other scary movies and horror movies. There's some movies that
if you didn't see, you probably don't understand them. Like
there's one mention about the if you've never seen the
Demi Moore movie The Substance, I saw it, like, I
thought that was funny.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
I didn't see it, but I caught it in a
scary movie and it was still funny to you.

Got put people. Well, I got three. It's messy, that's well,
we could clean it up.

let us get his fold. I can't wait till the
monday after that when we recapt it. We're talking about
this all the way through. You hang with us in
the neighborhood, Big Boy neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Always they tapped into Boy's neighborhood and become one of
our neighbors. Follow us right now, one I g Big
Boy's neighborhood. Hey on, TikTok, big Boy.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Is up in here, all right.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
So the other day I was mentioning to you guys
how my parents were hearing like doors opening and closing,
and nobody was.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
In the second.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Hold on, chuck, sound like we're gonna give me some
scary music. So it is sound eerie.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Go ahead.

Speaker 4 (08:03):
Even Myra's mom said that she started hearing some noise
at one point when she was with the island. Nobody
was in the house, right, So I'm like, okay, well
check this out. Over the weekend, I had the isla
outside and one of my neighbors.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Came, God he disappeared. No, no, no, sorry, disappear.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
I was playing with them and I was talking to
the neighbor, and I normally talked to the guy, the husband,
but for whatever reason, the wife was out there cleaning
up the yard and we're having a conversation. She goes, oh,
hold is he in now? And I was like, he's three,
and she was like, damn three. He's like, wow, time
passes by fast, that's three. He was like barely, like
you guys barely had them when you guys moved in.
So it's three years at the house, right, And I'm

(08:36):
like yeah. So then she started talking about her house.
You know, we bought this one fourteen years ago and
you know, it looks nothing like it anymore. And she
was like, do you know the history of your house?
And I was like no, but I definitely want to
hear this. But she was like, oh, yeah, well fourteen
years ago. And don't get scared, Okay, don't get scared.
Don't get scared. Fourteen years ago when we moved in.

(08:58):
When we moved in, this house was vacant, nobody was there.
And then when we finally met somebody, it was a
it was a young a guy from like Gear Europe
who came over here and said that, you know, his
mom passed away inside the house, and when she passed
away inside this house that in his culture, for whatever reason,

(09:22):
they weren't allowed to sell the house right away. He
had to give it like a couple of years before
they sold it. And also they were going through like
legal battles of who was gonna own it, what son,
what daughter, and stuff like that. So the house was
kind of vacant for that a couple of years. And
he was talking about like, and by the way, the
house is haunted. What she said that she said that
the sonset well, the house is haunted by the way.

(09:44):
And then she also said that there were some workers
that when they finally came to remodel it because they
were gonna sell it, and even the workers were talking
about stuff in the garage was like moving. Her daughter
eventually got it. They didn't have to disclose it, no,
And then she was talking about how her daughter at
one point when the house was vacant, they accidentally delivered
some mail to her dad addressesupposed to the house next door,

(10:04):
and when she went over there to get something by
the door, she just felt this like cold, eerie thing,
and then saw a shadow at the door.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
And this is where you live and this is where
I live.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
None of this was just closed to me. Let me
tell you do what blacks do? What move.

Speaker 5 (10:20):
That dog?

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Like I'm sitting there and I'm like, oh my gosh,
I got all this information in my head and I'm
freaking out, and I'm like, Okay, now I understand what's
going on. And I'm like, do I tell Myra, Do
I tell my parents?

Speaker 2 (10:29):
My parents are gonna wait.

Speaker 4 (10:30):
You just did well Yeah I know now, but I
feel like my parents are literally gonna go to church
and go bring a priest.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Oh yeah they will, because we never really did that,
and that's traditional that bless the house. Yeah, we never
blessed by that day. European is running.

Speaker 13 (10:45):
Over what are you doing?

Speaker 2 (10:48):
I looked at it. I trained Amazon exercise.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
Yeah, are you trying to search on life for any
medical things or anybody die in the house? But there
was no wreck showed whatever. But the lady died in
the house, and you feel like this is like this.
Have you ever seen that neighbor before? Yeah, I'm gonna
say maybe you did. Oh god, I love what she
came back around friendly. She was just like, hey, you know,

(11:16):
don't even believe in that stuff. You know, I don't
believe in it.

Speaker 14 (11:18):
I don't believe in it.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Don't believe in that. Then her left arm fellow.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
You'll continue to hang with us in the neighborhood, Big
Boy's Neighborhood.

sex And honestly, I'm not surprised.

Speaker 9 (11:45):

like aesthetic.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Like ever have. But maybe I don't know the list.

Speaker 8 (11:53):
There's a list for this big and it's kind of crazy, okay,
because he's at number one. At number two, you're I
feel like you're not You're not gonna guess who it is.

Speaker 9 (12:02):
But it's Kanye. Yeah, I'm like, so random.

Speaker 2 (12:08):

Speaker 9 (12:12):
Three death tones.

Speaker 8 (12:14):
Yeah, four you can see death tone.

Speaker 2 (12:20):

right Five Ray six Kendrick Lamar.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Yeah maybe uh maybe song love, Yeah.

Speaker 8 (12:40):
That one or one of the songs with other than that, Like, yeah,
imagine this playing like we have Tyler the Creator at
number seven, which I also found interesting, and I'm a Tyler.

Speaker 9 (13:00):
I'm like, I just don't want.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
To, like I don't really smash or do anything like
to music music, Like I'm not a like, oh you know,
I'm not a.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Hookup on music.

Speaker 15 (13:10):
Guy.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
Yeah, I don't need to sound and then plus I'll
be paying attention to it. Did I get to a
whole song I had to do like a quest mixed
with you know, make it seem like I really went out.
Do you listen to music when you Yeah?

Speaker 10 (13:26):
And I made the mistake of like I listened to
Frankie J.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
And I met Frankie J.

Speaker 15 (13:30):
And I told him and I said, hey, you make
you make you made because of you, I'm making love.
And he said huh. I said, yeah, because if you,
I'm making love. And he said, what the get this
guy with? And I'm like, I'm trying to say because
of your music, I'm making.

Speaker 10 (13:43):
Because of the music, but he got creeped out.

Speaker 15 (13:46):
I kept thinking myself in a hole because I was
just like, yeah, when I make love, I hear you yo.

Speaker 10 (13:52):
Get him away from me.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
He got creepy. Such a nice guy, but just smiled.

Speaker 15 (14:03):
You I make love. Imagine that just because if you
I make love, when I make love?

Speaker 3 (14:09):
Hey man, for you to be a comedian and be
so in public awkward.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
I'm very awkward.

Speaker 10 (14:14):
Yeah whatever awkward in public, dude, But in real life it's.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
Just I just leave.

Speaker 8 (14:21):
I feel like the Netflix and show works when I
used to have a boyfriend, you know. Yeah, music is
cool too, though, don't get me wrong, but I don't
want to listen to Kendrick Retyler or Kanye.

Speaker 9 (14:34):
Or something.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
What about you? It's music glue. No, But you know what.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
I once one time some girl put on Michael Jackson
and we smashed the Michael Jackson was awkward as hell,
like the kind of beaty though.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
Big Hello, you're listening to the Big Boys Neighborhood podcast.

Speaker 2 (15:01):
Hanging Hanging Louis is up in here with the dolls.

Speaker 4 (15:08):

I don't think people are excited as they should be
as they should right now.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
I am it is major. Guys.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
My my buddy Hugo is having this conversation with this
girl yesterday and he was like, dude, me and my
girl almost got an argument because she doesn't understand just
how big this this is and how it means to
Mexico hosting and the US hosting. And it's like, you
know what, I feel like the US doesn't have that
hype right now.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
It's not they're not hyping it up as much as
they should.

Speaker 4 (15:35):
We're not really owning it when you have Mexico over there,
like you got these teams are riving in Mexico already
and they're they're they're playing playing Mexico South Africa team
just got off the plane and they have their they're

(15:57):
treating with.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Maria and where and in Mexico.

Speaker 4 (16:01):
I haven't seen any videos of like any great gestures
that the US has done for teams who have like
showed up to the US.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
I saw on the news this morning they said teams
are arriving, countries are arriving, and that was at the
bottom of the ticker tape.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
I was like, Okay, yeah, that's great, but you know
what it is too.

