I was woken up a little bit earlier than my
usual natural alarm clock wakes me up.
Speaker 7 (00:45):
My nephew chosen he's going to be.
Speaker 6 (00:47):
Three in August, and he woke up before the rest
of the house. And I woke up to the stupid
alexa over and over it over again, because this two
year old boy has just learned his animal noises.
Speaker 7 (01:04):
So this is what I woke up to this morning.
Speaker 8 (01:06):
Good morning, Peyton. This is the sound the sheep makes.
Speaker 9 (01:12):
Now playing occasional sheep noises, white noise, farm sounds.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
It was just the sheep.
Speaker 6 (01:30):
Hey, what does the sheep make all morning? And I
had the same thing, What about the cows?
Speaker 7 (01:36):

He has Gemini, he has Alexa, he has he he
has all of the things around the house.
Speaker 7 (01:55):
And he literally only says, please play sheep.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Have you taught him Old McDonald?
Speaker 6 (02:00):
He loves that one. His favorite one, though, is no
more monkey's jumping on them?
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Oh oh yeah, that's a classic, good one. All right.
Speaker 5 (02:07):
So that happened with Peyton, and then Rich what happened
with you.
Speaker 11 (02:10):
I don't know if my neighbor listens to the show,
but anybody who listens to the show knows how uncomfortable
I am in like a swimming situation or a let's
go hang out with our shirt off situation. And I
told you about my neighbor. It's like, Hey, come over
and talk about the neighborhood and get my hots up
with me. And I've told him, I'm I do not
want to get in your hot tub with you, just
(02:31):
like that. So I haven't talked to him for a while.
I see him out walk in the neighborhood. He walks
to the neighborhood pretty much every afternoon with the shirt off,
and whenever I'm around, he will stop and talk to
me for an usually long time with the shirt up.
So yesterday I'm coming home, I'm grabbing the mail and
he's walking by and he's like, you know you get
(02:52):
home about this time, about one point thirty two. I'd
like you to come take a walk with me. We'll
go buy the horses and we'll take our shirts off.
I know you like to walk. Let's go take a
walk with the shirt off. I said, I don't want
to do that.
Speaker 7 (03:02):
He's hitting on you.
Speaker 10 (03:03):
I don't want to say with.
Speaker 11 (03:05):
Your shirt this is I think he might if anybody else,
I would think he's trolling me. But I actually think
he's serious because I don't even think he knows what
I do for a living.
Speaker 7 (03:13):
Does he have a wife?
Speaker 2 (03:14):
He doesn't.
Speaker 7 (03:14):
Does he have a husband wife?
Speaker 11 (03:16):
And she seems perfectly lovely. But then he texts me
again this morning and he said, I don't know if
you noticed, but I got a new sannet in the backyard.
Why don't you come over. It's a sauna for two.
We could take our shirts off and get some red
lights on.
Speaker 10 (03:31):
Just deal with the shirt off, specifically with.
Speaker 8 (03:35):
Our shirts off.
Speaker 11 (03:36):
I'm saying that I can even screencap the text for
you and send it to you, because I think it's
very just very very bizarre.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
I don't.
Speaker 11 (03:42):
I keep on telling him, no, it's too hot to
have to go for walks. It's jim time.
Speaker 10 (03:46):
I think at one point, why do you want to get.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
Half naked with your shirt off?
Speaker 5 (03:49):
I think to me, if you're in the sauna, it's
kind of a given that the shirts off. So why
does he have the highlight to take a shirt take
a shirt off, and take your shirt off?
Speaker 11 (03:59):
I think, I'm like, you know, I don't know if
you've seen me in my own backyard, but I don't
have my shirt off in my own backyard.
Speaker 6 (04:04):
Wants to do it for the plot and just tell
us what he tries to do when you.
Speaker 8 (04:08):
Take your shirt? Okay?
Speaker 12 (04:09):
What is this?
Speaker 10 (04:10):
Was like a bet between him and his friends, and
they're like, who can get rich to take his shirt
off first? And they've all been trying for years and
so now they're just getting obvious with it.
Speaker 11 (04:20):
She's the only participanting. Everybody else wants me to come
to their church.
Speaker 7 (04:23):
No, it's actually it's actually Jajay in his bed.
Speaker 13 (04:27):
Your neighbor.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
You take a shirt off the afternoon, dis you take
a walk with your shirt off.
Speaker 11 (04:31):
I'm like, no, no, no, you walk in the morning
when it's nice and cool, you keep a shirt.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
On the way.
Speaker 5 (04:35):
I grew up with my father who was an athlete
and came from the Netherlands.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
And he always had a shirt off.
Speaker 5 (04:41):
In fact, my son Dutch, it's very much like like
my dad Dutch never has his shirt on.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
Ever.
Speaker 5 (04:46):
If as soon as he walks in the house, he
takes your shirt off and throws it on the floor
in the kitchen. My dad always had a shirt off,
and my dad would oh and I would hate this.
This triggers me so much. When I was a kid,
he played soccer and he played basketball and he would alway,
if we're at the park and there was like it
was always you know, Hispant Mexican's playing soccer. My dad
would say, let's go play soccer with these guys. Take
(05:07):
your shirt off.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Oh my god.
Speaker 5 (05:08):
I'd be like, oh god, and we go play soccer
and I take my shirt off. Or we'd go play basketball.
There'd be a bunch of black dudes playing basketball. My
dadould be, take your shirt off from the basket.
Speaker 7 (05:17):
Take your shirt off.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
We were skins. He always wanted to be skins. And
it's terrible. How can we different shirt? It was so terrible,
It's such a terrible, terrible day.
Speaker 5 (05:28):
And I always had to take my shirt off and
I could run and I could feel like my fat
bouncing around everywhere, so insecure.
Speaker 11 (05:33):
Like or we could just hang out and talk by
the mailbox with your shirt on. That'd be okay too.
Speaker 14 (05:37):
That's a.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
Let's vote.
Speaker 15 (05:41):

You could text jjr D whatever you want to say
to nine six eight nine three, especially if you want
your horscope bread, John J and Rich. Let me preface
this by saying, I love Peyton, I love your show. However,
Peyton Girl, every Leo horoscope cannot be some variation of
we own the room, All eyes on us, spotlight follows me.
I can predict every Leo prediction.
Speaker 6 (07:22):
Quite honestly, she is on brand, And honestly, it's not
me that's creating these predictions. It's the stars. The stars
feel this last, but us Leo's. We are walking into
today like it is our red carpet. We have a
big idea in bold suggestions, and today is the day
everyone's gonna actually listen to us.
Speaker 7 (07:40):
So make sure that we own the room.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
All right, Let's go.
Speaker 6 (07:43):
Pisces, Richard, are pisces in the room. Your gut is
telling you exactly which projects you need to prioritize and
which people do avoid. So make sure you're trusting your
inner voice, because it's a lot more louder and accurate
than it has been.
Speaker 5 (07:55):
In the past.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
Follow your instincts, follow your gut.
Speaker 7 (07:58):
You got it.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
Okay. How about Kyle unfug.
Speaker 6 (08:01):
Cal Kyle, you are the peacekeeper today while everyone else
is stressed out. You are just trying to keep the
vibes balanced in the playlist immaculate.
Speaker 10 (08:10):
Because music brings everyone together. Exactly in T shirts T shirts?
Speaker 2 (08:14):
How about virgos?
Speaker 6 (08:15):
Yeah, John Jay, your work vibe today. You have got
everything together. But make sure that you aren't nitpicking too
much to the point where people are just letting it
go in through one ear and out the other. But
make sure that you make the standard extremely high as well.
Speaker 5 (08:29):
I believe that my nitpicking here does go in one
ear and out the other. What we're talking about, Hey,
this will sound by the way. You get all the
horse copes it John J. Ridge dot com if you
miss it, so you know how like I have a
problem smelling things, like my nose always conject I can't
smell anything, but every now and then something will get through.
That's surprises. Every now and then something gets through. It's
usually Kyle's food or something, or maybe Grant would wear
(08:49):
a cologne or something. Right now, I smell something. It
smells really good. And this will sound crazy. I think
it's me. Really, I think I smell so would.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
You think smell?
Speaker 5 (08:59):
Can you smell me?
Speaker 2 (08:59):
Please? I don't know.
Speaker 5 (09:01):
I feel like it's it's like right in this area
here and I don't put pologna.
Speaker 7 (09:06):
Is it like a sweet it.
Speaker 8 (09:09):
Smell flowery?
Speaker 2 (09:13):
Nope?
Speaker 10 (09:14):
It doesn't smell bad. It's like a good neutral, clean smell.
Speaker 5 (09:17):
A queen smell clean.
Speaker 17 (09:21):
It's me.
Speaker 5 (09:22):
Then there's something around these smells.
Speaker 11 (09:24):
Would you like to smell the rest of the crew,
walk around and smell everybody.
Speaker 8 (09:27):
And that smells good because there's a new hoodie turchin.
Speaker 5 (09:32):
It might be it's never this is I've never washed
it right out of the bag, but it's from Kiss Perry.
