Do you think minnifon Minelda Minnesota, Minnesota.

Speaker 6 (01:07):
So leave us a talk back right now. Just let
us know who you want to take with you, and
that's going to interview.
Speaker 3 (01:11):
No one calls them the Diamondbacks, Jess, the d Backs.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
D bags, d bags, the d bags.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Not dive Backs.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Diamondbacks is their name.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
No, not on this show.
Speaker 7 (01:21):
Your d bag bags evolved.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Why are we so devolved?
Speaker 3 (01:26):
Yeah, DeVault Yeah, one of the That's what I meant, Grammy,
what you want to talk about?
Speaker 4 (01:32):
New world record alert, you guys, New world record alert
because the world's largest bowl of guacamole was.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
Just mixed up in Mexico.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
That's watering salsaze.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
No, I said guacamole. Uh.
Speaker 4 (01:45):
This was at the thirteenth Annual Avocado Festival and the
Guinness World Record was broken, and broken by a lot
because they created a fourteen ninety one pounds.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Serving of guacamole.
Speaker 7 (01:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
Look, this blew away the previous record of just nine
hundred and sixty one pounds.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
That record set back in twenty twenty two.
Speaker 4 (02:05):
They said took a one thousand local growers and a
whole bunch of residents all working together to mix up
this massive bowl of gualk.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
It took them about two and a half hours to
mix it up. And that's a lot.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
I mean, we're talking about almost fifteen thousand pounds of gualk.
You're probably asking yourself what did they do with it afterwards?
Speaker 1 (02:24):
I don't have that answer. I don't know. I just
know they set the record.
Speaker 4 (02:27):
So what I envisioned is a lot of people with
a lot of tortilla chips going.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
In there and throw it away or something starting.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
To scoop it up. I'm sure they used it.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
Let's just say you're there in the crowd celebrating this
great feat this great achievement, and everyone starts rushing up
there and just getting their chips in there and dipping away.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Would you join them?
Speaker 3 (02:49):
No?
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Why not? You have to loves walk.
Speaker 6 (02:52):
With that many people putting their hands.
Speaker 3 (02:54):
In the walk, because you know they're not just dipping
the tip of their chip, They're going all in. Some
of it's getting on.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
Their hands and knuckles he's getting, you know, and.
Speaker 3 (03:00):
Their knuckles are so hairy. Probably.
Speaker 4 (03:02):
I hate people that knuck the dip, you know what
I mean, just like they're their chip, just scrape the
broad and then they just dip like their middle finger,
the knuckle of the middle finger, whatever, just hits the dip.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
What I like to do is take my long acrylic
nails and I just my forefingers just scoop it all
like wolverine, just kind of go in.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
There and all under my nails. Yeah, that's how I
take my walk.
Speaker 4 (03:27):
So you're seeing other people doing that, okay, and you're
on the sidelines not putting your chip in the giant fifteen.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
Thousand, Well you still have to at least one.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Jess, you're sitting it out.
Speaker 6 (03:39):
I think I'm sitting it out, do you guys?
Speaker 4 (03:41):
I still celebrate, though, Where do you guys land when
the walk? Because of bowl this big and the walk's
gonna start turning brown pretty quick? Oh yeah, what do
you land on the brown? You don't touch it at all,
even if.
Speaker 2 (03:54):
It's a little brown, if it's a little bread, I'll
scrape off the brown part.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
Yeah, you still go under that. But I'm not eating
the brown, you.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
Can mix it.
Speaker 4 (04:00):
But yeah, once you mix it, I hope I didn't
talk over that, you can mix it back up and you.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
Can sort of regreet the guak a little bit.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
Yeah, that's still not doing that. Once it's brown, I
don't want it.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Got it?
Speaker 3 (04:13):
Wow?
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Wow the guawk.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
Obviously you guys know what we're talking about here. Yeah,
I'm not. I don't know. It just grosses me out.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
You're real guacalitist.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
I know.
Speaker 4 (04:21):
Guacamolli goes from being one of the most appetizing looking
things to something you're just like, I don't know if
I should touch that, and that could happen. It starts
to get like juicy, Like twenty minutes, it was like,
oh disgusting.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Next on the JV Show, can we talk about this
list of America's best summer vacation destinations. I just want
to talk about the cities here in California that made
the list. Okay, because it's a little questionable, I want
to know what you guys think.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
We'll do it next.
Speaker 1 (04:49):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, just talk
about this.
Speaker 5 (04:52):
For the JV Show, this is Minni and it's short
for Armenia. And thank you for asking. I hope you
guys have a great Thursday.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
There you go. Now that's I'm pretty sure that's what
I said.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
That's actually not that's what I said.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
I think I got it. Got clos see it again.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
No, okay, Wow, that disrespect. I don't know. I don't
want to. I don't want to butcher it a minion.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Did you say minion?
Speaker 7 (05:18):
Wow? But it sounded like a little bit and many
we love you, Yeah, we love you mini.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
All right, it's time for.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
The four things on to start your day.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
It's happening, guys. Yesterday Meta laid off eight thousand workers,
which is like ten percent of their global workforce. Then
this is part of their broader transition to transform into
an AI company.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
Translation, we want to make the beginning money with less humans.
Because I don't I didn't read anything about them struggling
for money, like you know a lot of companies like
I've gotta lay you off because we can't afford it.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
We don't have the money.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
It's to offset the costs that they put into AI.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Right, all right, get your brooms out.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
Well, if you're a fan of the Arizona d Bags,
because yesterday they completed a three game sweep.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
With the Giants with a six to three win.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
With the loss of Giants now dropped the ten games
under five hundred, and there are eleven games back at
the Dodgers. In the NL West, only the Rockies and
the Angels have fewer wins than they do in all
of baseball, and they aren't far behind, so the worst
record in the league is definitely on the table at
this point. Giants return home for a new series against
the White Sox.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
Game one is tomorrow.
Speaker 7 (06:27):
Another sunny day with highs in the upper seventies to
mid eighties. Temperatures are going to be back in the
seventies tomorrow and remain there for Memorial Day weekend.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
Yeah, cooling down a lot for Bottle Rock. I have
mixed feelings about that. It's like hot, you wanted to
be hot but not too hot, and it was a
little bit too hot yesterday.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
And then it's gonna get cold at night though.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
So do you take a jack here?
Speaker 1 (06:46):
Yeah, you have to have to.
Speaker 4 (06:48):
Hey, Hary's bestie, Hey, your day, Today's.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Going to be an eight.
Speaker 4 (06:52):
Asking for help is always low key, felt like defeat.
But today the universe is rewiring that story for you.
Someone in your corner has exactly what you need. All
you have to do is say the words, swallowing that
pride might be the most powerful thing you do all week.
Speaker 3 (07:04):
Babe, Yes, babe. Next, America's best summer vacation destinations. This
is a long list. They put like one hundred cities
on this thing.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
But I just want to talk about the ones here
in California because a.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
Little questionable, okay if you ask me. But we'll go
over next.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
I almost forgot to tell you guys what, But you
guys cannot say anything.
Speaker 3 (07:27):
Okay, no one can say anything.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
I'm only able to talk about it now because I
know my daughter's not up and listening on her.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
Way to school and stuff.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
So she's only eighth grade, okay, okay, And they have
the eighth grade prom.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
That's the thing her school.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
It's the thing.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
They have the eighth grade prom coming up, Oh my
next week?
Speaker 3 (07:47):
And does she have a dress? Does she have a date?
Speaker 6 (07:48):
Did she get asked?
Speaker 3 (07:49):
She doesn't have doesn't have a dress yet we have
to go back to the mall. I'm tired of the mall.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
We're always at.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
The mall because she has something going on. So we're
gonna go shopping for that this weekend. Anyways, she got
promposed to yesterday.
Speaker 4 (08:02):
Really, yes, elaborately? Is it like when these over the
top promposals? Is that where the kid's still doing that?
Speaker 2 (08:08):
I've seen more elaborate ones online. But the kid made
a sign, had flowers, like the principal called my daughter
like completely oblivious, what's about about to happen? Called you're
like on the intercom to go to the cafeteria, and
like there he is.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
That is very elaborate for an eighth grader.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
Yeah, I guess dang, oh my gosh.
Speaker 7 (08:29):
So like in the future, it's gonna be like prom,
prom for sixth graders, prom for life.
Speaker 4 (08:34):
Yes, he's going down and down, Yes, and we know
what happens on.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
Are you ready for that?
Speaker 3 (08:40):
No? Absolutely not.
Speaker 4 (08:42):
Have you had a talk about the proper etiquette.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
Like that I'm talking about prom?
Speaker 7 (08:51):
We talked about parents getting hotel rooms for their kids
for prom.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
Is that in the budget? That's not in the budget.
It's out of the question.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
Not even a little sweet at the travel off Nope, okay, no,
the Double Tree, No.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Great?
Speaker 7 (09:06):
No, So mom is gonna pick and drop her off.
Speaker 3 (09:10):
Mom will be picking her up and drop dropping her
off and picking her up.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Yes, okay, interesting, where are they pregaming us? There's no gaming,
it's prom you.
Speaker 3 (09:20):
Have to prom Okay, sure, Sure, that's exciting though, Yeah,
your little girls growing up so excited. I hate it.
I'm not ready for it.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
But but I obviously have met the kid many times,
and he's really really sweet, really nice.
Speaker 4 (09:33):
Is AJ gonna like invite him out to the woodshed
in your backyard and like be like cleaning his gun
collection when this kid comes over?
Speaker 2 (09:41):
Probably that's what I would, just to make sure you,
just to make sure you understands no funny business around
my Keiana.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
That's my daughter's name, all right. So there is a
new list that wallet hub put out.
Speaker 2 (09:52):
It is the it is It's America's best summerification destinations.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
Again.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
A hundred cities on this list, and they took into
accounts things like airfare costs, hotel prices, attractions, weather safety activities. California, like,
a city in California didn't even make the list until
number nineteen.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
What how.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
The only thing I can think is maybe they're taking
maybe Eiy're looking at cost. Okay, plane prices to get
here is the only thing I can imagine.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
Because stuff's more expensive here.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
San Diego finally comes in on the list number nineteen.
The one I want to talk about, though, is why
is Fresno on the list?
Speaker 3 (10:31):
No, it's not, I swear to God.
Speaker 1 (10:33):
What number eighty four? It doesn't even matter. It shouldn't
be the one.
Speaker 3 (10:37):
This article that I.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
Read was like, how did Fresno manage to make the
list when in two thousand and nine they were declared
the city addicted to crystal meth?
Speaker 3 (10:46):
They were that's.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
One of the one of the attractions.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
Tourists willing to try something new, Maybe they're like, where
should we go Fresno?