Speaker 3 (16:18):
I think when we see other places I think the
world reacts. Yeah, you know, I don't know if we
here in the States are embracing it like as a
world event and how big it is.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
I don't know. We just in a goofy place right now.
I don't know that. I got to my.

Speaker 15 (16:34):
White friend's house and they're like, oh, yeah, I just
come in. I'm like, dude, you got to greet me in, Yeah,
come here if you want to just get it from
the French like centers inviting in.

Speaker 9 (16:44):
There's no culture to it.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
I was like, come on, like, you know.

Speaker 4 (16:47):
Yeah, I think it's just crazy, like give it the US,
Like the US just banned like a referee from Somalia,
not even the.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Referee any of the games in the US.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Just some places to man where you know, there's countries
when things are going on, Yeah, they'll say don't travel there,
or you'll say why do I want to travel there?
And of course when it comes to sports, you gotta
go if you're in the World Cup. But there's also
some people that's probably saying, man, like why do I
want to go? It's not great?

Speaker 4 (17:15):
Right yeah, Like I'm I'm pumped up for Thursdays belly. Yeah, yeah,
I'm talking about the game. But I'm talking to people like, yo,
you guys get the day off. You guys get like, no,
we're just working. We're just working.

Speaker 9 (17:27):
I'm like, what the hell you should have get the
day off?

How long is the party gonna be? Bro?

Speaker 9 (17:41):
Yeah, no, and I would will be fine.

Speaker 2 (17:44):

We have to wake up at three in the morning
in the morning, Come on, guys, what we do for
ye anyway?

Speaker 2 (17:51):

My future was massive.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
Yeah, early on, just out of one of the do
your craft, somebody like jay Z come to you that
that's that five hundred thousand dollars you know, do you
take the dinner or do you take the five That's
a hell of influence and to walk away from that
is major.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
But look, at what Tyler Bill, Yes.

Speaker 9 (20:42):
Thousand percent. I mean he's an actor.

Speaker 8 (20:43):
That Mario Supreme movie was so good, Like his role
was amazing. It's crazy to see how like even in music,
he's extremely talented and creative, and for him to like
just go into acting that way, I'm like mind blowing
every time I think too.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
He like the videos of theirs that he produced directed.
You know, the festival can't flo the fashion line. Like,
there's just some things that sometimes people don't see you.
Sometimes people don't see what your vision is, and you
gotta go ahead and see it through yourself. And there
was probably someone that understood it, and then there's always
that one person that be.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Like, man, that's jay Z.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (21:18):
You know.

Speaker 4 (21:18):
Do you remember when he came in here and it
was the first year he did the festival, and we're like, oh,
let's play some like festival fair games, and we put
a bunch of balloons on the wall and give him
a dart to try to pop the balloons like the
fair and then they're like, oh, Louis stand right there
on the walls.

Speaker 19 (21:33):
No.

Speaker 4 (21:35):
No, Before he can even say okay, I'm set, I
turn around, and this dude already had a metal dart
in his hand, and he.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Just launched it boom, and it hit me right above
the head. It didn't hit me, but it was literally
like you died.

Speaker 3 (21:49):
I didn't die, though he was And not only is
he very talent, he's good at darts.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
He put that thing right over your hand. I don't
know if gonna bring that up. Wow, killed me right.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
If he had been the average size of a man,
he would have died right in the throat, right in
the throat.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
Welcome to the neighborhood any time anywhere, twenty four to seven.
This is the Big Boy's Neighborhood podcast.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
Big Boys Neighborhood Here, Jesus, Tristan Thompson, what's going on?

Speaker 2 (22:22):
My man?

Speaker 15 (22:22):
Marew Thompson was with Clay Kardashian's podcast and they had
an interesting conversation.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
It was very weird.

Speaker 15 (22:29):
If I already thought that the Kardashians were controlling with
their like boyfriends and stuff.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
This proved it all right.

Speaker 15 (22:34):
When I heard his podcast, I couldn't believe the things
they were talking about.

Speaker 20 (22:36):
Do you want to have more kids in the future.

Speaker 12 (22:38):
I think I signed off for two embryos, so I mean,
if I do have more kids to be coming from you.
I already have enough, baby Momas, I don't want no more.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
Yeah, and who helped you fix that decision? That was me?

Speaker 21 (22:52):
Yeah, Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me.

Speaker 5 (22:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (22:58):
Yeah. Sometimes you gotta lay up it's on the table.
What okay, it's a podcast, you could say, you know.

Speaker 20 (23:04):
You can say whatever you want.

Speaker 12 (23:05):
Yeah, oh my bad, shout out our sponsors. Oh yeah.
Sometimes you have to make the right exact you know.
Sometimes sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
It's weird. It's very weird. It's like, yes, I don't
think i've ever heard him talk. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
he's very.

Speaker 15 (23:22):
Yeah, he's very yes man, whatever you need, man, yes,
for sure, Like this guy.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Just kind of a weird conversation. Yeah, but I.

Speaker 15 (23:29):
Just think that relationship is so weird. I think when
there's contracts and forced and things like that, it's like,
that's my opinion is like not healthy.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
This is too embryos.

Speaker 15 (23:40):
Yeah, whenever you're ready to have them all, give them
to you whatever you need. That's what it felt like.
You know, it's like I gotta sit down type of thing.
It's like I don't know what's going on?

Speaker 2 (23:51):
Is that what you're what I'm hearing.

Speaker 10 (23:53):
I'm like, like, grow them back. I don't know what's
going on.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
Can I like he has them in the jar? He's like,
can I borrow them? The leak? You know?

Speaker 11 (24:00):
All right?

Speaker 15 (24:00):
All right?

Speaker 9 (24:06):
But do you really think she forced him?

Speaker 2 (24:08):
Yes, he didn't say anything different. Well, I mean, yeah,
he was a boy. I mean he was over there
messing around.

Speaker 10 (24:17):
Yeah, yes, three b I get it.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
But I think it's you're right, you were right. I
was going somewhere else about that.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
But I think it's always forced by the woman always
being like, so do you want to continue to have
suck or.

Speaker 2 (24:37):
I don't know, j savvy? Savvy?

Speaker 3 (24:39):
You had a protecon me right, who came to the
It wasn't a group, not group.

Speaker 13 (24:45):
Like anybody that Now, yes, she suggested it because you
got four kids, right, four kids? Really, but you were
you were waited right, nobody came and put a dark
your neck fell out right.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
Dark. It's easy when you have four kids, just crazy.
You're like, take me, now, what's the process? You just
go in? Is one day and you out? Yeah, one day.
You're kind of just sore for like a couple of days. No,
because you got that while you were working with us,
right yeah, oh.

Speaker 4 (25:16):
Yeah, that's your Yeah, that's when your voice, uh yeah
changed and you became a pushover.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
DJ. Look at this guy over here. You need you
need to do Chloe's podcasts, slow songs like what's going on?
It's going through it? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (25:37):
Alrighty, Now, Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (25:40):
So can't move out of the neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
Huh, why don't you stay with us a little longer
and make sure to watch the best moments from Big
Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (25:48):
Now on you too to.

Speaker 2 (25:51):
Big Boy Neighborhood. Mad in the neighborhood? Might the party?
Well we got.

Speaker 8 (25:57):
I know, I was on the vine as that Rocky
you know, we we've seen that he started his tour.
Don't be dumb. I've been seeing some cliffs and it's
lit up in there in the crowd. Yeah, I'm excited
to see him. But he recently sat down with Vibe
and he brought out like the moment and detailed exactly
how everything happened with the shooting that occurred at the
Beverly Hills home with him and Rihanna.

Speaker 6 (26:16):
It was hurtful, you know what I'm saying it was
it was scary all that somebody attempted at me and
my family, that it was just up and it was unprovoked.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
It was out of nowhere fans that.

