Speaker 1 (00:00):
From Hollywood to you.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Thank you for listening to Ryan Air on Air with
a Ryan Seacrest.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Charger forgot to charge my iPad. There you go all
the wire the thing the in is on the wrong
side of the AUDI goes across the screen. It's a
bummer you forget to charge your device. I was like,
you know, to be fine, and then something happens overnight.
It just drains itself. Oh that's great. I have to
tell you. She could probably tell you. I can probably

(00:31):
tell you how I slept, because sometimes I was that
what do you I don't know if I call it that,
but let's see what my sleep was. Just since I
know you're curious, I had to tell you where. I
don't want to know so much anymore. Too much info
sometimes honestly, between everybody and how you stay healthy and

(00:52):
how you get fit, and then how you live your life,
and my mental you don't even talk to me. How
much do you? I know you don't get enough and
your mental state and you need to breathe and pressed
like I'm over all of you. No, that's my point.
Everybody's actually and it's also too much. It's just too much.

(01:13):
I don't need to know how to breathe. I breathe.
I don't need a breathe coach, you know, right, yeah,
maybe like you have to breathe. I don't, But they
have apps where you breathe. I don't need to breathe.
I breathe like I don't have. Like here, I am
breathing talking.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
When you do like breath work and like actually do it,
it does relax you.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
I did do it, and she made me hold my breath.
It's an app, just something. It's just something. Is her name,
it's a it's a it's a recorded thing and anyway,
it's a what do you call that? It's an app.
It's a guided Yeah, it's a guided meditation. She it's

(01:58):
a breathing work thing. And she maybe hold my breath
for ninety seconds. I'm like, bro, ninety seconds, hold my breath?
What you've got it? We're almost there. We're not almost there.
My count's off. Your count's different than mine. Your breath
and you go through a tunnel that's a long tunnel, exactly.
I always picked a wrong tunnel, I know. But all

(02:19):
these things are good.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Like if you're not changing, if you're not evolving, and
you're staying this.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
You're one of them. I need to not have them
for a day. It's exhausting.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
I've made like have been game changing.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Yeah, but sometimes we just hit the wall, like improvement,
I don't. I want to take a weekend and not improve.
Actually I want to go backwards this weekend. Oh wow,
I don't know. It's just like it's gonna be if
you're a kid, if it's gonna be one hundred and
five where you live, right, don't listen to any of that.
Just be complacent. Be a cat, right, Become an indoor

(02:53):
cat today. That's what you should do. Be a one hundred and
five degree indoor cat. I feel much better, actually, So
this kind of therapy does work. Whatever this is called.
We have ants in the back room. We'll have to
get to that this morning. Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
We have ants at our house too, just that time
of year.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
How do they get to the fifth floor of the ants? Like,
what are they mighty ants?

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Well?

Speaker 1 (03:15):
Yeah, their answer really strongest ants in the world. They
literally have ants in their pants in the back room.
So keep guys in that back room with like cockroaches,
and it's only separated by a tiny wall and a
piece of glass, like what's going on back there? What
are you guys doing?

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Are yours? There's just food under the desks that are.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Do you have? Do you have bio life pots back there?
You got a lot of nature going on about this
time of year, a lot of nature, Sistney, You've got
some nature. The back room has got some nature. So
you have Now who's back there? We've got Mikayla, Ruby, Madison. Uh,
you have ants in the back round them? Jordan back

(04:01):
there too? Where are the ants?

Speaker 5 (04:02):
My desk? Which I have no food nothing?

Speaker 2 (04:06):
And then Jordan found one and then now Madison and
I just had one on my hand.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
And are they just traveling in uh? Individual groups? Like
as they're solo ants not.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Partying like no big yeah, but they're coming from somewhere.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Well that's what I think. If there's one or two
on the counter, there's got to be a whole pack
of them in the wall. Would hold it down and
bet you they're all at your feet? What is your
I mean, Ruby, you've been in that back room for
a long time. What's your educated guess? Why somebody ants
back there? Behind the glass record? I have none on mine?

