bucks gram. What's this hour's keyword?
Speaker 1 (00:11):
This hour's nation y keyword is fun.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
While you're streaming Wild ninety four nine on the iHeartRadio
hit that contest tabs, go down there and to that
keyword fun and you could win a thousand bucks in

Speaker 4 (00:22):
So good luck, good luck.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
All right, first talk back of the day, here we go.
Speaker 5 (00:25):
Good morning, guys, longtime listener, first time talkbacker, Happy Humped Day.
Since yesterday's episode was dedicated to Rick Moranis, I'd like
to give you guys a little fun fact. Did you
guys know that they were going to reboot Honey As
Shrunk the Kids back in twenty twenty, but because of
COVID is shut down and sadly they never redid it. Huh,
(00:47):
fun fact, guys, Happy Humped Oh Jump Day.
Speaker 3 (00:51):
Yeah, this look on yesterday's show. I can't remember how
it came up, Maybe in the op Nope game or something,
where you started talking about Honey as Shrunk the Kids
and the lead actor and that Rick moranis. And look, Slena,
on this show you talk about Taylor Swift and Travis
Kelce and the wedding and all these other big celebrities
and these big monumental events, and nobody leaves a talkback.
(01:11):
Nobody gives a damn. But the second wave mentioned Rick
moranis the holy tidal wave of so weird hoully tied
a way of talkbacks, the people that want to weigh
in about Rick Morana so or give us an update
about what he's up to you or do you hear there?
He was at comic Con for Spaceballs too.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
And right there, hey, people still talking about.
Speaker 3 (01:27):
It, still talking about Rick Moranas. Did you know they
almost rebooted Honey I Shrunk the Kids? That you heard
it right here first? Any other Rick Morana's fun facts?
People feel talkback, Mike always open. I wanted to ask
this and just check in with you guys. Did you
guys ever see the movie Honey I Shrunk the Kids? Yes, okay,
you have.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
I don't remember. Interesting when I was little, I don't,
I mean, I couldn't like quote a line from it
or anything like that.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
Well, right, I mean it's an old movie, but it is.
Speaker 2 (01:52):
It is a movie, a classic that is in talks
to get a reboot.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
What Home Alone?
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Really didn't they do that with Home Alone? Like four,
five and six that nobody ever saw?
Speaker 2 (02:04):
But I guess they're talking to Micholay Culkins like bringing
back as like dad maybe or something I don't know.
Speaker 4 (02:10):
And then it's like he accidentally forgets his own kid.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
Oh, I mean writing this, Oh it's.
Speaker 6 (02:17):
So good that script rites itself.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
Yeah. And the two Burglars they're out of prison finally
they come back. Yeah, and they're like, really old.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
Do you think we need that?
Speaker 3 (02:28):
Like, yes, we do.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Do we need a reboot?
Speaker 3 (02:30):
We reboot everything right now? Have you noticed that Hollywood?
That's all it is is reboots and remakes of movies
that we've lost our creativity. And then you get a
movie like The Odyssey or something. Now, look that's based
on somebody else's work. But you know then that's crushing it.
I mean I feel original stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
Yeah, I feel like Hollywood is just out of ideas
because all I'm seeing on Netflix now is series that
are based on books. Yep, Like they're not even coming
up with their own series.
Speaker 4 (02:56):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Yeah, that's a good point.
Speaker 7 (02:59):
And then we're seeing like a lot of these artists
or celebrities that were like on Disney Channel back in the.
Speaker 6 (03:04):
Day coming up with the new show, but now they're
the parents.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
Yeah exactly.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
We've just like, hey, writers, we've done that. We've done
that exact same script like a thousand times.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
We don't need to do that.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, it's.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Time four.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
The four things you need to heads up on to
start your day.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Guys, it's National Chicken Wings. A lot of places have
deals are giving away free wings, so listen up. You
don't like wings.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
After I chuged that Buffalo wing sauce on the chug
Wheel the other day, I'm out.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
But the other flavors, Graham, I still can't do it.
H check it out. Check out the deals at Pizza Hut,
Wings Stop, Round Table, Popeyes, Hooters in my personal babe
be Dugs, Yeah, and a lot more.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
All right. With the Golden State Warriors losing out on
them Lebron sweepsteaks, the team re signed Draymond Green yesterday
to a one year, twenty seven point seven million dollar deal,
essentially the same amount of money he was set to
earn before he opted out of his contract to try
to give the Tea some salary space to get Lebron
Draymond thirty six years old. He averaged eight points and
five rebounds a game last season. Imagine making twenty seven
(04:09):
million dollars for doing that. I could do that mostly.
I could definitely making better than that.
Speaker 7 (04:13):
The weather will be pretty similar to yesterday. Highs are
going to be in the low to mid eighties. The
nineties are going to arrive by Fridays. We'll start making
those weekend.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Plun Hey, Torris, besties here, Today's gonna be uh a
six proof Fread your messages today before you hit send.
Your phone's autocrash could turn a simple message into something
wildly unhinged. Slow down, read it twice, maybe three times.
The chaos is preventable, and your thumbs are not to
be trusted right now.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
Yeah that's because we're still in Mercury in retro.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
Shade shade, Yeah that's right.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
Things are going wrong with Jess all morning.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
Yeah she's glitchy.
Speaker 6 (04:48):
Yeah, my coffee was pouring with no.
Speaker 3 (04:50):
Cup on durrywer How are your thumbs.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
You're doing okay right now?
Speaker 6 (04:55):
More now yep?
Speaker 1 (04:57):
The JV show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 8 (05:00):
Wow, Wow Thoughts. Remember we used to start the wildcot
podcast like that, Oh memories, But sometimes I wish that
we could talk about some of those topics on the air.
Of course, not the details, but they are just so
funny most of the time. Happy day.
Speaker 9 (05:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
If you do not currently listen to our Wild Thoughts podcast,
we record them on Tuesday's a little post show podcasts
where we can talk about some stuff that we cannot
talk about on the air, like you mentioned, for example,
yesterday's podcasts. If you have not yet listened to it,
go listen to it because a great story about a
mosh pit and a number that and a concert that
was derailed because of it.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Yeah, you just need to be like of age, probably
like thirty five, I think, yeah, and be a sick
go yep to really enjoy something like that.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
Yeah, but great podcast podcasts highly recommend.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
All right, something we do every Wednesday?
Speaker 3 (05:50):
Are cool or not?
Speaker 2 (05:51):
Listen? Graham, would you like to kick this off?
Speaker 3 (05:53):
I would What do you guys think cool or not?
My friends divulged a little information to me The other day.
They said they sold their car strictly because they could
not get rid of the cockroach infestation.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
And how did they get a cockroach infestation?
Speaker 3 (06:08):
So this couple, they live in Florida, they have three kids.
They bought a minivan. They became became minivan people. And
I laughed and laughed at him, of course, but they
loved their minivan. And you know, the weather in Florida
hot human. They had some torrential downpour rains. They said,
at one point this thing had to drive through some
pretty deep kind of floodwaters or whatever. So I think
(06:28):
it was partially it got a lot of moisture in
the car. And then you got three kids that are
dumping their food and snacks everywhere, and they started noticing
cockroaches popping up in there. They tried bomb, they tried
like you know, fumigating thing, bombing the thing, and that
only brought more to the party. Apparently there were just
more of them coming out of the vents, and they
were coming out of things, and they said they said
(06:49):
they would lift their kids' backpacks up after, you know,
just giving her a ride home from school, and they're
scattering everywhere, just cockroaches everywhere in this thing. So they
got a really nice they cleaned up in detailed and temporarily,
you know, got told all, okay, cockroaches just hide out
for just a little bit. We gotta sell this thing.
And they turned around and sold the minivan almost for
more than they bought it for because it was like
(07:10):
only four years old and it had ten thousand miles
on or something. Because they live close to their school
and stuff like that. They don't hardly drive the thing
mini miles, so it have super low miles and it
was in perfect looking shape. But little did the future partner.
It was just full of cote like that, yeah, and
came out almost ahead.
Speaker 6 (07:29):
Was there really no way of getting rid of them?
Speaker 3 (07:31):
They said, They tried and tried and tried. This is
the bugs are different in Florida. You guys be thankful
that we live.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
Could that person come back and be like, hey, you
didn't tell me about the roach problem. I don't I
want my money back.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
I think it's once you, once you sell that thing,
sell that thing off. That's there. Welck them, that's their issue.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Yeah, oh my god, I'm going cool.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
That's not cool, very cool?
Speaker 3 (07:52):
No, are you kidding? They almost made money on the deal.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Cool for them, So there you go. Cool, not cool
what they did.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
I think it's cool that again, we don't have to
deal with the bugs like that.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
The best policy true, and you're gonna get some bad
karma at some point.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
So you're gonna say, hey, I got this used car.
It's only not ten thousand miles, but look, bugs are
gonna be crowing out of the vents left and right.
Who's gonna buy it?
Speaker 10 (08:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (08:19):
I don't know, so I think you just have to
get rid of them somehow.
Speaker 3 (08:21):
First, Yeah, they tried, they tried, they said, they tried everything,
and they just kept coming back.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
That's disgusting.
Speaker 3 (08:28):
It's like once they figure out they got a nice
spot to make a little house, they just keep showing up.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
Where's Fairfax? I looked it up Marin County, YEP. Did
you hear about the playground that had to be closed
down there because of a flea infestation?
Speaker 3 (08:41):
Please?
Speaker 1 (08:41):
Yeah, it has please, But it's not like a dog park.
Speaker 3 (08:44):
You're talking about like a.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
Playground and playground and all the articles like a children's
playground shut down because of a flea infestation.
