Speaker 1 (00:02):
Wake your ass up, fool.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
John Jay and Richie.
Speaker 3 (00:05):
Go!
Speaker 4 (00:06):
What's crack-a-lacking?
Speaker 5 (00:07):
This is the big boss dog, Snoopy Deagle Double Jizzle. Bang, boom,
what you gonna do? We're not talking about Ren 10-10.
We're not talking about Lashley.
Speaker 6 (00:16):
It's the one and only dog, y'all.
Speaker 5 (00:17):
The classy, sassy, big Snoopy Deagle Double Jizzle. In your
face to me and in the place to be. And
you're listening to John Jay and Rich. Wake your ass up.
It's Friday.
Speaker 7 (00:26):
Yeah! Happy Friday from John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 5 (00:33):
Would you want to know?
Speaker 8 (00:34):
I'm going to ask you guys some questions and think
about whether you would want to know the answers to
these questions.
Speaker 5 (00:41):
Okay? Kyle, would you want to know the date you're
going to die?
Speaker 9 (00:47):
I go back and forth on this. Sometimes I say yes.
Sometimes I think no. I'm going to go with no.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
No?
Speaker 9 (00:57):
I do not want to know.
Speaker 5 (00:58):
What about you, Rich? Would you want to know the
date you're going to die? I do not want to
know the date I'm going to die.
Speaker 10 (01:02):
Peyton?
Speaker 7 (01:02):
Definitely not.
Speaker 5 (01:04):
Well, I would.
Speaker 8 (01:06):
And as a matter of fact, a long time ago,
I was talking to a psychic. One of the first
times I've ever talked to a psychic. And I asked
the psychic when I was going to die. And they said,
and this is a very big deal for me, this
is why I'm bringing it up. They said that I
was going to die before my birthday, 2026.
Speaker 5 (01:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
That's today.
Speaker 5 (01:29):
That's today.
Speaker 11 (01:30):
That's today.
Speaker 12 (01:32):
Oh, no.
Speaker 5 (01:32):
I'm alive.
Speaker 9 (01:33):
Wait, what time were you born?
Speaker 5 (01:35):
I don't know.
Speaker 7 (01:36):
Because if you were born at night, you really only
might have 12 more hours.
Speaker 8 (01:39):
I have until midnight tonight, the way I was looking
at it. And when September 4th is over, then I
know I made it. But I have lived with that
for the longest time.
Speaker 5 (01:47):
In fact, last year, I said when I, when I,
when I, my birthday, I said when it turned 2026,
I brought it up so many times and my sister said,
stop bringing this up. You're going to put it out there.
Speaker 9 (01:57):
Yes, that's true.
Speaker 5 (01:59):
But I've been literally obsessed with it. So the thing was,
would you want to know the date you're going to die?
You guys said no. I said yes. So hopefully the
psychic is terrible.
Speaker 9 (02:06):
Okay, here's what I'm like. You're looking at this all wrong.
Speaker 13 (02:08):
That was, at the time, what day you would die
if you stayed on the trajectory you were on. However,
now you've done about 20,000 different life-changing longevity tricks and
hacks in your life.
Speaker 9 (02:22):
And some of them work.
Speaker 5 (02:23):
Well, here's the thing. I actually had a full-body MRI
thanks to Simon Med not that long ago. Went over
the results again with my doctor a couple days ago,
and I'm the healthiest I've ever been. Doesn't mean I'm
not going to get hit by a bus when I
walk out of here.
Speaker 9 (02:34):
Stop saying that.
Speaker 14 (02:35):
I know.
Speaker 5 (02:35):
That's what I'm saying, you guys. So it'll be interesting
to see if I make it past this weekend. So anyway,
a long time ago, I interviewed two psychics, and one
of them said I was going to die before 2026,
my birthday. I have, not just today, so we'll see
what happens. Hopefully, she's a very bad psychic.
Speaker 7 (02:51):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (02:51):
Jill the psychic. Jill.
Speaker 4 (02:52):
Call that Jill back later today or tomorrow and just go, ha!
Speaker 8 (02:56):
I tried to track her down about six, seven months
ago to see if she was still doing it, so
I couldn't find her. But anyway, so now would you
want to know how you're going to die? I'm assuming
you wouldn't.
Speaker 4 (03:04):
No.
Speaker 10 (03:05):
I would.
Speaker 15 (03:06):
Yeah, no.
Speaker 7 (03:07):
Well, actually, maybe because if it's like, you're definitely going
to die in a plane crash, I probably wouldn't go
on an airplane anymore.
Speaker 8 (03:12):
Okay, so this is the whole thing about would you
want to know questions about yourself? Would you want to
know who would show up to your funeral? Yes.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Nah.
Speaker 5 (03:21):
Yes.
Speaker 7 (03:22):
And I'm going to have a list for my family
and friends on who's not allowed to come.
Speaker 9 (03:25):
I know who will be there and anyone else is
an extra bonus.
Speaker 15 (03:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (03:28):
And I want to know who's going to be the
saddest too, because then I will like them now more.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
Would you want to know who secretly hates you?
Speaker 7 (03:36):
Oh no. Yes.
Speaker 14 (03:37):
No.
Speaker 5 (03:37):
Yes. Definitely not.
Speaker 9 (03:38):
Let me get these ops.
Speaker 6 (03:40):
Out of here.
Speaker 5 (03:41):
My answer to that is I don't care. I don't care.
I don't want to know. Would you want to know
what is said about you when you leave the room?
Speaker 15 (03:47):
Yes.
Speaker 7 (03:49):
I don't know. Yes.
Speaker 4 (03:50):
I don't know.
Speaker 7 (03:51):
I'm too sensitive for that.
Speaker 8 (03:53):
Would you want to know which of your friends secretly
thinks they're better than you?
Speaker 16 (03:59):
Yes.
Speaker 7 (03:59):
Yeah, I would want to know because like, yeah, I
would want to know.
Speaker 4 (04:04):
Because you're going to have a point where you can
put them in their place at some point.
Speaker 5 (04:06):
That'll be fun. I think all my friends are better
than me. Would you want to know what your coworkers
actually think about you? Yeah.
Speaker 10 (04:18):
Why not?
Speaker 4 (04:19):
In this room, I'm okay with it. I might want
to go outside of this room and find out.
Speaker 5 (04:22):
Why do you say that, Kyle?
Speaker 9 (04:24):
Because I got to be here every day. I'm just
going to pretend we're all friends.
Speaker 5 (04:29):
Uh, would you want to know every lie your partner
has ever told you?
Speaker 7 (04:33):
No, some things you can take to the grave. Some
things I just don't want to know.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (04:38):
No, thanks.
Speaker 14 (04:38):
I'm good.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
That's funny. Cause I think about my wife. I don't
think she's ever lied to me. I don't think, but
what do I know?
Speaker 10 (04:44):
Right.
Speaker 5 (04:44):
What did I go?
Speaker 10 (04:45):
What the hell?
Speaker 5 (04:46):
She was a hooker.
Speaker 12 (04:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (04:47):
I didn't want to know, but I don't think there is.
If I had, if I could only pick one of these,
that's not what I would pick.
Speaker 9 (04:53):
Which one would you pick?
Speaker 5 (04:54):
When I, when I'm going to die and how I'm
going to die. That's what I'd want to know.
Speaker 12 (04:58):
Okay.
Speaker 13 (04:58):
This is kind of morbid, but I'm only asking this
because I know like, this is something that you would
ask me if I was saying, if I had the
same news dawning on us, are we missing an opportunity
by not like interviewing about you about death?
Speaker 9 (05:10):
Just in case me.
Speaker 13 (05:11):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
Like you have a clips of me in case I do.
Speaker 10 (05:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:14):
What do you want to ask me in case?
Speaker 9 (05:16):
So like, like, let's say I leave here.
Speaker 5 (05:18):
And I get hit by a truck or not want
to have an airplane crashes in my room.
Speaker 9 (05:23):
I want that to happen.
Speaker 17 (05:24):
Right.
Speaker 5 (05:24):
Right. I got a good first one for you.
Speaker 12 (05:26):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (05:26):
This one. John Jay, what do you want your legacy
to be? That's too complicated an answer. I don't know
what that means. My kids. What were you going to
ask me? This is a minute to interrupt. Pass.
Speaker 13 (05:36):
No.
Speaker 9 (05:36):
I said, how do you want to be remembered?
Speaker 5 (05:43):
What a great montage.
Speaker 9 (05:44):
You guys, we just said, we asked you.
Speaker 5 (05:47):
I think I'd want to be remembered as a great
dad and middle-of-the-road husband. Great dad.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
Okay, let's get you something you will do. In your life,
what has made you laugh the hardest?
Speaker 8 (06:01):
Thank you, man.
Speaker 5 (06:02):
This is not where I was expecting this to go.
I hope I live because it would be a terrible montage. Oh, no.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
Psychic's probably right.
Speaker 5 (06:07):
You're a goner.
Speaker 9 (06:08):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 5 (06:09):
Let's come up with creative ways I'm going to die
before Monday.
Speaker 10 (06:11):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 5 (06:12):
Actually, not before.
Speaker 8 (06:12):
I mean, like, I have probably, what is it? I
probably have 15 hours left.
Speaker 5 (06:17):
No.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
No, no.
Speaker 5 (06:18):
I mean, before I'm free. The curse is lifted.
Speaker 12 (06:21):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
Before it becomes September 5th and I'm still alive. then
I'm free.
Speaker 9 (06:27):
I feel like then we should throw a big party.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
You're alive!
Speaker 7 (06:32):
Yeah, you would play, what's that song? The stain of life.
Speaker 8 (06:36):
And then a freaking 747 crashes into the fourth floor
of iHeart right now.
Speaker 5 (06:41):
And we're all dead. I have some more.
Speaker 8 (06:44):
So would you want to know if your partner has
ever been attracted to one.
Speaker 5 (06:48):
Of your friends?
Speaker 7 (06:51):
That definitely is not even a thing. So I guess
I would want to know.
Speaker 5 (06:55):
What do you mean that's not a thing?
Speaker 7 (06:56):
Like, there's no way that Kadeem thinks my friends are cute.
Speaker 13 (06:59):
I feel like I have really pretty friends, so I
guarantee you Scott's attracted to at least.
Speaker 9 (07:03):
One of them, and I don't want to know.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
That's funny.
Speaker 7 (07:04):
I'm like, none of my friends are Kadeem's type at all.
Speaker 5 (07:07):
My wife has, like, one hot friend, and I just
saw her recently. She's let herself go a little bit.
In fact, I know you're talking about her. Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 13 (07:16):
You guys are terrible.
Speaker 5 (07:20):
You're terrible.
Speaker 4 (07:22):
I haven't seen her lately, but You know, she was great.
Speaker 5 (07:25):
And that's probably who's going to kill me, Blake. Blake's
going to kill me tonight. That's how I die.
Speaker 9 (07:31):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
At 11.59 tonight. Boom. Anyway, just a quick little round
of would you want to know.
Speaker 18 (07:42):
But Ramona, start your day with John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 9 (07:44):
I wake up with my favorite artist. Hey, this is
Sabrina Carpenter.
Speaker 15 (07:47):
What's up, guys?
Speaker 5 (07:47):
This is Post Malone.
Speaker 9 (07:48):
It's Benson Boone, and you're waking up with John Jay
and Rich.
Speaker 5 (07:51):
Real quick, I was telling you guys a story that
30 years ago, when I was doing a radio show,
I had two sidekicks on the show, Victor and Jill.
And I believe it was Jill told me that I
was going to die before my birthday, 2026. And Victor
was a partner and I was able to track down Victor. Victor,
good morning.
Speaker 10 (08:09):
Good morning.
Speaker 5 (08:10):
Now, Victor, what was the last time I talked to you?
Speaker 10 (08:12):
It's been 30 years.
Speaker 7 (08:15):
Wait, Victor, do you remember John Jay though?
Speaker 5 (08:18):
I do.
Speaker 10 (08:19):
How could I forget John Jay? You can't forget the guy.
Speaker 9 (08:22):
So true.
Speaker 5 (08:23):
I've got the world on a string. Million dollars in
my pocket. Love you, baby.
Speaker 15 (08:27):
We're here.
Speaker 5 (08:28):
Brian and John Jay.