Speaker 2 (04:37):
You literally have food you have right there you're Algi Litho.

Speaker 5 (04:42):
But there's been no ant sighting on my desk.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Mikayla, do you have something sweet? You have fruit?

Speaker 6 (04:47):
There?

Speaker 1 (04:47):
I have nothing. I have a cup of coffee. That's it.
That's not doing it all right now, Sisney, you have
spiders in your pants, not in my pants. We have antswers.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
But this morning I walked through a spider web as
I'm leaving my house. And actually this has happened multiple
times this week, and I'm almost like, I like, I
bet you I won't walk through a spider web again
today because it happened yesterday morning. And there it is,
sure enough, with one little string. I walk out my
front door and boom, it hits me right in the face.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
It's so really okay, yes it does.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
It's so soft, their moist. They break in a second.
They're disgusting.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
They don't like this. Poor spider has like rebuilt its
home all week because I keep destroying it every single morning.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
And that's the way you need to think about it.
That's a better approach. I've hit so many spider webs
in my day. To feel bad for spiders, the spiders
that I commonly interrupt their webbing of that now, I
just sigh. I just like, that's where I'm at, basically sighing.
You know, it doesn't it can't be made of it.
It's so tiny, it's not gonna hurt you, but it
can't be made of anything that bad.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
I took it a step further and I was like,
this must mean something. Why do I keep walking through
a spider web? So I went to chat and there's
a there's a few options as to what happens when
you walk through spider webs.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
You guys want to know.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
One of them that for us, no one of them
is pay attention. It could be a reminder that you're
overlooking something, you're moving through change. It's also a reminder
to maybe just slow down in life. And then some
say it's good luck.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Yeah, well, how about the fact you just don't clean
around your door, sell your window sill, not the sill.
It's just like on the porch out in the you
need to be out there with a little flock.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
I did just buy one of those, actually, the little
like stick with the fluff, clean the underneath the patio chairs.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Get those clean that stuff up. All right. It is
Friday morning. That's pretty much all that matter is at
Kiss FM. Let's get into some Knotsberry Farm tickets next.
You know, I have I I really need to cut
my nails because just listen to when I type you
you have nails on your glass on the Oh these
are your nails? Oh my gosh. There it's like a

(06:55):
French tip. You got French tips?

Speaker 4 (07:00):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Is that like a natural? Friends? That is long, buddy?
I know, I mean meaning to clip them, and every
time I do, I don't do a good job. So
I got I need some help with them. I can't.
I can't it around the corner.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
I know.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
But I had my natural nail clicking. Yeah yeah, type
I type, it sounds not it's a cringey sound.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
Is it?

Speaker 4 (07:25):
Get me?

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Give me an eck? Yeah, gives me the too when
other people do it gives me the ick and I complain.
And then when I'm doing I'm like, how do you?
I can't avoid it right now? I need to fix anyway. Okay,
Tanya's a dilemma. Shall we step in and try and
help you? Well, I think I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
I just maybe need help with the letter that I'm
going to write become nos.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Just that alone makes me feel like this is a
bad exercise.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
It's going to receive this letter my neighbor, neighbor, but
it's a neighbor that I do not know because they
don't live on my street. They live on my way
to work. So every morning when I'm driving on my way,
it's like, I want to say, between five ten and
five fifteen in the morning, are around there and their
sprinklers are on their sprinkling their front yard, their lawn,

(08:10):
which I like, I'm so grateful because they're not doing
the middle of the day great on you. However, their
sprinkler is shooting like a fire hydrant into the lawn.
It always hits my car. I swerve around it, and
it's happened a couple of mornings where I'm like, these
people probably don't know that they're sprinkler's broken because it's
five o'clock in the morning.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
Who would see it.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
So I feel like I have to leave them a
letter next the next morning, I'm coming say this is
not your.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Problem, this is not your like, there are enough problems
that like you have or we have. You're welcome to
maybe step in on some of ours, but to deal
with it, create something with your neighbor that is really
truly not your problem. I feel like it's a bad idea,
and to write a letter on top of it. No,
I know it's all coming from a good place, but

(08:54):
I think you got to just start like having a boundary,
like they're gonna have to find it out what they
need to find out and handle it on their own.
How are your neighbor's.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
Five o'clock in the morning, there's less sleep.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
You need to run a check on their sprinklers. I
don't get off they're wasting so much water. So what's
your plan?

