Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's Tuesday again.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
Yeah, baby Friday.
Speaker 1 (00:03):
No that Thursdays?
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Is it like actually like a little itty bitty bitty
baby Friday. Yeah, because somebody Friday. Yeah, that sounds like
kind of what in the planned parenthood? And somebody left
a talk back earlier on this morning's live show saying
happy baby Friday, everybody. And so I'm just from now
on Tuesdays going to be the new baby Friday.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
It doesn't make sense.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
Yeah, but doesn't get you excited that, like you're almost
all the way through the week, We're not.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
Oh, anyways, Tuesdays we do do our Wild Thoughts podcast.
That's why we're here. That's why you're here. You have
a couple of talk backs. Let's kick things off with those.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
Good Morning jav show. This is for the Wild Top podcast.
For the last week, I've been asking Selena diy Selena
feel it? But she told us that last week she
had family members over. So I've been wondering, did Selena
got some hm hmm. Let us know this is a
(01:02):
Wildtop podcast, so she should be able to steal all
the beams.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Okay, so let's now turn to our very own Selena
and ask did Selena got some which is what he
asked there because he said you had some family in town.
Does he mean did you got some from your family members?
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
I'm a little confused by that me too.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Did do you have some family members staying with your research?
Speaker 3 (01:25):
No, I mean we had people come visit, and that's
when we were in San Francisco that one day.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Oh that is like it happened.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
But even if we do have somebody spend the night,
I mean, yeah, we still get some. It's our house,
we live there.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Okay, So then did Selina got some?
Speaker 1 (01:39):
I might have got some. I don't remember. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Okay, but thoughts podcast, so like you just tell us all,
tell us all about it. Did Selena got so?
Speaker 3 (01:49):
Well, it started when I was like going to bed, right,
uh huh. And then I always know that it's going
to happen.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
How do you know what's the sign?
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Well, just because.
Speaker 3 (01:58):
It's nighttime and I'm going to bed, and that's usually
when it happens.
Speaker 1 (02:01):
You want to get sleep, It's always expected. Sometimes it doesn't.
I'm like, oh I can, I can go straight to sleep.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
But I always at least, uh, you know, make it
very obvious that I'm trying to go to sleep, and
then you know, then here comes my husband and he's
awake and he's like doing work. But then he closes
his laptop and he like pretends like he's going to
sleep too, but he's not.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
He's not really tired.
Speaker 4 (02:21):
There.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
I'm already sleeping for a little bit. Just to make
it seem like, what now, you're so crazy?
Speaker 2 (02:27):
Maybe, but then he doesn't take no for an answer, and.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
Then it just happens and yeah, okay, thank you for sure,
You're welcome. Anyway, we have another.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
Talk back and second talk back for the Wild Top podcast.
Instead of take to do it while you have guests
from out of town in your own house. I mean
it's risky, but it is your own house. I don't know,
go around the room and answer the question. Come on, guys,
(02:59):
it's the Wild Top Podcast. Let's get wild.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
Yeah, let's get wild. Boo. Selena, you already alluded to
that answer that if you got people staying with you,
it's your house, that house.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
I'll do what I want.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
You've got some if you want, Jess, how do you
feel like, let's say you have some families staying with
you and your fiance would your man got some.
Speaker 5 (03:21):
I feel like, like Selena said, it's your house, so
you could do.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
Whatever you get to the mic just oh.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
This is a podcast. I'm gonna speak into the microphone.
Speaker 5 (03:31):
Yeah, I feel like you could do whatever you want.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
It's your house.
Speaker 5 (03:34):
I would be very careful that nobody can hear obviously, Yeah, right, but.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
I think it's house dependent. Right, if your guests are
sleeping and it's a shared wall like and or your
doors are those ones that are made out of cardboard,
you know, they're like paper thin. The sound goes right
through them, and they're in close proximity, maybe that's when
you skip. But if you're in like separate parts of
the house or that it's not like a shared wall,
(04:01):
I don't think there's any issue with I don't think
it's like dangerous to got some on those guys.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
I think you can got some even if it is
a shared wall. Just be just be quieter, Yeah, you
know to the TV.