Speaker 1 (10:52):
They got the good stuff.
Speaker 3 (10:53):
They scored really well in the weather category.
Speaker 4 (10:59):
There are number two really hot, and there's no beach,
there's no to jump in exactly.
Speaker 3 (11:04):
But they're there a number number eighty four.
Speaker 4 (11:07):
I can name a thousand places I'd rather go before Fresno.
No offense fres No Nonians that listen to our show
because we have some JV shows Number one in Fresno.
Speaker 1 (11:16):
So like, we don't want to repurch the great city
in person.
Speaker 4 (11:18):
We're just Fresnow, we're just saying that, like in a
hypothetical vacation situation.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
It's not where we were.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
It wouldn't even be one of my picks.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
No, well, now you're ripping on Fresnoe again. You have
a lot of nights, it is.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
What's there? The dogs.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
They have eight to twelve Starbucks, so you can just
like hop around and visit them.
Speaker 3 (11:42):
All. Okay, we's got that here more.
Speaker 4 (11:45):
Actually okay they have yeah, they have that that fair
that goes there, Yeah, the county fair.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
We have the Saniteo County Fair getting ready to kick
off here.
Speaker 1 (11:59):
And they've got a couple of buddies of mine are
from there.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
So you can, okay, you go hang out with them.
Speaker 4 (12:05):
You can say hi to their parents. They don't live
there anymore. They're like, ooh, I gotta get out of friend.
Speaker 3 (12:08):
I'm they have a mini that's so I went to
do it once. They have a lot of those.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
When we do a little research, I'll get back to.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
You, Okay, So yeah, that is Yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
Fresno made the list number eighty two, sorry, number eighty
four of America's Best summer vacation destination. San Francisco did
did make the list number eighty two, at least from
before Fresno. Santa Rosa is number ninety two.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
I mean Santa Rosa's a little bit of why there's
some wine country ish stuff that you could be doing there.
Speaker 3 (12:38):
Baker's Field, No, that can number ninety three.
Speaker 4 (12:41):
No, Baker's Field and Fresno are like they're.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
Like cousins, brothers and sister. They're twins, like in bred
brothers and sister.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
San Jose is on the list, Okay, number ninety six,
So Baker's Field beat San Jose.
Speaker 3 (12:54):
How I don't get it again though, look at that weather, there's.
Speaker 4 (12:59):
No there's nobody in the and I guess I know
nobody uses a travel agent anymore, but there's no like
you know a couple in Nebraska that's like they down,
they go down to the local travel agent.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
They may still use.
Speaker 4 (13:10):
One there, and like, you know where we want to
go this summer, Bakersfield, We just can you help us
book a trip there?
Speaker 2 (13:16):
You know, like that's never happened that they're looking into
hotel costs. When the better the city is, the more
expensive the hotel is going to be, right, So you're
putting all these uh, almost the trash cities. Uh, but
like you know, the the top ones, not even in California, wants.
Speaker 3 (13:34):
To go to Ohio.
Speaker 4 (13:35):
Fresno has some underground gardens according to this list of
some of the top main attractions in Presno.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
No thanks.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
They have a zoo, okay, so do we.
Speaker 4 (13:45):
They have an art museum, Okay, anything.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
Else, that's all. I'm like, really like some kind of
things that I'm seeing here.
Speaker 3 (13:54):
That was like one of the most questionable ones for me.
I'm glad you guys agree. Got it coming up next
on the JV show Roof Boops The JV Show on
Wild ninety four nine, not.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Eating the Brown, don't recommend, Yeah, don't do that, burn
a risky dots, wild IF nine, the base number one
hit music station, The JV Show.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
I'm Selena Room and Graham. Are we playing this talk
back titled Fresno?
Speaker 1 (14:20):
Yes we are.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
You were just talking about Fresno making the list of
the best summer at travel destinations in America. Fresno is
at number eighty four.
Speaker 8 (14:29):
Good morning, JV Show. This is Todd from Giboy at
Royalty Ranch. First of all, thank you for your support
for the Ranch. Also, I was just in Fresno and
I felt the same way you guys do about it.
But once I was there, they have the best zoo
I've ever been to, or one of the best zoos
I've ever been to. And I'm a big animal person,
(14:51):
so that's saying a lot. And some great restaurants too,
So I was happily surprised.
Speaker 3 (14:56):
Okay, there you go.
Speaker 4 (14:57):
Maybe we're under selling Fresno as the destination in California.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
I've only been there once and it was just like
a quick stop. I never like did anything in there.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
So I don't I don't even know same.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
I don't think I've ever really spent time.
Speaker 7 (15:13):
Okay, I'm pretty sure I went.
Speaker 1 (15:18):
Right.
Speaker 4 (15:19):
But everybody that's listening to us nationwide, you want to
come visit California this summer, let's make sure you go
to the.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
Zoo and then hop on over to Bakersfield after that,
check out the restaurants.
Speaker 1 (15:29):
A lot of good local fair.
Speaker 3 (15:30):
Graham all right.
Speaker 4 (15:31):
California man says he was puzzled by some mystery roof
poops that he discovered on the roof of his guest house.
I've always wanted to have a guest house me too,
Like somebody comes to stay with you, Oh, you're staying
out in the guest house and you get your own little.
Speaker 3 (15:45):
House or I can just stay in there. From the kids, right.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
It sounds like cozy, good spot to.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
Little apartment, Like you guys stay here. I'm going to
go home.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
Yeah, let me know what time dinner is. I'll be
back for my guest house later.
Speaker 4 (15:58):
Bill Dabney says he lives well, says he does. He
lives in Pasadena, and he said that when he's like
up cleaning the gutters something, he looks over and sees
that there's like three or four very large roof poops.
And we're not talking about bird poops. Oh, no, these
are actual poops. He's like, what kind of animal could
(16:20):
leave a poop this big on a roof? And he
was just like completely puzzled by it. And that's when
he turned and looked to his side and realized there
was a mountain lion sitting up there.
Speaker 3 (16:33):
On his roof.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
On his roof. These big cats they can climb. You know.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
You know what pisses me off?
Speaker 2 (16:38):
What when people pronounce roof like roof, roof, that's it.
Who doesn't I've definitely heard it before.
Speaker 9 (16:44):
Roof.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
There's someone out there.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
That does all right if you listening and say roof,
go climb up on your roof. Anyways, there was a
mountain line up there. His uh, the thing took off.
It's very rare, I guess in Pasadena, particularly in like
the area that this guy lived to see a mountain.
So he was very shocked by it, and hence why
the poops were so mysterious to him, because like, who
(17:06):
would think that the mountain lion's inn the roof? And
I read this and I a light bulb went off
in my own head because on our property right now,
we have like the remnants of a treehouse. The previous
owners had a very large treehouse, like a four story treehouse,
and when we were in escrow on the property, they
(17:27):
took out the lower two levels of the treehouse. Yes,
usable now it would be if you could get up
to it.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
Does any part of you want to rebuild it, fix
it up, and make it.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
Yes, A very big part of me wants to do that,
but a large part of me is very because it's
in this huge tree and a very large part of
me is very annoyed that they took the two lower
levels out. And I think maybe they did because they
thought we were going to assume or something if we
fell out and got injured, because parts of it looks
a little rickety, but like I could fix it up.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
And so all I.
Speaker 4 (17:55):
Can do right now is stare at the top two
levels of the treehouse.
Speaker 1 (17:58):
They're like thirty feet up, and.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
I have really long ladders, and I put a really
long ladder up to it now, and even I started
to climb up and went, this is a bad idea.
What happens when I fall and kill myself trying to
get up?
Speaker 1 (18:10):
And look at this old treehouse?
Speaker 4 (18:12):
Anyways, there's just one piece of the very bottom lower level,
but that's still about like, let's say, about eight feet
off the ground right and there's just like a piece
of plywood there, and but the rest of it's all
been torn out. And on that piece of plywood. I've
always been baffled because there are always some very large.
Speaker 3 (18:28):
Poops, not of the bird sort, not of the bird sort.
Speaker 4 (18:32):
These are large, like bigger than their dog poop and bigger.
And I've always gone, what, like, what who's doing this?
And I thought maybe it was like coyotes. Maybe they
can climb branch to branch, you know, get up there,
and I.
Speaker 1 (18:47):
Was on my courts.
Speaker 3 (18:50):
It's Bogolo Joe getting back at you.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Orts Bogolojo the guy that lives in the outhouse where
I go camp camp. Or it's like a raccoon, a
really big raccoon. But what if it's a mountain lion,
because they love.
Speaker 3 (19:05):
And stuff.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
Yes, this'd be a perfect spot from he's got a
little platform, he can lay there, he's up off the ground.
Speaker 1 (19:10):
What if there's a mountain lion.
Speaker 3 (19:11):
You have to set up a hidden camera. That's true
to catch a Pocolo Joe inact.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
And then when I go and then when I go
watch the footage, it's just Jess trying to get back
in me for changing your license plate frame to say
diarrhea queen.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
I'll show him it's not diarrhea.
Speaker 1 (19:34):
Like your treehouse.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
Now you haven't set up hidden camera though, that's the
only way to know, like what is actually leaving this.
Speaker 1 (19:40):
I thought about this yesterday.
Speaker 4 (19:41):
The second I read this article, I was like, I
need to put a camera out there again. It's just
gonna be just getting back in me for the diarrhea license.
Speaker 3 (19:51):
Why not because it wasn't funny for me.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
It's a prank. You gotta be able to laugh at yourself.
Don't take life so seriously, you'll never get.
Speaker 3 (19:59):
Out of life.
Speaker 6 (20:00):
I left a little, but the laughing's done for it, all.
Speaker 1 (20:03):
Right, Well I'm gonna keep laughing anyways.
Speaker 4 (20:04):
I'll let you know if I have a mountain lion
that lives back there, because it's the only thing I'm.
Speaker 3 (20:08):
Telling you that's actually really scary.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
They're mystery poops and they're big.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
Do you have a camera to use?
Speaker 1 (20:15):
I might sewing up?
Speaker 3 (20:17):
What if you just catch ghosts?
Speaker 10 (20:19):
Ghosts?
Speaker 3 (20:19):
I think your house is low key haunted. I agree.
Speaker 1 (20:22):
Do ghosts poop?
Speaker 3 (20:25):
I don't think so. I think yeah, they.
Speaker 4 (20:28):
Just like little clott of dust they leave by them
like a little.
Speaker 11 (20:33):
Hottest It's all the stuff you need to know what's
hot in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about
stories happening today.
