Speaker 1 (00:00):
From Hollywood to you.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Thank you for listening to us.
Speaker 3 (00:03):
Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Seacrest.
Speaker 1 (00:04):
On air, on air, on air with Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
So girls code, guy code. We got it all, right?
You know your code with your friends. I know my
code with my buddies. And what constitutes breaking the code?
For example, these definitely would break the code. Dating your
friend's ex without saying anything. That would be a code breaker, right?
Speaker 3 (00:22):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
Flirting with your friend's partner. That's just bad. You're a
bad person.
Speaker 4 (00:27):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Telling your friends secret to someone else.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
Right.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
It's a bad thing. Now, Michaela, there's some other scenarios
that you were wondering about. Tell us.
Speaker 5 (00:39):
Your friend's crush slides into your DMs and you respond.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Your friend's crush comes into your DM and you respond. Yeah,
you got to respond by saying, hey, don't don't DM me.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
No, I just wouldn't respond. Yeah, don't respond, but are
they like dating? Well, that's bad.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
Well, if it's a crush, it doesn't matter. You've got
to be good to your friend. I think you've got
to be true to your friend. What's another one? Is
this breaking the guy code or the girl code? Go ahead.
Speaker 5 (01:03):
You like your friend's ex thirst trap.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
Bad.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
You're a bad person. Bad people. Why are you bringing
these up, Michaela? Because you're saying we need to know?
Speaker 5 (01:15):
No, I just had an experience recently with a friend.
And so I was like, you know what? Like, what
is breaking girl code?
Speaker 2 (01:21):
So, okay. This is not an autobiography.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
No, no.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
All right. What's one more?
Speaker 5 (01:27):
Um, let's see. You cancel plans with a friend because
something better came up.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
Well, we've all done that.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Oh, excuse me. I don't know that I have.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
Don't be so precious.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
Because something better happens.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
Comes up. Oh yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
No, I don't think you would do that. I don't
think I have. I'm like, same.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
No, I'm the devil all of a sudden.
Speaker 6 (01:52):
You do.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
I have done it, but I've said to, you know,
I learned if something better comes up, you just tell them.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
I just say, honesty is always the best policy.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
I got to tell you, I wanted to go hang
out with you, but guess who finally confirmed for a date?
I got to go. Like, that's the best policy right there.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
Who confessed for a date?
Speaker 2 (02:10):
I guess. It's not an autobiographical. Biographical. Biographical. However you
say it. All right. Kiss FM. Thank you, Michaela, for
your friend, I think. So, Sissi and Tanya, they share
each other's locations. They keep trying to get me to
do the same thing. No, I don't want it. I
don't want to share my location. I don't think we
should have that much awareness of where we are when
(02:34):
we're not here.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
It's so convenient. If we were sharing location, we could
have easily seen where we were when we were both
at Disneyland the same exact day. That would have been nice.
I share with Ronnie, and I saw that Ronnie was
at Disneyland that day, and we.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Met up and had a cocktail. Well, I would share
with Ronnie because I'd like to see where Ronnie's going.
Speaker 3 (02:48):
What?
Speaker 1 (02:49):
You would share with Ronnie over us?
Speaker 3 (02:50):
Come on.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
Well, Ronnie would just be entertaining. I would watch where
he'd go. That guy was in a bikini picture the
other day here, walking around. Wasn't he just wearing a bikini?
Speaker 1 (03:02):
It was Speedo. Yeah, he's always wearing that when he's.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
At the beach. And he keeps telling me, have you
seen my photo? I'm like, yes, Ronnie, you brought the
photo into me. I saw it.
Speaker 5 (03:10):
Can't get it.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
Out of my head. So anyway, Jordan in the back room. Now,
what did you find out? Why should Sisney and Tiny
not be sharing their locations?
Speaker 7 (03:17):
It just It.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
Takes one person to make you feel like, all right,
maybe I shouldn't be doing this often. One of my friends,
she's very interested with my life and what goes on.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
I love her.
Speaker 4 (03:30):
She's like my best friend, but it's just doing too much,
like checking in, calling me, asking what I'm.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
Doing and why I'm there. It's just very consistent.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
And do you sort of white lie to her?
Speaker 4 (03:45):
I can't even do that. I have to turn it
off sometimes because if I'm going somewhere, I'm like, mm.
maybe not today. I would not like to be hit.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
A little bit. Let's just back off this iOS. This
is a lot of stuff. You guys already, there's already
enough going on. You don't need to be following each
other when we're not even.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
We're not following each other. It's just like in the back.
