It's all about infusing life with joy through retreats, through
you know, this app lots of other reasons, but the
premise here is everybody, including myself, we're all starving for inspiration,
for something to be infused in us that makes us
feel better on any given day. I want whoever's listening

to leave a little bit happier, a little bit lighter,
a little bit brighter once they stop listening to this
with some kind of action. And so I was thinking
about things that bring joy.
