something doesn't look right about it. Now, this guy, I

or not, but he did. He posted the note, and
I guess appreciated that he was told this.

I wanted to ask you, guys, what you say something
if you saw somebody with a mole that looked a
little worrisome. Me.

Now, no, But if I knew what the heck I
was talking about, there was actually a good chance, then yes,
you have to say something.

and a stranger really saved this person's life.

that you're gonna go out of your way to tell
somebody they got a funky looking mold.

So, his preliminary hearing ended yesterday after five days of testimony,
and the judge did order the entire thing to go
to trials, so the trial must begin with the ninety
days David is do back in court August thirty first
for his arraignments. The DA said yesterday that he is
still eligible for the death penalty and they are currently
weighing whether or not that is going to be pursued now.
According to reports, David's team really has two options here

when it comes to defense during the trial. They could
claim that he killed Celeste in self defense, or he
could claim that she did it to herself. And this
is because they have text messages that were read yesterday
during their preliminary hearing. The day before she disappeared, the
less threatened to end David's life and career because they

were fighting over his friendship with another girl there and she,
you know, had said things along those lines. And then
the next day David lured her to his house and
we all know what happens there. There were also messages
suggesting that she talked about hurting herself as well. So
those might be some things that David's team tries to
use in his defense.

about the crash itself. Happened on July fourteenth, a little
after six o'clock in the evening on Alma Street in
Palo Alto. Shanahan apparently just left a chiropractic adjustment.

while driving Mercedes SUV in the opposite directions. It sounds
like she turned across his path. She as well as Shanahan,

were not under the influence of alcohol. They were both
wearing their seatbelts, their airbags deployed in each of their cars. Shanahan,
though maybe doing a little bit of distracted driving because
he was holding and using his cell.

Authorities listed that as a factor in the accident, but
he was not named yet as being at fault for it.
They're still trying to piece that information together about who
was at fault. But it's not like she maybe turned

it in time because he was on his phone.

We don't really know the posted speed limit on that
street twenty five miles an hour. You see pictures of
these cars completely crunched. I would assume that that was
more than a twenty five mile an hour collision. I
would assume there would be some speeding involved in this.
We know he suffered some pretty serious injuries. Again, that
would point to the fact that he had to been
going faster than twenty five miles an hour because he

had a really bad concussion, a broken left hand, a
broken nose, three broken ribs, and a facial facial laceration
that required forty stitches. His buddy Chris Simms, who's an
NFL and a former NFL player and NFL analyst on TV,
he's a guy that knew about the crash way in advance.

seal in Hawaii because a guy in San Diego, he

kicking a sea lion. This happened at Loyal Cove. Whoever
recording him just cracking up in the background, and this guy,
i assume drunkenly. He's taking his fighting stance next to

a sea lion and then throwing and landing some kicks
on the sea lion that's perched on like what looks
like some kind of sea wall or something. And the
sea lion then tries to get away, and as it's
scooting away, he can is to go after it and
kick it.

The guy has not yet been identified. Maybe he has.
I'm sure it's only a matter of time because sea
lions are.

Speaker 3 (01:06:07):
A federally protected species and this video has already caught
the eye of the mayor of San Diego. He said, quote,
this disgusting act of animal cruelty is unacceptable, and he
went on to acknowledge that there is currently a federal
investigation into finding him, and anybody that knows anything about
this can contact local law enforcement.

I wanted to talk about a scream club. You guys,
you ever heard of one of these. No like the movies, No, differently,
I'm talking about actual screaming. This couple in Chicago, I
guess they recently moved to Chicago earlier this year, and
they were going through some career struggles and stuff like that,
and one of them suggested to the other maybe we'll
just go over to the lake and just scream and just.

Speaker 1 (01:11:43):

And the other person was like, why would we do
that and other people are going to be around to
hear us. That's going to be awkward. They said, no,
let's go do it, and they went out there and
they screamed into the lake and just kind of let
go of a bunch of the stuff that they were
holding on to and frustrated about in their lives, and.

People around near them were like, I want to join in.
That looks fun.

Speaker 3 (01:12:01):
Well fast forward six weeks later, they have officially started
a scream club on Sunday evenings.

They have more than three hundred people that.

Routinely show up to go scream and shout things out
over the water into the lake.

hundreds of people are showing up. They say they give
some people biodegradable paper to write down ahead of time
the things that they want to, you know, scream out,
and then they throw that into the water as they
scream out their thing. Would you guys ever want to

join a scream club if they started one here, because
they're starting to have other ones pop up around the country.
I've seen Austin, Phoenix, Washington, DC are holding similar scream events.

I think I would. I don't know if I'd go
out of my way, like leave my house and drive
somewhere to go scream. I do enough screaming at home
kids as it is. But if I happened to be
somewhere and there's three people all screaming together and was like, hey,
it's part of a club. Do you want to scream something?
I think I would?

And do you think yours would be like a gripe
something you're upset about? They say it could also be celebratory.
They said they had a bride and groom that had
just gotten married, and they wanted to shout and scream
out to the lake.

How happy they were.

I'd be more of an angry scream, something that really
bothers of grievances.

I think it would help me, you know, let some
of my anger out, my internal anger that I have.

I ruined my jackets in the dryer true story, By
the way, what happened?

They shrunk?

No, I put them in the dryer and the zipper like,
I didn't zip them up, so the zipper got stuck
on like the side.

Of the dryer got snagged in there.

I got snagged in there, So now I can't zip
up like three of my workout jackets.
