Who are you man?

Speaker 1 (00:09):
I mean, yeah, I'm just congratulations. I'm looking at the
things that you've been doing this for a while, but
looking at all the things that you have been in
over the last handful of years and nominated for an
Oscar and salt Burn and then playing in the Beatles
the series of movie there, it seems like to us
a lot of momentum has been sort of just continuing

with you, does it feel like a fast ride over
the last handful of years?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Yeah? Those, man, that's the sort of you know, the
I mean, it's it's beautiful as well, and it's it's
nice when that happens. But at the same time, does
a lot of you know, and you're just everywhere then
and your privacy and stuff like that is kind of
hope for grabs. And the more you do and the

more good work that you do and you know, the
more it's received. And yeah, it's just it's a fine line.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
So because of the the impact that the projects have had, right,
the global impact, impact of people just being big fans
and sort of being obsessed with everything that you've been
in in a way that then has a big impact
on your real life in terms of privacy. Is what
you mean that's the downside?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Well, I mean dancing around the munch and with no
votes on sort of asked without myself.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
It's I guess it's a trade off, isn't it. It's
a trade off. It's like, you want to do stuff
that people recognize, and then I'll.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Definitely recognize, like it's I mean, you're putting yourself out
there literally, but it's it's again, It's just I'm looking
to have a filmography that you know that I'm very
very proud of, and performances that go from one one
side to another, and you know, show range and have
fun and learn and grow and and and all those

beautiful things.

Well, I understand you were a fan of Peaky Blinders
before you signed on to do this film project, right.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Yeah, I was a massive fan. I had the heracle
for about six years actually, no, no, and then when
I start growing my hair out, that's when they noticed.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Barry Kyoggin is with is your Peaky Blinders. That's what
we're talking about. Immortal Man, which is gonna be on
Netflix later this month. Also, you're in the middle of
Are you in the middle of the Beatles biopic right now?

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Berry? I am? I am biopics for them. It's right
a series right there. You go, Yeah, I am. It's
going incredible. It's uh, it's it's gorgeous. The lads are great,
like brothers, you know. It's yeah, it's I couldn't ask
for for anything better. And it's sort of a place

(02:47):
as well where I'm getting to, you know, really elevating
craft and as an actor and as a human and
as everything else that comes with it. It's a it's
it's just yeah, it's a it's a great it's it's
gonna be an experience that I'll never ever forget and
one that lives with me.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
I'm curious to know. So, you know, these are obviously
more adult in material, Like, is there a franchise that
you look at, you know, these animated franchises are so
great with you. Is there any animated franchise you look
at and go, Okay, for my kid one day, that
would be cool. That would be a great character, a
great voice, or something to do for fun in that realm.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Yeah, definitely. I've chatted with you know, good buddies with
Edge Sharon, and we've chatted about you know, possibly bringing
something together and in that world and there's no better
man and something for our young one, something for my boys,
something for you know, just the imagination, and so yeah,

(03:44):
definitely I'm I'm thinking about that and just to have
fun as well, isn't it. Yeah, I think that my
boy go watch Soulborn or Sacred yet not yet, I'm
waiting for that chat. Actually that day been like, so
you might see a daddy.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Usually the order goes, all right, here's how you eat
raw oysters and then here's your dad in this kind
of mo when.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Easy and spaghetti ball and as in front of me,
I'm sort of like, wow, I'm like, you're just like
your dad. I'm just saying eagles and know and he
gets all over his face and yeah, similar to that
as well. Actually, what we.
