Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's another jewbile phone frames on the twenties. Hello.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Hi, is this Chelsea? Yes, hey Chelsea, sorry to bug
you on your cell phone. My name is Pete Eakins
and I'm calling from Corporate HR and I needed to
have a conversation with you about some very important issues
that we have come to our attention. So do you
have a few moments?

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Oh yeah, yes, yeah. What is this about?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Well, you know, it's always tough to have these kind
of conversations, you know, and when employees are offended and
somebody has done something clearly inappropriate in the workplace, you know,
So it's it's always hold on one second. I just
got to get a drink of something real quick, thirsty? Yes, yeah, sure,

(00:55):
Oh oh that's good. Not a little root beer can't fix.
What's your favorite soda.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
By the way, probably Dyet Coke.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Oh great, I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Did you say that somebody was offended with something that
I did?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Yes, it's about the pumpkin that you carve for our
Halloween pumpkin carving contest in the office.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Oh oh, I didn't think. I didn't even put me
on the contest. I hear. You know.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
I'm not in the same office as you. But I
hear you won the contest, which is great, except the
images on the pumpkin, I guess, are very how do
I say this adult themed? It looks like you drew
oh pictures of thingies on them. So that's why I
can think to describe it right now without getting into detail.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
No, I I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. It was
just like a forest then, like there was just like
trees and and like mushrooms and stuff like that. It
wasn't there was nothing inappropriate or or anything like that.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Okay, Well I've gotten quite a few complaints, so you're
saying those are not phallic. Okay, all right, Well that
clears it up. Then I just need to make sure
because you know, obviously would frown on that if somebody
was doing that, right, I would.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
I would never do that.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Okay, Hey, Chelsea, do you have a moment? Can I
get a recorded statement from you just to put in
the file so we can put this baby arrest. Yeah sure, great,
I'll just just repeat after me and we'll be good
to go. My name is Chelsea.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
My name is Chelsea, and.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
I do and then insert your job title.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
And I do public relations.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
What I'm about to say is true and factual.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
What I'm about to say is true and factual.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
I carved mushrooms in my pumpkin at our Halloween pumpkin
carving contest.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
I carved mushrooms in my pumpkins our folloween sumpking parting contest.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
And I apologize if it looked inappropriate, and.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
I apologize if it looks inappropriate.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
I don't ever want to offend anyone.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
I don't ever want to offend anyone.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Okay, great, I got a question about the mushroom thingy.
Are you doing that kind of stuff at work?

Speaker 1 (03:20):
What do you mean? Oh?

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Well, just because I'm pretty sure I heard you just
submit to doing illegal substances well at the office, which
is frowned upon, which would make sense why you carved
it into your pumpkin.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
You know, I literally just said I did not.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Yeah, you know what, I was recording that and that's
not what I heard. Let me just play this back
for you to see if this is your voice, and
if this is what you said.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
My name is Chelsea. What I'm about to say is
true and factual. I do mushrooms as hope. I don't
apologize of inappropriate. What the I did not say that.
You just edited that to make it sound like I
surely did not say that.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
It sounds like your voice right there, and I you know,
I was shocked when you said it.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Actually I didn't say that those were my yes, my voice.
You put it together in a weird way, but I
did not say that.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
I think it's kind of odd that you would just
admit that out of the gate to me. Clearly a
problem with substance, ABU said to you at the officer
right Just let me make sure this is your voice again.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
My name is Chelsea. What I'm about to say is
true and factual. I do mushrooms and hope I don't
apologize if inappropriate. You gotta be, You're gonna get fired.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
And well then I'll just let you know. It's a
prank phone call. And this is actually Jubil from the
Jebel Show doing a phone rank on you and your
coworker Kindred set you up. No, it's a joke. She
said that you won the pumpkin carbon contests don't work
and wanted to mess with you.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
It was so weird. Oh my god, wake up every
morning with Jubile phone praise