Speaker 2 (09:10):
You write this letter, you park your car, you walk
up at five in the morning, and while the sprinklers
are going.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Yes, oh yeah, I didn't think about that. I'll put
in a ziploc bag.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
I have never appreciated my neighbors more than today.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Like that's such a good neighborly, Like, hey, I'm talking.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
This is my completely against it now that I'm like
they're wasting water, all right, But I just think like,
just in general, I do want you to feel less
obligated to get involved in other people's things. Yes, just
in general, extra stress to your life when I don't
do that stuff.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
Though, I think about it constantly. I didn't pick up.
There was a neighbor that that went their dog pooped
on my neighbor's lawn and it wasn't my dog, but
I wanted to pick it up because I felt bad.
I didn't want my neighbor to think.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
That's carrying guilt, unnecessary guilt. Yeah, that's what that is.
Why are you feeling bad? Yeah, it was your dog.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
I don't want them to think it's my dog. Now.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Orange book that has an F word on the title,
I think you should read it. What's it called? Oh? Yeah,
if you know it, you know it. If you don't
look it up, look it up, we'll come back. Did
you find the orange book? You should read?

Speaker 3 (10:18):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (10:19):
What's it called without saying the bad word?

Speaker 3 (10:21):
The subtle art of not giving a I.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
Think that's a great book for you.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Have you read I've read it. Read I've read it, Yes,
I have. That's great. Yeah, it's a good I think
it's actually great. Read it. Come back to us with
your findings. Okay, all right, So quote of the day
and also, if you're single, include this in your dating profile.
It's considered a major green flag. Are you ready? Mikayla
Are you ready? Are you Madison on Hinge?

Speaker 7 (10:45):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Yeah, all right. Do you say in your profile that
you read a lot?

Speaker 4 (10:51):
No?

Speaker 1 (10:51):
No, people love it? Okay, do you read a lot?
Not anymore? I listen a lot on Audible And you
say I've read seventy five percent of people find readers
more attractive regardless of physical appearance. So even if you
don't just throw it up there and do it, Systney does,

(11:12):
were like, listen, I read it same. I mean, I
listened to this show before. Was like reading a self
help book. Today's quote, vulnerability is the price of connection. Mm,
yeah it is. That's right. Captain vulnerable over here and miss.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
Vulnerable.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
After seven o'clock chew, he's on his wady Elsa Gundo
with a Kiss credit card for free gas, looking for
people to get free gas too. For Systney has the
headline headlines Well.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
A stretch of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood is expected
to reopen today after cruise spent the week repairing last
week's water main break. And you report warns the growing
fly infest around the burn Lineage Warehouse in Boyle Heights
to post health risks, especially during this hot weather tropical

(12:08):
storms in the Pacific are expected to bring bigger waves
to Huntington Beach just in time for the US Open
of Surfing, giving surfers ideal conditions. And Olivia Rodrigo is
giving fans a chance to earn free tickets to her
Daisy Chainfields Festival by volunteering four hours with local nonprofits

(12:29):
in Los Angeles.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Chee reason us to go know in a minute with
free gass. It's Friday. We made it to the end
of the week. We got some real heat. Tanya is
a trending report, so let's start with it. Go ahead, Well, I'm.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
Gonna ask you, what if the person that you were
dating doesn't have social media? Would you think that's a
green flag or a red flag? I like it, Yeah, green,
It wouldn't bother me.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Green? Well is that green? It wouldn't bother me? That's
so confusing. It wouldn't bother me? Like, does it hostage?
I guess it's more beige than green. But she didn't
give you base She said green a red Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
Because what if they didn't own a smartphone?