Speaker 10 (09:39):
Yeah, so maybe they maybe you know how like some
hotels have certain sense that they do. Like you go
in the Vegas and you go into the Aria Hotel,
Oh my gosh, it smells so good. And maybe the
Kiss in Paris has a scent.
Speaker 5 (09:52):
It's kind of like there used to be a girl
here that put on a lot of perfume and whenever
road the elevator with her. One of the reasons I
take the stairs now is that I would have her
smell on my nose the whole day. It was terrible.
I've had that right now. But it smells good. But
whatever it is, like whatever it if it's me, I've
never smelled this before.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
You smell your does she smell your? Who? Do you
think that's it? It's it's in here.
Speaker 10 (10:12):
Did you take a proper shower this morning?
Speaker 2 (10:15):
No?
Speaker 5 (10:15):
I didn't even shower this morning. I'm about this weekend.
Speaker 2 (10:17):
The goal I had to my wife was staying at
every one time, and I was like butt her shower,
jump that in.
Speaker 5 (10:24):
It was outside, made a shower outside and I got
out the hot tips.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Are you shower? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (10:28):
Anyway, anyway, if you missed her herscope, it's up a

place is bad Bunny with sixty billion. Second place Drake
with fifty five billion. Maybe with the three albums he

who claims the throne with this one? Most social media
followers total across all platforms Cristiano Ronaldo, Selena Gomez or
Dwayne the Rock Johnson highest to lowest rank.

Incorrect, mister Beasts does have the most, but then followed
very closely by Justin Bieber and then Paudy Pie. So

anyone here ever heard of it?
Speaker 2 (19:50):
No? I like it. I like it a lot because.
Speaker 5 (19:54):
You know, when you start dating, somebody start dating, I
mean you like, it's not working. I can't fund anybody.
I think sometimes you gotta maybe that persons or the
type you're looking for. It's not your type. So I
always tell my friends, I go find somebody do something
totally different. Practice dating is this you go on casual
dates with people that aren't your type. It's supposed to
lower the pressure by helping you build confidence and improve
your conversation skills. It's like when you go out with
(20:15):
someone that you don't know, you're just kind of like practicing.
Speaker 7 (20:17):
I don't like it.
Speaker 6 (20:18):
I don't like it because what if you're on a
date with somebody and you are their type. Technically you're
just wasting their time, Like you could really let someone
down if they're really into and you're all in there like, oh,
I'm just chatting. So I could find someone who's you know,
you know, I don't know.
Speaker 10 (20:35):
What could happen? Is you go, oh my gosh, you
are I never thought you were my type, but I
actually really like you.
Speaker 8 (20:43):
That's what I something special, Yes, not exactly what I think.
Speaker 5 (20:48):
New survey ask people why their devices aren't updated. Think
about that for a second, because my wife never updates
her devices.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
So what do you think of the top of answers?
Why you never update? For me, like other things don't
work with it once you.
Speaker 10 (21:03):
Update it like a whole new device, or like updates
on your phone.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
Updates on your phone.
Speaker 10 (21:09):
Oh, they don't have auto update on that's right.
Speaker 6 (21:14):
It would be like because you don't like the new
features that are on.
Speaker 5 (21:18):
The phone, they forgot it's available. They're worried it'll make
things worse and they don't want AI features added in. Yeah, Like,
you guys know what Sherman Williams is or Sherwin Williams.
The paint company they just named And it's so funny
this is about paint. I kind of had a little
Oh they just named their loneliest color.
Speaker 2 (21:35):
What is it?
Speaker 5 (21:35):
It's the one that is rarely purchased, no one ever
gets it, but they still make it. The color is
called offbeat green. It looks like broccoli and asparagus soup.
Who's using that lonely color?
Speaker 2 (21:49):
They always have a gallon of it if you need it. Though.
Speaker 5 (21:52):
Have you guys ever heard of email apnea. It's where
you hold your breath while reading an email or answering
at tax and it could be quietly adding stress to
your day. So think about that next of your email.
If you'll hold your brother, don't. I don't think I do.
McDonald's is testing a new AI system that can chat
with customers, take orders in multiple languages, and help run
(22:13):
the restaurant operations behind the scenes. I saw a video
of It's pretty freakining awesome, and he remembers your order too.
If you ever come back there, you say, it's col
on funk. Oh hey, Kylein, did you want the same thing?
It's all AI, It's all I don't like it. Seventy
six year old woman in Florida has been sending all
her money to someone claiming to be Liam Neeson.
Speaker 10 (22:35):
Poor old people.
Speaker 5 (22:37):
She's so insistent that she was arrested for punching a
family member in the face who took her phone away
to stop her from sending money to Liam Neeson's. Yeah,
so sad, I guess a bunch of horses that are
in the racing world, you know, like the Kentucky Derby stuff.
They're being these top horses are being successfully cloned and
(22:58):
now it's complicating.
Speaker 2 (22:59):
The world in sports. Why because they're cloned? I guess
I don't know.
Speaker 10 (23:03):
Why would that complicated? Is that illegal? Is that like
pets like performance enhancing?
Speaker 19 (23:08):
Yes?
Speaker 10 (23:08):
I think pets performance enhancing clones?
Speaker 2 (23:12):
Yeah, that was some dish.
Speaker 5 (23:13):
Nicholas Cage's got that TV show called Spider Noir Spider
It's number one, It's one two on Amazon. And I guess,
did you know Nicholas Cage turned down the role of
Shrek in Shrek Neo in the Matrix. He turned down
Harry in Dumb and Dumber and are Aragon or whatever
the Lord of the Rings. Those roles went to Mike Myers, Canderieves,
(23:34):
Jeff Daniels, and Vigel Mortensen.
Speaker 7 (23:36):
Wow, I can't see him in any I know.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
What do you have for life hacks? Rich?
Speaker 11 (23:41):
You ever go to a work site and you see
the people in the vest and you're like, I wonder
what color of those vests mean. Here's how you can
tell here's your life hack. Yellow commonly used by general workers.
I have a yellow best I know you have a
yellow best bag.
Speaker 6 (23:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (23:55):
I try to sneak into Coachella with.
Speaker 11 (23:56):
It, well, so they think you're a general worker. Orange
is trapped people, green safety officers, blue electricians, read emergency responders,
and if you ever want to see the person in charge,
the supervisor, white vests. Knowing the color code can make
it easier for you to find the right person quickly
when time matters and you are under the gun. That
(24:18):
life hack and many more can be found at John
Jane rich dot com.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
Up heavy, good girl, He's a little dum if you
put it down.
Speaker 5 (24:33):
I posted on Facebook, what's something about yourself? That sounds
totally made up but is one hundred percent reel? And guys,
it blew up on the FB and l it blew up.
In fact, MP had a comment and what do you got, MP,
what's something about yourself?
Speaker 2 (24:48):
This sound was totally made up but a hundre percent real.
Speaker 14 (24:50):
Uh. Fifty years ago, I escaped from jail. That's literally
one of those things where you crawled through a duct
work and escapes through a skyline the whole nine.
Speaker 5 (25:02):
Yards And are you still currently on the run?
Speaker 21 (25:07):
No, I actually arrived in then in California after escaping,
and basically went to see my priest.
Speaker 14 (25:16):
Because I went to Catholic school, and.
Speaker 21 (25:18):
He contacted an LAPD officer whose name was Thor.
Speaker 14 (25:21):
Was really cool, cool name.
Speaker 21 (25:23):
Anyway, Thor said I wasn't on the NCIC and I
should just take a bus back.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
So I did bust back to prison.
Speaker 14 (25:32):
I'm not willing to tell you which jail I broke
out of. I'm willing to give you the details of it.
Speaker 2 (25:37):
But where you went? You went back to the jail
you broke out of, Yeah, I did.
Speaker 14 (25:42):
I turned myself in two weeks later.
Speaker 7 (25:44):
So how did you break out?
Speaker 9 (25:46):
Like?
Speaker 7 (25:46):
Did you like how they happened in the movies?
Speaker 6 (25:48):
Or they take like a spoon by the toilet and
you like dig your way out?
Speaker 14 (25:51):
Was very similar to that. I could see. And I
was in a.
Speaker 21 (25:58):
What do they call it a bullpen area?
Speaker 14 (26:00):
H And in that bullpen area of.
Speaker 21 (26:02):
The jail, of that particular jail, they had a shower
in a toilet and tables for people to sit and
play cards and all that. And I noticed above the
shower that.
Speaker 14 (26:10):
There was a there was a square you could see you.
Speaker 21 (26:14):
Could see the outline that there had been something cemented
over or something, because you could see.
Speaker 14 (26:20):
The whole square.
Speaker 21 (26:21):
It was pretty big too, and I finally just decided,
I think I know what that square is. It was
a ventilation duck that they had decided was risky to
have in that area of the jail, so they cemented
it over, and I did, in fact use.
Speaker 14 (26:36):
A spoon to remove that whole thing. Crawl up through
the duck.