You don't even think about it.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
Like you do, you would check, you would go, Oh, where,
where is he right now? And then if I, if
it were at five 30, now we're at a restaurant, Tonya,
who's he with?
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Well, that's Tanya. That's not me.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
Is he driving slower?
Speaker 3 (04:17):
Fast?
Speaker 6 (04:18):
Yes.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
Yeah, the slowdown messages are crazy too. Hey, I saw
you like speeding going way too fast.
Speaker 3 (04:23):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Leave me alone. iOS out of my life.
Speaker 8 (04:26):
First of all, it's so nice that you have a
friend that cares so deeply about you that she is
wanting to know all.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
Of these things. What about a phone call?
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Yeah, I agree with Jordan on this. All right, we're
going to back it down. iOS out a little bit.
iOS out. By the way, I tried to get the
new iOS. Good luck on that for two days.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
Yeah, it keeps telling me it's going to update tonight
and then it doesn't.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
I don't know. Yeah, two days of just my contacts
went to phone numbers, panic for two days. Then all
of a sudden the names start trickling back in. I'm
interested in getting your feedback on this. Sisney, Tanya, intern, Sophia.
We're here. But I learned this. I learned so much
from doing this show. But I learned from you that
it's not always not complicated to be you, Sisney, Tanya.
(05:07):
This is not complicated, right? It can be complicated sometimes.
I think we as humans are complicated sometimes. Ruby brought
this in. She said the cost of being actually of
being a woman in 2026 is up. It's not cheap.
Speaker 4 (05:20):
Right.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
So the cost of being a woman, probably less than
the cost of being a guy. I don't know. I
don't have the guy research, but I did read this
on average. This for women, doctor visits on average over
200 bucks, skincare over 200 bucks.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
Hygiene products over 200 bucks, vitamins over 200 bucks, Prescriptions,
almost $ 200. The problem is this past year, prices for
all those things have gone up. Hygiene products are up
nearly 60%. That's wild. That's crazy. This is what I
want to get to. What's the sum? When you add
it all up, the average woman spends over $ 1, 600 annually
(05:58):
on just that stuff you got to have every day.
That's a lot. It's a lot.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
And that's just like, The physical cost. Then there's the
mental load that we all carry as women.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
Tell me about the cost of the mental load. I
want to know. I want to learn. I want to hear.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
That is just infinity. It just keeps going and going
and going and going and going.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
It never ends. And I get to come in and
draft off the wisdom and the knowledge and the energy
that is you, Sissany, that is you, Tanya, for how long? Decades.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Yeah, at this point. You spend like $ 3 on like
a shaver and you look great.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
Actually, I don't even spend the $ 3. I borrow hers.
Speaker 1 (06:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
It's got much more gel stuff on the tip.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
Oh man.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Just saying respect.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
Thanks.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
I think my, my phone needs a new, I think
I need a new surface or a new phone or
something like, Are you guys having any glitches? My text
messages are glitched. I will try and type and nothing happens.
Is that just me or is that a global thing?
That's just you.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
I just got the new iPhone, so it was time.
But my phone before that was doing all the glitching.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
And no battery. It's amazing how impatient we've become as
a person. The glass won't slip or slide and I
get so frustrated. Tanya, you wanted to say?
Speaker 1 (07:13):
I feel like it might be human error with you.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
Respectfully. I don't think so. It's buffering a lot more
than it should be. You know, my phone is like
you not blinking right now. You know, you don't blink.
It just like stares at you.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
She stares at you.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
Well, my phone's staring at me. It's not doing anything.
I'm sliding it to do.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
Have you done like a hard reset?
Speaker 2 (07:35):
Yeah, it takes too long.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
It doesn't take that long at all.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
It does. I don't know why I squeeze the button
so hard. I don't think you're.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
Doing it right. That's not a hard reset. You need
to like go in.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Aren't you an engineer?
Speaker 8 (07:46):
Yeah, have Easton do it.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
Easton, here. Give me your phone. Hard reset.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
Do a hard reset on it.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
I'll reset you. But you just press the button hard, right?
Speaker 3 (07:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
Yeah, hard. You mean like you squeeze the button almost
to like.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
No, there's something in settings. You can go and.