Speaker 3 (08:51):
You do not want that. Who brought the fleas there
in the first round, somebody's kid, that's weird, somebody.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
And then you go to that park and you just
get covered in bites.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
Have you ever been in an area like that or
in somebody's house where there's a ton of fleas?
Speaker 2 (09:06):
My house when I was little cat?
Speaker 3 (09:08):
Yeah, they just rip you up.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Yes, way, really, you just seem like jumping you can
like spot them. That's so scary. Oh my gosh, you
better hope your cat doesn't ever get fleas and bring them.
I think she has her shots or whatever. Okay, that's
what you think. Scary, Jess, what do you have?
Speaker 7 (09:31):
Cool?
Speaker 6 (09:33):
Cool or not?
Speaker 7 (09:33):
People on social media are glop maxing?
Speaker 2 (09:37):
What is what is glue max? What's with the maxing?
Speaker 3 (09:40):
Everything?
Speaker 7 (09:40):
Everything, but this one in particular, You guys, people are
gonna one either look very disproportionate or to injure themselves
because they people are starting to like document their journey
of like day one glute maxing day two, and they're
they're trying to do it for like their days or longer,
and you're they're basically working out their glutes every single day,
(10:02):
their butt, their butt and only that I'm assuming some
people do other workouts, but they are specifically targeting and
hitting glutes, whether it's on top of their other workouts
or just the glutes every single day. There's one guy.
Speaker 2 (10:17):
Is that bad for you?
Speaker 7 (10:18):
Well, you shouldn't just target one muscle. You're gonna be
disproportionate and then your legs.
Speaker 3 (10:22):
Are you throw your body off balance.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Yeah, there's one guy, You'll be fine.
Speaker 7 (10:26):
There's one guy in particular, and I'm gonna try to
find his video so I could put it up on
our Instagram story.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
But you can see the difference though.
Speaker 6 (10:32):
So I'm like, dang, maybe I.
Speaker 2 (10:33):
Should try this. Jezz, you should glute max because you
guys document your journey.
Speaker 7 (10:38):
He shows day one and day like twenty nine or
thirty whatever he's on because he's like, oh, glute maxing and.
Speaker 6 (10:44):
Told my I don't fit into my pants. He's like
almost there.
Speaker 3 (10:50):
Muscles doesn't have you grow them. I don't have a
butt that would take me like day eight, Agre, you
should glue like day four hundred. Maybe, Like I can't
tell the difference.
Speaker 6 (10:59):
Let's are glue maxing ground.
Speaker 3 (11:01):
I don't want to. If I become more disproportioned, I'll
get an angry talkback from a mirror in Arizona.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
How discussed but inverted GX.
Speaker 6 (11:10):
It went from a butt, you'll get a little.
Speaker 4 (11:13):
Butt, this is not gonna happen.
Speaker 7 (11:15):
But also the guy, like you can tell that his
butt is now started. It's starting to look like an AirPod,
where like it's not matching the legs little by.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
Little, the legs, legs, legs.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
I would be so upset if legs.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
Isn't it cool? Isn't isn't glut maxing for the ladies,
like in the Jim gurlies.
Speaker 4 (11:37):
Hasn't that been a thing for like the last ten years.
Speaker 3 (11:40):
I feel like that's every posted videos about how to
glut max, but they don't. Is that just my algorithm?
Speaker 7 (11:46):
They post videos about growing your glutes, but they're they're
not recommending that you work out your glutes every single
day for like a certain amount of time, because that's
not healthy. Like you're not going to see growth if
or maybe you might say growth because he's seeing it,
but it's not going to be in the way that
you want it to be because you're not gonna look proportionate.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
So that's the risk. I'm will want a take.
Speaker 3 (12:07):
I thought that was the whole thing with ladies in
the box. You don't care if it looked proportional or not.
Just one of the biggest one possible.
Speaker 6 (12:14):
Well yeah, but you also want big legs to match it.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
I'm going cool legs.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 3 (12:21):
On that take you whoaway. Please don't stop them, you sick,
happy show, heavy your day? All right, Happy home day today.
Speaker 2 (12:36):
Thank you for that talking today. I love the energy
this morning.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
God Sturdy would not pru.
Speaker 11 (12:42):
You need to know what's hot in music, movies, shows
and the most talked about stories happening today in the bag.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Al Right, it looks like not everything is amicable between
Jelly Roll and Bunny after divorcing.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
I thought everything was great, the we're gonna have a
kid together independently post divorce, and like they were going
to go their separate ways but still be in each
other's lives as besties.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
So I didn't even think there was that much bad
blood between them aside. I mean, first we have yeah,
her funny thing on our podcast that they were still
going to go through with having a baby from a surrogate.
Then there was the other time that she was still
hanging out at his bar in Nashville. Remember, so I
didn't think there was that much bad blood between them. Well,
what happens next tells us everything we need to know. Okay,
(13:24):
they unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Speaker 3 (13:26):
It's over.
Speaker 6 (13:28):
It was already over.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
This is like the fastest divorce I had ever heard of,
and now they unfollow each other.
Speaker 3 (13:33):
You can't have a kid through with somebody, I know.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
Do you think they're still going to have a kid.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
That was a terrible idea to begin with.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
What if they already like put a down payment or.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
Whatever and they have to there, you could back out.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
I don't know. What if it's already been planted. What
if it's already a thing, you.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
Can still back out. No, you can't certain states at
certain times.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
Yeah you can't. Actually, Oh god, this is messy. This
is getting messy.
Speaker 7 (13:57):
I just want I don't know who it was, if
it was a Bunny's daughter or Jelly Roll's daughter, one
of them that said, like I have the tea and
the world is going to stop.
Speaker 6 (14:06):
When I opened my.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Mouth, that was Jelly Roll's daughter.
Speaker 6 (14:08):
I want her to me, I know. I feel waiting.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
Since then, I feel like she's come out and said something.
I think She got in trouble for saying that, and
she tried to backtrack. Yeah, but something happened, and I
don't know now if we're ever gonna find out or not.
Speaker 4 (14:21):
Someday we'll find out. We always do.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
Actually, it's not from them. Part of their Yeah, part
of the divorce is that they can't like bad mouth
each other.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
But what if it's just a statements of fact.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
It's not bad mouthing if it's fact, right, it's not
slander if you're just relaying facts.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
Right, But what if the fact is one of them cheated?
You still can't say that. But it's factual, right, it's factual, But.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
You still.
Speaker 4 (14:44):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (14:44):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
Can we go back to that? Savannah got three video
we talked about yesterday. Yes if you missed it, she
posted another video pleading for whoever took her mom to
just tell her and her family where Nancy is. There's
one part of the video in particular that I want
to discuss. It has been since I'm mom was taken
from us. We are in a nightmare that will not end.
We have done our part and we will never stop
(15:07):
looking for her. So yesterday I told you about a
report from page six. They talked to a former FBI
agent and former CIA agent and they were like, yeah,
that line right there, we have done our part implies
that some ransom was paid. So TMZ though, says they
checked the bitcoin address from the first ransom note, and
no money has been recently deposited other than what the
(15:28):
FBI put in there, you know, months ago, just a
few hundred dollars just to kind of see if they
would respond to that, to see if it was you know,
real or not. Other than that, there's nothing in there,
so there was no ransom paid. The sources. TMC sources
say that Savannah was referencing the million dollar reward for
the recovery of Nancy. We have done our part. We
(15:50):
put the reward out there to try to get information,
not that the kidnappers would expect to get a reward,
you know, if they turn around, they would just be
hauled off to prison obviously. Yeah, but she was speaking
more broadly. Anyone who knows what happened to Nancy, not
directly to the kidnappers.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
Could be and that line could also not be because
there could be other exchange of some communications that the
public is not privy to at first time, very sure.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
Yeah. Their sources continue though that there's been no progress
made in this case. They have no idea where Nancy
is or who kidnapped her. And the reason for this
video that was posted this week is because we're coming
up on six months here, and the FBI says anniversaries
are a great time to reignite interests to public and
to local authorities.
Speaker 3 (16:30):
If this one ever gets solved. Oh yeah, which is
incredibly sad.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
I know, Graham, what do you have all right?
Speaker 3 (16:35):
Ad a player getting injured on a scooter to the
dumpster fire that is this current San Francisco Giant Season's
past offseason, the team signed outfielder Harrison Bader to a
two year, twenty point five million dollar deal, and oh no,
it has not gone well. He spent most of the
team time with the team on the injured list, and
when he was in the lineup, he spent that time
hitting a blistering.
Speaker 4 (16:55):
One hundred and one seventy average.
Speaker 3 (16:57):
Well. Abaterer has missed the last two months with planner
fasciitis in his left foot, and now he's going to
miss some more time because this past weekend he was
involved in an electric scooter crash. The accident apparently happened
quote late Saturday night slash early Sunday morningturring to the
team with jess run probably means there's some alcohol involved.
(17:18):
And guess what he injured, you, guys? Was his left foot,
the same one that he has been rehabbing for the
past two months.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
You already have planter fisciitis, fasciadis, whatever. Why are you
out here scootering?
Speaker 3 (17:32):
Yees? Shouldn't you be like, Hey, I'm on the injur
of this, guys. I should not ride a scooter. Yeah,
I shouldn't be out doing activities that might jeopardize my rehab.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
He's going to get paid anyway, Well.
Speaker 3 (17:41):
Yeah, I'll get to that in a second. He had
an MRI yesterday to try to determine the extent of
this new injury on top of the injuries he was
already dealing with. And perhaps not shocking is the fact
that this isn't his first time this has happened. When
he was in college, Baitor was suspended for nineteen games
from the University of Florida's baseball team when he got
into a scooter accident there. Police reports said he had
(18:02):
a strong odor of alcohol on him when officers found
him unconscious on the ground after a scooter he was
on hit a parked car. So this is not new behavior.
