Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's that dog?
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Listen to your car story about your heats, and it
reminded me of a story I should share with you guys,
because when I did it, first thing out of my
mouth when I told my wife was like, I gotta
call John Jay and Richard Pubblica.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
What happened? Uh?
Speaker 2 (00:15):
So, my wife and I had a last minute date
night and I decided to text another couple. But his
name is the same as another guy in my phone,
and so I went to send him a text. I
was like, Hey, the wife and I got a last
minute date night. Can you guys all come to dinner
with us? Oh, by the way, it's a secret. She
doesn't know you're coming, so keep it on the DL.
And he's like, yeah, let's figure this out. Name some restaurants,
(00:39):
and then ultimately we met up. But as we were
parking in the parking lot, I saw that couple pulling
in and I told my wife. I'm like, look, we're
gonna see the other couple. We're all gonna have dinner together.
It's gonna be a big six six table dinner. Yeah,
it was the same guy. I texted the other.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Guy, right, good thing. I'm assuming you liked the friend
that you texted, right, because could you imagine like texting
like your arch enemy from like a couple of years back.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
You know, oh my good Yeah no, I well, first
I was gonna send them something spicy, and then I
was like, no, I better not. You know what if,
thank god I did it because it was the wrong friend.
So the reason that you say it reminded you of
my car story is because you feel stupid. Yeah, I'm like,
(01:27):
I'm telling them the story. I'm like, oh, yeah, you
guys are gonna meet the other guy, the other couple,
the great uh. We were talking about sushi. They mentioned
this this restaurant. But then we're going here and the
ladies look at me and she's like, yeah, that was
our conversation.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
I'm nos for calling in.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
Yeah, I have a good morning you too, Hey, NICKI,
what's going on? Hey?
Speaker 3 (01:51):
I wanted to make sure you didn't feel so bad.
I got to tell you a stupid story that I did.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Okay, okay, So.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
I just bought a brand new car. Was first brought
a new car ever, and it was there in the
winter time, and I was driving to work in the
car said I see why, And I was trying to
figure out what it meant. And I was like, I
see you. I was like, damn, they's spying on me,
Like what is this. I didn't realize that I called
the dealership and they said, well, that means that it's icy.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
You called the dealership too. That means you got to
get a receptionist. You got to get the receptions to
get the guys for service, and you had to get somebody.
Oh man, and you know they're talking about how embarrassing
they're talking about that.
Speaker 3 (02:37):
Yeah, and they knew me because my brother worked there,
but you know.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
They all talked about you. Oh yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:45):
He was so mad at me. He was like, don't
you ever do that again.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
That's good, Nikki, that's real good. Thank you for calling in,
no problem. Good bye by
