Speaker 1 (00:21):
How can I help you? Hi? Well, we're just calling
to check in with you. The bike should be there
any day, and I hope you're excited about it.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Yeah, it's a Christmas present for my husband asking me
for this for years, so I only decided to get
him one.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Well, thank you so much. And it's just a courtesy
call to check in with you, letting you know that
the envelope should be there any day and also if
you're ever interested in a full size let.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Us know what I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Envelope. Yes, it should be there in the next few days.
Coming to Manila. Envelope do you mean what do you
mean is going to come in an envelope?

Speaker 2 (01:03):
I ordered a two thousand dollars bike an envelope.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Yes, the version that you ordered, though, just does it

was necessary. But like I said, if you're ever interested
in a full sized version, just let me know and
we can work it out.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Wait a second, Wait a second, Hold on a second,
it's just ridiculous. Are you telling me that you or
I purchased a two thousand dollars picture of this bike
you're going to send to me in an envelope? Is
that what you're telling me right now?

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Oh? Well, the version that you purchased from us was
our Peloton cross training Mini, so you should have seen
the fine print there that it's it's the actual size
on the website that it is, but it's not a
foo of it. But it should be delivered. But I
would love to talk to you about getting an actual
full size version if you're interested. I don't.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
You all got to be joking me right now. Whoever
is in charge of your marketing stuffs, they should deserve
to be fired. Dear Christmas raise and you should put

very high end. I think they can afford it.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Okay, well that's fine. Who's your manager? Who's your manager?
On the phone? Please, because I'm about to curse them
out to all.

a mini bike almost Christmas.

Speaker 1 (03:18):

it was a great idea this year to like put
some little mini bikes up there on people. They've been
flying off the shelves, you know what I mean. So

love it? Or you know, like, how much.
