Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, we got tickets to Chance the Rapper. We're
going to play our classic John Jay and Rich. Remember
the times. Dulce, good morning. Dulce.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Hello.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
Dulce. Oh, hold on, Dulce. Hold on, Dulce, real quick.
That was Zara Larson. She's going to be at our
iHeartRadio Music Festival, along with BTS, Benson Boone, Cardi B,
Major Lazer Soup Doll, Goo Goo Dolls. And it's almost sold.
Friday night's sold out. Tickets for Saturday are available and
going fast now, so go to AXS.com. Okay, Dulce, you
are playing for Chance the Rapper tickets.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Let's do it.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
Okay, it's Remember the Time. It's all kinds of stuff.
It's pop culture, movies, music, TV shows. They've all been
mushified into a montage. All you have to do, Dulce,
is tell us what year it all happened. Players ready?
Let's remember the time.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
They are contaminated.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
Put those apes down. You have no idea what you're
dealing with. I've been asked many times during this farewell season,
is ending the show bittersweet? Well, I say all sweet,

(01:21):
no bitter. Some are saying that you're bipolar. Wow, what
does that mean?

Speaker 1 (01:25):
I guess that, you know, you're on two ends of
the spectrum. Wow, and then what? What's the cure? Medicine?

Speaker 4 (01:31):
Make me like them?

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Not going to happen. I'm bi-winning.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
A couple of little bonus clues for you. It is
also the launch this year of Snapchat and the Royal
Wedding with Kate and William. So, Dolce, you go first.
What did you hear? What did you recognize? What year
do you think that all happened? Uh....

Speaker 2 (02:11):
One, 27.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Did you say 2027?

Speaker 1 (02:18):
It's happening next year.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
Sorry. We haven't done one of those. Remember the futures yet.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
I know. I know.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
Um, I'm going to.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Say 20.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
2019.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
Say that again. 2019.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
2019, okay.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
John Jay, your move.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
What did you hear?

Speaker 4 (02:39):
What did you recognize?

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Dude, I heard so much.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
There's a lot in it.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
I feel like I heard a clip from almost every
year of the decade. It sounded like it was all
over the place. In fact, so you had the Game
of Thrones theme playing in there on purpose, right? It
wasn't part of Oprah's. No. Because there was Oprah's Farewell thing.
There was Planet of the Apes. But there are so
many different versions of Planet of the Apes. I don't
know which one that was. And, of course, Born This Way.
So I remember Gaga's thing came out in 2009. It

(03:04):
was a big. But that wasn't Born This Way. Born
This Way came out after that. God, that's such a
good montage. It's very, very difficult.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
2019.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
God. Snapchat, though. That's what takes me way later in
the decade. So I'll go 20. I'm going to go 2018. 2018.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
2018.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
2017. Whoa, 2017. 2017.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Okay, so Dolce says 19. John Jay says 2017. Kyle,
it is your move.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Okay, there was Tiger's Blood winning, which makes me feel
like it's later than my original guess. Gaga, Born This Way,
I thought was 2010-ish. And then you said The Royal Wedding.
And I remember one of my friends who had gotten
married the year or two before watched The Royal Wedding
in her wedding dress. And so that leads me to

(03:56):
believe that it was, again, around 2010. So since there
are a couple of the other clues that make me
feel like it's later, like Rebecca Black Friday, that makes
me feel like it's later.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
But the other ones make me feel like it's there.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
So I'm just going with the gut and saying 2010.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
2010, says Kyle. Obviously a tricky montage, Peyton. Yeah. It
all happened the same year, though, I promise.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
I had Planet of the Apes, Born This Way. That
sounded like Split, that movie Split, with the, I don't know.
And then Rebecca Black Friday, which is what put me
to my 13th birthday party. Because I remember last Friday
night was out at the same time, Katy Perry, which
puts me like 2009, 2010, 2011. So since Kyle is 2010...

(04:41):
I'm going to go 2011.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
Okay. I think that's seventh grade middle school for me.
So we do have a winner amongst you four. So
the Royal Wedding, William and Kate, the launch of Snapchat,
Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Born This Way,
Lady Gaga, Oprah's Last Show, Game of Thrones, Charlie Sheen,
Freaking Out, Rebecca Black's Friday. For the second time in

(05:03):
a row, your winner is Peyton with 2011.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Good job.

Speaker 4 (05:06):
Middle school match, baby.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
Snapchat's been around that long?

Speaker 4 (05:11):
It sure has.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Oprah quit that long ago? Yeah.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
It's been, you know, almost 15 years, what, since Oprah quit.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Is that right?

Speaker 4 (05:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (05:20):
That was a tough one, Rich. That was good.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
That brought back some good memories.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Dulce, you still get the tickets? Yes.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Awesome.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
All right, so hold on. That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
I graduated in 2011.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
Where'd you go to school? It's a charter school. What's
it called?

Speaker 4 (05:38):
Precision.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
What was their mascot?

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Honestly, even that one.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
It was so small.

Speaker 4 (05:48):
The Precision.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
Prison inmates.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
I graduated with six people, yo.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
You graduated with six people? Yeah.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
I hope you're a valedictorian because if not, you know. No,
the valedictorian didn't show up. I'm too smart for this place.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
I do say, hold on. You got to go see
Chance the Rapper. That charter school paid off. Thank you.
All right, hold on. Hold on. Speaking of Oprah, do
you know that Oprah Winfrey in 1972 won a beauty pageant?
She won Miss Black Tennessee.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
Oh, that's cool.

Speaker 4 (06:22):
I did not know that.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
I didn't know she was.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
Was she from Tennessee?

Speaker 1 (06:25):
She became the first black female anchor on Nashville News
Station the next year.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Oh, wow.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Yeah, she's a boss.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Michelle Pfeiffer won Miss Orange County in California in 1978.
Sharon Stone won Miss Crawford County in Pennsylvania. Halle Berry
won Miss Teen All-American in 1985. Vanessa Williams was Miss America,
the first black woman who won Miss America in 1984.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
She's awesome.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
And did you know that Priyanka Chopra Jones was also?

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Yeah. Miss Universe, right?

Speaker 1 (06:56):
She was Miss India and Miss World in 2000 when
she was 18.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
And his ex-girlfriend was Miss Universe.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
No way.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
Nick Jonas? So he just gets all these... He likes
the pageant winners.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
Beautiful draw, dropping nothing wrong with them women.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
And Rich, your wife does the Miss America pageant. Who
won the most recent one?

Speaker 4 (07:17):
Miss Texas. I forget what her name is, but she
just won this past weekend. Her name is now Miss America, dude.
That's right.