Speaker 6 (26:26):
They really like, like real loyal fans and stands, and
they love you that much, they're gonna figure out a
way to you know, get to you, you know, welcome you.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
And that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 6 (26:35):
Sometimes they just be wanting to They want to hug,
they want to autograph, they want to what's up, they
want a picture, they want simple you know, And I
don't want that one incident to set a precedent that
you know, it's not you know, it's just like there
are mentally challenged people out there obviously, you know, and
there are people who are mentally ill, and there are

(26:57):
lots of people who are normal and just fans. And
that incident definitely changed a lot. It took away a
lot of like peace and happiness of being able to
just be free. But in my own city, I do
not feel afraid.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
Yeah, Okay, at first I was.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
Yeah, when he brought it back towards end, like yeah,
and you know, you do want to be nice, you
know what I'm saying, but he's also thinking, like, man,
what's the price of being nice as well?

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Right?

Speaker 5 (27:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (27:23):
And I think that that's what he was talking about,
Like he doesn't want people to think that it's not
okay because apparently she was this fan, the girl that
like yeah, the shot yeah, and so like he doesn't
mean I'm thinking he doesn't want people to think that
you can't go and ask for a picture and things
like that. But when something like that, like so traumatic,
happens to you, it's like, I feel like I would
be scared to go out there again, like as a celebrity,

(27:45):
just house what he's saying, Like.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
It's a different kind of swrivel like that, especially when
he's brought to your home plate.

Speaker 22 (27:50):
Yeah yeah, man. Anyway, I caught the same vire want
to say something.

Speaker 8 (28:04):
But as that, Rocky did bring up how this year
is has been so good with music.

Speaker 6 (28:08):
Kanye album, Baby King album, Don Tyler album, J Cole album,
Early and Mike album, Rock Monciano album. I'm forgetting a
couple of people will forgive me because some of them
might be my homies. But we only in the fifth
month of this year, and I just named so many
just one of ones that.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
All decided to put it. This is a great year
for music.

Speaker 6 (28:29):
It's never too much when it's good. We've been starving.
I know I've been starving and my fans been starving.
I do apologize, but when I cook you this five
star dish, glutton, he ain't that this taste?

Speaker 2 (28:41):
And man, but we were saying the same thing.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
It feels like there's this good swing of music that's
been happening lately.

Speaker 8 (28:47):
It's like more intentional. It's like we're coming back. We're
so bad even with like Red Fires dropping. I loved
his album, but I mean it's Drake just dropped three
freaking albums.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
Yea, I know, well, good job. Yeah, Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
You're listening to the Big Boys Neighborhood podcast.

Speaker 3 (29:09):
Big Boy's Neighborhood all right now? Hate who supported is
up in here? Hate Sue's hanging loose, but you got
my brother.

Speaker 15 (29:14):
Oh man, it's so cool to watch the scary movie
franchise come back, you know, And I just think it's
so funny because like the it's like a family business,
right and then it's They actually asked a daler Win
Junior how he felt about being in the family business.

Speaker 9 (29:28):
What is the biggest difference between like working with your
family like working outside.

Speaker 2 (29:32):
What do you miss the most?

Speaker 14 (29:33):
The pay?

Speaker 2 (29:34):
I get paid a lot more not working with him.
They get a little damon discount, you know.

Speaker 19 (29:41):
But I love him man, and they paved the way,
so you know, I'm happy to do it.

Speaker 5 (29:45):
I'll do it for free, not for real.

Speaker 2 (29:47):
Yeah, I'm gonna say, don't say that.

Speaker 15 (29:49):
Yeah, and it's so true because you're working with family.
It's like, come on, dude, you gotta say, yeah, it's
a family. So I'm pretty put it in the game.
You know.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
Yeah, that's true. But he's working hard to keep himself
in here. Really he has starting his own. But then
we got to see new faces, new Waynes. You know,
the generation is growing though.

Speaker 10 (30:05):
That's a good thing.

Speaker 15 (30:06):
But it's like some people might say, like, oh, just
because your family, you're in there. No, they still had
to make the family audition.

Speaker 5 (30:12):
This is crazy. Come here, I'm this is my sister's egg.
This is Greg Wayans. And doesn't he look a lot
like Keenan?

Speaker 2 (30:21):
What was that like? The audition?

Speaker 5 (30:23):
We behand the audition.

Speaker 14 (30:25):
Yeah, it was real.

Speaker 5 (30:26):
He had the auditions like everybody audition. Damon made me
audition for more money. You think I'm gonna let just
give him apart?

Speaker 18 (30:31):
Audition three times and my goal was all I care.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
Free away his family.

Speaker 5 (30:37):
Do you think this is nepotism?

Speaker 3 (30:39):
Now?

Speaker 2 (30:39):
You gotta earn your stripes in here?

Speaker 7 (30:41):
This three times always was about to be a fourth.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
My goal is always just to make them laugh. That's
all I cared about.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
Hey, man, if y'all don't know Keenan Wayns, he said
he looked like Keenan Do he look like Keenan Waynes? Yeah,
And that's when I pointed out to where I was,
like when I was on the red carpet, I said,
I don't know every Wayne's he, but I was like,
is that a way?

Speaker 2 (31:01):
That's what I pointed to it like so many of
them running around. I'm like, look at all these wings.

Speaker 14 (31:08):
It's crazy.

Speaker 15 (31:08):
I mean, this moment is very iconic. I think it's
because the me that was growing up in it, like,
you know, you want to be in it.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
You want to be a part of.

Speaker 10 (31:15):
That world, you know, the scary movie world.

Speaker 15 (31:17):
And it sucks that a Keith Lee actually have missed
out on an opportunity just because somebody in.

Speaker 2 (31:21):
His team, you know the food.

Speaker 23 (31:25):
We got email from Marlowayans and they're doing promotion for
a scary movie six. They're doing a press tour here
in Dallas, and they wanted us to come and eat
some food with them during.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
The press tour.

Speaker 23 (31:33):
Somebody on our team told them that we need six
figures in order to do it, so they backed out.

Speaker 2 (31:41):
Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 5 (31:42):
It wasn't about the money.

Speaker 23 (31:43):
So we got to go back to them and let
them know that I don't want to charge a sing
with dollar. I ain't never charged nobody no money to
go hang out, you.

Speaker 5 (31:50):
Know food, And that's yeah.

Speaker 23 (31:52):
I don't know who on the team said that, but
we gotta have a conversation.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
If somebody on the team said one hundred racks, who
would just say that?

Speaker 15 (32:01):
Well, that's the thing about him is that a lot
of people that work with him our family. So it's
another one of those like someone in the family kind
of did that, you know, or.

Speaker 2 (32:10):
Make it for themselves, right right, right, So.

Speaker 15 (32:14):
About hiring family because someone might feel little to do
something like that. You know, your brothers, your brothers, you know,
that's crazy because there's certain things that if I heard
I'm like, yeah, if they definitely said.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
Something like that, Yeah, are you the only funny? I
know Pops is funny, but are you not, like the
only comedian. My sister is funnier than me. Really for sure,
you don't get give us a number on her man,
Maybe suld joined the show is alright to hang out with.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
It's in the neighborhood, man, big boy.

Speaker 1 (32:43):
This is the Big Boys Neighborhood Boy Podcast.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
We knew when jay Z's dropped that freestyle at the
Roots Picnic.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
We knew that everyone wasn't gonna say quiet at all.
And Dame Dad yeah, man stop it be nice leave
leave it up to the Dame and Jay Yeah.

Speaker 4 (33:02):
So jay Z at the Roots Picnic, he gave the
freestyle and he talked about Dame Dash and his teeth
falling out at one point.

Speaker 3 (33:09):
Another one tumble just wonder high get the blaby teeth
is tumbling out.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
They moum for somehow or we took it for somebody
else's camera.

Speaker 15 (33:18):
Oh yeah, girl, he's eating right now.

Speaker 4 (33:22):
Yeah, that was that was the key line, the tumbling
out of his mouth. Yeah, we saw that one social media.
And then Dame Dash now did like a twenty five
minute interview. He sat down and he was talking about
first of all, about how he's embarrassed about jay Z
and how he feels he's broke.

