Speaker 2 (00:29):
I can't even get love Block, let alone love in Island.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
Yeah, get neighborhood. Okay, what happened?

Speaker 4 (00:38):
I think I ruined my chance with someone at a
you know, I'm going to all these like World Cup
watch parties because it's the vibes are here. And I
went to Mexico's game, and of course I wore my
jersey thanks to Louis and Nike Sports and the white
Mexico jersey, and I wore it, and of course me,
I stained it. I was eating talkers of being a

(00:59):
big bad and dude, I stained my shirt like literally
salsa on each side, like not even just like I.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Was eating Jesus did they give me if it's not.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Okay? So I stained myself and I'm just like still
vibing out because whatever, what can I do about it,
you know. And uh, there was this guy there who
asked for my number, and apparently he's like friends with
one of my friend's boyfriends something.

Speaker 5 (01:35):
I wish.

Speaker 4 (01:38):
We were like talking and you know, it was cool
and everything, and he ended up asking for my number.
But he hasn't hit me up. But now I'm thinking
that it's because of my shirt, because I was just
thinking if I was like looking at that from the
other side or like the other perspective, I would give
myself the ick. Like, my god, his shirt.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Is staying he under Did he get your number with
the stains? Yeah he did, but like like sloppy, messy girl.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
But then but then he saw my car, low key,
my car was messy from the outside of my cars.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Never dirty your car. You're making out in air?

Speaker 4 (02:15):
No no, no, no, oh yeah I did my little.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Pick broke somewhere. Shut up for.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
Giving me my truck. Yeah, but yeah, dude, I feel
like I gave him the egg because you in your shirt.
Yeah that And then also like my car was a
little dirty from the outside when we all walked towards
our car, saw you right, Yeah, he saw.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Me, and I didn't give me a.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
Blind Maybe maybe he was drunk, and then he realized.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
After I don't know drink special or what?

Speaker 4 (02:57):
Yeah, you off?

Speaker 6 (02:59):
I don't how to stand and her Sure, yeah, you
probably got stiky feet to on earth, so growing.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
Judging me like I'm doing so man.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
I swear though, like I don't have stinky feet. I
swear all right.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
All right, we take word for that. I ain't doing crazy.
I ain't Jack. You ain't having me downstairs?

Speaker 4 (03:22):
Yeah, man, I'm just like I think I gave him
the biggest egg because thinking about it.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
But you have his number?

Speaker 4 (03:27):
No, I don't have his number. You want me to
reach out to him.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Like you know what did you tell him your name
was Mariana. Yeah, he probably haven't made it to the
MS yet. In his contact he's probably still Yeah, he's
probably still on like you know the Deborah and.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
You up, you up, and then you got to them.
He fell asleep.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
I'm gonna forget by next week. If you don't see me,
that's a long time. Still, yeah, that is a long time.
It's like he's like princesses now they want us to
hit them up. And I'm like, sir, you asked.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
Me, right, and that's why you haven't called you.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
That's true.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
They haven't called you.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Having text You know what I'm saying, You're probably going
on your Instagram to see if you wear clean shirts.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Sometimes it was one guy, Hey.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
You're batting a hundred with him one under like I
see you in clean shirts all the time. He has
the only time he saw you, you had a dirty
shirt on. You know what I'm saying, So you dirty
one hundred percent?

Speaker 4 (04:31):
Wow in his eyes.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
You know, if anybody gon keep it real, it's gonna
be us.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
Yeah, that's that's what had come.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Dirty old devil.

Speaker 7 (04:37):
You right there. It's in the neighborhood.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Big Big neighbor.

Speaker 8 (04:47):
Would listen to the Big Boys Neighborhood podcast.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Big Boy Suped is up in here. Hey, Sue's hang loose?
What you got man?

Speaker 6 (04:54):
This World Cup is so interesting. That's wow, dude.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
I love this World Cup that I love the game.
I'll call everything.

Speaker 6 (05:07):
The fact that there's gonna play, I'm just getting excited.
But I also noticed that the Argentinian government does not
play either when it comes to like their citizens going
to the World Cup, because they actually banned thirteen thirteen
thousand people from going to the World Cup because of
unpaid child support payment.

Speaker 9 (05:24):
For the Argentinian government gave a list to FIFA of
thirteen thousand dads who have not.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Paid child support and said they may not go to
a game.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (05:35):
Yeah, So people were like, well, did.

Speaker 9 (05:37):
You just take away their passports or something like you're
the government. They're like, no, they can travel, Like, go
buy the plane tickets, that's go there, We don't care
you're not entering the stadium. Why is that the clust
thing you've ever heard in your life?

Speaker 3 (05:51):
How are they going to enforce that?

Speaker 10 (05:53):
Exactly?

Speaker 6 (05:53):
It's funny if you like you show up your ideas,
showing your idea and stuff, you can actually like have
somebody else pay for the ticket and then get in.

Speaker 3 (05:59):
But still like the fact that they.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Go on that far, man, I mean, some of them
are going to be dumb enough to just give their
idea and that they're all the list, they can't go in.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
I think there's better ways to hold people accountable.

Speaker 6 (06:08):
But even that is crazy though, Like for them to
do that.

Speaker 7 (06:11):
Imagine being that guy though the dad show up, You've
got the jersey, the flag, and then they're just like,
now you go in, Well, what I just played for
the ticket?

Speaker 6 (06:23):
That is.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
That's the real deal. It's not.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Remember have you ever seen the you want a big
screen TV sting?

Speaker 3 (06:31):
That's the first thing I thought big They just set
them up right, and then.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
It's like, yeah, you want a big screen, you want
a big screen TV. So you'll go down to get
the TV and they would just jump out and arrest
you for child support.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
Wow, got all these dads.

Speaker 6 (06:49):
Down there going to go pick up TV, pick up
the TV, but don't pick up their kids. Yeah, I
remember they used to do it. They had a show
about that. They just sing you like a letter like, oh,
you won this thing. You have to go downtown to
pick this thing up. And then you'll show up and
I'm here from my car and then boom, the cops
are just coming around like oh no yeah.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
And then got to get to it.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
They start sitting in the car for a little bit,
like everybody's going in, nobody's coming out. One person carry
one person carry TV out there.