Speaker 2 (20:44):
You guys are never going to guess the celebrity giving
MMA a try. Oh no, Bill Cosby, No, rag A
has a fight this weekend. Now it's not a real
MMA fight, obviously he is fighting. Uh someone named super
(21:07):
hot Fire, which is not dial On. I guess super
hot Fire is like a Canadian internet personality or something
like that. That's obviously nothing like actually legit, it's not
real real mme. But apparently ray J has been training
for this.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
I just want to know.
Speaker 6 (21:24):
What happened to him supposedly dying?
Speaker 4 (21:27):
Okay, yeah, you.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
Had blood coming out, you were performing with a heart monitor.
You're supposed to be on bed rest. You said you
had months to live. What happened to that? Are you
going to finally admit you were lying and made.
Speaker 3 (21:38):
It all up?
Speaker 2 (21:39):
The dude's gone off the rails, completely off the rails,
but at least admit that you said that for attention, and.
Speaker 3 (21:46):
He said everyone knows it. He said, this fight is
already set for this weekend.
Speaker 1 (21:51):
What I'm rooting for super Hot Superfly Fire.
Speaker 3 (21:54):
Super Hot super Hot Fire.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
That's why I said, I'm yeah, that's what I'm hoping
that they win.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
Me too, just because this guy, just because ray J
is like top.
Speaker 3 (22:06):
Tier annoying right now.
Speaker 1 (22:07):
I don't know what's going on with him. It's not
good that you're.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
Lying, That's all I want.
Speaker 7 (22:11):
You know, if he loses, he's gonna be like, oh
what it's because I'm dealing.
Speaker 4 (22:14):
With so my pacemaker didn't kick in at the right time.
Speaker 1 (22:18):
And I got fatigued.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
I will say, I'm gonna feel horrible if he was
actually telling the truth, But I don't think he was.
Speaker 3 (22:25):
I really don't.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
Your doctor wouldn't allow you to participate in something like
this if he had all the conditions that he laid
out that he.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
Had, you wouldn't be out performing at clubs like that
same weekend you said that you you know you weren't
gonna make it to next year, right, all right? Was
Khalifa is officially on Romania's wanted list. Do you guys
remember back in the summer of twenty twenty four, he
was arrested in Romania for smoking weed on stage. Well,
this past December, he was sentenced to nine months, which
he did not serve.
Speaker 3 (22:51):
Like, what is he going to do? Go back to
Romania and turn himself in.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Yeah, place you want to prison. Yeah, he's just.
Speaker 3 (22:57):
Never gonna go back there, which I think is what
his plan was.
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Well, now Romanian news outlets are reporting that he's been
placed on the country's wanted list, Like.
Speaker 3 (23:05):
They're like, there's a warrants out for him.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Some outlets are reporting that Romania couldn't force the warrant
through international judicial cooperation mechanisms if the rapper Wash did
enter any European Union member states, and if not, they
could move to possibly trying to extradite him.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
He's not going to get extradited.
Speaker 4 (23:26):
And even his travel into other European Union countries likely
they're not.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
Dude flies into France and I canna be like, God,
this was Khalifa.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
Should we send him over to Romania? They're pretty mad
about that one time that he smoked weed. Like, no,
they don't, They're not going to care. He just never
has to go. He just has to avoid going back
there or any very close allies of Romania.
Speaker 2 (23:50):
Okay, I can't think of anything scarier than being in
jail in Romania.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (23:56):
Good.
Speaker 4 (23:56):
One of my college roommates was Romanian, and yeah he
had some worries about radio.
Speaker 2 (24:01):
Yeah whoa Yeah, So yeah, I think I think he's good.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
I think if he just avoids.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
Going there, I think I think he'll be just fine.
Speaker 3 (24:09):
Grant, what do you have?
Speaker 4 (24:10):
All right? How would you guys like a brand new
form of transportation that could zip you between the Bay
Area and LA at one hundred and forty miles an hour? Please,
And it's not a high speed bullet train, what is it?
Then it's a bus. That's exactly what cal Trans is
considering right now. It's still in the concept phase, but
the plan would involve buses traveling at high rates of speed,
(24:32):
up to one hundred and forty miles an hour on
our state freeways. So you would just be driving along
and then a bus would just blast past you had
one hundred and forty. Cal Trans has already begun looking
at potential routes that could accommodate these high speed buses,
but they acknowledge that because the traffic congestion in certain
areas may not work, that if one hundred and forty
miles an hour is too fast, maybe one hundred would
(24:54):
be an alternate goal, but still very very fast. California
spent billions of dollars trying to build a high speed
rail system to connect San Francisco to LA but I
think currently maybe it just connects Fresno to Bakersfield. Funny
that we were talking about Fresdoe bakers Center, but I
think they maybe have some operating track there.
Speaker 1 (25:10):
Don't quote me on that.
Speaker 4 (25:11):
How would you guys feel about taking a bus that
could get you from here to LA and like, I
don't know, let's say two and a half hours at
one hundred and forty miles an hour. My first question though,
is they have buses that can go one hundred and forty.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Every bus I've ever encountered ever goes way.
Speaker 4 (25:28):
Right and then starts to rumble and sound like it's
gonna explore it if it goes past sixty.
Speaker 3 (25:32):
I don't trust it. I'm not going to trust whoever's
operating that.
Speaker 4 (25:35):
Uh uh do you think it'll have seat belts? Remember
the old school buses.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
Now, I've never had seatbelts, and we'd send our kids
off in them. Yeah, I was the kid that'd be
sent off in it.
Speaker 3 (25:43):
Right.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
School buses now have seatbelts, but back then they didn't.
At one hundred and forty. I hope they have something.
But where are they get.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
Into the buses that can go one hundred and forty?
I need to see one of these things. One hundred
and forty is fast.
Speaker 2 (25:54):
Yeah, not only that, me being just an innocent commuter.
You know, wherever I'm going on the one one and
this bus comes.
Speaker 4 (26:02):
Blasting right past me, I'm assuming they'd have to have
their own lane or something, because yeah, it's the rest
of us.
Speaker 3 (26:09):
This sounds too dangerous.
Speaker 1 (26:10):
I don't like the rest of.
Speaker 4 (26:11):
Us driving out a safe speed on Highway five of
one hundred and twenty. It's you know, and then all
of a sudden you have a bus going under.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Now that's my thing.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
We're all already speeding anyway, So really, are we really
going to save that much time taking this bus?
Speaker 1 (26:22):
Exactly?
Speaker 4 (26:23):
We're already going on twenty regardless. So yeah, now you
just have to sit on a bus with a bunch
of strangers.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
No doubt.
Speaker 3 (26:31):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
All right, coming up next on the JV Show, it's
what the bleep your chance to win a JV show
Chug Mud.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
The JV Show. On Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 3 (26:39):
You were just talking about is it caltransgram?
Speaker 4 (26:41):
Yeah, caltrans looking into I guess we call it a
pilot program where they would have high speed buses connecting
LA and San Francisco, and these high speed buses go
would go one hundred and forty miles an hour.
Speaker 3 (26:51):
Good morning.
Speaker 9 (26:52):
That's from Fremont. I went down to college in Los Angeles.
So when I would go from the Bay Area down
to LA after break, I would drive like in the
middle of the night on I five and I would
average like one hundred and thirty miles an hour, and
I would make it to la and in three hours.
Speaker 3 (27:07):
It was great.
Speaker 9 (27:08):
So maybe the buses could go overnight.
Speaker 4 (27:10):
What certainly be less road congestion if they went overnight,
But then you have to stay up to ride in
a bus in the middle of the night. That bus
will be going one hundred and forty, which would be nice.
What kind of car was she driving? And to go
one hundred and thirty on her fri obviously back and forth.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
To be averaging one hundred and thirty, that's crazy. The
car would explode if one hundred and one.
Speaker 6 (27:30):
Can it even go ninety?
Speaker 1 (27:32):
It can go ninety, okay, but it doesn't like it.
You can tell. You can tell. My car's a little annoyed, Like, bro,
don't push it.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
I mean, I guess it's a good solution with the
way gas prices are now, to be hopping on a bus.
Speaker 1 (27:46):
Yeah yeah, not driving yourself?
Speaker 3 (27:48):
Yeah? What the bleek? Before we kick off today's game, Hey,
this is.
Speaker 12 (27:51):
Ashley from Berkeley. Fortunately, I'm gonna have to call out
Jess because she never sent the follow up email for
my address for the chug Mouth that I won on Tuesday.
Speaker 7 (28:03):
Thank you, jasly, good news for you. I already have
your information because you already won before. So sorry for
not sending you an email. But your Chucklok's on its
Wakers shop.
Speaker 4 (28:13):
Oh okay, okay, stand down, yeah, suspenseful music.
Speaker 1 (28:18):
We didn't have a what's the Belief winner on Tuesday? No,
we got it right.
Speaker 3 (28:23):
No, I think it was on Tuesdays we.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
Had a day with no winner. Maybe that was last week.
Speaker 2 (28:28):
All the days of blend together all right, Time for it.
Today's What's the Belief? Where you can win a jab show, Chuckmunk.
You just gotta be the first person a guest. Today's
leave that word correctly, as always, when you think you
know what that word is, leave your guests on the
talkback Mike on.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
The iHeartRadio app. Again. First person to get it right
wins the Chuck Maggy today. Are you guys ready for
today's clip?
Speaker 4 (28:46):
I actually prefer it if a woman just shows me
how she likes her handled. It takes the guesswork out
of it. Serious, You're just gonna see me over there
like doing all kinds of stuff on it, and then.
Speaker 3 (28:56):
It's like, shouldn't you know by this point though, No.
Speaker 1 (28:59):
We're guys clueless. Are you kidding me?
Speaker 3 (29:01):
We don't want it. We saw that one diagram the
first time you've ever done it.
Speaker 4 (29:04):
We saw that one diagram in fifth grade and they
showed you all the parts and then you responsio to remember.
Speaker 1 (29:11):
That the restaurant.
Speaker 3 (29:12):
Wait, what are we.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
Talking about that?
Speaker 3 (29:14):
Because this is a family.
Speaker 1 (29:15):
Show, right, never mind, all right, it's not that.
Speaker 4 (29:20):
Think about what that bleeped out word could be because
it is something PG and family friendly that we can
play on these airwaves. When you got your guests ready,
you get your iHeart Radio app out and make sure
you're streaming Wild ninety four nine, and then you will
see the talkback mike button. You just push it and
then it will record a message to us. Leave us
your name and your city along with your guest. Get
(29:40):
your guests in.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
Quick the JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 2 (29:44):
All right, back to what the bleep? Where you can
win a Chuck Mug. You just have to be the
first person to guess it is bleeped out ward correctly.
Speaker 3 (29:49):
As always, when you think you know what.
Speaker 2 (29:50):
That bleeped out word is, leave it on the talkback
mike on the iHeartRadio app. Here's today's clipping case you
missed it.
