Speaker 1 (00:22):
And you're listening to John Jay and Ridge wakes.
Speaker 5 (00:25):
John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
You can call us at eight seven seven nine three
seven one oh four seven. You can text us. You
text J g R. Whatever you want to say to
the number nine six eight ninety three. Yesterday Kyle was
telling us about how you're not wearing your wedding ring
right now because it's got a rash on your finger.
Speaker 5 (00:39):
A lot of people have comments about that, by the way,
a lot.
Speaker 6 (00:42):
Of text message does anyone know what's the deal couple?
Speaker 5 (00:44):
Kyle?
Speaker 3 (00:45):
Uh, this is a text Kyle needs to shower daily,
not by a new wedding ring, her ring.
Speaker 5 (00:49):
No, she stank all day every day.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
She doesn't.
Speaker 6 (00:54):
Maybe that's it.
Speaker 5 (00:56):
Another one.
Speaker 7 (00:58):
If you were thinking.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Another says a message for Kyle My husband actually is
deathly allergic to week now. He was thirty two with
his first reaction eight week his whole life, and now
he can't started up in EpiPen mode. Now, it could
be a late on set allergies to your ring. But
you also have another ring on. It's made of the
same stuff.
Speaker 8 (01:19):
Right, I have my wedding band on that's made of
the same.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
So it's not a week hours in it. But maybe
it's because of the last time I think we got
an update Fromkyle, she was sleeping another room. You and
your husband haven't slept in the same room together since
you got that puppy.
Speaker 8 (01:31):
Right three months ago.
Speaker 6 (01:32):
I don't know how that would affect my ring, but
it has affected my life, and I don't know if
it's affected my relationship as much as I thought it
would like because I was like, we should not be
sleeping in separate rooms. To me, that seems like they're
just roommates. You're not married or something. I don't know,
just mentally it's not there. But I'm happy to report
that after three months of a sleep divorce, Scott and
(01:53):
I are once again sleeping together.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
I'm happy.
Speaker 6 (02:01):
So you know, the show went on vacation, and over vacasion,
I was like, I am making it my mission, Like
we have to make this happen. This is like this
has gone on too long, and it's always been like,
you know, we wake up really early, and we would
go to bed too late and the dogs wouldn't settle
right away, and we were like, forget it, we're not
going to try it tonight. Forget it, We're not going
to try tonight. We kept pushing it off, but over
the break we made it happen. And it did take
(02:23):
a kind of a lot of getting used to for Poppy,
mainly because we were Pappy and I were sleeping in
the guest room and what we needed to do was
move into our actual bedroom. And for her it was
almost like she already knew this isn't the place where
we sleep. So she would go in the room, she
would go in the bed and she would get the
zuomie so or she would go too close to Daisy
and Daisy would.
Speaker 8 (02:41):
Get ticked off at her and try to bite her
and murder her.
Speaker 6 (02:46):
And so finally I think it was like just consistently
just this is it, this is where we're going, this
is what we're doing. And she's fine. Now it's great.
Speaker 5 (02:55):
So how many days have you slept with your husband?
Speaker 8 (03:00):
Five?
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Five?
Speaker 3 (03:02):
And the dogs are like and how many how many
days have you not had your wedding ryons been?
Speaker 8 (03:10):
I don't know three or four.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
See, so that's my correlation in the beginning was the
wedding ring represents your marriage and your happiness and everything.
You've been sleeping another room. So the universe is like,
you guys need to get back together, get back there,
and we got it. So the universe letting you know, hey,
we're it's in your ring. Take this figure off and
then and then you go back with your husband and
now you're sleeping back in the bed and Allison, watch, magically,
it's gonna work.
Speaker 8 (03:32):
I hope that's the circle.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
It's the never ending circle of love.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
So that's how my my presentation to you was, maybe
it has to because you're sleeping in another room and
it's causing a rash in your finger to see that
watching I'll come back together and it'll be magic.
Speaker 5 (03:47):
And a four.
Speaker 6 (03:48):
I've been using aqua for a couple of times a
day just to try to heal it.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
But you know, there's I was trying to think who
it was, and I think I think it's Cameron Diaz,
actress Cameron Diaz, and she's married to Joel Madden, one
of the Maddenings of the What's.
Speaker 5 (03:59):
That Good, Charlotte Charlie.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
Yeah, And did you see what she said a couple
days ago how they've been together, I think fifteen years something.
She was talking about how important it is for them
to sleep in different rooms really.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
Together.
Speaker 5 (04:11):
I don't know, she just thinks it just keeps it together,
just like you know whatever.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
And I don't know if they have dogs or not,
but it was like, we sleep in different rooms and
it's helped our marriage.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
I've seen like ever since you know, how you talk
about something in the show, he comes up on your Instagram,
I've seen since Kyle's been talking about the sleep divorce,
people showing off their mates their spouse's bedroom, like, here's
my husband's.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
I see this, I see this one lady. This one
lady did a whole tour. Right, here's my husband's closet,
here's my husband's bedroom.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
Rooms look nice.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
And I have a friend who has a house that
they he has his bed in their closet. That's where
he goes to sleep. At that in their closet and
it looks like a nice little setup. Wow. So I'm
seeing it everywhere. Maybe maybe you've you know.
Speaker 6 (04:52):
We're ending that. We've never wanted that to be.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
However, the people seem to love it.
Speaker 3 (04:58):
Like I, when my wife's had a I sleep alone.
I do enjoy being alone. It's great, you know. But
when she's home too, I like that too. It's there
is I think I sleep better with her there because
we do it so long. But she now like reads
in bed a lot with us, and she is pretty
like you think laying in bed reading you don't move,
but she's quite a mover.
Speaker 1 (05:18):
It's like yeah, like yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:19):
She changes, turns the page loudly, and I'm.
Speaker 6 (05:22):
Trying to sleep, Like, how is she moving a lot?
She reacting to the story?
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Will she'll go change the page or then she'll move
adjust and then the bed I can feel the bed move,
and I'm like, and I gotta do that.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
I'll do this, you know. Stacey just talks to me
last night. It's I'm asleep, and I fall asleep really quick,
probably within a minute. But she, oh my god, I'm like,
what's wrong. She's like, it's the Nordstrum half yearly sale.
I'm like, you could probably just scroll by yourself and
never share that way, and I would never care.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
So call us at eight seven seven nine three seven
one four seven. Also, I'm going to present something to you, guys.
I want to try something with our text line. We
play a lot of games on the show. Right, you
got Dojia cat tickets coming up, we got Minute to
Win It coming up, we got downback tickets. I thought
it'd be kind of cool if you text us, text
JJR and then tell us I want to play a
game one of the games, and maybe we'll pick one
(06:12):
of the text messages to be contestant. Right, but you
also have to have a fantastic personality, So text JJR
and the phrase I want to play a game to
nine six eight nine three and maybe we'll pick one
of you to play. Wake up with that, Rich, it
is time for Peyton's predictions for horoscopes.
Speaker 5 (06:33):
Payton, what do you got?
Speaker 4 (06:34):
Yeah, lots of people went back to school yesterday, lots
of people are coming back in the next few weeks,
So I'm kind of letting you know how you are

My birthday's actually tomorrow.
Speaker 8 (07:04):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 7 (07:09):
I love that.
Speaker 4 (07:10):
Okay, So for my cancers. When it comes to you,
guys and going back to school shopping, you are a sweet,
hyper sensitive person who instantly treats a basic pickup line
like a slow motion romance movie.
Speaker 7 (07:22):
You're gonna blush, look down at.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
Your shoes, all cute, and secretly start planning your matching
outfits in your head.
Speaker 7 (07:28):
You already know you're you're the ruler of the school.
Speaker 1 (07:31):

Speaker 1 (07:37):
All right, your bed, bye bye. Don't you get like
a little trauma trigger whenever somebody says back to school
still from when you were a kid.
Speaker 5 (07:46):
I definitely get into memories of back to school shopping. Marsha,
good morning. What's your sign?
Speaker 2 (07:53):

Speaker 11 (07:54):
My sign it gemini.
Speaker 4 (07:55):
Okay, So for my geminis. When it comes to you guys,
and back to school shopping. Your brain starts vibrating a
mile a minute the second that you see gelpens, You're
gonna grab twelve different multi colored packs, lose your cart twice.
Speaker 7 (08:07):
Because you got distracted talking to a classmate.
Speaker 4 (08:09):
And you're going to leave the store with way too
much glitter, glue and zero paper.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
Oh my god, Oh my god, what was that?
Speaker 11 (08:19):
So I'm so.
Speaker 12 (08:25):
Very low here, I'm.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
Screaming bansheet going right by you.
Speaker 11 (08:31):
Wow, this is what I have to deal with every day.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
What city?
Speaker 11 (08:36):

Speaker 5 (08:39):
What's so?
Speaker 9 (08:39):
Thank you?
Speaker 11 (08:40):
And yes that was on point.
Speaker 5 (08:42):

Speaker 11 (08:44):

But I'm in Manchester, New Hampshire, and I have to

through a stop sign and someone called nine one one.
Speaker 9 (09:06):

Speaker 11 (09:06):
I live on a super bigey street. That was the
garbage truck that just came by.
Speaker 8 (09:10):
But I can call you can call you guys one.
Speaker 11 (09:14):

