Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, Denise, thanks for holding Hey, you're welcome. What
are you good? What's up?

Speaker 2 (00:05):
I feel so guilty because two people who met at
my birthday party are now having an affair.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
Yes, oh I know.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
So I had my thirtieth birthday party last month, and
I of course invited all thank you. I invited all
my close friends and family. Two married friends came solo.
They left their husband and wife at home, and I
introduced them and randomly sat them at the same table,
not thinking anything about it. They're about like sixty people
at my party, so I didn't even notice at the time,

(00:36):
but apparently they really hit it off, so much so
that I found out a few days later. For my sister,
she saw them kissing in the parking lot at the party.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Scandalous.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
I didn't believe, I know, and I.

Speaker 4 (00:48):
Didn't believe her, like I.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Was like, there's no way. But I literally just foun
out from another mutual friend that they did hook up
and are now having an affair and their spouses have
no clue. And I feel like I'm responsible because they
were at my party. I mean, should I do something,
should I say something? I don't know what to do.

Speaker 5 (01:06):
Well, first of all, I feel like you're not responsible adult.

Speaker 6 (01:10):
Yeah, your parents are responsible for having you born on
that day.

Speaker 5 (01:18):
I know, right, but it does put you in an
awkward position.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
And are you friends with both of their?

Speaker 3 (01:25):
I am? I am? That's so. Yeah, I wouldn't mind
my business.

Speaker 6 (01:32):
I don't know if i'd know two people. I know
people have had affairs, but I don't know if I've
known the two people having an affair with each other.
I don't think I've known both parties.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Oh really, I don't think so. I'm trying to think,
do you It sounded like you did, Kyle.

Speaker 5 (01:45):
I mean, not like affairs, like I knew people who
cheated on each other.

Speaker 6 (01:49):
Like that's what I mean, like together, Like yeah, together,
i'd be like, and so now my wife.

Speaker 5 (01:54):
My friend and my boyfriend who cheated on me together doti.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Yeah, I know. My wife knew two couples and.

Speaker 6 (02:06):
Her telling me a story of the guy and the
girl of their friends that the chief of couples had
an affair and they got caught like eyeing each other
while everyone.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Else was drunk.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Who caught the look?

Speaker 6 (02:17):
Yeah, I don't remember the wife, the sober wife caught
the drunk husband.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Yes, changing the clients very observant.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
Well, I don't think any of us can come up
with any reason for you to say anything to either
of them, right, I mean it's.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
You're not responsible, no juicy.

Speaker 5 (02:34):
Juicy yeah sure and murky waters for sure.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
I would stay like probably far away from your friends too.

Speaker 6 (02:41):
Because that's going to blow up. Or have another party
right away, another birthday.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
Party all of them, or just have a dinner party
at your house and just invite both couples.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Yeah, Or like.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Maybe the other two who are getting cheated on will
find each other and then they can be together.

Speaker 5 (02:56):
You want to know what I actually know someone that
happened to They worked friends. They were they were a
couple of friends and they had like kids that all
hung out all the time, and they literally swept partners,
so they were marble parties. Were married, and then one
had an affair and then the other one ended up
like falling in love with the one who they had
out affair with it, so it's literally then like.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Wow, really she was married to famous producer Muttline, who
produced all of her songs, and he had an affair
with their neighbor, so she ended up marrying right husband.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
The neighbor.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Husband, she's with the neighbor, and then she's with the neighbor. Wow,
she happened to.

Speaker 6 (03:35):
Again, a friend of my wife's parents. They did the
same exact thing. That's so wild together and things happened,
and they switched couples.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
Things are supposed to happen to.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
You're not low, Denise, except you're not the one. Haven't
you say?

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Don't know things? You're telling us the drama though, that's
very interesting.

Speaker 6 (03:49):
