Speaker 1 (00:02):
Wake up, John Jay and Rice. What's cracking like? And
this is the big bulls dog snoopy Deagle, double Gissel,
dang boom. What you don't do?

Speaker 2 (00:13):
We're not talking about Rid and ten team, We're not
talking about last year.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
It's the one and only.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Dog y'all, the glass the last they pick, smooth eagle,
double Jizsel in your face to me and in the
place to be.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
And you're listening to John Jay and Rich, wake your
ass suck.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
John Jo Rich Kyle, Why do you call yourself a
total nerd?

Speaker 3 (00:28):
I realized it.

Speaker 4 (00:29):
I mean, I think I've always felt that, you know,
in different ways, things that excite me don't always excite
other people. And this may be like kind of an
adult thing to like Peyton when you got really excited
over your vacuum.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Yes, it's kind of belong those lines.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
So I've had my eyes on these pots and pants
for a couple of years. Their Carewait, they're very expensive,
but they look phenomenal and apparently they're great. And I've
always gotten my pots and pants at Ross or Marshall's
or TJ Max.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
That's where we has that they've never matched.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
They've never looked that great, but you know what, when
one goes out, I pay twelve ninety nine, I get
into one. So I recently was like, I feel like
maybe I deserve pots and pants, and so I look
and I'm like, Carowah, I can't spend that much money
right now. Maybe I'll wait until Black Friday because maybe
they'll do a Black Friday deal maybe then. And then
I started looking up dupes like Carraway pots and pans dupes, right,

(01:20):
And so then I stumble upon Drew Barrymore's line. It's
called Beautiful by Drew Barrymore, and she has literally all
kinds of cookwaar like air fryers, little utensils and stuff
like that.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
And she also has pots.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
And pants that look very similar to the Caraway ones,
and they have great reviews on the website. So I'm like,
there were like one hundred and sixty bucks, and I
was like, n I'll wait, I'll just wait.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Hey, what would be Caroways be if you went for
the same, Like I think they're like four hundred.

Speaker 5 (01:49):
Yeah, I'm looking from right now for like a set
of ceramic pots and pans for four of them is
around four hundred packs.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
Yeah, and that's I'm not gonna that I can't do that,
especially when I've had the twelve ninety nine pans and
they've worked.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Just find my whole life. So get this.

Speaker 4 (02:06):
I'm grocery shopping, and I grocery shop on Walmart dot com,
and the algorithm gets me, right because this little ad
pops up on the page as I'm shopping for groceries
that the Beautiful by Drew Barrymore Pots and Pants set
is now on sale for one hundred dollars usually one
hundred and sixty dollars, And I'm like.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
I mean, I feel like this is a sign they're
a sucker for an idea.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yeah, Kyle, is all about.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
The same as you see a hyphin percentage ofb.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
I mean, I loved at these before there were one
hundred and sixty dollars. They are one hundred dollars now, right,
They're not more on sales?

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Oh yeah, one hundred percent? Yeah. So did you get
the pots?

Speaker 4 (02:48):
So I ordered the Potzavan very exciting and last night
was the first night I actually.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Cooked with them.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Would you make?

Speaker 3 (02:55):
I made turkey taco bowls.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Jay turned out amazing, and the pots and pans were amazing,
and I was like, I looked at Scott and I
was like, this is like such a great day. I've
never had matching pots and pants like this is the ultimate?

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Are they her safe? You don't have to help to
like like wash it by hand.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
They in the directions it says that you they're recommended
to be washed by hand.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
And I will do that to keep them good. I will.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
I don't care hot to band, it's fine, it's just fine.
I will wash them by hand.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
I've told you that my wife has these rules with
our pots and pans. I'm not allowed to use them.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
Yeah, and I kind of thought I might tell Scott
don't use the US.

Speaker 6 (03:32):
So. I don't know what brand they are, but I
do remember when she bought the pots and pans, and
it was a big scandal, scandal because her friend works
at Williams and Oma and if you were, I believe
this is a store and if you work in Williams Andoma,
you get this employee discount.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Oh wow.

Speaker 6 (03:47):
So Blake bought our pots and pants through her friend
of Williamsanoma, but her friend with Williams and Oma. I
had to pretend it they.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Were for her.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
Geeyeh, right, Yeah, Williams. They're super high quality.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Oh they are. So those the ones where she said
you cannot use these pots and pants.

Speaker 4 (04:02):
I understand now I don't even want Scott to touch
my hundred dollars.

Speaker 6 (04:05):
But I didn't know what the difference was between the
pots and pants. And I've used one of the pants
and all hell broke lo because apparently I ruined the pans.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
You probably burned.

Speaker 6 (04:13):
I burned the bottom of it and whatever, but so
did Dutch and Dutch. And when Camp was here and
my son Jake, we were all home, We're sitting there.
What's the difference. These pants all look the same. I
can't tell the difference. There's a one pan. One pan
that's like you can tell this pant has been used,
and we've been approved to use that pan, right to
do so.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
But they could have just used that one. But they
look the same to me.

Speaker 6 (04:35):
So when they're hanging on this thing, or I opened
up a dray to get a pan, I just throw
it on there and it's like it's like the bottoms
are really shiny. Now, so now I know the shiny
ones we don't touch.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Yeah, that's a good rule of thumb.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
What's the name of the bread. You said, look at you,
that's the just said all clad.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
It was so fancy. I didn't even know that brand.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
That's probably I've never heard of that brands the pots ever,
I didn't you know what? I just thought you just
get like forks. I don't know forks. Is there a
pan of pork? Probably? How do you know that? Brands
and pots and pans with Williamson Noma, I'm telling you
like these all clad.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
The few years of being single, I've learned a lot
about laundry and cooking and all that stuff.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
I was single, my pots and pans would come would
be paper.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
You hear people say how come you're not using a
land and then you're like, well, what is that? And
then you look it up like because I don't want
to use one of those. I'm with Kyle go for
the knockout. In fact, most of my pots and pans
are from the ass scene on TV ADS where you
get like a whole stack of them for one payment
of thirty one ninety dude.

Speaker 6 (05:34):
My wife makes dinner right, she'll and most of the
time she makes dinner, she'll make it like a like
a Schmoker's board on the counter, and so you just
grab your plate and go, and she'll stack up the
plates and there's these white plates, like a normal plate.
And I put my plate away and I grab.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
A paper plate because you don't want to watch.

Speaker 6 (05:49):
I don't want to watch. And I sit down and
eat the paper plate. And she's like, why do you
always use a paper plate? I go because since John
J two point zero, like the new John Jay, I
help with dishes sometimes, and I think that's an extra dish.
I don't care if my food is on a paper
plate or.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
A real plate.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Were the same way. We really only use plastic and
paper plates.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
I save on my Chipoltle forks same I actually, I look.

Speaker 5 (06:10):
I know.

Speaker 4 (06:13):
The last time I was at my mom's house, she's like,
do you want to take some of these plates and
cups or anything like that. I'm like, why no, no.
She I was like, you have the whole family over,
like we all come over. You need those she We
always just use paper plates. I don't need these plates anymore.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Yeah, it makes sense, like you keep those yours. Oh
Man couldn't score, Kyle, it was a score.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
I recommend hopping on Walmart dot com right now and
just scooping them up all you can't.

Speaker 5 (06:36):
Yeah, they are on sale nine nine or ninety nine
point zero yep zero.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Very educational show. Today, it's John Jay and Rich