Now to your question about is he just gonna get
paid regardless? At Major League Baseball won the few sports
where all the contracts are fully guaranteed, they could have
a clause in there that he's not supposed to be
(18:23):
engaged in any sort of dangerous activities. Sports teams can
include those in like you're not supposed to be out
snowboarding and doing all this stuff because they don't want
you getting hurt. Whether or not electric scooters are named
in there, I kind of wouldn't be surprised in today's
world it could be, and then they may be able
to avoid some of that contract. But my guess is
Bro just gets the hangout on the injured list, getting drunk,
(18:44):
riding scooters and make over ten million dollars a year
and there's nothing anybody can do about it. And the
dudes that is not bat in one.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
Seventy God Bro, Yeah, he's actually a very smart man. Yeah,
but if he gets the money, I think about that.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
All the time these guys signed. This is not some
monster deal by Major League Baseball standards. You know, in
professional sports we see contracts way way way bigger than this,
but still ten MILLI a year.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
That ain't that's not chump change.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
And I always wonder, like, do you guys like feel
the pressure to want to live up to the contract
or they like this money is guaranteed, Like bro, I
can do whatever I want. I can get out there

He has a small family. Thanks guys, ring probably the
most popular guest this morning. Your man got a small family.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
The opposite of.
Speaker 7 (22:10):
That, he has probably three times the amount of family
that I have.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
Really yeah, sounds messy. Yeah, No, Hi, no JB Show,
Happy Home Day.
Speaker 7 (22:22):
Day.
Speaker 12 (22:23):
And the blea star word is hand.
Speaker 11 (22:27):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
Your man got a small hand, regular size. They look
kind of small to me.
Speaker 6 (22:34):
No, that's.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
I just kidding. I have no idea. Why does that
make it easier?
Speaker 1 (22:42):
You can get him a smaller wedding ring small hands?
Speaker 6 (22:44):
Oh yeah, oh maybe yeah, cheaper.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
Ring, save money in the ring. Little dinky hands or
when you guys are married, you're holding hands, walking places,
easier to hold on to that little dinky hand.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
It's like a child and never lose them.
Speaker 7 (22:57):
Yeah, is that your experience?
Speaker 3 (23:00):
I do have small hands, so I'm speaking from experience.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
These are great guesses so far, but that is not
the one that we are looking for. If you have
a different guest that is not been guessed yet, leave

Happy Wednesday.
Speaker 6 (23:27):
We're in the JV show.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
I'm Selena and this is our what the bleep game
we played every morning at seven oh five where you
can win a chug mug if you are the first
person to guest today's bleeps out word correctly. So here
is today's clip in case you missed it. Jess, be
happy your man has a small makes it easier for
when you get married. Yeah, and I'm just assuming he
has a small one of these. I don't know, you
(23:48):
don't know from personal experience, I ever seen it or anything.
I'm just guessing almost like that would have a smart right.
Speaker 6 (23:53):
Wow that this respect. You don't even know who the
word is yet. That's just the point.
Speaker 2 (23:58):
That's a good point.
Speaker 5 (23:59):
Show.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
Le's go to your guessing. Good Morning JV Show. This
is peev for me. I believe the bleep dot word
is appetite small appetite, Thank you.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
That's a popular this morning. What kind of eater is
your man?
Speaker 5 (24:14):
He?
Speaker 7 (24:15):
Oh my gosh, you guys, I have never met somebody
who eats more than that man.
Speaker 4 (24:20):
I he's just a bottomless pit.
Speaker 3 (24:22):
Yeah, I don't.
Speaker 6 (24:23):
I'm like, where does it go? Literally? Where does it go?
Speaker 9 (24:27):
He?
Speaker 7 (24:28):
My one plate is his three and a half plates?
That's how we eat, So I don't wish.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
Me luck when you're like, you're the same way like
you eat and I'm just like, where does it go?
So much?
Speaker 12 (24:42):
Good morning JV show with this is Grisalda firm Sanose
and my guess for the bleep dot word is circle.
Be glad jess as man has a small circle circle
of friends.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
Have a good day by friends.
Speaker 3 (24:58):
That was a very popular guest this morning. How big
is this circle?
Speaker 6 (25:01):
Listen? It is so much easier for guys to make friends.
Speaker 7 (25:04):
He like has he has way more friends than I do,
and he makes them so easily.
Speaker 3 (25:09):
And I'm like, how maybe he's because he's nicer than you.
Speaker 6 (25:13):
Well, I try to be nice.
Speaker 7 (25:14):
I feel like you're nice saints, but why not as
nice and friendly as our man?
Speaker 4 (25:18):
Apparently he's got a big circle.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
What about when you guys, you know, as we've talked
about your wedding planning and stuff like that, his is
his circle of friends. Like the number of groomsmen gonna
drastically dwarf the size of your group of bridesmaids, No.
Speaker 7 (25:32):
Because we want to keep it very limited, so it'll probably.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
Be like five.
Speaker 7 (25:36):
Okay, Yeah, we don't want a huge group up there.
Speaker 3 (25:38):
Got it? Good morning JV Show.
Speaker 7 (25:40):
It's ce Soya from Mantica, but vacationing in Hawaii, and
I guess is closet happy.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
That is a great guest, by the way, and Vacer's
still listening and playing along tour.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
What the blief game while vacation in Hawaii?
Speaker 2 (25:57):
That's a real one, right every one? These other cookies
from San Francisco. And our guest for the bleeped out
word is wardrobe.
Speaker 6 (26:06):
Bye old.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
Domes today's clip. Unbelieve Jess, be happy your man has
a small wardrobe. Makes it easier for when you get married.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
Now I get different vibes, Slyne. I think because Justice
man has a large wardrobe, I.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Just feel like it can't be larger than Jess's.
Speaker 6 (26:25):
Like that's a good point.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
How not what is his wardrobe situation for a man?
Speaker 7 (26:30):
He has a lot of clothes because he which I love,
because he loves to dress up with me, So he
has a lot of like his casual clothes. He also
has to dress professional for work, so he has that.
He likes to wear his suits, so he has that.
He has his workout stuff, so he has a lot,
not as much as me.
Speaker 3 (26:48):
So when you guys move in together, closet space is
going to be a fifty to fifty breakdown, seventy five
percent him. What's the breakdown going to be.
Speaker 7 (26:56):
We've already talked about this. We came to a compromise. Hey,
we want basically, I get my own beauty room so
that I could have a whole room, oh to have
like all my clothes in there.
Speaker 6 (27:08):
And then he'll get the main our main closet.
Speaker 3 (27:11):
And so he's gonna get the primary closet that's attached
to the bathroom in the bedroom and just walk in
there and get dressed this morning, and you're gonna have
to walk down the hall to your beauty room and
get the secondary closet, which you know, Selena is going
to be a lot smaller. Meanwhile, he's gonna be stretching
out in that big, big primary.
Speaker 6 (27:28):
No, it's not a secondary closet.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
It's the whole room.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
Oh, you're turning the whole room into.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
Yeah, it's like a big walking closet. Because I want
to my dream.
Speaker 3 (27:38):
Your guests that are stayed over will love that. Do
you guys have a guest real?
Speaker 2 (27:41):
No sleep the count closet, just.
Speaker 3 (27:44):
As clothes took up the entire room.
Speaker 7 (27:46):
I was gonna say, my dream has always been to
have like those like huge vanities and like get ready
in front of one of those ones.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
That has have the little eyes and stuff.
Speaker 6 (27:57):
You know. I have big dreams and aspirations over here.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
Yeah, okay, yeah, nice, give some shout out.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
Let's do it.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
Why not? First it was the cookies in San Francisco
this morning's very first, correct guess do we have any
word on how many cookies there.
Speaker 2 (28:18):
Are or what kind of cookie?
Speaker 3 (28:20):
I hope it's white chocolate chip macadamianut from safe Way
or from Subway. I love those cookies.
Speaker 4 (28:24):
A Safeway probably has.
Speaker 3 (28:25):
Some good ones too. No, no, I'm thinking about it. Yeah,
but I just don't know how many like ways I
got to cut this chug mugg in half, like how
many cookies are there? Sounded like a whole carload of them?
All right. A couple other people came with the correct
answer this morning and shout them out of as well.
Leo and Santose had a crack shot and Steph and Richmond,
what's up? Tote? What's that? I hope you have a
great hope. Kelli and Santose came with a correct answer
as well. Anybody else just a squeak one in that
(28:47):
I did not notice, Say Meg, I didn't. I said
nothing about Meg Meg from from probably what's up Meg's
I'm just guessing is that is that right?
Speaker 6 (28:58):
Well, it's because the transcripts as South.
Speaker 3 (29:00):
Sleep Yeah, Saucleo, Meg and Scilo. Look at that. I
can remember where listening.
Speaker 2 (29:05):
Wow, look at that I got tell thank you everyone
for playing it. We'll do it again tomorrow morning, same time,
seven o five.
Speaker 3 (29:13):

Speaker 6 (29:25):

Speaker 10 (29:27):

Speaker 2 (29:31):
Yes, Nick and Julian. How's it going? Everybody?
Speaker 3 (29:36):
All right?
Speaker 2 (29:37):
You guys are on to play?
Speaker 6 (29:37):
Are you up?
Speaker 2 (29:38):
Nope? Games? This means we're gonna ask you for trivia questions.
