Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's just happened with the Olympics, Payton, We're watching the Olympics.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Yeah, yeah, I something absolutely crazy just happened. Well, Simonbiles,
she just got silver for USA and Jordan Chiles. She
had wasn't even in the podium right now, and literally
they reviewed it again and she just got bronze for USA.
Right now, she's crying, crying, like ugly crying right now,
like everybody is jumping for joy for her right now

(00:23):
in the arena, Like that is absolutely epic. I'm so
happy for her. Oh my goodness, that is amazing.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
They like changed the score though, like, yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
They went they went back reviewed it and then changed
it again.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
So she she like like the Noah Lyles.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Thing, Yeah, the one where they were like, Jamaica's got
it and they're like, wait, no Lyles. Yeah, so Usa
we got two medals just now on the floor on
the floor final.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
I was getting some TV. Uh. I watched I think
a lot of TV, But at the same time, when
I was writing it down, I don't know if there's
a lot of TV. First of all, you guys watched
the Joe Rogan comedy special.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
I watched part of it.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
It was fantastic. That was great. Draw It was live
on Netflix, and I felt like I might have been
maybe five minutes behind him if he was really live.
I don't know. It was kind of cool to watch.
I thought he was great. Dirty Pop was number one
for a while on Netflix. Right, that took a turn
that I do you see it?

Speaker 4 (01:16):
Rich?

Speaker 1 (01:17):
No, it was really good. I had no idea this whole.
If you're into in Sync and Backstreet Boys and you
want to the history of them and the guy to
put it together.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Fascinating, like if you're into any boy band ever.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Basically, yeah, but when you find out that the guy
that put them together it was a Ponzi scheme. It
wasn't about music. He was using them to get fund
other accounts. It was literally one of the largest pyramid
schemes ever. Really, and the dude owned tcbuy yogurt, Yeah,
and the NYPD pizza. It's so weird.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
It was bizarre. It was really bizarre.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
And then then what the music just got popular on
its own, but it wasn't part of the.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Des had the formula. He had the formula for boy bands,
but and he could have probably just been successful off
of that. Yeah, But no, he was running this whole
thing behind the scenes that was this.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Guy had these little functions and he would have the
boy bands like Backstep and have video of it Backshet
boys in Sync performing for these groups of people which
they thought were record execs and all this stuff, but
it was actually his investors in his Ponzi scheme. I mean,
it's freaking nuts, man. It's highly recommended. It's it's okay, fascinating,
especially now with Deadpool. You know, the opening scenior Deadpool

(02:29):
is by my My, Bye Bye Bye with in Sync,
and it's like, oh wow, that's that wouldn't happen if
it wasn't for lou Pearlman. Whoever. Yeah, it's so crazy man. Okay.
So the show that I watched and it's number one
on Netflix, I think is The Girl's Guy to Saw
like a murder Joe.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Joe Rogan's number one right now, but that's number two.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Did you see it?

Speaker 5 (02:46):
I finished it when the good It was really predict
actually did. It had like a few really interesting twists
and turns. So the idea of it is like this girl,
she's a really good girl and she has to figure
out like what her final senior project it's going to
be and she wants to solve a murder of a
fellow student that happened five.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Years prior, and there were a lot of twist and turns.
I didn't figure out either one of the turns.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
I guessed right away who I thought the killer was.
I was totally wrong. Last minute.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
I was wrong, like eight times.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
I highly recommend this show too, The Good Girl's Guide
to Solving a Murder, Right, it's still good. What else?
Game of Thrones last night? So?

Speaker 4 (03:26):
Oh man, they did it again, because it's like I
really like the show. In fact, I like Game of
Thrones so much. I started going back over vacation and
reading the books of Game of Throws to kind of
look for I know you wouldn't, but I really enjoyed it.
But the last episode of Game of Thrones is a
big setup for season three, and they really give you nothing.

(03:46):
Sometimes they give you a little satisfying end and then
they set up something else. It was all set up.
I don't like it.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
So I finished Game of Throws right It was like
an hour and a half long, and this last night,
and I was kind of like, what what did I see?
So sometimes when I'd don't understand the show, like google
it and I'll be like, you know, the season finale
of Game of Thrones explained and I'm reading it and
everyone is so excited for the big dragon fight scene
that's supposed to happen now in season three. I wanted

(04:13):
that that should be the season val.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
They already set that up the last two episodes, so
there's gonna be a big dragon war. So show the
dragon war.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Every time I get in the sauna, I go in
my sauna and I try to watch something. That's how
I watch Dirty Pop. I do about twenty thirty minutes
of a show every day until I threw with it.
I started yesterday this movie, and the only I was done.
I can't there's nothing else on TV. I think I
feel like I've seen it all right, so I remember,
and I'm not getting political, but I am that guy jd. Vance.

(04:40):
He wrote this book and they turned it into a
movie that Ron Howard directed, Hill Billy Elegy. Oh I
thought it was Hillbilly effigy.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
Uh No, Elegy is like a sad poem. Oh well,
I'm about a half hour in and it's really good,
is it said?

Speaker 1 (04:54):
I'm well, I'm to the part where his mom Od's
and goes to the hospital. But you know, if you
saw this beach that he gave, she was there ten
years clean. Like, I had no idea. It's such a
weird thing. I didn't know any of this stuff, you
know what I mean. So anyway, yeah, it's so far
half hour in really good, really good Moron Howard. Directors
probably assume me he turns into vice president or a
nominee later. I don't know if they put that in.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
I don't know what it was made in somehow.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Yeah, anyway, that's on Netflix too,