Speaker 9 (08:31):
Million Dollar Morning Show.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
Here we go. Q102 Cincinnati.
Speaker 12 (08:36):
Love you.
Speaker 5 (08:36):
Love your show.
Speaker 7 (08:37):
You can be a millionaire.
Speaker 5 (08:39):
Hi, it's John Jay from the Q102 Million Dollar Morning Show.
Listen Thursday mornings on Q102. Thanks, John Jay.
Speaker 9 (08:47):
Just listen to Q102 for details so you can win.
Speaker 10 (08:50):
On the left.
Speaker 5 (08:51):
Since the last time I saw you, I've been doing
a radio show in Arizona for the last 25 years.
I don't know if you know that or not. 25, yeah.
Speaker 10 (08:59):
No, I found out after you called. I thought you
went to Texas.
Speaker 5 (09:03):
I did.
Speaker 8 (09:04):
I went to Houston for four years, then I came
to Arizona after that. So I've been in Arizona the
whole time. And so I want to introduce you to
the members of my show. I have Rich, my partner, Kyle,
my partner, and Peyton, my partner. And all four of
us are on the radio.
Speaker 10 (09:15):
Hey there. How are y'all doing?
Speaker 14 (09:17):
Good.
Speaker 4 (09:17):
Excellent, sir.
Speaker 8 (09:18):
So I wanted to give you an update because I
don't know if you know this or not, but this
is what's very important. So you and Jill would come
on for Psychic Thursdays on my radio show in Cincinnati, right?
Speaker 5 (09:28):
Of course, yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (09:30):
Now, is Jill still around?
Speaker 10 (09:31):
She moved out of town. She's on Facebook.
Speaker 5 (09:37):
She's got a.
Speaker 10 (09:37):
Different last name.
Speaker 5 (09:38):
Oh, okay. Because here's what I want to tell you.
This is a very big day. My birthday, many years
ago while we were doing the show on a Thursday,
you and or Jill, I was just being cocky, young kid.
And I said, when am I going to die? And
I think it was Jill said that I was going
to die before my birthday on 25th.
Speaker 11 (10:00):
2026.
Speaker 5 (10:00):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (10:01):
Which is now.
Speaker 5 (10:02):
Which is now.
Speaker 10 (10:03):
And your birthday is when?
Speaker 5 (10:06):
Today's my birthday.
Speaker 8 (10:08):
So I was kind of hoping that maybe I misheard that.
Speaker 4 (10:12):
But do you tell Victor how you've thought about it
nearly every day since that day?
Speaker 8 (10:15):
I'm hoping I misheard it. It was one of those things.
So do you, is there any vibe? Cause you're still
a psychic, right? Cause I remember you had crazy talent.
Speaker 10 (10:22):
First of all, I would never tell people when they're
going to die, because that creates too much anxiety, as
it did for you just now. But no, I think
you're going to make it past that. But I think
something is going on with you that Jill might have
been picking up on. There's something really good going to happen,
(10:45):
I think, for you coming up. I feel like it
might be spiritual, but I see you feeling on top
of the world.
Speaker 5 (10:53):
I do feel on top of the world.
Speaker 19 (10:54):
Hey.
Speaker 5 (10:54):
I'm on top of the world.
Speaker 10 (10:56):
Hey.
Speaker 5 (10:57):
Yeah, I do feel on top of the world, Victor.
Speaker 10 (10:59):
Thank you. So I think it's, I feel like you're unstoppable,
quite frankly.
Speaker 9 (11:05):
That's a good place to be, John Jay.
Speaker 8 (11:08):
I'm trying to get our show on in Denver right now.
We're on, you know, we're on all over the United States.
That's one thing you don't know. So we're based in Phoenix,
but we're on all over the country now, Victor.
Speaker 5 (11:16):
Oh, you are? Yeah. God, Victor, how do you not
check in on me?
Speaker 8 (11:19):
He thought you were going to die. Why would he
check up on you? Hey, so look, I want to
ask you this because I know it's crazy. We weren't prepared,
but I would love to book you back on our
show as a psychic. Could you do psychic readings for
us like back in the old days?
Speaker 10 (11:30):
I'd love it. Yeah, that would be great.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
Would that be great, guys?
Speaker 7 (11:33):
I would love that.
Speaker 4 (11:34):
It sounds awesome.
Speaker 10 (11:34):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (11:35):
Victor was great. Great sense of humor.
Speaker 10 (11:37):
I had so much fun with you on Q102. Oh,
my God.
Speaker 5 (11:40):
Listen, Thursday mornings on Q102.
Speaker 14 (11:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (11:42):
Okay, well, I just want to make sure and get
it clear that I'm not going to die, so thank
you for that.
Speaker 5 (11:46):
Top of the world, he said.
Speaker 8 (11:47):
But when you said anxiety, like, I've had this anxiety
since the last time I saw you.
Speaker 10 (11:53):
That's why I don't make those kinds of predictions.
Speaker 5 (11:55):
Yeah, but I'm probably the healthiest I've ever been at
this moment right now.
Speaker 10 (11:59):
I also feel like the higher you set your goals,
the higher your achievements will be. When I said unstoppable,
I really felt that.
Speaker 5 (12:09):
Thank you, Victor.
Speaker 10 (12:10):
I think you're very ambitious, aren't you?
Speaker 5 (12:13):
I feel so. I feel I am.
Speaker 4 (12:15):
Was he not in Cincinnati? Were you worried about him
in Cincinnati?
Speaker 10 (12:19):
I didn't worry about him. He was just a lot
of fun. Oh, my God. All the parties, all the laughs.
I'll never forget it.
Speaker 5 (12:27):
Well, great.
Speaker 8 (12:27):
Victor, thanks for jumping on the air with us. By
the way, if someone's listening right now, is there a
website for you?
Speaker 10 (12:32):
VictorPeruta.com. VictorThePsychic.com, if you can't spell Peruta.
Speaker 5 (12:38):
All right. Well, Victor, I want to plan something with
you in a week or two.
Speaker 10 (12:41):
Okay, John Jay. Sounds great.
Speaker 2 (12:43):
Thanks, Victor.
Speaker 10 (12:43):
Looking forward to talking to you. You too.
Speaker 5 (12:44):
Okay, good to meet you guys.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
Bye.
Speaker 5 (12:47):
How about that?
Speaker 9 (12:48):
I'm not going to die.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
He released you from your curse.
Speaker 9 (13:13):
It's John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 5 (13:20):
Every Friday, we want to get into, I knew it
was over when. We're going to do it every Friday,
even today on my birthday.
Speaker 15 (13:26):
877-937-1047.
Speaker 5 (13:27):
I knew it was over when. Monica, you knew it
was over when what?
Speaker 19 (13:35):
I knew it was over when I found out he
was engaged to a man previously.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
Oh, but he was not engaged to the man when
he was dating you. It was just another life.
Speaker 19 (13:45):
Yeah, no, just another life. But I didn't want to
be with somebody who was previously in a relationship with
a man. But I also have another one.
Speaker 12 (13:56):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (13:56):
If you guys are interested in the other one I have. Oh, yeah, sure.
We'll take multiples. Why not?
Speaker 20 (14:02):
So I knew it was over.
Speaker 19 (14:03):
When I found out he was married with more than
nine kids.
Speaker 5 (14:09):
Whoa. Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 4 (14:10):
A guy should bring that up when you're dating, I
feel like.
Speaker 5 (14:13):
Oh, wow. That's a good one.
Speaker 13 (14:14):
Yeah, that's a commitment right there. It's a tough job
to step into.
Speaker 19 (14:19):
And I only found out because he had posted a
picture on Facebook with her kissing her in my jacket.
Speaker 7 (14:27):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 5 (14:30):
He was wearing your jacket?
Speaker 19 (14:31):
Yeah, because I have a NFL jacket, and it was
like a man's jacket, but it was like an oversized,
you know, us ladies like our oversized hoodie. So it
was like one of those, and he borrowed it, and
he actually ended up stealing it from me.
Speaker 7 (14:46):
How rude.
Speaker 19 (14:46):
Yeah, it was like one of those on the field,
like NFL.
Speaker 9 (14:51):
Jackets, like over $ 100.
Speaker 19 (14:52):
It was like one of those.
Speaker 5 (14:54):
Okay, that's great, Monica. Thank you. Rachel, I knew it
was over when what?
Speaker 3 (15:00):
I knew it was over when I asked the guy
I was seeing if he ever had gotten mad before,
like really mad, because he seemed like a very patient person.
And then he laughed and bragged about how he got
so mad when his football team lost. He punched a
hole in the wall.
Speaker 4 (15:19):
Yikes.
Speaker 7 (15:19):
Anger problems.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
And then I said, oh, was there any other time
that you've done that?
Speaker 15 (15:26):
He goes, yeah.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
And then he bragged again about how his mom asked
him for help to move a couch. And he didn't
want to move a couch. But then she kept asking him.
So he did finally help her move the couch. And
the couch fell and hit him in the toe. He
got mad again and punched.
Speaker 21 (15:45):
The wall again.
Speaker 7 (15:46):
Oh.
Speaker 5 (15:47):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (15:48):
And that was the last time I ever saw him.
Speaker 4 (15:50):
That's a good move.
Speaker 9 (15:51):
You don't want to be repairing all of your walls.
Speaker 5 (15:54):
All right, Rachel. Thanks for calling in and thank you
for listening.
Speaker 9 (15:57):
Okay, bye.
Speaker 5 (15:58):
Good morning, Lisa.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (16:01):
I was first year in college in the dorms.
Speaker 15 (16:03):
You're young.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
You're having fun. You're dating somebody.
Speaker 22 (16:06):
And we were in my dorm room and this guy
that I'm dating asked.
Speaker 2 (16:09):
Me, like, you don't smoke pot, do you? And I
was like, well, of course. We're 18. We're in college
for the first time.
Speaker 21 (16:15):
Everybody smokes pot.
Speaker 19 (16:15):
He's like, no, you don't.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
I was like, I have some right here and I
pulled it out of my drawer.
Speaker 21 (16:19):
And the guy's face went, like, white.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
And he was like, oh, my God.
Speaker 15 (16:25):
And he walked out.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
And I was like, what just happened?
Speaker 11 (16:27):
And I was like, I went after him.
Speaker 7 (16:28):
I was like, what's going on?
Speaker 2 (16:29):
He's like, I can't date a drug dealer.
Speaker 15 (16:31):
And I just.
Speaker 21 (16:32):
Burst out laughing and thought it was the funniest thing
in the world.
Speaker 15 (16:35):
And this guy was.
Speaker 21 (16:36):
Super serious and, like, avoided me for the rest of
the year.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
And me and my friends just.
Speaker 21 (16:40):
Thought it was so ridiculous and hilarious because you're 18
in college having fun.
Speaker 7 (16:46):
Who cares?
Speaker 2 (16:47):
And this guy thought I was the devil.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
Ah.
Speaker 23 (16:50):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 7 (16:51):
Yeah, he's like, I saw that devil's lettuce. He wanted
no part of you.
Speaker 5 (16:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 19 (16:55):
The moment he found out what was going down, it
was over.
Speaker 5 (16:58):
Well, thanks for sharing that with us, Lisa. Are you
still the drug dealer?
Speaker 11 (17:00):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 10 (17:02):
Every day.
Speaker 16 (17:03):
All right.
Speaker 5 (17:04):
Thanks for listening.
Speaker 23 (17:06):
Have a good one.
Speaker 10 (17:06):
877-937-1047.
Speaker 5 (17:07):
I knew it was over when. Ashley, I knew it
was over when what?
Speaker 17 (17:28):
I knew it was over when I used my ex-boyfriend's
phone to send a video to myself, and the suggested contact,
or the most recent contact, was a different girl.
Speaker 7 (17:41):
Uh-oh.
Speaker 9 (17:41):
That'll do it.
Speaker 5 (17:42):
That'll do it. What was the video you made that
you were going to send to yourself?
Speaker 17 (17:49):
Oh, well, his brother had 3D printed a hippo, and
so my phone was dead and charging. So I was like, oh,
I'm just going to take a cute little video of
this 3D printed hippo because my brother loved hippos. It's
like one of the animals we always send pictures and
videos back and forth from. So I was like, hey,
can I use your phone real quick and send it
to myself for later? He's like, yeah, of course. And
(18:09):
then I went to send it myself, and I was
not there, but somebody else was.
