Speaker 1 (00:00):
And I'll write your name.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Wake your ass up, fool.

Speaker 3 (00:06):
John Jay and Richie.

Speaker 4 (00:08):
What's crack-a-lacking?

Speaker 5 (00:09):
This is the big boss dog, Snoopy Deagle Double Jizzle.

Speaker 6 (00:11):
Bang, boom, what you gonna do?

Speaker 7 (00:13):
We're not talking about Ren 10-10.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
We're not talking about Lassie.

Speaker 5 (00:18):
It's the one and only dog, y'all.

Speaker 7 (00:19):
The classy, sassy, big Snoopy Deagle Double Jizzle.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
In your face to me and in the place to be.
And you're listening to John Jay and Rich. Wake your
ass up. You can call us at 877-937-1047. You can
also text us. Text JJR, whatever you want to talk about,
to 966. eight, nine, three, Nick, our producer in the studio,
you know, young dad. And when you're a young dad, you,

(00:43):
you get volunteered. What do you call it? Kyle, you
called something. You're when you volunteer, I remember you're voluntold.
You're voluntold. That's what you said. You bought your husband
with time. So were you voluntold this or did you
do it on your own?

Speaker 8 (00:54):
So I was voluntold that I had the opportunity to, uh,
coach my son's T-ball team. Uh, if there's one sport
that I cannot coach, it's T-ball.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
It's baseball. You can't?

Speaker 8 (01:10):
No, I am not a baseball player at all.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
But you're a baseball fan.

Speaker 8 (01:14):
I love baseball, but I just never got the mechanics
of it. Anyway, so another one of our friends was like,
I will be the head coach, but I can't be
here for X week. And I'm like, okay, then I'll
take on the head coaching duties then. And we're like
midway through the season. They're four and five-year-olds, and considering

(01:35):
that fact alone, it's going all right you know like
there's a little chaos but nobody's afraid of the.

Speaker 7 (01:41):
Ball everybody's like really willing to play.

Speaker 8 (01:45):
We get to the game where i am at home
plate while the kids are batting um and we get
through the one inning and everything's great you know all
the kids get to bat all you know every inning
whatever blah blah so we get to the second inning
and i'm Ready to go.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
And I'm feeling good.

Speaker 7 (02:04):
I'm like, man, this is something that I didn't think
I was going to be able to do.

Speaker 8 (02:07):
I did not think I was going to be able
to rile these kids up and get them motivated and
ready to go. So I'm feeling confident. And I put
the ball in the tee. And I check with the
other team. Hey, are you guys ready to go? And
they're like, yeah. And as they're saying yeah, and in
my peripheral vision, I see the bat being swung. This

(02:31):
little monster... clocked me in my left knee about as
hard as any baseball has ever been hit in the
history of mankind.

Speaker 9 (02:44):
No.

Speaker 7 (02:44):
And on the air, I can't say the words that
I did say.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
In front of the children?

Speaker 2 (02:51):
In front of the children, in front of the children's parents.

Speaker 7 (02:54):
Like, it was just like, oh, mother.

Speaker 10 (02:57):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (02:57):
Wow.

Speaker 8 (02:59):
And the coach that was at first base was like,
I didn't see it, but I heard it. And then
the coach at third base was like, no, I saw
and I heard it.

Speaker 7 (03:13):
He's like, maybe you should go sit down.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
We're at a week now, guys.

Speaker 7 (03:19):
And my three toes, my small three toes are numb. Ow.
Because I've got apparently some deep bone bruise.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Are you okay?

Speaker 7 (03:28):
That goes all the way down?

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Yeah. And so I have retired from coaching. You know
what's funny? If you're limping, hey, Nick, what happened? T-ball accident.
You can't say baseball. You can't say softball. You can't
say T-ball.

Speaker 7 (03:43):
Anytime anybody says, like, why are you limping? I have
to tell them. It's a long story. And I just
leave it at that and I walk away.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Yeah. Lisa, you got a T-ball story?