Speaker 11 (07:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (07:18):
Thats be insaying though, like just be a dead bee
dad and just showing up.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
To the game and then with your buddies and then
I'm going without me. You're going without yeah?

Speaker 6 (07:28):
Man, oh man.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
That's that's when you blame it on your girls.

Speaker 6 (07:32):
They're like, oh, man, this yes, she's an F and
B because again, right, can bring this thing up to
eighty dollars a month.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
Now a month, I'm going without me, Man, y'are already
going in. Y'all really going here. Don't let me show
up with a dead beat and they hold them outside.
I'll be like, man, I'm going in.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
Bro, my kids are taking care of everybody. Has the
bar next door together.

Speaker 10 (08:06):
Hold your son, hold your daughter. I didn't even want
to go to the game. I would have paid. That
would have paid that.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
It's better watching it in the bar.

Speaker 11 (08:15):
Man.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Yeah, yeah, here we all and everything in here. I
ain't tripping. I'm young, iro't tripping. You hang with us
in the neighborhood, Big Boys neighbor.

Speaker 8 (08:28):

Speaker 2 (08:38):
Boy Big All Right now, Madiana was in the neighborhood, man,
and you were talking about Chris son Rock, how she's
getting tattoo removal, she's getting a blue face face off
of her face as a tattoo, alrighty, And we were
talking about there's just some things that you you there's
some things that you go into and you're like, man,
maybe that's a bad idea, Maybe that is dumb. So

(09:00):
we were talking about, man, you know what's dumber than that?
Then Mariana, you came in and you said you had
a boyfriend. He lived about thirty minutes away from me.
You asked your dad could he build him like a
little unit in the back so he could live in
your backyard?

Speaker 12 (09:10):
Right?

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Yeah, yeah for my sisters.

Speaker 13 (09:14):
Yeah, oh wow, Yeah, so dumb.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
To ask him. What's dumber than that? Alright, anyone, what's
dumber than that? You know what's dumber than that?

Speaker 14 (09:23):
Sending somebody you just spent once fourteen hundred dollars thinking
you're gonna get two TVs outside of a storage place
and never came out.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
Oh so dumb.

Speaker 14 (09:33):
That's called the scam, right there, guys, Yes, yeah, you're
gonna go by faster.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
You're gonna go by fast, meet me here at the storage.
But I was like, you also use the money, except.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
Bro, hey, man, you know what's dumber than that. It's
still lying about the reflection pool that somebody came in.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
Fifty three hundreds into it.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Man, what's dumber than that?

Speaker 4 (09:56):
That is so real?

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Yeah, ma, you I don't know what. You're moving around
a lot over there. Yeah. It was kind of a
long story, but now I'm gonna making short. I remember, like,
you're the only dumb one here.

Speaker 6 (10:11):
I remember when I was like seventeen, the girlfriend of
mine she couldn't go out with us to the movies,
and she's like crying because her dad was being mean.
So then I was just like, no, no, no, don't worry
about it. I just showed up to talk.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
To the dad. And that was.

Speaker 6 (10:25):
Yeah. Four Mexican man angry already. He was just mad
at his daughter, just yelled at her. I showed up
and I was like, hey, no, my boy. He's like, hey, Porehill,
you're thinking, all right, this is due.

Speaker 12 (10:39):
He kicked me off.

Speaker 3 (10:41):
She's over there and cry.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
But I love him Mexico.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
That because of my darkness. Yeah, I'll meet you there.
You know what's dumber than that. It's still thinking that
there's hope for our president like that.

Speaker 11 (11:00):
About that.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
Somebody somebody lighting it up. Somebody lighted up. Please, I can't,
I can't. Dumber than that letting your tweaker cousin borrow
your car. Yeah, and then he comes back four days later.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
Walking dumber than that going to the same nail person
after they messed up your nails once.

Speaker 6 (11:26):
Man o, my god, I only got a lawsuit going
on because they hurt so bad.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
You know what's number than that?

Speaker 6 (11:32):
Forgetting your phone in your girlfriend's car and then she
turns into your ex girlfriends.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Do you know what's dumbering?

Speaker 2 (11:42):
And that man is ordering through Amazon, one of those
privacy protectors. Yeah, and then when you get it, it's
smaller than what your phone is, and then you realize
that you ordered the wrong one yourself, Man, this little
ass phone. Yeah, I mean then with the person went back,
they realized that they ordered it.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
For a different That one person, Yeah, that one person.

Speaker 2 (12:08):

take some time because I was watching the World Cup
and she was like can I Can I change the

She never goes on there, bro, And I.

Speaker 14 (14:09):

and I was like, yeah, six pm Pacific. And now
she's like staying there and I'm like, bro, I'm only
gonna be on this car for like fifteen minutes.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
I want to go.

Speaker 14 (14:24):
Then I want to go back to watching World Cup
on the at the living room TV. It's the biggest
TV in the house, and now it's being taken over
by Love Island.

Speaker 6 (14:32):
Broad I wanted to irritate him a little bit more.

Speaker 7 (14:38):
Yeah, God, can you believe that if your team even
playing though, who cares?

Speaker 4 (14:42):
It's the World Cup.

Speaker 6 (14:43):
I'm watching how Lone, I'm watching Messy and whatever it
is like, and then you gotta watching the World Cup
in real time?

Speaker 3 (14:51):
Yes, for some.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
Reason, Mariana and y'all feel y'all feel like y'all gotta
watch Love Island in real time because literally, my daughter,
we're like, oh, you know, are you coming home? Because
she was hanging with her friends. Yeah, and she's like,
all coming home after Love Island.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
I'm like, what what are you talking about? No, it
gets even worse.

Speaker 14 (15:11):
So my stepdaughter Alena comes back because we have her
several weekends or whatever. She came back home with us
and they're at the table and they're getting like, yeah,
this party stuff ready, and Myra goes, uh, towns.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
Aleanna, are you watching Love Island? And then Alana goes yeah,
And I'm like.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Now they're both invested in this thing.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
God. So now that you guys, I'm just trying to
get a lot of trying to effect.

Speaker 14 (15:39):
So I'm like, dude, Love Islands taking over my house,
bron in the World Cup time right now.