Speaker 4 (09:56):
When it comes to you and back to school shopping,
you enter this hella various psychological crisis trying to make
your esthetic choices.
Speaker 7 (10:03):
You will stand in the aisle for an hour.
Speaker 4 (10:05):
Trying to decide if pastel pink or sage green better
represents your people pleasing soul. You are desperately texting your
groupt pictures for approval.
Speaker 6 (10:13):
Yeah, I do take a really long time to decide facts.
Speaker 4 (10:20):
How about Yeah, Rich, you are so heavily disassociated with
the fact that you're going back to school that you
actually just wander into like the toy aisle and get lost.
You're gonna end up buying scented stickers and bubble machines.
You're entirely forgetting the actual backpack that you actually came from.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
That's true. I mean that's true with every day shopping too.
I get set for groceries and I come back with
whatever I want.
Speaker 7 (10:41):
You just wander.
Speaker 4 (10:44):
Yeah, Leo's we treat the shopping run like it's a
pre show fitting for a main character ego. We are
going to completely ignore the supply list and focus solely
on curating our locker wall paper in our first day
of outfit picture and we are texting our friends to
make sure that we're not wearing the same colors.
Speaker 5 (11:00):
And how about Vigo's John.
Speaker 4 (11:02):
Jay, You're that brilliant mastermind who has your That's it.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
You don't have to go further. You are the brilliant mastermind.
That's all we have for today.
Speaker 4 (11:10):
You ring your list, you kind of prepared with the
things that you need, but you kind of have these
cold judging eyes for everyone else that school is shopping.
Speaker 7 (11:17):
And you're in sewer.
Speaker 4 (11:18):
You're ensuring that your entire academic year is going to
be organized with scientific precision.
Speaker 7 (11:24):
You're locked down.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
Well, when we went back to school shopping, especially for clothes,
I couldn't say I hated it, but I liked when
I would get the folders and the pencils and all
that stuff. And I always felt like I'd start the
season off like all awesome, yeah, you know. And then
but the clothes, by the way, my mom would take
me to sears and we buy these this brand of
jeans called tough Skins, and you know the shirt you
know how shirts have like a like a polo logo
(11:45):
or the little logo. My shirts had wined to poo
on them. And I would go to school like, oh,
you beat up.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
Keep in mind, I was nineteen.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
I actually kind of had like a little bit of
struggle with back to school shopping when I would go
with my mom. But because my mom was so like
picky about what we would wear, so like, do you
guys remember those Bobby Jack shirts with like the monkey
and he would blow the big bubbles and they were
like super popular. She would like, not let me wear
those shirts, shirts with like labels across the chest, Hollister, Abercami.
Those are the only ones that I could wear if
(12:18):
it was like the Bobby Jack or like a cartoon.
My mom was like, you can't wear that, and I
was like, I just want to be like a normal kid.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
You go, but you were still only aware to allow
allowed to wear name brand clothing.
Speaker 1 (12:29):
Though.
Speaker 5 (12:30):
We went to Miller's Post and our stuff.
Speaker 4 (12:31):
Was like, I don't want to like she was so
boogie unnecessarily and it kind of ruined my school shopping experience.
Speaker 7 (12:40):
Let me be like a normal kid. Please.
Speaker 3 (12:42):
Our shoes were a kmart. They were tied together in
a bina. Did you have the four stripes?
Speaker 1 (12:46):
You try to take it because they weren't quite Adidas,
but they had four stripes. I'd take off the four
stripe to make it look like an Adidas.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
I never did. I didn't care about it. In fact,
here's something terrible. This is what I got. This is
when I realized I needed change the dressing. That I
would wear jeans, wranglers. And my dad worked at a
restaurant called Sambo's, which is like a Denny's it's exactly
like Denny's. And so my dad would bring home all
this merch from Sambo's, and I would wear a Sambo's
T shirt to work to school every day, but not
(13:14):
the same sambo shirt, a different one, to the point
where people start calling me Sambo. And I hated it
so bad that I asked my parents, can I please
have some clothes?
Speaker 8 (13:23):
I don't want to be called?
Speaker 5 (13:25):
Yeah? All right, John J. Rich if we mister signed there,
all post it John J.
Speaker 1 (13:28):

Speaker 3 (13:43):

can you call me? Not an emergency, just some good news?
Should I call her?
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Sure? I don't know how to call her. I now
nine because she knows that the like.
Speaker 5 (14:07):
Reach out to me.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
We're on the air unless it's an emergency. So this
better be a good emergency. Hi, Hi, I have everybody
here in the studio. You text me and said, can
you call me? It's not an emergency, but it's good news.

of good news is there the private I everythink good news.

Speaker 10 (17:32):
Dollars three dollars, I agree, But when you tell dollars

Speaker 3 (17:36):

be a lot lower, I was expecting a large number.
Speaker 5 (17:41):

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Thirty six dollars? That's like a couple of Starbucks.