Speaker 21 (26:41):
It went at a right angle, and when it came out,
I was sitting above the jail cells in a hallway.
I used my hands to just push the grade out,
and the area that I was in was kind of big,
so I was able to put the grate behind me
and used my fingernails to push myself out onto out
(27:04):
into the hallway. I used my fingernails to hang onto
the area where the grate had been had been, and
I had got my feet out onto the edge of
the ventilation thing, and I jumped. I jumped straight up,
and I grabbed the bars protecting her underneath the skyline.
Speaker 14 (27:26):
But the skylight the bars.
Speaker 21 (27:27):
Weren't really intended to keep people out, I don't think,
because they were far enough apart that I could squeeze
between them, and then I stood on them and it
was just a regular dome skylight and I just used
my body to push up, using my back to push
up until the skylight broke and some pieces fell onto
(27:48):
the hallway. But I don't think they heard me at all.
So I scrambled across the roof, jumped down into a tree,
a big like evergreen tree, and got to the ground
and ran away.
Speaker 5 (28:02):
Okay, so let me let me just ask you this
real quick.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
So you broke out of jail, you go see a priest.
Speaker 5 (28:08):
Two weeks later, you take the bus and go back
to jail, and you don't get in trouble for breaking out.
Speaker 21 (28:12):
Strangey enough, they didn't even charge me with escape.
Speaker 5 (28:15):
So were you like, hey, I know, really, I broke
out of here. Can I come back in? Like we
don't know what you're talking about. You're like no, no,
They're like, there you are.
Speaker 8 (28:21):
Come on you one.
Speaker 10 (28:23):
It was probably one of those things where they the
people who worked at the jail, didn't want to get
in trouble for having an escape. Yeah, and they were
like you go back, all is well, we don't need
this to become a big media.
Speaker 5 (28:34):
Circus, all right, MP, It's a great story, man, Thanks
for sharing it with us.
Speaker 14 (28:38):
I didn't win anything for it.
Speaker 5 (28:39):
Uh, we weren't having a can't you just call in
and just say hi and tell us a fun story?
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Do you want something?
Speaker 5 (28:45):
Yeah?
Speaker 14 (28:46):
This was one of the better stories of the week,
so I was all.
Speaker 5 (28:50):
Right, man, thank you man eight seven seven ninety three
seven one four seven. Tell us something about you that's
totally true but everyone thinks it's fake.
Speaker 2 (28:59):
More of your calls next with John Daane Rich.
Speaker 24 (29:01):
That for fun I posted on Facebook, like, tell us
something about you in your life. Tell us something about
you that sounds made up but is one hundred percent real. Shary, Yes,
tell us something about you that is totally real but
(29:22):
sounds made up.
Speaker 10 (29:23):
Okay.
Speaker 16 (29:24):
So in my twenties I got married h one of
my very good friends, and we ended up getting divorced.
Still we're main friends. We ended up living together just
for financial reasons because we were used to having dual income.
So I started dating somebody else and they became friends,
and so we got married. My first ex husband was
(29:45):
in my second wedding. The three of us lived together
the whole time that I was married to my second husband.
I ended up getting not pregnant, had a really rough pregnancy.
They were both there through all of it. They were
both there when my son was born and helped me
take care of him for the first year. So we
(30:05):
had a very unique family situation for a while.
Speaker 5 (30:09):
But there was nothing going on sexually between you and
your first husband at the time you married your second.
Speaker 2 (30:13):
Okay.
Speaker 16 (30:13):
Well, as a matter of fact, when we were on
our honeymoon, people thought we were brother and sisters.
Speaker 3 (30:18):
Okay, thank you, Sherry, thank you, Trent.
Speaker 5 (30:25):
Tell us something about you nobody believes, but it's one
hundred percent true.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
Oh, my wife.
Speaker 4 (30:29):
A couple of years ago, my wife and I were
at Chiefs in Nashville and we watched Morgan Wallen throw
the chair over the walls.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
Nice.
Speaker 4 (30:41):
Yeah, it was.
Speaker 2 (30:41):
It was.
Speaker 4 (30:42):
It was pretty crazy. Uh, I didn't even know it
was what was going on. There was like a little
disturbance behind us, and it happened so fast, and then
Morgan Wallen's bouncers surrounded and my wife goes, that's Morgan Wallen.
I was like, no way, you're lying. And I kind
of walked around him and I was like, holy cowch
she's not lying.
Speaker 5 (30:58):
Wow.
Speaker 12 (30:59):
Wild.
Speaker 6 (31:00):
That was like a like a It was a cute moment,
like to be there, like a pop culture moment when
Morgan Wallace do that cher.
Speaker 8 (31:08):
Talk about it exactly.
Speaker 4 (31:09):
Yeah, yeah, it was crazy. It was crazy, and it's
actually gonna be like two years ago this week.
Speaker 12 (31:14):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
And my wife and I one tickets to go see
him on Thursday.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
Night this week. Thanks brother, thanks for calling in. Yeah yeah,
thank you, Ellie.
Speaker 5 (31:25):
What sounds made up, But it's absolutely true about.
Speaker 2 (31:28):
You and your life.
Speaker 22 (31:30):
Okay, I swear this is one hundred percent true. I'm
technically in La La Land, like actually in it, but
not in like a normal way. I wasn't cast or anything.
I literally wandered onto the set when I was in
downtown a La because I thought there was free coffee,
and no one stopped me.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
So you're in. You're in the movie like as part
of a crowd scene.
Speaker 10 (31:53):
Correct.
Speaker 22 (31:53):
Like the next thing I know, they're a filming a
scene and I'm just standing there holding this random cup
and just pretending to have a conversation with someone who
isn't there, and Ryan gossling like rock walks right cast
me and I didn't leave. I just stayed the whole
time because I was too scared to get in trouble
if I moved, so you can literally see me for
like three seconds in the background. But to like my
(32:16):
family and everyone, I act like I have this major.
Speaker 1 (32:18):
Role and.
Speaker 22 (32:22):
I wouldn't you, like it's such a big deal. So
my family pauses the movie every time and they're like,
there's you, and I'm nodding like, yeah, Hollywood, shound me.
Speaker 12 (32:33):
Cool.
Speaker 5 (32:33):
There's a guy I used to work with and he
really rubbed me the wrong way a lot. And there
was a movie that was out called Passenger fifty seven
with Wesley Snipes, and he said he was one of
the cops that arrested him.
Speaker 2 (32:44):
But in the movie you could only see his hands.
Speaker 5 (32:46):
Because those are my hands, and I'm like, sure, they
are so much. But you know, it's funny about your story, Kyle.
I thought about you yesterday. I thought this would be
so fun for you and me to take this trip,
but I don't know if we would get the part
they're casting for Dexter to play victims. I know, right,
(33:07):
but you've got to do something saying you've got to
be in in New York wherever they're casting it. I
was like, if they promised us we could be bodies.
I would say, we got to do road trip song,
dead body.
Speaker 22 (33:21):
I know, I know that is dedication because I just
got down there looking at pretty people holding a cup
of coffee like being a dead body of commitment, I know.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
Well, thank you Ellie for sharing that story. That's a
wonderful story. Thanks for listening.
Speaker 5 (33:35):
Aaron, what's totally true by you, but sounds made up.
Speaker 23 (33:39):
Okay, I swear on my life this is real, all right.
I legally owned a lama for almost a month back
in college.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
Okay.
Speaker 23 (33:50):
So my my roommate lost to bet at a party. Okay,
and the guy he lost to actually had a lama, like,
he had the PaperWorks and everything, and as a joke,
they transferred ownership into my name. So suddenly I'm responsible
for this lama who was named Kevin.
Speaker 6 (34:08):
Uh.
Speaker 23 (34:08):
We kept him in this sketchy backyard behind our apartment.
And here's the thing.
Speaker 14 (34:13):
Kevin hated me like.
Speaker 23 (34:15):
He had me personally. He would spit at me, only
follow me around. Well, one time he somehow got loose.
He chased me into my own car and he chewed
off part of the windshield wiper. The whole time he's
just holding this hateful direct eye contact at me. The
animal control I had them come out twice, but I
(34:35):
guess technically I wasn't breaking any rules, so they just
told me, like, please don't do this again. Keep lama
locked up. I had to rehome him because my landlord
said that the lama had more authority than I.
Speaker 14 (34:49):
Did in the home. Which that sounds true, which is true.
Speaker 11 (34:54):
Yeah, that was one rehome a lama. Where does one send?
Is there a lama? Rescue lama up?
Speaker 23 (35:00):
Yeah, lama places. Yeah, problem, there's too many of them.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
I wonder if the lama didn't like you because he
was he was an emu.
Speaker 8 (35:11):
I'm not a lama.
Speaker 21 (35:13):
I'm an.
Speaker 14 (35:17):
Well thanks, I don't get that, but yeah, he was.
Speaker 2 (35:21):
You don't get that. Kevin was a jerk.
Speaker 5 (35:23):
He said he doesn't get it.