Speaker 10 (15:43):
We know.

Speaker 6 (15:44):
Usually I'm with you, but this one, I'll choose a
little island.

Speaker 13 (15:48):
Are you?

Speaker 3 (15:49):
Are you serious?

Speaker 2 (15:49):
I have seen them cheeks all there, but they have
women on there too, right yeah, talking about the bottom, bro, Yeah,
the bomb come on. I don't know what he was
talking about, saying it's great, yeah, but I feel like
it's infiltrating everybody's household. And I think it's going to
be a pandemic.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
Bro. It got me. Yeah, I love island. Pandemic for sure.
For sure, he went a pandemic. He didn't even got epidemic.
He went the real dim. So I don't know what
to do, Bro. I don't want to you know, it
on another TV. I can't do that. We're just watching it.
I don't want to watch it on my eighty five inches.

Speaker 6 (16:27):
Please, I'm telling you, Louis, he's at the eighty five
and yeah, my tco eighty five inches and thin.

Speaker 3 (16:32):

Speaker 2 (16:53):
Big Boy Neighborhood All right now, hate sus supposed us
up in here, Hayes, Sue's hanging loose?

Speaker 3 (16:57):
What you got?

Speaker 15 (16:57):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (16:58):
Man, dude, It's so funny, like when when you're in
that talking stage with somebody, you know, there's certain things
that girls use, certain words that they use that consider flirting,
you know, and the guys use a little flirting words.
I could never read the flirting words when I was
in my dating stages. I was always off and I
didn't know that the word sir was considered flirting for
some girls. Yeah, the words sir like sir, hatest, and

(17:20):
it's just like that was like flirting when you say
it like that.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
I guess so, but apparently it was a It's a thing. Yeah,
it depends on how the woman calls you sir.

Speaker 4 (17:29):
She's flirting.

Speaker 3 (17:30):
That's my favorite flirt I love and I never dumb, man.
I missed out with so much.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
I feel like I addressed as sir.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
If I know you're flirting with me, like excuse me, sir,
Please sir, sir, sir, really please sir.

Speaker 5 (17:44):
If I if I know, if I'm if I'm you
know what I'm saying, if I'm catching that vibe, I'm like, okay,
I see what's.

Speaker 11 (17:50):
Going on here.

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Okay, sir. If I say sir to you, I'm definitely
trying to get you.

Speaker 16 (17:54):
She's very.

Speaker 3 (17:58):
I guess see they're just saying sir. Yeah. I would
think if they would like sir, you know, like certain
ways to say it.

Speaker 6 (18:04):
But if they're just like sir, I'm always thinking, you know,
like I'm on your way or something, go ahead, my bad,
Sorry about that. It's funny because, like the reason why
I bring it up is because I remember I was
dating a girl that would call me sir, and I
was off.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
I didn't like that.

Speaker 6 (18:18):
I didn't think it was every time she would like
text it or say it, I would feel like uncomfortable.
I feel like I'm like, it feels weird. And mister,
remember I was a while back.

Speaker 3 (18:33):
Have you heard sir like that?

Speaker 4 (18:34):
I have heard sir, but it's it's definitely in the cadence,
like the way that the girls say like I'm sir,
like if it comes with a little you know, like
a little down up, like yeah, I don't usually say that,
but I know that it's it's been a thing. I
usually say yes, sir, but honestly, I'm out here giving
mixed signals then because.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
I had that drone follow you home, like hey, yeah,
the police put a drone on you.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
Hey man, it's funny because it's been nice to somebody
in the hump and he gets falling.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
I'm the girl, be careful you.

Speaker 6 (19:09):
Give me mixed signals because I can see him come
back and forth and she's like, oh, he's always like
giving me a little I'm like, girl.

Speaker 3 (19:16):
Thank you. Sir, hey man, you better be careful with
our little guy. What's our little guy? Ruben? Do not
call him sir?

Speaker 6 (19:23):
Making sure you don't even out of respect, like a
hundred do not call him sir, even out of respect,
because that that that that dude, man, he seemed like
he watched the news and like white tidy whities. You
know what I'm saying with socks, yeah, like bagging like
bagg like you wear baggy draws at.

Speaker 3 (19:43):
The house.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
Picturing because I just painted the great pictures for you, sir, ladies.
So so now we all know, watch everybody gonna misread
this and be like, oh man, you yeah, I heard.

Speaker 10 (20:05):
Like that.

Speaker 3 (20:06):
Yeah, or somebody be like sir, like you're going to hr.

Speaker 10 (20:10):
I am.

Speaker 3 (20:13):
It's in the neighborhood, Big.

Big Boy neighbor Maia in the Neighborhood, Matituda Partty what
you got?

Speaker 4 (20:26):
All right, So we've been talking about how music has
just made like a huge comeback this year, you know,
with all the albums that have been dropping Asap Rocky,
you know, j Cole, Don Tolliver. I mean, so many
people have dropped this year, exactly. There's all freaking thousand
albums that he dropped, tell me about it. But Complex,

(20:46):
Complex posted their best song of twenty twenty six so
far this year, and they posted that last week. They
ranked Janna Shut the F Up as their number one.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
Songs by phone and so you all right, this is
Complex and it is the biggest song of the year
so so far.

Speaker 4 (21:05):
Okay, And I guess people voted, you know, they were
in the comments and they were they spoke out and
they actually said that Asap Rocky featuring bran Fire stay
here for life is a better song.

Speaker 15 (21:22):
Watch box song that.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Stroke congratulate bro, all you could do is make knees.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
Anyway, I feel like I agree. I I love that song.
That's I don't know. I think it's because it's like
emotional to talking about a girl and he's like.

Speaker 17 (21:56):
Different play yeah you guys, yeah alright, and that's different.

Speaker 6 (22:09):
Yeah, Okay, I can see the different And can somebody
get her a map please.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
So she can find the beat and find can you
drop the beats location?

Speaker 4 (22:27):
Someone come find me?

Speaker 5 (22:30):
For real?

Speaker 4 (22:30):
I do like that song a little bit more. And
that's a lot of people were saying. But I think
for me, like so far, my favorite song has been
Don Tolliver called Back from his new album Octane.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
And that's for you alright, j Yeah, that's their work.