Speaker 24 (33:35):
Here's the thing, contrary to what everyone may believe, I
really still look at Jay as my brother and I
know Jay, and I was like, all these years, just
even amongst my crew, we would be like, he ain't
gonna never say nothing until he's broke, So he hasn't
said anything for twenty years, and I'm like, damn, I
hope he's not broke because he said something. You know,

(33:57):
it was whack. It was like a joke, but it
was an old joke. He used my lyrics. So I
started to be like, he's not like I like, I
would prefer to the version of Jay that would have
said something more clever, and that's not the version of
j that I would have ever signed. And I felt
bad because I was like, it must be embarrassing for

(34:18):
him to now have to be on that stage, not
the same version of himself and still have to work
at that age because he has to. So that was
the brother and me like, damn, I know that because
I know him.

Speaker 4 (34:39):
Embarrassing he's on the stage because he's broke after.

Speaker 2 (34:43):
Twenty years embarrassing. I don't know about that one, man.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
Come on, I don't think that Jay showed up to
the Ruth Picnic because he's broke. No, and I don't
think that jay Z is doing these three shows because
he's broke.

Speaker 11 (34:56):
You know.

Speaker 4 (34:57):
I think there's a little the Lulu. And he also
talks about he can beat him in everything.

Speaker 2 (35:03):
If we want to battle.

Speaker 24 (35:04):
Anytime Jay wants to battle on the stage, I will
personally destroy him. Anytime he wants to do a fashion line,
I'll destroy him.

Speaker 14 (35:12):
Pause.

Speaker 24 (35:12):
Anytime he wants to make a movie, I will destroy him.
Any television show or docu series or book, I will
destroy him.

Speaker 5 (35:21):
Pause.

Speaker 24 (35:21):
Like it's not even close. Kanye just did eighty million,
eighty thousand and built. They built the stadium for them.
I think now that's whether getting on the roots with
a stupid affro and doing a freestyle, a battle freestyle
after you just said that battle rap's not good for
rap is just dumb. And I'm just wondering who's telling
him or who's who's someone has to be giving him orders,

(35:43):
but those are the wrong ones. It just looks like
they're trying to cook him. I just didn't get the hair.
It was hard to get past it.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Damn.

Speaker 3 (35:50):
All right, yeah, okay, all right, we're gon we're gonna
go with another one. He wasn't here what we said
we're gonna But anyway, yeah, big boy, I ain't this neighborhood.
Had you find a big boy from Big Boys Neighborhood

(36:12):
on iHeart Radio. Here's another in case you missed it
moment with us.

Speaker 2 (36:17):
He suits in the neighborhood.

Speaker 15 (36:18):
But when I was in Texas, I got an uber
and there was like three people already in there and
I'm like nah. They're like, oh, let's just get in,
and I'm like yo. But it was my fault because I.

Speaker 10 (36:26):
Put the carpool. I don't know the carpool was a thing.

Speaker 2 (36:30):
This is a good community, though. You gotta be a
people person to get that, because like they love the
chit chat the guys right there.

Speaker 15 (36:37):
So I got like this guy with a cowboy accident
and he's just asking me.

Speaker 2 (36:40):
Hey, where are you from? And then what you do?

Speaker 15 (36:42):
And I'm just I'm quick with the answers.

Speaker 2 (36:45):
I'm just like Los Angeles working radio.

Speaker 12 (36:47):
On this man.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
Immediately he's like Okay, Okay, it's all yeah, air Force.

Speaker 10 (36:57):
Five years air Force not there. Yeah, it's crazy out there.

Speaker 15 (37:03):
You know. You live all over the place, you know,
best place to live, you know. And I was like,
all right, Nebraska, Nebraska's bad place.

Speaker 14 (37:12):
Yo.

Speaker 10 (37:13):
What I'm not talking to you man? My airbots on YO,
you talk to me.

Speaker 2 (37:19):
Thank you for listening.

Speaker 3 (37:20):
It is upind A, Big Boy, Big Boy's Neighborhood. You
can catch more of us.

Speaker 2 (37:23):
Right here on iHeartRadio. Big Boy's Neighborhood.

Speaker 3 (37:26):
Mariana's up in here, Mady to the potty. We're talking
about man, Kenjick Lamar. They're doing it over there, huh.

Speaker 8 (37:32):
Kenjack Lamar and David you know hey, they launched her
their label back in twenty twenty, PG Lane. They recently
signed Imani Imani. She's a new artist, like I have
not heard of her until.

Speaker 3 (37:46):
Now, and we talked about her yesterday and I'm going
to tell you I didn't know. I didn't see anything
coming or anything, but immediately I understood immediately.

Speaker 8 (37:54):
One thousand percent. And you know, of course I had
to look her up. She has like this fashion, this style.
Like first of all, I like her hair, like she
has got like buzz cut with like blonde.

Speaker 2 (38:04):
We don't do that for your birthday.

Speaker 3 (38:06):
And you know what's also, I know this sounds very fat,
but I think today is National donut Day or something. Yeah,
we got somebody that's gonna bring up like these hamburgers
cheese burgers.

Speaker 2 (38:14):
That's like doughnut bun. It's gonna be real fat.

Speaker 3 (38:17):
But money and money, Yeah, money and money.

Speaker 8 (38:21):
Right, if honey back to me, money money, yees. So
she heard her following is growing also because I noticed
I went on. I went to her page the night
before when I first found out, and it was like
a lot less and now she like a lot of
people are finding out.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
You know why we were talking about it yesterday has
nothing to do with day free Yeah, nothing to do
with ken drink as soon as we start talking about it.

Speaker 2 (38:41):
Oh man.

Speaker 8 (38:43):
But she's kind of like a mysterious queen, like she
doesn't she doesn't post that much. Like we don't know
much about Like we tried to find out where she
was from.

Speaker 3 (38:52):
Yeah, yes, I was like, where's she from? And then
it was like, oh, well she's from such and such.
Then she grew up in the Netherlands, and then I'm like,
all right, maybe she'd tell us her story.

Speaker 2 (39:00):
But yeah, but good music. When you hear in your
mind right here, she's gonna be all right that you want.

Speaker 3 (39:25):
Hey, man, she can go buy her house right now
because you know the money's coming home.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
You know what I'm saying. She can go buy her
house right now.

Speaker 9 (39:31):
Project paper Cut is so good.

Speaker 8 (39:33):
And I think it's like you're into that R and
B soul type, like this is the type of music.

Speaker 3 (39:37):
For we were talking about it. Man, Good music is here.
Good music is here.

Speaker 2 (39:41):
Man.

Speaker 3 (39:41):
They haven't got a little goofy for a little bit. Man,
But shout out to you money and money George.

you Got.

Speaker 8 (40:03):
I came across a really interesting post yesterday and I
don't know if I should feel like I'm attacked or what,
because I was crawling on TikTok, right, and you know,
we always talk about our X and men, and I
feel like that's like such a girl thing. We're always like, okay,
my itch, is this about a guy? Well, there was
a guy that posted this video and the caption was,
since girls are always talking about X and men, what

(40:24):
are X and women?

Speaker 5 (40:25):
You know?

Speaker 8 (40:25):
Of course I read to the comments, and some of
the comments are actually valid, okay, Like there's some that
are like moving slow, like walking, no sense of urgency,
or just general lack of awareness. Oh man, Like, They're
honestly valid, and a lot of girls are in there
even saying like okay, I thought it was gonna be
like my eyelash being crooked or like my hiptics. Like
none of them that's yes, most of them are not

(40:48):
on appearance. They're like on like personality and the way
that they treat other people.

Speaker 9 (40:53):
So I thought those were valid.

Speaker 8 (40:54):
But one of the ones that came across and a
lot of had a lot of girls confused, was bird hands.
I did not know about bird hands.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
It became yeah, like it became the.

Speaker 8 (41:05):
Main search in the comment section, so of course I
clicked it, and birdhands is basically when you talk with
your hands.

Speaker 2 (41:11):
Yeah, like bird hands right now.

Speaker 9 (41:13):
I know it's like I cannot do it like.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
You think that you can.

Speaker 3 (41:16):
You can talk for the rest of this segment with
your hands in your pocket.

Speaker 9 (41:20):
I don't know. I mean I'll try.

Speaker 2 (41:25):
Don't get in your head about it though.

Speaker 8 (41:27):
Okay, yeah, no, I try not to know.

Speaker 9 (41:31):
I keep doing it every time.

Speaker 8 (41:32):
I feel like the more excited that I get to
like say something, the.

Speaker 9 (41:35):
More that I do hand movements.

