.

Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
Nothing else sram you too, Yeah, keep me in my
outfit host.

Speaker 12 (01:02:02):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.

Speaker 2 (01:02:11):
So Hayden Panitier got exposed to. She got exposed to?
Does that make sense?

Speaker 1 (01:02:17):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:02:17):
Yeah, So you know, she has that new book out,
This is Me a Reckoning, where she talks about the
abuse she suffered coming up in Hollywood. We already talked
about this yacht party. She says she was out when
she was eighteen when a woman she trusted laid her
in a bed with a naked, very well known actor.
People in the comments assumed Leo DiCaprio, though I mean

(01:02:38):
that was never been confirmed. Now, there's another excerpt from
the book that's going viral where she talks about attending
a Hollywood party when she was nineteen. She says she
was getting ready to leave the party because she got
kind of uncomfortable talking to a group of men that
was there later in the night, and as she was
putting her coat on, a well respected Oscar winner and
director approached her and complained about some gum that he

(01:02:59):
had stuck on his pants. And when she looked down,
there was no gum and instead it was his exposed strings.

Speaker 1 (01:03:08):
No, he kind of looked like some bubble gum.

Speaker 2 (01:03:10):
And I don't get the joke. Oh, maybe we're talking
about I mean, I've seen some gum. Does it looks
like that on my gum? She says she was, of
course in shock, but she just dismissed it as a
drunken joke and didn't tell anyone at the time because
the moment had passed and she felt like some people
just grew up not learning proper manners, and so she

(01:03:30):
just kind of moved on from it. But she's again
not naming who the person is. Do you think she
ever will? I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (01:03:39):
She's really having her she should have. I mean, you
can't tell anybody when to come forward with their stories,
but the Me Too movement was the huge opportunity when
everyone was coming forward were stories like this, she really
could have piled on there.

Speaker 2 (01:03:52):
Yeah. I feel like she was going through her own
things during that time, though, But I need to know
who this guy was. I hopped on Reddit. A lot
of the names. Not really they don't seem like people that.
I mean, again, who knows, but a lot of it
is just it just seems unlikely. Mel Gibson, Sean Penn.
I don't know, what do you guys think about any

(01:04:14):
Clint Eastwood, George Clooney, Kevin Costner and just seems very unlikely.

Speaker 1 (01:04:19):
It's hard to tell because this incident, not to trivialize it,
it does seem like it was the intent was more
of like a crude joke, whereas, like what we learned
a lot in the me Too moment, guys were exposing
themselves for a much different reason.

Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
Yeah, do you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (01:04:35):
I'm not like downplaying what was happened that you know,
it never still assault, She'd never do that, Yeah, But
like this one sounds so like any of those guys
if they're I don't know, some drunken Hollywood party, I
don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:04:46):
Or we could just blame everything on Leo, yeah, or
it could.

Speaker 6 (01:04:50):
I do hope that she speaks out on it though,
and like actually naming people so that they can be
held accountable because.

Speaker 2 (01:04:57):
She's so young when she was I know. All right, Graham,
what do you have?

Speaker 1 (01:05:03):
All right? According to an announcement this morning, San Jose
one of four cities that will be getting a new
pro sports team. They're getting a p w HL team.
Are you guys familiar with the p WHL p WHL
oh Wow, Women supporting women over here. It's the Professional
Women's Hockey League. San Jose's becoming one of the fastest

(01:05:27):
growing hockey markets for girls, ranking six of the nation
and girls hockey participation, so it just fits. And there's
already a strong hockey fan base because of the Sharks
in San Jose. The team is going to play at
SAP Center, home of the Sharks. We don't know yet
what their team name will be. We just know the colors.
The colors are going to be orange, they say, in
a nod to the Sharks and the region's historic Orange groves.

Speaker 2 (01:05:48):
Is that you have orange groves, Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:05:51):
Blue and white representing the coastline and the sky. And
they're joining Detroit, Las Vegas, and Hamilton as the league's
other newest members.