Speaker 2 (35:24):
He said, I don't get it. You don't get that.
Speaker 5 (35:26):
Maybe that's why Alama you don't have guse that's a humor.
Speaker 2 (35:28):
That's funny, Joey Dog, you should Aaron. Thanks for calling in, dude,
thanks for listening.
Speaker 5 (35:37):
Back when my son Kemp played flag football, I remember
we had to meet a practice one day and the
coach showed up and had a goat with him like
you had to go to the least and you're like,
why do you have this goat? And he goes, it's
a long story. I go, I need no way to
have a goat, And him and his friends got drunk
and stole a goat and they put it in the
back of his like range rover, and they and he
(36:00):
still had the goat, and he had to figure out what.
Speaker 2 (36:01):
To do with the goat.
Speaker 7 (36:03):
I don't know, maybe give the goat back.
Speaker 20 (36:04):
Yeah, the goat.
Speaker 5 (36:08):
I haven't seen him since. Oh, I'm only gotten in
jail or something. Yeah, goat sief. It's John J and Rich.
I guess, well, what's the latest rich with you? And
the quick setup was that you were pretty jealous jealous
of the right word, right.
Speaker 2 (36:26):
Yeah, Well, I guess that insecure is probably the best.
Speaker 5 (36:30):
Because your wife is going with a very handsome real
estate agent to go look at homes at midnight, and
she was.
Speaker 11 (36:35):
Not at midnight, but she left the house looking kind
of amazing, not that she doesn't always look amazing, but
I didn't realize that I would feel that way. So
what happened was she said, well, why don't you go
with me the next time I need to go somewhere
that way, you know, your feelings of me being you know,
by myself with the real estate agent checking out stuff,
you'll be with me. So that means now I have
(36:57):
to go look at all these places that she's not
really all that interested because she'll see a place and
be like, Kyle, you'll appreciate this.
Speaker 2 (37:03):
It's not lux enough. It needs to be what.
Speaker 10 (37:06):
He's got a good eye for esthetics.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
It's like it's not lux enough.
Speaker 5 (37:09):
Wait, so you she was going out looking like, you know,
a commercial hand at commercials. They'd look at other venues.
Speaker 2 (37:16):
You didn't go.
Speaker 5 (37:17):
She was going with a guy, and that bothered you,
bothered me. So she's like, well then come with me. Yes,
and now what you don't want to go?
Speaker 11 (37:24):
No, I don't want to go because I got you know,
I got theoretically stuff to do that I could be doing.
Speaker 2 (37:28):
Instead of that. But have you checked out the guy yet?
Is he good looking? Yes?
Speaker 8 (37:32):
Good looking looking?
Speaker 6 (37:35):
To us?
Speaker 11 (37:35):
She looks like a professional business guy, got kind of
a you know, maybe a little salt and pepper in
the beard. But he's tall, thin, kind of muscular, pulled
up in a very nice like lexus suv, you know,
kind of has his act together, speaks well, deep voice,
and when he shook my hand, I thought he was
trying to crush my hand because I feel like I
(37:55):
know how to shake hand though. I could go in
with a pretty firm handshake, and he he outfirmed my
handshake where he tried to get it where you kind
of get you know, get your fingers where he kind
of crushes you the knuckles a little bit.
Speaker 7 (38:06):
He's letting you know what's up.
Speaker 2 (38:08):
It's funny. I just lived yesterday.
Speaker 5 (38:09):
I just saw a video by one of these FBI
CIA guys and tells you how to deal with manipulators,
of how to defuse him. And he literally said, when
someone does that to your hand, you go whoa hey,
well hard handshake. I read somewhere that means that you're
trying to be in alpha male and it just it
just diffuses them, yeah, because then they're like, oh dang.
Speaker 11 (38:29):
Like what he tried to do is you know how
some people try to shake your hand and they try
to put your hand over your hand while they crush it.
So but I kind of twisted it the other way,
so we ended up even. But I will say Stacey
was really cool, you know, talked about and she talked
about me nicely, almost like I was her puppy. Though
this is my this is my little husband Richard.
Speaker 2 (38:48):
So it's come.
Speaker 5 (38:48):
I've already done it. You already looked at the places
or you got you're gonna go look at place. We're
in Tempe yesterday, just a lovely part of town. You
her and Steve, Steve, Hey, Cassie.
Speaker 13 (38:57):
I have a story that nobody would believe.
Speaker 2 (38:59):
Go ahead.
Speaker 13 (39:00):
So when I was thirteen, my mom and I were
like looking for moving boxes behind a grocery store one night,
and we saw this lady in like a really nice
car and she was trying to get something heavy out
of her trunk. And my mom was like, oh, I
should help her, and I was like no, Mom, like
what if she's trying to dump a body? Like I'm
(39:22):
like scared. I'm like, you're not going to do that.
So come to find out, we find out later on
the news that she was indeed dumping her husband's Torso no,
my way, No. It happened in two thousand. I think
her name was like Victoria or Ronica, like Papa or
(39:43):
something like. It's there's a news article.
Speaker 5 (39:46):
You can google it.
Speaker 13 (39:48):
Yeah, she was like a hairdresser and she killed her
husband and like chopped him out. And take place in
in East Mesa behind of bashes.
Speaker 2 (39:58):
Are you looking behind it?
Speaker 6 (40:00):
She's it always be the trash can behind the bash, Yeah,
it says Valerie Pape. The case of Scottsdale salon owner
turned Torso murderer, A petite blonde wearing sunglasses and gloves
parked her jaguar behind a Mesa grocery store, pulled out
(40:20):
a heavy plastic bag and struggled to hurl him into
a trash ban.
Speaker 5 (40:25):
And Cassie and her mom just hanging out behind the bashes.
Why were you behind the Yeah, yeah, yeah, well.
Speaker 2 (40:36):
That's a good place to go to. I go a
safeway from moving boxes.
Speaker 6 (40:41):
From Wait, so when when you guys saw that story, Like,
did you guys go to the police and say, hey,
we saw her trying to dump it or did you
kind of just leave it way?
Speaker 21 (40:50):
No?
Speaker 13 (40:50):
I think we were both just in shock because I, like,
I literally joked because I was scared. I was like, Mom,
we're not going to just like help a random person,
Like what if she's dumping a body?
Speaker 2 (41:01):
Do you know the story behind it?
Speaker 5 (41:02):
Like what happened to her? That's one of that should
be one of those like crime junkies. Does the story
on that? Yeah, says that she shot right and then
chopped them up and.
Speaker 7 (41:09):
Then chopped him up.
Speaker 5 (41:10):
How do you chop up a body?
Speaker 2 (41:11):
Where do you put all that blood?
Speaker 8 (41:12):
Just watch dexter?
Speaker 6 (41:14):
What I mean?
Speaker 2 (41:14):
No professional? Do you know any more about it? Is
she in prison? Is she did she get life?
Speaker 13 (41:18):
I don't. I don't know about very much more about
it other than just like what I've seen on news articles.
Speaker 5 (41:23):
As you see the CCTV footage from behind the bashes
and there's casting her mom their eyes wide open watching
this woman out all this bad trash bag.
Speaker 10 (41:31):
But imagine if they did actually walk up to her
and ask for help like that, like maybe she would
have turned on you, right because she loose sense.
Speaker 7 (41:40):
No, she was sentenced to sixteen years in prison with
no parole.
Speaker 2 (41:45):
Sixteen she would be out probably. Oh, if you're calling
in Valerie Pape, could you call it?
Speaker 19 (41:52):
I do?
Speaker 2 (41:53):
I know what's going on? How do you get sixteen
years for killing somebody? Do you think to be more
than that? The obviously there's this story.
Speaker 10 (42:00):
Rights or something.
Speaker 6 (42:03):
Man oh man, Yeah, it says that she admitted to
shooting him during a fight, but didn't say anything about
how he was dismembered or where the rest of the
remains are.
Speaker 5 (42:11):
You think shooting him is enough, right, you would say
to get rid of the body. But if you're going
to chop him up, though, why are you throwing them
all the way into dumpster? Why wouldn't you take some out,
like drive some out to like pleasant, drive some out
to just put chunks of bodies everything.
Speaker 2 (42:25):
I'd be so good at hiding a body. Would would
you come in here and talk about it the next day? Okay?
Speaker 5 (42:32):
Watch she's in France when Nick's out here.
Speaker 2 (42:36):
Left to France when Nick's out here next week. I'm
like told you.
Speaker 10 (42:40):
She was released and deported in twenty sixteen.
Speaker 7 (42:43):
Wow, And it says she only got second degrees.
Speaker 2 (42:47):
She planned it so they like kicked her out.
Speaker 20 (42:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 10 (42:51):
It was probably one of those things like like the
second degree is like you were in a fight.
Speaker 8 (42:54):
It was a rage, yeah.
Speaker 5 (42:56):
Right, like I'm a passion Yeah. Wow, Cassie Man, Wait, wait,
way to change the whole vibe of the show.