Speaker 5 (04:11):
Would you feel some type of way if you went
and stayed at somebody's house and you heard them gotting
some like and you were there.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
I think I'd be really start if anything, because it's
it's if I'm saying that somebody's house is probably a
family member and like I don't want to hear that shit, But.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
But it's their fucking house.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
Like you just exactly do what you like. I have
no say over what you do in your house. But
they would probably feel the same and be like, okay,
like let me just be quiet because there's guests here. Yeah,
but like I wouldn't do it at somebody else's house.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
That was going to be my next question. You're staying
with some friends, they have a guest bedroom, whatever, would
you ever got some then?
Speaker 1 (04:48):
See that's different.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Really is that off limits?
Speaker 3 (04:51):
I wouldn't say off I mean, I'm not ruling it
completely out because you never know, you know what might happen,
but it's not ideal. I'd be a little more uncomfortable
there than like at my own house.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
But what if your husband closes his laptop extra sexily
that night and you're not that tired, then it's on.
Speaker 5 (05:08):
Maybe you had a couple of drinky drinks.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
Oh then I'm knocked out already, I'm sleeping.
Speaker 3 (05:12):
Yeah, sorry, I'm actually tired.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
And what if it's your parents' house.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
My parents have never had a guest bedroom, so that
was always.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Out of the question if they did.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
If they did, yeah, fuck it, care yeah fuck it.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
It's like it's my house. Practically their house, but like
it's like.
Speaker 5 (05:30):
It's my house, Graham, what about you?
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Yeah, I don't think it's oh well, I think it depends.
If it's the in law's house, I'm okay avoiding. If
it's my parents' house, game on, that's legit, Joe.
Speaker 5 (05:44):
Yeah, I would hate both of them. But I feel
like if it's my parents house and it's big enough
and there's an extra room, like all the.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Way, like, who's gonna know?
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Who was going to know? Graham?
Speaker 1 (05:55):
You said you had a story you wanted to share.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
Yeah, I've got an interesting article that I'm look, I'm
gonna read a bunch of this article almost verbatim because
it's just that good, and I wanted to talk about
this on the air, but I thought this has wild
thoughts written all over it, all right. It started with
a faint aroma in the air at a Devil Skin concert.
Devil Skin kind of like a metal rock band. If
(06:18):
I'm not really familiar with them, but apparently people you know,
in the crowd, a lot of jumping people are really
into their music. Like yes, and I'm we're gonna get
to the moshpit in a second. But they said this
faint aroma in the crowd. People struggled to figure out
what it was at first. Then people in the moshpit
discovered that their feet were sticky ew, and the stench
(06:42):
got worse and worse and that, and they said this
happened halfway through Devil Skin set. Somebody said, quote, it
was a rock and metal concert. There was a lot
of jumping, and eventually this is a direct quote. And
then eventually someone must have like looked down and noticed
that there was just a huge shit completely spread out
(07:03):
all in the mashpit, like all over the floor. It's
on people's feet. People were wearing skirts, and shit is
up their legs and stuff. And then this one girl
just went ba and vomited on the shit, and then
everyone else starts vomiting.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Oh my god, Now.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
To the actual turd again. I'm gonna read direct quotes.
This happened in the moshpit at a concert. I'm not
sure it's the University of Otago's Union hall. Is somebody
look up University of Otago, o tag O. I don't
know where that is. Okay, they said that this person
I look at the New Zealand, Yeah, all right, somebody's there.
(07:43):
Now they start talking about the actual shit before it
got as stepped on. This is a direct quote from
this article. It was huge, like massive. I haven't seen
one that big before. Another person said, I thought it
was some guy's shoe. It was so big it was unbelievable.
These are direct quotes from the people that saw the
shit on the ground, and all of them described it
(08:04):
as huge. So it was a massive turd. Then it
got stepped on, and once people started realizing what they
were stepping on, the one girl puked and then everybody
started puking. They had to pause the concert for a
period of time while they attempted to clean it up. Now, look,
people went streaming for the exits, and they say in
the foyer area out there, there were people bawling their
(08:27):
eyes out. They said it was like people were in hysterics.
