backstory here. So every year, my best friend always throws
this I'm talking like massive Halloween party, Like it's this
huge deal, and there's this big cast contest and I'm
talking like two hundred and fifty people and like parize money,
like it's a huge deal. So I've been spending weeks
on making mine and my boyfriend's costumes. Like I've probably

spent over like one hundred dollars on the both of
our costumes. Well, so, like fast forward to the day
of the party, and it's getting kind of late, so
I asked him when he was going to be home
from work, and he told me he wasn't feeling well
and was stuck at work for a little while, and
he said he just like didn't think he was going
to make it to the party, and I was just
like so upset. I was crying so hard. I ended

up going alone. So I'm now at the party, devastated
and just like throwing back shots. I got a text
from a coworker, which was really weird because we don't
really actually like talk like that, and the text was like, OMG,
like are you here? I just saw bat walking around
at this trunk or treat by my parents' house. He
said he was there because he was taking his nephew around,
and I literally I get like so sick to my stomach.

He doesn't have any nephews. So I called him and
dicks up after like the third time I called, and
says he still wasn't like feeling well, but it kind
of sounded like there was like an echo, So I
am like one hundred percent convinced. But he snuck off
to the bathroom or something at whatever trunk or treat
he was at and was like completely lying to me.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
That would be messed up, like bold face lying to
you to just like go trunk or treat with I'm
assuming probably just another girl and so shady you and
like I'm assuming probably her kid.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
That's messed up.

What a moron because he just saw your coworker, right, Like,

Pretty good lie. It's my nephew stopped by to see
