Speaker 1 (00:00):
Kirsten, thanks for holding good morning. What's up?
Speaker 2 (00:05):
So, basically, I've always planned on having my cousin and
my bridal party, like I've never had any question about it.
But basically here's the thing. Her hair is bright neon
green right now, and I totally respect her choice, so
you know, like rock whatever color she wants, and you know,
like speriously I want her to, you know, do her,
(00:27):
but I just cannot lie that. I'm kind of freaking
out about like how much it's going to stand out
in my wedding photos. And I'm just like really anxious
like that I'm going to come across as a bride zilla.
But I'm also like I don't want my big day
to look like I'm walking down the aisle with a highlighter.
So I'm kind of I'm like, how do I handle
(00:49):
this without being a total jerk.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Basically, you could do all black and white photos. That
would solve everything. I had to do that.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
I literally had to do that in my.
Speaker 4 (00:57):
Wedding we I have. I have a big group of
girlfriends and I couldn't like have all of them be
in the wedding party. So I was like, but I
want everyone to still kind of be a part of it.
So everyone who wasn't. I had two of my best
friends in the wedding party, and then my sisters, and
then I said everyone else, well, let's all wear black
dresses so that in the pictures it looks like it's
all coordinated.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
Right.
Speaker 4 (01:18):
So one of our friends, our guy friend, brought a
random girl and did not give her the memo, and
she wore a bright green dress and he brought her
into the pictures. And now I can only have those
pictures in black and white because it stands out like
a sword out.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Why is green the color people want to choose to
ruin wedding foot.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
But I mean your cousin, like I feel like you're
walking like you're kind of you're on murky waters there
a little bit because you can't really tell her, like
change the color off your hair for my.
Speaker 1 (01:51):
Wedding, you know what too. So we have our wedding
phot we've been married a long time. We have our
wedding photo with our wedding thing, the group photo. It's
like in our living room, like you see it. And
I think if you had that photo, if I had
that same photo and one person had green hair, that's
all you would see from across the room totally ground
green circle.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
Am I the only person that feels like for me?
I would like think twice, I'd be like, okay, my
hair is green. She probably doesn't want this in her picture.
I would take that upon myself. That's kind of a
little weird to me that your cousin isn't being considerate
that her hair is green.
Speaker 4 (02:21):
But does she know you want her in the wedding yet? Like,
have you already invited her?
Speaker 3 (02:24):
It's a good question.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
Yeah, yeah, did you have green hair when you invited her?
Speaker 3 (02:31):
Yes, Well, then she's probably gonna be like, well, this
is me.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
You probably wouldn't think about dyeing her hair.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
I have no idea because that's how she's living.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
You know what, say nothing of it, Have a great
time at the wedding, Take all the pictures and fix
it in post production.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
Photo her hair color if you want to.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
I like to fix it and post everyone's and then
you know what you.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Have to do. Then you have to have a frame photo.
That's normal. When she comes over to be the first
person to change their house. When the relatives come over, well,
congratulations on your wedding, and what's your bluff fiance think
about the situation.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
Oh, he feels the same way. We're both kind of like,
how do we handle.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
This well, I mean she had green hair when you
asked her, so it's on.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
You now, Yes, I mean she changes her hair color
so much so I was like, maybe she'll go back, and.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
You're strong, she might still do that.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
She may still do that.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
You can always ask her like, hey, what are your blessing?
How are you all going to wear your hair?
Speaker 1 (03:43):
Don't do that, Kursten, thanks for listening. Have a great day.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Yeah, thank you.