Speaker 7 (18:14):
Uh-oh.
Speaker 5 (18:15):
You know what I can tell? I can tell just
by that story that you are a great human being.
Speaker 8 (18:19):
There's just something happy about Ashley that her and her
brother send each other hippo pictures.
Speaker 5 (18:23):
Do you know what I mean?
Speaker 9 (18:24):
That's so funny, yeah.
Speaker 5 (18:25):
That's such a great thing. So did you break up
with the guy?
Speaker 17 (18:28):
I mean, we try and keep it happy and wholesome.
Speaker 24 (18:30):
Oh, absolutely.
Speaker 7 (18:32):
Good.
Speaker 17 (18:32):
Because I had asked, I'm like, who is this? He's like, oh,
it's just a coworker. And then I'm like, this isn't
sitting well. I just had a gut feeling, you know?
And then I asked a little bit later. He's like, oh,
it's just a friend. Yeah, needless to say, I found
out that this was like an ex-Tinder fling and now co-worker.
And I'm like, no, absolutely not.
Speaker 11 (18:53):
You get one chance.
Speaker 17 (18:54):
With me, you mess it up, I'm gone.
Speaker 7 (18:56):
Fair enough.
Speaker 17 (18:56):
I don't have time for this.
Speaker 5 (18:58):
Ashley, what city are you in?
Speaker 17 (19:00):
I'm in Vancouver, Washington.
Speaker 5 (19:01):
Oh, Vancouver.
Speaker 13 (19:02):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (19:02):
I was going to tell you because I know that
there's a hippo here that Kyle, you guys would go
see the baby. Oh, the jammies. The pygmy hippos are
so cute.
Speaker 9 (19:09):
They're such a cutie little baby.
Speaker 11 (19:10):
They're adorable.
Speaker 17 (19:12):
My brother and I travel a lot, and anytime we
go somewhere new, we go to whatever zoo that they have.
I think we've been to literally over 50 zoos. Either views,
like sky towers or zoos.
Speaker 21 (19:27):
It's amazing.
Speaker 17 (19:28):
Baby hippos, baby elephants.
Speaker 16 (19:29):
They're adorable.
Speaker 5 (19:30):
Well, thanks for listening, Ashley. Thank you for calling in.
Have a great day.
Speaker 14 (19:34):
Yeah, thank you so much.
Speaker 21 (19:35):
You too.
Speaker 18 (19:36):
Having trouble getting through on the phone? Text John Jay
and Rich anytime.
Speaker 1 (19:39):
Send JJR.
Speaker 5 (19:40):
Send your message to 96893. Time for Stacks and Hacks,
you guys. Stacks and Hacks on this September 4th. Remember
how a couple weeks ago there was a virus going
around from... there? Was it Evite? Like Kyle got on?
Speaker 10 (19:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (19:54):
Like a scam.
Speaker 5 (19:55):
Get this. Religious websites are three times more likely to
spread computer viruses than porn sites.
Speaker 4 (20:02):
Well, I guess more people will open them.
Speaker 5 (20:04):
Religious websites.
Speaker 8 (20:05):
There was a 54% jump in ukulele sales in the
year 2013.
Speaker 15 (20:08):
Why?
Speaker 5 (20:09):
The National Association of Music Merchants thinks it's because people
wanted to play them in quirky YouTube videos.
Speaker 9 (20:16):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (20:17):
Yes, Noah?
Speaker 4 (20:17):
2013 is the year Riptide by Vance Joy came out,
which was the quintessential ukulele.
Speaker 5 (20:23):
I got caught in the riptide.
Speaker 7 (20:25):
Because then also, wasn't that Grace VanderWaal wanting all those, like,
America's Got.
Speaker 5 (20:29):
Talent or whatever, and she was doing the ukulele? Oh,
that's what happened.
Speaker 9 (20:32):
There we go.
Speaker 16 (20:34):
There we go.
Speaker 5 (20:34):
That's why.
Speaker 25 (20:35):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (20:36):
A 19-year-old student at Indiana University was arrested on Sunday
after he threatened to bomb the Applebee's on social media.
He told police he was mad because the food was
taking too long.
Speaker 17 (20:44):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 5 (20:45):
Extreme.
Speaker 4 (20:46):
They're pretty quick at Applebee's, too.
Speaker 5 (20:48):
Consumer Reports tested 13 electric scooters. Okay. And found the
best option is none of them. They said due to
their higher speeds and increased injury data, we no longer
recommend e-scooters like the ones we were on in Austin.
Speaker 9 (21:01):
Yeah, I know. They are very dangerous.
Speaker 5 (21:03):
Those things go fast.
Speaker 4 (21:04):
They seem like they go faster than our eyes can.
They're very fun, though.
Speaker 12 (21:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (21:09):
Woman says her car was driven hundreds of miles and
damaged after she dropped it off for repairs at a
Boston auto shop. She even saw her car at a
red light with a woman she didn't know behind the wheel.
Speaker 9 (21:19):
Oh, that's wild.
Speaker 5 (21:20):
Isn't that funny? It looks like my car. That is
my car. What if the cure is worse than the disease?
A cure for nut allergies might be poop pills made
from the feces of people without the allergy.
Speaker 7 (21:31):
No, I just would rather not eat peanuts.
Speaker 13 (21:34):
Ugh. I kind of feel like I know someone who
had to do.
Speaker 9 (21:38):
That, but for something else.
Speaker 4 (21:39):
And did it work out?
Speaker 7 (21:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (21:41):
It worked?
Speaker 1 (21:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 13 (21:42):
Like she literally had to go get the poop surgically
removed and then turned it into pills and it actually
cured her GI problems.
Speaker 5 (21:49):
Her own poop?
Speaker 9 (21:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (21:51):
Oh, wow.
Speaker 8 (21:52):
I wonder if this is a trick here because the
world's oldest living person turned 117 last week. The woman
said she's still experiencing many firsts, including when you think
of first, you think of like my first beer, my
first whatever. This, I wouldn't put this on the list,
but stroking a llama.
Speaker 12 (22:08):
Oh.
Speaker 5 (22:08):
First time, she's 117. She just stroked a llama for
the first time. You guys know Pizza Hut's changed its name?
Speaker 17 (22:14):
No.
Speaker 5 (22:15):
Pizza Hut's changed its name to Hut.
Speaker 7 (22:16):
Yeah, I saw that. Why?
Speaker 5 (22:17):
Just for football season.
Speaker 20 (22:19):
Hut, hut, hut.
Speaker 9 (22:20):
Oh, clever. Okay, I get it.
Speaker 5 (22:22):
Hut one, hut two.
Speaker 9 (22:23):
Are they the new NFL pizza?
Speaker 5 (22:25):
They must be. That's food news. Oh, that's food news.
Speaker 10 (22:27):
Sorry.
Speaker 5 (22:28):
Sorry, that's your deal, my bad. That's okay. I love
food news.
Speaker 8 (22:30):
Do you know that it's been more than 20 years,
two decades, since a human has beaten a computer in chess?
Speaker 5 (22:37):
Are you kidding? Yeah, that's just... The end is near.
I know.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
Flash to Terminator. It's time.
Speaker 7 (22:42):
We can never, like, outsmart the computers.
Speaker 5 (22:44):
What do you got for life hacks, Rich?
Speaker 4 (22:46):
All right, school is back, and I know, John Jay,
you've thought about this. Remember your sixth grade or third
grade or even college?
Speaker 5 (22:51):
Eventually.
Speaker 4 (22:52):
somebody's going to make you stand up in front of
the class and talk.
Speaker 5 (22:56):
Worst thing ever. Worst thing ever. And I would give
myself an example of something terrible to say, really? But
that is the worst thing ever. I hate getting up
and talking in front of people.
Speaker 4 (23:05):
It's what makes most students the most nervous. And they
say that it's really the first 30 seconds that you
have to worry about. Because once you start rolling... Then
you're there, but the first 30 seconds are terrifying. So
this is the hack. It's not magic. The idea is
to give yourself a brain trick that gets your brain
thinking of something besides your speech. So pinch your nose
(23:26):
for a few seconds. Your brain's like, oh yeah, I
just pinched my nose. Then let go. Take a slow breath.
Drop your shoulders. Start talking. You're 30 seconds in.
Speaker 5 (23:35):
You're good.
Speaker 4 (23:36):
So that life hack, we will put on our website.
And if you're a nervous type, before you start talking
in front of people, here's your little reset at johnjainrich.com.
Speaker 5 (23:51):
You're on the air.
Speaker 21 (23:52):
John Jay and Rich, I miss the butt slam.
Speaker 5 (23:54):
So do we. The butt slam.
Speaker 7 (23:57):
Why did we.
Speaker 4 (23:57):
Stop doing the butt slams, our phone pranks? We had
so much fun doing those.
Speaker 5 (24:01):
We did have fun. I don't know why we don't
do them.
Speaker 21 (24:03):
It's because you needed my story.
Speaker 5 (24:05):
Are you going to lead us into a butt slam?
Speaker 24 (24:07):
This is John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 4 (24:09):
Whoa, you got butt slam.
Speaker 9 (24:14):
John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 10 (24:16):
All right.
Speaker 12 (24:17):
Hi, what up?
Speaker 24 (24:19):
Hey.
Speaker 12 (24:20):
Me llamo Escortin. I'm listening on iHeartRadio in Oklahoma on
93.7 KRQ Tucson. Z100 Portland, Animal 47, Kiss FM Phoenix.
Thank you very much for everything you do. And I
was hoping you could bring back the butt slam phone scam.
Speaker 14 (24:38):
Butt slam!
Speaker 5 (24:40):
John Jay and Rich. Phone scam, butt scam, butt slam.
Speaker 4 (24:44):
We're scanning butts is what we're doing.
Speaker 5 (24:46):
So this is, you know, it's a fun little prank.
We're going to call somebody up, we mess with them
on the phone, we have some fun with them, and
then they get a hangout.
Speaker 7 (24:52):
Butt slam!
Speaker 5 (24:52):
John Jay and Rich. Okay.
Speaker 21 (24:57):
I've been really excited about this. So my husband just
spent all this money putting permanent lights around our house.
Speaker 11 (25:09):
Okay.
Speaker 21 (25:09):
Like, like for the holidays, like the holiday lights.
Speaker 5 (25:11):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 6 (25:12):
The permanent.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 12 (25:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 21 (25:13):
He got them permanently installed.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Great.
Speaker 22 (25:15):
Wonderful.
Speaker 21 (25:17):
They're mostly for Christmas, but here's the kicker. He's a
huge ASU fan. So when it's not the holidays, our
house is lit up with gold and maroon lights.
Speaker 5 (25:29):
Love it.
Speaker 21 (25:30):
Yeah, so does he. So does he.
Speaker 5 (25:34):
But here's the thing.
Speaker 21 (25:34):
We already got an email from the HOA saying that
the lights might not be approved and we may have
to take them down.
Speaker 5 (25:40):
Uh-huh.
Speaker 9 (25:41):
That's the old HOA letter.
Speaker 7 (25:42):
I got that same letter.
Speaker 4 (25:44):
I got that same letter because we had a client
of ours put them up, and the day they went up,
I got a letter, and I still haven't taken them
down and haven't answered the letter.
Speaker 21 (25:53):
Here's where the butt slam comes in. We barely know
our neighbors. And ever since the HOA reached out, my
husband keeps saying, I wish one of these neighbors would
say something to my face. I'd give him a piece
of my mind. But let me tell you guys, he's
a total wuss.
Speaker 1 (26:10):
Yes.
Speaker 21 (26:10):
Like it's so funny. So he talks so tough when
nobody's around. But if you called pretending to be our
neighbors and actually confronted him about these lights.
Speaker 12 (26:19):
Yes.
Speaker 21 (26:20):
He's going to panic.
Speaker 5 (26:21):
Please let us do this.
Speaker 4 (26:22):
Please let us do this.
Speaker 13 (26:23):
Yes.
Speaker 14 (26:24):
Yes.
Speaker 21 (26:24):
Today he's working from home. So he's literally just sitting
at his laptop with his phone like right next to
him and he'll answer.
Speaker 5 (26:31):
I totally get why he married you.
Speaker 9 (26:32):
This is so funny.