Speaker 3 (03:55):
Yes, I do. And I got to tell you guys,
it is one that gets worse every second. So, okay,
so my nephew's at like this first football game of his. Okay,
super wholesome. Everyone's clapping and out of nowhere he swings.
And he lets go of the bat and then it
like helicopter launches and just stands and hits my boyfriend

(04:17):
straight in the forehead.

Speaker 9 (04:18):
Oh, no.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
That really had to travel.

Speaker 9 (04:22):
It doesn't stop there.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
It does not stop there because everyone then rushes over
and the kid starts running the bases like nothing happened.
And then he trips over third, which makes him take
out the coach. And now there are two grown adults
on the ground. And this five-year-old is just standing at
home plate, just flossing.

Speaker 7 (04:44):
You know that?

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 7 (04:49):
Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
That's the thing.

Speaker 8 (04:52):
The kids don't think twice about it. They're just like, okay.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
They're like, my parents are making me be here.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Right.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Lisa, thanks for sharing that story, Lisa. Thanks. Of course.
I remember, and it's so funny sometimes, I have these
memories that pop up because of this radio show. But
I don't know if you guys know, do you guys
ever know, did I ever bring it up that I
coached my son's soccer team? No, I don't remember that.
My son Kemp was on a soccer team and there
was a head coach and I think the wives voluntold me.

(05:21):
And we did it and we bet a team that
we were going to win. And the bet payoff was
the two coaches, me and the other coach, whoever lost
the next game had to wear no shirt and a tutu.

Speaker 9 (05:34):
Yikes.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
And that's what you had to wear in the team photos.

Speaker 10 (05:37):
Oh, jeez.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
And we lost.

Speaker 11 (05:39):
No.

Speaker 7 (05:41):
Where is this team photo?

Speaker 2 (05:42):
It's framed in my son Kemp's bedroom. Oh my gosh.

Speaker 7 (05:44):
Bring it in.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
It's terrible. No shirt on. And it's everybody, all the
other kids, the kids like stand there normal, except Kemp's
doing some weird pose. But it's like the dad, one
dad has got no shirt on and a tutu. And
then I'm on the other side, no shirt on and
a tutu. It's terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Clearly 28 to 35%
body fat in that photo. Oh my gosh. It's John

(06:09):
Jay and Rich.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
This is John Jay and Rich.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Bye for horoscopes today.

Speaker 10 (06:18):
I'm going to let you know the thing that your
Zodiac sign refuses to admit.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
All right. Let's say hello to Mary Kay. Good morning,
Mary Kay.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Hi.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
Good morning, guys.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
What's your sign?

Speaker 1 (06:29):
I'm an Aries.

Speaker 10 (06:31):
Okay, so my Aries, the thing that you guys refuse
to admit is that you aggressively create your own stress
by treating every single day like it's this high-stakes competitive race.
I promise nobody's trying to outwork you or outspeed you
at 9 a.m. Aries, you guys just completely look at
your own redlining over your basic to-do list.

Speaker 9 (06:52):
That sounds pretty accurate.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
We are our own worst enemies.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
I swear.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
For sure.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
Oh, Mary Kay. Have a great day, Mary Kay.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
Thanks guys.

Speaker 9 (07:01):
You too.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Bye-bye.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Hello, Jen.

Speaker 4 (07:05):
Good morning. Good morning.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
What's your sign, Jen?

Speaker 9 (07:08):
I'm a cancer.

Speaker 10 (07:10):
Okay, so for my cancers, the things that you guys
refuse to admit is that you actually enjoy swimming in
your own emotional misery sometimes. You hold on to grudges
like they're premium collectibles. Your hypersensitive water sign will rewrite
a tiny accidental text shown shift into this massive full-scale
betrayal just so you can feel something.

Speaker 9 (07:31):
Oh my gosh, I feel like you just scoped rich.
Like I am very emotional. I don't hold grudges, but
I love crying.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
You do?

Speaker 9 (07:44):
Yes, I'm having a rich moment right now.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
I don't love crying, but I mean, when you watch
Hail Mary and that rock tries to sacrifice themselves to save...
That rock.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
That rock. That rock. Made you cry. I cried over
a rock.

Speaker 9 (08:01):
Thank you for scoping me, Pepe.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Bye. Thanks, Jen. All right, how about Libros?