Speaker 2 (01:06:02):
And there will be where is Hamilton, Virginia?

Speaker 1 (01:06:07):
I don't know, uh. And they're gonna be looking. They're
gonna be joining twelve teams for this upcoming season. The
p w h L I just launched a couple of
years ago and is gaining momentum. Are you guys excited
for a professional Women's Hockey League team here right here.

Speaker 2 (01:06:23):
In the Bay Area because it's women? Yes, I personally,
I've never even watched a hockey game before.

Speaker 1 (01:06:28):
Not even on TV.

Speaker 2 (01:06:30):
The Sharks. No, you've never I've never been.

Speaker 1 (01:06:33):
No, the Sharks like used to dominate make the playoffs
every year. You never even watch one of those games.
The playoff hockeys never have to.

Speaker 6 (01:06:40):
They're so fun.

Speaker 1 (01:06:41):
Wow, I know, no respect, I know, with some respect
on the area sports, but they very cool. They did
not to the Valkyries, which obviously broke attendance records for
the w n b A. And then we also have
a pro women's soccer team here as well FC. But

(01:07:02):
you know what I'm talking about, yes, right, so here
there's another one.

Speaker 2 (01:07:05):
By the way, we talked about them, whoever controls the
lights on the Bay Bridge changing them to purple? The
support the Valkyries. I think this is last week. Did
they just forget about the lights after that and stuck purple?

Speaker 1 (01:07:17):
Now, yeah, they're not updating because the Valkyries haven't played.
Their next game is Thursday, and they played last Tuesday.
They had a long layoff in between the.

Speaker 2 (01:07:25):
I mean I would rather purple than green and red.

Speaker 1 (01:07:28):
Yeah, the Christmas theme was a little weird. BAYFCYFC there
in the National Women's Soccer League. Sorry BAYFC, I know
it is FC something that was close the JV Show
on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (01:07:41):
All right, Jess, earlier this morning, you were telling us
how according to TikTok and you went down a rabbit hole,
and you can confirm that the way people can tell
if you are a millennial or at least thirty thirty
one years.

Speaker 6 (01:07:53):
One is that you are wearing a blue jean jacket.

Speaker 14 (01:07:56):
Still, guys, Teresa from Pittsburgh and not me listening to
Jess giving clues about how you can tell if you're
a millennial or not, and her talking about a blue
jean jacket, and I'm literally in the car right now,
look down, I'm wearing a blue jean jacket.

Speaker 18 (01:08:21):
That's so not right, but it's so true.

Speaker 1 (01:08:26):
Everyone wearing their blue g jacket today.

Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
It's very true.

Speaker 6 (01:08:29):
It's okay, just embrace it.

Speaker 9 (01:08:31):
Hi leaving a talk back about the jean jacket thing.

Speaker 5 (01:08:34):
I mean, yes, it might be a tell.

Speaker 6 (01:08:38):
Of your age, but I think at this point you
might as well just.

Speaker 2 (01:08:41):
Wear whatever you want.

Speaker 18 (01:08:42):
You only live once and it's shorts, so.

Speaker 17 (01:08:45):
Just wear whatever you want.

Speaker 9 (01:08:47):
And who cares what anyone think?

Speaker 2 (01:08:49):
I love that true.

Speaker 1 (01:08:51):
No, I'm cleaning on. I'm gonna start wearing crocs and
oversized sweatpants everywhere, just so I can blend in with
the youngs.

Speaker 2 (01:08:57):
I'm going back to skinny jeans then woh okay, still
have all of them too. They're gonna come back in
style one day, you guys, Mark my words, it's gonna
be a.

Speaker 18 (01:09:06):
Well good morning JV show made me from Santo's Day,
Happy Taco Tuesday. I just wanted to comment real quick
on the style and the trend of millennials and whatever
and you know, the whole cautious of what not to
wear and what.

Speaker 2 (01:09:21):
So here's the thing, and Graham.