Speaker 5 (26:33):
I get why he married you. You're unbelievably awesome. What's
your husband's name?
Speaker 21 (26:37):
I don't know if he's going to think that afterwards,
but yes, it's a risk I'm willing to take.
Speaker 5 (26:42):
What's his name?
Speaker 11 (26:43):
Derek.
Speaker 5 (26:44):
Okay. The one they call Derek. So what do we do?
We call as neighbors? Yes.
Speaker 4 (26:49):
I would like to be on the homeowners association. I
would like to be Rick Barron and I would like
to challenge him on his light display.
Speaker 5 (26:56):
Do it.
Speaker 9 (26:57):
Fantastic.
Speaker 4 (26:58):
I'm excited about this. And John Jay, you will be
my lovely wife, Stacey Barrett. Stacey Barrett.
Speaker 5 (27:05):
Uncle Kyle Payne, they're women.
Speaker 9 (27:07):
It's more funny when you do it.
Speaker 5 (27:08):
You guys could be our children.
Speaker 7 (27:10):
Stacey Barrett.
Speaker 5 (27:12):
All right. I need big words. Oh, yeah.
Speaker 7 (27:17):
Pedantic.
Speaker 5 (27:17):
Call him pedantic and pejorative. That's what I hear all
the time.
Speaker 11 (27:20):
Pejorative.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
Hello?
Speaker 10 (27:30):
Hello?
Speaker 1 (27:30):
Oh, hi.
Speaker 5 (27:31):
Is this Derek? Yeah, this is Derek. Hey, Derek.
Speaker 4 (27:34):
Rick Barron, your neighbor. Also happen to be a member
of the HOA. How are you this morning? Did I
catch you at a good time?
Speaker 9 (27:40):
I mean, yeah.
Speaker 5 (27:41):
What's going on?
Speaker 4 (27:42):
Oh, excellent. I am your neighbor right on the other
side of the wall to you. And I guess you
must be a big ol' ASU fan. Congratulations. I saw
your new likes up there.
Speaker 26 (27:52):
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 5 (27:55):
You an ASU alum?
Speaker 11 (27:56):
Yeah, I actually am.
Speaker 4 (27:58):
Big fan of Sparky, are you? My wife and I,
we're Scottsdale Community College. We are the fighting artichokes. Wouldn't
hurt you to put a little green in there for
the artichokes every now and then, huh? Oh, dear. We
are the Scottsdale artichokes. Hey, listen, we sent you a
(28:18):
letter here from the HOA and you did not respond
regarding the brightness and the permission to put the lights up.
I don't know if you know that that's a significant fine.
Speaker 5 (28:28):
Uh, when did you, you sent a letter, you said?
Speaker 4 (28:30):
Sent a letter, yes, right to your house. In fact,
I dropped it off in your mailbox. Kind of hard
to believe that you would have missed.
Speaker 5 (28:34):
It, actually. In fact, since I didn't hear from.
Speaker 4 (28:36):
You, I put another one in there. I'm your neighbor,
Rick Barrett.
Speaker 2 (28:40):
Oh, no, no, I gotcha, I gotcha.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
My wife, Stacey Barrett, is making breakfast right now. Stacey,
how's it going over there?
Speaker 5 (28:45):
It's going good, baby.
Speaker 4 (28:46):
I'm talking to the light guy. So interesting problem with
your lights. Now, this is embarrassing. I don't want to
embarrass my wife, but I feel like I need to
talk to you about this. So it looks like, you know,
it looks like the runway of the airport, you know,
at night. It's really, really bright. And my wife and I,
when we like to get intimate, she doesn't like any
light at all. So all I'm seeing is the lights
(29:08):
coming through. And my wife, Stacy, you won't get undressed
in front of the lights, will you, baby?
Speaker 5 (29:14):
Oh, don't be talking about that stuff in the bedroom.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
She won't get undressed in front of lights, and I
haven't been able to make love, sweet, sweet, slow, sexy
love to my wife in weeks now because of your lights.
And I would like you from, I don't know, 930
to 1030, maybe turn them down and give me about
an hour to make my move. Otherwise, I mean, that's
a pretty hefty fine there. That's a hefty fine. I'd
(29:37):
like to fine you.
Speaker 5 (29:38):
It's a $ 3, 000 fine. I get you.
Speaker 10 (29:40):
I get you.
Speaker 11 (29:41):
Well, listen, so, I mean, I do turn them off.
Speaker 10 (29:44):
Or they get dimmed down around 11 o'clock.
Speaker 4 (29:46):
No, no, they do not because I've been trying to make–
remember last night, Stacy, when I tried to make sweet
love to you at around 11.15 and the lights were
so bright? And you were like, I am not getting
naked for you, Rick Barron.
Speaker 5 (29:57):
Oh, my God, baby, stop. Just stop telling him all
our special stuff.
Speaker 4 (30:02):
So what I've done here is I've found your password.
Sparky is your wireless network. I've just downloaded the Jellyfish app.
And from those hours, I've picked a nice soft amber
so that when I make love, then it's not, you know,
it's not overpowering.
Speaker 19 (30:16):
Hold on, rewind for a second.
Speaker 5 (30:18):
I have your wireless.
Speaker 4 (30:20):
I've reprogrammed your lights. So every night from about 8.30
to 11.30, it'll be just a soft, soft amber, like
every five lights or so. And then when my artichokes play,
I've turned to green on the weekends. Let's go, Scottsdale! Fightin' artichokes!
We've got a really good field hockey team.
Speaker 1 (30:36):
Whatever HOA thing you're telling me I did, I think
that's a serious violation that is probably a criminal violation.
Speaker 5 (30:42):
I don't think so, and I am looking forward to
making love tonight. Mm-hmm, baby. You know, there's other things
we can do. You can do whatever you want with
your life, but you're not touching my life. You're not
doing anything with my life.
Speaker 4 (30:55):
I've already done that. I've already programmed it. So you're welcome.
Speaker 5 (30:58):
And then you won't.
Speaker 15 (30:59):
Have to pay them. Where are you at right now?
Speaker 5 (31:00):
Where are you at right now?
Speaker 4 (31:01):
I'm standing on my back porch talking to you on
my cell phone. Can you see? I could wave hello
to you over the wall. I could jump over a
little bit.
Speaker 5 (31:06):
No, baby.
Speaker 7 (31:07):
I'm sunbathing right now.
Speaker 5 (31:08):
Oh, don't look over the wall. I'm sunbathing. She's shy.
She's shy. She's sunbathing. Don't look over the wall. Don't
look at my wife.
Speaker 15 (31:15):
If you want to talk about this in person, we
can do that.
Speaker 10 (31:17):
We can do that right now if you want to.
Speaker 5 (31:18):
Do you want to wrestle me in your front yard?
Speaker 7 (31:20):
Peek-a-boo, Derek.
Speaker 12 (31:21):
Peek-a-boo.
Speaker 13 (31:22):
Peek-a-boo.
Speaker 5 (31:22):
I'm outside right now if you want. I'm outside right
now if you want.
Speaker 4 (31:26):
I will make love to my woman, and I will
come out and wrestle you in the front yard.
Speaker 5 (31:29):
Is that what you want?
Speaker 4 (31:30):
Whatever you want to your.
Speaker 10 (31:33):
Wife.
Speaker 21 (31:34):
I don't give.
Speaker 5 (31:35):
A f * * *.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
Oh, my God.
Speaker 21 (31:36):
Good morning, sweetheart.
Speaker 4 (31:39):
Oh, my God.
Speaker 21 (31:41):
Did you tell them everything on your mind? Did you
let them have it?
Speaker 8 (31:48):
I am literally stomping around our house, darling.
Speaker 10 (31:51):
Where are you at?
Speaker 22 (31:52):
Is there somebody outside?
Speaker 15 (31:54):
Don't worry about that.
Speaker 21 (31:55):
Don't worry about that. I'll come back with coffee.
Speaker 15 (31:58):
You just got butt slammed.
Speaker 5 (31:59):
Butt slammed. Whoa, you got butt slammed.
Speaker 16 (32:06):
Good morning.
Speaker 13 (32:07):
Good morning.
Speaker 5 (32:13):
Just jokes, Derek. You're fine. You're just fine. He's having fun, yes. Okay,
so this is the radio. Okay, I got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 15 (32:23):
You're on the radio.
Speaker 5 (32:25):
No, nobody knows. Nobody cares.
Speaker 4 (32:28):
They're fine. I won't be making sweet love tonight. Forks up.
Speaker 5 (32:34):
Thanks, brother. Thanks for jumping on with us, Janae. That
was cute. I'm glad you brought it back.
Speaker 21 (32:38):
You got it, guys.
Speaker 5 (32:39):
I'm going to get you for this, honey.
Speaker 11 (32:41):
I'm going to get my revamp.
Speaker 5 (32:45):
My butt is getting slammed tonight.
Speaker 12 (32:47):
Hello.
Speaker 26 (32:47):
11 p.m., you're going to get it.
Speaker 5 (32:50):
You, my friend, have just been butt slammed.
Speaker 18 (32:53):
Getting nothing but a busy signal?
Speaker 5 (32:55):
Text JJR.
Speaker 18 (32:57):
Then the words, call me to 96893. Get your voice heard.
Speaker 5 (33:01):
Kelly, good morning.
Speaker 22 (33:02):
I just wanted to talk about something that really annoys
me about my husband.
Speaker 25 (33:05):
Okay.
Speaker 22 (33:07):
So we'll watch TV and whenever a character will just
say something weird or interesting, he'll pause it and have
to mansplain me for five minutes what that means.
Speaker 4 (33:18):
Explain that. How does that?
Speaker 5 (33:20):
Mansplain that, please.
Speaker 1 (33:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 22 (33:23):
Like he's just going to say, you know, like, I
don't know if the character says like this is a
character doing CPR, for example. And then he's going to
pause the show and then he's going to explain to me,
you know, where was CPR invented? You know, who invented it?
And then, you know, and I'm like, well, I that's nice.
But I already forgot what the plot was of the
show because it's been five minutes. So please let me
(33:45):
watch my TV.
Speaker 9 (33:47):
That would be so annoying. I would die.
Speaker 5 (33:50):
It's CPR, cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Oh, my God.
Speaker 4 (33:53):
I would want to smack him.
Speaker 9 (33:56):
Just watch the show.
Speaker 5 (33:57):
All right. Thanks, Kelly. Thanks for calling in. Oh, go ahead.
You have more. Go ahead.
Speaker 22 (34:02):
Yeah, and this is why we don't go to the
movie theaters. We haven't been to the movies.
Speaker 5 (34:06):
In five years. Pause the movie. Pause the movie. Stop
the IMAX, please. You know, that's funny. You can't pause
the movie, but it's so funny going to the movie nowadays.
I wish I had the text on the screen of
the movie theaters.
Speaker 9 (34:16):
I know, I need the captions.
Speaker 5 (34:17):
It's such a bummer that you can't do that.
Speaker 8 (34:19):
They should start adding that in theaters so you can
pick a theater to go to that has the captions.
Speaker 7 (34:22):
I'm with you.
Speaker 5 (34:23):
Because I would. Thanks for calling in, Kelly.
Speaker 22 (34:25):
Well, if my husband went with you, he was probably
just to read to you what the.
Speaker 5 (34:29):
So the guy got bit by a spider, and now
he's got these really good talents, and he can do
everything a spider can.
Speaker 9 (34:37):
They're playing dramatic music right now.
Speaker 5 (34:40):
You know, I was watching a show. I was watching
Jack Reacher on Amazon the other day, and it's so
funny sometimes when they have... the captions and let's, it, it, it,
there was all you saw on the screen with like,
it was like a, a beautiful countryside view, but you
heard bugs. It was bugs. And it says on the screen,
bugs trilling. It was like, Oh, that's what that's called.
Speaker 1 (35:03):
Wow.
Speaker 8 (35:03):
Or, or like if there's a certain music, it'll be
high energetic music playing. Like, Ooh, you're right. There is
high energetic music playing, but thank you, Kelly. Thanks for listening.
Speaker 10 (35:12):
Thanks.
Speaker 5 (35:14):
What does your spouse do wrong? You know, we're getting
into this because of Kyle's husband. Oh, we are? Because
he can't feed his dog.
Speaker 4 (35:19):
Oh, he can't do anything wrong.