Speaker 10 (08:06):
Libros, Kyle, you refuse to admit that your chronic indecisiveness
is actually a deep fear of everyone in the room
not liking you.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Ouch.

Speaker 10 (08:15):
You will spend 45 minutes violently agreeing with two opposite
sides of a fight just to maintain the peace in
the middle.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Incorrect, Peyton. We agree because we can see both sides.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
We can see both sides.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Also, who wants everyone in the room to not like them?
Oh man. You know, it's funny about you say that.
So I have a, you know, the highly successful John J.
Van Ness podcast.

Speaker 6 (08:42):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
Also on Instagram, you can follow the John J. Van
Ness podcast. I don't run that podcast. I have no,
no access to it or nothing. And there's a couple
of the guests I've interviewed has got some, like a
negative comment or two, and I feel bad for the guests. So,
I'll call up the guy that runs it, Tyler, my
podcast creator. And I'll be like, hey, somebody said something.
I go, can you do it? They don't need that.

(09:03):
Delete it. He's like, all right. And then the other
day I was there doing the podcast. And he goes, man,
there's been a couple of haters so far. It's because
I've never seen so much hate. And I was like, huh?
And I go, how many comments? Three comments he had
to delete. I go, bro, I get it.

Speaker 6 (09:20):
Thousands i go let it bounce off who cares three
and he goes yeah and then they get mad and
say why do you keep deleting comments like well block
those guys if they say why you delete comments because
we don't there's no room for negativity on this instagram
the john j vaness.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
Podcast is a positive podcast follow to instagram uh speaking
of john j vaness what's his instagram he's a virgo
what do you got for uh For Virgos.

Speaker 10 (09:44):
Well, the thing that my Virgos refuse to admit is
that your constant, quote unquote, helpful advice is actually just
a passive aggressive urge to micromanage and control everyone around you.
You truly believe you're saving the day when in reality,
people are just deeply exhausted by you.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
Wowzers. That works.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Sorry, it's the stars that set it on me. He
just says that works.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
That's fine. Did we get everybody? Did we do everybody's? Yeah,
we're all good.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
All right.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
If you need to get your sign, they're all posted
on our website, johnjainrich.com.

Speaker 1 (10:14):
I was a ghost.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
I was alone. You know that it's... April, good morning.
You're on the air. How are you? Thanks for holding.

Speaker 9 (10:29):
Thank you.

Speaker 6 (10:29):
I'm good.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
How are you?

Speaker 8 (10:30):
Good.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
What's up?

Speaker 9 (10:32):
Oh, you know, I've got a lot going on. Yeah?

Speaker 6 (10:36):
Like?

Speaker 5 (10:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Like?

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Like what, April?

Speaker 11 (10:45):
April?

Speaker 6 (10:46):
Like what?

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Oh, so, um.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
You know.

Speaker 7 (10:50):
What?

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Sorry, April.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Leave her alone.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
Go ahead. What's going on? What's going on, April?

Speaker 7 (11:02):
Like what?

Speaker 9 (11:04):
Well, you know, I'm calling because my family has just
been on my back for quite a while.

Speaker 1 (11:11):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
How about? Is that it? Um.

Speaker 9 (11:15):
Okay, I've been single for about a year, and I
am really, really, really enjoying it. I feel like I'm
getting to know myself for the first time. But they
don't love it. My parents think that the longer I'm single,
the more likely it is that they will end up

(11:36):
with no grandkids, and that's just unfathomable to them. And so.
I finally got tired of it. It was like a
call every day. So I created an AI bot and
I've been dating him. And this AI bot somehow appeases
your family because they don't know it's an AI bot

(11:56):
or what?

Speaker 3 (11:57):
Exactly.

Speaker 9 (11:59):
I gave him everything. I gave him a name. I
have all these fun details about him that you'd know
if you were dating someone. And I told him that
he's a travel photographer, which explains why he's never around.
And they are just eating it up.

Speaker 4 (12:15):
What happens when it's time for the holidays?

Speaker 9 (12:19):
He's gone all year for that.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
They broke up. And by the way, I don't think
she's alone. I think a lot of people do this.
That's what I've been hearing a lot about.