You guys just got to get three correct If you
can do that, which I know you can. You got this.
Let's say you don't. Okay, I'm just kidding.
Speaker 3 (29:49):
The entire Bay area is going to be cackling at
you like.
Speaker 6 (29:53):
You're gonna be fine.
Speaker 2 (29:55):
If you win the game. You are winning tickets for
Lily Allen.
Speaker 6 (29:58):
Here we go.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
Question number one. In the Disney movie Peter Pan, Peter
says that faith, trust, and pixie dust are what you
need to be able to do.
Speaker 3 (30:07):
What why?
Speaker 6 (30:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (30:12):
You also got to think good thoughts.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Remember that, go to your happy place or whatever.
Speaker 4 (30:16):
Think good thoughts. Then you can take off.
Speaker 12 (30:18):
All right?
Speaker 3 (30:18):
Nice start. Question number two. The America's Cup is one
of the longest running international competitions in sports. What kind
of race is the America's Cup?
Speaker 2 (30:31):
It's sailing.
Speaker 3 (30:32):
Yeah, A couple of nautical nerds on our hands this morning,
all right.
Speaker 2 (30:38):
Question number three. The movie Shinder's List Shin List, Shindler's list,
Shindler's List. That's what I meant to say. Sorry, Yes, Dan,
can I just have like one little mess up day?
Speaker 3 (30:53):
Well, it's well, you know, it's a very extremely famous
your mac. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
Anyways, it was directed. Can I start the whole thing over? Yes,
Schindler's List. And what iconic director is first? Oscar Win? Oh,
we didn't lose. We just don't know the answer to
this question.
Speaker 10 (31:17):
Honey, I don't know iconic director, iconic or like Steven
Stilberg or something like that.
Speaker 3 (31:31):
Nice job. Yes, Steven Spielberg's very first best director Oscar
Win for Schindler's List, A great movie.
Speaker 9 (31:38):
All right.
Speaker 3 (31:38):
Question number four, you guys have already won the game.
I don't even need this one, but we'll do it
for funzies. Question for what is the only country on
the planet that starts with the letter? Oh?
Speaker 2 (31:56):
Nick, you are.
Speaker 3 (31:59):
The geograp Come on Nick, next studio Globe.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
I only think of the city.
Speaker 10 (32:09):
Yeah, but that's okay.
Speaker 3 (32:14):
Shout out to Oregon answer the correct answer there.
Speaker 2 (32:26):
Oh mon, it's all good because you guys won the game.
Speaker 6 (32:33):
Anyway. Congratulations, you get to check out Lily.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 3 (32:43):
You are very thank you.
Speaker 2 (32:44):
Oh you're welcome all right, family, hang on there for
a quick second. Yeah, that was for Lily Allen tickets. Graham,
you have a couple of birthday shoutouts.
Speaker 3 (32:52):
I got just one, just one d M slide this
Morning Morning Graham and JV Show. We want to wish
our main guide, the foundation of our tribe, mister James Reginald,
a happy fortieth birthday, a new decade of being twenty
six slash twenty eight and a half. We hope his
trip in Hawaii was all that more love from his
wife Cecilia and kids Athena, Jackson, Genevieve and Kenzo. Yes,
(33:16):
happy fortieth birthday or twenty eight and a half, that
sounds a little bit better. I hope you had a
great trip in Hawaiian and hope you have a great birthday.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
Yes, but who's the foe that is? There's a great point,
all right. Today's hotest trending is coming up next. So
apparently there is a lot of evidence in the David
case that is still missing that like prosecutors have not
seen they can't find it. I'll gonna give you those
details coming up.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Next, Honest trending.
Speaker 11 (33:44):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 2 (33:53):
So apparently a lot of evidence in the David case
is still missing. Like, as you know, the preliminary hearing
came to end on Monday after five days of testimony,
and even though the judge rules that there was enough
evidence for this thing to go to trial, a lot
of key evidence is still unaccounted for. According to prosecutors,
two of Celeste's fingers still have not been recovered, her
(34:14):
left finger and then her left ring finger, then her
left peaky finger, and that's because her ring finger had
David's name tattooed on it, so they wanted to get
rid of that. Those have never been recovered. The murder
weapon was never found. They say that he murdered her
with a sharp object, but they don't have that object
and they don't even know exactly what it was. Yeah,
(34:36):
same thing for a shovel that they know David ordered.
They have a record of that, but they were never
able to find it. There is a tenant chainsaw that
they know, again David ordered, but they never found that.
Same thing with the fire matt. This is all key
evidence that was in David's possession possession, sorry at some point,
but these items were never recovered.
Speaker 3 (34:56):
I mean, think about the size of all those items
pretty small, and think about the scope of the where
you have to look.
Speaker 4 (35:04):
I mean, it's.
Speaker 3 (35:05):
Beyond the needle in a haystack. If he went and
disposed of those.
Speaker 2 (35:10):
Somewhere, buried it somewhere, I could have thrown it into
a body.
Speaker 4 (35:12):
Of water, Like who knows, I mean, they may never
be found.
Speaker 12 (35:15):
I know.
Speaker 2 (35:15):
On top of that, Celess and David's cell phones from
that time, they don't have all gone the Less purse.
They don't have that security footage from his home from
April April twenty third, twenty twenty five, between ten ten
and ten thirty one pm, which they say is when
she arrived and you know the murder happened. Though, like
(35:37):
that footage still not available to investigators as well. So
prosecutors disclosed all of this information during the preliminary hearing,
and again the judge still thought there was enough evidence
for it to go to trial. But there's still a
lot that they don't have. Remember they didn't get the
case until four and a half months later, making it
pretty difficult for a lot of these items to be
recovered or traced back.
Speaker 3 (35:58):
Yeah, months after that, and if they are recoverable, they
might not be. So there's still, of course, enough evidence
to move forward. There's been cases that have moved forward
to trial with way less evidence than this. They've got
plenty to go on, and I think a jury we'll
see as they fill in the timeline of like, well,
this is probably when he disposed of those items or whatever,
(36:19):
they'll be able to piece a lot of that together.
And then, of course, you know, would it be great
to have all that evidence and you have just a
mountain against him, Yeah, it'd be great, But I think
they can still get a conviction without that stuff.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
They better, Yeah, they better. I feel like I don't
have a lot of faith after the whole did He trial?
They'll just let anybody, you know, walk free after a
certain amount of time. All right, Graham, what do you have?
Speaker 12 (36:40):
All right?
Speaker 3 (36:40):
Forty nine Ers head coach Kyle Shanahan. He finally spoke
to reporters yesterday following his car crash that happened earlier
this month in Palo Alto, still recovering from numerous injuries,
including broken ribs, a concussion, a broken hand, nearly losing
his right eye. He had to get forty stitches across
his face. Well, here's what he said yesterday. According to him,
he was the one that caused the accident. The CHP
(37:00):
and their log listed to this twenty one year old
female driver as being at fault, but Shanahan's setting the
record straight, saying, quote, I was going twenty miles an hour.
I was not on my phone, but I dropped my
phone and it was stuck in the seats. It's on
my lap, it's lid off. I went down to look
for it. I took my eyes off the road for
two seconds, and as I was coming up, the airbags
hit me in the face and they broke my nose.
(37:23):
And then they said the visor really gashed me. I
took my eyes off the road looking for my phone,
and my car veered into someone end quote. It does
not sound like neither he or the woman he collide
with were speeding, which is shocking given you know the
extent of his injury.
Speaker 2 (37:39):
Sure, this is a high speed collision.
Speaker 3 (37:40):
Also the fact that it's the Bay Area and everybody
is speeding not too but they were in a twenty
five mile an hour zone. It sounds like he's saying
he was going twenty in.
Speaker 2 (37:47):
Do you shouldn't believe that nobody goes twenty in a
twenty five?
Speaker 3 (37:50):
Well, all this, I mean he's driving a Tesla and
shoes driving Mercedes. All this data is available.
Speaker 1 (37:55):
They will look at the computers and it will be available.
Speaker 3 (37:57):
But I guess like they were both moving with the
flow of traffic, that's what CCHP is saying. And traffic
was not moving, you know, people weren't speedy on this road.
Speaker 6 (38:05):
And do you believe that he dropped his phone or
was he on his phone?
Speaker 7 (38:09):
But it sounds kind of better to say, hey, I
dropped in I was just trying to pick it up.
Speaker 3 (38:13):
Yeah I didn't. Tiger would say he dropped his phone also,
and then his car tumbled over a couple of times.
I think he did.
Speaker 2 (38:18):
This is their ghost excuse, same.
Speaker 3 (38:20):
Thing happened, but people, I mean, that does happen and
people go to reach for it and next thing you know,
I mean, that's all it takes. You take your eyes
off the road for a couple of seconds. As for
why the HP reported that it wasn't his fault, being
chalked up to some kind of clerical error. Maybe the
responding officer big Niner fans fan, I don't know, but
I applaud him for clearing it up. He went on
to say, quote, it just crushed me hearing this girl
(38:41):
getting blamed for it. I'm just lucky that I survived,
that she didn't get hurt, and that I didn't lose
my eye.
Speaker 2 (38:47):
Yeah, that would have been so scary if this were you,
would you have clarified that you were really at a fault
or would you just let the public think that it
was the other person.
Speaker 3 (38:55):
I mean, when you know the insurance in the lawsuit,
and I'm sure it's coming his way, it's going to
cost millions of dollars, you know, the guys the CHP
said that was my bad. You know, you might want
to hold onto that one for a minute. But I mean, ultimately,
the truth in this is going to come out. I mean,
given I think you know the technology in the cars
and these things have cameras and sensors and computers that
(39:18):
track everything, I feel like it was going to come
out at one time or another and point back to him.
