James Gunn makes great, big movies that people love.

I think that's the way to say it, right, Guardians
of the Galaxy, Superman, they rake.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
In a lot of money, Fans love him. They're critically acclaimed,
which is rare. But they are not considered prestige films, right,
and he's good with it. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
He told Variety that he doesn't really care about prestige.
Would he love to get an Oscar? Not, of course,
but it's never his concern.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
James, we gave up prestige. We never pursued it. Even further,
he says he genuinely loves making what he calls pop cinema.
He does still try to make films that resonate emotionally,
but he loves big movies. James's next movie is a
funnel up to Superman Man of Tomorrow, arrives June of
twenty seven.
