Earlier this week, Brandy was presented with the two thousand,
eight hundred and thirty ninth star on the iconic Hollywood
Walk of Fame, which is a career definding moment for
anybody in entertainment, but particularly meaningful for someone who went
to high school literally a few hundred feet away.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
I mean, it's got to feel incredible, right. Brandy briefly
did attend Hollywood High School, literally right around the corner
from the Walk of Fame, and she highlighted how impactful
that was on her trajectory during the star ceremony.

Yeah, it made those big dreams feel close enough to touch,
she said. Seeing the stars on the Walk of Fame
lit something inside her.

I made her believe. She made it an affirmation, said
I'm going to sing my way onto one of these stars,
and she did it. She says that receiving a star
was particularly profound for her. Clearly well deserved congratulations, Brandy,
