Speaker 1 (00:00):
Morning, Reagan.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Finally, how's it going good?

Speaker 1 (00:02):
What's going on? Thanks for holding of course.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Okay, So I need some advice here, or maybe I
just need an event. I don't know, but you're gonna
tell me some out of pocket because I'm a little
heated about this. Uh So, my boyfriend sat me down
last week and basically said that we should an exchange
gifts this year because we're a little tight on money,
which I get. I'm like, okay, fine, I get it.

(00:28):
I'll be sentimental and cute. I'll like make him a
scrap book or something. Cut to today, this man rolls
up with a dyce In air wrap for his sister.
They're so pricey. They're like high quality, like Salon quality.

(00:50):
So I get it. They're twins, they're like really close,
but come on, I mean, this is like our first
Christmas together. I'm over here like ready to make like
a coupon for a hug because like, I don't I
don't know what to do, and I don't know. I
just don't get how he can say we're tight on
money when he's buying this like Salon grade hair tool

(01:10):
for his sister. But I'm I get, like nothing, I
don't know what I'm going to get, so I don't know.
Maybe I just need to vent, or maybe I need advice.
I don't know. What do you guys think?

Speaker 3 (01:21):
How much are those Dyson air raps?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Do you know?

Speaker 4 (01:22):
Kyle?

Speaker 5 (01:23):
I think they're like four hundred five hundred bucks. Oh
that's a big gift. At least that's where they were
when they first came out. Air wrap the dyce In
air wrap.

Speaker 6 (01:31):
It's like it's basically like a blow dryer and a
curler and like all of the things into one thing, right,
I don't know, six.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Six hundred.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
I think someone can.

Speaker 7 (01:44):
Someone on the show was talking about it one time,
and I got it for you got it that same
air Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:49):
Yeah, it's a really nice gift. But I mean I
can see how that might make you go, wait a minute,
you had you gotten her a gift that was half
the price.

Speaker 4 (01:59):
We could also strange gifts, but it's really more of
like what type of person you are? Is it the
thought behind the gift, because maybe he has something really
thoughtful planned for you.

Speaker 5 (02:09):
You never know.

Speaker 7 (02:10):
I can tell you what he has planned for her,
a breakup. All his money I played on breaking up
with this girl, but sometimes I don't know, it's really soon.
He's either before Christmas, probably next week, or it's gonna
be that's not by chiller anything.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
That's what I think.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
I hate to but I totally agree.

Speaker 6 (02:27):
What maybe he's just playing you and he's gonna get
you a good No.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
No, maybe he's so comfortable in your relationship he feels
pressure from the outside relationships that he has, but he
knows he can trust you that your relationship is solid
enough that you can go without and be.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Fine, or we can just we can call him and
ask him.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
He looks. Yeah, he loves his sister. That's why he
doesn't have a problem spending money on her. You. He
is not planning on spending much time with.

Speaker 5 (02:54):
Its glass half empty.

Speaker 6 (02:57):
We're a glass half folder in the holidays.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
Yeah, he's maybe not, I hope not.

Speaker 6 (03:04):
Has there been any like weirdness between your relationship at
all lately?

Speaker 1 (03:07):
Yeah. He bought his sister really expensive gifts.

Speaker 6 (03:12):
The phones and all the things that like, you know,
we would maybe.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
It's still like pretty new. But just because this is
our first Christmas together, I was like, oh, this is
going to be like something special. So before we had
to talk, I was looking into like, you know, getting
him like a nice jacket or something that's like, you know,
something that I know he'll like. But he's like a
little bit pricier because it's like it's our first Christmas.
I don't know. I wanted to like go big, and
then I don't know. I'm just like, well, if you

(03:41):
have the money for like a huge gift for your family,
then like maybe budget better. And then it's among the
rest of it.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Is that selfish?

Speaker 7 (03:49):
I mean, is this family it's not selfish because it's
not going to be your first Christmas together.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
I think he's going to break up with you before Christmas.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Just looking like this. He's got no problem dropping six
hundred bucks on a hair dryer because most guys would
be like six hundred bucks for a hair dryer for
my sister. That's ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Stepsister a h spend six hundred bucks on my sister.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
That's a pretty big somebody says they're tight on money.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Every Christmas and Birthday.

Speaker 7 (04:20):
Used to give my sister those little things inside the
news in magazines said you get a free subscription.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Coming, He's coming.

Speaker 5 (04:27):
I never did get those magazines.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Never not get her a six hundred dollars blow dryer.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Hell no, no, I don't think.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
This is a good you guys, we're hopeful people, but
we're realists.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
I mean, it doesn't seem like it's not a good sign.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Right.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
Maybe he's a secret millionaire and this is a test.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
You love that.

Speaker 5 (04:52):
Not getting a gift next year is going to be phenomenal.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
I mean, I like that idea.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Maybe I'll cling that.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
Give you too, You'll get the blow dryer.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Thanks for calling in, Ragan. Good luck to you. We'll
check out with you January, see if we can find
you a new boyfriend. All right, thank you very much.

Speaker 6 (05:11):
Pedal luck.

Speaker 7 (05:12):
Do you love me and my