So good for him on clearing this up.
Speaker 2 (39:25):
I just would have wrote that a little longer just
until like I have to, he can afford the payout.
Speaker 4 (39:31):
Yeah, the payout on this one.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Definitely The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 2 (39:36):
We're the JV Show. I'm Selena Room and I'm Jess.
Thanks for hanging out.
Speaker 6 (39:39):
With us, yep, and can we talk about.
Speaker 7 (39:42):
Some new trends because you got to say hello to
the new era of jeens, you guys. As you know,
jeans are passed down from generation to generation.
Speaker 3 (39:53):
My jeans are blue.
Speaker 6 (39:54):
They're blue.
Speaker 7 (39:55):
And we've seen these gene trends right with the super
low rise back in the day, to them super baggy jeans,
the skinny jeans, the rip jeans, everything right. Well, now
gen zers have kind of adapted to a new trend
and this is the fold over jeans.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
What the hell of the fold over jeans?
Speaker 6 (40:14):
Have you seen them? Have you heard of them? Go
check it out. We have a picture up at Jamie
Morning Show on our Instagram story right now.
Speaker 7 (40:20):
But basically the jeans are unbuttoned and the top.
Speaker 2 (40:24):
Part is flocked over. Are these actual genes that you
can button but they're not buttoning them? Or are these
buttoned but there's extra buttons on top to create the
illusion that it's unbuttoned.
Speaker 7 (40:36):
So the I think you can button them if you
want to, but they are selling them and styling them
on models now to look like this because the younger generation,
like Gen Z or specifically, they are wearing them like this.
So they are buying the jeans, but they are making
sure that they fit good enough to where they can
unbutton the button.
Speaker 1 (40:57):
And you can't wear a belt or gotta be unbuttoned and.
Speaker 7 (41:01):
Fold off over the top and wear them like that.
So based yeah, like if you forgot to, you know,
but in that uh, that button okay, but that's how
they're doing it purposely.
Speaker 4 (41:14):
Okay, I'm here for it.
Speaker 6 (41:16):
Are you here for it?
Speaker 9 (41:17):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (41:17):
It looks great.
Speaker 2 (41:18):
I'm here for it. Sometimes I'm too fat to button
my jeans anyways, and I was like, God, I wish
it was acceptable to leave them unbuttoned, and now it is. Yeah,
and now it is okay.
Speaker 3 (41:27):
It's are guys doing this because the picture of jav
Morning Show is an attractive model doing it, and that's
easier for me to you know, get behind here.
Speaker 1 (41:35):
I don't know how I would look on a guy
doing it.
Speaker 2 (41:37):
I feel like if a guy did it, their pants
would just.
Speaker 3 (41:38):
Fall, right, They're either going to fall, but you'd also
see a lot more underwear, do you know what I mean?
Speaker 7 (41:44):
True, I don't think I can do this. They can't
pull this one off.
Speaker 6 (41:48):
Sorry, find your own trend.
Speaker 4 (41:49):
So this is a trend for the ladies, the ladies.
Speaker 7 (41:52):
But let me ask you this, because what we're seeing,
it's not people are age doing this necessarily on twenty
six and a half.
Speaker 2 (42:01):
What do you half trendy?
Speaker 7 (42:03):
It's the younger generation though, So, Selena, you have a daughter,
she is going into high school soon, would you be
okay doing this?
Speaker 2 (42:10):
Absolutely? Not button your pants, young lady? The hell's wrong
with you? It's the younger generation walking around your pants
are done?
Speaker 7 (42:17):
And that's kind of the sentiment that a lot of
parents have to this trend, because they are like, uh,
it looks like you're undressed. Like it doesn't look like
you fully finished dressing yourself. So no, no, no, no, no,
but in that thing back up, So they're not.
Speaker 2 (42:33):
Here for it. I don't like that, Graham, you cool
with your daughter wearing your pants are done?
Speaker 3 (42:38):
I mean I was thinking trend, I think it would
look kind of kind of silly. But our parents, you know,
our parents were like, why are you guys sagging your pants?
You forgot to pull them all the way up? Do
you know what I mean? Every generation has done something
like this where it looks kind of sloppy or like
you haven't finished fully getting dressed or whatever.
Speaker 2 (42:53):
But like on the model, it looks sexy. It looks
like I don't want my daughter walking around looking sexy.
Speaker 3 (42:59):
It's a little PROVoX if I prefer she did the
top button. But as soon as she's out of our
you know, out of my sight or whatever, Selena, as
soon as you drop your daughter off at school, you
know that top button it's coming off and they're folding
the jeans over. That's how you ladies have always done
it with these fashion things that your parents weren't fully
on beard with. We know what you do? Is this?
Do you think this stems from because for for a
(43:21):
long time, do you think this comes from the short
like daisy duke shorts. Ladies would do that when they're
like wearing a swimsuit or something under I've seen the
top button thing, that top butd been gone for a
long time and folded over on the short really short
jean shorts. The daisy duke type jeen shorts. Do you
think this is an extension of that or it was
inspired by that?
Speaker 7 (43:42):
I think so because to your point, yes, I've seen
that done before, but it was usually like, Oh, it's
because I just put my shorts over and.
Speaker 2 (43:49):
I just haven't unbuttoned them yet.
Speaker 6 (43:52):
And I think now for me.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
It's because if I'm wearing a swimsuit and be buttoning,
that would just give me muffin top, and so it's like,
let me just leave it undone. Yeah, it's better for everyone.
Speaker 4 (44:01):
Let the moose muffins just kind of rest on.
Speaker 2 (44:03):
The moose muffins off the topffnnected to the moose muffins.
So oh, I think it's different.
Speaker 4 (44:11):
They're in the same path.
Speaker 6 (44:12):
But I guess I'm I'm kind of here for them.
Speaker 7 (44:15):
I guess if you're of age, wear them.
Speaker 6 (44:18):
Show off whatever's there.
Speaker 2 (44:20):
I think it's really cute. Honestly. I voted you have
a pull up on our Instagram story. Do you like
the trend? I voted yes, me.
Speaker 7 (44:25):
Too, Grandma, I have a I have a trend for
you men.
Speaker 6 (44:29):
I'm not going to leave you.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
I'm not going to leave you behind me.
Speaker 7 (44:31):
Know what you think about this because apparently.
Speaker 6 (44:34):
Men specifically financed bros.
Speaker 7 (44:36):
They're wearing shorts to the office.
Speaker 6 (44:40):
And I don't really think I'm here for it.
Speaker 7 (44:43):
I don't really want to see your hairy legs, even
if it is the shorts that are a little bit
like formal, they're like suit shorts.
Speaker 2 (44:49):
Oh they're still yeah, they're still wearing like dressing up
for the for the office.
Speaker 3 (44:55):
But they're they're wearing like dress shoes, like office like
office smart business casual type shoes, and.
Speaker 7 (45:05):
Like you're seeing the hair, you're seeing the legs, Like
is that really professional?
Speaker 3 (45:10):
Well, you ladies get to wear skirts in the office
and nobody says anything about that. I'm not here for it.
I always like I find it jarring. Even look, we
work at a radio station, and I feel like dress
code is pretty lax here. You know, sometimes you look
around and like, I guess we don't have one at
all dress as that one guy saunters in in basketball
shorts and flip flops in the morning, was like, wow,
(45:31):
that's what you wear to work. Interesting. I would never
think of that. I think it's kind of jarring to
see a guy in shorts in the office. You're like,
whoa I think so too. It's just it's there's something
weird about it.
Speaker 2 (45:42):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (45:42):
I'm going to continue wearing pants to the office.
Speaker 7 (45:44):
Thank you, we don't want to see your legs. But
also I guess there is a little bit of a
double standard.
Speaker 4 (45:50):
Yeah, body shaming.
Speaker 6 (45:51):
Thanks for worn my shorts here. And I feel like
it's not really like that big of a.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
Deal, right, and we do we can wear like dresses
and skirts. But if it was but that's kind of
the norm for women, if we wore like short shorts
or really short skirt, I think that would be kind
of looked at, right, kind of weird, just the way,
just the way, like pants are kind of the norm
for men in the office, and so when they show
up in anything else or shorter pants.
Speaker 3 (46:17):
Shorts, breaking down the norms. You guys, this is old
that's old school stuff. I just don't like progressive here.
Speaker 2 (46:26):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (46:26):
But do we want to be free the lower.
Speaker 3 (46:28):
Leg I'm gonna start wearing shorts. It's summertimes.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
It's just the fact still wearing like the dress, but
like you know, the dress up socks with it. I
just don't like it.
Speaker 3 (46:38):
I don't like it.
Speaker 7 (46:38):
I just think in general, Like we've shifted a lot
when it comes to like dressing professional, and it's gonna
come to the point where like nobody's even dressing professional
at all at work anymore.
Speaker 4 (46:50):
Well, yeah, we're pretty close to that already.
Speaker 7 (46:52):
And so because even to an interview or I don't know,
when you're going somewhere where you're you should or you
would have technically dressed professional in the past, Like what
do you even wear now, because are people expecting you
to dress professional anymore, like like suit like interviews or
like stuff like that, Like you know when you would
wear like a little blazers and they like, when I
went to my interview for Forever twenty one, you were
(47:14):
a blazer.
Speaker 6 (47:14):
I was wearing my.
Speaker 7 (47:15):
Cute little blazer with my little flats and stuff. It
was a different time back then.
Speaker 2 (47:18):
Okay, yeah, we used to wear that to the club too,
Like everything changes.
