Speaker 1 (00:00):
Kyle and Peyton, what's going on in the entertainment world?

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Okay, I did not have this on my Taylor Swift
bingo card, but a scientist who happens to be a
huge Swifty helped identify a new group of insects and
basically turned one of them into a Taylor Swift, basically.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
It's like a new genus that he named Swiftiephilus.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
That's pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
And there's Four species references to Taylor herself in this
Swifty Phyllis. There is a lover fearless and the tortured
poets department. So there are now insects named after Taylor Swift.
That is like another level of superstardom right there.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
I know.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
It's amazing.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Sydney Sweeney has partnered with a company called Novig. And
I feel like these betting sites make so much money
because they're the only ones in the ads that are
getting these huge celebrities.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
Not only did they.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Get Sydney Sweeney, but they got Sydney Sweeney to strip down.
And she's promoting how this betting site is all.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
There's a lot of betting sites.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
We talked about one just yesterday that does arcade games
and sports and everything.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Better.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
But yeah, but this one is just sports. Thinking of sports?

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Prove it.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Novig is just sports. So they wanted to show just sports.
You can trade this sport and this sport.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
How about this?

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Or this?

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Sports.

Speaker 5 (01:19):
Sports.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Sports. Sports.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
You can't trade this. No betting on wars or deaths.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
And no politics.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
When she says sport, this sport, this sport, she's covering
her boobies with whatever that sport is.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Basketballs, footballs, etc.

Speaker 5 (01:34):
I watched it probably a thousand times yesterday. The thing
about the video that she made, it's really well done.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
It's classy. She looks great. She looks beautiful. She does.

Speaker 5 (01:41):
And it's a great video. That's one of those things
where I think we've talked about before. That's our new
meet bikini, Kyle and Peyton.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Right.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Sports.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Just sports.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
I honestly, though, like hats off to Sydney Sweeney because
I don't think that there is many as mainstream or
big stars like her that would be willing to do
advertisements like that. Like she found her niche.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
No, she got paid.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
Getting a paycheck she found her niche and I mean
that's what she leans into the blonde with big boobs yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Like good for you girl more power to you we
love ourselves some Sydney Sweeney.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
W magazine they asked Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber what
all their favorite things are and the believers are actually
eating this up because you remember like back in the
day when you could actually get magazines and like you
do interviews with your favorite artists and you would pin
it up on your wall or put it in your
binder and That's exactly how W Magazine did this interview
with Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber. Asked them their favorite movie.
Hailey's was The Grinch.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Justin was The Breakup.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
And everyone is actually speculating The Breakup because you know
that there's that lore where it's like, does Justin Bieber
really like Hailey Bieber? Because apparently, like two years ago,
his favorite movie was The Notebook. And now it's The Breakup?

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Well, you know what the big headline out of that
interview is? Huh? That they're saying that beavers are boring.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Yeah, yeah. And a lot of them are just calling
them out that they have nothing in common. But I'm like,
opposites attract. You can't be the same exact person that
you're with. You got to switch it up a little bit,
in my opinion.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
So I know Justin Bieber, like he also said his
favorite go-to karaoke song was With You by Chris Brown.
But I feel like what this article did was like,
they're just normal.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
They're not boring. They're just normal people. And he's mellow.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
He's not like, you know, out of the box crazy.
He's a chill personality. I love this.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
First of all, they like to karaoke.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Like Justin Bieber is one of the biggest artists in
the world and he likes to karaoke.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
That's awesome.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
I agree with you. I think it's probably just all
like the inner 10 year olds who never got to
be with Justin coming out. You know, it's a little,
you got to hate a little bit, but it is
what it is. Okay, so if you saw on Instagram,
there was a new account that was made, and it
was Jennifer Lawrence. And she has been basically saying that
she is not going to get on social media for
the last decade. So the fact that she even made
this account is insane. But when she made the account,

(03:56):
it's not. You can't find her at Jennifer Lawrence. You
can only find her at J-Law, which is what her
nickname is. But in her caption or in her bio,
it's like, at Jennifer Lawrence was taken. So someone out
there has Jennifer Lawrence's hat or her at name.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
You know who?

Speaker 4 (04:12):
Who?