Speaker 9 (12:28):
Exactly. And I thought I had until the holidays just
sort of figure that out. You know, we had a
bad breakup. Except now my sister just told me that
she booked this really fancy restaurant for my birthday. And
she's insisting that he come.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
So my deadline has moved up. Oh.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
You just break up before then.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
Can you find somebody on a dating site that resembles
your AI bot and then just have them play the part?
And then you guys will actually fall in love like
every good rom-com?

Speaker 9 (12:59):
You know, that was my first idea. And I think
it's a good plan, right? I was wondering if it's
better to do that or... But I'm scared that they'll
find out that he'll slip up or something. Like, that
would have to be a good actor. Or I could
kill him off.

Speaker 2 (13:15):
Yeah, you break up the relationship.

Speaker 9 (13:17):
Kill him off?

Speaker 1 (13:18):
How do you kill him off? I have to go
to the funeral today.

Speaker 7 (13:21):
He died?

Speaker 2 (13:22):
What?

Speaker 4 (13:23):
That is so extreme. He was taking a selfie with
a leopard. He has a travel photographer, and the leopard
got him.

Speaker 10 (13:30):
That just happened to some girl in China. The snow leopard,
didn't you see that?

Speaker 4 (13:34):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Yeah, there was a girl in China. They were hiking.
Isn't the Appalachian Mountains somewhere over there?

Speaker 6 (13:39):
I don't know.

Speaker 10 (13:39):
They were in the mountains where the snow mountains.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
It was a big story in Stacks and Hacks a
few weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
Yeah, she took a selfie. A few weeks ago.

Speaker 7 (13:45):
And it attacked her.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
That's so scary, though.

Speaker 9 (13:49):
It just happens.

Speaker 3 (13:50):
I don't think it's... Does that make sense?

Speaker 9 (13:52):
I think if you kill off the AI chatbot boyfriend,
you're going to be hacked.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
Just break up with him.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
Just break up with him. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
I like your extreme love of drama.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
You saw he was mean to a dog, and so
you ended it. And that was it. And then no
one's going to question that. Okay.

Speaker 9 (14:06):
I was just scared to hire somebody or, or find
somebody on a dating app because then I've, I've showed
them pictures that I've generated.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
You're not falling for this AI bot.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
Are you?

Speaker 4 (14:18):
Cause that's another good rom-com.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
She gave all her money.

Speaker 9 (14:23):
Really bad idea on my part. I'm so far.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
No, she created him and he scammed her out all
her money.

Speaker 7 (14:28):
Oh no.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
All right.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Well, you're in the tough bind too, man. Well, Thanks
for calling in, April.

Speaker 9 (14:36):
Thank you for having me.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
Totally. I mean, I think what you're going through right
now is actually going to be more common than we think,
especially now when you put these chap out. You put
the personality into a humanoid robot, and then you have
a person. You're going to be more and more similar.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
Yeah, once they start releasing those robots.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
That's the future. All right, April. Thanks for listening. I
got a DM from Andrea. Really, really interesting situation she's in. And, well,
I said, can we get your number? You got to
come and tell the story. Andrea, good morning.

Speaker 9 (15:08):
Good morning, guys.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
What's going on?

Speaker 9 (15:11):
Well, my poor grandmother, she's in her 80s. And my
grandpa passed away recently. And she was married to him
for over 40 years. And now she is single and
ready to mingle and has a very active Facebook life now. Um,
and we've noticed she started sharing a lot of pictures

(15:32):
of like Kevin Costner and like sharing from the specific site. Um,
and we, at first we're.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Like, oh, that's weird.

Speaker 9 (15:41):
And then the more she started sharing, the more we
started realizing, oh, she, she thinks she's talking to this
person and she doesn't even realize it says Kevin Costner
fan page and Um, but this accountant started commenting on
her stuff. She started commenting on his stuff and we

(16:01):
thought it.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Was cute at first.

