Speaker 2 (00:14):
Need to sing a song that has that word in it.
You have an opportunity to get three points per round.
You get a point if you sing a song with
the word that I give you, you get another point.
If you sing the song with the word that I
think of that I will play for you, and then
you get another point for energy. Okay, John Jay, we
are going to start with you. Your word is girls.

(00:35):
Sing me a song.

Speaker 4 (00:37):
Summer girls, girls, girls, other girls.

Speaker 1 (00:45):

Speaker 5 (00:52):

I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:07):
I have one for energy there.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
It's a penny point.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
But you have it all right.

Speaker 3 (01:14):

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Come on surprises.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
She cares?

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Energy is there?

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Energy is there? You automatically get two points. But this
is what I had.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Oh my gosh, you name me love you.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
If you guys haven't caught on, we are doing pop stars, Okay,
pop stars. Get your mind right, Rich, two points there, Kyle.
I move over to you. Your word is baby.

Speaker 6 (01:55):
Baby, baby baby, I love baby. I know that's what
she was thinking.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
It wasn't, but god, you're thinking.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
What are you thinking? Like?

Speaker 6 (02:12):
I'm trying to point to watch your vibes.

Speaker 5 (02:15):
You.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
I feel you, but I kind of want to be here.

Speaker 5 (02:17):
Some Britney sears this morning.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
So that's where when Caitlin, are you catching a vibe
on how you play my job?

Speaker 1 (02:24):
I love it?

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Okay, we are moving over to you. Your word is.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
Bad, Oh my god, but I know I need one
though I'm.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
A bad girl in a bad girls and a bad
girl or because I'm bad, I'm bad.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
It looks like John j and Rich helped you out
with this one.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
This is what I had.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Good Billie Eilish, bad guy. I know, I know, but
I feel like John Jay and Rich they're pretty generous
over here. I feel like they're gonna I feel like
they're gonna hook you up with these mercurite tickets.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Pure deal. You got them do I not come on
you fun?

Speaker 3 (03:10):
We're fun?

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Hold on, well, on a second, coy, let's call up
the three things we need to know.

Speaker 6 (03:16):
So AI is causing problems yet again in the music industry.
I'll tell you how next with John Jane Rich All
the show.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
At eight seven seven nine seven what out four seven?

Speaker 4 (03:27):
I saw something on YouTube that I thought was so relatable.
You know, you ever had those arguments in your head
with people that they never really happened?

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Do you ever have those? Listen what this guy did? Hey, guys,
great news.

Speaker 7 (03:39):
I just want another pretend argument with somebody in my head.
Even though they made a bunch of great make believe points,
the points that I made were even better. I completely
had them up against the ropes and I probably made
him feel bad.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
The current score is.

Speaker 7 (03:53):
Me a bunch and them significantly fewer. So glad I
could share this great news with you guys, and be
sure to stay tuned because I plan on having another
imaginary argument in my head with somebody within the next
couple of hours.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Funny is that funny? Oh my god? You have arguments
from beginning to end.

Speaker 5 (04:13):
It The very first thing I ever diagnosed John Jay
with minutes after meeting him was prekin What is it
who preconceived confrontation before anybody ever says.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
Anything to him. He's like, that guy's gonna be bad
at you for that.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
Yeah, yeah, I do it all the time anyway, Well,
what are three things we need to know?

Speaker 6 (04:26):
Kyle North, Carolina music producer, has now been charged with
several felonies after scamming more than ten million dollars in
royalties using AI generated songs. So this guy put AI
generated songs on all the streaming platforms we're talking about, Spotify,
Amazon Music, and then used AI bots to listen to

(04:46):
his songs up to seven hundred thousand times a day.
Insert the royalties, right, that's what they got to pay
per play. And apparently it was so good at it
that he got around the fraud detection systems, even used
VPN so it didn't.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Look like he was doing it out of his house.

Speaker 6 (05:02):
His problem was he actually talked about it with co conspirators.