Speaker 4 (23:01):
But yeah, I think honestly Don to her had a
great album. Like I think his album is my favorite
so far from everybody that's that's been dropping. Yeah, and
I haven't been like upset on any other songs, like
even with Young Miami's new song spend that spin that
we don't have that one right now black right off beat.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
You know, but we have no bit Okay, but you
guys know what I'm talking, right.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
But yeah, I don't do you guys have any favorite
songs yet? I mean Phoenix Flexen. Also, I just remember
that one right now.

Speaker 3 (23:38):
By the way you say Phoenix flex you just remember. Yeah,
there it is.

I regret allowing my sister to come to my wedding.
She came as a plus one with the best man.
Oh and she started a bunch of drama. She did
not get an invite because trouble follows her.

Speaker 15 (24:08):
She hit me up about three four weeks ago saying, oh,
you know, I'm getting married, sending me pictures of an
engagement and everything. And as of yesterday she told me
I can't come to her wait until he's trying to
protect her peace.

heard it. Yeah, they probably thought like, oh, he knew
that I was coming. He shout it out. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (25:48):
I just think it's so funny because he's I got
messed up, but he bounced back real quick.

Speaker 16 (25:52):
But it.

Speaker 6 (25:55):
Throws off the vie because you know, he came in
with energy, he said it with confidence, and it was
the wrong city. He's they're traveling a lot, bro, that's
why you know, and I'm pretty sure they do so,
but you got to have that post it everywhere, and you.

Speaker 3 (26:32):
It's not the best, bro, because I've seen a lot.
I could do it if I'm if I'm sipping or something.

Speaker 5 (26:36):

Speaker 3 (26:39):
Is that right now? A oh yeah? Covering off.

Speaker 16 (27:03):
It was?

Speaker 3 (27:04):
It was not bad, but that's what that's what Mexicans do.

Speaker 10 (27:07):

Speaker 2 (29:02):
Alright now, Louis G was talking about big back activities. Man,
you say you got a notification.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Yeah, I got a.

Speaker 14 (29:08):
Notification about the Angels game in the final score and
the first team that popped up and said Orioles and
the baseball team, the baseball team. And as soon as
I saw that, I was like, damn, do I have
oriols at the crib right now, so to have that
ice cream.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
Kicking Oreo cook.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
So we're just talking about big back activities, and Louis
said he saw something online that said big back activities
also include frying fries at the house. Yes, I do
you know what I'm saying. I used to weigh five
hundred pounds, so there's nothing that's going to surprise me.
All right now, confession session, big back activities?

Speaker 3 (29:39):
All right? You got I used to Uh, this was
every day, bro.

Speaker 14 (29:43):
For whatever reason, the combination of a cold pepsi and
a Twinkie together.

Speaker 10 (29:48):
Was my go to.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
Yes, every day. Did you just say, hey, you gotta try.

Speaker 14 (29:53):
I don't know what it is, the fizz with the
whatever the twinkies made out of in your mind, it's
so weird, Doggins.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
It goes like fizing your mouth.

Speaker 16 (30:02):
It is.

Speaker 3 (30:06):
Like activities. What's yours?

Speaker 4 (30:11):
Oh my god, I'm kind of embarrassed to share this one,
but you know, the vanilla ice cream sandwiches there are good, right,
too simple if it's by itself. If you get cookie
dough like the one that you can eat, and you
warm it up a little bit and you put it
around the vanilla sandwich and you take a bite that is.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
Gas Like, how did you discover that? I and is like,
I'm in the store, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (30:38):
A cookie dough at home and it was just like
there and I had ice cream sandwiches and I.

Speaker 3 (30:42):
Was like, I mean right around now there's some pregnant
women's saying, oh that was genius activity.

Speaker 6 (30:49):
Oh my god, this is a Mexican spaghett I don't
know if it's different. I just toasted and then I
put it like in a burrito and it.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
Looked like sour cream in it and wait, wait wait
wait is it wait? So you do you're like in
a thtilla.

Speaker 6 (31:02):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I've done that, putting a burrito and
stuff and a burritos.

Speaker 3 (31:08):
And sour cream and it was it was fantastic.

Speaker 6 (31:14):
Because you have to toast it because he eat it
like that, it's gonna be too soggy. You gotta put
in the oven and toast it. So it's a little
crunchy and it just has.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
A crunch and it just fine. You know what I'm doing.
Everybody look it over it, look at cookie vanilla.

Speaker 6 (31:30):
Okay o, there, no, it's not a dessert.

Speaker 7 (31:36):
There is nowhere I can go and say, hey, do
you guys have the vanilla ice cream hands with?

Speaker 3 (31:42):
Oh the marianna? Yeah, we got we we we definitely
got that. Does anybody microwave to totinos?

Speaker 14 (31:51):
Microwave pizzas and then put them on top of each
other like a sandwich and then just eat it like
a sandwich?

Speaker 3 (31:55):
Wow? Now we know you know what the toast?

Speaker 4 (32:02):
Yeah, you put the chicken in there, you put a
little a little bit of cold slaw, you put fries,
and then you put the sauce.

Speaker 3 (32:07):
Yeah, put it all together all together.

Speaker 8 (32:09):
One.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
Hey, Luigi, what's your favorite meal? If you can eat
it right now? Would probably be alright? And what would
you drink with that?

Speaker 3 (32:19):
Probably a cold coke? Okay? What about you, Madi? What's
your favorite meal?

Speaker 4 (32:22):
Tacos?

Speaker 3 (32:23):
Tacos? And what would you drink with it? Alright? What
about you Hayesh's favorite meal? Hamburger? And what would you
drink with it? I would do uh coke? Would you
have fries with it? Of course?

Speaker 13 (32:35):
Alrighty?

Speaker 2 (32:35):
Could you take that same drink, that same coke, the
fries and the burger, and could you put that in
the blender and drink I thought, I.

Speaker 6 (32:45):
Think about this all the time. Really, I don't know
if I could do that, but I will try it.

Speaker 3 (32:49):
All right.

Speaker 6 (32:52):
Back activities and we'll do that on Friday. We would
do that for Friday show. Sometimes that be the way
it is in your mouth. If you do certain things
like that, you're right.