Speaker 1 (13:01):
That would be annoying. Yeah, because then I can't send
like pictures and.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
Okay, so that's kind of What's happening with comedian Aziz
an Zari. He lives a completely offline lifestyle, so he
sat down with Drew Barrymore and she asked him point blank,
is it true that you don't have a smartphone.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
He said, it's true.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
I don't have email, I don't really go on the internet.
I just kind of have a flip phone. He says
it's good for his peace of mind, and he admitted
that it can make everyday tasks kind of tough. So
like who picks up the slack his wife? He said,
a lot of times I'll ask her stuff. Sometimes I'm
walking around and I got to call my wife and
ask her for directions.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
Well, that's the thing, because the smart that's the only
thing like I can get. Like, fine, you want to
not be on social media, you want to not be
on that whatever, even email, that's fine, But like your
boarding pass, your GPS, your calendar, that's all in your phone.
You have to have some pretty easy job or work
to be able to not have to think about that

(13:57):
kind of stuff or no response or little responsibility.

Speaker 3 (13:59):
Everybody was saying this would totally aggravate me if I
was his wife. But I feel like the fact that
they are like, this is how he lives his life.
He's probably such a happier person, and like, oh for
sure that she's like, you know what if this is
how you are without the oh, I'm down to like
help you with directions, I'm down to take the brunt
of all this because you're just so at peace and.

Speaker 1 (14:21):
So happy to be around that it makes the relationship better. Yeah, okay,
well then I would get married if I could do that,
But you're like his assistant. That'd be annoying. There's no
chance I could do this. Okay, well, here we are.
But I admire the fact that he found a way
to do it because if I could do it, I
would do it.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
I can't do it right, it'd be time to do
it for like a month. Like I couldn't do it.
I need to be too on top of self, summer,
more slow pace.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
You know.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
Yeah, it's blessing. Curse blessing that you're like on it,
curse that you're on it.

Speaker 4 (14:54):
You know.

Speaker 1 (14:54):
I'm not so about social just about like, but don't you.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
Kind of do it on vacation. If I go on
vacation and I'm away for like week, I really don't
go on social. I'm not like on my phone as
much as I am. Like during the day to day, we're.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
On social, like Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Oh my gosh, I
learned so much on social media. Uh well, okay, let's
take a break. There was something I was going to
save her forgot oh vacation.

Speaker 4 (15:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Ever since I learned how to have an auto text,
I don't know anything. That's what I'm saying. It's amazing,
like check out, I'm driving, but I'm not driving, but
I'm driving. It's like when we go camping, ayere completely
off the grid. No, that's genius and it's great. Every

She was scarfing down so Chick fil A before I
asked her she wanted some free gas. She wiped the
sauce off her mouth and she said, absolutely TRUEY hook
me up with the free gas now here she is? Hello?

Speaker 1 (16:10):

First of all, good morning, Good morning. What sauce were

Speaker 6 (16:28):

frond it orangees.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
What is the number one? Mark? Remind me of the

Speaker 4 (16:36):
Just the chicken biscuit kicks cheese.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
All right, so your money gets off to the right start.

Speaker 7 (16:42):
Angel, Yes, yes, yes, thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
What are you doing this morning? Where are you headed?
Actually I'm heading back to the house.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
I just rolled out of bed, decided Chick fil A,
puld into the gas station and got bliss.

Speaker 1 (16:58):
Well, what holiday today is for you? Fantastic? That's a
great day. Plus you got the gas. Well you're awesome.
I love Do you have a flip phone too? This
is amazing living a little vibe.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Yeah. All right, Well, enjoy the free gas, enjoy your breakfast,
Enjoy your slow money and thank you for talking with us.
All right, thank you, Okay, take care.

Speaker 4 (17:25):
She's awesome. She still has like to get out of
bed boys. I love it.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
She has the ideal day programmed already and it's early,

Speaker 6 (18:34):
Thank you?

Speaker 1 (18:36):
Was I right or wrong this morning?

Speaker 7 (18:39):
You were right?

Speaker 1 (18:41):
Yeah, she's guessing.

Speaker 4 (18:43):
All right?