Speaker 6 (08:00):
You.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Turn it off. And then when you power it back on,
you hold the volume up button and the power button
until you see the Apple logo. Right, but you have
to squeeze very hard, hard shutdown, right? Not that hard.
I get like tendinitis squeezing the thing. Let me tell
you about phones. So your battery. Now, you can do
the things we know, low power, all that stuff. But
they say if you keep it face down... If you
keep the phone screen side down, its light and proximity
(08:23):
sensors keep your screen dark, and it saves a lot
of battery. So if you're in a bind, put that
thing face down. Today's quote. The fastest way to succeed
is to look as if you're playing by somebody else's
rules while quietly playing by your own. Is that playing somebody?
Speaker 1 (08:42):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Is that manipulation? You're our kiss. So can we just
get into this for a second? Okay. So Lola Martinez,
the daughter of Tim Martinez, who has worked here forever
is back in the back room. Now, Lola, when you
send somebody a text and I need help on this,
this is truly genuinely coming from me. When you send
(09:04):
someone a text and they send back, okay, or K
or KK or okay. A Y what is the difference
in all of those? Okay. Is there a difference in those?
Speaker 5 (09:13):
Okay.
Speaker 7 (09:13):
There is a massive difference. It's all about tone. Like
you can hear the person through your phone. So okay,
just O and a K is like you're annoyed.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
Is this something that we don't know? I mean, how
old are you?
Speaker 1 (09:27):
I didn't know this.
Speaker 7 (09:28):
I'm 19, yes.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
Okay, but are there different definitions of okay for all
of you and your friends and us? Because to me,
it's like if you say okay, it's like thumbs up.
Got it. Okay, what's all the different stuff for? What
does KK mean?
Speaker 7 (09:38):
KK's just like, yeah, good. KK's the best one. You
want to get that.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
Oh, that's like a cool one, KK?
Speaker 3 (09:45):
Yes, KK.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
I never do that. Oh. People do it to me
and I find it annoying.
Speaker 6 (09:50):
Really?
Speaker 2 (09:51):
Why do you know it's cute? I'm like, can't you
hit the O? Like, what's with you? only if you
don't have enough time to hit one more letter.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
Or the same amount of letters okay.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
What about just one k lola.
Speaker 7 (10:02):
Oh my gosh like don't talk to me i'm really.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
Yeah that would send me oh my gosh i think
i k a lot that's not good just to.
Speaker 2 (10:11):
Break through the confusion and get some clarity If someone
sends me a text and I say the letter O
and the letter K, which I mean, cool. Okay. Got it.
That's what I mean. What does that mean?
Speaker 7 (10:22):
If I say, okay, it honestly seems dismissive.
Speaker 1 (10:26):
No way. She's so right.
Speaker 8 (10:29):
Because Mark does this a lot with like work stuff
and he'll respond with like a K and then I'll spiral.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
I'm like, was it bad? Was it, could I do better?
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Like I like must mean super pissed.
Speaker 6 (10:38):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
K with period.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Yeah. This is all fascinating to me.
Speaker 3 (10:43):
No.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
What about fine? You do fine a lot. And I'm
just like, Ooh, that's even worse.
Speaker 7 (10:48):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
That's demeaning. Right?
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Like I'm like, Hey, should I do this report? Maybe like,
do you think this would work?
Speaker 3 (10:56):
Fine.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
Fine. Oh my gosh. Fine. How are you feeling? Fine. Oh, Mark. Yeah.
Mark needs a lesson.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
Lolo help him.
Speaker 7 (11:05):
I really need.
Speaker 5 (11:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
No, no, not K. K, K. All right. Can we
just go back to the basics of O and K
mean yeah?
Speaker 4 (11:16):
No.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
So, Sisney, this is interesting. You think you caught Michael
red-handed at home sneaking in your dog Diego to the bed,
and there's a rule, no dogs in the bed, right?
Speaker 1 (11:24):
No dogs in the bed. It's a very simple rule.
Even when we had Dakota and Gypsy, which were the
tiniest dogs ever, they were not even allowed on the bed.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Why are you so rigid about this? Cause I don't
mind Georgia in my bed until I have to sleep.
That's what we do too.