Speaker 4 (29:55):
I actually prefer it if a woman just shows me
how she likes her handled. It takes the guesswork.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
Out of it. Seriously, it probably a better experience for
you to communication.
Speaker 6 (30:05):
But I do like less work for you, more work
for her because now she has to show you.
Speaker 1 (30:09):
Yeah, but hopefully we'll remember once you what are we
talking about?
Speaker 3 (30:12):
Never mind, this is a family show. That's the only
rule to this game. Your guess is to have to
be clean. Let's go to your talkbacks. This is from
South Sir Francisco.
Speaker 1 (30:19):
I think the bleeped out word is car. She wants
her car handled.
Speaker 3 (30:26):
Great, guess. I don't know how I want my car.
I want you to handle my car.
Speaker 4 (30:30):
Some people are very well some people are very particular
about their right like their car is driven and handled.
Speaker 7 (30:35):
Yeah yeah, don't get out of the car and like
slam the door.
Speaker 3 (30:38):
Oh yeah, I don't care about that type of stuff.
Speaker 2 (30:40):
Do you?
Speaker 1 (30:41):
This his own in Jessica from Gilroy.
Speaker 12 (30:43):
We think the bleeped out word is purse.
Speaker 3 (30:50):
To handle a purse?
Speaker 4 (30:52):
Yeah, no, I mean that is the thing right I've
come into this, you know, walked in the studio before,
and you ladies, have you your every chair is taken
because every hair has a purse on it whatever, And
how dare I try to put one of those on
the ground?
Speaker 3 (31:03):
Oh yeah, yeah, the ground?
Speaker 1 (31:06):
No touchy ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (31:09):
Is the blue stout word laundry.
Speaker 3 (31:13):
That's a great guess.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
That's uh. I almost want to change it to that,
because that's what it should be.
Speaker 4 (31:18):
That I actively avoid doing my wife's laundry because women's
laundry is the most confusing thing that there is. There
needs to be an instruction sheet that comes with every
single look you do my laundry. Every item can go
in at the same time, the socks, the whites, the whatever.
You could throw everything all in at once. It all
just comes out the same. But lady stuff. I looked
(31:40):
at my wife, my wife's stuff, like, here's a blouse
she wears for work. It's like, is this made out
of silk? What's this thing made out? Everything is made
out of a different material, and it looks all very fragile, right,
And I don't know if I can throw that in
there and then once it's washed, can that go in
the dryer? I have no idea it's too confusing.
Speaker 3 (31:57):
Do you do your own laundry?
Speaker 1 (32:01):
Sometimes what all gets lumped in together?
Speaker 3 (32:05):
You know, I'm just asking.
Speaker 4 (32:06):
I just say it like she has a better understand
of what her stuff can handle or can't handle. Got
it in the machine?
Speaker 1 (32:12):
I have no your stuff is easy.
Speaker 4 (32:13):
It's terrifying, and I don't want to ruin it. My
stuff can all go in the wash, all go in
the dryer.
Speaker 3 (32:18):
All right, great guesses so far.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
Not the correct word though, So continue to leave those
talkbacks on the iHeart Radio app.
Speaker 3 (32:24):
We're going to place some more of them coming.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
Up the JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
This is what the wave where you have to be
the first person to guess today's leave out word correctly.
As always, when you think you know what that believed
out word is and you want to play a long
you can leave your guests on the talkback Mike on
the iHeart App.
Speaker 3 (32:37):
Here's today's clip in case you missed it.
Speaker 4 (32:39):
I actually prefer it if a woman just shows me
how she likes her handled. It takes the guesswork out
of it.
Speaker 2 (32:46):
Yep, sure it does. Just remember experience. It says the
family shows your guesses do have to be clean. Let's
go to your talkbacks.
Speaker 13 (32:51):
Now, Good morning JV show.
Speaker 5 (32:53):
This is Cira from Sam Martine and I think the
waved out word is staked love it.
Speaker 4 (33:00):
How do you like your steak handled? I mean, shouldn't
that be a guy's.
Speaker 1 (33:05):
Slena? How do you like your steak handled?
Speaker 2 (33:08):
Well, it depends well, well, sometimes I like medium well,
but sometimes like if we're grilling, I like it burned,
just like like it has to be like crispy, like crunchy.
Speaker 1 (33:22):
Go you just love ruining food. How do you like
your steak handled?
Speaker 3 (33:26):
Okay, medium? Well, but I have well, I have started going.
Speaker 7 (33:30):
Towards the medium rare side a little bit, so I
like good medium.
Speaker 4 (33:34):
You don't go from medium well to medium rare, just
go with medium rash.
Speaker 6 (33:38):
Ever, want no medium rare.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
Is like too rare.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Medium rare is pretty dang rare real. It's not just medium. Well,
it's just like a little teensy tiny bit of pain.
Speaker 3 (33:48):
Just okay, I'm not mad at that, then I do.
Speaker 7 (33:51):
I do want to dabble into because everybody raves about like,
oh it needs to be you know, this this juicy
and it needs to like you need to see a
little bit of the pink and you need a.
Speaker 3 (34:01):
Ball, Lie, I'm medium, wells good enough.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
I don't know how you could eat an old piece
of charcoal like that.
Speaker 3 (34:06):
It's so good.
Speaker 9 (34:08):
Morning, Josh Richmond.
Speaker 3 (34:11):
And my guess would be business handle.
Speaker 4 (34:16):
I get his visit hand?
Speaker 1 (34:19):
Yeah? How she likes to handle her business? Are they
talking about like that?
Speaker 3 (34:23):
I don't know?
Speaker 4 (34:24):
Like no, my wife said, where's where's Kate. She's in
the bathroom handling her business.
Speaker 5 (34:31):
Morning is to Shrifa from Richmond, and my guess is feet.
Speaker 1 (34:37):
Is there?
Speaker 3 (34:37):
How do you how do you handle someone's feet? Graham?
Speaker 4 (34:41):
Well, some people, I guess maybe like a very gentle
touch on their feet, and some people maybe like a
real tough massage, or some people maybe like a light
tickle on their on their feet.
Speaker 3 (34:53):
I guess if we're talking about massages.
Speaker 1 (34:55):
How do you like your feet handled?
Speaker 3 (34:57):
If it's in the massage sense, I think just normally
we're not too rough, not too soft.
Speaker 1 (35:03):
Okay, just how do you like your feet handled?
Speaker 7 (35:05):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (35:05):
Some people don't like their feet handled at all. I'll
say that.
Speaker 3 (35:08):
Can you get foot rub? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (35:11):
Okay?
Speaker 3 (35:12):
Good money TV show.
Speaker 13 (35:13):
This is Telita made from San Jose, And my guess
for the leaps out word is cleaning, because you guys
never do it right. Either you don't know that you're
doing it right or you just act like you don't.
So then we can step in and do it. And
every woman should tell their men how they want it
done they're cleaning. I mean, how could everyone there?
Speaker 2 (35:36):
You go?
Speaker 3 (35:36):
Is it is clip unbeleeped.
Speaker 4 (35:38):
I actually prefer it if a woman just shows me
how she likes her cleaning handled. It takes the guesswork
out of it. Seriously, just give me the list with
instructions you want this thing cleaned. Otherwise I'm gonna get
sidetracked and start clean stuff that doesn't matter right, So just.
Speaker 7 (35:54):
Tell me that's more work for the for the woman.
Speaker 1 (35:57):
If it don't, you want the help and then to
have it done right. In particular, I.
Speaker 2 (36:03):
Still don't do it right, and that's on purpose, or
you find shortcuts thinking you're making it easier, and then
then you're not doing it right.
Speaker 3 (36:08):
Then I still got to go in and do it.
Speaker 7 (36:10):
Or like if she's already having a busy day and
she's like, oh now I got to go sit down
and write this list of things that child, just do it.
Speaker 4 (36:17):
Like, let me just lay out a scenario. We got
a bunch of people staying with us this weekend. My
entire family is staying in our house this weekend. So like,
obviously we're running around. That's the only time you really
clean your house, right when you have guests coming. It's
like we really start cleaning stuff. And so there's probably
a million things that need to get clean, the bathrooms
and stuff. I start, you know, cleaning one thing yesterday,
(36:37):
and the next thing you know, I'm taking the screens
off the windows and hosing them off outside. Now my
wife's probably pulling her hair out, like why is this
guy out there cleaning the screens for the windows? Like
that should be way down the party list. But that's
just how I'm walking around the hold man a lot
of spider webs on that. Let me get that. And
the next thing you know, I'm taking all the screens
off all the windows and I'm hosing them off. It
looks great, but like is that she probably would.
Speaker 1 (36:58):
Have wanted me scrubbing the toilet. Tell me just tell me.
Speaker 4 (37:01):
The give me the the priority list and I'll focus
on those things. But if I'm just walking around looking
at stuff that's bothering me Yeah, I'm getting the spider.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
Webs off, the off the window screens. Do you see
what I mean?
Speaker 3 (37:12):
Yeah, part of.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
Me would almost prefer you do the little things that
I wouldn't think of.
Speaker 1 (37:18):
Okay, I'm glad you.
Speaker 4 (37:20):
I'm glad you appreciate it. My wife's probably shaking her head.
What is this guy out there doing with those for
no reason? Anyways, we're getting sidetracked.
Speaker 1 (37:29):
Let's give some shout out. Shout first, our buddy Chilita
May and San Jose. She had the very first Craig
answer this morning.
Speaker 4 (37:36):
She's getting herself brand new JB show chug mug. All right,
let's shout out some other people that came with Craik.
Speaker 1 (37:41):

Yvonne and George had it. So did Grace and sand Berno,
what's up, Grace?
Speaker 4 (37:48):

Speaker 1 (37:51):

anyone else?
Speaker 1 (37:55):
A slip in a last second, guest that did not
come across my desk.
Speaker 3 (37:59):
That was it. That was it. Well, thank you everyone
for playing.
Speaker 2 (38:02):

about stories happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 2 (44:22):
Before we get to the social media influencer who's been
arrested in a murder for hire plot, involving one of
the guys from the band.
Speaker 3 (44:30):
Why don't we can we talk about Survivor really quick?
Speaker 2 (44:33):
I know none of us here in studio watch Survivor,
but this is long.
Speaker 3 (44:37):
This is too hilarious to not talk about. Yeah, Survivor fifty,
it's the current season.
Speaker 1 (44:42):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (44:42):
By the way, spoiler alert, spoiler alert if you are
watching Survivor fifty, there's your warnings. I don't want to hear.
Speaker 2 (44:50):
Anything after this. Okay, but last night was the live finale, right, okay?
And Jeff probed he's the host of the show.
Speaker 1 (44:57):
He's been hosting. Spill, he's still the Yeez, that's the
hell of a gig.