Speaker 3 (47:22):
Yeah, Selena her job interview here, Selena wore her crocs
and black legies.
Speaker 2 (47:26):
And bladdy yup and look at me.
Speaker 6 (47:27):
Yeah she's driving.
Speaker 3 (47:28):
It didn't matter her. And that one guy around the
office here that wears the basketball shorts and the flip flops.
Speaker 4 (47:34):
I get what someone explain that one to me.
Speaker 2 (47:37):
I don't know, I don't know. I can't there's no
explanation there.
Speaker 1 (47:39):
Buddy, the JV Show on Wild ninety four to.
Speaker 2 (47:42):
Nine, Thanks for hanging out with us. It is a
wild Wednesday. Every hour we're you hooking you up with
Doja Cat tickets. That next keyword is coming up here
in just a few really quick. We were talking about
a new trend, these fold over jeans. If you want
to see what it looks like, jav Morning Show, it's
there on our Instagram story. Hey, so it's your girly
inne from New Friends with Canada.
Speaker 3 (48:01):
Those foldover jeans.
Speaker 2 (48:03):
Is that like what we did when we're pregnant as
a woman. No, I think it is. Yes, whenever you
can fit into jeans, I still can't. I do the
foldover if my shirt is long enough.
Speaker 6 (48:14):
And now it's trendy.
Speaker 3 (48:15):
Yeah, if you haven't seen the trend again, you can
see it on her Instagram story. But yeah, top button undone,
maybe a little bit of the zipper and then you
just fold the top over.
Speaker 2 (48:23):
I'll never forget when I was little, my older sister
she was in high school, Yeah, and she got in
trouble because my mom had found some like pictures that
her and her friend had taken when they were over
at the house sometime, like trying to be sexy on
the couch, like some like polaroid type looking things, and
they had the foldovers that my mom got so mad
(48:45):
like this, like before social media, you had to take
those traps on polaroids.
Speaker 3 (48:50):
Apparently did you mail them.
Speaker 2 (48:54):
It's not like they were giving them to people. They
just like took them. I don't know to keep. I
don't know, because my mom just like found them. One day.
My sister got in so much trouble because her pants
are in buttoned.
Speaker 3 (49:04):
She started the whole thing a JV show. I just
looked it up number one in you Bruns with Canada.
So thank you for le missed that talk back Leanne.
Appreciate you, Yes.
Speaker 2 (49:12):
Because of you. All right, guys, I have self diagnosed
with something, self self diagnosed myself with something. I think
I'm going blind.
Speaker 6 (49:21):
Oh, welcome to them.
Speaker 2 (49:26):
I think I'm suffering from blindness, many glasses, lip blindness.
Speaker 3 (49:36):
Now yeah, I recently maybe you get some contacts or something.
Speaker 2 (49:42):
And I got my lips done. Yeah, And now that
they've fully settled, and I love them so much, but
it looks so natural, which is what I was going for.
Uh huh. I find myself, you know, here and there
looking in the mirror like I'm gonna go for a
little more, a little more, that's not gonna hurt, you know,
And I'm having to stop myself, like because that's how
it starts.
Speaker 3 (50:01):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (50:01):
Yeah, and then it gets it gets out of control.
Then you look like one of the girls or women
on Real Housewives. If you want to know how many
totally get it now?
Speaker 3 (50:09):
Yeah, if you want to know how many seasons any
of these cast members have been on a Real Housewives show,
you just look at their lips.
Speaker 4 (50:15):
It's like counting rings on a tree.
Speaker 3 (50:16):
I know this.
Speaker 1 (50:17):
Every year they come back slightly bigger.
Speaker 2 (50:19):
But I totally get it because it settles in and like,
you love the way it looks. But you get so
used to that where you're like, it's looking a little
too natural at this point, man, go a little bigger.
Speaker 4 (50:29):
Yeah it's time for a little pump up, right.
Speaker 2 (50:31):
Yeah, it's just you know, that's what I was thinking.
Can it's a slippery slope?
Speaker 3 (50:36):
Can I ask this about and I have no idea
about lip injections because looking again. You see these ladies
on Real Housewives and their lips just get bigger and
bigger and bigger every season. What happens when they if
you stopped doing it, do they does the does your
lip skin snap back? Do you know what I mean?
Or does it like stay like deflated looking? Does that
(50:59):
make sense? Do you know what I mean?
Speaker 6 (51:00):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (51:01):
That I because I know people who have gotten their
filler dissolved and they look fine and they don't have
like saggy lips.
Speaker 6 (51:08):
It looks nasty.
Speaker 3 (51:11):
Is the lips real thing? I don't know? But what
about some of these ladies that have just like way
overdone it and full duck face and these things are
sticking out three inches from their eyes.
Speaker 1 (51:21):
I don't know what happens when they go back.
Speaker 2 (51:24):
That's maybe the skin does snap back because a little bit.
I don't I don't know. I don't think lips on
the air just once.
Speaker 6 (51:34):
Like I don't know. If this is a rumor.
Speaker 7 (51:35):
I don't want to spread a false information, obviously, but
what I've seen on social media of people, what people
say is that the filler never leaves your body, so
it kind of just migrates to other parts of your face.
Speaker 4 (51:46):
So so it's still in there somewhere.
Speaker 6 (51:48):
It's still in there somewhere.
Speaker 7 (51:49):
That's why that's why people get pillow face sometimes because
the if the filler will migrate to like the the cheek.
Speaker 2 (51:55):
I thought that was because they got cheek filler, though
it's not migrating from their lips to the cheek.
Speaker 3 (51:58):
I don't know connected in there.
Speaker 2 (52:01):
I guess, yeah, but you can also dissolve the filler, right,
But I I think that for the most part, what
do you start getting it?
Speaker 3 (52:10):
Because you know what I mean, like can people that
lose there's extra skin, you know, and your lips have
had to grow and stretch to adapt to just being
stuffed and stuffed and stuff. And then you take away
the stuff in the saggy ones do not want you
don't want to again.
Speaker 2 (52:25):
So that's what I'm dealing with. I'm not gonna go
get any more filler. I don't believe you. I don't
believe not anytime soon. Honestly, I would have. I would
have already done it. But my husband he's like, it's
it's taking it was. It took him a while to
get used to it. And I didn't do anything crazy,
like I said, very natural looking. I feel like most
people wouldn't even be able to tell unless you knew me,
like yeah before, but he's he said something to me
(52:46):
and that really like it really like I don't know,
it really hit me. He's like, it feels like I'm
kissing somebody else. Part of me was like, well, isn't
that a nice little treat for you, you know, having like
having another person without having another person, right, but I
could tell it like made him kind of sad. He's like,
it doesn't even feel like you. And that's because it
was still very fresh. Now it's settled, and maybe he
(53:09):
doesn't even feel like that. But that's what stopped me
from getting a little bit more.
Speaker 6 (53:12):
He feels like he's just kissing balloons at.
Speaker 4 (53:14):
This, Like I don't even know what this is. Yeah,
what am I kissing?
Speaker 3 (53:18):
What is this? Oh? No, that is I had never
thought about that before. But yeah, there would be a change.
Speaker 6 (53:23):
Does it normal for you?
Speaker 3 (53:26):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (53:27):
Oh, I mean in the beginning you could totally feel
it because it hadn't like, it hadn't settled and it
was a little firmer.
Speaker 3 (53:32):
Now it feels like normal, like regular, like when you
first did it and you tried to drink through a straw.
Speaker 4 (53:37):
Did all the liquid just come out the sides of
your mouth?
Speaker 3 (53:39):
Like just let alone?
Speaker 2 (53:40):
No?
Speaker 6 (53:40):
Okay, okay, okay, yeah. Do you want to make a
prediction on wen Selena will go back? Because I think
she's going to go back some time in August.
Speaker 4 (53:51):
I think she won't make it through the end of this.
Speaker 2 (53:53):
Year without getting more or going back.
Speaker 1 (53:56):
I think you'll go back to get some more sometime
in twenty twenty.
Speaker 7 (54:00):
Okay, lot pre to Okay, I'm glad.
Speaker 3 (54:08):
I said it before you confirmed it. Okay, I just
giving my cocoa prompts now. Can't wait.
Speaker 1 (54:15):
The JV show on Wild ninety O.
Speaker 2 (54:19):
MG, you guys just watched Botched.
Speaker 9 (54:21):
There's so many different episodes of flips getting deflated and
they have to cut out that piece that's like overly
flated and then they like suture it back in for
just a regular lip. Watch watched, but you learn a lot,
which is why I never will get elective surgery.
Speaker 2 (54:45):
Good luck, Selena, Thank.
Speaker 6 (54:46):
You so much.
Speaker 2 (54:47):
Wow, I'm gonna act like I didn't notice the sarcasm
in your voice.
Speaker 3 (54:51):
At the end, so that answers my question because I
was wondering if we were talking about lip filler injections
and stuff like that, and if they end up taking
it out so day as if you've been on a
reality TV show for more than five seasons, your lips
have gotten so big that I was wondering what happens
when they take it out and it turns out it
is a thing. You can get the saggy one. When
they take it out and they have to cut out
(55:12):
a piece, you sew it back together on video.
Speaker 2 (55:16):
It's right up my alley? Why why am I not
watching botch like? That's something that I would love to
I love stuff like that, seriously, that's.
Speaker 7 (55:22):
True show, or maybe don't because it'll, like I feel
like it'll scare you away from I don't think it'll
stop anything.
Speaker 2 (55:30):
Okay, all right, just what you have?
Speaker 6 (55:32):
I have a question. I want to know is this
fair or foul?
Speaker 7 (55:36):
A dad buying a first class plane ticket for their
girlfriend and not getting a first class ticket for their child.