but you're talking. I'm trying to plug the website. But
you go to love plup plup. Go to love pup Plus. Okay,
you're talking again. Love pop plus dot com and you
can download the app and shortly it'll be an app store.
Speaker 5 (18:43):
All right. I love you and I'll talk to you later.
Speaker 9 (18:47):
To the website.
Speaker 1 (18:48):
You know what's good. I just went to love plump
and it takes you to love pup. Oh.
Speaker 5 (18:51):
That's great.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
So you could do any better.
Speaker 5 (18:52):
News and that's not generic? All right, gotta go, gotta go, love.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
You b How did ever love plump available to buy?
Speaker 5 (19:03):
I'm glad that we did that.
Speaker 8 (19:05):
Hey, wake up, Ago, Rich, wake you up.
Speaker 3 (19:11):
Time for stacks and hacks. I have stacks of information
and Rich has life hacks. Let me ask the three
of you this, Rich Kyle Payton, how many group chats
are you in.
Speaker 7 (19:22):
Active?
Speaker 6 (19:23):
Thirty five five?
Speaker 7 (19:27):
A lot of them, probably four five.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
I said, that's probably close to where I am right now.
Speaker 7 (19:33):
For there's a group chats.
Speaker 1 (19:34):
Within the group chats show family stuff.
Speaker 6 (19:36):
There's like three different or four different show chats along.
Speaker 3 (19:39):
A huge survey asked the question how many group chats
are you in the most popular answer was zero. Thirty
five percent of people have no group chats. After that,
it seems like two or three group chats as a
sweet spot. But there are some stats of some people
have over twenty group chats one percent.
Speaker 5 (19:55):
You're one of the one percenters.
Speaker 8 (19:57):
I feel like that's an honor.
Speaker 5 (19:59):
Do you guys.
Speaker 3 (20:00):
I'm in a couple of group chests, mostly on on WhatsApp.
It's my family in Mexico, and they text NonStop. I
haven't even opened them. I have hundreds of unread group chats.
Speaker 8 (20:11):
So many group chests.
Speaker 6 (20:12):
There's a baseball group chat, there's football group chat, there's
this cool mom group chat for each one of the kids,
and then three sub chats in there, and.
Speaker 8 (20:19):
There's just a lot.
Speaker 6 (20:20):
So I would actually say thirty five.
Speaker 8 (20:22):
Could be accurate.
Speaker 5 (20:23):
I believe it.
Speaker 3 (20:24):
A dating service is taken off on college campuses.
Speaker 5 (20:27):
It's called Ditto.
Speaker 3 (20:29):
It's a full on AI experience, bringing profiles to life
as agents. It matches you with one person every week
and even plans out your date pretty well. Now get this.
As far as I know in this studio, I'm the
only one that wears like a wearable, like a fitness
tracker type of thing.
Speaker 5 (20:50):
Right, they're rich.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
You've got your sako on, Oh you have the orring on? Okay,
so this is perfect for you. Then paint you probably do.
The scientists have created a wearable you can paint directly
onto your skin. It's like a temporary tattoo and it
can be any shape you want, and it's more reliable
to track in your activity and biometrics and smart watches
and rings.
Speaker 5 (21:11):
I wear a whoop.
Speaker 1 (21:11):
I kind of like that.
Speaker 5 (21:12):
It's wild, though, but.
Speaker 3 (21:13):
That means do you imagine you have like a slice
of pizza tattoo on your arm, and that tells you
how many steps you took today.
Speaker 8 (21:17):
Everyone's getting rid of his whoop.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
He told me.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
He texted that. No, why is there something better? He
just as a one.
Speaker 6 (21:22):
Yeah, he's getting the human one because it like literally
connects to the scale.
Speaker 3 (21:26):
He has the human scale. He would give me, I
have the whole. He's a very detailed guy. Yes, yeah,
And it's also a lot cheaper than the than the
who Yeah, the whoop.
Speaker 1 (21:36):
Rings kind of expensive to there's like four hundred bucks buck.
Speaker 3 (21:39):
I don't remember how much. But there's an or ring
bill too. It's like five or ten bucks a month,
and the whoop is a little bit more than that.
But I get it. He was messingly saying that the whoop,
he's getting rid of it, but I already paid for
the year. He's probably timing it out to where his
subscription is okay. An ant ant, I think of an
ants here in your house like little bugs. An antiology
expert said that when you see an ant is side
(22:00):
your house, don't squish it. When you squish an ant,
it releases a distress signal and then more ants rush
over to remove the body. So the best thing you
can do is pick it up and take it outside.
Speaker 7 (22:14):
I heard that bees never about ants.
Speaker 5 (22:17):
Anybody here at drive a Kia.
Speaker 3 (22:18):
No, No, this is crazy, really okay. Kia has issued
a new recall for four hundred and sixty three thousand
of its tell You Rite SUVs. I know two people
that have those SUVs. They're telling the owners park your
cars outside, not in the garage. There's a glitch where
they started to explode.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
Oh that's not good.
Speaker 7 (22:37):
Yeah, I'm definitely not good.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
You definitely want the non exploding version, so be careful.
Speaker 3 (22:44):
So New York has become the first state to ban
the construction of huge AI data centers. And I bring
that out because my wife and I, you know, we
drove to San Diego and we drove back and there's
these massive structures and she always says to me, what's that?
Speaker 5 (22:57):
What is that?
Speaker 3 (22:58):
And I'm like, I know, it looks like an Amazon,
but it's not. I found out later it's these data things,
the AI things. These are the things that people get
upset every time I make an AI picture because it
uses all this water. I don't know, I don't know
any about AI stuff. But New York's like, no, more,
No more data structures. You guys familiar with that stuff?
Over bye where you guys live, there's.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
Massive making them hotter too, making the area around there hotter.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
Only two of the twenty highest grossing eighties movies haven't
had a remake, sequel, or prequel.
Speaker 5 (23:29):
Only two, which track a guess, No.
Speaker 8 (23:33):
That's grossing eighties movies.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
The highest grossing eighties movies have not had ets.
Speaker 12 (23:39):
One of them well wars.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
No, there's prequels and sequels remake, right, So only two
have not had a remake or a sequel.
Speaker 8 (23:49):
Or a sequel.
Speaker 5 (23:51):
Nope, Princess Nope.
Speaker 1 (23:54):
Oh, that's a great movie, rain Manard you.
Speaker 5 (23:57):
Never heard of rain Man?
Speaker 8 (23:58):
Definitely? Yeah sucks.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
Yes, that's the line from Rayman, Tom Curran, Cruise and
Dustin Hoffman.
Speaker 5 (24:04):
It's a great movie. You should watch. It's a great movie.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
Do you think that holds up Rayman? It probably does,
totally does. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (24:09):
There's a town in Alaska called Whittier with the population
of two hundred and seventy people. All two hundred and
seventy people live in one fourteen story building.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
What I know?
Speaker 5 (24:21):
Do you know every single person and the rich? What
do you go for live?
Speaker 1 (24:24):
Hacks. Well, John Jay, I know you are on your
health journey, feeling better than ever, right.
Speaker 5 (24:28):
I am right, Now, it's true story.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
Do you know that there's something that you probably touch
every day that could make you kind of sick. So
here's a simple.
Speaker 5 (24:35):
There's a bunch of things I touch every day can
make me sick.
Speaker 1 (24:37):
There's a simple habit that can reduce unnecessary chemical exposure,
which I know you were against, right, And it's whenever
you're checking out at a restaurant or a store, choose
an email or text receipt. Because now all the paper
receipts that are made with thermal paper paper, they contain
chemicals like bpa bps, which we've heard a lot about.
(24:58):
They transferred your skin and they can cause all kinds
of stuff like twitching in epilepsy and all that stuff.
Speaker 3 (25:04):
So I guess stop touching receipts. A long time ago.
They're the ones that told me about this stuff. Now,
and then I see you everywhere once we're talking about it,
I wonder it's gonna pop up your phone. Oh yeah,
there's all the biohackers talk about never touching a CVS receipt.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Oh yeah, they're supposed to be the worst the drugstore receipts.
So yeah, just have an email into here, don't get
it out. You're like, yeah, I'm fine. Uh. That life
hack and many more can be found at John j
and Rich dot com.
Speaker 3 (25:25):
Hey, we're getting ready for War of the Roses, Jasmine,
what's going on with you?
Speaker 9 (25:29):
I just think my baby's daddy is dogging me out again?
Pretty much?
Speaker 5 (25:33):
Okay?
Speaker 3 (25:33):
All right, Well we'll get them on the phone. We'll
see who he sends flowers to. You're ready, Colin FuG Ready?
Speaker 5 (25:37):
All right?
Speaker 1 (25:38):
War the Roses starts next with John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 5 (25:48):
Dummy, if you get free roses eats a trap. War
of the Roses starts.
Speaker 12 (25:54):
Right now on John Jay and Ridge.
Speaker 5 (25:56):
John Jay and Rich tap for War of the Roses.
Speaker 3 (25:58):
So you're in a relationship like Jazz here and she
thinks that whoever she's in relationship with is cheating on her.
Speaker 5 (26:03):
So we're going to hear her story. They recall the.
Speaker 3 (26:05):
Person that she thinks is cheating on her and see
who they send roses to.
Speaker 5 (26:09):
Romantic red Roses. Jasmine. Welcome to John Jay and Rich
Wore the Roses? Hey, Hi, you Dylan, good, what's your story?
Speaker 9 (26:17):
I'm just really conflicted because it's my baby's daddy and
I love him. We've been together since high school, so
a really long time. We lived together and everything. We
have two kids. But if I'm being perfectly honest, he's
been a dog since I've known him. He's just it's
(26:39):
just in him. I don't know what kind of trauma
he's working through, but it's just him. And you know,
I really really love him, and I keep convincing myself
that he's finally going to grow up and really make
our kids and me the priority of his life instead
of being outside and being in these streets. But I
(27:01):
think I'm at my breaking point. Last month, he disappeared
on my birthday for hours and he barely answered me,
and somehow I was the one that ended up apologizing
to him. So I was just like, yeah, this is
this is crazy.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
Why did you apologize? What did you say?
Speaker 9 (27:19):
It's my birthday and he and he's like late to
my birthday, Like where were you? It's like one day.
Speaker 1 (27:26):
Of the year.
Speaker 9 (27:27):
I mean, yeah, your kid's birthday too, but it's one
day of a year where it's like what the hell?
Speaker 1 (27:32):
You know what I mean, Well, I get that I'm saying,
why did you apologize.
Speaker 9 (27:37):
Overreacting? I do think you were overreacting, he said, I
was overreacting, and I was very upset because at least
he didn't miss all of the festivities. He only missed
the first two hours, which to me is like, is
this crazy? Like you shouldn't you should? I don't know,
like you should be there. He left out of the
house while I was getting ready and then text me
(27:58):
and said, babe, I'll be right back. I'll meet you
at the venue. And that showed up for two hours.
Speaker 5 (28:04):
Okay, so you think there's another woman.
Speaker 9 (28:07):
I don't know. He swears there was some huge traffic
accident holding up traffic, but I checked the live traffic cameras,
like I know him, and something in my gut was
telling me something was off and nothing was happening on
the traffic cameras, so like, what's the problem, you know?
And then when I tried to dig deeper and I'm like,
(28:27):
where exactly were you? Because maybe I checked the wrong cameras.
Then he deflects, and it's messed up because every excuse
that he gives sounds logical for like the first five seconds,
but then it's just like the math isn't mathing all
