Speaker 2 (00:31):
Text us, text jj R and whatever's on your mind
to nine six eight ninety three. It's an interesting thing
having Halloween on Thursday coming up because this weekend there
were lots of Halloween parties. You see all the celebrities
in their costumes, right. I saw Peyton was out in
costume and my sons were out in costume. But then
a couple of my boys have got something going on Thursday,

(00:54):
and then a couple of my boys got stuff going
on Saturday too, this coming Saturday, right, so it's like
all Halloween all the time.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Uh, Peyton, what was your whole scenario?

Speaker 5 (01:03):
Well, my boyfriend Kadem and I had kind of had
a little bit of an argument about which Halloween or
which Halloween costume we were gonna wear. I wanted to
be Sticky and Djana from the Proud Family. He felt
like nobody would recognize us, which is probably true, but
it was still fun, right, and he wanted to do
Aladdin and Jasmine, and he dug his heels into it.
So I'm like all stressed out on Saturday, I'm like

(01:25):
praying that these costumes get here in time. And we
ended up going with Aladdin and Jasmine and we were
definitely best dressed.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
We completely shut down Halloween.

Speaker 5 (01:34):
I was so happy he had to wear the little hat.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
It was the funniest thing ever.

Speaker 5 (01:39):
But I just like looked at him for how antisocial
my boyfriend is. I was like, you really love me.
The fact that you are down to get dressed up
look absolutely ridiculous with me and still have a good time.
So it was fun. We had a good Hallow weekend
for sure.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
That's when you say he's anti social.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
My son Dutch yesterday was out of barbecue at one
of his teammate's house and a bunch of the dads
were there, and bunch of the sons were sitting next
to the dads and they all laughed like it was
a before and after. Like these young boys when they
grow up, they're gonna look like these dads. And Dutch
was like, he was really neat, and I go, except
I wasn't there.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
He goes. He goes, yeah, you weren't there, And I go,
did you tell all the dads? Sorry?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
My dad's antisocial and introvert and doesn't like to hang
out with people, never ever in a million, So we
have to acknowledge this. We have a we have a
terror squad. What's what's the guy that.

Speaker 5 (02:27):
Looks like the clown right there? I'm kind of scared
and there's.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
People in here, and uh, are you gonna talk? You're
not gonna talk. This is the terror clown just walked in.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
It's not Grand Terrifier, Terrifier free clown there. You know,
I've always not liked clowns and and this confirms that
because that's really freaking yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
This is the one that's not really I tried to
see if we know who this person is and just
walked in, very tall person.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
So the person just walked in. They have the that's
the Terrifier clown. He's standing by Rich. We didn't get
a picture.

Speaker 4 (03:04):
What if he doesn't show up in the picture.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
Come on, this is making me.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
My God, my heart's flying out of my chest.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
I'm trying to see if we know who that person is.
It's somebody in the building to put that cast up.
You know what's funny is I literally thought it was
Grant until I saw Grant right here.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
Yeah, I know, but you start eliminating staff members, it
gets a little creepy.

Speaker 5 (03:26):
We're gonna started the week Who are you you feeling
yourself on the clown?

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Is that mister?

Speaker 5 (03:43):
Yes, we wanted to start the spooky vibe, and I
was like, you're super tall, you'd be the perfect art
the clown. Johnny's been talking about how he's terrified of him.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
Thank God, there's a human underneath that.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Her cousin looks more like mister Beast than any other.
You get that a lot, You get that lots you
like a really tall mister Beast.

Speaker 6 (04:08):
Yeah, welcome Devin, thank you, good morning.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Anyway, Like what is God? I was not ready for that.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
I know that was the point to switch things up
this Monday morning.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
I'm speaking of this weekend. You talk about Kadeem in
this Halloween costume. But you also said his mom was
in town.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
Yes, his mom was in town with you guys. No,
she didn't. She Kadem has like family out here already
on her on his mom's side, so he went and
hung out with or she went to go hang out
with them. But I feel bad for Kadem because he
was on the couch all weekend. Me and his mom
were in the bed.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
We were like, see you later.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
You're gonna have the uncomfortable sleep, not us. But it
was really nice, and I was actually like super stressed
out because she's like his mom is literally like just
like an angel on this art. She's the sweetest thing ever.
I love her to death. And I was like trying
to like frantically clean my apartment and I started cleaning
the big spoarts out of everything, and Kadem's like, that's
what you choose to clean is the base boards, Like