Speaker 8 (41:37):
And it's like it's not even about mad it's not
even like I never.

Speaker 9 (41:40):
Even realized this.

Speaker 2 (41:42):
Literally didn't even.

Speaker 8 (41:43):
Know that I had it until like I saw bird hand. Yes,
bird hands.

Speaker 2 (41:47):
I've never heard like.

Speaker 8 (41:49):
When they're like talking into the camera and they're like
more like trying to be intimate with the camera and
stuff like that.

Speaker 9 (41:53):
But it's a thing. Apparently bird hands is a thing.

Speaker 3 (41:56):
Is there anything? And we're going to get into it.
What gives you the egg? What give you that?

Speaker 11 (42:00):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (42:00):
My god? About men or women?

Speaker 3 (42:02):
And I want to hear the men call up and
give the inc and women and women if you can
find some kind of like we said, you're gonna find
about you know, it.

Speaker 8 (42:13):
Is about me, Yeah, very much, Yes, it gives me
like the itck and it's like I'm always like like
it's kind of cringey and like I don't want to
talk to you.

Speaker 9 (42:21):
It's when when they over promised.

Speaker 8 (42:22):
It's like oh, I was going to do this or
I was going to do this and like you know,
plan this whole day out and then it doesn't ever
happen or like it's just kind.

Speaker 3 (42:29):
Of like it gives me the what about me? And posting, uh,
like doing selfies in the.

Speaker 2 (42:34):
Gym too much.

Speaker 8 (42:36):
It is not cutesy for me, Like, you know, there
has to be a little balance because it's like I
get it, you know, like you're in the gym, you
want to post, but not too much.

Speaker 9 (42:43):
It's getting girlly pops.

Speaker 2 (42:44):
You know what's the ache for me? Women at chew
gum like like sack. Yeah that thing between.

Speaker 3 (42:52):
Everywhere and listen just CARDI b tolerate that, but yeah,
between every gum is a smack, Like everything every word
is a gum strack.

Speaker 4 (43:00):
This is gonna sound weird, but I hate women that
are too touchy really yeah wow, that are.

Speaker 2 (43:05):
Talking to you and they're just like hey, hey, right.

Speaker 3 (43:08):
Like touching all on your head and patting you like
a kid you short. Yeah, I knew this was going
all right. Now, men and women, we want to hear
from you. What gives you the ick? That about men
or women? Hit us up like women really touching him?
Money that his birthday's coming up?

Speaker 2 (43:31):
You know he don't have that, don't kill Louis von
Big Boys.

Speaker 1 (43:35):
Neighborhood listening to The Big Boy's Neighborhood podcast.

Speaker 3 (43:40):
Boy Neighborhood Money, I know, speaking about how she saw
a post and the person was talking about just certains. Yeah, man,
and so we were just asking what gives you the
ick or just something where you're like about men or women.
We're going to bring Evet into the neighborhood and see
was going down with Vet up in here event Hello, Hello,
Hello there event Event.

Speaker 2 (44:01):
What's that you're calling from.

Speaker 3 (44:02):
I'm calling from the city of Wooland.

Speaker 2 (44:04):
Hills, Woodland Hills.

Speaker 3 (44:05):
Up in here, event from Woodland Hills, veat what gives
you the ick?

Speaker 2 (44:08):
Just that about men or women? Really about men?

Speaker 16 (44:12):
Okay, the word no, it is one syllable.

Speaker 14 (44:14):
It is not no way.

Speaker 9 (44:17):
I hate that way women or just men.

Speaker 3 (44:22):
Actually both, but it's really really men.

Speaker 20 (44:24):
Should never never say no, Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (44:28):
Yes, And let me tell you know what. That's why
even when I hear Mighty say no, who's Noah?

Speaker 21 (44:34):
Right?

Speaker 2 (44:34):
Yeah, because Mighty's and Noah.

Speaker 3 (44:36):
But men on the real men should not be saying Noah,
yeah yeah. And there's just some things that we as
men shouldn't do. And I say it all the time.
If you if you're in a passenger seat, men don't
put your feet in the window like on the dashboard.

Speaker 2 (44:48):
There's just some things and men shouldn't you, princess.

Speaker 3 (44:53):
So so what gives you the ick is when men
and women when they say Noah, Oh my god.

Speaker 8 (44:59):
Where did that come from?

Speaker 18 (45:00):
From?

Speaker 22 (45:00):
Where did that come from?

Speaker 21 (45:01):
No?

Speaker 3 (45:01):
One's no when English and no, what's no on in Spanish?

Speaker 9 (45:04):
Keep it no?

Speaker 14 (45:05):
No?

Speaker 2 (45:06):
I heard that.

Speaker 3 (45:07):
It's crazy because it's a money just said, Oh my god, I.

Speaker 9 (45:12):
Don't know where it came from. I wish I knew.
It's like I didn't even.

Speaker 8 (45:16):
Know that I was doing it myself until you guys
started telling me, yes.

Speaker 3 (45:19):
We should have said anything. I'm gonna stop talking with
your hands, burning hands. This two things now it's like
a personal attack. I have the problem, the problem. Alrighty,
thank you so much, my love. ALRIGHTY have you talked
to us before? Have you have you called the neighborhood before?

Speaker 2 (45:38):
Hello?

Speaker 9 (45:39):
So do you hate me then? Because I say no?

Speaker 3 (45:46):
When I asked her have you called before? She said no,
answer you hate She said no.

Speaker 2 (45:50):
No, no, no one, no one no. Alright, Now, what
gives you the about men?

Speaker 3 (45:58):
Or?

Speaker 2 (45:58):
When we give you that? Get us up big boy neighbors.

Andrew up in here, Andrew, Hello, Hello, Hello there Andrew, Andrew?

Speaker 2 (46:28):

Speaker 3 (46:30):
Alrighty Andrew from Pomona is something he wasn't sure for
a second. Promona already now Andrew from Pomona, Andrew, what
gives you the ick about men or women?

Speaker 2 (46:39):
What gives you the ick about women?

Speaker 14 (46:41):
So I'm off for you know, doing what they want,
you know, to their body. But when they overdo the
lip filler and it just looks unnatural.

Speaker 5 (46:49):
Man.

Speaker 14 (46:50):
That that gives me then for sure.

Speaker 21 (46:52):
Damn.

Speaker 2 (46:54):
This being a problem in here. Yeah yeah, but you
don't have any at it.

Speaker 8 (47:00):
Oh I don't, but yeah I heard that like once
you get one, get it done once, like you want
it more and more after that.

Speaker 9 (47:06):
So that's what scares me about that.

Speaker 3 (47:08):
And you know what was about that, Andrew is remember
it used to just be kind of like celebrities, like
somebody would have a facelift for somebody to do certain
thing like oh she touched her face, so she got
her lift done. Now you can just walk in the
store like somebody just in the store that got their
lips done.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
So weird.

Speaker 4 (47:23):
I see it sometimes and I'm just like, what, how
do you not see yourself in the mirror?

Speaker 2 (47:28):
To you even thought about feeling like any feeling for
your lips? Little dog? And I have thin lips too. Yeah, yeah,
you should do your upper lip.

Speaker 13 (47:34):
I pay for it overlying your lips.

Speaker 2 (47:40):
That was no, bron.

Speaker 3 (47:42):
You don't spend the money on that man buying me
a barbaro? Give mean something that we can all you
what gives you it about men or women?

Speaker 2 (47:52):
And real quick Andrew.

Speaker 3 (47:54):
Is there anyone that's in your life that that's had
some work done?

Speaker 14 (47:58):
No? No, no, thankfully it's always you know, if I
go to the Dodger games or out in the belt, I.

Speaker 2 (48:03):
Just noticed it. That's what I'm telling you, man, It's everywhere. Now,
it's not just Hill.

Speaker 9 (48:11):

popping right now.

Speaker 3 (48:14):

Speaker 8 (48:37):
Oh they did that to me.

Speaker 23 (48:39):
I feel so bad, Like stop whining.

To be honest, like the girl that that's why my
brain what.

You didn't look at and she studied them. I think
I think lou would win.

Speaker 15 (54:58):
But he's one of those like fighters that you know what,
it'd be hard for me because you have what four kids.