Speaker 3 (33:03):

Speaker 6 (33:04):
Look at you like, ah, man, you think, get five

Let me tell you, man, we had Phoenix flexing in
the neighborhood Man and off Mike. He played some records
for us, and at that time there were different records,
different sound of Phoenix flexing records right, and we.

Speaker 3 (44:59):
Were like, man, you need to put this out, you
need to put this out. And maybe one of them
was Rubbers.

Speaker 2 (45:03):
I'm not too sure, you know, but it was all
in that same kind of vein of the accent and everything,
and I thought it was him. But you're starting to
hear so many people now where even producers are saying, oh,
it's Ai, it's Ai.

Speaker 6 (45:14):
Yeah, yeah, that's the talks. And then people were like
the build up was so you know, it's getting bigger
and bigger than the fact that he's performing. Now they're
like coming in with like judgment years, you know, like
they're really judging the sound and instead of just enjoying
the vibe. But I will tell you this, the videos
that I saw, it looked like an eighties nightclub. Everybody
was vibing, everybody was dancing, it was having a good time.
But some people actually didn't like it. Lives They're like, yeah,

(45:37):
you know, it doesn't sound good live and this.

Speaker 3 (45:38):
And that, but that's their opinion.

Speaker 6 (45:40):
Yeah, you don't have to be perfect, but.

Speaker 3 (45:42):
You know what I would have done. I think that
I think he gave people too much.

Speaker 2 (45:47):
Yes, too early for a record that was so anticipating
and moving so fast. When he did the rap radar thing,
I don't think he should have did that where he
was like, you know, just kind of lip singing with
and and my punk is getting bigger. He just tapping
his pocket and kind of lack of days ago and
non shellan and slow, and then he just started popping
up and videos started coming out of him, like looking

(46:09):
like he was doing video shoots and popping up to
the homies.

Speaker 3 (46:12):
That song is so huge.

Speaker 2 (46:14):
I think he should have kept the mystery, and I
think he should have came out a different character, you
know what I'm saying, because it's and not be Phoenix flexing.

Speaker 6 (46:23):
I don't think he needed all the homies on stage. Well,
I don't think you need to give the performances away.

Speaker 2 (46:28):
I think he's literally leaving millions of dollars yea on
the table because I don't feel like it's the great
it's the greatest run.

Speaker 6 (46:36):
Well, yeah, that's what they say that because some people
will actually agree to that opinion that they were saying
stuff like that. He didn't look like he was enjoying
himself on stage, tired, like he doesn't want to perform
the song. You gotta have excitement for the song, and
we're not seeing that from the physical. Man, have you
seen Walla Up sixty seven his video that he shot
for it. Yes, I think Wallow had the video, you know.

Speaker 3 (46:57):
What I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (47:02):
Yes, Yes, But it's such a it's such a huge record. Man,
it has so many different different demographics. I'm happy for Bro.
I just don't want him to leave anything on the table. Yeah,
that's a whole different baby that you gotta that you
gotta take care of, Bro. That that's a whole different
eating pattern that you have right now.

Speaker 4 (47:20):
It take time too to switch from like, you know,
his his what he's used to, his genre, to like
something so different. So maybe it's not he.

Speaker 3 (47:27):
Made it though to.

Speaker 2 (47:29):
Or AI or whatever people are saying, but he made it.
So I think that he should have taken his time
and not a a gang of time. But I think
that there should have been somebody around him that should
have put a better.

Speaker 3 (47:40):
Plan to different you know. Yeah, Man, hang with us
in the neighborhood. Big Boys neighbor.

Speaker 8 (47:47):
Is the Big Boy's Neighborhood Boy podcast.

Speaker 14 (47:51):
Big Boy is up in here, all right. I gotta
tell you guys this story, bro, because this is so random.
Dog In years later, all of a sudden, I walk
into a bar, right, Louis walks into a bar, and
we're there to watch the World Cup games, being a
couple of the boys.

Speaker 3 (48:07):
We're having a good time. I noticed that how many
Louis walking to a bar?

Speaker 6 (48:09):
No?

Speaker 3 (48:09):
Just one way? Yeah, I know the joke, three men.
But yeah, when we walked into a bar, I walk
into this random bar. It's like three pm, bro, right,
and I see this person next to me, Uh, ladies there, No,
it was okay, so what your regular bars you go to?

Speaker 11 (48:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (48:25):
Yeah, yeah talking about this was about the bar. It's
not about the bar. It's about.

Speaker 14 (48:33):
It's not about the bar, okay, But I get there
be the boy start watching the games next to you
know it. To the right, I see somebody that's there
by themselves and they're drinking beers and they're kind of
just laughing.

Speaker 3 (48:42):
Mind they're laughing at like our antics. We're having a
good time cheered, you know, doing bordlouds and cheering on
Mexico in US. Yeah. Next you know it, like the
guys kind of looks over when we make content.

Speaker 14 (48:54):
I was like, what's up, bro. He's like, hey, man,
can I can I Can I ask you something? And
I was like yeah, He's like you're Louis g right,
and I'm like, yeah, yeah, what's up man? Louis as
to me, she's like, oh, my name's Eric. And I
was like, oh, that's what's up, bro. And he's like
he's like you're watching the games and he's like yeah,
yeah for sure. So he sits there and he's like,
hey man, I gotta can I tell you something? And
I was like go for it and he's like pretty no, no, no.

(49:15):
He was like, I met you years ago when you
were in like this downtown Fullerton bar area at this
like irish pub. And I remember this Irish pub because
I used to DJ there and he was like, you
were there, you were hanging out, we're having drinks, and
I met you there, and when we were hanging out,
when we were hanging out, no hold on, He's like,

(49:38):
when we were hanging out, somebody like tried to like
come up to you and was like being rude to you.
And I kind of stepped up and was like yo, man,
like stop that's Louis g Like yeah, you kick back
a little bit and for whatever he's He's like, dude,
you were hammered. I was hammered. I started like telling
the dude, like defending you. Next thing, you know what,
I get in a fight with this dude at the bar.
They ended up separating us. I ended up being the

(49:59):
crap out of this dude. They ended up separating us.
Security grabbed me, they took me out. I ended up
getting banned from that bar forever. I could never go back.
As soon as I'm walking like back to my car,
hear these footsteps and then somebody calling out like hey bro,
or hey hey guy, and I turned around and it's
the cops. The cops ended up grabbing me. They were
asking me questions about the fight, and they ended up

(50:20):
arresting me. And he got arrested bro that night, and
he was just we were kind of just laughing it
off and just like, damn, that's messed up.