Speaker 5 (35:20):
He cannot feed her dog. He's like a model citizen.
Because Kyle is also a high-maintenance mom.
Speaker 9 (35:26):
Very true.
Speaker 5 (35:27):
Bree, what does your spouse do wrong?
Speaker 25 (35:30):
So my husband and I, we own a Kona ice truck,
and one of the things we have to do is
we have to keep it super clean, so we're constantly
washing the truck. And we have constantly tried washing it together,
and we have discovered that is the one thing we
cannot do together. We can work on the truck for
hours and hours, and it's 90-plus degrees. But if we're
trying to wash the truck together, it's going to be– yeah,
(35:54):
it's not going to work because he's raising with the hose,
and then I tell him he's washing it wrong, and
it's just– Every single time, it is a.
Speaker 5 (36:01):
Fight, no matter what. What is a Kona ice truck?
Speaker 25 (36:06):
So it's like Hawaiian shaved ice. It's got like a
penguin on the side of it.
Speaker 15 (36:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (36:13):
They have them in Arizona.
Speaker 5 (36:14):
I love Hawaii.
Speaker 9 (36:15):
My kids are always excited when the Kona ice trucks, like,
at their sports games.
Speaker 7 (36:18):
The Tiger's Blood?
Speaker 5 (36:20):
Oh, the best.
Speaker 9 (36:21):
Tiger's Blood's so good.
Speaker 7 (36:22):
So good.
Speaker 23 (36:23):
Tiger's Blood is so good.
Speaker 25 (36:24):
It's fun, but we had our first, like, little spill
on the track, and I'm just like, I have Tiger's
Blood all over, and I'm like, it's a good thing
this is, like, a shaved ice track, because, like, if
I got pulled over right now and had this, like,
in the backseat of my car, it literally looks like.
Speaker 5 (36:38):
There's, like, a homicide. Ha ha ha! Is there just
one Kona ice truck or are there several and you
own one?
Speaker 25 (36:46):
No, we own one and it's actually started in Kentucky.
I think there's 1,700 of them across the United States.
Speaker 21 (36:53):
Yeah, so look us up.
Speaker 5 (36:55):
Do you do the ice with that sometimes? Like when
you're in Hawaii, you get it. They put ice cream
in it and then you put ice on top of it?
Speaker 26 (37:02):
We do not.
Speaker 5 (37:03):
Oh, it's my favorite. Just Kona ice. What was that?
I said just Kona ice.
Speaker 25 (37:09):
Just Kona ice, yeah. Some people do the ice cream
at the bottom, but we haven't ventured into that yet.
Speaker 5 (37:17):
You've got to do that. Get yourself some cookies.
Speaker 25 (37:19):
Yeah, I know that's a great idea.
Speaker 5 (37:20):
Put the Tillamook ice cream in there and then put
the ice on top. Let's go. Come on, Bree. I'm
helping you out. I want you guys to figure out
how to clean together. Thanks for calling in, Bree. Thank
you for listening.
Speaker 21 (37:29):
All right, thanks.
Speaker 15 (37:31):
Bye.
Speaker 5 (37:31):
Michelle, what does your spouse do wrong?
Speaker 15 (37:34):
My husband. One day I came home from work and...
He had done the dishes for me. So I was
super happy. I was like, oh, great, wonderful. And so
a little bit later, I went to go and grab
something to drink. And I grabbed the glass and I
got a whiff of something. I'm like, okay, what was
(37:56):
that smell? And then I was like, where's it coming from?
And I realized it was the glass I was holding.
I took a whiff. So I was like, I had
to shut my eyes and think. And then I'm like,
I asked him, I said, honey. When you wash the dishes,
what did you use? And he's like, oh, well, Pine Sol.
And I'm like, no, you don't use Pine Sol to
wash dishes. It's supposed to use dish soap. And he's like,
(38:20):
I didn't know that. He's like, well, I use it
to clean the floors. I'm like, I know, but that's
different from the dishes. So needless to say, I had
to get all the dishes that were in the rack,
throw them all back and rewash them with bleach. And
I thought the smell would never come out. I was like,
you're going to buy me new dishes.
Speaker 9 (38:37):
You know that, right?
Speaker 5 (38:38):
His heart was in the right place.
Speaker 9 (38:40):
Yeah, he was trying.
Speaker 15 (38:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 13 (38:42):
You know you should appreciate it. But at the same time,
it's like, oh, my gosh.
Speaker 1 (38:46):
I know.
Speaker 15 (38:47):
So even to this day, that was like probably five
years ago. And if I come home and he's like, oh,
I did the dishes. I'm like, OK, with soap, right?
And he's like, oh, yeah, I don't let him live
it down.
Speaker 5 (38:57):
That's great, Michelle. Thanks for sharing that with us. Have
a great day.
Speaker 23 (39:00):
Yeah, not a problem.
Speaker 15 (39:02):
You too. Bye bye.
Speaker 5 (39:03):
Kelly, good morning. What did your spouse do wrong?
Speaker 16 (39:06):
Okay, it's not my spouse. It's my parents.
Speaker 5 (39:09):
Okay.
Speaker 16 (39:09):
My mom micromanages everything my dad does, so he volunteers
to dust, and she'll be like, you're doing it wrong.
And I'm like, Mom, how is he dusting wrong? He's
not throwing dirt back on the furniture.
Speaker 5 (39:20):
Poor dad.
Speaker 16 (39:22):
It's like, leave him alone.
Speaker 15 (39:23):
I know.
Speaker 16 (39:23):
It's like dusting is literally the worst household job, and
he'll volunteer to do it, and she just stands there
and crumples.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Him.
Speaker 4 (39:33):
But you must love her, because he's still there. He's
still doing it.
Speaker 16 (39:36):
Yeah, they've been married, I think, 52 years.
Speaker 7 (39:40):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (39:40):
That's awesome. That's awesome. Well, thank you for listening, Kelly.
Speaker 6 (39:42):
All right, take care.
Speaker 5 (39:45):
Leah, what does your spouse do wrong?
Speaker 14 (39:48):
Okay, so you guys, my husband is an absolute walking
spoiler alert. He can't help it, but he cannot tell
a story without completely ruining the ending.
Speaker 2 (40:00):
We'll be at dinner.
Speaker 14 (40:01):
With friends and someone will, let's say, mention a movie
that they haven't seen yet. And he'll just go and
be like, oh, that's the one where the dad dies.
Speaker 19 (40:12):
And I'm like, why would you do that?
Speaker 11 (40:16):
Do that.
Speaker 19 (40:17):
Why would you say that?
Speaker 14 (40:19):
And he generally doesn't understand why people get mad.
Speaker 11 (40:23):
Like he goes, sorry, it just came out of my mouth.
Speaker 14 (40:26):
Like I've had so many shows, movies, like you name it,
ruined for me. And I told him he needs to
start introducing himself with a spoiler warning before he meets, like,
you know, before he starts talking about anything really.
Speaker 5 (40:41):
I think if it's current TV shows, maybe, you know,
but if he goes, yeah, you know that show where
the guy sees dead people and he's dead the whole time?
Speaker 8 (40:47):
The Sixth Sense? Like, that came out in 98. It's
like people upset when we talked about the Odyssey, that
we ruined it. Like, that was a book that's 10,000
years old.
Speaker 5 (40:56):
Like, it's not our fault. You know? So anyway, I'm
kind of with your husband on that.
Speaker 4 (41:02):
I love that his nickname is Spoiler Alert, though.
Speaker 9 (41:05):
That's so funny.
Speaker 11 (41:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (41:06):
Well, thanks for sharing that. That is a good one.
Speaker 8 (41:08):
Your husband ruins movies and TV shows.
Speaker 5 (41:10):
Thank you.
Speaker 27 (41:11):
Hey, Stephanie, good morning.
Speaker 5 (41:23):
You're on the air. What's going on?
Speaker 23 (41:24):
Hi, how are you guys?
Speaker 1 (41:25):
Great.
Speaker 5 (41:26):
What's up?
Speaker 23 (41:27):
I'm just driving to work and I listen to you
guys on the podcast and I'm super duper far behind.
Speaker 15 (41:33):
Um, so I was listening, there.
Speaker 23 (41:35):
Was a girl that called in, her name was Devaney, Devaney,
mine's Devaney.
Speaker 3 (41:39):
I thought that was super cool.
Speaker 23 (41:40):
And then the next one, um, I think you guys
are talking about what you don't pay for anymore because
it's too expensive. And my mom called, her name's Audie.
And I was like, oh my God, what the heck?
Speaker 2 (41:52):
I just thought it was super.
Speaker 23 (41:53):
Cool that I'm so far behind and you're my mom.
Speaker 4 (41:56):
That's so funny.
Speaker 9 (41:58):
Your mom never mentioned to you she was, like, on
with us?
Speaker 14 (42:01):
No, didn't call.
Speaker 23 (42:02):
And I listen to you guys all the time.
Speaker 14 (42:04):
I've been listening to you guys since.
Speaker 23 (42:05):
I was probably four.
Speaker 4 (42:07):
Remind us of what your mom decided she wasn't going
to pay for anymore because it was too expensive.
Speaker 7 (42:11):
It was cable.
Speaker 23 (42:12):
She has like three streaming ones now and they think
it's the coolest thing ever.
Speaker 5 (42:18):
You know what they should do? They should just bundle
all these ads together. Just one big, one.
Speaker 4 (42:24):
Big F tornado and they should call it cable.
Speaker 5 (42:30):
So I wonder if your mom listens live or listens
to the podcast or do you tell her that you
were on with us or just wait for her to
see if she hears you call in?
Speaker 23 (42:37):
I'll have to have her listen now, but I think
because I live in Colorado, and they live in Cheyenne, Wyoming,
and we get you guys there. So I know she
listens live, but I've been listening to you guys on
the podcast for a while.
Speaker 5 (42:50):
Well, that's great, Devaney. Thanks for calling in, and thanks
for listening.
Speaker 12 (42:52):
Hi, Mom.
Speaker 13 (42:54):
Surprise.
Speaker 6 (42:55):
Surprise.
Speaker 12 (42:56):
Surprise.
Speaker 5 (42:58):
Bye, Devaney.
Speaker 7 (42:59):
Thank you, guys.
Speaker 5 (43:00):
You guys are the best. In the city Remember you
used to drive a Yukon Alyssa.
Speaker 24 (43:08):
Yes.
Speaker 5 (43:09):
Good morning.
Speaker 17 (43:10):
Hi, good morning.
Speaker 5 (43:11):
What are you doing right now?
Speaker 19 (43:12):
I'm actually home for once, just with the baby.
Speaker 5 (43:15):
Okay, good. Well, you are contested for a minute to
win it. You have a chance at $ 1, 000 of Pat
Hickey's money. Okay.
Speaker 18 (43:22):
John Jay and Rich have $ 1, 000 cash for you from
Peoria Ford right now.
Speaker 12 (43:27):
Minute to win it.
Speaker 4 (43:28):
Okay, Alyssa, 60 seconds on the clock. You are going
to rock this. Get all of them right and you
win $ 1, 000. Here we go. What K-pop band has the
fastest sellout of a world tour in history?
Speaker 25 (43:44):
Man, I don't really know.
Speaker 13 (43:46):
BTS.
Speaker 3 (43:46):
I'm going to say BTS.
Speaker 4 (43:47):
What annual music festival takes place in Indio, California?
Speaker 11 (43:52):
Coachella.
Speaker 4 (43:54):
What human organ can regenerate itself to nearly its original
size after part of it is removed?
Speaker 2 (44:01):
The liver.
Speaker 4 (44:03):
Which sport uses a puck? What superhero is known as
the Man of Steel?
Speaker 1 (44:11):
Man.
Speaker 4 (44:12):
Bangkok is a city in what country?
Speaker 17 (44:16):
It's in.
Speaker 3 (44:19):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 1 (44:20):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 20 (44:23):
When I saw the Hangover movie, they were in Thailand?
Speaker 4 (44:29):
The Odyssey is a famous epic written by whom?
Speaker 17 (44:39):
I don't want to get one.
Speaker 9 (44:41):
Oh, Alyssa, you ran out of time.
Speaker 5 (44:45):
You were rolling, too.
Speaker 7 (44:47):
Odysseus.
Speaker 4 (44:48):
No, no, it's that. Odysseus is in the Odyssey. Homer
wrote the Odyssey.