Speaker 1 (11:39):
Also Diego sheds. So that's like an added layer and
we have white linen and our white sheets and things
like that. And so I don't, I don't prefer to
have dog hair in my bed. In addition to that,
over it, I can't get over that. And it's just,
I can't like, it's already like, around the house and
i get stuck to my leggings and things like that
and i'm used to that fine but the bed is
(11:59):
like sacred.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
So you think he's sneaking in your dog.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
So i know he's sneaking in my dog because i
wake up before him and i caught him like they're
literally spooning on the other side of the bed like
together like he's in a relationship with him and not.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
Me well forgive me for not understanding how it works
when you're in a relationship but aren't you in the
bed with him?
Speaker 1 (12:18):
Yes, we have a big bed and I'm on the
other side.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
Beds can only be so big with two adult human
beings in it.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
I don't take up much space. I am in my
little section.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
You're telling me that your husband lets Diego come up
into the bed while you're sound asleep and then gets
Diego out of the bed before you wake up?
Speaker 1 (12:33):
No, he has not gotten Diego out of the bed
before I wake up. That's where I've caught him.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
You see Diego in the bed when you wake up?
Speaker 1 (12:38):
Yes, but this is like an ongoing thing because it's
actually new and it's ongoing now because Diego used to
sleep in the hallway. And then we realized Diego was
roaming the house throughout the night and getting into things.
And so then now we had to bring him into
our bedroom so he's more quarantined.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
Does Diego take an Ambien? What's going on with Diego?
Speaker 1 (12:55):
I don't know what he does. I think he just
likes to roam. And then he was starting to get
into stuff. And so we're like, okay, we need to
almost crate him into our room.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
I'm going to take the 40,000 foot approach to this.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
What is that?
Speaker 2 (13:06):
You're not allowed to complain.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
Why not?
Speaker 2 (13:08):
Cause you're sleeping so well.
Speaker 1 (13:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
Anybody that sleeps as well as you sleep. That doesn't
even hear the dog. Get up in the bed. You
can't complain dog.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
Get in her bed.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Exactly.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
That is such a blessing.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
You have no idea. You have no place complaining when
you sleep.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
That well, I fall asleep and I wake up when
my alarm goes off in the morning.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
You are a blessed soul.
Speaker 1 (13:31):
Really?
Speaker 6 (13:31):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
Oh, come toss and turn with the rest of America.
Are you real?
Speaker 8 (13:35):
Wow. I would feel a 10-pound dog get in my
bed in the middle of the night.
Speaker 1 (13:40):
Is it because I take magnesium at night? No.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
I don't know what you take, but an itsy-bitsy spider
crawls up my leg and I feel it. No way.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
Oh, no. I'm the heaviest sleeper ever.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
I don't want to hear about it. It makes me
feel inadequate. It is time for Ryan's Roses. 102.7 KISS FM,
Los Angeles. We do it every single Monday, Thursday at
this time. And we've got Brittany on the line. So
this is neat, Tanya. She has reached out. She found
private photos of her dude, of her husband, that he
(14:12):
took of himself. But he didn't send them to her.
Speaker 4 (14:16):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (14:16):
So, Brittany, good morning, and thanks for coming on.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Of course.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
Can you, I mean, carefully describe what you saw in
these photos?
Speaker 3 (14:28):
Um, yeah.
Speaker 2 (14:29):
So, um.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
Basically, I was looking at photos on my husband's phone
from Christmas and he took them of himself and they
were kind of just like the photos you sent to
someone privately. He wasn't wearing anything. I asked him about
it because he never sent them to me and he
said that he didn't like how they turned out. That
alone felt really weird because It's been years since they
(14:54):
sent me anything like that. Anyway, later I went back
and I looked again and I found the photos in
his recently deleted folder. And that's when I noticed something
that really scared me in the reflection of the door knob.
I think I can see a person in the room.
Speaker 2 (15:12):
So wait, I do this with photos too. I zoom
in on reflective surfaces to see what's in the background.
You saw another human, you think? Was it a selfie
or was this person taking the picture?
Speaker 3 (15:25):
I can't really tell. I think they're just sitting there.
I think he's taking a picture of himself.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
And they're just watching him take a picture?
Speaker 3 (15:35):
I mean, look, the doorknob is small, but it looks
like a face.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
Was it a male or female? Could you tell?
Speaker 3 (15:43):
I'm thinking it's a female.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Have you ever suspected your husband would cheat on you?
Speaker 3 (15:54):
No, I mean, look, we've been together a long time.
Like I said, we're sort of past the, you know, nude, uh,
selfie stage, but we have a pretty good marriage.