Speaker 11 (43:04):
And that's why when you go behind the bashes now
they say this trash cans for us only. They're a
bunch of dumping bodies in there.
Speaker 13 (43:11):
And they also, like grocery stores, all compact their boxes.
Now you can't take their boxes anymore to use them
for moving unless you ask them before they do it.
Speaker 5 (43:21):
That's true. I used to work for a grocery store.
We had a big compactor out back. Well, thanks, Cassie,
thanks for calling in. Thank you very much.
Speaker 2 (43:28):
I love it. I love it. Thank you you too.
Speaker 7 (43:31):
Are you kissed?
Speaker 8 (43:42):
I'll be just given enough.
Speaker 12 (43:44):
We got you.
Speaker 20 (43:45):
Jean Rich in the morning.
Speaker 5 (43:49):
There hasn't been anybody on this show in a long time,
Rich since there was a breakup in relationship.
Speaker 2 (43:54):
Was I the last breakup on the show that I
was like thirteen years ago?
Speaker 5 (43:59):
I think, oh right, yeah? But job everyone, when you
did break up, did you have a breakup food? Was
there a go cheeyeh fit?
Speaker 10 (44:06):
Really?
Speaker 11 (44:07):
I remember, like you know that, the I don't live
here anymore thing? And the first thing I downed was
a complete tub of strawberry ice cream?
Speaker 8 (44:15):
Oh really, any particular brand?
Speaker 21 (44:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (44:18):
Absolutely, it was the Brier's brand, not Dryers, but strawberry
cause had little chunks of strawberries and it was not
a little tub.
Speaker 2 (44:27):
I mean it was like maybe half a gallon. I
had this article here.
Speaker 5 (44:31):
It's the most Paul Stomach, the most popular breakup food
in every state, and according to Rich, you must live
in Rhode Island.
Speaker 12 (44:37):
Ice cream.
Speaker 2 (44:38):
Ice cream is number one in Rhode Island. Ice Cream's good. Yeah.
What about you, Colin? When you broke up and you
were broken.
Speaker 7 (44:44):
Up and I was broken up?
Speaker 10 (44:46):
I am some like I find comfort in sweets. So
my favorite dessert is cheesecake. So if I were to
be broken up, you'll probably find me a cheesecake factory
getting the dulce to let che cheesecake.
Speaker 5 (44:58):
Okay, sore cheesecake that break out under there's cake, there's candy,
there's cupcakes, there's cookies, there's donuts.
Speaker 2 (45:05):
Where would you put that under it? There isn't a
cheesecake category.
Speaker 5 (45:08):
This maybe cake cake, So then you obviously must be
from Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia. Correct.
Speaker 2 (45:14):
What about you, Peyton?
Speaker 6 (45:15):
I'm trying to think about how I want to answer this,
because I fear mine is very depressing. Is there maybe
Crown Peach on that list?
Speaker 2 (45:23):
I don't know what that is.
Speaker 7 (45:24):
The liquor store.
Speaker 6 (45:25):
Liquor is where I live, I didn't care about there
was no fan was my food.
Speaker 2 (45:31):
Let's say it's food, not alcohol.
Speaker 6 (45:34):
Let's say, well, it would be like probably like spaghettios.
Speaker 10 (45:39):
Yeah, that's a good one, like comfort food, spaghettios.
Speaker 8 (45:43):
Pasta maybe, No, that's not in here.
Speaker 2 (45:46):
How do you not have Pasta's breakup pizzas in here?
Speaker 12 (45:48):
Like a mac and cheese.
Speaker 5 (45:50):
Mac and cheese is in here? Okay, you're obviously from
Maine and New Hampshire. Obviously a lot of East Coasters.
If waffles are your breakup food, it's Minnesota and Oregon, Tacos, Idaho, Kansas,
New Mexico, and Texas.
Speaker 10 (46:05):
What about you, John Jay? What would be your breakup food?
Speaker 2 (46:09):
I just my thing is all food.
Speaker 5 (46:11):
I eat all food whenever I'm stressed, so I probably
I'd probably go with Mexican food, Carnesada. If you're from Arizona,
California and Michigan, your breakup food is potato chips, Illinois
and Nebraska, popcorn, Connecticut and Massachusetts, pizza, North Dakota and Vermont,
garlic bread, Delaware, French toast, Nevada, French fries, Oklahoma and Arkansas, donuts, cupcakes.
(46:34):
You're from Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
Speaker 6 (46:37):
D C.
Speaker 11 (46:38):
I'm gonna fill the flag on garlic bread because I
think unless maybe you're like, well, I'm not kissing anybody tonight.
Speaker 10 (46:44):
Well, I mean you just broke up, so you're probably
not right.
Speaker 5 (46:47):
Like I'm fine, I'm gonna go garlic bread, Utah and
Washington Cookies, Iowa, Missouri, cookie dough.
Speaker 2 (46:52):
Pennsylvania is gonna change.
Speaker 5 (46:57):
If you're from Alaska, Montana, and Wyoming, it is chicken
noodle soup. And if you are from Hawaii, is a candy.
And if you from South Dakota then would break a
food is hamburgers. Hamburgers is a good choice too, ham Burgers. Rachel,
good morning. I understand you got a story about how
your kid made you laugh.
Speaker 10 (47:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 25 (47:17):
Yeah, Well it was kind of a funny situation because
I mean this was he was five, so he was younger,
and we had just had like a few of our
family members passed away pretty close together, and we were
talking about what happens when you pass away and what
are the options because our family members got cremated and
and so we're kind of explaining that process. And then
(47:37):
like five minutes later.
Speaker 13 (47:38):
We was just out of the blue.
Speaker 25 (47:40):
He's like, Mom's dad, I don't think I want to
be oven roasted?
Speaker 10 (47:44):
Oh my god, yes, so dark.
Speaker 14 (47:48):
I know.
Speaker 25 (47:48):
For some reason we thought like he associated. We explained
there was like flames and people would go to ashes,
and he thought of an oven and it was smart.
Speaker 10 (47:56):
That's like an accurate depiction.
Speaker 12 (48:00):
Yeah, truly.
Speaker 7 (48:03):
Oh that's hilarious.
Speaker 6 (48:04):
I feel like kids in funerals in general have some
like bizarre things to say because you don't really understand,
you get it. My mom loves to tell a story
when I was like three or four, when my aunt
Kathy had passed away.
Speaker 7 (48:14):
They had an open casket.
Speaker 6 (48:16):
So we're all walking by and apparently my mom's holding
me and I'm like looking around and I'm like, everyone
be quite.
Speaker 7 (48:23):
She's sleeping, you know what I mean, Like you just
don't know, Like they're just little kiddos roasted, and my
aunt Kathy did not.
Speaker 21 (48:34):
She got up.
Speaker 22 (48:36):
We still bring it up.
Speaker 13 (48:37):
It's really funny, larious.
Speaker 2 (48:40):
I kind of like it.
Speaker 11 (48:40):
If I'm a funeral home, I start offering that as
an option. It sounds a little more pleasant and cremated,
doesn't it. I don't know, roasted for your family and
I don't know, Rachel, good marketing, good marketing from that kid,
start showing how your your young child Tim Burton movies
right away?
Speaker 2 (48:57):
Oh my god, it's done.
Speaker 20 (49:00):
Do you mind if I chime in on this?
Speaker 9 (49:01):
No?
Speaker 2 (49:01):
Please, I would love it?
Speaker 17 (49:02):
Okay, So, uh, Rachel's story reminded me of my grandpa
passed last year, right, and I gave the eulogy and
I'm like going through it and I'm very emotional and
I'm just like just just crying as soon as I
step up to the to the altar or whatever it's
called the.
Speaker 20 (49:18):
Electron, and uh, I go. Man, every time my grandpa would.
Speaker 17 (49:23):
Answer the phone when I'd call him, he'd always answer Hello, Nicholas,
and I would do anything to hear that again.
Speaker 20 (49:30):
And without even a second, my son yells Hello.
Speaker 2 (49:36):
Nicholas of the church.
Speaker 5 (49:40):
And so that in turn made me laugh and also cry.
Speaker 17 (49:43):
And then when we were done, like he only said
it like four or five more times during the eulogy.
So then yeah, he was like, he was like, Okay,
well I got it once. But anyway, great show, have
a great weekend.
Speaker 11 (49:54):
Nick Son is twenty one years old, to which the.
Speaker 5 (50:05):
Hello, good morning, John Jay and Rich can help you.
Speaker 1 (50:08):
Helly, good morning. Is it too late to tell you
a story about being cheated on?
Speaker 9 (50:15):
No?
Speaker 2 (50:15):
Go ahead? What happened? Love to hear it?
Speaker 1 (50:18):
Yeah, well, I'm actually let me start out with this.
I'm the one that cheated so, but she caught me
in a really interesting way, So I don't know if
that qualifies.
Speaker 2 (50:28):
Yeah, well, let's hear your story. What's your name?
Speaker 19 (50:31):
All right?
Speaker 2 (50:31):
My name is Ken? All right, Ken? What happened?