Speaker 3 (55:06):
Daddy's trenth is just different. If they were coming at
his kids, he'd killed. Louis your dad too, So maybe not.
I think Lou know jiu jitsu and all that.

Speaker 2 (55:14):

Man, dude, we went out this weekend and my girl
and the uh and the baby and we went out, dude,
so we had a we had dinner and right away
when I walked in, this guy recognized it, which is great.
I love it because he was just like, oh, I
see your videos are funny. But then he hit me
with the whatever I got you, i'mna hook you guys up,
and I was like, you know what, dun't because I've
been around the hookup dude and it gets awkward all time.

(56:00):
Something they can and they can, so I was just like,
I talk I don't even worry about it, like you.
But he kept insisting. He's like, no, no, no, god,
I got you. I got you, Like I got it here, dude,
I got you.

Speaker 2 (56:08):
Like what do you guys need?

Speaker 15 (56:10):
And so we sat down and he started bringing in
entrees that we didn't order, but he wanted us to try.

Speaker 2 (56:15):
You gotta try this. Yeah, he tried. He tried this
and the pigs.

Speaker 15 (56:18):
And then so when we got all this stuff and
we're done, were they very thankful? And then the check came.
Everything was on everything. They went in bro on the check.
So I was just like a part of me was like,
you know what, It's all good. But then I'm like
I didn't know.

Speaker 2 (56:33):
I just made it.

Speaker 15 (56:34):
We I don't want to be weird about it. So
I want to go tell him like, hey man, like
uh he said, you can hook it up? Like what exactly?

Speaker 2 (56:42):
Oh no, no, no, I got you. I got you.

Speaker 15 (56:43):
I got your So I was like, okay, cool. So
he takes the receipt and I'm seeing him get yelled at,
like I'm watching him.

Speaker 10 (56:49):
Getting in trouble.

Speaker 2 (56:51):
I'm just like being I feel bad. Don't even just
paid for it? Pay for it?

Speaker 15 (56:57):
Like, don't pay for that because like you know, now
I know, and then I just won't do it again,
and then will gold it again or whatever. And the
guy came and he's looking at me like I don't
care who he is. He's like, we had a business
to run talk about and so I understood. And then
sure enough, like they just ended up like taking out
the items that he brought in. But it was just
so awkward that we had to go through that and
sit through another like ten fifteen minutes of having a dissect.

Speaker 2 (57:21):
What was ours. Well, he's probably fired now well I
don't know. I'm pretty sure something he was over there
again dealt with Yeah.

Speaker 15 (57:26):
But it's funny how like we went through that awkward
moment and as we were walking out, he still was like, hey,
whenever you want.

Speaker 2 (57:32):
To come back, man, I got you.

Speaker 10 (57:33):
I got your I'm like, bro, you do not have
the hook up.

conversation with the boss. But this guy really tried to
blackmount his pause by catching it with his sight check.

Speaker 20 (58:23):
Dude, I just found my boss with another woman.

Speaker 25 (58:25):
I'm about to record him and I'm gonna tell him
to give me a raise. Hey, put the window down, now,
put the window down while you scared. Hey, if you
don't give me not a job back, I'm gonna send
this to your wife because I know that's not her.
I've met her before and I want to raise too,
and I want you to fire your son. Hey, I
got the video. You don't give me that raise, I'm
gonna send this video. I'm letting you know. Now you

(58:47):
have a one thousand followers, they're gonna see it. Someone's
gonna see it.

Speaker 14 (58:51):
I warned you.

Speaker 3 (58:52):
Oh dude, Yeah, man, let me ask you this. You
saw the video before we put in any energy in
h Did he seem real to you?

Speaker 15 (58:58):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (58:58):
No?

Speaker 2 (58:58):
Yeah, no, no, yeah, yeah for sure. Like if you
see the video, you can tell that the guy was
just like, man, I don't know what I'm watching.

Speaker 10 (59:06):
He's young, but i've been you know what it looks like.

Speaker 15 (59:07):
I think I've worked in situations like that where it's
like someone that you know, they're young and they're still
like you know, so they're kind of close and in
a way, you know, like they know the brother.

Speaker 10 (59:19):
Yeah, what I'm trying to say?

Speaker 14 (59:20):
What you say?

Speaker 15 (59:20):
I said, what do you mean they're like when they're
like friends, like if if Lou's cousin and I work
with them, so I kind of know you can tell
like they're all now know each other.

Speaker 2 (59:29):
That's what I meant.

Speaker 10 (59:30):
Like the boss and he knows, like he probably knows
the brother.

Speaker 15 (59:33):
He had beef with the brother and that's how they
got into a fight, because I did go through the
comments and I saw how like they had.

Speaker 10 (59:37):
Beef with the brother and he fought him at work,
so he's trying to get rid of him.

Speaker 2 (59:41):
So it's like induction company brother.

Speaker 3 (59:44):
Yeah yeah, yeah, so that's why I was like, oh,
I think that's the reckonize. He said it out of here, Yeah,
talking about.

Speaker 2 (59:51):
Him when I showed the video.

Speaker 10 (59:53):
It was like I know this, but yeah, like trying
to get that.

Speaker 2 (59:58):
I'm telling you, man, everything is being underserveted.

Speaker 3 (01:00:01):
Everybody's way, everything's being recorded or everybody's watching.

Speaker 5 (01:00:05):
Man.

Speaker 3 (01:00:06):
I remember I had a trainer and he was on
the second floor and when we would look down, you
would see this guy and girl pull up and they
would jump, you know, they pull up separately. Then they're
jumping his car and go somewhere like during lunch, and
then they'll come back and they'll leave off.

Speaker 15 (01:00:21):
That's I had a similar situation when I worked at
a warehouse for hood cleaners, like for like restaurants anyways.
But the point is when you go it's a warehouse
in the corner. When we hit you saw this millman
come in and then some other car and they'll just.

Speaker 2 (01:00:34):
Hop into this car.

Speaker 10 (01:00:35):
They'll just meet up.

Speaker 15 (01:00:36):
Oh yeah, And I was I was so naive and
I was like, man, I wonder what they're doing, like
they just have picnics and I'm.

Speaker 2 (01:00:43):
No, everything would be recorded.

Speaker 9 (01:00:45):
Now scandalous.

Speaker 3 (01:00:46):
I mean, yeah, she's not awesomeout hydraulics right, look at this,
Like why don't you put that money in that car?

Speaker 8 (01:00:54):
I wonder if he ended up getting the raise, though
probably not because he posted the video right for sure, you.

Speaker 9 (01:00:58):
Got drop the race.

Speaker 2 (01:01:00):
Everybody's talking about it.

Speaker 3 (01:01:02):
Whoever recorded, they know now if it's real, You guys
got to put it in so like we felt something.

Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
If it's real? All right? Do you continue to hang
out with us in the neighborhood, the Big Boys neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (01:01:14):
Here's what's coming up on Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (01:01:16):
And you continue to hang with us in the neighborhood.

Speaker 8 (01:01:17):
And Mariana, what you got when Jesse Rayes came in
the neighborhood? Such great energy. But when she came in,
she talked about life balance, and I think we all
can relate that nobody really has that.

Speaker 2 (01:01:26):
I know, man, I'm trying.

Speaker 3 (01:01:29):
I'm trying to balance over here, coming back Mighty Jesse, Riz,
y'all continue.

Speaker 2 (01:01:34):
To hang with us in the neighborhood, Big Boys neighborhood.
I ain't even this neighborhood.

Speaker 3 (01:01:40):
Eighties. You're finding a big boy from Big Boy's neighborhood
on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
We have the most fun on your radio. Snoop Dog,
Hey man, do your dog know that he's famous?

Speaker 16 (01:01:52):
This had a birthday party? Yeah, April thirtieth, but nothing
but dogs music playing. It was like a Snoop doggs
Dog human party, but it was all dogs and it
was so dope that we stayed out there for like
Salm made hours like.

Speaker 2 (01:02:11):
It was actually a dog out there. Snoop Dog, I'm
laying dog.

Speaker 16 (01:02:18):
Playing one hundred and one down made I played pall Patrol.

Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
It was a Tommy dog.

Speaker 3 (01:02:27):
Dog.

