Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're waking up in the morning. Kiss morning in the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Sorry, I was just connecting with someone on Instagram about
the show, etcetera. All right, you have a chance to
win Wallows tickets. They're coming to the Brady one of
my new favorite bands. I discovered them when they within
the last six months, and when I found out they
were coming here, I was.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
Like, Ooho, Wallows, look them up. You have a chance
to win.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
In like ten minutes with the keyword TV, I want
to know what you're watching. And the reason why we're
doing this on a Monday is, you know, typically we
cover what you watched over the weekend and what are
you gonna put on over the week because it's that
time of year where we're just stuck inside, kind of
stuck inside at night, especially with the snow and the Yeah,
(00:53):
you're trying to save money and be a little bit healthier.
I get it land in front of the TV a
little bit more. And Severance is coming out on Friday.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Okay, you've heard me talk about Apple TV. These people
should be paying me, Tim Cook. What's good?
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Because I hype Apple TV so hard. It's one of
my favorite platforms. There's not It is my favor. I
think it's my favorite. There are not a lot of
things on the platform itself, is me like, you're not
scrolling trailers for hours and hours, but what they do
put out is really high quality. And there's this show
called Severance that stars Derek from Step Brothers.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
I don't know his real name. I just call him
Derek forever ingrained into my brain.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
Is Derek and it's very good, very good, And the
second season launches on Friday. There's a couple of other
great shows on there that I've mentioned before, like Silo
or Loot Loot. If you're a comedy fan, Maya Rudolph
is in that one. Apple TV is the home of
ted Lass, So there's a lot of really great things
if you're looking to spice it up in the month
of January. Speaking of TV and such, the guy that
(01:54):
I'm talking to right now loves or prefers like murder.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
It's funny learning about it, you know what people like.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
And he's like true crime, true detective, murder, things of
that nature. And me, you guys know, I'm wicked naive.
I'm like, I'm not watching that. I can't watch murder
before bed. I am all about the giggly. It has
to be either like a good storyline, something silly you
throw on a Bob's Burger's episode right before bed, or
shit's greek. I'm good, you know, but anything that takes
(02:28):
too much focus with my brain or involves death or kidnapping.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
I can't watch that before bed. But my best friend Aaron.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
She she loves like twenty twenty. She'll fall asleep to
twenty twenty every night. You might be insane, clinically insane.
She's like, it's what I like. So this guy I'm
talking about, Like, we haven't found a touch point on
what to connect with TV wise yet because we both
have varying opinions on what we like to watch. So
(02:58):
I recommend severance. I think strikes a chord between the
two desires. Something that's easy to watch. It's something that
makes you pay attention, is engaged a little bit, not
a lot of murder and death, but not a lot
of laughing, you know, drives it right up the middle.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Talk back with TIF or five.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Actually, i'd love to hear your voice. Five one three
seven four nine one o seven one. What are you
watching on TV right now?
Speaker 1 (03:21):
Again? That is the keyword.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
You'll need for the Wallows tickets coming up in less
than ten minutes here on the show.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Hi, good morning.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
You're waking up with TIF in the morning on a
kiss one oh seven one with your chance to win
Wallows tickets. They're coming to the Brady in February, actually
right before Valentine's Day, and just like a minute or so.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
Don't go far.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
You'll need the keyword that I mentioned earlier in the show,
but I'm sure you can pick up a hint, hint,
hint based off of what we're talking about now.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
If only eleven year old me knew.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
What was coming in twenty twenty twenty five, I would
have looked at my parents and been like.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
You need to relax.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Remember when we watched TV growing up, when we were
glued to Disney Channel, Nickelodeon.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
Our parents would be like, you need to stop, you
need to stop.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
I guess that's probably tablet culture now, but now in
current day it's it's like a big touch point of connection.
You know, if you run out of things to talk
about on a first date, you just ask them what they're,
you know, watching on TV. It's everyone's got something that
they watch. We use it as more of a cultural
pop culture connection point and I love that. So I
(04:26):
was just chit chatting about Severance, which comes out with
a new season on Friday. It's off of Apple TV.
That's my recommendation right now.
Speaker 3 (04:33):
Is so good? All right, the first few episodes or so,
you really got to push yourself through when you get
to the last episode, which I know feels like far away,
but I'm telling you it is a jaw drop. I'm
so glad you did that report this morning because they
did not realize the new season was ready to come out.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
There you go, I got you, gal. Thanks for the
talkback with TIF. Yeah, the feedback.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
When some I know, when someone says you got to
push through the first one or two episodes, I'm usually like,
I don't have time for that.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
I'm not going to push through that.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
But I do agree it's very good. I recommend it.
I got a DM about Yellow Jackets too. They want
me to throw that one out there. Haven't seen that one.
I think that's on Paramount or Peacock. I think it's Paramount.
I haven't had a chance to mess around with Paramount
plus as of yet, so I'll take your lead on
that one.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
All right, Caller ten.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
If you have the keyword that I mentioned earlier this
hour and you want to go see the Wallows, whether
you love them like I do very much, or you
just want to experience something new and Sinsey five one three, seven,
four nine one oh seven to one.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
Good luck. In the meantime, we're still commercial frame. Good morning.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on KIS
seven to.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
One O Alicia Keys on a Monday. Hi, good morning.
I'm really hoping you have a keyword for me. Maybe
congratulations you got the keyword and you're calling over ten Nye. Yay,
You're going to see the wall in this February at
the Brady.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
I'm very excited for the show.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
Awesome, me too. Thank you.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
You're welcome.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
You're a fan of them, I am, yeah, yeah, and
I knew I'm a new fan.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
That's why I am sourcing. I've just discovered them in
the last six months and I.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
Love My niece just introduced them to me as well,
so they're quite new to me as well. So I'll
be taking time look at that.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
I love it. Okay, what's your name? By the way,
what neighborhood are you waking up with?
Speaker 3 (06:24):

sending it your way. I love Springdale.

there and I'm obsessed with that place.
Speaker 1 (06:41):

Speaker 2 (06:44):
I just discovered roosters for the first time, which is
right next door.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
That place was delicious.
Speaker 4 (06:49):
It is very very good week We do eat there too.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
I love a good chicken tend.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
While we're chit chatting, the whole conversation is about TV.
What are you watching on TV right now that you
would recommend? Or at the theater?
Speaker 1 (07:01):
Oh gosh, we oh my god.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
My husband is the movie TV person. Right now, we're
watching Superman Lowis. I know it's a little older, but
it's something met him and his son. Do you know
we have a teenager now, so we got to take
what we can.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
We can get them.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
We've been watching that and then Beast Games.
Speaker 1 (07:19):
Oh, Beast Games. I've heard great things about that. Well,
thank you for the calm.
Speaker 2 (07:24):

set a reminder to get up with Tip in the