Speaker 21 (50:35):
So?
Speaker 12 (50:36):
Yeah, So I was in a.
Speaker 1 (50:37):
Four year relationship with this girl and I we we
moved and got into a new house, just a rental,
but a very expensive rental. I dropped, you know, quite
a bit of money, like twenty something thousand dollars to
get into this place and invested a lot into it
to make her happy and build a life, right, and
I screwed up. I had a girl come over and
(51:00):
she caught me because she, uh, the other my you know,
my ex tapped into my my kiddie cam, you know,
my little pet camera. She sinked her phone into it,
and she checked it one morning and saw that there
was a girl in my in the house, and uh,
you know, she was a few hours away, but she
(51:22):
she drove, you know, she drove into town to the house,
and she caught me, you know, but so she tapped
into my cameras kind of a kind of an interesting
you know, uh.
Speaker 2 (51:34):
Were you in the act, Like she showed up in
the house and you were with the girl in the house.
Speaker 1 (51:38):
No, nothing that juicy. Unfortunately, I you know, she uh I,
I kind of had an instinct that she was because
she wasn't answering the phone. I'm like, you know what,
I think she's on her way over. So I took
the girl's you know, luggage and everything, and I checked
her into a local hotel and I kind of cleaned
up the house and but she she knew, you know,
somebody was there obviously because she saw the girl on
(52:00):
the camera. And I I tried to smooth it over
and lie and then and then eventually, you know, we
tried to make it work for a couple of months,
but then the relationship just stated. You know, so it
really sucks because I was in love with this girl,
you know, and I really thin.
Speaker 5 (52:13):
So you know what's interesting is that when you said
that she saw you, and she's a couple hours away,
and if she actually caught you still doing it. I
was like, what a love machine you are? She sees
the girl on the camera and then and then.
Speaker 2 (52:26):
She drives three hours and bust you and you're still
doing it. Holy smoked can Yeah, I know right, it
was such an idiot.
Speaker 12 (52:34):
You know.
Speaker 2 (52:35):
You have you tried to get her back? Have you
tried to get her back like you should?
Speaker 19 (52:39):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (52:39):
I have, But she's just you know, she's just.
Speaker 7 (52:44):
You do you feel like because you were the cheater
and you you kind of had one that got away?
Speaker 6 (52:49):
Like moving into your other relationships, is that something that
you hold yourself to a super high standard for.
Speaker 1 (52:54):
Well, I mean I'm eventually gonna have to move into
another relationship, you know.
Speaker 12 (52:57):
I mean this happened.
Speaker 1 (53:00):
Yeah, yeah, I'm single now, you know. I mean, yeah,
she won't take me back, you know, but it's probably
for the best, to be honest, it was probably you know,
a good thing that happened in a way because we
were we were already having some issues and some things
and and you know, so you know, it kind of
was like a meant to be type thing. But I
did love her, you know, But now looking back, I
(53:22):
mean it was about eight months ago, you know, it
probably was for the best.
Speaker 5 (53:26):
Well, let me let me ask you this, ken, What
if we were to call her for you and see
how she feels.
Speaker 1 (53:33):
Ah, that'd be interesting, you know. I mean, I I'm
being honest with you, guys. I've still denied it to
this day. So I mean, I don't think that would
help my cause.
Speaker 2 (53:46):
No, I know, so she got the girl on camera.
You've denied it.
Speaker 13 (53:51):
Well no, I well, I.
Speaker 1 (53:52):
Didn't deny that she was there. I just said that
she was a friend.
Speaker 5 (53:59):
I have anything, right, Okay, Now, I got you, I
got you. That would probably give her some peace though. Yeah,
all right, I can.
Speaker 2 (54:10):
Thanks. I really appreciate your honesty. Man. It's good to
get an honest point of view the other side. Thanks man. Yeah,
I'm glad you did.
Speaker 6 (54:17):
Man.
Speaker 2 (54:18):
All right, brother, have a great day. Thanks for me.
Speaker 1 (54:21):
All right, you guys too.
Speaker 2 (54:23):
But it was a it's a unique situation.
Speaker 5 (54:37):
I was a guest on a podcast yesterday and then,
because you know, I've told you guys before, I'm a
hell of a guest. I'm a great guest. And I
was a guest on this person's podcast, and then we
reversed it. She changed clothes. I did not, and then
she was a guest on my podcast, and it was
supermodel Kim Alexis. She's one of the first supermodels. She
(54:57):
was a big she has over five hundred cover she's
on Vogue. She's a done exercise equipment, and she's done everything.
And there wouldn't be like a Tyra Banks, there wouldn't
be Giselle, there wouldn't be these people.
Speaker 2 (55:08):
Wasn't for her first. She did it first.
Speaker 7 (55:10):
She's like an og.
Speaker 5 (55:11):
Og Right, So I'm interviewing her, she's interviewed me, and
after we're done with the interview, we were going to
take a picture together and she tells me this tip
about modeling that completely changed my mouth. You know, there's
always these little things that you always learn about pictures
of how to get that face.
Speaker 2 (55:30):
Yeah, she goes, you know, how to take a modeling face, Like,
what do you do right now, Payton, what do you do.
Speaker 6 (55:33):
Like sucking in like my cheeks to almost like give
like a fish like but not like fishy.
Speaker 7 (55:38):
And then I'm like trying to like suck in my
double chin.
Speaker 10 (55:41):
I've always heard the one that if you stick your
tongue on the roof of your mouth, it gets rid
of your double chin.
Speaker 2 (55:46):
Yes, she says to me, this is how you do it. Now.
Speaker 5 (55:50):
I don't want you guys to do I want to
do it one at a time, and I want us
all to do it in part. We have these cameras
in here. And by the way, since she's told it
to me, I've done it a thousand times. I can't
stop doing it.
Speaker 7 (56:00):
Have the difference in your pictures?
Speaker 2 (56:01):
No, not yet?
Speaker 5 (56:02):
Well I think I look stupid it almost every picture
I take. Okay, okay, you are cured, so okay, so
I'll do it first. So you guys, this is exactly
how she told me. Okay, she gonna go to take
a picture. So this this is my camera, camera one.
So you go like this, You go like this, You
go hey, You just say hey, and you keep your
mouth open.
Speaker 2 (56:20):
Hey. Oh my, I'm like, oh, I'm no, Hey. You
looks like you're ready to eat some soup. That's what
looks like?
Speaker 10 (56:29):
Are you an excited hey?
Speaker 19 (56:30):
Like?
Speaker 10 (56:31):
What's the emotion behind the hey?
Speaker 7 (56:32):
Like ticked off?
Speaker 6 (56:34):
Hey?
Speaker 14 (56:34):
Hey?
Speaker 2 (56:34):
And when you say hey and you keep your mouth open,
that's that's your like like you're just seeing somebody that
you haven't seen for a little while. Hey, that's your smile.
Speaker 5 (56:43):
For the camera, so I'll post a picture of heard
me And she's saying hey, and I'm saying hey, but
I look like I just got hit in the face
of the bat.
Speaker 7 (56:50):
I'm supposed to like make your like smiles soft.
Speaker 2 (56:54):
She says.
Speaker 5 (56:54):
It makes sure she did a whole thing. She goes,
it makes your eyes relax. It makes sure if you.
Speaker 7 (56:58):
Have botox in your fac and move.
Speaker 2 (57:00):
He doesn't have botox. She doesn't do that stuff. But
she's like, hey, so try Kyle, you go first in
the camera camera to.
Speaker 3 (57:04):
Please Okay, hey, hey, hey, I'm right behind the Cayle's camera.
It looks really good from here.
Speaker 2 (57:24):
Peyton, do it.
Speaker 7 (57:25):
This is so silly.
Speaker 8 (57:27):
Hey, you see what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (57:31):
When you say hey.
Speaker 5 (57:34):
When you're done saying the word, hey, that's the picture.
It looks it looks good.
Speaker 8 (57:38):
Hey, you close your mouth.
Speaker 2 (57:41):
Don't close your mom don't put your mouth there.
Speaker 7 (57:47):
I feel so stupid because I'm moving my body.
Speaker 2 (57:50):
You feel stupid.
Speaker 5 (57:51):
But when you take the picture, when you're taking the picture,
you do quietly to yourself. When you're with someone, you
just when next time people come in here where we
take pictures, just go all the heye hay, see that,
Okayer four, Hey, just like that?
Speaker 2 (58:06):
Hey, Hey, let me see it. Hey.
Speaker 11 (58:11):
I don't know, man, your face, Yeah, I don't think
there's anything that's gonna save that.
Speaker 10 (58:18):
We see. But rich is putting more emotion behind the hey,
which is why the emotion behind the hey matters, because
you could be angry hey, and then that's probably not.
Speaker 5 (58:29):
She was this exactly what But you just go just
go hey, hey, hey, and that makes you mon. That
gives you the face that you need for pictures, for smiling.
Speaker 2 (58:37):
For whatever you do.
Speaker 6 (58:38):
Hey, and this woman is like I mean, she's super
mulsh She's probably like perfect, so it doesn't matter what
she said.