There's another quote.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
If you stepped in somebody's shit and it was smeared
all up your legs.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
I don't know if I would be crying uncontrollably, but
maybe this is another direct quote. There was one lady
with vomiting her hair, shit on her legs and just crying, crying, crying.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
Yeah, I would cry.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Everybody's in hysterics again. They stepped on the world's the
biggest herd in amash pit and it spread to everyone
and then everybody started barfing all over everybody else. Now, okay,
they paused the concert. The concert that later resumes after
some clean cleaning. They say there was a very large
empty circle near the stage where no one wanted to
(09:06):
go back and dance again. So even once it had
been cleaned, the crowd remained discuss leaving a large opening
around them.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
You shut down the whole thing.
Speaker 5 (09:16):
There's no cleaning involved that would have actually gotten everything
out of there, the smell.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
So here's my question. Are people now doing concert shits
on purpose? We talked about them happening at Coachella. Nobody
wanted to lose their place for the Bieber set Noah Con.
It happened at a Noah Con concert. Somebody shit their
seat there. I guess it happened at further noa Con concerts,
because he's even posted about it, calling it poopgate or whatever.
(09:42):
And I think it happened at it at a show
after that he's out on tour right now, and I
follow Noacon, He's my boy. And there has been some
other incidents, and now we have this one during a
Devilskin concert where somebody unleashed the biggest turd that somebody
thought it was a shoe on the floor. Are we
devolving as a society? Are these targeted poop bandit attacks?
What's your theory?
Speaker 3 (10:03):
Maybe it is more so on purpose, because even Olivia
Rodrigo said that she smelled like the diapers, and the
people in the front row, at least her fans, you know,
are thinking ahead enough to be like, oh, I should
pound on a fucking diaper.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
Yeah, and these other people aren't.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
But I mean it has to be on purpose, because
on purpose, because you could easily walk away and go
to the bathroom.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
You're just being lazy, but I don't.
Speaker 5 (10:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
And in this instance, like a devil Skin, like we're
not talking about fifty thousand people and you've got the
prime front row. Is that a call lot? This is
in like some auditorium, Like you'll be able to fight
your way back to the front of the mash pit
at Devil Skin. You don't need to unleash.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
It, do you think it was a taxid it maybe
it fell out of one of those girl's skirts.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Yeah, I mean we have seen that here around the
office before, so that is like, that's a possibility. And
they said there was a lot of jumping, so maybe
someone was jumping up and down.
Speaker 1 (10:49):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (10:50):
He jumped right out of them and hit the floor. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (10:52):
I think it's a part of that, and partly like
people can't really control their liquors sometimes when they're out and.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
About, specially just open up.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
And never have I been so drunk that I dropped
a shit out of my fucking line.
Speaker 5 (11:04):
I mean every single thing, every single story that I
keep hearing about somebody either like peeing or going number two.
They're like super drunk at a concert. But also like, hello,
where's like the human decency? Like it's gone down the
drain now because people cannot.
Speaker 2 (11:20):
I think we've devolved, Like I think we've the number
of concert shits lately is just like we are, we've
hit rock bottom as a society. AI should take over.
We're not worthy. We're just out here shitting on the
ground like animals.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
And I know for fact I would throw up if
I did smell that. I was one of those people
that throws.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
After Imagine, yeah, you step on the turd right, realize
that it's a turn and it's up your leg because
you've been jumping up. You've been jumped around, and then
you throw up, and then that causes the next person
to throw up, and it's just a chain reaction and
before you know it, everybody in the mosh pit.
Speaker 1 (11:51):
Other people throw up. Would make me throw up.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
Oh yeah, and if somebuddy barfed on you, that would.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Make you sat back.
Speaker 5 (11:59):
Yeah, one thing I would ever go to a concert
after that?
Speaker 2 (12:01):
Have you guys ever been in a mosh pit? By
the way, I wanted to ask that.
Speaker 1 (12:04):
Also not participating in one.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
Yeah, we have you ever been to like too dangerous?
Have you ever been to like a real rock show
where there was a legit wash pit?
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Like I went to like twice.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
There you go, they had that's for sure.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
They got crazy there.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
I don't know if I've been to anything very rocky,
but I've I've been to shows that we're rock adjacent. Okay,
maybe I don't know there was there's moshing going on, yeah,
but like that's my cue to like stay away, Like
I don't want that.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
There's like different levels of mash pits. You know, some
shows there'll be a couple of people kind of like
you know, running and jumping into each other and they
think it's it. And then there are shows where like
a real washpit of ups and it's like scary, you know, yeah,
like it's insane. I've been to like some Rage Against
the Machine concerts in the past and stuff like that
where some some of these mosh pits open up and
you're like, I'm gonna die in here.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
Oh you know what they Yeah, actually I have Travis
Scott's Oh there you go.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
They were washing there. Yeah, ye, not near me, Thank god.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
I got my nose crushed one time I was wash pitted.
