Often here showrunners say things like we're doing something on
this upcoming season you ever seen on TV before. It's
a first and typically it's a bit of an exaggeration
to hype things up, but the fourth season of Shrinking,
for this one, it sounds like they are doing something
that's never been done before.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Yeah. He actually said in a social media post that
he's excited to start a completely new story next year
and that it feels kind of scary and risky but fun.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
And also confirmed the lead cast is returning, and after
a lot of confusion over if he meant it'll be
a whole new world with new characters like truly starting over,
he clarified new not the case. Things are very different
after a time jump.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
Though. He pitched the show as a story that stretches
across three seasons, and he's remaining true to that vision.
So yeah, there's going to be a very big shift
when season four kicks off.