Speaker 7 (58:44):
She probably looks great and.
Speaker 8 (58:46):
Look fine like pickles and.
Speaker 2 (58:51):
A freeze frame of Kyle.
Speaker 5 (58:53):
If you think about it, it's if you think people
say cheese. That's because when you say cheese, it made
you want to say it made you look like you
were smiling, but it's weird and said it's instead of.
Speaker 7 (59:02):
Ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (59:03):
I can tell you've been practicing.
Speaker 10 (59:04):
Doesn't your supermodels not for us?
Speaker 2 (59:07):
Answer the bathroom, I was washing my hands. I'm just
in the mirror. Watchman's going.
Speaker 11 (59:13):
That's when you say when you look in the mirror.
I usually come the mirror and I say, oh, dear God,
that's what I usually say.
Speaker 2 (59:19):
What happened?
Speaker 8 (59:20):
No, no, no, Richard, that was silly.
Speaker 5 (59:24):
Hey, yesterday, rich was in New York City in the
iHeart Media Empire Studios at the top of the Empire
(59:45):
State Building and he was doing the show from there,
and we had some technical difficulties every once in a while,
so we couldn't do a Minute.
Speaker 2 (59:51):
To Win It.
Speaker 5 (59:52):
But so what you did was, if I set this up, Ridge,
rich sent me the ten questions for a Minute to
Win It. Now, he's never shared those questions with anybody,
and obviously they' different every day.
Speaker 2 (01:00:02):
They're locked in a vault and I win vault.
Speaker 5 (01:00:04):
And because there was technical difficulties, I read the questions
because I was going to do Minute to Winter but
we never got to it. And so in my opinion,
those those questions are not tainted. Those are bad questions.
You'll never use those questions because I know the answers.
Speaker 2 (01:00:16):
They're burned.
Speaker 5 (01:00:17):
So when you were gone and you're on the airplane
and we were sitting in here later in the much
later in the afternoon, because Kyle Payton and I are
always working dedicated, and I was like, let's let's do
these questions with us, Let's see how hard they are.
And we recorded it so just to.
Speaker 2 (01:00:32):
Let you know. So we thought, you know, play for
you what happened.
Speaker 5 (01:00:35):
And it's pretty amazing when you think it was Nick, Peyton,
Kyle Me, and out of nowhere, Noah popped in and
I was very shocked. And who did well at this
game and who didn't do well? So this is Minute
to Win It? The John Jay Rich versus what happened
off the air yesterday. Here's the deal. Rich's on an airplane.
(01:00:57):
It was going to do a minute twenty. He sent
me Minute to Win It and back me up on this.
I don't think one person in the show has ever
seen his Minute to Win It questions right, never, so
because he sent it to me because we're having technical difficulties,
I've seen this list, so now it makes it's Nolan
voide like this list will never be used again. Okay,
So I think it's okay because we always have people
complaining about a Minute to Win It.
Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
So I'm going to try to read the questions fast.
Speaker 5 (01:01:19):
You guys play, and I think the three of you,
Nick Peyton and Kyle should play as a team if
you want.
Speaker 2 (01:01:26):
Does that sound fair?
Speaker 10 (01:01:27):
That does not sound fair because it's not really a
good test.
Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
Well, I don't think any of you guys are going
to get these That's why I think.
Speaker 10 (01:01:33):
Can we collectively have a minute to answer all of
these questions correctly?
Speaker 2 (01:01:36):
I'll tell you what. I'll do, one of you at
a time, Okay, and I'll just keep going.
Speaker 7 (01:01:41):
We have to go in a circle there.
Speaker 5 (01:01:42):
I won't repeat no, no, I'm gonna do Kyle, she
has a minute to answer ten questions. But once you stop,
once you can, then I'll go. Then I'll start over. Okay, Okay, So.
Speaker 10 (01:01:51):
On your wait, So do I start the timer as
soon as you're done with your first question the way we.
Speaker 8 (01:01:55):
Normally, the whole thing canals.
Speaker 5 (01:01:58):
Okay, So Kyle, you have a minute to win it.
The timer starts after I finished the first question. Kyle,
name a TV series starring Gary Oldman.
Speaker 7 (01:02:09):
That's when we.
Speaker 8 (01:02:09):
Watched I don't remember doing.
Speaker 14 (01:02:14):
No.
Speaker 10 (01:02:15):
I love this No, I love this one.
Speaker 19 (01:02:17):
I love the show.
Speaker 10 (01:02:18):
He's it's there, the one where they're the they're the
like they're the redheaded step child of the U.
Speaker 9 (01:02:29):
K C.
Speaker 21 (01:02:29):

Speaker 10 (01:02:31):
And they are called, and that's the title the show
what they're called.

Speaker 5 (01:02:41):
Okay, you're out, You're all right. I'm gonna go now horses, Yes, Okay.
Speaker 7 (01:02:48):
Good grief.
Speaker 5 (01:02:49):
I'm now going to go to Peyton. Peyton, I'm gonna
give you question number two. It's gonna be your question
number one. Okay, So Peyton, the timer starts after I
read the first question. Peyton, you have a minute to
win it. What is the only book in the Bible
that doesn't mention God at all?
Speaker 12 (01:03:05):
John?
Speaker 6 (01:03:11):
Oh? What is it? Esther?
Speaker 20 (01:03:15):
It's all about Nixter.
Speaker 5 (01:03:16):
I'm gonna go to you. You you're no in the
back of Diane over there. Okay, Nick, I'm gonna go
to you. You will get question number three will be
your first question. Nick, you have a minute to win it.
In Star Wars, what planet is Princess Leah from?
Speaker 17 (01:03:33):
It's Princess Lea Orghana from? Oh my God, this is
a Nick question. Princess Lea Orghana from they blow.
Speaker 5 (01:03:47):
It up a al doron? Yes, Nick, what curd religious
leader had to prove he was reincarnated?
Speaker 2 (01:03:57):
Does right needs of the cab Gandhi Dali Lama?
Speaker 6 (01:04:01):
I think rich purposely made this specific rides.
Speaker 5 (01:04:07):
I would have got horses, I would have got all
the wrong I would have got Dalai Lama, I would
not have got es.
Speaker 10 (01:04:13):
Have you looked at all of them?
Speaker 5 (01:04:14):
Can we do it to you?
Speaker 8 (01:04:16):
Do you have made the question?
Speaker 7 (01:04:17):
Give me the questions?
Speaker 2 (01:04:19):
All right? Hold on?
Speaker 5 (01:04:20):
Okay, I looked at the Maria carry one this last time.
Speaker 8 (01:04:22):
I looked at where's the Maria carry one?
Speaker 6 (01:04:24):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (01:04:24):
The fourth one?
Speaker 10 (01:04:27):
Okay, So that there's only four questions left. So John Jay,
you have sixty seconds to answer four questions.
Speaker 5 (01:04:34):
Okay.
Speaker 10 (01:04:36):
What type of reptile is a komodo dragon?
Speaker 2 (01:04:38):
Dragon?
Speaker 12 (01:04:39):
Correct?
Speaker 2 (01:04:40):
Lizard is correct?
Speaker 10 (01:04:41):
What popular game uses a black eight ball.
Speaker 2 (01:04:45):
Pool?
Speaker 10 (01:04:46):
Pool is correct? The Ocean state is a nickname for
what US state.
Speaker 2 (01:04:50):
New Jersey?
Speaker 10 (01:04:56):
And there's still one more?
Speaker 19 (01:04:59):
What it is?
Speaker 10 (01:05:00):
What part of the human body is the hallocks?
Speaker 2 (01:05:04):
Your leg brains?
Speaker 14 (01:05:07):
No?
Speaker 8 (01:05:08):
Keep going your Noah?
Speaker 20 (01:05:10):
Noah is calling your hid What you're calling it is
the big.
Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
Kyle Hallas? What the heck.
Speaker 19 (01:05:26):
Round?
Speaker 2 (01:05:26):
I think you should be the next contestant that we
have the play this game.
Speaker 5 (01:05:29):
Holy smoke, who knows that?
Speaker 12 (01:05:31):
Why do you know that?
Speaker 5 (01:05:32):
Actually?
Speaker 6 (01:05:33):
Why do you?
Speaker 8 (01:05:36):
Unbelievable well, one day I broke my hallocks, so.
Speaker 11 (01:05:41):
That happened yesterday. Rich What do you you guys are
something great. I am sort of surprised that you couldn't
remember Slow Horses.
Speaker 10 (01:05:48):
I'm not surprised. I remember the shows, but I never
remember their title Judges. Remember when we watched the Horses?
Speaker 8 (01:05:53):
Like which one was that.
Speaker 11 (01:05:55):
There's a couple of things that blow me away. First
of all, that Nick took so long to get a
Star Wars question right, I think you should take away
his birthday prize, and that Noah, for whatever reason, knows
the HeLEX because I think that's probably the toughest of
the bunch of all the questions, and he's like a big.