Speaker 1 (01:09:22):
Please be ready to press this button for me?

Speaker 18 (01:09:25):
Who gives a farm?

Speaker 2 (01:09:27):
Just do you? Do?

Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
You?

Speaker 18 (01:09:31):
Who cares what everyone else does?

Speaker 7 (01:09:32):
Okay, have a good day, y'all.

Speaker 2 (01:09:33):
Love y'all.

Speaker 1 (01:09:34):
Yeah, take that.

Speaker 2 (01:09:36):
It's hard. It's hard to fully do that and not
give a fart when you have a teenager who roasts
you for everything that you wear if it's not cool,
but don't so I find myself giving into But also
the more I see it, the more these new trends
do grow on me.

Speaker 1 (01:09:50):
I just I think back to the time when look,
I was your daughter's age or whatever I was in
middle school, like I didn't care if my dad showed
up and then you know, in the baggiest gene or
whatever and tried to fit in be wearing a beanie
and you know, like trying to look cool. I would
have been so mortified. I would have been beyond embarrassed.
I wanted my parents to dress like parents. I didn't

(01:10:12):
want them to him to be like hanging out waiting
for me to pick me up, and he's like popping
his skateboard up, Like what was no, dude? Be it dad? Regardless,
But like I didn't want him in like hell of
baggy jeans and.

Speaker 2 (01:10:24):
Like Zanine the same. But I don't know. The relationship
I have with my daughter is a little bit different.
While I'll go in there and she'll like give me
fashion advice or like, oh, like this is cute, Yeah
you should wear this, and so it's kind of like
our thing.

Speaker 6 (01:10:38):
It's like you. It's a little different at bonding. Me
and my mom did not do that right. The tough
part about trying to stay on trend with like the
gen z Ors, though, is that with fast fashion, the
trends are happening so quick. I can't keep up. I'm
like I just bought new things for whatever was trending. Now,
Oh my god, you know so I think for for

(01:10:58):
I guess millennials are even the the older generations. It
was a little bit easier because the trends lasted a
lot longer than now.

Speaker 2 (01:11:06):
Yeah, the only thing you needed was vans and skinny
jeans and like.

Speaker 1 (01:11:09):
Just call it a day. I heard, yeah, just keep
wearing it. Then, Okay, who gives a fart?

Speaker 2 (01:11:16):
Last, whatever you want?

Speaker 1 (01:11:18):
Who cares it? Ain't that agreeiance the JV Show on
Wild ninety four nine by.

Speaker 15 (01:11:24):
This is Candy from Oakland, California. I just wanted to
say this is my first talkback and it might not
be my last, but I wanted to say that that outfit,
the jean jacket, I had that on in New York
once and from the train ride from the airports at
the hotel, I counted seventeen people wearing that same as
Zach outfit. And that's when I knew I had to

(01:11:45):
get rid of that outfit.

Speaker 2 (01:11:47):
Waiting and she says she were from the airport to
the hotel, so she was flying in the jean jacket.

Speaker 6 (01:11:53):
What you said is another sun another sign. For some reason,
you'll see a lot of Think about it. Next time
you go to the airport, count how many Jean jackets
you'll see there, because apparently a lot of millennials wear
them there too.

Speaker 1 (01:12:05):
Official Mom traveled being their apparently Jean jacket candy. Thank
you for leaving us that till talkback. Welcome into the party,
so to speak the iHeartRadio app. If you have never
used the talkback mic, that's the best way to weigh
in and talk about anything that we talk about on
these airwaves. So yeah, I appreciate you.

Speaker 6 (01:12:22):
That's also where you can enter to win these tickets
for the Giants. You can leave us a talkback right
now anytime during the show, and that's going to enter
you for a chance to win four tickets to check
them out next Tuesday. So do that right now and
then Friday morning we'll pick a winner.

Speaker 2 (01:12:34):
Good luck.

Speaker 1 (01:12:35):