Speaker 1 (18:44):
Well that I don't know if that's the correct answer,
but we're gonna play this game for correct answers.

Speaker 7 (18:48):
Here.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
Name that theme park. It's pretty easy. You want a
not Sperry Farm four pack if you get three right
before you get three wrong. Okay, I'll give you the
name of a ride or attraction. You tell me which
Southern California theme park has that ride or traction. You're ready? Okay,
Star Wars, Rise of the Resistance, Which team park?

Thank you.

Speaker 4 (19:58):
I will right down the street.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
Perfect. That's so good. It's in your backyard now. It
won't be a problem going with you to four tickets
right away, Sharon and standing there kiss FM there with
Ryan Seacrest. Yes, love it. Let's get fired up this morning.
Let's get it going. I have that coffee my mom

(20:20):
is having right now, honey in the morning. That's her
new thing, little honey, first thing in the morning, and
she is her tea, then our coffee. It's a lot.
I'm like, Mom, that's a lot of delay till you
get to your coffee. It takes a minute, you know.
I just want to get in there. You're like, mister
olive oil. Yeah. I gotta be honest with you. Sometimes
I go right into the coffee lately.

Speaker 4 (20:42):
On your.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
Yeah, well some woins. I don't have the time to
coat the stomach. I can't wait to get the coffee.
And it's in my bedroom and the other stuff's downstairs.
So on his knights, Dan, he just reaches over and click.

Speaker 4 (20:54):
Yeah, so good.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
It starts making I can't tell you enough, Like, get
a little drip coffee miss in your bedroom. Wire you're
getting ready. It's going to be a day and game changer. Anyway.
You can't do that if you have somebody in your bed.

Speaker 3 (21:07):
What I can't just make coffee first thing when I
wake up because my husband's still sleeping.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
What about the bathroom? Yeah? Used to outlit in the bathroom,
make it. That's where you do your business, Like, you
don't need to be have food or drink by the
aroma of your coffee combined with your business cancels out
your business.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
No, sleeping doesn't want to smell coffee in the middle
of their sleep.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
Well, the person's sleeping is lucky to still be sleeping.
They need to get over it. So what is this
new dating term? All right? So it's called tollyamory. And
if you haven't heard it, you're not allow memory. I've
not heard talamory.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
It's basically when someone knows or strongly suspects that their
partner is having a romantic relationship with someone else, but
instead of sitting down and talking about it, they kind
of just tolerate it and keep the relationship going. Experts
say it's much more common than people realize, and the
big difference is that it isn't polly amory with a

(22:08):
P because there's no mutual agreement with polyamory. That what
that means exactly, y'all agree, Like, so it's like you're
gonna have an open relationship or see other people. I'm
aware of it and I'm cool with it. Find blah
blah blah. But relationship experts say that the reasons are
often less. It's not so much about the relationship. It's
more about maybe they have kids, Maybe it's finances, maybe

(22:30):
it's because they own the house together. Like and so
people just turn a blind eye to these men or
women cheating on them because they think that that's the
way to live their life, which I am, like, I
could never live this.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
Pollyamory means you just look the other way. That by
definitely is just turn a blind eye, look the other way, right,
like in denial essentially, right do people do it out
of love? Like what if they really love someone so
much that they just don't want to deal with the
conflict that.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
It's also fear of starting over again, or maybe they
just don't think, they don't know they're worth or it's
financial they just can't.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Well, she said that, I mean financial and family that
makes you look the other way. But what if you
just don't like conflict, but you just don't want to
deal with the headache of it, and so you kinda
let it go and keep peace. I mean, it's not great,
but you can kind of see if it's not making
you crazy, make it like really bothering me. I think

(23:28):
keeping the peace might be valuable.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
I think it does eventually make you crazy and bother
you have exactly. You can't live your life like this. Well,
as Tanya said, none of the amories are good.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
No, I don't like any of the amories.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
Kiss EFM free gas in a minute the seacrest, Tanya
sisiny the back room on a Friday. We're getting there.
We're chipping away at it. If you're getting your day started,
we're going to make it go by as fast as possible,
at least the morning part of it, and then we
got free gas all day. Our digital content manager at
Kiss FM, Ronnie Henry, is here, just back from Brazil. Huh. Yes,
I went for my birthday and it was such a blast.