the time and the whole life together.
Speaker 4 (28:44):
Someone specific that you feel like it might be, Like,
is there a reoccurring problem or issue with like one
specific girl?
Speaker 9 (28:52):
No, not really, I mean I don't know there was
there was one. There was two girls. One was at
his job than the other one he knew from way
back when, from our college days.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
But I don't don't.
Speaker 9 (29:08):
I'm not a stalker. I'm too busy being a wife
and a mother, you know what I mean. So for me,
it's kind of like, I don't know who it could be.
I just want to know if he's cheating or not,
so I could just convince myself I'm not crazy.
Speaker 3 (29:20):
No, you're good. You gave us enough reason to do it.
So what is his name? His name's Ian, Okay, And
he said he's your baby daddy. But is he your
husband or boyfriend?
Speaker 9 (29:30):
No, we've been together since high school, so we refer
to each other.
Speaker 5 (29:32):
As husband and I get it.
Speaker 9 (29:33):
I get it, Okay, all right, okay, with it good?
Speaker 5 (29:38):
All right, We're gonna get Ian on the phone and
see who he sends flowers to. Colin. Fuck, are you ready?
Speaker 8 (29:41):
I'm prady?
Speaker 5 (29:42):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (29:43):
War of the Roses continues next with John Jaye Rich.
John Jane Rich, we're in the middle of War of
the Roses. Jasmine. Ian been together for since high school.
And here's a deal. He was a dog back in
the day. Now he's acting really strange. Was there for
only half our birthday? They got two kids together. She
has a list of things she's caught him lie. She
(30:05):
looks at traffic cameras when he says he's like a
traffic and there's no traffic.
Speaker 5 (30:08):
But she doesn't know.
Speaker 3 (30:09):
I get it, and he's got good responses at the time,
and then she feels dumb later. But we're gonna call Ian, Jasmine.
I pretty much set it up right there.
Speaker 10 (30:16):
Right, yeah, okay, okay, So.
Speaker 5 (30:19):
Are you ready? Are you here with us?
Speaker 3 (30:20):
Are you ready for us to call him?
Speaker 5 (30:23):
Are you ready to come?
Speaker 14 (30:24):
Let's do it?
Speaker 6 (30:39):
Hello, Hi, there is Ian available?
Speaker 9 (30:43):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (30:44):
Yes, absolutely.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
So.
Speaker 8 (30:46):
My name is Janie. I'm with a company. We're called
J n R.
Speaker 6 (30:48):
Flowers, And just like every other business, we're trying to
get creative with our marketing. So Ian, you've actually been
chosen to be part of our social media campaign.
Speaker 8 (30:55):
Here's why it's.
Speaker 6 (30:55):
Really cool for you. You get to send her most romantic
bouquet of ros is totally free, and all we're kind
of asking in return is that you maybe post about
us on whichever social media platform you use the most.
Speaker 8 (31:09):
Okay, Yeah, I know you're like, what is the catch?
Speaker 6 (31:12):
I totally hear the skepticism in your voice, but it
really is like when you post about us, like other
people hear about it. So it's like we're getting something
out of it too. And I'm telling you this bouquet
it's our pure passion bookat so it's long stem red roses,
beautiful crystal vase, it's it.
Speaker 8 (31:27):
Just makes anyone swoon.
Speaker 6 (31:28):
So if you've got someone special in your life, you
should really take advantage of this. Yeah, why not?
Speaker 5 (31:34):
All right?
Speaker 6 (31:35):
So, because you are skeptical, I feel the need to
tell you that I'm not going to ask you for
a credit card information or anything like that. Really, the
only info I need from you, Ian is I'm gonna
send the flowers off with a nice little card. And
I usually tell people this is your chance to personalize it,
sort of make it your own, and I just need
to know the message you want to write on the card,
and then we'll talk name and address and I'll give
(31:56):
you a time, they'll be delivered.
Speaker 10 (31:58):
Let's put on there.
Speaker 5 (32:01):
It's been a dream getting to know you, my love.
Speaker 8 (32:05):
I love that.
Speaker 6 (32:06):
It's been a dream getting to know you, my love. Okay,
and obviously like an XO xo or like a love.
Speaker 5 (32:17):
At the end.
Speaker 8 (32:18):
Okay, And then who did you want me to address
this to?
Speaker 9 (32:23):
Addressed to?
Speaker 5 (32:24):
Sabrina?
Speaker 6 (32:25):
Sabrina, Sabrina?
Speaker 9 (32:29):
Okay, Bertie mother? Did you just say Sabrina? Did you
just say Sabrina my best friend?
Speaker 2 (32:38):
Sabrina?
Speaker 1 (32:39):
Hey, that's okay.
Speaker 3 (32:41):
What is this?
Speaker 5 (32:42):
What are you talking about?
Speaker 9 (32:45):
Me? What I'm talking about? And you got free flowers
from someone in a person's name? Is Sabrina my best friend?
What am I talking about? I think it's pretty snobvious
what I'm talking.
Speaker 10 (32:54):
About, Jasmine, Jasmine relaxes.
Speaker 5 (32:57):
Let me explain.
Speaker 15 (32:58):
Did you say relaxed?
Speaker 2 (33:00):
Are you crazy?
Speaker 9 (33:02):
Yeah? Just let me explain. We did enough explaining. I
think dur An ass you're a dog and you're never
gonna see your kids again unless it's supervised. And I
want payments monthly.
Speaker 6 (33:15):
You like that?
Speaker 2 (33:17):
I mean, you're making this so much bigger than what
it is.
Speaker 9 (33:20):
Yeah, I am, I am and Sabrina. I'm gonna deal
with her too, because I at least expected some loyalty
from that bitch. Both the y'all are done.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
I wasn't trying to hurt you. Yeah you were.
Speaker 9 (33:33):
You could have got a prostitute. You could have went
to someone on only fans. You could have went with
that dumb bitch from your job. You could have went
with no you choose my best sies.
Speaker 2 (33:44):
Don't hold up.
Speaker 5 (33:45):
You don't even know a story like that.
Speaker 9 (33:47):
There is no story. Why would you send her, why
would you send her flowers? And how are you getting
to know her better? Because we got closed we know
her better.
Speaker 10 (33:55):
Oose, just be real like you and I haven't been
good for a long time, my best friend.
Speaker 5 (34:01):
But I didn't say that.
Speaker 9 (34:04):
Yeah you did in the note.
Speaker 2 (34:06):
Why you put words.
Speaker 9 (34:11):
There's no way that you're this stupid. There's no way
you're this stupid. And you know what, You're not this stupid.
You're a hole and you think that I'm this stupid,
and that's the problem. I'm done so much to you
guys for clearing it up. I'm not crazy. He's an
(34:31):
average out there, please please please, and he loves stuff,
So maybe, guys, and I don't know what he's up
to out there.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
On grind don't date him. All right, So real quick, Ian,
if you don't know, you are on the radio. You're
on War of the Roses with John Jay and Rich
and Jasmine got you.
Speaker 1 (34:52):
Yeah, yeah, I get it that Okay, he said, my love.
Speaker 4 (34:57):
I mean that's yeah, that was wrong, man, right, Jasmine,
you were right, Yeah, You're not crazy at all.
Speaker 9 (35:05):
Yeah, I gotta I gotta go, all right.
Speaker 5 (35:07):
I'm sorry, Okay, all right, all right, we'll let you go.
We understand. Thank you very much. All right, that's one
of the roses, you guys.
Speaker 7 (35:12):
Wow with John Jay and Rich, I could be the
twist on loan to make stuffy.
Speaker 3 (35:23):
John Jay and Rich we're gonna play a game and
we need a contestant. We got Doja cat tickets eight
seven seven nine three seven, one oh four seven.
Speaker 1 (35:31):
You know, today's like national here.
Speaker 3 (35:36):
It is AI Appreciation Day, which is interesting because AI
think people are turning into anti AI.
Speaker 8 (35:43):
We're not really appreciating it. A.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
I created that and we're just all going with it
because it's taken over. Well, get this if it's its
own day.
Speaker 3 (35:49):
So a writer for the Atlantic said, here are some
tricks to prevent AI from ruining your brain. So I
went over these tricks and I could never see myself
doing it because it's so con Let's just go with
chatchipyt right. Like with chatchapt I ask it everything, and
I get it. I don't wanna, I don't I don't
want to think and I don't want to. You know,
before you google it, Before that, you go to encyclopedias.
(36:11):
Now you just go to whatever.
Speaker 1 (36:12):
Ask somebody.
Speaker 3 (36:14):
So they say, here are tips so that your brain
doesn't get lost in because.
Speaker 5 (36:21):
They did all this research. See yeah, let's.
Speaker 3 (36:23):
See uh the story as breaking your brains. There's clear
evidence that we're not thinking for ourselves as much as
we used to. Here are a few techniques to try
if you want to prevent it. Ask for hints, not answers.
People who ask AI to directly answer their questions suffer
severe declines in motivation and ability, but people who ask
(36:44):
AI for background thinking for or clarifications do not.
Speaker 5 (36:47):
I would never do that. Just give me an answer.
Speaker 6 (36:49):
Yeah, no, kids, it seems like it's gonna take a
lot longer.
Speaker 8 (36:51):
Like I would think.
Speaker 6 (36:52):
The things that you could do to keep your brain
going is like place you don't or like brain games.
Speaker 1 (36:57):
In fact, I always say that my AI don't give
me a typical answer. I want the answer that the
only the top one percent no, but the rest of us.
So I got the opposite with it.
Speaker 3 (37:07):
Well, it's says, start with a blank page when you
want its take on something, write up your own analysis
and conclusions.
Speaker 5 (37:15):
Then ask AI to challenge your thinking, not produce it. No,
not doing homework.
Speaker 7 (37:21):
Are doing homework? That could be a good A good
way to use Well this.
Speaker 1 (37:25):
Isn't for cord or students or anything for adults.
Speaker 7 (37:27):
Yes, dot's go to school.
Speaker 3 (37:31):
Rotate tasks. Every time you do a task with AI,
I follow it with a task that doesn't involve AI
that will keep you creative effort muscles alive.
Speaker 5 (37:40):
Make a sharp this part. I don't understand. I don't
know what this word means.
Speaker 3 (37:43):
It is make a sharp distinction between wrote, r ote
wrote and creative work. Let AI write quick emails, don't
let it write your essays or your memos.
Speaker 5 (37:54):
So anyway, that's uh, I'm a fan of AI right now,
So I don't know that's what they want you to be.
Speaker 3 (38:00):
I am did you see that somewhere on the East Coast.
They're going to have their first humanoid robot teacher's assistant.
Oh really, yeah, that would be kind of cool. It's
going to help out that it's not a teacher, but
it's not to help out the teacher.
Speaker 1 (38:14):
But if you have a robot in class that's doing stuff,
kind of cool.
Speaker 6 (38:17):
I tell you why if you bring that into my
eleven year old daughter's class, she's walking out.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
Really she is like.
Speaker 8 (38:23):
Robots.
Speaker 5 (38:24):
That robot will grab her a I where are you going?
Speaker 1 (38:30):
Grab her by the shirt? Bring your back carrier up
because she's.
Speaker 5 (38:32):
Got her arm in the legs like violation. Hey Mia, Hi,
how are you?
Speaker 1 (38:40):
What are you doing me?
Speaker 5 (38:42):
Where are you right now?
Speaker 9 (38:44):
I literally put over on the side of the road
because I'm driving to work. But I work in the
middle of nowhere, So I'm like, I'm going to lose
service if I don't stop.
Speaker 5 (38:51):
That's good. Where are you in the middle of nowhere?
Speaker 1 (38:53):
Like where.
Speaker 9 (38:55):
Like Morristown, Whitman, I work in the middle of nowhere.
Speaker 1 (38:57):
Wow, man, you are in the middle of nowhere. Don't
move is there? Does the monsoon hit.
Speaker 5 (39:03):
Over there at all?
Speaker 9 (39:05):
Not?
Speaker 10 (39:05):
Yeah? I know it was when the dust storm hit
earlier this week.
Speaker 13 (39:08):
It was pretty bad, but it didn't hit.
Speaker 5 (39:10):
It's too bad, you know.
Speaker 1 (39:11):
It's funny the rain.
Speaker 5 (39:14):
Yes, so the monsoon is coming. The rain is coming
in my house.
Speaker 3 (39:17):
I'm very paranoid about that, right, So I through Kyle's husband,
who's a weather worshiper. Kyle's been texting me, going, hey, Scott,
Scott says, it's coming to your house. I had this
guy Ryan and a buddy mine at my house helping
me prep for this stuff. And he's got an app
and he's like, this stuff's coming. It's coming tonight. It's
coming big. And I woke up this morning and everything
was fine. There was not a drop ring. But I look,
(39:38):

