Speaker 1 (00:00):
Lee gets FM. So tonight feels great, right, it's Friday night.
Tonight is good, Tomorrow morning feels good. But soon enough
you start getting Monday on the mind. And I was
thinking about this. I'm fine with saying to you, I
like to look forward to things at the end of
the week. I like to say, oh, yeah, today's Monday.
Get to Tuesday, and now it's Wednesday, start planning Friday whatever.

(00:20):
I like that works for me. Yeah, I'm always looking forward,
but I'm trained to say, coming up next in a minute,
five minutes from now, ten minutes, all the way, like
that's my life. Ye like that, right, what are we
doing tomorrow? Coming up? What are we doing? We're at lunch,
what's for dinner? It's the DNA inside me right Anyway,

(00:40):
I thought this is kind of issing the ways to
elong get your weekend to make it feel longer. Who
wouldn't want to everybody do your weekend chores during the week,
All right, how do you do that? You got to
figure out some efficiencies. But if you can get your
weekend chores during the week done so that takes out

(01:01):
some time on the week because I like to push
stuff into the weekend. But if you can. Last night
I went through and did some things in my closet
I was going to do this weekend, but I did
it last night, thinking to bed as early. But I
did it last night because I don't want to do
it this weekend. Yeah, I read that. I read this
last night, so I Friday. Number two, wake up earlier
every day. I did do that today too, eight minutes,

(01:24):
but it was eight minutes. But in the eight minutes
I went out, started my coffee, and by the time
my alarm would normally go off, my coffee was ready.
So the eight minutes actually saved quite a bit this
morning because I had my coffee while I got ready
instead of after. Number three is the third one. To
make your weekend seem longer. Make plans for Friday night

(01:46):
so when your Saturday rolls around, you still feel like
you have two weekend days left. That is the best
feeling ever. Your thing on Friday. Waking up Saturday morning
is like, whoo, whole weekend. Don't do stuff on Saturday night.
I know, flip it, oh, I know when someone has
to tries to make plans on a Saturday night because
then it's Sunday. Yeah, you're like it's Sunday, and I

(02:07):
find it difficult to push through on Friday sometimes because
I'm tired from the day m hm. But if you
do want to do something, it's always nice to have
more runway after. Don't you have that adrenaline on Friday?
I do, you know. I try and trick myself and
then I sit down for somebod to eat and some
guy sits on my forehead like the weight of him,

(02:28):
and I feel it, you know, I feel like I'm
just my behind my eyes get tired. You ever feel
like the man sitting on your head. Yeah, that's the
weight of that. Today's quote, you have to stop prioritizing
being loved by others over the love you have for yourself.
Good one, What can you just stop prioritizing? It starts

(02:51):
with you for yourself.