Speaker 2 (01:06:10):
Tone no problem. I think Book of Esther was hard.
That is pretty hard. Sorry, yeah, that was really hard.
I mean religion, and I.
Speaker 11 (01:06:18):
Think John's one of the one of the Gospels, so
if he didn't mention God at all, that would be weird.
Speaker 7 (01:06:22):
I was just the first thing that came to my mind.
I just, you know, you gotta be quick with a
minute time.
Speaker 2 (01:06:27):
We don't do a whole lot of Bible questions.
Speaker 5 (01:06:38):
I saw this thing online about lazy jobs where you
make a lot of money.
Speaker 2 (01:06:43):
Think about a lazy job besides this one. Lazy John's
where you make a lot of money, it says.
Speaker 5 (01:06:49):
Turns out some of the highest paid jobs in America
are also some of the chillest. A new threat on
Reddit has people revealing the lazy jobs that's somehow pulling
big money. Some over overnight it workers make six figures
just in case something breaks. Oh that's good. Oil refinery
operators earn over two hundred thousand dollars a year while
(01:07:09):
just monitoring the systems.
Speaker 2 (01:07:11):
Oh so you're not on the oil.
Speaker 1 (01:07:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:07:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:07:15):
Corporate travel agents can make ninety thousand dollars a year
just working from home. Cruise ship lecturers, I don't know
what that is. They get big bucks to travel and
talk about subjects they love.
Speaker 6 (01:07:27):
Oh some like maybe like cruise ship teachers, or like
people that like teach you about the oceans and the
animals that you're about to see or whatever.
Speaker 5 (01:07:34):
Some guy claimed he makes five hundred thousand dollars a
year as a hedge fund programmer writing pretty basic reports.
I don't understand that hedge fund stuff either at all.
A construction project managers that he makes three hundred thousand
dollars a year only doing about three hours of real
work a day. Wow. Wow, that's a good gig, right,
But I mean, is.
Speaker 2 (01:07:55):
It really easy, Yetta?
Speaker 10 (01:07:56):
I know, I'm like all those like I guess they're
kind of lazy until something happens, like the oil refinery, Like,
until something happens and all those are going like all
the alarms are going off. You have to save life,
like landman, you know, and the stuff happens, it's like
people could die.
Speaker 2 (01:08:12):
We don't know how to monitor an oil rig, you know.
Speaker 5 (01:08:14):
It's kind of like in the Michael Jackson movie when
his hair conon fired the pepsick thing, which I didn't
know it was that. I remember when that happened, but
I didn't know it was as bad as it happens,
pretty bad as But shouldn't have his security guard been there?
Like his security guard that like should have protected him
from that. But then again the director moved him. But
I was watching it, I was kind of like, man,
his security guard should have jumped on him and protected him.
(01:08:34):
But like that's the thing you're getting paid to protect
Michael Jackson, So when the time comes, you better be
on right, right. Maybe it's boring for five years. But
then when someone tries to hurt him, you better be
on your game. So when you're on when you're making
a lot of money on this oil refinery, but when
it explodes, that's your fault, Yeah, you better be on it.
Yeah yeah man, yeah, not so lazy anyway more, how
(01:08:56):
you doing?
Speaker 2 (01:08:57):
Compelling that you give him really drags me.
Speaker 5 (01:08:58):
Christ's time for celebrity who said that?
Speaker 21 (01:09:05):
All ready for this.
Speaker 2 (01:09:07):
Wout for two? Celebrity who said that, Diana, Good morning.
Speaker 10 (01:09:17):
Good morning, Okay, Diana, This game moves fast and furious,
and you have to listen very closely. John Jay, we
begin with you. Please tell me what celebrity said this, like.
Speaker 2 (01:09:28):
You slapped my butt?
Speaker 5 (01:09:29):
Now, I'll you know, Yanjiaues you try to slap mine,
and I'm going to say no, Tom Cruise.
Speaker 8 (01:09:33):
Tom Cruises.
Speaker 10 (01:09:36):
John Jay on the board. A rich who said this.
Speaker 12 (01:09:39):
I've had every dream in my life come true.
Speaker 2 (01:09:41):
I have to say, jo Jay Steele, that's no for
the steel.
Speaker 10 (01:09:48):
Yeah that was Oprah really right?
Speaker 2 (01:09:51):
I tell you might win an award for most of.
Speaker 7 (01:09:55):
You're joking.
Speaker 2 (01:09:56):
No, I really thought that sounded like him.
Speaker 12 (01:09:58):
Huh pleaded again, I've had every dream in my life
come true.
Speaker 5 (01:10:02):
I have to say, well, no, it does sound like
it also sounds like now interesting, No, one's day back
there he's having a heart attack.
Speaker 8 (01:10:09):
Okay, uh pay in eure up.
Speaker 7 (01:10:13):
I think closure is coming that Zenday. I'm talking about
you for season three.
Speaker 10 (01:10:18):
Correct, all right, Diana, now you get a fuel for
the game. Listen closely. It tell me which celebrity said this.
Speaker 15 (01:10:25):
I'm so excited to be producing this with Ellen Dakota.
Speaker 19 (01:10:28):
She's an incredible actress and people are gonna really be
blown away when they see them.
Speaker 16 (01:10:35):
I'm gonna go with I was gonna say Benson Boom,
but obviously that's not Bensimo.
Speaker 12 (01:10:41):
It is a female, not Oprah, not Oprah.
Speaker 10 (01:10:51):
No, that was Paris Hilton. But you do have a
chance to redeem yourself in a round two. All of
the points double in this round, so don't worry. John
Jay is on board with two points. He begins round
two with this celebrity from Dall.
Speaker 2 (01:11:05):
I think people want to know the truth. What there's
two voices there?
Speaker 8 (01:11:10):
No, No, that is one person?
Speaker 2 (01:11:12):
Can I hear it again? From Dall? I think people
want to know the truth.
Speaker 5 (01:11:17):
Holy smoke.
Speaker 8 (01:11:20):
Chris Hemsworth incorrect, John Jay.
Speaker 10 (01:11:22):
That is Hulk Hogan A do it doesn't matter. We're
playing dead, all right, rich vera round two, which celebrity said.
Speaker 20 (01:11:35):
This, she dropped it now that she doesn't need it, Honey,
I haven't been needing it for a while.
Speaker 7 (01:11:40):
Ooh.
Speaker 10 (01:11:42):
I think this is the toughest clip in the entire game.
But I figured you could handle this.
Speaker 11 (01:11:47):
Somebody with an East Coast accident sounded like Wendy Williams
to me, my first guest, I'm gonna go with Wendy Williams.
Speaker 10 (01:11:52):
Incorrect, anyone for the steal, didn't think So it's Kimora Lee.
Speaker 2 (01:11:57):
Exactly. Guess after Brunemar Simmons.
Speaker 10 (01:12:00):
Is gone, she is just Comora, get it right?
Speaker 12 (01:12:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 10 (01:12:04):
Sorry, Rich, you are also out. Go sit in the
pen with John Jay Peyton.
Speaker 12 (01:12:08):
You're up.
Speaker 8 (01:12:09):
You'll need to get out more.
Speaker 15 (01:12:11):
I think.
Speaker 7 (01:12:13):
We all need to get out more. That is Hunter Schaeffer.
Speaker 12 (01:12:18):
It's not.
Speaker 10 (01:12:18):
I'm not Nick throwing you random first.
Speaker 7 (01:12:25):
That's what is Rich.
Speaker 10 (01:12:26):
Rich is really good at this, so I give him
the most challenging ones because he likes a good brain buster. No,
that was Sabrina Carpenter. Sabrina Carpenter, and that was her
reaction to everyone's reaction about her controversial album cover. I
didn't telling her y'all need to get out more. Okay, Diana,
it looks like John J. Richard Payton have made round
(01:12:47):
two quite easy for you to take this. This is
worth a five points. Please listen very closely and tell
me which celebrity said this.
Speaker 2 (01:12:56):
Hey there it's Ryan Reynoldsann it's time to say.
Speaker 13 (01:12:58):
Good by to my goodness, Ryan Reynold.
Speaker 10 (01:13:02):
With my points, Diana has one celebrity.
Speaker 5 (01:13:09):
You're gonna go see Benson Boone. Congratulations, Thanks for listening.
Speaker 12 (01:13:12):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (01:13:13):
There's a text that just came in.
Speaker 5 (01:13:15):
Rich just so confidently saying Bruno Mars during the celebrity
Oprah cliff was the damn funniest thing I've heard all week.
Speaker 10 (01:13:22):
Also, it sounds like I was like waiting for you
to guess again because I thought I thought you were joking.
Speaker 2 (01:13:31):
Doesn't Bruno have that kind of same kind of husky voice?
Speaker 21 (01:13:34):
Wait?
Speaker 7 (01:13:34):
Can you plait again?
Speaker 12 (01:13:35):
I've had every dream in my life.
Speaker 5 (01:13:37):
I have to say until what she says, I have
to say. That's when you can hear Oprah says like
Brah Yeah,
