Two counts of sex trafficking involving Cassie and Jane Doe,
and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

They have an answer on both of those.

They haven't come up with an answer on a verdict
for the racketeering. That's the big one that Diddy carries,
and that could send him to prison for a very
long time, if not the rest of his life if
sentenced in that direction. When a verdict comes back that quick,
in my head, I'm like, m they must it must.

The judge is like, you need to get back in
there and you need to figure it out. I don't
think there's a chance that this count one will be
a mistrial.

I think the judge is gonna push really, really hard.
It's not that we haven't seen the hung jury. I mean,
look at the Karen Reed trial up in Boston. That
was a hung jury. That was a mistrial, and they
went back at it and she was found not guilty.

to convict Diddy, the jury must find that he agreed

Combs enterprise to commit two predicate acts within ten years
of each other. What falls underneath those predicate acts, according
to the jury instruction, are eight qualifying crimes kidnapping, arson, bribery,
witness tampering, forced labor, sex trafficking, transportation for the purpose

of prostitution, and drug distribution. Although I thought that the