Speaker 24 (44:53):
Oh, Homer.
Speaker 9 (44:54):
Yeah, I would have not gotten that.
Speaker 7 (44:56):
I would not.
Speaker 11 (44:58):
Have gotten that either.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
You got me on that one.
Speaker 5 (45:01):
You did really, really good.
Speaker 4 (45:02):
I'm impressed, especially with a new baby. You're probably getting
no sleep, so I'm impressed.
Speaker 5 (45:06):
I'll give you this.
Speaker 4 (45:06):
Sitting ovation.
Speaker 5 (45:09):
Alyssa, thanks for listening. Thank you for playing. John Jay
and Rich. So I want to give you guys a
little behind the scenes and some inside information.
Speaker 12 (45:22):
All right.
Speaker 5 (45:23):
The other day, Kyle was semi-bragging that you were bragging
about your phone.
Speaker 9 (45:30):
I wasn't semi-bragging. I was like full on bragging.
Speaker 5 (45:33):
That your phone, which is a, what is it?
Speaker 9 (45:34):
It's a Samsung.
Speaker 5 (45:35):
The Samsung's taken over Apple.
Speaker 12 (45:37):
Yes.
Speaker 25 (45:37):
Because it is.
Speaker 9 (45:39):
I stand by that.
Speaker 5 (45:40):
And you were like, and now you guys stopped complaining
about my green text. And I was like, I haven't
complained about your phone. But then, then. Ms. Samsung here
later that day is like God's hand, karma.
Speaker 13 (45:49):
It literally was my karma because I was reading to
you how like Apple is using all of Samsung's technology.
Like if they unveil, I think it's this week that
they could be unveiling a foldable phone. Like we're already
on like that 10th version of that with Samsung. So
I'm like a big fan until yesterday, actually two days ago,
my group chats started like giving me this message saying,
(46:11):
this group chat's unavailable for you right now.
Speaker 9 (46:12):
And I'm like, what are you talking about? So- Do
you remember when.
Speaker 13 (46:16):
It was really difficult to text between iPhone and Samsung
pictures and videos?
Speaker 9 (46:21):
It was a whole thing.
Speaker 13 (46:22):
And then they came out with RCS messaging. It was
the new thing that made that possible and amazing. Well,
apparently there's something wrong with my RCS messaging and it
literally shut my phone down. So I spent, I kid
you not, over two hours on the phone with customer
care trying trying to figure out what the problem is
(46:42):
restarting my phone clearing the cash getting the messages sending
a new e-sim all the things like a million things
all the things the third person that i was talking
to this is an hour and a half in and
i'm like getting to the point where i'm like okay
this is very frustrating she's like you just.
Speaker 5 (46:55):
Chill on your couch doing this are you doing things.
Speaker 13 (46:58):
No, I'm like personalizing cooling towels for my son's baseball team.
Speaker 5 (47:02):
Oh, so you're doing stuff. I just figured waiting on
the phone sucks. Personalizing cooling towels.
Speaker 13 (47:06):
And when I finished that, I ran to Costco. So
I didn't like stop my life.
Speaker 5 (47:10):
However- Oh yeah, I know you were at Costco. I
got a message that someone saw you in the wild.
Kyle in the wild.
Speaker 10 (47:14):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 5 (47:14):
I'm so glad that Kyle comes to my Costco, she said.
Speaker 9 (47:17):
That's so funny.
Speaker 13 (47:18):
No, so I did have to go. Okay, so the
third person I talked to, the lady literally says, and I.
Speaker 9 (47:23):
Quote, I have no idea what's going on. Click, hung
up on me. And I was like, okay.
Speaker 13 (47:30):
And she had my callback number. So I waited a
little while. I'm like, she's going to call back for sure.
Speaker 16 (47:35):
Right?
Speaker 9 (47:36):
No, no call back.
Speaker 13 (47:37):
And so I look at my phone and I go
to call my husband and it said, your phone's not
connected to a cellular network.
Speaker 9 (47:44):
So she shut my phone down.
Speaker 13 (47:46):
Now, not only do my text messages with group chats
not work, but my phone literally doesn't work. So I
literally go to my carrier store and I get there
and the guy legit says, yeah, you might want to
go to like a geek squad or something like that,
like a phone repair shop.
Speaker 9 (48:02):
We're not really trained to do any of the tech stuff.
And I was like, Okay, because my phone doesn't work
right now, but okay.
Speaker 7 (48:07):
How have you been living your life without a working
cellular device?
Speaker 13 (48:11):
Okay, well, two minutes later, I go into the car
and I'm very frustrated. I look at my phone and
all of a sudden it's reconnected to the cellular network.
So I'm like, I'm just going to try one more time.
I'm going to go home and then I got to
leave to go get the kids. Well, usually when I leave,
I tell my husband who works from home that I'm
like going to go, but I'm like, I don't have time.
I'll just call him. but my phone wasn't working when
(48:32):
I left. So I literally had to go like tech free.
I was like, how do people communicate without phones? Meanwhile,
I could have just walked in the backyard because that's
where he was, but there's no time for that.
Speaker 9 (48:40):
So I literally like, I was like, I don't know
what to do.
Speaker 13 (48:42):
I found a sticky note and I literally wrote him
a note like the olden days.
Speaker 9 (48:47):
And I was like, gonna leave. Phone's not working. Maybe
I'll call you when it's working again or not. I
have no idea. And it was bottom line is my
text message still don't work.
Speaker 5 (48:56):
But where'd you put the sticky note?
Speaker 13 (48:58):
Okay, I just put it on the back door because
that's what he walks in and out of.
Speaker 4 (49:00):
Yeah, he's going to see it.
Speaker 7 (49:01):
Oh my gosh, I'm shocked that you guys don't write notes.
We literally write sticky notes and leave them for each other.
Speaker 9 (49:06):
All the time.
Speaker 5 (49:06):
Wait, wait, wait. You can get up and leave a
sticky note, but you can't get up and say, I'm leaving.
Speaker 9 (49:12):
A hundred percent.
Speaker 15 (49:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (49:13):
Because then I would have to walk all the way
in the back yard.
Speaker 5 (49:15):
And at this point, I just like yell the way
you yell. Your voice carries when you.
Speaker 8 (49:20):
Yell.
Speaker 13 (49:20):
I was so frustrated that yes, I probably could have,
but I was just like.
Speaker 9 (49:24):
I cannot stop down my day. I have to go
to Costco now to do other things. So I don't
know what's going on.
Speaker 13 (49:30):
So if you have a Samsung, because the last guy
that I talked to, that was the last 45 minutes
on with customer care after the phone restarted back up.
said he believes it's a Samsung issue with the latest
software update. So I think I'm probably not the only
one with RCS chats not working.
Speaker 9 (49:46):
You don't do software updates, though. If you have found
a workaround, please let me know.
Speaker 7 (49:51):
Okay, so what if Apple comes and spends all this
money on Samsung to use their technology, but really Apple's
going there and infiltrating the system and shutting down all
of the Samsung. So everyone has to go and buy Apple.
Speaker 9 (50:04):
You know what? It could be.
Speaker 4 (50:05):
It could be anything.
Speaker 9 (50:06):
I just want to be able to text gifs and memes.
Speaker 5 (50:10):
Come on back to the blue text scale.
Speaker 4 (50:12):
You were once one of us.
Speaker 10 (50:13):
Come on back.
Speaker 4 (50:14):
No, never. Come on back.
Speaker 5 (50:15):
You know what's funny is that you're at Costco and
I wish I messaged, somebody messaged me. I just saw
Kyle at Costco. I'm so glad she goes to my Costco.
And I'm like, oh my God, what's your number? And
I don't know. This is the problem with having too
good of a working phone. is I don't know if
it was DMs on Facebook, DMs on Instagram, if it
was DMs on Twitter, if it was a text line,
if it was an email. That's the problem. I wish
(50:37):
there was just one way to get a hold of us.
You could call us. You can text us. You can
talk back to us.
Speaker 7 (50:41):
There's so many ways.
Speaker 5 (50:42):
There's so many ways.
Speaker 8 (50:42):
They're very happy. I don't know if somebody works there.
They're very happy you go to her Costco.
Speaker 5 (50:46):
Oh, that's fun. Just leave us a sticky note. Yeah,
let's go back to that. If you know where the
station is.
Speaker 4 (50:51):
Leave us a sticky note.
Speaker 9 (50:52):
Just go tech-free.
Speaker 18 (50:53):
Are you following us on Insta? Get us up and
get caught up in the lore of the Doom Scroll.
Speaker 5 (50:58):
Hi, Danielle. You're on the air. Good morning.
Speaker 7 (51:00):
Hi.
Speaker 2 (51:00):
Yeah, so, hello. I was supposed to get married next year.
And so, my best friend has been weird about my
fiancé basically since I met him, right? And I always
Just assumed that she didn't like him. Maybe I'm spending
too much.
Speaker 4 (51:20):
Time with her.
Speaker 2 (51:21):
Not enough with him. Too much time with him. Not
enough with her.
Speaker 1 (51:24):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (51:24):
But recently we got into.
Speaker 11 (51:26):
A huge fight.
Speaker 2 (51:29):
And she finally admits to me that she hooked up
with my fiance.
Speaker 9 (51:35):
And when?
Speaker 4 (51:36):
No.
Speaker 7 (51:38):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (51:39):
Now, okay, to be fair, it was several years before
we met. But they both decided to just not tell me.
Speaker 11 (51:47):
And she'd been standing.
Speaker 2 (51:48):
Next to me helping me plan a wedding for like
a year. So I called off the engagement.
Speaker 7 (51:54):
I did.
Speaker 2 (51:55):
Not because they hooked up, but because the two people
closest to me, like, looked me in the face every
day and decided to lie.
Speaker 7 (52:04):
That I didn't.
Speaker 6 (52:05):
Deserve to know the truth.
Speaker 5 (52:05):
What was the nature of the hookup? Like, what happened? Like,
do you know?
Speaker 2 (52:11):
It was multiple times and I believe it was all
the way. Oh my God.
Speaker 7 (52:17):
So if you, if you're, I mean now ex-fiance and
ex-best friend, if they told you that they had hooked
up before, even if this was, you know, six months ago,
do you think that you would have called off the
engagement or is it just because they continue to.
Speaker 21 (52:29):
Lie to you?
Speaker 2 (52:32):
I think, I hope that I would have been able
to like get over it. It was before I met
him and like, I didn't meet him through her. So
it was not connected. Like they, it wasn't their fault,
but then they're both lying to me. And it feels
like they actually like had this whole, some sort of
relationship outside of me.
Speaker 21 (52:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (52:52):
I would feel that way too.
Speaker 8 (52:54):
I got to tell you though, you got to try
to put yourself in their perspective for a second. They
had this relationship.
Speaker 5 (52:59):
Maybe the friend and the boyfriend at some point didn't
realize how far this was going to go with you.
And now, You're three months into a serious relationship. Now
you're like, do we tell her? Now it's six months in.
Now it's a year, however long you've been together. Like,
oh my God, they're getting married and we've never told her. Like,
let's just nip it. But you know.
Speaker 7 (53:18):
How that conversation goes, right? Like, as soon as Danielle...
brings her new boyfriend around her best friend. They look
at each other. Things are awkward. Then the two of
them decide to go off to the side and say, yeah,
we're not going.
Speaker 9 (53:29):
To tell her.
Speaker 5 (53:30):
Or maybe they never talked about it. Maybe they never
even talked about it.
Speaker 13 (53:32):
Either way, it almost doesn't even matter what was behind
the hiding of it. it's the fact that you like
poor Danielle's been the odd man out this whole time
and they've been holding the secret behind her back whether
they talked about it and conspired behind her back or
just didn't tell her and just it was like an
unspoken thing it almost doesn't even matter because she's felt
so awkward finding it out that like this whole the
(53:55):
whole time extra gloves.
Speaker 4 (53:57):
Like it's sort of like give Danielle the information so
she can decide what she wants to do with it
but If you're both hiding it.
Speaker 8 (54:04):
Actually, the part that bothers me the most is that
you get into a fight with your friend and your
friend uses that to hurt you.
Speaker 5 (54:10):
Yeah, that's also messed up.
Speaker 2 (54:12):
Yeah, it's not like they sat down to tell me.