Speaker 6 (16:08):
We love each other. We see, I thought we were happy.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
Can you tell where he was when he took the
photo or the photos?
Speaker 3 (16:17):
Um, yeah. Uh, That's actually the worst part because I
think he's in our upstairs bathroom.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
Okay. We are going to take a break, come back,
and see what we can find out. We're about to
make the call. It's KISS FM. If you just got here,
we met Brittany a minute ago. She's concerned that her
husband is cheating because she found nude photos on his phone.
But they weren't sent to her. So her husband was
(16:50):
taking those kinds of photos and has not yet sent
them to her. She thinks that it's going to somebody else.
She also thinks she saw another woman in the room
in the photo in the reflection of the doorknob.
Speaker 1 (17:03):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
It's really sleuthing. But it's true. You zoom in on
those iPhones, and you can see things, reflections, little things.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
I mean, these pictures are already so sketched that they're there,
and so then I would be dissecting the entire picture.
What else is in there?
Speaker 2 (17:22):
So, Brittany, I need you to say, Ryan, you have
my permission to call, and then your husband's name.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
Ryan, you have my permission to call.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
We're going to do that right now. Be very quiet.
Sisney's going to offer him roses as a public service.
We want to find out who is top of mind. Like,
who does he want to send red roses to? Hopefully
it's you. But if not, be very quiet, okay? Here
we go.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Hello? Hi, can I speak to Jose, please?
Speaker 3 (18:03):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
You caught me on a run.
Speaker 9 (18:05):
Jose?
Speaker 2 (18:06):
I can help you.
Speaker 1 (18:07):
Hi, my name is Alyssa. I'm calling from Magical Blooms.
How are you doing this morning?
Speaker 2 (18:12):
I'm just fine.
Speaker 1 (18:13):
Great.
Speaker 2 (18:13):
I'm sorry. Why are you calling me? I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
We deliver here locally and surrounding areas. And today you've
been selected to receive a free promotion. It's a dozen
red roses that you can send to anybody that you'd like.
Speaker 3 (18:26):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
I'm sorry. I, um, I am outside.
Speaker 3 (18:32):
This is a bad time to talk. I'm sorry, but
I'm going to pass on your promotion.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
Thank you very much.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
Are you sure there's nobody in your life that you'd
want to send flowers to? They're free. I don't need
cash from you or anything.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
No, I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (18:42):
It's a bad time.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
I thought this was important.
Speaker 2 (18:44):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
I mean, this is important. I can call you back
a different time.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
Wait, what is this?
Speaker 1 (18:53):
It's a dozen red roses you can send to anybody
that you'd like. They're free. I don't need cash from you.
I don't need anything. And then it's not a membership.
It's not a subscription, nothing like that. It's just, if
you like our arrangements, you'd come back as a customer
one day.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
Is that they're free?
Speaker 3 (19:09):
You don't need a credit card or anything?
Speaker 1 (19:11):
No, just the name of the person. You can start there.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
All right. Sure. Great.
Speaker 3 (19:19):
Let's do the, sorry, I'm catching my breath.
Speaker 2 (19:22):
Brittany.
Speaker 3 (19:23):
Brittany.
Speaker 5 (19:24):
Okay, great.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
And what would you like to put on the card
for Brittany?
Speaker 3 (19:32):
Roses twice in one month.
Speaker 4 (19:34):
You're just that special.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
Oh, that's cute.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
Okay. Hey, Jose, my name.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
Is Ryan Sincrest. Your voice is being broadcast on the
radio right now, and I've got your wife, Brittany, on
the line, who's, I'm sure, grateful that you sent her
the roses. But can I ask, why are you scrambling?
Why is it a bad time? Why were you struggling
to send roses to your wife?
Speaker 8 (19:58):
What?
Speaker 2 (20:00):
You're struggling to send romantic roses.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
I don't know, Ron, what are you.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
Oh, my God.
Speaker 6 (20:07):
What is happening right now? You're not alone in the photos.
Speaker 3 (20:10):
Who is she, Jose? Hold on, hold on, hold on.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
You went on a radio show?
Speaker 3 (20:16):
You went on a radio show and talked on the
radio about those photos?
Speaker 2 (20:20):
Baby, do you have any idea what this could do
to my job?
Speaker 6 (20:24):
Answer the question. Who's in the photos?
Speaker 2 (20:26):
Babe, babe, I have clients.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
I have bosses.
Speaker 2 (20:30):
The CEO is in town.
