Speaker 1 (00:00):
So get this. I know some of us at the
studio remember this. Some of us don't. But the band,
the Pussycat Dolls, they were in their studio a couple
of times. We had a huge concert with them back
in the day, and I didn't know this. Rich remembers
just Kyle, I think you remember this too. This is
Ashley and the pussy Cat Dolls. She grew up here. Yeah,
I don't remember that.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
I think I remember it because she's one of my
favorite ones.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
It's fascinating and the pussy Cat Dolls is just fantastic. Well,
it turns out that Ashley from the Pussycat Dolls is
on a radio show in England and they're like the
number one radio show in all of the UK, right,
And they reached out to Peyton and what they say
to you. They reached out to me and was like,
Ashley's birthday is coming up, It's on Friday. We would
(00:44):
love to have you guys give her a happy birthday
shout out. And I was like, let's do it. Like
that's cool, So we did a happy Birthday shout out
to Ashley from the Pussycat Dolls, who now hosts the
number one radio show in England and they aired it.
So here's a little clip. So this is what I said,
but we went internal.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
It's kind of going to his go.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
So, Ashley, you are from Arizona, so we thought we'd
do something a little international for this one. We've got
in touch with Arizona's biggest radio show, John Jay and Rich.
Oh my god, yeah yeah, you know of course. And
I think if Amanda and I have time, this right,
if we quickly just go across. They said they might
(01:35):
do it after this song, alluding Rich's friend. This was
birthdated Ashley Roberts. Do you guys remember Ashley Roberts was
in a studio. I'd love to get them back together.
(01:56):
By the way, well she's doing like radio. She's big
time now she's on the radio. You're right, the biggest
radio show in England. We are. We're okay here Top
thirty maybe Birthday absolutely my whole life John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
Of course, I've been around forever.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
I've been on their show up with Dolls. But I
mean that Clipton to play for my mom. I don't
know if she listened to John Day. We will, we'll
get the clip. We'll get the guys to get the
clip back everything Mama page. Guys. While, Yeah, that was
really cool. I done good. We're proud of her. I
(02:41):
thought we were about to go to Teddy Swims at
some point we will. I promise you that would have
been very smooth.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
There would have.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Yeah, well they got they got a lot of productions
and whistles. It's a good show. They move and it
sounds like they know what they're doing. You don't expect
me to press all those buttons that fast. And I
was like, wow, that get I went to community college.
I can't do high That guy will be like our
voice guy, I could do that part. Okay, you don't
speak to everything that England? Is that what it said BBC.
(03:09):
That's really exciting. And then she sent us a thank
you to Hi, John.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Jay and Rich it's ash, thank you so much for
my birthday surprise. I've listened to you guys for years
back in the day.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Came out with the dolls. Thank you so much, sending
your lass of love. Missing hometown. That's cool. I think
it's cool that in England they just say Arizona and
everybody and what they're talking about. That's cool. States people
know here. So I'm gonna shift your real quick. So
I'm watching this is so weird. I was when I
was watching the VMA the other day and you guys
(03:41):
see when Asta Ray came out and asked the Ray
and I guess Addison Ray is one of the they're
saying one of the bad dressed people.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Of the I'm being honest, Well.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
It didn't bother me, but I know that we made
a video. You guys made a video of your favorite outfits, right,
that's on our Instagram. But John Jamirich, Kyle and Payton
did a whole thing in their favorite offics. But one
of the things I noticed about Adamson Ray is, you
know there's a lot of there's a lot of things
happening now where with fashion, they're coming back, right, you know,
like I read about them all the time. This is
what was happening in the nineties, and now everyone's bringing
this back. Gen Z's bringing back this from the two thousands.
(04:12):
I noticed she had a belly button piercing, right, and
she had a belly button ring in her thing, and
I was like, this is my brain went to like
Kyle used to have one of those, because she talks
about it every once in a while, right, I still
do have it, but you wear it, Yeah, you do?
You wear a ring? Yeah, kid, I have it on
right now? You do? I do?
Speaker 2 (04:33):
What r the Oh my gosh, wait, that is so cute.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
I had no idea you had your belly button.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
Don't show my bellybun very often because I have mom tummy.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
So you take it out every once in a while,
you don't take it out. I really don't ever really
take it out.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
I usually don't usually don't pay attention to it. I
kind of forget that it's there, except actually yesterday I
had a moment where I was reminded that it was
there because it wasn't there. So I was you to
my friend and I just I kind of like rubbed
like my hand kind of like grazed my leg and
I felt something inside my jeans and it was like poky,
(05:10):
and like, what is.
Speaker 1 (05:11):
This like poky fish pokey bowl? Yeah exactly.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
It was poking out And so I had a hole
in my knee yesterday. So I went and I kind
of like pushed whatever it was down and it was
my belly button ring.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Hanging out my thigh for who knows how long.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
I have no idea. There's two parts to a belly
button ring. You know, there's like the one part and
then the part that screws on to make it sort
of stick there. Sure that part's gone. Yeah, that's gone forever.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
You'll never find that again.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
Because they're so small. So I'm like, first of all,
I have no idea how long like that was poking out,
because I imagine it looked very strange. But anyways, I found it,
but I didn't find the other.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
Part I did. I am just like, I don't know
what's wort of looking for. I'm not in shocked, but
I thought youstic so you got it? Take you like
you stop.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
It when I got pregnant, because then it got like
all stretched out for a while and then I just
had this like strudgy hole, and I'm like, I might
as well just put it back in there, so just
not this random hole because the piercing hole doesn't go away.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
I can't believe it didn't close up though.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Did not close up?
Speaker 1 (06:16):
Nope, And we'll just keep it more than one ring
or just that one ring. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
I bought like a twenty pack from Amazon, so when
that was that was gone, I was like the stick.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
We switch them out often whenever they fall out. But
do you get dressed like and you're like I were
in the bell I'm gonna put this billy button ring
because it matches this outfit. No.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
No, I literally only switched them out if they fall
out like this. It didn't get stuck in my pants
one day, but it's fallen out before and I lose
the top and I'm like, OK, time for another one.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
Like your family, if they saw you in a half shirt,
they'd be like, oh my, it's just normal. They've seen
the belly button ring. I'm so like blown away that
you still have pains reactions like yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
I mean, I just I think you're right, Kyle, I
just never seen your belly button.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
That's right, that's right. You need to show your belly
button more often. Now, where are you putting a picture
of the belly button ring and the belly button on
your on social media?
Speaker 2 (07:10):
I don't usually share that part of my body.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
Maybe we could zoom. Wait a minute, when you did
that meat photo shoot, did you have a belly button
ring in there?
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Two kids?
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Since then, damn kids? Not quite tweet fell out.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
I know I was just but I literally have no
idea how long it was just hanging out there, so
that's fun.