Speaker 5 (54:14):
A hard truth. Right, she's mad at you. And she's like,
by the way, I slept with David.
Speaker 7 (54:19):
Right, which means that she's in the back of her
head the whole time. Every time you've irritated her, she's like,
you're right.
Speaker 9 (54:24):
That makes it worse.
Speaker 4 (54:26):
And what's your fiance, now that you've broken up and
called off the engagement, what's his excuse or his plea
to get you back.
Speaker 2 (54:33):
He's like, I don't want to hurt your feelings.
Speaker 11 (54:35):
I love you so much.
Speaker 2 (54:37):
And please don't throw away our relationship over one thing.
And I'm like, I'm not going to spend the rest
of my life with someone who doesn't tell me things.
Speaker 15 (54:45):
You know?
Speaker 2 (54:47):
A lie of omission.
Speaker 9 (54:49):
It broke the trust.
Speaker 5 (54:51):
Well, thank you for calling in, Danielle.
Speaker 13 (54:54):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (54:55):
Have a great day.
Speaker 10 (54:58):
Yep.
Speaker 5 (54:58):
Yep. Got to go.
Speaker 7 (55:01):
John Jay and Rich.
Speaker 5 (55:07):
We are like a whole vibe. All right, Kyle, what
do you got? What's his big story?
Speaker 13 (55:10):
Okay, Target just announced they have their new Target Beauty Studio.
And I feel like the beauty section has been under
construction for a while. And now we know why. Because
they're putting more than 1,600 products from 90 beauty brands
into 600 plus stores worldwide. after ending its Ulta Shop partnership.
And now they're just like, here's all the beauty stuff. No,
the Ulta Shop is done?
Speaker 7 (55:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (55:30):
What?
Speaker 9 (55:31):
But they have like great brands. Oh my gosh.
Speaker 13 (55:33):
Okay, so like Dyson, Tula, Billie Eilish fragrances, Ariana Grande fragrances.
So they're adding a whole bunch of new stuff.
Speaker 3 (55:40):
And they're like.
Speaker 9 (55:40):
Just know it's going to be amazing.
Speaker 13 (55:42):
And I'm like scared to walk into Target now because
I know I will not walk out of there without
spending like $ 200.
Speaker 5 (55:48):
Isn't that the ongoing joke with Target? How you say
you're going for one thing and you go for, you
come out with more.
Speaker 9 (55:54):
Or you walk into Target and Target tells you what
you need.
Speaker 5 (55:57):
Now it's worse now because of all this makeup.
Speaker 9 (56:00):
Oh my goodness.
Speaker 7 (56:01):
Especially if they put in some like really big time
name brands. Like if they get a sponsorship with Hailey
Bieber and you put road in there.
Speaker 12 (56:07):
Yeah. Oh yeah. Gosh.
Speaker 7 (56:09):
Rare beauty.
Speaker 12 (56:11):
All of it.
Speaker 9 (56:11):
I need it all.
Speaker 7 (56:12):
That's so exciting.
Speaker 5 (56:12):
So now your husband is going to say, no, Kyle,
don't go to Target.
Speaker 9 (56:15):
I'm telling myself that.
Speaker 7 (56:16):
There's going to be a lot of Target bans, I'm sure,
going on.
Speaker 11 (56:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (56:20):
You think you really are going to not go into Target?
Speaker 9 (56:23):
I will avoid it.
Speaker 5 (56:24):
You will really?
Speaker 13 (56:24):
Yeah, I'm trying to save money right now.
Speaker 9 (56:26):
I do want to check it out, but stop trying
to make me go in there. It's like, no, spend money.
Speaker 8 (56:32):
That's how I feel sometimes when I find a certain
cool store. Like if I go to a Walgreens and
I walk down those aisles, we have all the cool
stuff that you don't normally see that's seen on TV.
Speaker 7 (56:41):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 5 (56:42):
I'd buy all that stuff. Your life could change in
that aisle. If there was an actual building that was
a TikTok store, you could buy all the stuff on TikTok?
For sure.
Speaker 7 (56:49):
It's literally five below. You could literally, you would have
a field day.
Speaker 12 (56:53):
Really?
Speaker 5 (56:53):
At five below.
Speaker 4 (56:54):
Oh, five below is amazing.
Speaker 13 (56:55):
But everything adds up really fast because you're like, it's
five below.
Speaker 7 (56:58):
Exactly.
Speaker 9 (56:58):
And then you go to the checkout and you're like,
it's what?
Speaker 5 (57:00):
I get excited at the dollar store because it's so amazing.
Speaker 3 (57:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (57:03):
Five Below, though, has like things that don't exist elsewhere.
Like if, say, they're going to try out like a
new candy, they'll stick it at Five Below.
Speaker 7 (57:09):
Yeah, but they also have some really cool like knickknacks
and like gadgets.
Speaker 5 (57:13):
Hey, Ricky, what's a store you can't go into? You
just can't be trusted because it's so good.
Speaker 1 (57:18):
Well, I mean, this is, I think, pretty common for
a lot of people, but, you know, I cannot be
trusted in the grocery store if I'm hungry.
Speaker 5 (57:24):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 12 (57:27):
True.
Speaker 9 (57:27):
So true, Ricky.
Speaker 1 (57:28):
I just went in one time for, like, eggs, you know,
eggs and milk, and I left with, I think, a
rotisserie chicken, a birthday cake. Two bottles of champagne and
one of those little pre-made charcuterie boards. I don't know.
Somewhere in there, I decided I was having a social
gathering of just me. But yeah, I just ended up
eating the charcuterie board.
Speaker 10 (57:48):
In the car on the way home. I was really hungry.
Speaker 5 (57:51):
You may want to change my answer now. For me,
it's Sprouts. Oh, yeah. I love going out. They have
so many healthy things, and I want to try everything,
but I'm also just afraid. I was just there yesterday.
I wanted to buy all this dark chocolate. It looks
so good.
Speaker 4 (58:03):
That's why Whole Foods, I think, is smart, because now
they just put eating booths right there. You could buy
your groceries and just sit in a booth and chow down.
Speaker 9 (58:09):
But in Sprouts, when you see treats like that, you
think they're healthy.
Speaker 5 (58:12):
That's what I'm saying. I feel that they're healthy.
Speaker 9 (58:14):
It's like a mind game.
Speaker 5 (58:15):
Thanks, Ricky. Hey, Renee, what's a store you can't be
trusted in?
Speaker 15 (58:20):
Oh, good Lord. It's Costco. It's really bad.
Speaker 17 (58:23):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 13 (58:23):
Actually, that's so valid. I literally am out of toilet
paper right now. And I like to get the toilet
paper at Costco so you.
Speaker 26 (58:29):
Don't have to go.
Speaker 13 (58:30):
And I'm like avoiding it because I'm like, what else
is Costco going to make me buy?
Speaker 15 (58:35):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 11 (58:36):
Okay.
Speaker 26 (58:36):
So my last trip, I kid you not, was a
week ago Sunday. And I am a sucker for a
good sale. I was buying stuff.
Speaker 3 (58:45):
I shopped.
Speaker 26 (58:46):
Not be buying and i'm like coming up with reasons
why i should buy things so yeah it was really.
Speaker 4 (58:52):
Bad what did you get like what's a big ticket
item that you didn't need that you got anyway because
it was on sale um.
Speaker 26 (58:58):
I think uh yeah i bought a dolly like a
moving dolly.
Speaker 13 (59:03):
Yeah yeah dude you will go into costco i'll need
something like that someday.
Speaker 5 (59:08):
Yeah for sure did you put the dolly on the
dolly at Costco?
Speaker 26 (59:14):
It was, yeah. And I think another time I bought
like a, like a, one of those vacuum mop things.
And it actually ended up.
Speaker 19 (59:23):
Being really useful.
Speaker 26 (59:24):
But yeah, the dolly, it still is sitting in its
wrapper in the garage.
Speaker 19 (59:27):
I don't know when I'll use it.
Speaker 13 (59:29):
There is like a weird Costco effect. You'll like go
in for dish soap and you'll come out with like
a canoe. You're like, what just happened?
Speaker 9 (59:35):
It's Costco.
Speaker 15 (59:36):
Yep, yep, yep. It's horrible.
Speaker 26 (59:39):
And then you'll go in and want to buy a
bunch of food and you'll end up buying food that
you'll never eat.
Speaker 5 (59:46):
There's no room for it either. Yeah, the freezer is
chock full.
Speaker 26 (59:50):
It's like, yeah, I was like, I don't have room
in my freezer.
Speaker 21 (59:53):
What am I doing?
Speaker 15 (59:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (59:55):
Thanks, Renee. Thanks for calling in. Boy, everyone's calling for this. Kayla,
what's a store you can't be trusted in? Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 11 (01:00:02):
I cannot be trusted in a TJ Maxx.
Speaker 17 (01:00:04):
Oh, my gosh.
Speaker 9 (01:00:07):
Everyone calling is my spirit animal.
Speaker 5 (01:00:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (01:00:10):
Literally. A few days ago, I went in for a toothpaste,
and I'm not even kidding you. I am looking right
now at two giant bags. You know those bags in
the checkout that you have to buy for 99 cents
when you buy too much shit?
Speaker 5 (01:00:24):
Mm-hmm.
Speaker 11 (01:00:25):
I got two of those right in front of me
that were supposed to be toothpaste, which is why I
didn't bring a bag in.
Speaker 17 (01:00:30):
I came out.
Speaker 11 (01:00:31):
This is so crazy, but right now I'm looking at,
I don't think it's that crazy, actually. I justify it
to myself.
Speaker 15 (01:00:37):
There is a kayak paddle.
Speaker 11 (01:00:38):
In my kitchen. And a six-foot skeleton, because apparently my
brain will justify buying anything with a clearance red tag.
Speaker 5 (01:00:49):
You need to connect with Kyle and get her canoe,
because all you have is a paddle. She's got the canoe.
Speaker 11 (01:00:55):
My boyfriend asked me why I bought the skeleton. And
I told him, well, it's 70% off. And Halloween's going
to be lit.
Speaker 13 (01:01:03):
All right, Kayla, thanks for calling in.
Speaker 11 (01:01:07):
But he was kind of annoyed because we don't even
have a kayak. And I get that. But maybe we
could start kayaking.
Speaker 5 (01:01:13):
There you go. Have a great day. It's John Jane Rich. Lily,
good morning. What is the craziest thing you've seen at
a wedding? Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:01:30):
Hi, good morning. So I thought of this when you
were talking about the themes wedding and I just had
to call it and tell this story because it was
absolutely bananas to be honest. So I went to a wedding,
you know, didn't really know the bride and groom. It
was one of those like really big weddings where it
was like, I was just kind of another face in
(01:01:51):
the crowd. They had all these really great drinks. And
so people were definitely at a point where they had
drank too much and the music was great. So everyone
was dancing and there came a point where the bridal
party started doing, you know, different dances and whatnot. And
also they had like a dozen bridesmaids. And all of
(01:02:15):
a sudden there ends up being like this open space
on the dance floor. And one of the bridesmaids has
the groom on a chair. And then it ends up
starting to veer into like a lap dance situation. And
then she goes like even further and it like ends
(01:02:37):
up being like, we are all hundreds of people watching
this bridesmaid and give a full out lap dance to
the groom.
Speaker 13 (01:02:48):
Tell me the bride wasn't completely PO'd.
Speaker 24 (01:02:51):
Just to paint you this like tableau, you have then the,
like the bridal party, you know, they're like raised tables
right behind the dance floor.
Speaker 6 (01:03:04):
And while this is happening, the bride is like, literally,
it was like a movie. Like she's sitting like in
the middle of, and just watching this. And I swear
to God, she turned green. And like the dance, I mean,
how could you not? And so then the dance ends.
And I mean, like they're both just like clearly drunk.
(01:03:27):
And I don't know, but.
Speaker 24 (01:03:29):
She, it's like slow motion.
Speaker 6 (01:03:32):
The bridesmaid walks up and the bride turns to her
and pours a glass of champagne over her head And
this girl's wearing a silk dress, and it just goes
all over her dress. It was a full glass. And
she says, like, almost announces, she's like, you can have
(01:03:53):
your drink back when you're done with my husband. And
then she storms off. And, like, the rest of the
night kind of kept going, but we didn't see the
bride and groom again. And it was beyond dramatic.