Speaker 6 (20:31):
He could be listening to this right now.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
No reason to scream.
Speaker 6 (20:34):
No reason to scream.
Speaker 3 (20:35):
I do have to scream. Now he's hearing you scream.
There's no.
Speaker 9 (20:41):
Okay.
Speaker 6 (20:42):
No, you're wrong. Who is he?
Speaker 2 (20:43):
There's no one else in those photos. Babe, babe, you
know our bathroom.
Speaker 3 (20:47):
There's a mirror.
Speaker 2 (20:48):
There's hooks, towels everywhere. I was all alone. And there's
a doorknob that you can put.
Speaker 3 (20:52):
In your fucking name.
Speaker 6 (20:52):
I gotta go.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
I gotta go. Jose, what'd you take a picture of?
Speaker 1 (20:58):
He left.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
He's gone? He's gone.
Speaker 1 (21:01):
He hung up.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
So, did he say he was on a run? Does
he jog? Is he on a run?
Speaker 7 (21:07):
Brittany?
Speaker 2 (21:09):
I mean.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
Not regularly. I think it's maybe, I have no idea.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
Well, let me give you my feedback. Someone that reacts
that way by screaming and yelling, for me, it shows guilt. Yeah, agreed.
Speaker 3 (21:32):
Agreed, Ryan.
Speaker 1 (21:33):
Definitely a problem.
Speaker 2 (21:34):
If there were no issue here, this would have been
a much easier, calmer, and clearer conversation. Yelling, getting off
the phone, he's hiding something. You're on to it. You
know it. You've seen the photos. Do not stop here.
This is more information, and now you've got to get
to the bottom of it.
Speaker 3 (21:54):
I got what I needed to know that something's up.
So thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
Speaker 2 (21:59):
Sorry. Good luck. But he's guilty. He is guilty.
Speaker 6 (22:02):
All right?
Speaker 3 (22:05):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
Thank you. Good luck.
Speaker 1 (22:08):
Yeah, I mean, the reaction alone.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
Well, if you didn't do it, you don't yell, and
then you'll just run off the phone. It's amazing. Like,
it's so easy to tell when people are not telling
the truth.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
Because the truth is so easy to tell. Very frustrating,
that guy yelling. All right, that's Ryan's Roses.
Speaker 1 (22:28):
On air with Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
Kiss FM. Good morning. Now, let's get back to Chloe
on the line in Torrance. So, Chloe, good morning.
Speaker 6 (22:40):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
You are calling about a friend of yours who is
a type A kind of personality, right?
Speaker 6 (22:47):
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
And you want to know how to get a type
A human being to chill out?
Speaker 6 (22:54):
Yes, precisely.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
You cannot.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
You don't?
Speaker 2 (22:58):
You don't.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
No.
Speaker 1 (22:59):
No.
Speaker 6 (23:00):
So basically the situation is that I'm going to Cancun
with a bunch of my friends. And this particular friend
is very organized. Like last night, she sent us a
minute by minute itinerary for the entire trip. And I'm
not exaggerating. It's like breakfast at 810, beach at nine,
lunch at 1205, the whole thing. And so I'm like,
can we just chill? You know, it's vacation. Like I
(23:23):
appreciate the planning, but it just feels like we're going
on a field trip instead of a getaway. You feel me?
Speaker 3 (23:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
I do, and I think that you're never going to
get that person to evolve. The only thing you're going
to do is decide not to travel with that person
after this trip.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
Or pick and choose the events you attend. You don't
have to do everything on the itinerary, but it's nice
to have it.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
That's true. You can say, I'm going to see you
at lunch.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
Right.
Speaker 6 (23:46):
Oh, my God, you guys, I'm too much of a
people pleaser for that. It's going to be a real challenge.
Speaker 4 (23:50):
Oh, well.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
I just, the overall thing here is that you can't,
retrain that kind of person. It's impossible. They will not survive.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
So we're born this way.
Speaker 2 (24:02):
You just have to decide, can you be compatible enough
with a type a and just enjoy them for who
they are and what they do and how they do
it or not. And that's the decision you got to make.
You want to Cancun Chloe? It's okay. You're going to
be fine.
Speaker 4 (24:17):
Good point.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
Thank you so much for listening to us. Good luck.
I mean, I'm type a, but I would not, uh,
print out an itinerary of the trip i'm not doing that.