(24:05):
Had I see a picture. I see, this is a
great photo.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
Here.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
Oh do I have clothes on? Because I know normally
how you guys be doing. Menny, you're wearing a bracelet
top or one of what's it called a culture topsh
this mesh top. It's a mesh top. Looks like a
micro mesh top to me, that's what it is.

Speaker 4 (24:23):
Right.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
There a lot of seat through clothing in Ronnie's drawers,
A lot of seat through clothing, right, A lot of
I mean a lot of a lot of material not
being used. So all right, well, yes, I know, listen,
Ronnie's got a real crisis. So I was kind of
telling them earlier that your best friend of twenty three

(24:43):
years is engaged and asked you to be in her
wedding party. Congratulations, Yes, thank you. I was so happy
until what happened.

Speaker 8 (24:53):
Okay, So literally I was just looking through my Snapchat
memories and this happened four years ago to this day.
They to say, with me visiting me in LA for
the first time, and I'm taking them showing them all
the sites and everything.

Speaker 1 (25:06):
Okay, boom, flash forward.

Speaker 8 (25:08):
I see a pair of my shoes are missing my
running shoes two hundred dollars running shoes, you guys.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
Not the Adidas white ones, yes, gone.

Speaker 8 (25:17):
So I'm like, okay, maybe I misplaced them. You know,
I travel, So I'm like, I left them somewhere.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (25:23):
Flash forward, they asked me to be in the wedding party,
and then I find out that they stole my shoes.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
I mean they or he he he exactly, your or
packed them packed them. Yeah, so that's a real problem.
I mean, your best friend, of course didn't steal them.
She probably didn't even know he stole them.

Speaker 8 (25:42):
Yeah, she didn't know at all until literally, like, well
she knew before me, but I just found out and
this happened.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
So how how did you react to finding out about
this theft and this cover up operation for so long?

Speaker 8 (25:54):
Well, I was really mad because I'm like, whoa, I've
been looking for these shoes. I thought I was going crazy.
I thought someone else took them, honestly, because.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
Yeah, why would your best friend do it?

Speaker 8 (26:03):
And well her fiance And I'm like, oh, I let
you guys stay in my house, Like why would you guys?

Speaker 1 (26:07):
Just yeah, it's like evasi, yeah steal my stuff.

Speaker 8 (26:10):
So I was really really mad, and I'm like, honestly,
if you would have just asked me, I would have
given them to him.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
But this creates a real conflict in their relationship. To me, now,
who do you trust? And do you think of your
friend of twenty three years differently? And are you going
to accept the invitation to the wedding? Do you forgive
the fiance? What are the answers?

Speaker 8 (26:28):
I know it's a hard question because when I was
finding out, he still has the shoes and he didn't
give them back to me, like in the moment.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
He just still has them, like they're way at this point,
they're like four years old and he's probably been wearing
them the whole time.

Speaker 8 (26:42):
Well, basically in my head, I was like, I could
still do the wedding, but I'm not getting you a
wedding present like that was your gift.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
Yeah, I think that's for sure, and I would plus
on that. I would also add on to that that
he should buy you a pair of shoes after he's
taken yours, covered it up, and then warn them that's it.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Totally can befree if he packed them like I thought,
maybe like he was confused and he thought they were his.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
Oh no, because they were in my closet, like he
went into the closet. Should she be marrying this guy? Really,
she should not be marrying this guy.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
You know.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
Honestly, I think they think it's funny. Really well, I
don't think other people do. It's called stealing. Yeah, and
that's a gray area with them. We have a problem.