Speaker 9 (16:03):
It was kind of silly. You know, he would say
how beautiful she is. Um, and then as the weeks
went by, we realized she's definitely sending this man money
and she has no idea that these comments are public. Um,
and I, John Jay, I think you'll like this. she
also thinks she's talking to, um, Mark Harmon.

Speaker 7 (16:25):
Mark definitely doesn't make, um, Kevin.

Speaker 9 (16:29):
Costner is definitely her number one, but, um, Yeah, I
told my dad and I said, you got to tell her.
She doesn't know that these are public messages and not him.

(16:53):
And she got pretty defensive. She said, no, this is
Mark Harmon and this is Kevin Costner. Don't you worry.
You know, it's just friends and I'm not sending him money.
But her Facebook posts are definitely insinuating otherwise.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Why would she send Kevin Costner money? I mean, I
know he's out of work now.

Speaker 7 (17:12):
Why would Kevin say he needed it?

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Because he's like, hey, I'm not in season six of Yellowstone. Right. Like,
you know what I mean? Like, why would she do that?
I know.

Speaker 7 (17:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (17:24):
But she's very happy. And does not want people to
disrupt her happiness. But she definitely has no idea that
these are public messages.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Is your grandma, like, is she, like, losing her mind?

Speaker 9 (17:36):
Like, seriously.

Speaker 10 (17:37):
Because, you know, when you get older, like, things change
and things like that. Is she a little crazy because
she's getting older?

Speaker 9 (17:42):
I think she's definitely a thousand percent.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (17:47):
But still has the capability of sending money.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
Isn't that the slow roll where they just give her
compliments and then soon, I'm air-quoting Kevin Costner, he's going
to be like, I need a little money to help
Horizon 2 get off the ground, but I'll pay you
right back. Isn't that the way those things always roll out?

Speaker 2 (18:04):
Exactly.

Speaker 9 (18:05):
But then what's sad is at one point, her most
recent message was on his comments and she said, I'm
tired of you giving me mixed signals. I just want
to know.
The truth. So she's, she's kind of catching on. Maybe, um,
that maybe he's a little shady.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
But, um, does she call him Kevin or Kevin Costner?
I think Kevin. Oh, look at this.

Speaker 9 (18:35):
But anyway, that reminded me of Grant. I just want
to know how he handled his situation back in the
day with his mom. I feel like I never heard
a follow-up.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
Okay, well, Grant is in here, but let me just
read you this headline. I just typed in Kevin Costner scams,
and it says, this woman says, big article, I was
scammed out of $ 200, 000 by a fake Kevin Costner. Dang. Man,
do you got to be.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Oh, no.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Yeah, yeah. All right, so, Grant, what happened to you?
Because remember, your mom was sending money to. Nigeria. Nigeria.

Speaker 5 (19:03):
I mean, to several people who all ended up being,
I think, the same person.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
But you got very involved. Oh, man.

Speaker 5 (19:11):
I got blocked by, like, I was calling down there, like,
probably four or five times, like, a week, and getting
a hold of people and talking to them to record evidence, basically, that, hey,
this is a scam.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
For your mom, not for a government or to arrest them. No, no, no.

Speaker 5 (19:27):
I mean, there's no jurisdiction anyway. Like, nobody can do
anything here. for a crime that's happening over there but
i think like ultimately the stuff that ends up happening
with like this kevin costner scam is they'll say oh
you caught me i'm not kevin costner but we have
this amazing emotional connection right and then they're like well
yeah he is a scammer but this is why he

(19:48):
did this we still have had these conversations. We've still talked.
We've still established this connection. Even though he lied to
me about being Kevin Costner, he's still a really great
guy that needs $ 200 for a new pair of shoes.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
And your mom fell for that?

Speaker 7 (20:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
Is your mom done with the Nigerian people? I think so.

Speaker 5 (20:07):
Honestly, there's a point, too, where it's like, I love
my mom, and I'm not going to be her boss.
I'm not going to be the guy who's like, You
can't talk to whoever you want to talk to. You
can't do what you want to do. So at a point,
I was just like, you know what? I did everything
I could. I've literally become enemy number one in this
Nigerian hair salon. So I did my part, and she,

(20:29):
I think, has now moved on and is now– Talking
to Kevin Costner.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Yeah, Kevin Costner.