Speaker 1 (24:27):
Oh i love an itinerary oh my gosh plan it
all out.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
That's because you got a lot of people to organize
that's true it's kiss fm can we just go there
for a second what is appropriate to open in public
in in work in a studio in school when it
comes to your food that you brought in your lunch.
Speaker 1 (24:44):
Box lunch a sandwich.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
Yeah something that does not reek Kebab. Sounds good.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
Oh, wow.
Speaker 2 (24:52):
I like a kebab. What is that?
Speaker 1 (24:54):
A garlic?
Speaker 2 (24:55):
An onion? What's on it? What is on that kebab?
We cannot stand the stench.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
I don't know. You don't even know? I have no idea.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
Oh, man. I'm a leftover guy. I like leftovers. This
is the season of leftovers.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
Speaking of leftovers, we went to Casa Vega on Dia
de los Muertos. They had a huge celebration, a mariachi.
It was such a fun dinner. And I got the
chicken mole, which is something I never order there.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
I've had it.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
And it was delicious.
Speaker 2 (25:21):
The sauce on the plate is so good.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
But I didn't finish it. And so I put it
in my little to-go bag with my leftover rice and beans.
And I was so excited to bring it home. And
I left it there.
Speaker 2 (25:30):
I thought about going back. Mole is a big deal.
Speaker 3 (25:32):
I know.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
You know the commitment that goes into mole. When I've
had it, was it completely drenched on the plate? You
can't even see the chicken? Yes, exactly.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
It was like just the chicken and that's it.
Speaker 2 (25:40):
That is heaven. It was so good. That's it, yes.
It's not a little dabble. It's a big blanket of mole, mole.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
It was delicious. And so, yeah, I thought about going back,
but at that point I was already home in pajamas.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
But that wouldn't stink. That smells like cinnamon. Yeah, that
smells good.
Speaker 8 (25:54):
I mean, I'm the type of girl that brings boiled
eggs on airplanes.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
Not have any self-awareness like on a plane stinky eggs
i don't mind if.
Speaker 8 (26:03):
People eat stinky food.
Speaker 2 (26:05):
No no no we mind if you do not you
we you eat that you don't smell your own odor.
Speaker 1 (26:10):
We do i know but i'm saying like i don't.
Speaker 8 (26:13):
Mind if somebody on an airplane is also eating something
stinky i'm like go.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
Ahead but that's because you're a violator.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
Yeah because you're a partner in.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
Crime sophia what did some our intern sophia what did
somebody break out in.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
Class They brought an egg salad sandwich.
Speaker 2 (26:27):
Oh, Tanya, what class are you taking?
Speaker 9 (26:29):
It's my German cinema class.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
Tanya, are you in that class?
Speaker 1 (26:32):
No. By the way, egg salad sandwich, delicious.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
And they don't smell at all. And it should not
smell quite so bad with the mayo mustard.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
Sauce on it.
Speaker 9 (26:40):
No, it was so strong. And we're sitting in this classroom.
It's an hour and a half class. And I think
it was like the 15-minute mark that we're in. This
person sitting a couple seats next to me pulls out
like this egg salad sandwich and just starts chewing it.
Speaker 7 (26:54):
And the smell, I'm just.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Like, I can't. Can you eat?
Speaker 2 (26:58):
Did the profs let you eat in school, in class?
Speaker 9 (27:01):
I mean, they're not thrilled about it, but like they
won't tell you put that away.
Speaker 7 (27:06):
I feel like it depends also on the teacher.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
I feel like it's a distraction to the other. You
call them profs?
Speaker 8 (27:11):
I didn't even know what he was talking about.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
What do y'all call them?
Speaker 2 (27:17):
What do you call them?
Speaker 1 (27:18):
They are professors. She just said teacher.
Speaker 2 (27:23):
Well, you guys want to come to school with me?
It's profs. I went to one year college and dropped out.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
I called them profs.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
I know. Look, I know. We know.
Speaker 1 (27:37):
You think you know.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
And it's so good to think you know, even though
you don't know. Now, are you in any clubs? Like,
do you have a group that gets together and works
out or plays a sport or, I don't know, or
drinks a wine or a club?
Speaker 1 (27:54):
Yeah, actually, me and some of my friends want to
start learning mahjong. So what is that? I don't even
know how to play it, but it's like, it's all the,
everybody's playing.