Speaker 8 (27:22):
I was really upset and I didn't know what to
even say because I'm like, well, it's been four years.
Like obviously I didn't miss the shoes because I couldn't
find them. But then now that I know they have
them actively like to this.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
As I'm speaking to they still have the shoes, like
I don't have the Well, you know what, you know,
it's safe in your wardrobe. All of these mess shirts.
No one he's going to take this. Those are safe
and sound. Never know, all right, coming out some nots
very farm tickets at kiss. Are you going to the wedding?
Well I kind of have to. You know, I've known
her since I was like in kindergarten, so kind we'll

(27:56):
keep his post in state clear of that dude. A
lot of free gas. We're giving away free gas on
the tens Sisney. Do you have it actually after us
at ten ten, I sure do, okay, good day today,
so we'll do it at nine, ten, ten, ten, eleven, ten,
twelve ten. It goes all the way on the tens
until tonight. So get your free gas all day today
into the weekend. The other side and part of the

(28:18):
free gas, Tanya, is that Chewy is out in al Segundo,
Chewey Martinez out, Segundo, Chewy? Good morning, now, Segundo? Where
are you now? Who do you have at the gas station?

Speaker 4 (28:28):
Yo?

Speaker 7 (28:28):
Man, Ryan, I'm here with my brother Bruce, who is
an MMA professional. His specialty is striking, and you know
I have to hear him some free gas. I don't
want to get beat up this morning. So here's my
man Bruce.

Speaker 4 (28:42):
Hego, brother, Hello.

Speaker 1 (28:44):
Hey, how are you Bruce? Good morning? It's Ryan.

Speaker 6 (28:47):
How you doing, Ryan Seacres, good man.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
Nice to meet you. So tell me about what is
an MMA strike? That's your move? Huh?

Speaker 6 (28:55):
Oh well, well, psyching in MMA. All that means is that, uh,
nobody wants to keep it standing, you know, they want
to take it to the ground, you know, Uh, and
they're afraid of what's coming on the feet.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
That's all I got you, all right, because to me,
it's like noticeable attractive striking. You know, how long have
you been fighting?

Speaker 6 (29:13):
Well, I've been fighting starts since I was about, uh
twelve years old. I started seriously when I was about sixteen,
and I've been at it since. Like I haven't missed today.

Speaker 1 (29:23):
Well, I think she is gonna say prove it here
in a second, but I'll leave that to him. In
the meantime. You've got your free gas. Congratulations, Bro, We're
gonna hook.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
You up hit that brother day.

Speaker 6 (29:33):
They already filled me up.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
All right, then you're on your way. I'm not gonna
argue with you strikeer.

Speaker 4 (29:38):
Nope, we already gave him the phone back.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Bro.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
I'm terrified.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
Yeah, that's a real I mean that is crazy to
see you know the MMA fighting?

Speaker 4 (29:45):
Yeah yeah, Ran, Could you ever get in their octagon? Ryan? Like,
what would be your specialty move?

Speaker 1 (29:50):
Bro? You know I tried to plea eight the other day.
It didn't go well, so I don't think the octagon.

Speaker 4 (29:54):
Is for me.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
All right to I'll talk to you later.

Speaker 4 (30:01):
I love you, bro, see you guys, see bye bye.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
I did really I couldn't stay straight on the line.
Tried on there with Ryan Seacrest. Let's see what is
on our weekend watch list, stuff that's on our radar
that maybe you want to catch, you want to watch,
So let's start with you, Sistney, What is on your
weekend a watch list? Right now?

Speaker 2 (30:22):
This is so good and I binged it so fast,
which makes me kind of sad because I'm done with it.
All ten episodes on Apple TV plus. It's called Maximum
Pleasure Guaranteed, and it's about newly divorced mom. She falls
into this rabbit hole of there's blackmail, murder. She's also
like the soccer coach. Like it's just so intertwined, and

(30:43):
she's dealing with like a custody battle and it's kind
of like she's having an identity crisis. But every episode
leaves you hanging onto the next, and they're short, they're
like thirty seven minutes each.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
That is kind of a pleasure. It goes both ways,
like I do like it when you'd love a show
and it's not over yet, it's not over yet. But
at the same time, when you want to power through
a series and they go fast like that, it's fun too, Yes,
very fun.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
It's a really good show. I highly recommend Maximum Pleasure guaranteed.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Tania, what's on your weekend watch list?

