It has been nearly two decades since Keeping Up with
the Kardashians debuted, and the family k has been a
TV staple ever since, with all the family drama they've
been willing to show, and it's all come with more
than its fair share of judgment.

Yeah, it feels like fans and haters alike constantly just
have opinions on their every single move.
Speaker 4 (00:21):
Well, so it's interesting what Chris Jenner had to say
on the SmartLess podcast about how they've managed to deal
with all the scrutiny.

She says, literally from the very first episode of Keeping Up,
she told the whole family stay off the Internet, do
not engage.

Even friends of hers started passing judgment from the beginning,
so she adopted the philosophy let it all fly, we
know what really happened.

And Chris also says their ability to kill anything in
the edit room from day one, if need be, made
this show better. Having that safety net, you know, allow
them to share very intimate moments, and nine times out
of ten I know for fact they would leave it
in the show. Season eight of the Kardashians expected to
hit WHO later this year.