Speaker 5 (05:05):
That's how I ended up getting us so much sense,
because if you look up what songs are playing in
certain countries, there are always things I've never heard of,
artists I've never heard of, And it sounded like.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
Well, why is that against the law. It's like, you
put up your own song up there, and you want
to pay for a bunch of bots to listen to
your song. It's their system that's flogged.

Speaker 6 (05:20):
Because it's not actual people listening. They pay for people
to listen to the song. It seems to not just
an amount of stre That's what he thought too, and
now he's being charged with wirefraud, money laundering, and conspiracy,
so you know, maybe not the best idea. Verizon ticked
off their customers big time. They announced that they're cutting
their auto paid discount by half, so instead of getting

(05:40):
ten dollars off your monthly bill, now you'll only get
five starting October tenth. They did tell their customers to
ensure that we delivered premium experiences and offers. Sometimes we
need to make adjustments. It's just another one of those
things where it's like everything's so tight already.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
It's like we wanted this discount of note.

Speaker 6 (05:57):
It's like it's only five dollars, but it makes a
big difference these days. So tomorrow night, you guys, I
don't know if you know, history will be made in
the NFL. It'll be the first ever regular season game
played in Brazil, Philadelphia Eagers, Eagles, and Green Bay Packers
are all going to be there. I've seen it from
several different players. They're like extremely worried about their safety

(06:21):
where it is.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
It's just not a very safe area.

Speaker 6 (06:25):
They've told family and friends don't come because we're not
even going to be like we've been told don't leave
the hotel, don't go anywhere else, like don't do anything.
And so now with all the complaints, the NFL announced
that they are going to do a full stadium suite
before the game. US authorities are helping with extra security
and they're trying to assure the players that they will

(06:45):
be safe.

Speaker 5 (06:46):
For the game. But for us, a Friday night NFL game,
that's fun.

Speaker 6 (06:49):
I was like, Friday night Easton. My son is like
obsessed with sports now, and so he likes to look
up the numbers and the times and the schedules of
all the games, and he was like, there's a game Thursday, Thursday,
game Friday. I was like, oh, NFL doesn't have games
on Friday. He's like, yes, they do, and like, oh,
turns out they do.

Speaker 5 (07:05):
He was correct first time. I think maybe in a
lone time, Friday is usually high school.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
I'll tell you.

Speaker 6 (07:12):
I'll let you guys know what Easton says and then
we and that's three things.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
You need to know. Actually tonight football is back tonight. Yeah,
football is dark.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
Night.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
We will see Ravens and she's said one shock said
Taylor Swift.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
Make sure you're watching that. See that makes me think
it also fake. They're cating off the first game with
Taylor Swift.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
Really right, right right?

Speaker 1 (07:43):
I want to play something for you guys.

Speaker 4 (07:44):
Okay, whenever you hear Kyle sing sometimes on the show,
you haven't, I mean she can sing.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
She can, Yes, you can, and you can.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
There's little snippets of stuff that happens sometimes where you're like, man,
she can sing. Now, I don't know enough about the
music business to know what exactly it is that.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
I can pick from her. Now I think I do.
I think it's pitch. I think you might have perfect pitch.

Speaker 4 (08:05):
And the reason I say this because there's this guy
that has apparently he's got like the best pitch, uh
that anyone's ever had or something, and he can match
his pitch with appliances.

Speaker 5 (08:17):
So that's funny.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
So when I hear it, I thought it made me
think of Kyle because she we just played the game
and she nailed it. She's like, it works perfectly. So
listen to this guy matches pitch with appliances.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
What notes mic? What note is his vacuum? It goes
up to an What note is this blow jar? It
goes up to a D but it's a little sharp.
What about this toaster that's an a flood? What note

(08:50):
is the ac We're done and that's Kyle. Right.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
Do a video now of you trying to match the
pitch to an appliance.

Speaker 6 (09:02):
That would be funny.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
I'd be like, I don't know.

Speaker 6 (09:04):
It's one of the key z.