Speaker 3 (31:10):
Well, since I cannot pick Love Island UK, which only
has a week left.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
By the way, no, we know that you like that,
we want to hear something else that you love.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
So this is actually out today. It's called The Dink
on Apple TV Plus and it's a washed up tennis pro.
He has to swallow his pride play pick a ball
to save this local club and finally went over his
stubborn dad. It just looks really light, fun funny, which
is kind of my vibe right now. I don't need
anything intense. I just need like light television.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
Who's in it? Anybody? We know it's Jake.

Speaker 3 (31:40):
Johnson, Ben Stiller, and Mary stein Burgin.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Jake Johnson is also in Maximum Pleasure as well. By
the way, his song Flake is amazing. Now that's Jack Johnson. Well,
Jack song Flake is amazing as well. Jake Johnson is
the guy from New Girl. Remember then, I don't know
what he will? Yeah, I know, I stand corrected. I
thought I was thinking I was. I love Jack Johnson's

(32:04):
music and I think Jake's great. Ruby. What's on your
weekend watch list?

Speaker 5 (32:07):
Mine is also on Apple TV Plus it's called Lucky.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
Anya Taylor Joy plays a former con artist who is
forced back into her old life when a botched heis
leaves her running from the FBI and a ruthless crime boss.

Speaker 5 (32:20):
So it's really good. I've watched the first two episodes
so far.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
We could have the same Apple TV because this is
on my list. I have started it and I'm one down,
I'm one in. I'm fully hooked. She's in something else
with Miles Teller as well, you're right, what is she in?
Something else? The Gorge? The Gorge. I think she's in
a lot of things right now. She's got to having

(32:45):
another moment. Yeah, so yeah, it's good. Ruby, I think
you'll like it. I realized we had so many Jack
Johnson fanatics around here. Oh yeah, diehard fan over here.
He's my first concert. But this hasn't come up the most.
Jake hits the surface on our weekend watch list. I'm
glad Jake did.

Speaker 8 (33:00):
Didn't.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
We should play some Jack Johnson on Kiss You're the
music Director, Direct to music, pitch me Kiss, Sammer Back
to Friends on this National Tequila Day. Friday, July twenty fourth,
So it's Friday night, It's National Tequila Day. Huh. It
all adds up. Southern California preview for what's happening this weekend.
There's a lot going on. It's a hot weekend. We've

(33:22):
got the Orange County Fair continuing, Sugar Ray going to
be there, smash Mouth and Tonic all on Sunday. The
Van's Warped Tour is in Long Beach on the waterfront,
so check that out. Now. I love pretzels. It's my
as a kid. My mom used to pack pretzels in
my little baggy yeah, when I would travel or go

(33:43):
to school as a snack. The Pretzel Fest is in
Huntington Beach. It's a wide variety of sweet and savory,
big soft pretzels. They got the imported beer to go
at the pretzels and live German music.

Speaker 3 (33:55):
Didn't carry russk make you pretzels dipped in white chocolate Russak.

Speaker 1 (34:01):
Yeah. One of the cheerleaders when I played football for
the game day, she made me chocolate covered pretzels. She
made them for us to for us. I know. That's
why I remember to get the background in this store.
You have to really have been here a long time,
and I don't have time to explain it. But it's
a little bizarre that they went home and found the
people of my past on the weekend.

Speaker 3 (34:20):
It's actually really cute.

Speaker 1 (34:23):
They went to my old bedroom in my house where
I grew up on their own, funded by themselves, on
a weekend because they thought it was fun. And you
actually went in my old childhood bedroom. Yeah, I'm sorry
to those people that own the house. They're exciting. Yeah,
they were so cute. The Venice Beach Festival is tomorrow
with live local DJs, food trucks, Manabello Street Fest also tomorrow.

(34:46):
Sweet and Sour Fest is tomorrow night at Lucky Baldwin's
Pub in Pasadena. Paars artisans sour beers with unique dessert creations.