Speaker 3 (50:29):
And I'm like, dude, I don't know what the thick
right now. Bro, Like like I'm sorry to say next
round exactly.

Speaker 5 (50:37):
Bro.

Speaker 14 (50:37):
He was like, you know, I just got out of
the service. I was out in about but I've listened
to you my whole life, Bro, And he was just
like yeah, and he was like and we're laughing about
it for a second. Then at one point he was
just like, yeah, I kind of it kind of messed
up my life at that moment.

Speaker 3 (50:50):
And I was just like, oh my, you' exaled not mine.
He did the time for you.

Speaker 4 (50:56):
What are you gonna do?

Speaker 3 (50:59):
That's exactly what to happen. That one defended me. He
got for me, He did time for me. Whatever. He
bought his beers right about his beers.

Speaker 14 (51:09):
But it was just a radom and he was like, bro,
I never thought i'd see you again. He was like
it's been years, and he's like, now I have a
family at tax you.

Speaker 15 (51:21):
Dog.

Speaker 3 (51:21):
But when he said like I got arrested, and I
was just like, oh, dog is going to did he
do like a day? I don't know. I didn't ask
the question. He didn't want to hear no more. What
are you talking about? Going further down the rabbit hole?
So did you lose your license?

Speaker 10 (51:39):
And you?

Speaker 4 (51:39):
I was like, you're trying to get out of that conversation.

Speaker 6 (51:43):
His life took a turn. You don't want to be
that house. So what else happened? What other downfalls from
defending me?

Speaker 3 (51:51):
That night. This is a crazy love story. Kiss on
the lives. Do you think you owe man? No bro, weekend.
He's cute. We did exchange numbers. Now you know we
go back. Hey, what's some bro come down? We're watching.
Of course you feel guilty. Yeah, she's so guilty. His
exact rocky concert. I feel I know what's going down.

Speaker 4 (52:15):
He's downstairs right now.

Speaker 6 (52:16):
Yeah, can you let him just do one nicky? Think,
just one nicky. It's the dream of it rings the
bell like, but he's borrow up the bail for the weekend.

Speaker 12 (52:30):
Do we know a man name we can get him?
Shout out, Yeah, it's yeah, yeah, yeah, he's hold up.
Shout up to Eric Man, even though he.

Speaker 7 (52:42):
Bore him up, even though Wow, he's just put the
blame back on a good time for you.

Speaker 3 (52:48):

Looks like jay Z has a documentary coming bro later
this year. He just announced it.

Speaker 3 (54:48):
They just teased it.

Speaker 14 (54:48):
It's gonna be an HBO original. It's called jay Z
in eight and then he ate turned into like this
and the sideways, like the Infinity thing, which I think
is gonna be cool. So it's gonna be an eight
part series and this is a teaser and it looks
it's like Rick Rubin who produced Honey nine Problems and
obviously the album, one of the albums. I think he's
gonna be the one kind of asking the questions.

Speaker 6 (55:09):
Everyone had the same experience, except I was the one
that could stand on the soapbox and like articulate what
we were going through.

Speaker 3 (55:18):
Without the pain, you wouldn't have done the work. So
the pain, you don't say it's necessary, you don't say
you need it, but.

Speaker 10 (55:28):
He would it.

Speaker 3 (55:29):
Hey man, let me tell you. We were talking about
this about you know, jay Z doing certain.

Speaker 2 (55:34):
Shows and yeah, thirty year and five, it's not you know,
it's not sold out. But I'm telling you there's this,
not this roll out, but there's this rolling that's happening
with jay Z that I feel is about to take
over the rest of the year. You know, we saw
the roots, picnic with the with the freestyle we see
you know, of course, the dates that's coming for his

(55:55):
three shows in New York, the show being added that
so far, you know, and then just you starting to
see him pop out more.

Speaker 3 (56:03):
The documentary being announced now.

Speaker 2 (56:05):
So I think jay Z gonna have a great rest
of the year man, as an artist and as an icon.

Speaker 3 (56:10):
Yeah, he just dropped the website too.

Speaker 14 (56:11):
If you go to jay z thirty dot com, you
could literally go on there and it has experienced merch.
You could get notified on certain things. But dude, the
amount of footage that he dropped when it comes to
behind the scenes interviews, unreleased videos.

Speaker 3 (56:27):
Is freaking wild.

Speaker 11 (56:28):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (56:29):
You can sit there for hours just watching it.

Speaker 8 (56:31):
Man.

Speaker 14 (56:31):
A lot of a lot of exclusive stuff that we've
never seen before, and a lot of great times that
you can live with them.

Speaker 2 (56:37):
And Chuck the almanac, Yeah, yo, hey, Chuck, that worked
with us. Man with the anticipation on this or what
have you been seeing?

Speaker 7 (56:45):
It is?

Speaker 21 (56:45):
I think for that website we've talked about alone. For
those who weren't there, they understand now how important jay
Z was to the culture, how important his run was
to the culture.

Speaker 3 (56:54):
You know, the exclusive videos, the.

Speaker 21 (56:56):
Content, even the documentary fade to Black that came out
for the are movies up there, Chuck.

Speaker 2 (57:02):
Was fade to black with that, the one where where
Rick Rubin was speaking about how jay Z was recording
ninety nine problems, hey man, when he was in there
and he was like, yeah, the guy doesn't write anything down,
and he just like yeah, when he gave you the
insight on this, you're having girl problems out for bad
for you, son, I got ninety nine problems, but change
one patrol patrol. They get to like the officer pulling

(57:28):
them over. They show that part where he's like, are
you the law or something? And then he'll wait, now,
I'm just watching him do the before he punched it
all in like, dude is a genius.

Speaker 3 (57:39):
Man, Dude is a genius. It's about to be a
great time for jay Z as well.