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Jennifer Lawrence.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Whoever another Jennifer Lawrence is, but I think Jay lost you.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
She's a vet tech in Minnesota.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
And perfect for her anyway. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
SZA, she announced her new brand, Van SZA, with Vans.
So basically, she announced that she's going to have one
drop that comes out October 22nd. It's going to be
the new school mule, which is like that kind of
old school, kind of chunky skater looking van. And what
I'm really loving about this collab and how she's adding
her own personality into it You know how sometimes on

(04:41):
the back of your shoe, you just like step on them.
You don't slip your shoe on all the way. They
specifically designed it so that back heel can lay down
because SZA always walks on the back of her heels.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Oh, Scott has a pair of shoes like that and
he loves them. It's like you can wear whatever you want.
You want to go full shoe or half shoe. Exactly.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
So he would really like the Vans SZA collab.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
I think I would too.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
That's interesting. Your husband doesn't look shoeish.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Okay, Josh.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
What?

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Okay, guys, we are five days away from the premiere
of Dancing with the Stars. The new season starts next Tuesday,
and it started off already with an injury. So Giada
De Laurentiis, she is on the show, and she actually
showed on her Instagram that she's injured already.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
So I had a great day at rehearsals today.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
Sadly, I busted my toe.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
My toe.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
As you can see, it's quite purple.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
I'm for sure going to lose my toenail.

Speaker 5 (05:41):
Ouch.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
I knew that would get John Jay. Just the mental
picture alone. You don't need to go.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
He's twitching over there, guys.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
She's going to tough it out.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
She did say she's determined to get better and be
a part of the opener.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
And she's like, we'll figure it out. We're going to
be part of the game. No, no, no worries.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Blackpink's Lisa is getting her own documentary, you guys. A
trailer for Always La Lisa chronicles her little solo run,
including a FIFA World Cup performance, Coachella debut, acting roles.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
She's been very busy. We really had no days off.
It's hard because there's a lot of pressure out.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
I'm like, we don't have to do it this crazy.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
It's like, no, I can do it. This is going
to be huge.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
The film is getting released in IMAX theaters October 12th.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Blackpink fans. get your tickets as soon as they come out.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Lizzo, you guys, she's adding one more job to her resume.
This one involves kids, a flute, and a whole kind
of new audience. She wrote a kid's book, a children's
book called Lil Lizzo Meets Sasha B. Fluten, which basically
was inspired by her own relationship with music and the flute.
It even comes with a QR code that can let
kids Hear an original song she wrote. And then she

(06:54):
says the whole point is just helping kids find their
own voice and kind of feel like they belong and
like follow your dreams and the whole things you want
kids to do anyways. Paramount Plus just dropped the trailer
for Team Moms Baseball. This is Kim Kardashian's executive produced
show that is right here in Arizona.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
Baseball and Scottsdale go hand in hand.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
Legendary Prep Academy is a high performance baseball academy.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
He's going to the MLB for sure. I'm not going
to kill his dream. We are here for the love
of the game. They start with that. They start with that.
And then all of a sudden, it's like all the
parents hate each other. Like, you beep, beep, beep.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
Yeah, it's insane.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
It's going to be high drama for sure.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
That one premieres September 24th on Paramount +. Okay, so
imagine Hollywood made a movie that is very.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
Obviously about you.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
It cast Robert Pattinson as you or Peyton Zendaya as
you and never really asked your permission. This is what
happened to Chris Hansen, and he is not happy about it.
Chris Hansen says the new Robert Pattinson movie, Primetime, which
is very clearly inspired by To Catch a Predator, basically
stole his life.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
And he did not approve this. Nobody involved him in it.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
And he thinks the movie kind of makes the real
work look darker and more sensational than it was. And
now he's actually looking into his legal options.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
That's supposed to be a great movie, too.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
I mean, it has 100% on Rotten Tomatoes and Robert Pattinson.
So I wonder if he's salty he's not getting any
of that money that's about to come through. Maybe.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
But also, he was like, do I pursue legal options
or is that exactly what they wanted so they could
help promote the movie? So he's like, I maybe want
to explore it, but I also don't want to bring
more attention to it.

Speaker 5 (08:30):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 3 (08:30):
But by saying that, you already did. So sorry, Chris Hansen.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
If you're a big Michael Jackson fan, just know that
one of the actual crystal-covered gloves from the 1984 Victory
Tour is being auctioned off complete with the Swarovski crystals,
a letter tracing it back to someone who actually worked
for Michael Jackson. And it's the kind of piece that
basically became a part of his entire image. I love
when stuff like this goes up for auction because it's like,
you know, the uber rich is going to pay big

(08:57):
bucks for this.

Speaker 3 (08:58):
And then you're like, you paid that for a glove.
Like it's always just always kind of blows my mind.

Speaker 5 (09:03):
And the thing is, probably at the time, he probably
had gloves like a million.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
Now they're very rare.