(05:10):
there's literally like four piles of laundry right here, that's
what you choose to do.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
I have I've ever seen that TikTok where it's like
what what my wife thinks people are going to do
when they come over, and it's like check the baseboards,
they run in to see if the beds are made
in all the rooms that import.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
That you just feel like you have to do exactly
so relationships.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
We had to go to this charity event on Saturday night,
my wife and I and it was it was a
three hour drive to this event, and we got into
a little bit of a probably one of the biggest
fights we do.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
But that's bad because you're trapped in a car.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
That's exactly what you said. So we have this three
hour drive to this event and the event went well.
It was supposed to start at six and now it's
seven point fifteen and it has it started yet.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Right, And I don't want to be out too late.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
In fact, I even said, I go, so if I'm
playing for the night, we're not getting home till midnight
one o'clock. She's like, no, no, no, no, no, we're gonna
leave by seven thirty. I'm like, okay, it's not eight.
We haven't left yet. So finally I said, hey, buke
hasn't started yet. Let's just leave. We're here. They've seen us,
We've taken pictures of people, We've shaken hands, kissed babies, Like, oh,
I go, can we can we just go and she's like, okay, fine,

(06:17):
I'll go to the bath. I go, wait, I just
want to make sure you're okay with us leaving. Say way,
we're leaving. We're driving, we're about ten minutes away from
leaving the event, and she says, you know what, I
don't want to start an argument. That's how she starts
the conversation. I don't want to start an argument, but
you can't read me because I wanted to stay. I'm like,
wait a minute, of course, I can't read you. I

(06:40):
can't read your mind. I know I'm trying to communicate,
try to. So we get in this huge argument and
then it's just quiet and the radio is turned. We're
listening to radio station and it's the music playing, but
it's low. It's not loud enough, but I don't want
to turn it up, so it's just quiet for two
and a half hours.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
I can't hear her.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
I get it, like the song with played that I
can hear her. It's dark in the car, and she
would like be singing the song under her breath, but
singing the song, and I'm like, like she was trying
to connect, and finally she was like, are you okay
to drive because it was late and whatever, and like yah,
we start talking and and then.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
We made up.

Speaker 5 (07:19):
You read her body language next time, John.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
Jay, your wife never wants to read.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
That's true. But then I said, but then I was like,
I don't have to go to this. I go, you
you can go. She was not really want to see
Zach speak. Okay, we were with Zach Thursday, We were
with Zach tonight and and and we you hung out
and played with this dog and everything.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
We don't have to see him speak. You met him,
You did it all. And if you want to see
him speak, then you could take a friend. I know.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
But also I was clearly communicating before I said. The
key is to communicate. You have to communicate. And I
was telling you that I want to go to sleep.
My sleep score sucks and I want to go to
bed early and I want to do whatever whatever, and
I go. Now, if you said, can we stay, I
really want to see this guy Zactu, I would have stayed,
but she didn't until we were already leaving. Like communication, communication,

(08:18):
But let me tell you that drive home though it
was uncomfortable because I was like I was just like,
you know that that story that was treading a couple
weeks ago about how guys that were just sitting in
the back of an airplane staring at the thing what
was that called raw DOGG.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Yeah. I was just I was like, I'm not going
to touch the die on the radio. I'm not going
to do it. I'm just driving and I was just quiet,
and I was just driving.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
And oh, here's what she says. She goes, what are
you thinking about right now? I go, oh, can't you
read me?

Speaker 3 (08:52):
You can't read me? Like, what do you think about
right now? And I go, do you really want to
think about?

Speaker 6 (08:55):
You?

Speaker 2 (08:55):
Like? And I literally was thinking about called these flags
different countries flags and how they made flags.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
I was like, how come up with a flag like that?

Speaker 6 (09:04):
He's like.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
About maybe doing things differently this night normally.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
When she asked me that I'm always in the middle
of my own Indiana Jones story, he said, I was
thinking about how they come up with flags, like they
have enough people to agree, then this is going to
be our flag. I mean, look how we are about
our Halloween costumes. We could barely agree. But as a country,
to come up with your own flag and how many
people are involved in it? That's what I was thinking
about the time when she said, what do you think
about
