scammer situation. Scammers are stealing photos so they're actually getting
real home listen and then posting them on social media
for way.

So then that's where they lure the people in because
you're like, Wow, this is such an incredible deal. This
house looks perfect, this is exactly what I need. And
then they ask for a deposit before even seeing the place.

You send the money and then they're gone, and this
is the people are getting scammed.

Well, if anybody asks you to send money before you see,
especially a place that you're going to live in, I
know that is a red flag. Right.

the renting right now in southern California is so competitive
and you people are losing out on places because they
go so quickly that you might not even think twice.
You're like, oh, yeah, I'll send us quick deposit and

getting this from, they can use AI to come up
with answers that sound exactly like the scary the landlord
would answer, and you go, oh, it's gotta be legit.
So everything so as I understand, everything is real except

the home is real, the apartment is real, yes, but

it's just the other person is intercepting, and the police.

house looks perfect, this is exactly what I need. And
then they ask for a deposit before even seeing the place.

You send the money and then they're gone, and this
is the people are getting scammed.

Well, if anybody asks you to send money before you see,
especially a place that you're going to live in, I

the renting right now in southern California is so competitive
and you people are losing out on places because they

You're like, oh, yeah, I'll send us quick deposit and

Even if you ask specific questions back to wherever you're
getting this from, they can use AI to come up
with answers that sound exactly like the scary the landlord
would answer, and you go, oh, it's gotta be legit.
So everything so as I understand, everything is real except

the home is real, the apartment is real, yes, but

it's just the other person is intercepting, and the police.
