Speaker 1 (00:00):
John, Ja and Rich. I got this this, we got
this text.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
So you text JJ and R JJR to nine six
s eight ninety three and we'll read your text or
clay back and I'm gonna read this one. This is
from a nine to oh one number. It's his John,
Jay and Rich. I'm de Laney. First time texting y'all,
but I listen every morning. I wanted to do something
positive and make a shout out this morning. I was
at a bar last night celebrating the Dodgers when I
met someone who had really beautiful energy and was so

(00:26):
cool and kind. I asked her what her birthday was,
because I just felt like I resonated with her, and
it ended up being the day right after mine.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Anyway.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
She has a small business called Sunshine Funnel Cakes and
her food truck is going to be at the Fright
Fest in downtown Florence night.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Can you shout her out for us? Sure? That's sweet,
really really nice. That's a little love up moment, It
really is.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
And it's always such a good like vibe when you're
just hanging out and you meet somebody with just genuine energy,
Like sometimes people don't even want to smile at you. Anymore.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
So that's so true.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Yes, and with that that resonates with our post we
just made. We are in our Halloween costumes. You can
see it if you go to John Jay and rich
on Instagram, you could see us in our full Halloween costume,
trying to be as neutral as possible. There are a
couple of negative comments, but the majority of the comments
on my Instagram. I haven't look at John Jell, John Richmond,

(01:18):
but on my Instagram there's some nigs negative ones and
then some very positive ones, very positive ones, so there's
no reason. There's no reason to be negative or positive
on the.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Post hashtrack mission make them laugh anyway, I are fift
things we need to know.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
This blows my mind, but it honestly, sadly does not
surprise me. Experts are warning people that dentists are pulling
completely healthy and treatable teeth to profit from implants. So
they actually say, there are so many cases where teeth
are perfectly fine and they're being completely removed unnecessarily because

(01:54):
it costs so much to get actual implants. In some cases,
people are taking out loans for like sixty five thousand
dollars for a set of implants On perfectly normal.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
And healthy teeth.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
So I say this because if someone tells you you
need implants, go get two or three other like second opinions,
because this is happening so much across the country that
now they're warning people about it. So definitely I say
that because my daughter, when she was really little, I
took her to a dentist and he told me she
had seven cavities and that they would need to put

(02:29):
her under to fill them.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
And then I got a second opinion and they said
she had zero.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
So definitely hop on that second opinion. If you feel,
like I know we all feel in here that you
are so tired of all the political texts and calls,
you are not alone. Apparently Arizona has gotten more political
robo calls in this election season than any other state,
receiving one point five million calls in just this month alone.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Just in here, I haven't got one. You have a text?
How about it?

Speaker 3 (03:00):
I had a call at nine o'clock at night last
night for a political call, that's.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
What you're saying. Yeah, I did have people I posted
about this last night.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
I'm watching the World Series because I never missed a
game watching the World Series and actually I had switched
from shrinking the TV show Shrinking and watch Shrinking of
the episode. No, it's pretty good, So I went from
Shrinking to the World Series. It's seven fifteen and night's
dark outside. My dogs are going crazy. There's two ladies
knocking at my front door. So I got to go
around the back because my dogs are out the front door,
and I go, can.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
I help you? Yes, we just wanted to know if
you're registered to vote, if you wouldn't mind.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Voting for our candidate. They're a candidate, right. They tell
me who their candidates, and I'm like, I want to
be like, are you gotta freaking mind knocking on doors
to seven this late at night, like the World Series
is on, it's dark outside. And then and then I said, well,
I am going to vote on Tuesday. And then they said,
well we help you endorse our candidate. And I was like, no.
I never wanted to say where I was going to go,
but I was like, I'm not going to endorse your

(03:54):
candidate because you knocked on my door.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
I was before and then you came here.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
I can't person that pisses off. No, Yes, there must
be research. There must be research that I have to
answer the dogs, Key Parker. Yeah, so there must be
research that says that stuff works.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Probably, I mean, human connection is pretty powerful, so it
might it might work. Now, John Jay, you brought up
the World Series, and that actually brings me to my
next story. Very conveniently, there is a better who is
one Super Bowl away from turning fifty bucks into a
million dollars. So this better placed a fifty dollars wager

(04:32):
on a five team championship parlay, and if all the
teams win, this person wins a million dollars off of
fifty dollars, and so far they're killing it. Told me
about this guy, Yeah, you bet on Yukon winning the
NCAA DOUAA Men's title. They did, the Boston Celtics getting
the NBA Championship, the Florida Panthers bringing home the Stanley Cup,
and the latest win with the Dodgers capturing the World Series.

(04:53):
So now all this guy needs is for the New
York Jets to win the Super Bowl. The problem is
the Jets suck right now, the two and six good
Boss that could happen. He can take his chances and
possibly win a million dollars if they turn it around. Somehow,
or he can cash in his bet now and get
forty one hundred dollars.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Wait, my son told me about this two days ago.
I think or maybe it's just a jay z and
he said it's a seven something parlay and I was like,
what the hell's a parlay? And he explained to parlay
to me, I'm like, my kid's got a gambling problem.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Yeah. Parlays are like super tricky though, because like you
can put in five bucks and if you hit all
on all your parlays, you can make like three hundred.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
This guy's gonna make a million.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
Yeah, to make a million, I think he's got to
cash out because I don't think the gents are gonna
make it liverer bowl.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
But that's just me.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
That's just me.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
I mean forty one.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
Hundred bucks off of a fifty dollars bet, it's still
pretty tremendous. Yeah, And that's three things you need to know.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