Speaker 6 (28:06):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
And so I started learning. And so a bunch of
my friends actually went last Thursday to go play somewhere
and I couldn't go for whatever reason, but I'm going
to go with them next week.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
Where do you have to go?
Speaker 1 (28:16):
Well, sometimes you, well, yeah, sometimes you can have places
that actually like have a whole night themed about it.
And it's just a bunch of like people playing. I
have a tutor I can send. Oh, I love that.
Speaker 4 (28:24):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (28:25):
Sorry. I don't even, if I put it into my search,
I can't even spell it.
Speaker 1 (28:30):
Yeah, I don't even know how to spell it. We
call it Mahjong.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
Just search it. I know it's... Mahjong.
Speaker 1 (28:35):
Everyone's playing it, though. Even like last weekend at the
dance competition.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
Everyone's not playing Mahjong. Everyone is. Everyone's playing Fortnite.
Speaker 6 (28:40):
No.
Speaker 2 (28:40):
Fortnite is what we do. Fortnite, not Mahjong. I'm intrigued. Ruby, Mahjong?
Speaker 5 (28:47):
Neither.
Speaker 7 (28:49):
Fortnite or Mahjong.
Speaker 2 (28:50):
Sophia, Mahjong?
Speaker 6 (28:52):
No.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
Not yet. How do you spell Xiong? Let's see, actually.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
That's a good question.
Speaker 4 (28:58):
J-O-M-G.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
How do you spell... That's Jong.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
It's Mah Jong. M-A-H-J-O-N-G. You asked me if I'm some
sort of a club.
Speaker 2 (29:09):
I'm my club. This is like a near-death thing. I
don't know.
Speaker 1 (29:16):
It is so chic.
Speaker 2 (29:18):
I'm worried.
Speaker 1 (29:18):
They sell them at like West Elm. No, this is
like the it. It's like when everyone started doing pickleball.
Speaker 8 (29:24):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
Mahjong is not pickable. Anyway, I bring this up because Tanya,
you're in a book club. No one's in a book
club anymore. People don't read books.
Speaker 8 (29:35):
First of all, I'm not allowed in this book club.
My two best friends... started a book club where they
read a book and then they go to a dinner
spot that we've all wanted to try, like one on
our list, and they discuss said book, and I'm not
invited to be.
Speaker 1 (29:51):
In the book club.
Speaker 2 (29:53):
Because you don't read.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
No, but I have ChatGPT that could give me cliff
notes just like that.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
No, but that's... No, that's cheating. Which is... But no
one is in a book club anymore. It doesn't happen.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
Some people are kind of into that too. Yeah, they're
going to the restaurants that I want to go to.
I want to try new things. Just go to the
restaurant with them. And I can't because I'm not in
the book club.
Speaker 2 (30:12):
So here's the thing. I'm just going to tell you.
Top line. This is like my friends that want guys weekends.
Like why? They're running from their relationships. Same thing with
the book club.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
They want to get away from their space.
Speaker 2 (30:25):
Why do people play golf? Because they want to get
away from their wives.
Speaker 8 (30:28):
To be fair, my two friends that are in this
book club are single. So they're not running from any guy.
Speaker 2 (30:34):
Well, they're never going to meet anybody. I guarantee you that.
That is for sure. No, there are things people do
to get away from their significant others because it's time.
I'm just like, I have guys that are like, hey, bro,
we're going on a guy's weekend. What's fun about a
bunch of dudes on a weekend? Nothing at all.
Speaker 1 (30:52):
I don't know. Bonding, hanging out.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
Oh, bonding, please.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
I want to be in the book club. You're such
a lone wolf. You don't want to hang with your dudes?
Speaker 2 (31:03):
I don't want to hang with a bunch of guys
for an entire weekend. It's just not fun. Have you
met guys? Guys are not fun to be around for
two nights.
Speaker 3 (31:13):
They're not.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
They're gross.
Speaker 3 (31:14):
Gross.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
Anyway, Sonia, the book club. No. Find a new club.
102.7 KISS FM. Well, it's going to wrap up a Monday.
We're going to roll out of here this morning. Tomorrow,
it's a second date update. Have a great day. We'll
talk to you tomorrow. Thank you, Backroom. Thank you, studio.
Speaker 1 (31:34):
Bye, buddy.
Speaker 4 (31:35):
Bye-bye.
Speaker 2 (31:36):
Thanks for listening to On Air with Ryan Seacrest. Make
sure to subscribe, and we'll talk to you again tomorrow.