It looks like that, yep, and uh wow, shots shots shots, shots. No.
I mean I've told this story before. I was like
right on the edge of a mosh pit at Shoreline
and maybe I'd partaken in a little bit. I can't
(13:24):
really remember, but I was standing at the end. I
wasn't involved it at the moment, and something I don't
know what hit me. It was an elbow or somebody
like I got from my nose got crushed and like
I get bloody nose easily, but my nose was pointed
off to one side and dude, wait, broke, blood just
spewing out of me. And I wasn't wearing a shirt
at the time, you know, hitting people with the flex
(13:45):
and I just remember like walking because I'm like, I'm
walking down there, I have nothing to soak the blood
up with because I didn't have my shirt with me.
It was like back on our like where our stuff
was on our blanket, so I didn't have anything, and
I just remember this. I've told this story before, but
I remember this woman just like grabbing it like a
stack of kleenex out of her purse, and she wouldn't
even hand it to me. She like threw it at
me because there was like so much blood. The blood
(14:07):
was like squirting out of my face. It was disgusting.
And then in the medic tent, I I reset my
nose back in because I was like, I'm not having
a funk. I don't want my nose to be crooked
like this. It was curved off. It was legit curved, yes,
And I fucking took it with my two hands and
I snapped it.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
Let like the doctor do it or something.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
They're like, they weren't going to do They won't, they
won't do that. In that medic tent, I would have
to like go to urgent care, and I'm like, we.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Were here, you didn't go to the hospital.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
No. I snapped this fucker back. He went about your day,
kaled ice and the stuff on my face got the
blood all wiped off of me while I was in
the medic tent and cleaned up and then went back
and fucking raged for the rest of the concert. Oh
my god, that was one of the more painful things ever,
because I'm telling you, like I got crushed in the face.
They whatever hit me, never hit me. It was so hard.
But I'd rather have that happen than step on a
(14:55):
ship and then get vomited on.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
I genuinely think if that happened to me, I had
to pass out, Like if somebody hit my nose that hard,
Like even just looking at my nose.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
I can't even.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
Yeah, I fix it pretty good. It's still like not
perfectly straight, but for the most part, it's pretty straight.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
Can you breathe.
Speaker 5 (15:12):
Normally make a piggy nose because.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
They yeah, let me see your if your septum is
they said, oh no, it's really crooked.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Hey, you could qualify now for a nose job, Like,
do you breathe better if you do that?
Speaker 2 (15:26):
I breathe better if I pull my nostril open to
the side.
Speaker 1 (15:30):
One of them is really smaller.
Speaker 5 (15:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
Can you can actually see that? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (15:35):
No, I'm serious.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
No, this side, well, I got hit in a basketball
game going for a rebound on this side by an elbow,
and I've never been able to breathe ever the same
ever since that side. If I like, if I wore
like a breathe right strip, you know, if I like
pull my nostril open to the side, I breathe perfectly clear.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
But as it is like now, probably a lot of
scar tissue in there.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
Yeah. This dude's elbow, he had the poigniest little elbows
and he swung one. Dude caught me right, and I
heard it pop. I heard it and then I could
push on it and something was crackling around.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
Doctor. That's the best.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
No, I'm not getting just saying no, just living life.
You should do it.
Speaker 5 (16:10):
But like while you're there, might as well.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
Just get like a keats a little like, yeah.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
Turn it out like the end turned up just a
little bit.
Speaker 1 (16:17):
A lot of people use like j Loo. Yeah, yeah,
get that.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
J knows Okay, No, I'll just live with the crappy
breathing that sounds. Anyways. That concludes my devil skin turn
in the mosh pit story.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
Is it devil skin or double skin?
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Devil skin?
Speaker 1 (16:34):
Devil skin different from Lambskin?
Speaker 2 (16:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Do you know what lambskin is?
Speaker 5 (16:38):
Is that another band?
Speaker 2 (16:40):
No? Okay, I guess it could be. I don't want
to know.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
Yeah, alright, alright, bye bye