Speaker 1 (41:00):

Speaker 7 (41:26):
Yeah, I'm gonna stick with my original.
Speaker 5 (41:28):
Okay, Yeah, go ahead?
Speaker 1 (41:30):
Would that be Will Smith?
Speaker 5 (41:31):
Will Smith is a good guess. We are looking for
Lil John, Oh.
Speaker 1 (41:36):
John John.
Speaker 7 (41:39):
Yeah, he doesn't look like a Jonathan.
Speaker 1 (41:41):

Speaker 9 (42:44):
N that's unfortunate for me.
Speaker 5 (42:46):
I'm gonna Katy Perry. We were looking for Katy Perry.
Speaker 7 (42:52):
It was just Kate Hudson too.
Speaker 1 (42:55):
That's probably why she changed her name to Katy Perry.
Speaker 7 (42:58):
Wait a minute, okay, because that is confused with the
artist thing.
Speaker 5 (43:01):
Yeah, like Michael Keaton, the guy that played Batman.
Speaker 3 (43:04):
His real name is Michael Douglas, but there was a
big famous movie actor Michael Douglas.
Speaker 7 (43:08):
Change that one man.
Speaker 5 (43:13):
All right, we'll kick off round two.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
John j Currently in the lead.
Speaker 5 (43:17):
It is his turn, John j Michael Douglas.
Speaker 3 (43:19):
Who is Netta Lee Hirschlag, Nettalie Hirschlag, nettal Lee Hirschlag. Wow, Okay,
I'm gonna say that is Olivia Spencer.
Speaker 12 (43:35):
Olivia Spencer. Okay, it is an actress, so you get
a half point. Natalie Portman. Oh, it's okay. Still still
in the lead here, John Jay.
Speaker 1 (43:48):
Rich Shane Michael Boose Shane, Michael Boose. Well, Shane's a
pretty cool first name. I don't know why you switch
that up? Is that Joey Roll?
Speaker 12 (44:01):
We're looking for somebody who's always worn out? Somber. Somber
didn't know that one. Hayden Jacques Berman Webster the second.
Speaker 4 (44:16):
Oh, that's like, no Webster. That's Kylie Jenner's baby daddy.
Speaker 12 (44:23):
Chop Scott Travis Scott is correct, alright, ties up, John Jay, Kyle,
Adam Richard Wiles.
Speaker 5 (44:36):
Adam Richard Wiles, you're so annoying.
Speaker 7 (44:41):
You know what you think?
Speaker 6 (44:42):
I'm gonna guys, Yeah, if you put that as the answer,
you would put that as an answer.
Speaker 8 (44:46):
That's so nick, is it? Adam Levine?
Speaker 12 (44:50):
Oh Man, Kyle is always thinking about Adam Levine. You guys,
that's crazy. We are looking for Calvin Harris of course.
Speaker 1 (45:00):
From the.
Speaker 5 (45:03):
Always thinking about Adam Levine. That's a nice nice not
you're new to the show.
Speaker 3 (45:10):
There is a storyline of Kyle and Adam movie intimate,
just not don't revisit, just being just a quick thing.
Speaker 5 (45:16):
We'll just get back. Okay.
Speaker 1 (45:18):
So Kyle, that was wrong.
Speaker 5 (45:20):
I'm sorry, Uh, but here we go.
Speaker 1 (45:22):
Mia.
Speaker 5 (45:22):
If you can get this, you're gonna go see Doja.
Speaker 12 (45:25):
Catt Amala Ratna Zendia Lamini.
Speaker 9 (45:39):
He said it one more time, Amala for Doja cat tickets.
Speaker 7 (45:44):
It is.
Speaker 1 (45:48):
You said you were no good at this.
Speaker 5 (45:50):
You rocked it.
Speaker 3 (45:52):
Okay, don't move, don't want to lose the signal. So
we're gonna get all your information, so you get those dots.
It's okay, so hold on, you got it. Thanks for listening,
and we're doing again tomorrow too. An hour from now,
we got we got diamondback tickets. In fact, I want
to try this. I said this earlier this morning. We'll
(46:13):
try this if you want to play an hour from now,
let's try to do it on the text line. And
I thought about you what I thought about I thought,
I wonder if we could uh give away tickets through
all the different things we do. Like right now, if
you text us I want to play a game, text
jj R and I want to play a game to
nine six eight ninety three, we might call you to
play a game. And then I thought, I wonder if
we could someday have a game that's just on the
(46:35):
podcast that you can only play if you listen to
the podcast. You know what I'm saying, I don't know,
you know, just I'm just this is probably a meeting
we shab off.
Speaker 1 (46:42):
Air, but if you have this part, you've heard it
on the air, so you know what's coming and you
don't need to show up to our meeting.
Speaker 3 (46:49):
Now you're oh, yeah, So it's something I wanted to
do every day this week. You haven't been able to
get to it. But I'm really excited about doing it.
And I tell you why because one day, I think
it was on Monday, I was bringing this up off
the air, an immediately Noah and Peyton jumped in as
I was just briefly talking about it, and it's this.
People online were sharing their favorite white people phrases. White
(47:10):
people phrases. The odds are you've probably heard these bangers.
Maybe you're guilty of saying to me also, But as
soon as I said that, Peyton, you remember what you said?
Speaker 5 (47:18):
I think I said, you said rad No, do you
remember what you said? White people phrases.
Speaker 1 (47:25):
Are you ready to rock and roll?
Speaker 5 (47:30):
Those are on the list, but those are perfect.
Speaker 3 (47:32):
So if you have a white person phrase, call eight
seven seven, nine three seven, one oh four seven. I'll
try to say these in the biggest white person voice.
Speaker 9 (47:40):
I know.
Speaker 5 (47:41):
Well, look what the cat drags in.
Speaker 3 (47:45):
White people phrase. This next phrase I've heard Kyle say before.
Speaker 5 (47:50):
Geez Louise, she.
Speaker 1 (47:54):
Does a little wisconuntsin Lena.
Speaker 6 (47:57):
There.
Speaker 1 (47:58):
These are the whitest phrase is of all time.
Speaker 5 (48:01):
You know, you just can't waltz in here?
Speaker 1 (48:06):
That's pretty good? Hey, you get that?
Speaker 14 (48:08):
You know what?
Speaker 1 (48:08):
I hear a lot from the whites because I'm around
a few lickety split lickty splits a.
Speaker 5 (48:14):
Good one, not on here?
Speaker 6 (48:15):
What holds your horses?
Speaker 5 (48:19):
That's good?
Speaker 1 (48:20):
That's so good.
Speaker 5 (48:21):
Oh for crying out loud, that's on here.
Speaker 1 (48:25):
Okay, the next one is hilarious.
Speaker 5 (48:28):
Oh yeah, tough guy.
Speaker 3 (48:32):
My friend Greg said this one time to his little
brother and I and I was, I think I was
like in eighth grade, and I laughed so hard. And
this is number five on the list. Here on thin
ice buster, on thin ice buster, the next one. These
are the whitest phrases people say. I know, we've set
it in here for fun. Get a load of this guy.
(48:58):
The next one is there news newsflash, buddy.
Speaker 7 (49:04):
I like that one.
Speaker 3 (49:06):
And this is the number one whitest phrase of all time.
Oh yeah, you and what army there? You go up
there with your cruising for a bruising.
Speaker 5 (49:15):
Yep, yeah, that's it.
Speaker 1 (49:16):
Anyway, those are fun.
Speaker 3 (49:17):
If you got more you want to add to this,
you can call us at eight seven seven ninety three
seven one oh four seven or text us text JJR
whatever you think is the whitest phrase of all time.
Yesterday I got an interesting text from Kyle, and I
tried to help her as much as I could.
Speaker 5 (49:32):
And I wonder if she actually tells this story.
Speaker 3 (49:34):
I wonder how we can interject with white phrases anyway,
what happened to yesterday?
Speaker 6 (49:40):
So my tween age daughter, she's eleven years old. She
has been begging me to get her nails done, and
finally she just like asked me so many times and
I was like, fine, we'll go. As we are leaving,
we go to open the garage and it's like eat,
and I'm like what the garage is not opening?
Speaker 8 (49:56):
And I press the button again and.
Speaker 6 (49:58):
It looks like it looks like the thing that's connected
to the ceiling is going to break, like that metal
raw that the thing comes up. It looks like it's
about to break. And I was like, I don't think
I should press this button anymore. So automatically I go
into my husband. He's basically a handyman. So Scott comes in,
takes a look at it, and he pulls the red thing.
You know, there's that that red string that in an
(50:19):
emergency with your garage, you pull that down and then
you can just lift the garage up with your hands.
Speaker 8 (50:24):
So we pull that down and he tries to lift
the garage up nothing and.
Speaker 6 (50:29):
He is pretty strong, but I'm like, maybe I'll go
over there, and both of us both like I'm going
to help him right hold horses and here I am
thinking we gotta go get our nails. Then we're burning daylight.
So he's try and figure it out. I go and
(50:50):
I'm like, well, I don't know if we can go
get your nails dough or whatever, and Scott's Scott's Scott's
car is like in the separate garage, and so he goes,
you could just borrow my car. He's like, but watch
the rims because I've had a tendency to curb curb
the wheels now and then so okay, so we go
and we sit down and get the nails done, and
(51:12):
I get a text from him and he goes, looks
like it's the torsion spring.
Speaker 5 (51:18):
That's actually like, it's just something that you don't understand.
Speaker 6 (51:24):
Okay, what does that mean? He's like, well, basically, it's
not something that I should try to fix on my own.
We need to call someone, right, And I remember John
Jay and Rich do commercials for a one garage one
and so immediately I I text you guys, and John
Jay You're like, yeah, I'll text him. And I'm like, well,
I'm hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible
(51:46):
because my car is trapped in the garage.
Speaker 3 (51:49):
Wait, wait, hold on. I was like, holy, Lorraine, you
have a white people phrase. I want to know if