Speaker 18 (01:02:28):
The homeless was like this.

Speaker 2 (01:02:30):
This soundtrack is did you do it at the Coppong Sir?

Speaker 3 (01:02:33):
I heard let out all grass tricks and treats and
oh my god, dude.

Speaker 2 (01:02:38):
Thank you for listening.

Speaker 3 (01:02:39):
It is you're finding a big boy, Big Boys neighborhood.
You can catch more of us right here on iHeart Radio.

Speaker 2 (01:02:44):
Big Boys Neighborhood. Madianna in the neighborhood, Mighty to the potty.

Speaker 9 (01:02:48):
Hey, we had Jesse raised in the neighborhood. I love
her man such great energy.

Speaker 8 (01:02:53):
Yeah, And when she was in here, she brought up
something really like I think that we can all relate
to when it comes when it comes to balancing.

Speaker 21 (01:03:00):
I believe in in everything happening. I know, right, I
believe in I'm believe in in everything happening. How it's
supposed to happen, But like, how do you stay so engaged?
Because I feel like what I'm saying isn't exclusive to me.
A lot of artists must feel this that they like
give I see it.

Speaker 20 (01:03:19):
I just didn't listen.

Speaker 21 (01:03:21):
But you've heard people say it where they're like I've
given so much and like the other areas suffer. And
people talk about balance, but who the has a proper
like who?

Speaker 20 (01:03:33):
Because how who?

Speaker 3 (01:03:35):
And if so, how that's gonna be that that's gonna
be your life search? Oh my god, no one has it?
Though no one has it, man, Like there's different ways
you try to balance out between even with me with
work and my kids and other things outside of the neighborhood.

Speaker 9 (01:03:51):
So yeah, yeah, big.

Speaker 8 (01:03:53):
I think about it all the time because it's like
I know that there's certain things that I don't have
time for and it'll be like something like watching the
show or something like that I want to catch up.
But then I think about like people that have kids
and people that work multiple jobs to like you know,
and it's like crazy, I don't think anybody in this
world has.

Speaker 9 (01:04:09):
A life balance.

Speaker 3 (01:04:10):
Mighty one of my guys, QDZ, he used to always
be like, man, I'm so you know, I'm tired.

Speaker 2 (01:04:14):
I've been doing this, I've been doing that.

Speaker 3 (01:04:15):
And I would tell him, I say, man, go home
and go to sleep, right, because at that time he
had no kids. You know what I'm saying, like, your
schedule is your schedule, And now that he has three kids,
he'll bring that up in almost every conversation. We have
a leigue, man, when you would tell me like, yeah,
it's a balance of how you were saying before we
got on low it like it comes with certain ages too.

Speaker 2 (01:04:36):
Yeah, I think there's a I think there's different stages
of it.

Speaker 4 (01:04:39):
When you have stage twenties, your thirties, you know what
I mean, Like you start you start becoming an adult
dude thing.

Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
Hey, man in your apartment on your house, looking like, man,
this is all mine.

Speaker 3 (01:04:52):
Yeah. I remember one time we were moving, I was like,
I got to move all these forks, like everything you
gotta take, you gotta text.

Speaker 4 (01:04:57):
Until like three years ago, I've never had central AC.
For the first time my own.

Speaker 2 (01:05:04):
Turn it down. Turn it down.

Speaker 3 (01:05:07):
Shout out to Jesse rays Man. You can find that
entire interviewers right there. Big Boy TV our YouTube channel,
and as you watch him. Make sure you hit that
subscribe button. You'll continue to hang with us in the neighborhood, Big.

Speaker 2 (01:05:16):
Big Neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (01:05:18):
Always.

Speaker 1 (01:05:19):
They tapped into Big Boy's neighborhood and become one of
our neighbors. Follow us right now on I G Big
Boys Neaghborhood and on TikTok Big Boy, Big Boy Neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (01:05:29):
Louis g is up in here with all.

Speaker 4 (01:05:31):
So the FIFA World Cup finally put out the official
album This is Dope because we just recently had for
another neighborhood, Jesse Ray Is, and did ask her about
her song Illuminate. But we also if you haven't heard
this song, honestly, we talked about the the other song
with I show speed Yeah, man said.

Speaker 2 (01:05:47):
Songs, this song is future dope. Listen to that one.

Speaker 20 (01:05:53):
Kind of like.

Speaker 3 (01:05:55):
Looking Jesse Rays being all international space World cups. Of
course I love her mant watch.

Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
See man, don't that sound worldwide?

Speaker 3 (01:06:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:06:16):
Why are we all doing the same thing with our hands?
And it was like the gather shoulder show. Here we go.
I'm already tired.

Speaker 3 (01:06:28):
That is so.

Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
But we did ask her like how did you get
that call.

Speaker 20 (01:06:34):
Late last year?

Speaker 21 (01:06:35):
But it was funny because I didn't, you know, we
get people don't see what behind the scenes. There are
always opportunities for like placements and writing, and like.

Speaker 9 (01:06:42):
I do that a lot.

Speaker 21 (01:06:44):
And when you when you work this way, you just
be throwing at the long list the sticks. You just
don't know what's going to stick. And there's like there's
a lot of artists that I've written for. There's a
lot of like commercials and stuff that that don't land,
and then it lands with someone else and then whatever.
You know, but you get into the you get into
that momentum, so you stop being precious and you stop

(01:07:04):
like holding onto the possible. And I'm like, all right,
let's see if it works. All right, see if it works.
So when they came back and.

Speaker 2 (01:07:10):
They're like, we love I was like, so was it
Illuminate that you sent for fee fund?

Speaker 20 (01:07:20):
They sent me.

Speaker 21 (01:07:20):
They sent me Illuminated and said they wanted me on it.
So then I did my verse and then I did
the addition of vocals and stuff.

Speaker 20 (01:07:26):
Yeah, we built it. We built it.

Speaker 2 (01:07:27):
That's worldwide too.

Speaker 20 (01:07:30):
Was amazing. Shout out second man.

Speaker 3 (01:07:32):
Shout out Jesse Raye. I really enjoy her. I really yeah,
we got we got like a ring of protection around her.

Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
Bro, And I love that she's just like. She also
has her own struggles.

Speaker 3 (01:07:41):
Bro, Has that always been for you where music has
been so called therapeutic or the release?

Speaker 20 (01:07:48):
Yes, Like, I've always kind of struggle.

Speaker 21 (01:07:51):
Honestly, in my opinion, I feel like I struggled a
little bit more in the moment when I'm actually trying
to articulate emotions in a relationship with someone, and it
flows a lot easier in music.

Speaker 20 (01:08:02):
But yeah, I don't think it's exclusive to me.

Speaker 21 (01:08:03):
I feel like anyone who like dances in a creative
space finds more fluidity in their and their.

Speaker 20 (01:08:10):
Tools still struggle. Really yeah, yeah, I still by no
means have I graduated?

Speaker 2 (01:08:14):
Oh yeah, But you know what to Jesse, I think
that's a life thing too.

Speaker 20 (01:08:18):
I remember when I used to look up and think
adults got to figure it out. I can't wait.

Speaker 21 (01:08:23):
I can't wait till I'm eighteen. I can't wait till
like I can't wait till like my license. All my
answers can't wait. And you just you have this idea
that beyond the horizon, you're gonna have this like.

Speaker 3 (01:08:33):
Answer, I know exactly what you're doing about and then
you get to a point where you're like, damn, they
didn't know.

Speaker 2 (01:08:39):
Jesse Rays.

Speaker 3 (01:08:40):
You can find that entire interview is right there big
Boy TV our YouTube channel.

Speaker 2 (01:08:43):
As you're watching, subscribe button Big Boys.

Speaker 5 (01:08:48):
To the Big Boys Neighborhood Podcast.

Speaker 3 (01:08:51):
Maria in the Neighborhood, Madi to the party. We were
talking about our recent recent visit from Jesse Rays.

Speaker 9 (01:08:56):
Yes, sir, you know she was in here and she
was such a great vibe.

Speaker 3 (01:09:00):
You know.

Speaker 9 (01:09:00):
I found out, like I said, that we shared the
same birthdays. I was like, all right, gem and I queen, I.

Speaker 2 (01:09:05):
Wonderes she talk about her birthday as much as you
talk about yours.