Speaker 2 (45:01):
He accidentally revealed the contestant that lost the final fire
making challenge before it aired. Kind of a big deal
because this determines who moves on to the final three,
and he's up there. You know, all willing really live
on TV again. This is a spoiler.
Speaker 3 (45:19):
But on the friend, I'm sorry.
Speaker 2 (45:22):
On the on the contestant who lost Rizzo, you become.
Speaker 1 (45:25):
The final member of our jury. Take a spot over here.
Speaker 2 (45:28):
This is it.
Speaker 14 (45:30):
These are the people. Their games fell a little short,
but this is the group that is going to figure
out what just happened.
Speaker 1 (45:44):
I'm not even sure what's happened.
Speaker 14 (45:46):
But up next, we're gonna have one final surprise for
the players. And this surprise they like, this is gonna
be interesting.
Speaker 3 (45:51):
And they go to commercials.
Speaker 1 (45:53):
Is it really live? They can't edit that out.
Speaker 2 (45:57):
Maybe there's a slight delay, but I mean it was there.
There's a live studio audience, like it's live.
Speaker 4 (46:03):
Who I still always assumed that, you know, when they
do after the final rows or whatever, that they have
the live studio audience and for the Bachelor or whatever,
like they tape that and advance that.
Speaker 1 (46:17):
They make it seem like it's live. I would I
just sort.
Speaker 4 (46:20):
Of assumed that all shows that looked like they were
in front of a live studio audience, we're just pre taped.
Speaker 3 (46:25):
A lot of it is pre taped. This is a
live event. Wow? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (46:29):
Oops?
Speaker 4 (46:32):
Yet?
Speaker 3 (46:33):
All right?
Speaker 2 (46:33):
Now in the social media influencer who's been arrested in
a murder for higher plot involving one of the guys
from why don't We Jess I feel?
Speaker 1 (46:40):
Why don't we what I feel?
Speaker 2 (46:41):
No?
Speaker 3 (46:42):
Why don't we use the name of the.
Speaker 1 (46:43):
Why don't we kill the guy?
Speaker 3 (46:45):
Well, that's what she was what she was thinking.
Speaker 1 (46:48):
Okay, do that got it?
Speaker 3 (46:49):
So, Gabby Gonzalez, are you familiar with her? Jess, I
feel like you're on TikTok.
Speaker 2 (46:54):
Yeah, she is, like I said a social media influencer.
She's been arrested along with her dad and her ex
boyfriend for plotting to kill Jack Avery, the singer of
the boy band Why don't We?
Speaker 3 (47:07):
Because Jack Avery? No, why don't We's the name of
the band, Graham, Why.
Speaker 1 (47:11):
Don't we name the band? I don't know. I don't
have any good band.
Speaker 3 (47:14):
I don't know that they're named Why don't we?
Speaker 1 (47:17):
Why don't we?
Speaker 3 (47:18):
That's the name? Never mind?
Speaker 1 (47:19):
Never mind?
Speaker 2 (47:20):
So Gabby and Jack they share a seven year old daughter,
So all of this stems from a bitter custody dispute
over their daughter. Gabby, her dad, and this ex of
hers got together to solica a hit man to kill Jack,
and there were conversations about using bitcoin in the dark
web to hire the person.
Speaker 1 (47:39):
They're like, why don't we use bitcoin?
Speaker 3 (47:41):
Yeah, and that's what they were going to do.
Speaker 2 (47:43):
And then they talked about staging the death to make
it look like a car accident.
Speaker 1 (47:47):
Why don't we make it look like a car exactly.
That's what they thought.
Speaker 4 (47:52):
Dad.
Speaker 3 (47:52):
The dad even.
Speaker 2 (47:53):
Talked to a hit man who was an undercover federal
agent who confirmed. So he's like confirming, like, yeah, I
sent the money to this person and this is what
we're trying to do. So he confirms that, you know,
he sent over like fourteen thousand dollars.
Speaker 4 (48:07):
So they're like, why don't we send over fourteen thousand
dollars in? The federal agents like why don't you do that?
Speaker 3 (48:12):
Yeah, and so that's what that's what was happening. So
they have all of this online.
Speaker 1 (48:18):
What are we doing? I know, if you're not going
to get caught? And they're like, so what happened? The
federal agents like why don't we arrest.
Speaker 2 (48:27):
These federal Why don't we arrest them? Yes, they were arrested.
Gabby actually arrested up in Humbolt County. She's now in
jail in LA and she's going to be charged with
this with a conspiracy to kill Jack Avery.
Speaker 4 (48:41):
That's going to be her baby daddy, serious prison time
and you know, the judge's gonna be like, why don't
we go ahead and send you to prison for they
don't we joke fifteen?
Speaker 1 (48:50):
What are you talking about.
Speaker 7 (48:51):
You're the one that said why don't we talk about
this on the JV show?
Speaker 3 (48:54):
So then that's that's the name of the band. What
why don't we?
Speaker 1 (48:59):
Why don't we?
Speaker 10 (49:00):
What?
Speaker 3 (49:00):
Why don't we just move on? What do you have?
Speaker 12 (49:02):
All right?
Speaker 1 (49:02):
Really quick?
Speaker 4 (49:03):
We talked about this earlier this week, about how a
couple of American guys recorded themselves jumping into the enclosure
that houses punched the monkey in Japan.
Speaker 1 (49:11):
And a whole bunch of other monkeys.
Speaker 4 (49:12):
Of course one of them, one of these guys, was
in costume clearly was meant to be some viral stunt.
They're facing some charges there, but according to zoo officials,
they are now considering a complete ban on all pictures
and video being taken at Punch's enclosure. As a result,
they said they want to take measures to quote ensure
something like this never happens again. So thanks a lot
to those two idiots, because if you make your way
(49:34):
to Japan and you want to capture a little selfie
or a picture of you and punch the monkey, you
might not be able to do so, just because these
and this is why we can't have nice things, so we'll.
Speaker 3 (49:44):
Never be able to see those cute videos of Punch again.
Speaker 4 (49:47):
Maybe only the ones the Zoo posts that they take,
because these guys ruined.
Speaker 3 (49:52):
It isn't Punch all grown up now, though not fully.
Speaker 4 (49:55):
He's still pretty, he's still cut, he's still he's still growing.
Now to the whales in the Bay, you guys, last
year we had twenty one dead gray whales washed up here,
and this year we've already had ten. And there's a
large percentage of these whale desks have been attributed to
ship strikes.
Speaker 1 (50:11):
More and more whales are spending more and more time
in the bay.
Speaker 4 (50:14):
They think this is a climate change thing as they
look for as their food supplied dwindles, they're spending more
time in the bay. And we know the bay coming
in out of the Golden Gate Bridge is a very
big shipping lane for large container ships and other vessels,
and so whales continually are struck by these.
Speaker 1 (50:30):
And they die well.
Speaker 4 (50:31):
Now, this week they've launched an AI power detection network system.
Speaker 1 (50:36):
It's called Whale Spotterer. This is what we do in
the Bay Area.
Speaker 4 (50:39):
We apply tech to solve problems and in this case,
let's hope it works. This new system use heat signatures
and stuff and special cameras and sensors that can spot
a whales up to two nautical miles away and then
alert ships that they need to reroute or that there's
potentially a whale in their path.
Speaker 12 (50:55):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (50:55):
I love this.
Speaker 4 (50:56):
Hopefully this works because again we're seeing far too many
whales die here in the Bay Area from ship strikes.
Speaker 1 (51:02):
Yeah, be pretty cool.
Speaker 4 (51:03):
So let's hope whales Spotter does the trick right, AI
doesn't go off the rails and start doing something.
Speaker 3 (51:09):
Yeah, all right, thank you Graham.
Speaker 1 (51:11):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 2 (51:14):
All right, Triple A projects, because you know we're getting
to that Memorial Day weekend travel.
Speaker 3 (51:19):
And we always know how many people are going to
be hitting the roads.
Speaker 1 (51:22):
Uh huh.
Speaker 2 (51:23):
Well, they're saying a total of forty five million Americans
will travel at least fifty miles from home from Memorial
Day weekend by car, a record setting thirty nine point
one million, signaling a slight increase.
Speaker 3 (51:38):
From last year or breaking records every year.
Speaker 4 (51:40):
I think it's going to be a slight decrease from
last year, given that gas prices are up, I don't know,
roughly fifty percent.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
Or whatever from last year.
Speaker 3 (51:47):
I think you're right.
Speaker 4 (51:48):
I think people are going to take that into consideration.
I filled my tank yesterday. It cost over one hundred bucks,
and I'm just like, what for.
Speaker 3 (51:55):
Bro even flying anywhere? If anyone's flying, if I feel
like flights are crazy?
Speaker 4 (51:59):
Uh huh uh Yeah, I'm gonna stay home and just
barbecue some wienies.
Speaker 3 (52:03):
But also, how do they know?
Speaker 2 (52:05):
How could you possibly know people's plans for Memorial Day weekend?
Speaker 3 (52:08):
They don't.
Speaker 4 (52:10):
Triple A has a crystal ball that they look into that.
I'm sure they do some survey of people. I've never
been surveyed for you either, Yeah, but I'm sure they do,
and then they expand that.
Speaker 1 (52:21):
Data over the entire United States.
Speaker 3 (52:25):
What do you have?
Speaker 4 (52:26):
Are you guys familiar with rapper Sugar from from BTS?
Speaker 1 (52:32):
You guys from That's what it says in this article
that he's the rapper.
Speaker 3 (52:36):
A lot of people love them.
Speaker 4 (52:38):
Obviously, BTS is huge. They just had three sold out
shows at Stanford. What a lot of people don't know
is that Sugar was actually in Beta Breakers on Sunday morning.
He ran ran a Beta Breakers, didn't tell anyone about it,
and it seems that nobody noticed him no, fans flocked
to see him because you know BTS, they can't go
anywhere without throngs of fans trying, you know, to see
(53:01):
them or you know, get autographs.
Speaker 3 (53:02):
Or what are they dress? No drinket? No, okay, he
was there. Serious runner virus.
Speaker 4 (53:07):
Yes, they say that he gets up and runs like
a ten k every single day. He's like a very
he's a very avid runner. And so on Sunday morning,
got out there early.
Speaker 1 (53:17):
He was in.
Speaker 4 (53:17):
They say he was in the first wave of runners
to go out. People of sense. Once they once BTS
revealed that he did that, they've gone and combed through
all the pictures.
Speaker 1 (53:29):
You know, the BTS fans are crazy.
Speaker 4 (53:30):
They went through all the pictures they can find in
the race and you can see him in the background
to some of the pictures or whatever.