Speaker 7 (01:04:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:04:09):
So what if the bridesmaid that did the dance was
one of the bride's friends or one of the groom's friends?
You know how sometimes grooms have friends that are girls
and you put them in a bridal party?
Speaker 5 (01:04:17):
Like, why would she do that? That's so terrible.
Speaker 7 (01:04:20):
Because she totally wanted him. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (01:04:21):
Or they already had something going on.
Speaker 5 (01:04:23):
That's terrible.
Speaker 7 (01:04:23):
And I mean, honestly, in my opinion, a glass of
champagne is not enough. I probably would.
Speaker 9 (01:04:27):
Have beat the brakes off of her.
Speaker 4 (01:04:29):
And then you've got to out-dance her because she can't
be showed up.
Speaker 9 (01:04:32):
Dance battle. Disrespect.
Speaker 7 (01:04:34):
And then you have to handle your husband after?
Speaker 9 (01:04:37):
That's just icky all around. I hate that.
Speaker 5 (01:04:38):
Well, Lily, thanks for sharing that. That's a good one.
Speaker 8 (01:04:40):
We were talking about getting the craziest thing you've seen
in a wedding, and that's a pretty bad one.
Speaker 5 (01:04:44):
Thank you for calling in.
Speaker 6 (01:04:45):
Yeah, it was crazy.
Speaker 24 (01:04:47):
Yeah, thanks so much.
Speaker 5 (01:04:48):
Good morning, Lindsay.
Speaker 14 (01:04:50):
You're on the air.
Speaker 7 (01:04:58):
Good morning.
Speaker 5 (01:04:59):
What's going on?
Speaker 20 (01:05:00):
So I have like a funny social media mistake story.
Speaker 15 (01:05:03):
Oh, good.
Speaker 5 (01:05:04):
We were totally getting to that last week. Love to
hear it. What happened?
Speaker 20 (01:05:08):
So it didn't happen to me, but it happened to
my best friend. So she accidentally posted on LinkedIn instead
of texting me. I guess she was using Siri and
like she told it to go text Lindsay, but I
guess it heard post on LinkedIn.
Speaker 15 (01:05:22):
So.
Speaker 20 (01:05:23):
It was supposed to be a message to me that said,
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing at this job.
I've been faking it for like the last six months
or whatever. And she posted it publicly with a picture
of herself smiling at her desk.
Speaker 4 (01:05:41):
So all her bosses, all her new employee friends, everybody
sees that?
Speaker 20 (01:05:47):
Yeah, so I guess her boss liked it within, like,
two minutes.
Speaker 17 (01:05:49):
Oh, no.
Speaker 20 (01:05:49):
She called me screaming. She was like, I'm unemployed.
Speaker 15 (01:05:52):
I was like, oh, my gosh.
Speaker 5 (01:05:53):
Did he fire her?
Speaker 20 (01:05:55):
No, no, but he did comment, let's chat on Monday.
Speaker 7 (01:05:58):
Oh, no.
Speaker 5 (01:05:59):
Let's chat.
Speaker 9 (01:06:00):
Let's chat.
Speaker 7 (01:06:01):
Let's chat. You have to sit the whole weekend with
that shit in your stomach.
Speaker 20 (01:06:07):
Yeah, she just pretended the whole weekend that, like, she
did it on purpose, and it was, like, an intentional
joke about, like, imposter syndrome, so.
Speaker 5 (01:06:14):
That is a funny social media flub. That's good. That's
very good. Thanks for sharing it, Lindsay.
Speaker 19 (01:06:20):
Yeah, no problem.
Speaker 5 (01:06:23):
I have the top 10 analog trends we're embracing this year.
Top 10. Analog trends, what does that mean, you ask?
Speaker 7 (01:06:31):
Yeah, I'm like, what is that, an analog clock?
Speaker 9 (01:06:33):
Or like, just no technology?
Speaker 8 (01:06:35):
I'll give you an example of what it means. Reading books,
because I know that someone in here started reading books.
Speaker 7 (01:06:38):
Yes, I'm on my 12th book of the year. I
set a goal to read 12 books by the end
of the year, so I'm already way ahead.
Speaker 14 (01:06:46):
Of the game.
Speaker 9 (01:06:46):
Oh, good job.
Speaker 7 (01:06:47):
And I'm like, so loving. My book club right now,
it is literally the best time ever. It's like my
core group of friends. I have one of Kadeem's cousins
that's in there. My mom and my grandma are in
our book club.
Speaker 5 (01:07:00):
What book are you reading right now?
Speaker 7 (01:07:03):
Right now, we just finished reading The Inmate by Frida McFadden.
Speaker 5 (01:07:08):
Frida Leigh?
Speaker 7 (01:07:08):
No, Frida McFadden, who did The Inmate. We picked our
other book, but I forget.
Speaker 5 (01:07:13):
Okay. Well, book clubs are big right now. They're huge.
Speaker 8 (01:07:15):
Like my wife's in a book club and reading is
making a comeback. We even saw that in a lot
of research on this radio show. Everyone loves books. So
these are the top 10 analog trends we're embracing. Actual cameras.
Phone cameras are really good now, but real ones still
have their appeal. In fact, I'm starting to see that
more out and about nowadays, like cameras.
Speaker 5 (01:07:35):
Yep.
Speaker 7 (01:07:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:07:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:07:37):
At festivals and stuff and I wonder why does it
take better.
Speaker 7 (01:07:39):
Pictures yeah well you get that you get that film
or you get the flash and then you have.
Speaker 4 (01:07:44):
To carry extra stuff I think it's like the 80s
nostalgia Sony camera look is kind of popular right now
but then you.
Speaker 7 (01:07:51):
Also have there's like one specific Canon camera that gives
you like super high quality professional photos even if you're
not a professional and all the like Instagram baddies use
that camera well these.
Speaker 5 (01:08:01):
Are analog trends we're embracing analog music like listening to
record CDs or the radio thank you for listening to
the radio This is a bit rich. You do that.
And rich also does wearing a watch. Not a smart watch.
Not a smart watch. An old school dumb watch, they
call it. I like it.
Speaker 4 (01:08:15):
And I think that's, it's just, for me, it's more
back to the way things were. I don't want my
wrist buzzing every time there's a text or anything. I
just like an old school watch and I like vinyl.
Speaker 5 (01:08:26):
And Kyle, you do this one. Using an old school planner.
Speaker 7 (01:08:29):
I do.
Speaker 9 (01:08:29):
I like to write things down.
Speaker 5 (01:08:32):
And here's another one. These are the top 10 analog
trends we're embracing. Writing letters. When was the last time
you got one in the mail? If you're under 30,
maybe never. That's what it says.
Speaker 26 (01:08:40):
Anybody?
Speaker 7 (01:08:42):
Yeah, I've written letters. Yeah, I did have a prison
pen pal in college.
Speaker 9 (01:08:47):
That's fun.
Speaker 7 (01:08:49):
He helped me with my senior capstone, which is really helpful.
So thank you for that, Terrell.
Speaker 5 (01:08:53):
Yeah what was Terrell in for uh.
Speaker 7 (01:08:57):
I don't remember I think he like robbed some store
or something sure oh all right I didn't know him
personally he was just my prison using he's still in
he's definitely still locked up which is why I had
to use like a random po box because I didn't
want him to get out and come find me because
I'm sure he was telling everyone I was his girl
in prison and I wasn't for sure for sure Well, here's.
Speaker 5 (01:09:17):
Another analog trend using an alarm clock, an old school
alarm clock. I do that. I don't trust. I don't like,
I don't like the iPhone using his alarm. Cause like
my son uses the alarm clock, uh, his phone to
get up. And the other day it didn't go off.
And I was like, he gets up before me. And
I was like, I wonder why he's not up yet.
I went in there and it didn't go off for
whatever reason. Old school alarm clock never fails. Don't trust
(01:09:38):
your phone. Here's another analog trend.
Speaker 8 (01:09:40):
This is making a big comeback, too, playing physical games
like board games, puzzles instead of video games.
Speaker 7 (01:09:45):
I just had a game night for my birthday. We
played board games. We played Uno. And we just sat there.
Instead of going out and spending $ 400, we just went
to Costco and stuff.
Speaker 10 (01:09:54):
I love that.
Speaker 4 (01:09:54):
Have you been to any bars where it's like the
thing they have on the wall are all the board games?
Speaker 7 (01:09:59):
Yeah, Snakes and Lattes on Mill is like so dope.
If you want to just go and hang out, they
have literally every single board game you can think of.
Speaker 4 (01:10:06):
Except for Monopoly because I don't want you hanging out
there for like eight hours.
Speaker 9 (01:10:09):
It's too long.
Speaker 7 (01:10:09):
I think they got it in there.
Speaker 8 (01:10:11):
Using a paper calendar is on here. It says you're
probably not ditching your iCalendar, but it's nice to have
one hanging somewhere.
Speaker 5 (01:10:15):
We have that in there.
Speaker 7 (01:10:16):
Just make sure that it's visible.
Speaker 9 (01:10:17):
We have like a dry erase one.
Speaker 5 (01:10:20):
Using an actual notebook for notes. Apps are great, but
pens and paper do still exist. Amen.
Speaker 7 (01:10:26):
Every day. Okay, wait, no. Is there like an MP3
or like an iPod coming back in there? Because did
you guys see that Justin Bieber's Skylark brand is dropping
an MP3 player?
Speaker 8 (01:10:36):
I saw, I got the email with all the stuff
on it and I didn't see, I didn't see that.
Speaker 5 (01:10:40):
I saw the red shorts.
Speaker 13 (01:10:41):
I'm actually surprised like why Apple hasn't re-released the iPod.
Speaker 9 (01:10:45):
I know, right?
Speaker 7 (01:10:46):
This is what it looks like. It's like super cool
looking and you can plug, like you plug in the
old headphones that you would do. And I actually think
Kylie Jenner had teased this as well because everyone's back
with like.
Speaker 9 (01:10:56):
The two red headphones. That's really smart.
Speaker 5 (01:10:57):
You know what's funny about Justin Bieber? This is funny
you bring him up. Yesterday I went into a Justin
Bieber deep dive on whether he had a hair transplant
or not. Have you guys ever done that?
Speaker 11 (01:11:05):
No.
Speaker 8 (01:11:05):
No. I, there's this plastic surgeon I follow on Instagram
and she was doing a whole thing.
Speaker 5 (01:11:09):
And I was like, no way. And so I went
and Googled it. It's like a big thing. There's so
many photos. Everyone says he's got a hair transplant, which
I don't think is a big deal.
Speaker 9 (01:11:16):
I think a lot of celebrities in Hollywood have done that.
Speaker 1 (01:11:18):
Right.
Speaker 5 (01:11:18):
But if you think about it, there's rarely any more
men that are bald. Yeah, that's true.
Speaker 14 (01:11:23):
Right.
Speaker 5 (01:11:23):
So I said rarely Hollywood, but if you look at it,
go just Google for fun, go be, look at Bieber
hair transplant and look at pictures of him before and after.
And it's kind of like, But he won't acknowledge it.
They said he'd been asking. He won't acknowledge it. His
people would acknowledge it.
Speaker 9 (01:11:36):
Well, that's OK. He can keep it to himself. That's fine.
Speaker 7 (01:11:38):
It would make sense that we'd want his full head
of hair because like you had the Bieber flip. Like
that's what Justin Bieber's hair and the flip and the
baby and the music videos. Like he needs a full
head of hair.
Speaker 9 (01:11:49):
I know a lot of celebrities got an eyebrow hair transplants.
Speaker 5 (01:11:52):
Eyebrow hair.
Speaker 10 (01:11:53):
Yes.
Speaker 15 (01:11:53):
Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (01:11:55):
It's like, it's a thing.
Speaker 5 (01:11:56):
Oh, you mean the women?
Speaker 13 (01:11:56):
Women?
Speaker 14 (01:11:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (01:11:57):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (01:11:58):
I've never heard of that before. I haven't either.
Speaker 4 (01:12:00):
I can see that though.
Speaker 9 (01:12:01):
It's a thing.
Speaker 5 (01:12:01):
But if Justin, we've got a hair transplant, it looks great.
It looks great.
Speaker 9 (01:12:04):
Justin, you look great.