Speaker 3 (55:46):
Fair? That's the dream?
Speaker 7 (55:47):
And I'm saying when I say child, I mean like
college aged, so not like it like young adult a
toddler back there on some strangers back in coach, do we.
Speaker 2 (55:58):
Have more context? Like is this a trip between dad
and girlfriend first, and then like a young adult child
was like, oh my god, I think can I come?
Like I just want to tag along? Like do we know?
Speaker 7 (56:08):
Let's say it was just a trip for the whole family,
but it's it's either everyone get their ticket or Hey,
I'm the parent. I'm gonna buy you the ticket that
I want to get you, but I'm gonna upgrade myself
and my girlfriend or possibly step mom. So the reason
I bring this up is because there's a video that's
going viral with the caption that said passing your dad
(56:29):
in first class. So she kind of the daughter kind
of made a joke of like hahu, like let me
record him while he's in first class. Everybody seemed to notice, though, Hey,
that woman that's sitting next to him, is that is that?
Is that a girlfriend?
Speaker 2 (56:44):
Is that step mom?
Speaker 3 (56:45):
Is it a mommy?
Speaker 2 (56:46):
Is a mommy?
Speaker 7 (56:47):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (56:47):
Is it a mommy? Now they noticed that she didn't
say passing my.
Speaker 7 (56:51):
Parents while I'm going to Okay, so we think girlfriends.
So we think girlfriend, possibly step mom, and so many
people in the cars we're saying that's weird. Why would
you book a first class ticket for you as the
parent and not for your child, like my dad would
never or I would not, you know, be okay, if
(57:12):
my dad did, this isn't fair.
Speaker 3 (57:16):
I think it's fair. I don't.
Speaker 2 (57:18):
I don't want to say this. If my kids altered,
this is kind of something I would do, Like, yeah,
I don't want to. You guys all sit together back
there and like we're just gonna we'll.
Speaker 4 (57:27):
Be up here, right.
Speaker 3 (57:28):
I've had enough flights taking care of you when you
were a kid and you were screaming and making my
flight miserable. Now you're old enough, you can sit by
yourself and I'll sit up here in front. And first
class tickets are very, very very expensive, so like you
can't just go upgrading everybody. So if if I've worked
and earned enough money where I was in a place
to be able to do that, that's that's my money.
Speaker 2 (57:49):
I think other things do matter, though, like like me
young adults, like my parents stopped paying for me and
my stuff, Like when I moved out, I was pretty
much on my own at that point, so I wasn't
if we went somewhere as a family, like unless it
was like out of dinner or whatever, my parents would
still pay for me. Uh now I will say that
I never really took a lot of trips with my family,
(58:10):
but at that point in my life, I wouldn't expect
them to pay.
Speaker 7 (58:14):
Question though, would it bother you a little bit more
if let's say this was a girlfriend of your dad's,
but like a girlfriend that he just started dating. Let's
say maybe it's only been like does that matter? Can
you take that into account or is it still the
same sentiment of being like, Nah, whatever, don't really care.
Speaker 2 (58:32):
I don't. I feel like that kind of would if
I'm the child, that kind of wouldn't really bother me.
Speaker 3 (58:37):
I mean, of course you're like bothered in the moment,
but not like seriously, like deep down you're like, oh,
look at them, lucky they're up there, and of course
he's trying to impress his new girlfriend. They're gonna sit
in first class. Meanwhile I'm stuck in a middle seat
back here. Like you're gonna be salty about it, but
is it actually gonna like, am I actually gonna be
upset by it? You know where it's gonna cost some
fight with my parents? Definitely not.
Speaker 2 (58:58):
I feel like at that age you kind of understand like, okay, there,
that's they're a couple of drying to get some but
they do.
Speaker 7 (59:04):
I also feel like that the parents probably did even
pay for probably paid for a lot of like the
trip just in general, So like, is the flight really
like a big deal if you're still on the plane,
like you're you're still going, You're still going.
Speaker 4 (59:18):
Right, Yeah, you're scoring a free family vacation.
Speaker 7 (59:21):
So there were a lot of people saying, like, at
my big age, I wouldn't expect him to purchase my ticket.
Speaker 2 (59:26):
I feel okay, And if he didn't buy the ticket,
I'm not going to throw a fit because he didn't
make me first class. Okay.
Speaker 7 (59:32):
See, I was just I was surprised by the amount
of people that were saying, how do you feel just
because you haven't really so I feel the same way.
I as long as I'm going on the trip and
you're not excluding me again, I'm still on the plane
like first class and the backseat.
Speaker 6 (59:49):
Is it really like that big of a difference.
Speaker 2 (59:52):
I don't know. I think age does matter. My daughter's fourteen,
I wouldn't ditch her, you know then, But if she's
like twenty twenty one, I think it's fine.
Speaker 3 (01:00:01):
Right totally, You guys are flown first class but I
only did one time, and it's just and how was it.
It was just from Oakland to Vegas and a boss
boss bar owner that used to work for flew with
me and a buddy there to Vegas for the bar
and nightclub convention or whatever. It's just more room.
Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
I mean, I imagine it is just awesome.
Speaker 3 (01:00:21):
And then you see those like business class seats and
stuff where you get your own little pod, like that
stuff would be amazing. But when you're on a first
I'm like, what's the point of a first class ticket
from here to nice upgrade? I appreciate it, thank you, boss,
but also like I got what my complimentary glass of champagne.
By the time I chugged it, we were already like, okay,
we're collecting those were we've started our descent. It was
such a short flight. I know I didn't get to
(01:00:41):
enjoy any of the perks, but I think if you
were on a long flight.
Speaker 7 (01:00:44):
Yes, I just think growing up, I always I don't
know if it's because of watching.
Speaker 6 (01:00:49):
Movies or whatever it was, I always thought like.
Speaker 7 (01:00:51):
Oh my god, if you're in first class, like there's
a full on bar that you go to, and.
Speaker 6 (01:00:55):
Like there's some places and all that. But now when
you walk into a like an.
Speaker 7 (01:00:59):
Air plane, I'm like, wait, am I walking by first
class right now? Like you guys look the same as
our seats.
Speaker 3 (01:01:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:01:05):
It doesn't look like there's that that much.
Speaker 3 (01:01:07):
You're on the normany planes. There are some big, some
big planes that do have some real first classes. Been
on Ye, sounds nice. So I've seen it in pictures.
Speaker 11 (01:01:19):
Hottest it's all the stuff you need to know what's
hot in music, movies, shows and the most talked about
stories happening today in the bay.
Speaker 2 (01:01:30):
Everybody thinks that Justin boal Doni's wife just shaded Blake lively.
So Emily A. Baldoni. She and Justin have been married
for thirteen years now, and to celebrate their anniversary, she
posted a picture of them at the altar on their
wedding day and Justin is lifting her up as they
kiss right there after they became husband and wife, and
(01:01:51):
the caption reads marriage still my favorite lift And there's
a little emoji right there. Okay, let me ask you guys, first,
you does that give anything?
Speaker 3 (01:02:02):
I don't catch any shade.
Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
Don't catch the shade reference. Remember part of Blake's harassment
lawsuit against Justin was that. In the movie It Ends
with Us, there was a part where Justin's character had
to lift Blake Lively, and Justin asked about her weight
because he didn't want to injure his back.
Speaker 4 (01:02:23):
I forgot about that.
Speaker 2 (01:02:25):
We'll think that, Emily posting, you know, marriage still my
favorite lift. Here's a picture of him lifting me is
throwing some shade.
Speaker 3 (01:02:34):
I like it.
Speaker 6 (01:02:35):
That's funny.
Speaker 3 (01:02:36):
If it is, it's got to be because that's a
sort of an odd caption, right.
Speaker 2 (01:02:40):
I think she knew what she was doing. Yeah, she
definitely knew what she was doing.
Speaker 4 (01:02:43):
Well played, Well played, Grammy.
Speaker 2 (01:02:46):
I know you have something in trending.
Speaker 3 (01:02:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:02:47):
Good news, bad news here First the good.
Speaker 3 (01:02:49):
San Jose Sharks fans rejoice because the team just announced
that they signed star forward Macklin Celebrity to a five
year extension. No surprise that they did whatever it took
to extend him. He's one of the best players in
the entire NHL and he's only twenty years old currently.
I would have offered him a fifteen year deal if
he would have taken an extension reportedly worth just under
nineteen million dollars a season.
Speaker 4 (01:03:11):
Eighteen point eight.
Speaker 3 (01:03:12):
So congrats to him on that new extension, and congrats
to Sharks fans because you want him to stay in
a Sharks jersey as long as possible, hopefully forever.
Speaker 4 (01:03:20):
All right, and now to the bad news.
Speaker 3 (01:03:22):
Oh, we haven't talked about the explosive diarrhea parasite in
a few days. I do that. We had all hoped
that meant we were in the clear. Well not so far. Sorry, fast,
not so fast. The outbreak has now reached forty five
states and infection numbers continue to climb.
Speaker 4 (01:03:41):
There have been now, according to LAB.
Speaker 3 (01:03:43):
Confirmed cases of the illness, six thousand, seven hundred and
seven again confirmed cases, and this is just since May first.
That is a very large increase of more than twenty
five hundred since the last numbers came out on July
twenty first, So we're still seeing numbers going up. And
again this is LAB confirmed cases. The people that were like,
(01:04:06):
I need to go to the doctor and have it
checked to see if I have this thing. You know,
there are plenty of people in all sorts of pockets
across the country that are just ride it out and
they're just something through it. If it's as bad as
some of these people describe it. I think you almost
might have to say medicine to treat it.