Speaker 1 (53:34):
But yes, wow is there.
Speaker 4 (53:35):
And according to race results, he ran the which is
you know, bitter Breakers is like a twelve k roughly
ran that in one hour, four minutes and forty three seconds.
That's an average mile pace of eight minutes and forty
one seconds. He was one thousand, twenty second overall of
all the race finishers, so he ran a respectable time.
(53:57):
That they said he left there and then they had
a show that night, and they said at sound check
and some other things, he could tell he kept stretching
on stage and was sort of noticeably limping even a
little bit as he did some of the dance choreographies.
So the race took its toll on him. Beta Breakers
broke him Beta Breakers, but he was you know, he
(54:18):
understood it's a big deal. I thought that was pretty cool.
I the thing I found the most cool is that
when I ran Beta Breakers, I beat his time. And
if this guy gets up every day and runs a
ten k, which I do not, and I beat his time, that.
Speaker 1 (54:31):
Just makes me feel pay.
Speaker 3 (54:32):
What was his time?
Speaker 1 (54:34):
One hour, four minutes and forty three seconds.
Speaker 6 (54:37):
WHOA When did you beat his time?
Speaker 14 (54:40):
Like?
Speaker 6 (54:40):
What year?
Speaker 1 (54:41):
It was a couple of years ago ran Vada Breakers.
Speaker 3 (54:43):
I don't have to go back to twenty six.
Speaker 1 (54:45):
Yeah, I'm twenty six and a half now. I was
probably twenty eight and a half.
Speaker 4 (54:49):
Twenty eight and a half now, Sorry, So I was
probably twenty six and a half then.
Speaker 1 (54:53):
I think it was about six years ago.
Speaker 3 (54:54):
Maybe early twenties, seven years ago.
Speaker 6 (54:57):
Did you still do the same time you think?
Speaker 4 (54:59):
I think I could if I like, actually, you know,
took running seriously, although I didn't take it all that
seriously before Breakers.
Speaker 2 (55:07):
But a breaker seriously, well, well apparently some people do obviously, But.
Speaker 1 (55:11):
If you're running it, you take it seriously.
Speaker 3 (55:12):
But then more party vibes.
Speaker 1 (55:15):
Yeah, there's two groups.
Speaker 4 (55:16):
There's the runners and then there's the party vibes people,
and then there's some crossover. Some people dress up and
costume and then legitimately try to run it.
Speaker 1 (55:22):
But there's a lot of people that take.
Speaker 4 (55:24):
It as a serious I love it, and that was
the one year that I did it as a serious run.
All the other years I've just gotten white Boy wasted
and partied out there on that I would expect, which
is all fun. I think my time was I think
I only beat him by about five minutes, but either way,
that's still.
Speaker 1 (55:39):
That's a lot of time. Five minutes. Come on the
JV show on Wild ninety four nine.
Speaker 2 (55:44):
Just open up my Instagram and I saw the most
disgusting video. And I'm somebody that can handle a lot
of disgusting things, but I think this takes the cake. Okay,
it's a woman and you can see it on our
Instagram story.
Speaker 3 (55:58):
Jab Morning show.
Speaker 2 (55:58):
Okay going Now, she's at Planet Fitness and she is
on the treadmill and she is eating out of the
cup holder, like she's made herself a bowl of something
and she's dipping her chips in it. And she's eating
out of the cup holder on the treadmill at Planet Fitness.
Speaker 6 (56:15):
It's a spicy bowl.
Speaker 1 (56:18):
What why?
Speaker 3 (56:21):
I don't know, obviously to go viral, But like, is
that worth? That's so great? Getting the hands on everything
else that's out there right now?
Speaker 1 (56:28):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (56:28):
I don't even when I run on the treadmill, I
don't even touch anything. I don't touch the I don't
touch the side the you know, the what are those
things called.
Speaker 1 (56:36):
The railings on the side of the thing.
Speaker 3 (56:37):
I don't.
Speaker 4 (56:38):
I don't touch those bars. I don't touch anything. Get
on there and run and then hop off.
Speaker 3 (56:42):
How do you do it without without touching? I have
to touch everything?
Speaker 2 (56:45):
No, the only thing I can't know how discussing it
is so you immediately wash, you know, wash up afterwards.
Speaker 4 (56:49):
I'm not eating out of it though, the only thing
you have to touch on the treadmill is just the
buttons to get the things started.
Speaker 1 (56:54):
I don't put my hands on the sides, the worl else. Oh,
I got to hang on, get to jogging.
Speaker 3 (57:01):
Hold on, that button didn't work. Here we go, where's
my jewelry?
Speaker 9 (57:11):
Can we?
Speaker 4 (57:11):
All?
Speaker 7 (57:11):
Right?
Speaker 2 (57:12):
So let's talk about dad bods? Okay, where are you
at with the dad bod, Jess?
Speaker 6 (57:19):
I don't think I'm there yet, with.
Speaker 7 (57:21):
Like like your dad bod, with me having one, or.
Speaker 6 (57:27):
With that being my preference.
Speaker 3 (57:29):
Yet it's not your preference.
Speaker 7 (57:30):
Not my preference yet. I feel like eventually maybe it
will be. I don't know, but right now I still.
Speaker 6 (57:34):
Like the the toned.
Speaker 2 (57:36):
The muscular killers. Okay, Graham, you are Dad, but you
don't have dad bod. You work out a lot in
pretty good shape.
Speaker 4 (57:44):
I actually try to avoid the dad bod. No offense
to the dad bods out there, but I if I
saw myself slipping into more dad bod range, I would
crank it up a notch at the gym.
Speaker 2 (57:53):
I I fall into the category of I love a
dad bod. Okay, love a dad bod.
Speaker 1 (57:59):
Were you always a dad?
Speaker 3 (58:01):
I think before?
Speaker 2 (58:02):
Maybe a little bit more muscular, but still dad bod ish.
I've never wanted somebody that was all muscle in excellent shape.
Speaker 3 (58:10):
I don't like those guys like they're hard to look
at you.
Speaker 2 (58:12):
On like Instagram or whatever. But I don't know. I've
always just liked more of a just a big guy.
Speaker 1 (58:18):
So when you saw like Michael B.
Speaker 4 (58:21):
Jordan or whatever, and he's training for some role in
some film that he's the exception, you see and you're like, yuck.
Speaker 1 (58:28):
Not for me.
Speaker 3 (58:30):
I've never been ill yuck.
Speaker 2 (58:31):
But something about a guy that's just big and doesn't
even have to be in a muscly way.
Speaker 3 (58:36):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (58:36):
I just I just love a dad bod got it.
I don't know what it is. But apparently you guys.
Speaker 3 (58:41):
Dad bots, they're they're going out. Oh they're going out
of style.
Speaker 4 (58:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (58:46):
There was a new study that was done and a
lot of the ladies who participated in this, they are leaning.
Speaker 3 (58:53):
More towards someone who is, you know, slim, athletic builds,
but still very on the the slimmy side. Think Timothy
shallow May.
Speaker 4 (59:04):
That's very that's very on this slip Jacob a lordy
slimmy at work.
Speaker 3 (59:09):
By the way, I don't know. I think someone who's
lean and slim that's what the ladies are looking for.
Speaker 1 (59:14):
And you said this was some new research.
Speaker 3 (59:16):
Yeah, how is this new?
Speaker 14 (59:18):
It?
Speaker 3 (59:19):
Just trust me on this.
Speaker 7 (59:22):
Well, I mean we know why, right, because the Kardashians
are dating all of these men?
Speaker 3 (59:26):
Yeah? Is it the the Kylie effect?
Speaker 4 (59:29):
Is Jacob a LORDI again, I still don't know who
that is. I just know the name is Jacob Alrdias.
Speaker 1 (59:33):
Slimmy.
Speaker 3 (59:34):
I feel like he's not not as slimmy as Timmy,
not as pimmy as Timmy, but he's I feel like
he's on the leaner side.
Speaker 7 (59:43):
Okay, him the guy that.
Speaker 3 (59:47):
Zanda is dating Tom Holland, Oh yeah, allegedly, who knows.
Speaker 1 (59:53):
I think they're married. Didn't they confirm that. I'm pretty
sure he's definitely.
Speaker 3 (59:57):
A slimmy Slimmy is any all right?
Speaker 1 (01:00:00):
Body is okay?
Speaker 4 (01:00:01):
Well, this is a meeting in the lady's room, Ladies,
your thoughts, Selena, because Dad bought on the way out,
and do you think this is going to be the
new thing? Like you know, when the jeans went to
skinny jeans, we're all like, I don't know about that
next thing. You know, everyone's wearing skinny jeans and now
they're going the other direction, so Dad Bod's suddenly everybody
loved them Oh my god, that's the hottest thing I've
ever seen. A dad bod struck next to the pool.
(01:00:23):
And now we're gonna have some slimmy's strut next to
the pool and everyone's gonna be like, oh my god, swoon.
Speaker 2 (01:00:28):
The slimmys ain't for me, and I'm not trying to.
I hope this hasn't come off, because it isn't come
off body shapey. But it's like I for me, I
want somebody that's bigger than.
Speaker 1 (01:00:38):
I am, more cushion for the pushing.
Speaker 3 (01:00:40):
Yes, maybe I want somebody bigger than me.
Speaker 2 (01:00:45):
I don't want somebody that's, you know, just littler than me,
because then I feel like I'm the big one.
Speaker 6 (01:00:50):
Okay, I mean that's your preference.
Speaker 3 (01:00:53):
It's just my preference. That's it.
Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
Hey, no shade to anybody, but you know me, I
love dad body. I don't think that's gonna chang.
Speaker 4 (01:01:00):
Okay, Jeremy, you said you were a little dad bod
averse a minute ago. Let's just say you have it
dad bod and you've got a slimmy.
Speaker 1 (01:01:07):
Which one are you picking up? The dad bod versus slimmy.
Speaker 6 (01:01:09):
And I can't pick somewhere in between.
Speaker 4 (01:01:11):
No, I just laid it out. I could pick a
Dadod or a slimmy because.
Speaker 6 (01:01:15):
When I think Timothy sham shallow.
Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
May, I feel like he's called slimmy Timmy slimmy to when.
Speaker 7 (01:01:22):
I think slimmy Timmy, he doesn't have like any muscle
to him, right, so he's just very lean. I like
a little more muscle than slimmy Timmy, but I think.
Speaker 3 (01:01:31):
I feel like more of like a bulkier, a little
bit yustle.
Speaker 6 (01:01:35):
But I do like the muscle definition. I like that
for so that's okay. But I'm out on the Dadod.
Speaker 3 (01:01:41):
So you're more leaning towards slimy slimmy.
Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
If he had, I feel like you're pretty slimmy too,
so I guess it would like yeah, but a good parent.