Speaker 10 (57:43):
Man.

Speaker 21 (57:43):
There's one interesting thing about that site, though, Big if
you go through the chronological order, something is missing the
Watcher Throwne era. Oh so I kind of guess we
have an idea of how he feels about Kanye these days,
not in the timeline at all.

Speaker 2 (57:59):
Damn and watch the Throne with Hellap Oh my god,
I was a time man.

Speaker 3 (58:04):
Thank you Chuck for going on and I didn't there.

Speaker 2 (58:07):
It is yeah hip hop Chuck right now, Yaina to
hang out with us in the neighborhood Big Boys.

Instagram at Big Boy's neighborhood and on TikTok at big
Boy Big Boy.

Speaker 3 (58:27):
He's up in here with a loot, all yo.

Speaker 14 (58:29):
So all this smoke, which is Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson,
they sat down and they had a great interview with
Barack Obama and the question that Matt Barnes asked him
was so good.

Speaker 3 (58:39):
Bro, listen to this.

Speaker 16 (58:40):
The leader of this current administration is still very fascinated
with you and your family, constantly bringing you guys up,
and you've been at office nearly ten years now. How
do you continue to keep your cool and take the
high road, so to speak? Because we asked Michelle, and
Michelle said, we don't have to take the high road
no more.

Speaker 3 (58:55):
We just have to be.

Speaker 16 (58:55):
Strategic in our approach, she said. But she said, we
don't have to take the hire road. But you constantly
seem to meet the negativity and the racism with class,
and it makes you stand out so hart. But something
you don't just want to cuss his ass out or sometime.

Speaker 22 (59:08):
I mean, the thing about it is you got to
ask him what it is that.

Speaker 3 (59:14):
The obsession?

Speaker 22 (59:15):
The obsession, I know what, yeah, what I obviously you know,
have a room in his rent, free a sweet and
in his head. But the thing about it is that
was always clear to me. Look, first of all, when
I was president, the last thing I had time to
do was worried about what somebody said, somebody said, or

(59:36):
what the my predecessor did.

Speaker 3 (59:39):
They're gone, I've got work to do.

Speaker 22 (59:41):
Then it's hard to describe how if you're doing the
job right every day you got five ten things that
are real hard, and you have to be constantly focused.

Speaker 3 (59:52):
The idea that I'd be.

Speaker 22 (59:53):
Worrying about came before somebody who came before, and me
trying to measure, you know, like, what's he done to
constantly worrying about that is a strange thing to me.
It shows me somebody who's not focused on the American
people and the job they're supposed to do.

Speaker 3 (01:00:09):
My man said, if you're doing the job right.

Speaker 6 (01:00:14):
It's just wild, bro that everything all roads go back
to Obama, all roads go back to Biden, all roads
go back to Kama, all roads go back to a
different administration like this, dude, Man, everything goes back anytime
something happens and there's a question.

Speaker 3 (01:00:30):
Well with the Obamas, with you, I'm like, stop right.

Speaker 2 (01:00:34):
You know, it's crazy how there's so many times where
I'll see Trump speak and he speaks about so many
w's and how we're viewed around the world, and every
leader said this, And I'm like, am I looking?

Speaker 3 (01:00:46):
Am I on a different algorithm?

Speaker 6 (01:00:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:00:49):
Am I not seeing what everything costs and where we
are health wise and the economy and wars and all
this stuff. And then there's video footage of of you
totally contradicting yourself, like come on, man, like this is
it's ridiculous.

Speaker 3 (01:01:08):
Yeah, hate for sure.

Speaker 14 (01:01:09):
One of the things is like, dude, come on man,
like he did Obama Care, bro, you know much? You
know how many people benefited from the Affordable Care Act
like that, bro? And there's nothing now now you're just
taking benefits and everything from from people that needed.

Speaker 3 (01:01:22):
And it's so expensive until yeah, it's just a lot.

Speaker 10 (01:01:26):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:01:27):
I still trip off of Like I said, maybe my
goggles are different and maybe my algorithm is different, but
I really trip off of how some people I'm like, man,
this is common sense that you guys aren't paying attention.

Speaker 3 (01:01:37):
It's not even politics, it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:01:38):
There's just some common sense where you could just look
at somebody and say, dude, they're.

Speaker 3 (01:01:42):
Lying, you know, like they're they're lying. Man. But it
is what it is, man, you know.

Speaker 2 (01:01:49):
I mean, I can't say what can we do about it?
Because we're about to do hopefully a lot about it.
But you to hang with us in the neighborhood, Big Big.

Speaker 8 (01:01:57):
To the Big Boys, Neighborhood Podcast.

Speaker 7 (01:02:00):
Big Wood nigh Madiana's in the neighborhood, Mady to the potty.

Speaker 3 (01:02:03):
What you got? All right?

Speaker 4 (01:02:04):
So, I'm sure you guys have already seen the video
of Asap Rocky. You know, he's performing in Arizona. You
know he's on his U Don't Be Dumb tour right
now and in one of the concerts, and that specific
concert he was shouting out like that, you know, if
any girls are out there, that he would have f
them if he was kid.

Speaker 3 (01:02:23):
This is a here.

Speaker 23 (01:02:30):
They're like Scott Phoenix. It was just like, that's what
all the pretty ladies in America. Thank god, y'all have
known me when I was saying, because he was pretty.

Speaker 3 (01:02:47):
There is the y'all don't know me if I was
when I was single, because I would have yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:02:54):
And social media is giving him so much backlash right
now because you know he's with Rihanna. You know, he's
with a billy there. Everyone's taking like these comments of
like he's about a football like and it's like that
thing where like where do you draw the line in
a relationship because at the end of the day, he
is an artist and he does have to hype out
the crowd.

Speaker 3 (01:03:12):
You know, man, and he gave it to all the
ladies that's out there.

Speaker 2 (01:03:16):
It's like if you know everywhere he's gonna say how
beautiful the ladies are. You know, they got the best
women here in Houston, they got the best women here
in Los Angeles, they got the bet And I'm telling you, man,
with so many things going on, when I saw mighty
like the blowback, I was like, this is it? Yeah right,
you know what I'm saying, Like, I'm pretty sure that

(01:03:36):
Rihanna didn't even faith.