Speaker 2 (01:04:24):
Okay, so they do give you something to kind of
calm it down or stop it?
Speaker 3 (01:04:27):
Yeah, I think I'm sure they're giving you some kind
of antibiotic. It's some sort of parasite. You've got to
try to kill this thing off because a lot of
people think what we're hearing, they think they've gotten it
beat or whatever, and then it only for it to
come back weeks later and be just as we're explosive
of Federal health authorities say they're still investigating the source
of where this could be, and they think it's multiple
(01:04:48):
separate outbreaks. Now I still think it's kind of all
got to be linked together. But multiple separate outbreaks, how
does that happen?
Speaker 2 (01:04:56):
Here's what I want to know. Is it Taco Bell
or not? Because I've been craving it ever since we
started talking too it, and I've been like not going
because of this, but I really want to go to
talk about it. Don't do it, don't go, don't risk it.
Are we not risking it?
Speaker 3 (01:05:08):
I still think despite some of the narrative flip flopping
on that it sure seems like that it was from
Taylor Farms lettuce that was distributed.
Speaker 2 (01:05:17):
And yeah, and it's not even tuckle Bell itself. Like
when we thought it was that lettuce.
Speaker 3 (01:05:21):
They pulled that right, and it was only in that
lettuce had been distributed to certain regions of the country,
largely Michigan.
Speaker 4 (01:05:29):
They were those poor people have had it the worst.
But yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
They're still investigating the source of multiple outbreaks.
Speaker 7 (01:05:38):
You know what's crazy, though, is I feel like there's
tension still in that produce style, you know, like you
go when you're like browsing, but I feel like no
one is looking, like the people aren't even people are
avoiding eye contact with the letton.
Speaker 2 (01:05:51):
There's so much lettuce.
Speaker 3 (01:05:52):
Yeah, they say that some produce sales are down as
much as forty percent during this time right now because
people are avoiding per just in it.
Speaker 4 (01:06:00):
My wife and I our kids are gone for the week.
Speaker 3 (01:06:03):
We made fish tacos last night and I just I
mean big handfuls of cabbage and lettuce and stuff, you know,
chopped up on top of each one. And I didn't
think twice about it because I kind of thought, Hey,
we're done with this, right we've been through this. It
turns out that's not the case. We're not Thoughts and
prayers with my stomach.
Speaker 1 (01:06:16):
For later The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine, The.
Speaker 2 (01:06:20):
JV Show with you on this home dude. Okay, oh,
we have a chance right now to win some crazy cash.
This is one thousand dollars people, This is kind of
a big deal.
Speaker 6 (01:06:27):
Graham.
Speaker 2 (01:06:27):
What's this hour's nationwide keyword?
Speaker 3 (01:06:29):
That keyword is credit. Use the keyword credit once you
hit the contest tab while you're streaming us on the
iHeartRadio app, scroll down right there and to that keyword
credit sometime this hour. People, you'd be silly thought to
do it because you could win a thousand dollars money.
Speaker 2 (01:06:43):
Yep, good luck. Back to our cool or not list.
I know we kind of talked about this either yesterday
or the day before. But cool or not? What is
going on on stage at these Usher and Chris Brown shows?
Speaker 3 (01:06:56):
What's going on?
Speaker 2 (01:06:57):
I remember Cherry's Remember we talked no Cherries was that's
old news. Remember we talked about the girl that went
up there for Usher set, but she wanted Chris Brown
and so she was not like participating and she kicked
her off the stage. So you got to see this
footage that's on our Instagram story jab Morning Show of
Chris Brown during his set and one of the fans
(01:07:18):
that he brought up on stage. And this is what
goes on at every single show. And when we discussed it,
Jess and I, I don't know, I know, I was like,
I'm not willing to do that, and then Ess, I
think you too.
Speaker 6 (01:07:32):
Again call me a prude, but I like just sits
too much and too much, and I love it.
Speaker 1 (01:07:37):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
I love seeing it on other people. I just know
me I could not go up there and do that.
And I said I would rather eat Usher's cherries and
Graham was like, no, that's way worse. Oh my god,
you would, You would eat his dangling cherries, but you
won't go up on stage.
Speaker 6 (01:07:51):
Graham, isn't the.
Speaker 2 (01:07:51):
Stage way worse?
Speaker 3 (01:07:53):
Well, I didn't know that. That's what this part was,
what's going on in every single show. I didn't think
that was allowed. I didn't think you were allowed to
get hand like this. This is a fool. He's got
her lifted up and she's halfway on the stripper pool.
Speaker 2 (01:08:04):
And he Now you get why me and Jess aren't
willing to do that.
Speaker 3 (01:08:08):
I'm just saying the pure pressure of it all, in
the excitement, the crowd's all egging you on, like you
would think that, like you might pop up there, No,
got it.
Speaker 7 (01:08:17):
I would be so awkward if you front myg Yeah,
if I went up there, oh my godness, yeah, I
would probably.
Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
Phrase I'd be the girl that get that gets kicked
off because I would freeze up.
Speaker 3 (01:08:30):
You could do what this lady's doing here, not in
front of.
Speaker 2 (01:08:32):
An audience of like thirty thousand people. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:08:35):
I don't think so.
Speaker 2 (01:08:36):
I just don't think I can.
Speaker 3 (01:08:37):
I'm going, well, what do you think cool or not?
I think cool? Cool?
Speaker 6 (01:08:40):
If you're still cool to live in life?
Speaker 2 (01:08:42):
Because there are people willing to do that, and I
love that for them. I just know I couldn't do it. Okay, fine,
not cool for me?
Speaker 4 (01:08:47):
Cool?
Speaker 3 (01:08:48):
Cool? What do you guys think cool or not? I've
been playing frisbee by myself in my backyard this week?
Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
Not cool?
Speaker 3 (01:08:55):
Cool?
Speaker 2 (01:08:55):
Why what's wrong with you? Your kids are gone?
Speaker 3 (01:08:58):
My kids are gone, and I have my annual Herbert
camp trip. This camping trip I do every summer with
a bunch of my buddies and you guys know, it's
all gambling and playing games the entire time. And one
of those games is this frisbee game called can Jam. Now, look,
it's a team game, but I don't throw a frisbee
all year long until this trip. And there's money that
(01:09:19):
has to be wagered on every single game when we
go up there on this camping trip. Every game has
to be at least five dollars a person, and then
as the drinking goes on, the games go up from there.
So you want to be winning, and I want to
win money. And then whoever has the most wins at
the end of the trip, not only do you have
the most money, but you also win the title of
King of Camp. And I won last year King of
Camp by a couple wins, and I won the year before,
(01:09:40):
and I'd like to defend my King of Camp title.
And so I've been out in the backyard practicing my
frisbee drop o. God, when you're by yourself, it's you know,
you throw the frisbee and then you got to walk
over and pick it up and then throw it back
the other direction and then walk over and get it.
Speaker 1 (01:09:57):
And I look a surface level yeah, I'll.
Speaker 3 (01:10:00):
Say not cool. It's kind of embarrassing. But when you
hear the goal behind it. Look, I want to win
King of Camp and I want to stack up a
bunch of money. I think it's cool.
Speaker 2 (01:10:08):
Didn't you make hand dedications?
Speaker 6 (01:10:10):
Get it for you?
Speaker 3 (01:10:10):
Yeah? She a couple of times she'll like run over there,
like she's going to pick it up. She's getting old
and she's like, hey, nobody got time for that. She
won't bring it back.
Speaker 6 (01:10:18):
You need to make a friend, like in your neighborhood,
what about your wife?
Speaker 2 (01:10:21):
Your wife Kate won't play.
Speaker 3 (01:10:22):
Yeah, you know what. Last night she did come outside.
I think because she felt bad for me. In the
evening again, our kids are gone this week. They're with
the grandparents for the whole week.
Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
You looked at the windows. She's like, poor Graham, he's
going through it. He's just having a little men TV.
He's out there playing frisbee by himself.
Speaker 3 (01:10:37):
Frisbee out there. And so she came out there and
made a few throws, and you know, you could tell
she's like this is stupid, but bless her heart, she
came out for a couple of throws. But the other
days this week it's just been out there, me up.
Speaker 7 (01:10:48):
By myself, and you'm ready for your competition.
Speaker 3 (01:10:51):
You know, I felt a lot more confident last year.
I don't know if it's just been windy or something,
but my throat is just not dialed in yet, you know,
it's just like not locked in.
Speaker 2 (01:10:59):
You're not drunk, oh true, probably you probably play better drunk.
Speaker 4 (01:11:04):
I do need to drink about thirty white claws before.
Speaker 7 (01:11:06):
So do that today after work, okay, and throw the
frisbee around.
Speaker 3 (01:11:10):
I guess I'll be back out there again today.
Speaker 1 (01:11:12):
I guarantee it. I gotta I'm telling you, I gotta win.
Speaker 2 (01:11:15):
Maybe try going to like a local park. I'm sure
somebody will play with you.
Speaker 4 (01:11:17):
You know how hard it is to me as a
dude to make friends to play frisbee with?
Speaker 3 (01:11:21):
Hey, do you want to throw a frisbee with me?
Speaker 9 (01:11:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:11:24):
I would work. I would run the opposite way exactly.
Speaker 3 (01:11:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:11:28):
Okay, fine, well we're out of ideas, Grandma.
Speaker 6 (01:11:29):
I'm gonna say, kid to a park.
Speaker 1 (01:11:31):
I'm here by myself. Do you want to throw a
frisbee with me?
Speaker 2 (01:11:33):
I'm going not cool as the one fine not cool
Speaker 1 (01:11:36):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