Speaker 3 (01:09:08):
Yeah, next time I do a comedy show, I'm gonna
throw it on your birthday because you promote the hell
out of your birthday very much.

Speaker 9 (01:09:15):
So, like I said, we should get it off.

Speaker 3 (01:09:17):
Our birthday's June twelfth, and next week we're gonna have
an entire like get together listens they do it on
a Wednesday.

Speaker 10 (01:09:24):
We live.

Speaker 9 (01:09:25):
Yeah, all right, but back to Jesse Rad Jesse. Yeah,
we asked her about Drake and how she found about
the three albums.

Speaker 2 (01:09:32):
I love it, Yeah, I love it.

Speaker 21 (01:09:34):
I think everybody I literally hit him off the line
because I was like, Yo, this bar is crazy the
first of all the and I.

Speaker 2 (01:09:40):
Was like, oh, hey man, the word play on I
was eight and rosses.

Speaker 21 (01:09:47):
I also like love the opportunity to exhale all that
creativity at once.

Speaker 2 (01:09:53):
It was crazy.

Speaker 20 (01:09:55):
That must feel so good. That must feel so good
to just.

Speaker 19 (01:10:01):
So.

Speaker 2 (01:10:01):
But you've got like how many songs that you haven't released? Three?
Four or five hundred thousand, one thousand?

Speaker 20 (01:10:09):
Maybe?

Speaker 2 (01:10:09):
Yeah, so she put off ten albums.

Speaker 3 (01:10:16):
Draking got nothing on you. But see that's what's work.
That's what you're talking about. They're not all good. See
you worried about quality?

Speaker 2 (01:10:24):
Hey man? With that you chuckle? Put the beeps in
on that one long.

Speaker 3 (01:10:28):
Those are some loudest beeps, Like, yeah, man, everybody told
us taking their headphones off. So if anybody was driving
in the car and you swerved a little bit, that
was like chuck doing our production right there, man, But
shut out to Jes she raised, hey man, And I
think with her she is extremely talented, right, but I
feel like sometimes the business is too much for her,

(01:10:50):
Like she wanted to be creative, but I think like
that was the first time I heard her say she
was kind of tired for the touring and rightfully, so
you know what I'm saying, And you really got to
take care of your peace and your mental because Jesse
Ray is anyone. You're not good to anyone unless you're
good to yourself. And as I said, I'm talking to
myself as well.

Speaker 2 (01:11:09):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (01:11:10):
Winning right now, just being in that World Cup, just
having a song with Illuminated, you know what I mean,
She's gonna be performing at one of the open ceremonies.

Speaker 2 (01:11:17):
It's gonna be the same weekend as her birthday and album.
We should really record a World Cup song. Oh my gosh,
can you do something like that? Like the beat?

Speaker 3 (01:11:28):
Yeah, that one that already did that one there like
a different line something up temple. Yeah, we should really
record one this yeah it is yeah, and we'll circle
back to that alright. Continue to hang with us in
the neighborhood, Big Boys neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (01:11:51):
Always they tapped into Boy's neighborhood. Become one of our neighbors.
Follow us right now, one I G Big Boys saborhood. Yeah,
don't TikTok big Boy for his neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (01:12:03):
Luisgi we were speaking about it.

Speaker 5 (01:12:04):
Man.

Speaker 3 (01:12:04):
We recently had Jesse Rays in the neighborhood for an
All New Big interview and she.

Speaker 4 (01:12:08):
Was talking about how early on during her career, like
when she was like pretty much saying like I need
some success, and then she finally got some, but it
kind of stopped her from smoking. Yeah, man, because she
kind of made a pact. Yeah, like I'm only gonna
smoke until so and so and then.

Speaker 2 (01:12:22):
Can you imagine if.

Speaker 3 (01:12:23):
I would have gave up if like if I smoked
and gave up smoking and every time I did something,
I like smoke free for like thirty three years in
my career.

Speaker 2 (01:12:30):
Magic. But let's get into Jesse Ray.

Speaker 21 (01:12:32):
It was so beautiful. It was so funny because like
I had nothing. I had no management, no plan. No
I had other demos, but like nothing like no videos,
no viral, no nothing. But it was the first sign
of like, oh alchemy, like word to a plan and
like something coming to fruition. And I was so grateful

(01:12:53):
and I prayed again and I was like, thank you God,
I'm mom Danny. I'm not going to smoke again until
I book my first show. And then the next year
I booked my first show and then I prayed again.
I was like, I'm not going to smoke again until
I sell it, until I sell out a show again.
I'm not going to smoke again until I book a
tour again. And it kept going, and it kept going.
It's been a long time since I smoked. I think

(01:13:14):
I did a weed brownie like one year after or
two years after, but it's been over like seven years,
I think, or eight, who knows. At one point I
was so blessed and they just kept raining down that
I was like, Okay, what's the pinnacle so I can stop.

Speaker 20 (01:13:27):
Negotiating, give myself a far carrot.

Speaker 21 (01:13:29):
And at that time it was a Grammy, and so
I was like, all right, God, I'm not going to
smoke again until I want a Grammy. So I haven't
smoked since, and I don't think i'm gonna. Like I
used to smoke if I was working nights, if I
was bartending, I'd like, you know, go to the rooftop,
roll up, walk home with kid cutting in my headphones,
and it was like routine and it was beautiful and
I loved it, or like smoke and play fefa like
it was just the thing. I think, if that day

(01:13:51):
ever comes I think I'm gonna like roll up up
inner and do a celebration. But I think I think
I'm good, especially because I'm sober now I don't drink.

Speaker 20 (01:13:56):
I don't. I think I would do it out of
honor my agreement.

Speaker 2 (01:14:02):
And then, but you were moving the goal post in
positive ways to go and I've.

Speaker 21 (01:14:06):
Won, but just indirectly, not for my own projects, because
someone was like, oh, but this and that, and I
was like, nah, it doesn't count unless it's mine.

Speaker 2 (01:14:12):
Then then hey, Lou, like you enjoy beer. She she
had a ton of a relationship.

Speaker 3 (01:14:18):
Is there any goal that you would do and say, Man,
I'm going to give up beer until such and such.
What'd you say till lunch? Small goals, anything.

Speaker 4 (01:14:33):
That you would say, Like I think if I was
to like DG like a festival, I think I would
stop drinking.

Speaker 3 (01:14:39):
No, you got to you got to do it now.
That's the way she was doing it. She would say
until like DJ a festival.

Speaker 2 (01:14:45):
Oh dog, yeah, that'd.

Speaker 3 (01:14:46):
Be He's like nah, man, he like man, he's like,
we got to talk about all the stuff we're doing
this weekend.

Speaker 2 (01:14:50):
I'll set that bar like really close, all right, Yeah, we.

Speaker 3 (01:14:54):
Speaking to put the weekend is here. Yeah, not the
weekend artists. We're talking about last weekend. You're like, oh
my god, Big got the weekend up there to continue
to hang out with us in the neighborhood, the Big
Boys neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (01:15:07):
I ain't neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (01:15:11):
Indies.

Speaker 3 (01:15:11):
You're finding a big boy from Big Boys Neighborhood on
iHeartRadio Boy. Here's another in case you missed.

Speaker 2 (01:15:17):
It, moment with us Snoop Dog. Have you always dog?
Being a person that said the world is humongous and
I want to go see it.

Speaker 16 (01:15:27):
I was afraid in the beginning because I'm so local
from Long Beach, and we'll need a long beach. So
getting outside of Loan Beach, first outside of La County
and going to different places in America showed me different things.
But then once I started to become an entertainer and
was able to look at the world and go to
these places that they didn't even speak English, but they
knew my music, or they loved everything about our culture,

(01:15:49):
or they received us would open arms, or they would
stay up all night in front of our hotel rooms
when we wake up in thousands of people outside. Like
to receive that kind of love, let me know that
the world is a big place and you need to
go look at it.

Speaker 14 (01:16:01):
You need to go see it.

Speaker 2 (01:16:02):
Thank you for listening.

Speaker 3 (01:16:03):
It is upon the Big Boy Big Boys neighborhood. You
could catch more of us right here on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 5 (01:16:10):
Big Boy has left the building.
