There's been a flurry of activity over the weekend all to do with the Middle East. As part of Donald Trump's "Deal of the Century", the White House announced Sunday afternoon the first part of its Middle East peace proposal. Meanwhile, President Trump ratcheted up his rhetoric toward Iran, warning that a fight with the United States would "be the official end of Iran." "If Iran wants to fight, that will be the official end of Iran," Trump said in a tweet. "Never threaten the United States again!" This follows both Iran and Saudi Arabia saying over the weekend that they don't want to go to war, but will defend themselves if needed. We ask the question: Will Trump's Middle East plan work?