it works with Kyle's story.
Speaker 6 (51:54):
What is it?
Speaker 10 (51:56):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (51:56):
So I eat the whitest frae I can think of.
It's when people sounds like a case of the mondays
is this it happened on Monday?
Speaker 1 (52:10):
You said that because I mean it, just because it
happens on a day.
Speaker 6 (52:14):
So we get in touch with A one and I'm like, dude,
the like, is there any way to get this garage open?
And he was like, yeah, without that spring, the garage
now actually weighs about three hundred pounds. And if you
try to lift it up like it could you could
put something in like in the thing to make it
(52:34):
stay up, like a.
Speaker 8 (52:35):
Screwdriver or a stick, but that will probably break because
it's so heavy.
Speaker 6 (52:40):
So anyways, I drove Scott's car to work today because
my car is still drapped in the garage. But A
one is coming this morning and so I'm confident that
they'll be able.
Speaker 7 (52:49):
To get it worse.
Speaker 3 (52:51):
So you know what's interesting about A One Tommy Mellow's owner.
And so when you said that to us in the
group chat, I was like, yeah, I saw it. I
saw your text. I was like, I can text him,
but I feel like Rich has a better friendship with him,
you know. But but you know, so I just kind
of thought I was waiting for you to jump in,
and you didn't jump in on the text, I was like, oh,
I gotta help Kyle. I so I'll text him. I
(53:12):
happened to know that he's on vacation. He's in Cordelaine, Idaho.
He happens to be with two of my other friends
that are all together. They were spent fourth of July together.
I introduced them. It's so kind of interesting how they're
all there without me. But yeah, so I text him
and I don't hear back from him for like an hour,
(53:32):
and then Kyle's like, hello, what's going on?
Speaker 1 (53:35):
I'm like, oh my god.
Speaker 3 (53:36):
So he gets immediately somehow, I mean because he's on
vacation so he probably doesn't have his phone, and he
gets back to my It's so funny when you have
to think about the person what they're doing on, like
why don't you responding to me? He could be on
a boat, he could be sleeping and the movies, he
could be whatever. Right, And then when I go on vacation,
I tried to put my phone away, so he does.
It was almost exactly an hour, so he must have
been doing something that just ended and he texted me
and he goes, hey, I'll connect you with so and so,
(53:57):
so and so, and then I said, okay, So I
sent them your number, Kyle, and then Kyle's like, hey,
what's going on? And I thought I thought they were
gonna call her, But then when I read the text,
I thought maybe she's supposed to call them. But another
I went and got a massage, so I was gone
for an hour, so I was like, she's in the
whole time I was having this massage, I was stressed
(54:19):
because I was like, her car stuck and I should
I have my bringer on my phone in case they're
texting to connect Kyle. Long story short, it's handled and Tommy,
enjoy your vacation. Thanks for helping us up.
Speaker 6 (54:32):
Sorry to Buggy and I.
Speaker 8 (54:33):
Now there, You're.
Speaker 1 (54:34):
Gonna have the nicest torsion spring coming your way Kyle.
Speaker 6 (54:36):
For me, guys, that's exactly what I wanted to buy
this week.
Speaker 3 (54:40):
I don't know if Idaho is becoming like the vacation
destination of people in Arizona Sound because Pat Ickey's there,
you know, A one garage is there, my buddy Jason
Parks is there, my other buddy is there, and then
my son Dutch is there. He's there working. He's working
for six weeks there. My yoga teacher is there, and
my yoga teacher sit a video of her jumping into
(55:01):
the water in Quartelaine, and I text a DM d R.
I said, oh, hey, I go, Dutch is there all
summer and she goes, I saw him hiking.
Speaker 6 (55:09):
Of course, Well, Dutch is such a social.
Speaker 3 (55:13):
Then Pat Hickey calls me yesterday and he I'm walking
into the garage and Pat calls me and I'm like, hey,
what's up. He's like, hey, used to let you know. Saturday,
for Dutch's birthday, I'm taking Dutch and his four friends out.
We're gonna go a skiing. We're gonna go wakeboarding, We're
gonna go jet skiing. We' gonna have a lot of fun.
Speaker 1 (55:28):
It's killer.
Speaker 5 (55:28):
I'm like, oh, okay, Dutch and his fore friends, way
to go.
Speaker 1 (55:32):
Pat, So I'll be posting pictures.
Speaker 3 (55:34):
Yeah, so there you go. Go buy a car from
Pattick get pure for it. In fact, we have one
thousand dollars of Patikey's money coming up. We're gonna play
minute to win it. We need a contestant eight seven
seven ninety three seven one four seven we'll play next
to get from the car to.
Speaker 10 (55:47):
The office, wake out win him.
Speaker 3 (55:48):
Every morning Jean, Jay and Rich coming up like in
less than ten minutes. You know, obviously we're gonna have
one thousand dollars to pay your bills. But I have
this thing I think is really cool. Because we're always
concerned about death, what happens after you die. There's a
group of professional mediums and they are sharing what they
believe happens after we die. So I will tell you
what happens after we die in less than ten minutes.
(56:11):
First though, Patty Key from Pieria Ford, give us one
thousand dollars. All you got to do is answer ten
questions in a row in under a minute. And I
believe a TV show has ripped us off already. In fact,
Kyle SATs will get into that, right. Is it very
similar to Minute to Winter, Kyle, the show you watched?
Speaker 5 (56:26):
No, Oh it's not.
Speaker 1 (56:28):
They're still ripped as soft.
Speaker 3 (56:29):
Well what I've seen the commercials for it sounds like
they're doing Minute to Win it. These people can't answer
these simple questions. That's not that's not what it is.
Speaker 6 (56:36):
No, the show is called Nation's Dumbest and Basically it's
got like all these celebrities got like Matt Liiner, Doctor Drew,
Carmen Electra, and they all are competing in like kind
of like school like challenges, but it's not like minute
to win it and after where it's like time through that.
Speaker 1 (56:53):
But there's there's still they're questions right there, aren't you?
Speaker 6 (56:55):
Like more like are you smarter than a fifth grader er?
Combined with challenges and stuff like that. So it's it's
very different, but it's actually laugh out loud funny, like
I was surprised how hard we were laughing.
Speaker 5 (57:04):
Like, give me an example something they did that was okay.
Speaker 6 (57:06):
So they did this geography challenge and they divided all
the celebrities into two teams, and they had this huge map, right,
and they had Steve O and Jojo Suwa they were
representative of each one of their respective teams. And they
had to get dressed in this airplane suit and they
were hoisted via ropes that their team was controlling, and
(57:26):
they had to like swing into this mailbox pick a question,
and then the team had to answer the question and
they had to put the answer to the geography question.
Speaker 4 (57:34):
On the map.
Speaker 6 (57:35):
And so they're like getg lifted and swung around.
Speaker 7 (57:38):
I was laughing so.
Speaker 6 (57:39):
Hard at that part.
Speaker 3 (57:40):
So let me give you a presentation. You're listening to
John Jay and Ritchi or the producers of the TV show.
You hear a minute to win it? How do we
make this TV friendly? We have a simple geography question.
It's a simple geography question. And then you got to
make it visual. So now they've split in the two teams.
You make the celebrities do whatever. That's how I can
see them copying this game.
Speaker 1 (57:58):
So to me, it is like, well we happy than that.
We're going to hoist our listeners on the phone up.
Speaker 6 (58:03):
Perhaps they were inspired.
Speaker 5 (58:06):
You got to make it TV friendly, all right. Our
contestant this morning is Jerry.
Speaker 9 (58:09):
Hi.
Speaker 1 (58:09):
Jerry Hi, Hi.
Speaker 5 (58:12):
Okay, what are you doing right now? Jerry?
Speaker 15 (58:16):
I actually was just over at the Arizona Humane Society.
I'm a little nervous. I've tried to call you guys
so many times. I can't believe I got through. I
went to go take my cat, want my son's cat
to go get neutered. Come to find out it's not
until the twentieth of July, and so went all the
way down there. I had also taken my dog actually
Tuesday he got neutered. But it was a crazy morning
(58:40):
and I just said, yeah, it is what it is.
Let me turn around, let's go home. And then you
guys were talking about one thousand dollars. I'm in need
of a vehicle, so I was like, let me just
try and I got through and I was shocked.
Speaker 5 (58:52):
But to your cat's like, oh thank god.
Speaker 1 (58:54):
Yeah, plus stealing more than one neutered animal at the time,
that'd be a lot.
Speaker 5 (58:58):
Hey, well listen to this coming up.
Speaker 15 (59:01):
Sorry, it made me laugh because when Dylan was on
the home well Jill, I think her name, Yeah, my
cat in the back now, Yeah, it reminded me of
the entire like April Fold thing you guys have, and
I'm like, seriously, real, I do have.
Speaker 9 (59:15):
A cat in the back.
Speaker 14 (59:17):
Well.
Speaker 3 (59:17):
Coming up in a couple of months, I don't know
if it's October or November. My wife is put together
this this second year or third year we're doing it,
and it's at State Farm Stadium where we give out
free neoters with the Humane Society, with Markopa County outam
of control, well a bunch of different places free neoters