Speaker 5 (20:34):
Actually, I'm going to Kevin. I'm going to Uncle Kev's.

Speaker 2 (20:38):
Send him on the link to the Facebook of Kevin Costner.
But you brought up Mark Harmon, by the way, Andrea.
You brought up Mark Harmon. And we're big fans of
Mark Harmon over here. Hello, I'm Mark Harmon. Mark, Mark, Mark,
Mark Harmon.

Speaker 9 (20:50):
Mark Harmon.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
This movie starring Mark Harmon on TV. Look at Mark Harmon.
It starred Mark Harmon. Wait, look up Mark Harmon, too.
Mark Harmon played him early. I think it might have
been the 80s or something. And Mark Harmon is really good. Yeah,
that's Mark Harmon. That's Mark Harmon. What do you see here, Lois?

Speaker 1 (21:05):
Do we have to?

Speaker 2 (21:06):
What do you see?

Speaker 1 (21:08):
A picture of Mark Harmon.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
A picture of Mark Harmon, the greatest actor who ever lived.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Do you see a wheelchair under Mark Harmon?

Speaker 9 (21:16):
Peter.

Speaker 7 (21:16):
Lois, do you see a wheelchair under Mark Harmon?

Speaker 8 (21:23):
No.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
No, you do not. Mark Harmon. I was a big
fan of Mark Harmon. Well, we hope she stops sending
money to Kevin Costner.

Speaker 9 (21:32):
Yeah, me too. Well, Grant, I'm glad your mom is
doing well too.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
Well, thank you. I would just tell your dad or
whoever is involved just to like, yeah, you know, be like, hey,
what's the deal? Ask the questions that are hard to
give logical answers to. Like, have you met this guy?
Are you planning on meeting this guy?

Speaker 2 (21:48):
Can I meet this guy?

Speaker 5 (21:49):
Yeah, what's his plan moving forward with you? Because, you know,
you've got a financial, you know, thing going on that you,
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
Who is this co-star in No Way Out?

Speaker 3 (21:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Sean Young. Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 10 (22:03):
Sean Young.

Speaker 2 (22:05):
Ask a bunch of Kevin Costner trivia and see if
she gets it. All right. Thank you, Andrea. Thanks for
calling in. I hope Grant helped you a little bit. Thanks, guys.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Okay. Bye-bye.

Speaker 11 (22:15):
Bye.

Speaker 7 (22:15):
Want to talk or throw some shade? Call John Jay
and Rich.

Speaker 5 (22:21):
877-937-1047.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
It's time for Stacks and Hacks. I have stacks of information.
Rich has life hacks. I start off my stacks of
information by playing a little song. Guess who this is?
Ed Sheeran.

Speaker 10 (22:45):
I would say, like, let's say Sam Hunt since you
just talked about him.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
It's the NBA star Jimmy Butler.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
No way.

Speaker 2 (22:51):
Really?

Speaker 9 (22:51):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
Jimmy Butler is releasing a country album. That's a clip
of a song.

Speaker 5 (22:55):
Not bad.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
That doesn't even sound like Jimmy Butler.

Speaker 4 (22:58):
It's not AI Jimmy Butler?

Speaker 2 (23:00):
It's not AI. It's not AI.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Oh, it's a trippy.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
Anyway, yeah, so that was kind of cool. And listen
to this. So this is a big story. A truck
carrying fireworks exploded on I-17 in Tennessee. The video's amazing.

(23:24):
It goes on and on and on. We've exploded. Okay, now,
I might need a little help explaining this. The Financial
Times reports that OpenAI is ready to move on from
ChatGPT because chat is dead. Apparently, in a matter of weeks,
it's going to transform into a super app described as

(23:45):
a gateway for agents and coding tools to generate more revenue.
I thought OpenAI and Chachapiti were the same thing. But
I don't know what that means. Does anybody make sense? Anybody?

Speaker 7 (23:54):
Isn't that what it's saying?

Speaker 4 (23:56):
Unless it can write code to come up with apps
and everything. So it's ready to move on from just that.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
But no more Chachapiti? Like, I love Chachapiti. I love Chachapiti.