Speaker 3 (01:03:37):
I know, yeah, I don't feel like that phase Rihanna.

Speaker 4 (01:03:40):
Rihanna has been at a lot of the concerts and
I'm loving it because she's like literally with the fan
she's like taking videos of them. But I don't know,
I feel like I'm not gonna lie. When I did
see that, it kind of gave me the ick a
little bit about as Yes, just a little bit, because
I'm a huge Rihanna fan, but I'm also an ASAP
Rocky fan, Like I love both of them together, like
his music separately from her music. But like I think

(01:04:01):
it's just the fact that like does that make her
look dumb? But also she's not saying anything, like what
what do people have to say?

Speaker 6 (01:04:08):
Do you know?

Speaker 14 (01:04:08):
I do think that maybe that it got triggered by
him spotting a baddy in the audience, Like you know
what I mean, Like that's just something you know, you
don't just come, that's something that just comes out like
when you not spontaneous, but when you see something.

Speaker 8 (01:04:19):
Like that.

Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
Exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
I think he's entertainer and a performer. Yeah, and I
think it was a you know, it could have been somebody.
It sounded like a broad stroke. Yeah, you know what
I'm saying, And I would say this, bro, I would
double and triple down, and I would make that just
a part of my tour.

Speaker 3 (01:04:38):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (01:04:39):
I can't believe all the things that's going on in
the world that this is what people are tripping off
of that. That's just like somebody say, man, bro, if
you would have known me before, man, I was. I
used to drink a whole lot.

Speaker 3 (01:04:51):
Man. I used to fight everybody.

Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
But it's different because he's talking about you know, he's married,
but saying that.

Speaker 3 (01:04:56):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:04:57):
I mean, he's pretty black old.

Speaker 3 (01:04:59):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:04:59):
I'm I still like both of them. But it did
give me the ick when I saw that, you know,
obviously because I love Rihanna, but I do wonder if
he's going to continue doing that. I mean, we we
did see that. He broke up a fight as well.
He took them on stage, So you know, I think
it to the.

Speaker 3 (01:05:14):
Two guys that was about to fight, like, man, yeah,
the days if both of y'all.

Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
Now now we'll go back into somebody fight, I say, hey,
back in the days, it would have fault all y'all.

Speaker 14 (01:05:24):
Also talking about the fact that he clarified that he
wasn't wearing a thong on stage. Remember those pictures that
came out, Yeah, they clarified it was a like a
wireless microphone packed belt.

Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
It wasn't a thought you thought that. He was like,
oh my god, that was trying to him. Where do
you buy them that react on the ones you're wearing? Dude?
He was like, man, these things are starting to get uncomfortable.

Speaker 6 (01:05:47):
And you know he's sitting here talking about man. You know,
I got a cheer for Mexico, I got a cheer
for us. I can't change my underwear. They're just crazy. Man.

Speaker 3 (01:05:57):
What it smelt like in here already to hang out
with us and the neighborhood Big Boys neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (01:06:03):
Always they tapped into Big Boy's neighborhood and become one
of our neighbors. Follow us right now on ig Big
Boy's Neighborhood and on TikTok Big.

Speaker 3 (01:06:13):
Boy, Big Boy's neighborhood. Oh, it's a beautiful day in
the neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (01:06:16):
Man, it's even a beautiful weekend that's going down right
here in Los Angeles Beet Awards twenty twenty six. It
has taken over Los Angeles once again BT experiences going
down Sunday or the awards show. We got to bring
our guy into the neighborhood. President of b E T.
Lewis Carr, bring him into the neighborhood, brother, Lewis. How
you doing, my man?

Speaker 11 (01:06:33):
I'm doing good, big boy.

Speaker 6 (01:06:35):
How are you?

Speaker 7 (01:06:36):
Bro?

Speaker 2 (01:06:36):
I cannot complain, man, I'm telling you when it comes
to be ET Awards, first off, bro, like I'm a
fan first man. And this year is another one of
those years, bro, where I just feel like we are
so in tune and we are so locked in on
what's going down with the culture, what's going down with
the world today.

Speaker 3 (01:06:56):
And is that very important to you, Lewis Car, that
that you tap into the coach?

Speaker 11 (01:07:00):
Oh? Absolutely, you know, big boy. We operate under three
pillars right now, community, culture, and connection, and the BEET
experience in the BT Awards is the best example where community,
culture and connection come together in basically four days. And
there's no better city than Los Angeles to do that.

Speaker 2 (01:07:22):
When I look at the BET Awards, especially for BET
Awards twenty twenty six, hosted by Drewski, and I would say, Man,
Drewski is amazing, and that's one of those things. You
said it best man be led by data and insights,
And is that a reason why we see drewski as
the youngest host in BT Awards history.

Speaker 11 (01:07:40):
Absolutely, you know, he is right in the center of
black culture right now, leading everything that's hot. When you
look at our promos, he had so many icons and
our promos from Jamie Fox to John Mark or Kariti
b Mark. Lawren's all right, So it shows the connection

(01:08:01):
that he has with not only the entertainment community, but
look at but it's got thirty seven forty million followers
across social media. So we wanted to tap into a
younger audience. We wanted to tap into people who are
creating culture. So it was just like the perfect match
and he's going to do amazing.

Speaker 2 (01:08:21):
I got to ask you this why we have you on,
brother Lewis Carr. Why is the BET Awards and BT experience.
Why do you feel that that is so important?

Speaker 11 (01:08:30):
Well, it's so important this year because if you look
at what's happening in politics, which if you look at
what's happening in our economy, if you look at what's
happening with a lot of our social institutions, people need
something to believe in, and that's what our new tagline is.
BEET is something you can believe in.

Speaker 2 (01:08:51):
And not only with the BET Awards we get a
chance to check it out, but there's also a pre
show that's happening on YouTube as well.

Speaker 11 (01:08:58):
Yes, sir, for the first time ever, we're moving our
red carpet show to YouTube, so please, you know, tune

had Rick Ross. I got Rick Ross. You know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 6 (01:09:35):

they're coming to town and then they'll do my show
because they are here for be ET Weekend. And I
thank you, bro, And once again for those out there.

Speaker 2 (01:09:46):