Farm Stadium, we hand you the certificates and you get
your your animal neuted for free.
Speaker 5 (59:38):
So that's coming up.
Speaker 3 (59:39):
Pay attention, keep listening to other people know because I
don't know the details yet. Anyway, we got a minute
to win one thousand dollars of Pat Pig's money.
Speaker 5 (59:45):
That's all right.
Speaker 1 (59:46):
I feel like you're a quick thinking person, so I
think you're gonna do well on this, Jerry. Let's do
it sixty seconds on the clock. What type of fruit
is typically used to make raisins?
Speaker 10 (01:00:00):
Oh, my gosh, great.
Speaker 1 (01:00:02):
What country singer sings the song choosing Texas? Yeah, we got.
Speaker 2 (01:00:13):
Lately?
Speaker 1 (01:00:15):
Which sport is known as the beautiful game?
Speaker 15 (01:00:19):

Speaker 6 (01:00:41):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (01:00:43):
Oh, she.
Speaker 7 (01:00:46):
Disconnected?
Speaker 2 (01:00:49):
Jerry?
Speaker 1 (01:00:49):
What do we do?
Speaker 6 (01:00:50):
Jerry?
Speaker 5 (01:00:51):
I don't think I think she was way behind anyway.
Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
How much time you left, she had about twenty seconds least.
Speaker 3 (01:00:56):
It's almost like when she couldn't get raisins. Yeah, it's
like you're like that, You're you're have to go so fast.
It took her too long looking for ohio.
Speaker 9 (01:01:06):
I.
Speaker 3 (01:01:06):
Meanwhile, we were doing minute to Win it with Jerry
and we got disconnected. But Jerry called back, Hi, Jerry, Hi?
Was that your bad or or bad?
Speaker 9 (01:01:16):
I think it was my bad?
Speaker 3 (01:01:18):
So I was.
Speaker 15 (01:01:19):
I had asked the producer about like being able to
record the call. Don't anyone else, don't do it. As
soon as the recording goes out, it hangs up.
Speaker 9 (01:01:27):
That was what I did.
Speaker 3 (01:01:29):
Well, here's the deal. So I had twenty seconds left.
You had done four. You got four questions? All right, okay,
so we will continue. I'll give you the next twenty seconds.
Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
All right, Yeah, we'll give you twenty seconds. Are you ready?
Let's be getting ready?
Speaker 5 (01:01:42):
All right?
Speaker 1 (01:01:43):
What space agency landed the first man on the moon?
Speaker 3 (01:01:48):
Oh my god?
Speaker 4 (01:01:49):
Was that nuns?
Speaker 1 (01:01:50):
Which ocean is the largest in the world?
Speaker 9 (01:01:55):
Large? Oh my god, I'm gonna say.
Speaker 15 (01:02:00):
And then probably get this wrong.
Speaker 1 (01:02:01):
Specific What oregan pumps blood through the human body.
Speaker 3 (01:02:07):
The heart?
Speaker 1 (01:02:09):
What body of water separates to England in France?
Speaker 6 (01:02:14):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (01:02:21):
What was the answer the English channel?
Speaker 9 (01:02:25):
Oh?
Speaker 7 (01:02:26):
You got seven right though?
Speaker 6 (01:02:28):
You did very well, very well?
Speaker 5 (01:02:30):
All right, Jerry, thanks for calling back and thanks for listening.
Good luck with you.
Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
Thank you guys so much for your time.
Speaker 12 (01:02:35):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 15 (01:02:36):
And I'm looking forward to the other stuff. And I'll
let everyone know that I know in my circle about
your U the neutering stuff.
Speaker 7 (01:02:42):
So thank you so much.
Speaker 15 (01:02:43):
Y'all have a wonderful day, got it.
Speaker 3 (01:02:44):
Thank you, Jared, thank you. She's talking about someone doing
with love pop or it's free neuters and stuff. And
it's like in October November where we're doing at State
Farm Stadium, like thousands of people.
Speaker 1 (01:02:53):
It's a long day.
Speaker 5 (01:02:56):
I do want to get this medium thing, but first,
real quick, a couple of text message.
Speaker 3 (01:02:59):
You can always Texas, you text JJ harm whatever you
want to say to nine six eight ninety three. A
text about Kyle's garage door now working, says, the same
thing happened to my garage and my poor husband has
had to manually open it every time we need to
open it.
Speaker 6 (01:03:14):
Oh my gosh, she's supposed to be like a muscleman.
Speaker 1 (01:03:16):
Totally, it's been eight years.
Speaker 3 (01:03:20):
Second thing, I'm pretty white and I commonly say I'm
shaking in my boots white people phrases. There's a bunch
of texts on white people phrases. Here's a white people phrase,
cool beans.
Speaker 1 (01:03:30):
Cool beans. Yep, that's up there.
Speaker 5 (01:03:33):
Here's the white people phrase. What in tarnation? Holy mackerel,
I say sometimes what in Sam Hill?
Speaker 1 (01:03:42):
Anyway?
Speaker 3 (01:03:42):
All right, so real quick, we could post it on
Facebook because the story over the weekend of Taylor Swift's
wedding was Shania Twain. That was a big story that
broke out because Shania Twain was going to open or
is opening for Harry Styles. And Shania Twain didn't go
to Taylor's wedding because she committed to Harry Styles opening
to Harry Styles. So we had posted on Facebook, right,
(01:04:04):
what is something you miss in your regret? Right, Tanya?
Speaker 5 (01:04:07):
You got one?
Speaker 9 (01:04:09):
Hey?
Speaker 6 (01:04:09):
I have one?
Speaker 9 (01:04:11):
Hi?
Speaker 14 (01:04:11):
Don't Dan?
Speaker 10 (01:04:12):
Hi?
Speaker 1 (01:04:12):
Ranch?
Speaker 6 (01:04:13):
How do you hi?
Speaker 9 (01:04:15):
Hey? So?
Speaker 15 (01:04:16):
Yeah, actually wasn't me that missed it.
Speaker 9 (01:04:18):
It was my ex best friend that missed my wedding.
Speaker 11 (01:04:21):
And I after is she would be my maid of honor?
And she told me no, and I said, well, why
her husband was getting out of prison that day.
Speaker 1 (01:04:34):
Oh that's fair, that's fair. You got to be there
for the prison release.
Speaker 15 (01:04:38):
Yeah, so she actually missed it.
Speaker 10 (01:04:40):
And the ironic thing is I went to court with
her when she married him.
Speaker 5 (01:04:46):
Okay, so just let me.
Speaker 3 (01:04:47):
I want to I want to walk you through stuff
and ask you some questions. So your wedding is in
the evening, I'm assuming No, No, it was.
Speaker 11 (01:04:57):
In It was about two o'clock in the afternoon, okay.
Speaker 1 (01:05:00):
And what time was he getting out of prison?
Speaker 11 (01:05:02):
Only eight o'clock in the morning.
Speaker 5 (01:05:04):
Okay. So she couldn't have brought him to the wedding, no.
Speaker 2 (01:05:08):
Because according to your they had to lock themselves in.
Speaker 10 (01:05:11):
A motel room for a week.
Speaker 9 (01:05:12):
Yeah, okay, yeah, I knew you were waiting for that
one John day.
Speaker 1 (01:05:16):
I knew someone.
Speaker 3 (01:05:18):
I was like, if you asked me to be your
maid of honor and she says I can't, Dave's getting
out of prison, I would have been like, well, what
time is you get out of prison? My wedding is
this or my best friend? And then she's like, no,
I gotta have sex. We'll have to have sex that night.
Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
Like wait, you can.
Speaker 5 (01:05:31):
Have a cookie at eight o five.
Speaker 3 (01:05:33):
Like just so you can't.
Speaker 7 (01:05:34):
So now the song about that team, but we'll do
that one another day.
Speaker 5 (01:05:38):
So she doesn't come to your wedding and you're like,
you're no longer my friend anymore.
Speaker 11 (01:05:42):
Well, we actually stay friends, but we did break up
later on.
Speaker 9 (01:05:46):
Actually just a couple of years ago, we finally broke up.
Speaker 11 (01:05:49):
We were friends for forever. Our moms worked.
Speaker 9 (01:05:51):
Together, and we were best friends our whole entire lives.
Speaker 11 (01:05:54):
And I used to go with her to go visit him,
and I would visit his sully, and I know we.
Speaker 9 (01:06:00):
Did all these things against our mom's.
Speaker 11 (01:06:02):
Wishes, and we used to get in trouble all the
time for doing that.
Speaker 13 (01:06:05):
And then she married him.
Speaker 11 (01:06:06):
I went to court with her and yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:06:09):
She told me no, didn't want to be my Maidable
did they stay married?
Speaker 9 (01:06:13):
Well, they did not stay married.
Speaker 3 (01:06:15):
Nope.
Speaker 11 (01:06:15):
He's actually back in prison and I think he's doing
a life sentence now.
Speaker 1 (01:06:20):
Oh yeah, if you want.
Speaker 5 (01:06:21):
To tell us, what do you do? What do you
do the first time? What do you do the second time?
Speaker 9 (01:06:25):
He wasn't a very nice guy.
Speaker 11 (01:06:26):
He just wasn't a nice person, kind of violent, lots
of drugs, things like that.
Speaker 1 (01:06:32):
Just wasn't a nice wife. That's not good. He had
tell you.
Speaker 8 (01:06:36):
Well, yeah, I'm glad you're not a good guy.
Speaker 5 (01:06:39):
Not a good guy. I'm glad you call it. Thanks
for listening.
Speaker 2 (01:06:42):
Well, well, thank you. I've been waiting to get on Johnny.
Speaker 4 (01:06:45):
You're so funny.
Speaker 5 (01:06:45):
You come up as one liner.
Speaker 11 (01:06:47):
Sometimes I wish I could think of him and rich
I don't know why he didn't stay at Taylor's wedding.
I don't get that.
Speaker 9 (01:06:51):
I would have said the whole tape they kicked me out.
Speaker 1 (01:06:55):
No, that was happening. We were going to get kicked
out pretty soon. I could feel it.
Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
I was like, Oh, he's gonna say anyway, well, thanks.
Speaker 10 (01:07:02):
For having me.
Speaker 5 (01:07:03):
You're so awesome, thank you for listening.
Speaker 15 (01:07:04):
Thanks, have a good day.
Speaker 9 (01:07:06):
Fight.
Speaker 5 (01:07:07):
That's so nice.
Speaker 3 (01:07:08):
There's been a lot of stuff. I've been seeing a
lot of pictures from that wedding right now. You weren't
at Taylor's wedding. You were at a wedding, yes, and
you were staying in the hotel the same wedding was
happening that Taylor and Travis were going to.
Speaker 1 (01:07:18):
Yes, we were going to a totally different wedding, but
all dressed to the nines. It just sort of slid
into the reception and there wasn't a whole lot of
people there when we got there, maybe thirty when we
got it, So obviously they would know we weren't part
of the wedding party. The video is up on John
Jay and rich on Instagram. You can see it and