Speaker 8 (24:04):
Chachapiti.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
Woman was cleaning out her garage. Her husband died about
10 years ago. And she hadn't really cleaned out the freezer.
She goes to clean out the freezer and she finds
20 sticks of live dynamite. The bomb squad had to
come out. Police in California are investigating a road rage
incident that ended up with one person hitting the other
person over the head with a ukulele.

Speaker 10 (24:29):
What?

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Both drivers left the scene. It doesn't sound like there
are any suspects yet. A ukulele?

Speaker 4 (24:34):
It doesn't sound like that'd be that painful.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
Just randomly got one in the back. Just like, you know,
sometimes you got to use whatever's around you.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
A new study says laughter can help kids lower stress,
straighten relationships, and even improve their brain development. So it's
good to get laughing at home. Business Insider has a
list of the highest paying jobs in every state. They're
all chief executives, health care jobs, lawyers, managers, pilots and
flight engineers and software developers. Well, those are all high

(25:06):
paying jobs. Yeah, it sounds like it. All right. So
Dan Sullivan is accusing Dan Sullivan of rigging a Senate race.
If you don't know, there are two Republicans with the
same name in Alaska. And they're trashing each other.

Speaker 7 (25:18):
How confusing.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
How, like, Dan Sullivan's, like, all pissed off at the
other Dan Sullivan and doing interviews. And it's so hard
to follow.

Speaker 11 (25:26):
This is serious stuff.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
That's Dan Sullivan.

Speaker 11 (25:28):
People are going, oh, there's two Dan Sullivans. Isn't that funny? No,
it's cheating. And his whole purpose of running is to
confuse Alaskans and make them think Alaskan voters. that somehow
he's me. Then when he filed his campaign logo, his letterhead,
his website, all had my campaign logo that I've had

(25:51):
for 13 years.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Dan Sullivan.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
Dan.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Dan Sullivan's got beef.

Speaker 7 (25:56):
Dan and diabolical Dan.

Speaker 4 (25:58):
Who to vote for and who not to vote for.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
It's the same. A British woman found a very unusual
way of keeping her late pet dog close to her
by having his ashes mixed in with her semi-permanent eyeliner.

Speaker 1 (26:08):
What?

Speaker 9 (26:08):
Ew.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (26:09):
That grosses me out.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
No, that's gross.

Speaker 2 (26:12):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
That sounds like unsanitary.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
I saw Peyton talk about this thing. You're talking about
this Korean thing?

Speaker 1 (26:18):
Yeah, Korean lash lift.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
Yeah, and there's the girl that runs our Love Pup
social media. She's amazing. Her name's Angelina. And I saw her,
so Peyton brought it up the other day. I just
heard her saying it. And then on my Instagram, Angelina
goes and gets Korean eyeliner and, or what is it?

Speaker 10 (26:35):
Korean lash lift. It's your natural eyelash. It's basically, they
put some kind of product to lift your eyelashes, but
they do it different than a regular lash lift.

Speaker 2 (26:45):
I got to see this video because it looked like
they flipped her eyelids and did something.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
Yeah, that's kind of how it looked.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
Yeah, it looked a little like, oh, thank you. That's
a little weird.

Speaker 10 (26:51):
Have Angelina send me her girl because I want it back.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
I'll send it to you.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
Really?

Speaker 2 (26:54):
Yeah. What do you have for life hacks, Rich?

Speaker 4 (26:56):
You ever go to a work site and you see
the people in the vest and you're like, I wonder
what color those vests mean. Here's how you can tell.
Here's your life hack. Yellow, commonly used by general workers.
I have a yellow vest. I know you have a
yellow vest.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
Yeah, I try to sneak into Coachella with it.

Speaker 4 (27:11):
Well, so they think you're a general worker. Orange is
traffic people. Green, safety officers. Blue, electricians. Red, emergency responders.
And if you ever want to see the person in charge,
the supervisor, white vests, knowing the color code. can make
it easier for you to find the right person quickly
when time matters and you are under the gun. That

(27:32):
life hack and many more can be found at johnjainrich.com.