Speaker 6 (01:01:49):
I definitely want him to be less slimmy than me.
Speaker 2 (01:01:53):
So you want a guy that's bigger than you too.
Ye see, it's just it's a thing. It's a thing.
Speaker 11 (01:01:57):
Now.
Speaker 3 (01:01:57):
Also in the study, they did you know or a men, like, well,
how do you want your women?
Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
And oh hell no, And surprisingly it was kind of
like the opposite. They wanted somebody who was more uh softer, curveer.
It wasn't like ultra slimmy.
Speaker 3 (01:02:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:02:17):
Interesting, Yeah you said that was also part of this
new study.
Speaker 1 (01:02:21):
Yeah, it just is just it is.
Speaker 3 (01:02:27):
Also just speaking of what we want on guys.
Speaker 2 (01:02:30):
Now, hockey butt. What hockey butt is a muscular butt.
We want from a button, want fixed thighs and hockey
butt on our men. Now I'm not mad at so
there you go.
Speaker 4 (01:02:42):
Isn't hockey butt the same thing as like baseball butt
because baseball baseball, but baseball players were always they got butts.
Speaker 1 (01:02:50):
You generate a.
Speaker 4 (01:02:51):
Lot of power hitting from you from your glues. I
never noticed you've never known about baseball butt.
Speaker 6 (01:02:57):
No, you've never seen them in their tight pants.
Speaker 3 (01:03:00):
Yeah maybe the ones I've seen or I've looked at
it didn't really have butts. So I don't know, talk
to the butt.
Speaker 2 (01:03:05):
I wait, I mean, do is there such thing as
football butt? I feel like their pants are so tired
that smashes down any but they have.
Speaker 1 (01:03:12):
Yeah to the baseball players.
Speaker 3 (01:03:15):
Interesting or now I'm not going I quick search on
baseball butts.
Speaker 4 (01:03:18):
I've never noticed hockey butt before, and I've watched a
lot of playoff hockey, and I've never liked tacky butt
butts on these guys.
Speaker 3 (01:03:24):
It's a thing. All right, We're going to continue this
meeting in the ladies room.
Speaker 4 (01:03:28):
Coming up next the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine,
The JV Show.
Speaker 2 (01:03:33):
I'm Selina and I'm just before we get back to
Dadbod talk on the JV Show, Ludacris is performing a
great resort in Casino this weekend weekend, you guys, is
there still tickets available?
Speaker 3 (01:03:44):
I know some people that like I might want to go. Yeah, great,
I know some people. It's me. It's like when someone
says I have a friend, but it's yourself.
Speaker 1 (01:03:50):
Yeah, it's me.
Speaker 6 (01:03:52):
Graters Orcasino dot com.
Speaker 3 (01:03:53):
You can go there right now.
Speaker 7 (01:03:54):
There is the full lineup of events, and yes, you
can still get tickets for Ludacris for this week day.
Speaker 1 (01:04:01):
Weekend already there.
Speaker 4 (01:04:02):
I mean, look, Bottle Rock sold out and he's one
of the headliners on Sunday.
Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
Right, Oh that's right.
Speaker 4 (01:04:08):
So you want to see and avoid the chaos and
the I don't know, I mean, you can't be scalping
tickets or whatever to get in on Sunday. Go to
Grayton Heavy be awesome, all right.
Speaker 2 (01:04:19):
According to a new study, Dad Bods, you guys, are
on thin eyes buddies, okay, because ladies are kind of
leaning more towards the slimmer leaner men think.
Speaker 3 (01:04:31):
Timothy Chalomay slimmy's as you call it, I call them
slimmys now, just made that up. We have a few.
Speaker 15 (01:04:36):
Talkbacks show just weighing on the dad bogs topicvig here
from the East Bay, Selena, I agree with you.
Speaker 1 (01:04:43):
I could never get someone who wears smaller and no offense.
Speaker 8 (01:04:46):
It's just not my vibe.
Speaker 11 (01:04:48):
Dad bods or forever.
Speaker 1 (01:04:49):
All right, you guys have a great day.
Speaker 3 (01:04:51):
Thank you, dad bods forever.
Speaker 1 (01:04:53):
Dad bods are forever.
Speaker 3 (01:04:55):
I don't know, and I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:04:57):
I just like, I like being with the bigger guy.
I love, I love a dad bod And I hope
my husband doesn't get offended.
Speaker 3 (01:05:03):
By me saying that.
Speaker 2 (01:05:05):
But I just for me, that's what I'm attracted to.
And maybe maybe part of it is is that that, like,
I feel so safe right around a guy that's just
like bigger. Like, what is a slimmy What is slimmy
Timmy gonna do for me?
Speaker 1 (01:05:18):
Slimmy Timmy might have a mean right hook that he
can throw. You don't know, it doesn't look like it.
I don't know that.
Speaker 4 (01:05:24):
I don't see something dude with a dad bod and
be like that dude can fight like you know what
I mean, it's sort of the same.
Speaker 2 (01:05:30):
Well, I feel safer around my dad bod.
Speaker 10 (01:05:32):
All right, listen, I love me a dadbod, A little
jelly and the belly never hurt nobody.
Speaker 4 (01:05:40):
See this is a dadbod awareness. Most apparently we're all
supporting your dad Bob.
Speaker 1 (01:05:46):
All right, good morning, jav.
Speaker 15 (01:05:47):
Show that he's from dad bod. Arm Can I say
fire like all those like you know, skinny and like
super cut and like you know, you could see the
lines on the ads and all that that was back
in the nineties. That was you know, in the early
two thousands, and really dad Bod that looked like at
the same time he works out at the same time,
(01:06:10):
you know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (01:06:10):
It's like an in between. Those are the hottest thing
right now. I would agree.
Speaker 4 (01:06:17):
Okay, I do have a question though, yes for the dead,
because he says, you know, the lines on the abs
and stuff that's out. If you were to pull one
hundred dad bod men, would you rather have a dad
bod stomach or.
Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
Would you rather have like cut abs.
Speaker 4 (01:06:31):
What percentage of percentage of guys would want cut absu?
Speaker 3 (01:06:35):
Probably all of them.
Speaker 1 (01:06:36):
Yeah it'll be one hundred. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:06:38):
Yeah, But doesn't it feel better knowing that we don't
really care about that?
Speaker 1 (01:06:41):
No? I do.
Speaker 4 (01:06:42):
I mean, I think that's great news. I can't take
the apps just wants that.
Speaker 3 (01:06:46):
Yeah, I'll take the good morning guys.
Speaker 12 (01:06:47):
This is so many Selena. How have you not heard
of the baseball bubble? But that was supposed to be
what I looked for in a husband, and instead I
didn't and hince, why I'm getting divorced?
Speaker 3 (01:06:56):
But I digress.
Speaker 12 (01:06:58):
Google the ace player that took a baseball to the
butt like he threw it back. It like jiggled in
slow motion. Oh my gosh, So this summer around definitely
finding me a baseball player.
Speaker 3 (01:07:08):
You heard, have a good morning guy. I do remember that.
I do remember that. That No, that guy, So do
they all have butts like that? I honestly I never
noticed it, never looked never heard of baseball.
Speaker 1 (01:07:19):
But you've never heard of baseball?
Speaker 2 (01:07:21):
No, I actually haven't. But that guy do you remember
talking about that video? And like, yeah, he was just
he had a juicy one.
Speaker 3 (01:07:27):
But that's I don't know. That's the only one I've
ever really looked at.
Speaker 4 (01:07:31):
I guess look around major League Baseball. A lot of
juicy ones out there.
Speaker 3 (01:07:35):
Why why are you say that so creepily.
Speaker 4 (01:07:36):
I'm just saying, there's a lot. And I'm watching the
video right just watching the video right now.
Speaker 2 (01:07:40):
You pulled that up quick, yeah, and it saved on
his phone already, that's why. All right, Well, thank you
everyone for leaving those talkbacks. Today's hat is Trending is
coming up next. Experts are weighing in on Pete Davids' situation.
I told you that he and his baby mama they're
broken up. They're at odds a pair. Only there's a
joke he told on stage, and this is a while back,
(01:08:02):
but they're saying it's not going to farewell for him.
Speaker 3 (01:08:05):
In course, that's not honest.
Speaker 11 (01:08:09):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
Let's start with this, the icky reason Jacob Elordi might
be dating Kendall Jenner.
Speaker 3 (01:08:24):
Sorry for all the Jacob Elordi talks to see, by
the way, it's a lot.
Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
Yes, look him up. I guarantee you you'd recognize him.
Actually maybe not knowing you, but look him up. Jacob Elordi.
Yesterday we talked about how his team was concerned that
dating a Kardashian or card Jenner could derail his acting career,
you know, the Kardashian curse for those aren't familiar. But
according to these new reports, that doesn't matter because the
(01:08:49):
source is claiming that he's with Kendall to up his career.
He wants a high profile relationships, so people say, talking
about him on and off the screen. He's embracing this
relationship because this is what could project him to even
more movie roles and TV show roles.
Speaker 3 (01:09:07):
Do you guys think there's any truth to this?
Speaker 1 (01:09:09):
Sure could be, Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:09:11):
Yes, there could be.
Speaker 7 (01:09:13):
I mean he's dated a lot of celebrities I think though,
but not a car gener out a car like you
don't get any bigger than.
Speaker 3 (01:09:18):
A card Genner.
Speaker 4 (01:09:19):
Get your bag, king, get your bag, is all I
got to say. I mean, we see this all the
time and lots of different celebrity relationships, right, Yeah, there's
somebody sort of using somebody as a stepping stone to
further their career, and you know, get a nice chunk
of dough and some nice gifts along the way.
Speaker 2 (01:09:38):
Some people are some people are pointing out though that
he's already like pretty well known, and he is already
booking big acting gigs, and he's he's always been kind
of like private and personal with his with his his personal.
Speaker 3 (01:09:50):
Life, and so maybe he doesn't. He doesn't.
Speaker 2 (01:09:54):
He's never seen like, he never seem like the type
of person who would want the publicity.
Speaker 7 (01:09:58):
I can see that too, because again, he already had
that role in Euphoria, which was huge. He's done a
lot of movies during that pause that Euphoria had, so
it's he's not had a hard time.
Speaker 2 (01:10:09):
He's the one that uh tainted the bathwater that Barry
Kyogen drink as well.
Speaker 3 (01:10:15):
That was a big thing for him.
Speaker 1 (01:10:16):
That is a very noteworthy moment in his career.
Speaker 4 (01:10:19):
I mean, sure he's got you know, he's done well
for himself and he's got some prominent roles.
Speaker 1 (01:10:24):
Jacob A LORDI household name. It helps if you're dating.