all the people they are saying that camera's all shaky. Yeah,
(01:07:38):
I'm trying to sneak video. I was trying to sneak
video thinking we might get a screenshot out of it,
but I had to be really really careful because nobody
else had their phones up. Well, it's got eight hundred
and ten thousand views. Oh that's cool. Yeah, so go
to John Jay.
Speaker 5 (01:07:49):
Here's a couple things to do.
Speaker 1 (01:07:50):
Go to John Jay and Rich on Instagram.
Speaker 3 (01:07:52):
And if you miss war the roses, you type in
roses you see a picture of Rich making a weird face.
That's the Instagram account that's to make the post face.
And then if you scroll down you see a bunch
of blue stuff with eight hundred Well, that's that's the
Taylor Swift video that Rich snuck in his camera and
got some stuff. All right, we are going to get
to some entertainment news. We also got diamondback tickets could
(01:08:13):
be yours less than twenty minutes. All that's coming up.
Entertainment news. That's next, John Ja and.
Speaker 6 (01:08:18):
Rich Coffy in hand to ear buds on John Jay
and Rich Nobody compay.
Speaker 5 (01:08:27):
I'm gonna break down everything trending what he has got.
Speaker 6 (01:08:29):
It's like basically two weeks since Taylor swifts wedding and
we're still getting little details here and there about what
happened inside Madison Square Garden. And now we're hearing Avri Lavine,
Tate McCrae, and Ice Spice were among the performers at.
Speaker 8 (01:08:42):
The wedding celebration.
Speaker 1 (01:08:44):
That's a big bill.
Speaker 6 (01:08:45):
I just think, like it's insane what this party was like.
And when Taylor decides to share details with us, I
think it's going to be epic.
Speaker 7 (01:08:53):
I would love to get a.
Speaker 4 (01:08:54):
Tell all of Taylor Swift and Ice Spice relationship because
it's never made sense to me, but I kind of
love it. I know, FIFA just an outside. Post Malone
is officially headlining the twenty twenty six World Cup closing ceremony,
so it's gonna be a pregream show. It's happening this Sunday,
July nineteenth, and it's kicking off exactly ninety minutes before
Spain and Argentina battle for the trophy. So Posty he's
(01:09:16):
sharing the stage with legends like Robbie Williams, Nicole Schersinger,
and Laura Passini. So the celebrity power doesn't really stop
there because we already talked about we know that we're
getting this surprise stunt from Tom Cruise, and then we're
also gonna get a viral moment with the streamer I
show Speed, which is gonna be huge, I think for
the younger generations. And then Jennifer Hudson singing the national anthem,
which is justin Bieber insane.
Speaker 7 (01:09:36):
Yeah, JB. He's the halftime show. That's gonna be don't.
Speaker 1 (01:09:40):
Shakira.
Speaker 4 (01:09:41):
Yeah, those are, but those are separate. That's the halftime show.
This is the closing ceremony. This is the pregame kind
of vibe to get everyone hyped up.
Speaker 9 (01:09:48):
Love it.
Speaker 6 (01:09:48):
It's gonna be awesome. I'm three episodes in you Guys
to the Hawk. It's Will Ferrell's show on Netflix. Yeah,
I think it's ten episodes and here's here's my form.
It's funny, but it's not laugh out loud funny yet,
but I still want to keep watching the.
Speaker 8 (01:10:05):
Holland So it's in. I haven't watched The Hot Ones yet.
That's number two on Netflix right now.
Speaker 6 (01:10:08):
I do plan on doing that, but you know, he's
been doing a lot of things like hot ones to
promote the Hawk. And he did an interview on a
podcast of Oh My God, Amy Poehler, and he was
talking about how in college he actually got a job
at Disneyland, and he was thinking he'd get like a
really cool job, like he wanted to be maybe working
on one of the rides or something like that. And
(01:10:30):
instead of working, you know, as the Jungle cruise operator,
they said, you're going to be at the ticket counter
and he's like, well, that doesn't really sound quite as fun.
Speaker 16 (01:10:38):
Then he said, at the same time, I had a
rival offer to work at a friend's surf shop, a
friend who was managing a surf shop right down at
Newport Beach exactly same pay, yeah, five point fifteen hour.
Speaker 5 (01:10:49):
But I was too.
Speaker 16 (01:10:50):
Embarrassed to call up Disney Disneyland. So my friend John
called on my behalf and said, I will be quitting
after one day. He said, I have a tryout with
the Dallas.
Speaker 6 (01:10:59):
Cow, which we know he did not, but that's how
he quit his job that he got at Disneyland.
Speaker 5 (01:11:05):
On the Netflix hot Ones, he talks about other jobs.
Speaker 3 (01:11:07):
He was a bank teller and a couple other random
jobs yet, which is kind of cool to know that,
you know, he's normal.
Speaker 6 (01:11:13):
Yeah, totally. Arita Grande, we know she's done really well
doing singing impressions, but apparently she can also do like
regular impressions. And she's kind of going viral because she
was doing an Instagram post to promote like Arim's beauty thing,
and she was doing her best Harry Potter character impressions
and sans are loving it.
Speaker 4 (01:11:33):
What is my blood?
Speaker 10 (01:11:34):
But are you not me?
Speaker 7 (01:11:37):
Not my blur? Butter?
Speaker 6 (01:11:39):
Where is it a money obey?
Speaker 7 (01:11:41):
He wants to know where he's blur?
Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
Buttery's master.
Speaker 7 (01:11:46):
I saw this video randomly and I was like, what
is she doing?
Speaker 6 (01:11:51):
Like he's promoting Ariam's blow Butter.
Speaker 7 (01:11:54):
I didn't understand, but I watched it. I was like,
she is so talented truly.
Speaker 6 (01:11:59):
Everyone's like, oh my gosh, she's like the best of
all this.
Speaker 3 (01:12:01):
Well, if she's u she calls us in a couple
of minutes, she can play for the Harry Potter and
Night Diamondbacks game.
Speaker 6 (01:12:07):
That's right, callin Ari, it could be you. Okay. So
The Batman Part two. At first It was supposed to
come out October third, twenty twenty five, and then we
had the writer strikes and they're like, we're gonna move
it back to October twenty twenty seven.
Speaker 8 (01:12:21):
And now they're like, we got to move it back again.
Speaker 6 (01:12:24):
So the new official release date of The Batman Part
two is February eighteenth, twenty twenty eight. But because I
think they know, like this is six years, it's give
me six years after the original. They actually like with
that music you were just hearing, that is a video
that they released. It's like the test film footage. You
could to see Robert Pattinson as Batman again in the
(01:12:44):
test footage for The Batman.
Speaker 1 (01:12:45):
I really liked that. I thought The Batman, that movie
with Robert Pattinson, I thought was great. It's like just
a detective movie.
Speaker 7 (01:12:51):
Because wasn't it kind of like a lot darker, a
lot darker, and.
Speaker 1 (01:12:55):
He's more of a detective than a superhero. He's like
still I don't want to say normal, but he doesn't
use a bunch of superhuman powers.
Speaker 7 (01:13:01):
Interesting.
Speaker 4 (01:13:02):
Jessica Alba, she is joining the cast of Netflix is
thirteen going on thirty reboot. So production just kicked off
into La, so the plot and Jessica Albo's role are
completely kept under wraps right now. She is joining a
cast that includes Emily Batters.
Speaker 7 (01:13:16):
She was on People.
Speaker 4 (01:13:17):
We met on vacation Logan Lherman, he was in Murders
in the Building. And best of all, Jenna Rink is
coming back. Jennifer Gardner. She is on board as an
executive producer and we're expecting some cameos from her too.
Speaker 3 (01:13:28):
Hey, so you were just talking about Disneyland with Will
Ferrell's for job yesterday.
Speaker 5 (01:13:32):
I found something out about this friend of mine. I
had this friend of mine in my house yesterday, Ryan.
Speaker 3 (01:13:35):
I put him on Instagram because he was helping me
prep for this monsoon weather that's coming because my backyard
has some issues. I'm getting a new roof and I
got a lot of new stuff happening that Hopelly will
fix whenever floods come to my house so there won't
be floods.
Speaker 1 (01:13:49):
And he was telling me this story about it.
Speaker 3 (01:13:50):
So he grew up in Anaheim, he grew up next
to Disneyland, and he hated Disneyland.
Speaker 5 (01:13:56):
He was a Knoxbury farm guy.
Speaker 1 (01:13:58):
Oh everybody and disney was He just hated it.
Speaker 5 (01:14:02):
He moved here in two thousand and one, got married,
had kids.
Speaker 3 (01:14:07):
His oldest son graduated a year or two a year
ago or most recently, from the University of Arizona Architecture
schools with a degree in architecture. His oldest son just
got a job out of ten thousand people, got hired
to be the next imaginarium person for Disney.
Speaker 1 (01:14:26):
Like the engineers that build all the imagine build.
Speaker 3 (01:14:28):
The imagineers that build the ride. His like just he
just moved him to Florida to where he's working. And
it's so such a weird, full circle moment. I thought,
I was so happy for him.
Speaker 6 (01:14:39):
Yeah, like you're a fan of Disney now ry exactly.
Speaker 3 (01:14:42):
But to be an imagineer, you have to be a genius,
a creative, fantastic personality. So he's like interning and they
put it's like he's going to Disney University, like they
put him.
Speaker 5 (01:14:52):
He's in a dorm room with other people like a school,
and he's getting paid.
Speaker 3 (01:14:57):
And he has this set quick set, this cool set up,
and he has access to every ride. And I thought
that was such a cool story.
Speaker 1 (01:15:03):
Yes, what a great job.
Speaker 7 (01:15:04):
It's literally called Disney University.
Speaker 4 (01:15:05):
Yeah, isn't a wild Yeah, And like, I actually know
a couple of people that I did that after they
graduated college and you go and you work in the
parks and you like earn the ins and the outs.
Speaker 5 (01:15:13):
Yeah, but he's the person that's building the right using
his imagination. It reminded me.
Speaker 3 (01:15:19):
Also, it's like a as a dad. I had a
cool dad moment for him earlier in the day. Do
you guys see that Devin Booker video they got posted
about why he picked number fifteen? But did you see
the video they dropped it yesterday? It's this montage of
him as a kid watching his dad play on TV.
That's cool and it just gave me goosebumps. It's like
