I am announcing the charges against David Anthony Burke, the
musician known as David spelled D four v D, in
connection with the brutal and horrific murder of Celeste, a
fourteen year old at that time. And there are three
sets of charges that have been brought. The first degree
murder with special circumstances, and again those special circumstances are

lying in white that Celeste went to mister Burke's home
on the night of April twenty third, twenty twenty five,
as alleged in the complaint, at his invitation and again
was not heard from.

The second is a special circumstance, being that this murder
was committed for financial gain. As the evidence will show
in court, the financial gain was for mister Burke to
maintain his very lucrative musical career that Celeste was threatening
on that particular night. The third charge, in addition to

lying in wait and for financial gain, is murdering a
witness to an investigation. In this particular case, as the
evidence will come out in court, the witness to the
investigation was Celeste, and the investigation was into the leude
and lascivious sexual acts committed by mister Burke that is
the subject of count two of this complaint with Celeste

while she was under fourteen years old. The investigation was
to determine who killed who murdered Celeste months and months before.

All bad and you see they threw a lot of charges. Yes,

know that that with the possibility of the death on

the trials and some of the tribulations. But how did
it start when somebody's saying, hey, we need we need
to get back together.

It wasn't so many moving parts.

Okay, yeah, ras was it cruise sometimes too?

Was it like, oh, Fizz and Bug are together? I
think there was so many moving parts. Right, There's conversations.
I feel like these two needed to have. There's conversations,
and who need to have buog and Mario and my
person I feel like Fizz and Oh need to have
have a conversation. And you know, there's things that I
need to do and work on myself to get myself
to be able to, you know, be presented and worthy

and trusted of this opportunity. Right, So moving parts, but
we all wanted to you know what I mean. I
remember saying it. I didn't think this was in the
cars for me. And we would always we had to
select this group chat the three of us, and we
would be like, damn we miss oh like these conversations,
only we can have them.

It's the funniest.

Stuff because we put so much work in and like
we was with so much time, spent so much time together, right.

And y'all got we think we have memories like y'all
have memories.

got probably a pillow fight, jumping off a tour bus,
walking into.

And even when you go solo and you have a
beautiful career, at one point, did you miss the fellas
on the side of you.

Yeah, I mean even the first initial separation, you know
what I mean. And I think that that's really truly
what brought us back together because we were so young
and a lot of things weren't in our wherewithal our grasps.
To really understand the bond that we truly created together,
some time needed to go by, you know, in order
for me to also truly understand, you know, how I

came into my you know, my journey. You know what
I'm saying, a lot of people don't understand you know,
my journey because it wasn't necessarily something that we discussed
and that we supported each other on and now I'm
able to get that. Now you know, I'm putting out
my solo stuff and phizzes reposting and bugs that what
I'm trying.

And to speak on that point where you say, at
fifteen twenty five years later, you know, I don't have
anybody that I can say made it through that journey
with me, man, you know, and I think that this
coming back together was a piece of my life that
was missing, you know what I mean. So when I
say it's real, it's because these are my brothers for real.
It's not a blood thing. These are my brothers for real.

This is the guys that I went through the most
defining like journeys of my life, you know what I mean.
When I'm matured and to be coming from a young
man in to a grown man, like the battles that
we went in, we like went to war together, you know,
my brother falls, we pick him up. We're gonna carry him,
you know. So the stories I can't share with nobody,
the laughs I can't have with nobody, nobody I felt

like for so long. You know, I was lonely. I
was by myself. I was with my family, but as
far as like my brothers, I didn't have nobody that
I trusted like that because these were the only guys
I came up with. So now today to have them back,
all we do is laugh and talk about the memories
and make new memories.

I feel that you know, I grew up in I

Just understanding the platform that we got right, and then
b twok, me and our relationship didn't revolve around money
every night was like, oh, We're about to go make
some money. It was like, no, we're killing the stage,
you know what I'm saying. And so that is what
people are seeing. And I just felt, always felt in
my heart that our work wasn't done right. And I
truly believe that God would use us now that we
have these platforms right for the church.

This is our ministry, right, you know what I'm saying.

So being out there on stage is like like modern
day church for us kind of in a way.

So I just.

Felt, but you saw light in all that dark every
time built and he was in a.

Oh I know I didn't see it. I couldn't see it,
but I knew that there was a purpose. There was
there was a reason why it didn't go away, Like

It was unfinished business between us, you know what I'm saying.

And when you say unfinished business, yeah, what does that mean?
Because there's unfinished business as you know what I'm saying,
or is there unfinished life?

I will say I would say I would say both,
but I also would would just kind of talk about
the business of love heart because we were kids, you
know what I'm saying, And we literally forged the bond
together because we're all coming from different walks of life,
you know what I'm saying, different backgrounds, whole different setups,
you know what I mean. But it was like we

cultivated our relationship to be great, not just you know,
as a group, but as individuals in our own separate lives,
you know what I'm saying. Like we all took care
of our you know, our families. We all started building
generational wealth on our own. Nobody showed us that, you
know what I'm saying, Like we had to go through
the fire in order to become precious diamonds a man.

And that's a lot of tuition in to the school
of experience too, though facts. You know what I'm saying,
Like that that's something that you like.

Thousand and six months, like, bro, did you do that?
But you know what it is.

But that's also not just young, that's also thinking this
could last forever, right, you know what I'm saying. And
I'm pretty sure that each and every us we've turned
down something that we wouldn't we wouldn't have turned down before,
and then when we got on, we were like, oh,
we're good, and then at some point.