Speaker 4 (01:10:27):
A Okay, yeah, no dating a Kardashian Jenner, right.
Speaker 3 (01:10:31):
Not household name.
Speaker 1 (01:10:32):
So there you go.
Speaker 4 (01:10:33):
Not yet this guy wants to be ultra famous, Okay,
nice little move here.
Speaker 2 (01:10:37):
But but that doesn't But that doesn't mean that their
relationship is not real.
Speaker 3 (01:10:41):
If they fall in love, I also feel like they
like it's real.
Speaker 2 (01:10:45):
Yeah, we'll see maybe do I don't know how having doubts.
Speaker 3 (01:10:48):
Do you want to make a prediction if they're gonna
last or what is the question that we're asking?
Speaker 7 (01:10:52):
Yeah, if they're gonna last, Are they gonna make it
through twenty twenty six?
Speaker 3 (01:10:55):
No? What they won't? Okay, lucky? What did you prety?
Just like it in? Yeah, okay, sorry. If Pete Davidson goes.
Speaker 2 (01:11:04):
To court for custody, it might not end in his favor.
So things are not there yet. Let me just say
that we just learned this week that he and his
non celebrity girlfriends Elsie Hewitt have broken up. They have
a little baby girl who's only a few months old.
But there's an expert weighing in, like, if this does
go to court, if they can't settle things out of court,
it's not going to be a good look for Pete.
For one, a kid needs stability. Pete is always gone
(01:11:26):
traveling doing you know, comedy shows all over the country.
That's actually one of the reasons why he and Elsie
didn't work out because she felt not supported because he
wasn't physically there. He was out working trying to make money.
He also this expert also points to a joke that
Pete said in Vegas last month. I don't think we
ever talked about talked about it on the show, but
(01:11:48):
he was doing a stand up set in Vegas and
he told the crowd, I haven't done stand up in
five months because I just had a baby. So it's
a lot of fun. You know, I had a little girl.
It's weird having a girl. It's hard to watch porn
in front of her, but I still did it powered through.
Speaker 1 (01:12:02):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (01:12:03):
Yeah, So those experts like, yeah, the judge is going
to look at things like that and be like, uh,
that is unfit parent behavior.
Speaker 1 (01:12:10):
It's a joke. He is a comedian, he's a comic.
Speaker 3 (01:12:14):
Does the judge care? Will the judge care?
Speaker 4 (01:12:16):
I would assume that a judge will a brain would
factor that into account that Like.
Speaker 2 (01:12:21):
But you can also argue that a lot of jokes
stem from real life experiences, but.
Speaker 6 (01:12:25):
As a comedian, you kind of I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:12:27):
I just think he's pushing the envelope. Prove that in court.
Speaker 3 (01:12:31):
Well, it sounds like circumstantial evidence to me.
Speaker 4 (01:12:33):
You just say, that's a bit I'm doing. I'm doing
a bit like and.
Speaker 7 (01:12:38):
He's not a new comedian, so he's been doing this forever.
I'm sure he said even worse things.
Speaker 1 (01:12:43):
Right, But.
Speaker 2 (01:12:45):
I mean, we have we have rappers that are having
their music used as evidence in court.
Speaker 3 (01:12:50):
I mean, why not stand up sets?
Speaker 4 (01:12:52):
I don't know if every stand up comics entire, you know,
catalog of every joke they said, none, no stand up
common would have custody of their children.
Speaker 1 (01:13:02):
That's a good point, you know what I mean? Well,
except Nate Bargatsy. His stand up comedy's pretty clean. But
do you know what I mean, Like, yeah, it's comedy.
Speaker 3 (01:13:10):
Yeah, but I feel like a lot of what you're
referencing they're not talking about their kids.
Speaker 6 (01:13:15):
That we know.
Speaker 4 (01:13:17):
Tons of comics talk about their kids and their acts,
tons of them.
Speaker 2 (01:13:20):
Okay, well, I don't know that's an if. Obviously it's
not there yet. They're not going to court yet. Hopefully
they can settle workings out outside of the courtroom.
Speaker 3 (01:13:28):
Grammy, what do you have for right?
Speaker 4 (01:13:29):
The used Department of Health and Human Services announced yesterday
some new guidelines in the amount of screen time kids
should be limited to. And let me know if you
think these are at all realistic in twenty twenty six,
we currently don't have a surgeon General that's usually who
would issue something like this. These guidelines put forth by
our Secretary of Health RFK Junior, And they were created,
they say, in collaboration with some psychologists, pediatricians, and some
(01:13:50):
other health experts. And here's what they came up with.
No screens for children younger than eighteen months okay, with
like TV too, Yeah, screens.
Speaker 3 (01:14:01):
Okay, it's going to be difficult for a lot of people. Okay,
go ahead.
Speaker 1 (01:14:04):
Is difficult.
Speaker 4 (01:14:04):
There was difficult because ESLNA, you have kids no screen
Were you able to keep screens away from your children
before they're eighteen months old?
Speaker 3 (01:14:11):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:14:12):
Yeah, me neither. My kids already My kids had a
favorite we already addicted.
Speaker 4 (01:14:16):
My kids had favorite movies before they're eighteen months all right,
less than one hour a day for children younger than
six years old.
Speaker 3 (01:14:24):
That's comic cool. How else is going to babysit them?
Speaker 1 (01:14:27):
That's good, that's a good point.
Speaker 4 (01:14:29):
My kids had multiple favorite movies by the time they
were six, and they were all longer than one hour
long and two hours a day max for kids that
are seven to eighteen two hours.
Speaker 1 (01:14:42):
Of screen time, Yes, that's it. Do you think that
is a realistic expectation?
Speaker 3 (01:14:48):
No? Not once they get phones.
Speaker 1 (01:14:52):
Sorry, that's the new guidelines. Put the phone down after
two hours.
Speaker 2 (01:14:55):
I mean it should be that. I agree with that,
that's what we should all strive for. But easier said
than done.
Speaker 4 (01:14:59):
What do you you think the average I don't have
the stat in front of me. What are you just
based on your own experience of having a young teen
in your house, what do you think the average amount
of screen time a day is? And even I mean
we talked to our very own cheety who's in she's
gonna be in tomorrow on the show, as she was
averaging nine to eleven hours a screen time a day
and she's not a child. But what do you think
that the teens are at.
Speaker 1 (01:15:20):
These days and a half?
Speaker 2 (01:15:23):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:15:23):
At least ten minimum?
Speaker 2 (01:15:25):
Ten ten minimum, yeah, because they're on it all day
at school, right they go home. My daughter has a
TV in her room and she won't even she watches
Netflix on her phone.
Speaker 1 (01:15:34):
I'm like, you have a TV, make that make show?
Speaker 3 (01:15:37):
Yeah, I don't know, so yeah, ten minimum, that's on
the light end.
Speaker 1 (01:15:42):
Yeah, I think they're ten hours in just in the
first half of until that the JV show on Wild
ninety four to nine.
Speaker 10 (01:15:48):

Jess telling me how people are like outraged that I
don't know a group or somebody is going to be
auctioning off X rays of Marilyn Monroe's pelvis and chest.
Speaker 10 (01:17:02):
Huh.
Speaker 7 (01:17:02):
I want to know how you guys feel about this,
because I'm I don't even know how this is allowed.
Speaker 2 (01:17:08):
I mean, but these are like like X rays like
her bones, X rays.
Speaker 6 (01:17:13):
Of her bones, but in X rays.
Speaker 2 (01:17:17):
I was gonna say, doesn't that seem like more of
like who cares? It's not like you can really see anything.
Speaker 1 (01:17:21):
Yeah, I don't want to see. I have zero interesting
you saw that.
Speaker 3 (01:17:24):
You wouldn't even know who belongs to, right, It could
be anybody.
Speaker 6 (01:17:27):
But don't you think it's still like crossing a line?
Speaker 7 (01:17:30):
First of all, if you do google like pelvis X rays,
I think there it's just you can see a little
bit more than just the bone.
Speaker 3 (01:17:36):
Sometimes I'm looking and computer.
Speaker 7 (01:17:40):
At least that's that's from from what I've I've heard,
and a woman specifically took to social media to get
help from somebody with a lot of disposable cash to
help her buy the X rays, to burn them or
get rid of them somehow, because she was like, Marilyn
just needs to be left to rest in peace, Like
this needs to stop.
Speaker 1 (01:18:00):
Can't we take a peek at her pelvis?
Speaker 3 (01:18:02):
Because I don't know, it seems like it's crossing a line.
Speaker 4 (01:18:04):
Don't you think if I'm dead, you guys can have
an X ray of every single thing you can look at.
You can look at all of my bones. I don't
care I'm dead.
Speaker 7 (01:18:14):
So along with that, there apparently is there's also some
letters that are being sold of letters that she wrote
about her experience in a psychiatric facility.
Speaker 2 (01:18:27):
I would be more upset about that because that's something
very personal to her, But like picture of her bones, Yeah,
I don't know, I'm just not like as outraged.
Speaker 4 (01:18:36):
I guess how old is the pelvis that we're looking at?
Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
So, like, how old was she?
Speaker 7 (01:18:41):
She was about to turn one hundred? She would be
turning one hundred in June. No, sorry, like that's not
what I meant, Like she would be turning one hundred now,
But then I don't know about then, Okay, so they're
(01:19:02):
selling these because she would be turning one hundred.
Speaker 3 (01:19:05):
Got it, That's what I meant. Got it.
Speaker 1 (01:19:07):
Marilyn Monroe died at the age of thirty six.
Speaker 7 (01:19:09):
But you know, yeah, but you know that there's like
a sick person out there that wants to buy these
for like the sickery of it.
Speaker 3 (01:19:17):
But like other people out there that are getting turned
on by X rays.
Speaker 7 (01:19:21):
I don't know there's people out there that get turned
on by weirder things or like.
Speaker 3 (01:19:25):
Less weird things, you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (01:19:27):
I don't think that's what this is being used for.
Speaker 4 (01:19:30):
I think it's just a piece of celebrity memorabilia.
Speaker 1 (01:19:33):
As weird as it is.
Speaker 3 (01:19:36):
I'm nine out.
Speaker 6 (01:19:37):
I think it's strange.
Speaker 3 (01:19:38):
It's weird. It is. It's strange, it's weird, but I'm
not like mad.
Speaker 4 (01:19:41):
How much are these things going to sell for? I
doubt there's that big of a market for them.
Speaker 6 (01:19:46):
You'd be surprised. I think they ended up taking it
down after the outrage.
Speaker 4 (01:19:49):
So really okay, and happy birthday to Maryland. She's turning
one hundred today.
Speaker 6 (01:19:54):
You would be turning one hundred in June.
Speaker 1 (01:19:56):
