Good morning, Cisny and Tanya and the back room. Good

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Good morning there, Good morning, and morning morning.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
We've got a Wednesday broadcast. Let's see Sisney's been on
fire this week. Tanya was a little tired yesterday. But
I assume you were saying that you've been going out.
Is it it's summer that you just like you can
go out a little bit more, even though we got
our same schedule.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
No, I went out.

Speaker 5 (00:43):
I So I kind of did this thing with my
birthday this year where I just I did like separate
dinners with different friends and so I had basically like
three or.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
Four day that for my birthday, and it was like
a marathon.

Speaker 5 (00:55):
Yeah, so I have like three or four nights in
a row that I was going out to dinner.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
So I have a question for you.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
That's amazing that people want to celebrate you, like, yeah,
very nice, But it's hard too when you're working full time.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Yes, I don't. I can't.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Just so interesting. I've told you I can't go on
a date on a weeknight. I just don't have the vibe, right.
It has to be a Friday.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
See that.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Yeah, people I have friends like on a Tuesday on
a date, yeah, Thursday.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
Othertimes you don't want to give up your weekend to
go meet a dud.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
But I don't have a I don't have a choice.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
I can't be like my Friday or Saturday. Friday better
or a Saturday better for you?

Speaker 3 (01:36):
You know, I go this is a really great I'm
glad you had to ask that, because I don't know
what I do in combination is takes a lot of
my energy, you know, So when I stack it all
up in a week, it's a lot of stuff. I
can't focus and relax. And I'm tired of eight thirty
nine o'clock, right, so the weekdays don't work. Now take

(01:58):
me to Friday. Is it better are off to come
right out of a workday into a Friday night date
and have the full weekend ahead of me, or it
was better to have the Friday night to chill and
then fully come in full speed on Saturday after having
a day of a break.

Speaker 6 (02:12):
I get a second win on Friday I'm excited. I
feel like I have energy. I could definitely do a
fun outing Friday night.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Yeah, and then you can sleep in on Saturday or
continue the date if it's going well.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
I did that way to remember who?

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Yeah, I forgot who?

Speaker 3 (02:26):
But yeah, ago, you know, I said, what are you
doing for the next forty eight hours?

Speaker 7 (02:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:32):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
One of the first you ever met when I first started.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
Yeah, oh, thank you.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
I think you didn't even work here.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
Oh yeah I didn't.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Actually you didn't work here. Both neither of y'all worked here.
What year was it, two thousand and two?

Speaker 7 (02:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Three, mark when I start the year. I started four
Saturday starts.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
With an intern in San Diego in two thousand and four.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Yeah, it was so fourish. Anyway, here we are in
twenty twenty six, guys doing the same thing.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
What do you prefer?

Speaker 3 (03:08):
I think I like Friday, but I have to go
on the shower first. Yes, of course, I go straight
from work.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
No, all rank you.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Thanks for visual, don't you? Gorey Hills one or two
point seven? Kiss family.

Speaker 8 (03:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
They're saying when it's getting hot like this this summer,
don't drink this, and I don't like them saying this,
to be honest with you, I'm like, actually, I'm not
listening to them. I did double down yesterday. I doubled
down on it. I don't want to give it away,
but I had it.

Speaker 6 (03:40):
Why do they say, don't drink it because it's dehydrating.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
You need to be hydrated.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Okay, okay, I'm.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Not yelling that up, but I've gone further because it's hot,
I have it hot. Then I in the same round,
make a big ice one.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
Oh, I know what it is.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
I'll tell you what it is.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
But you know what, I find that.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
People really judge in the summer if you order a
hot one of these.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Yeah, I got shamed. You can drink hot. This mean,
I'll tell you what it is.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
And I was like, okay, I'll get it.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
Ice shamed into it, shamed into it.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
I didn't like it as much.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
And your ice turns to water and it's watery.

Speaker 9 (04:21):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
I'll tell you what it is.

Speaker 4 (04:22):
No, you have to have the right setting on your machine.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Anyway, I'll tell you what it is. It's six fifty five.
I wonder where were we Jordan? Are you limping?

Speaker 3 (04:33):
What's going on in the back room? I think I
saw you walk in limping. Are you okay?

Speaker 4 (04:36):
I'm struggling over here, y'all. It's so bad.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
What happened to your leg?

Speaker 10 (04:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (04:41):
I went to the gym with my mom and it
was like day. I got distracted because I was trying
to talk to her about our next workout, and I
ended up dropping a twenty five pound plate on my foot.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
Okay, so this is and is your toenail going to
be black and blue for six months?

Speaker 8 (04:58):
You know? Immediately checked it, immediately started bruising.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
But it's not broken.

Speaker 8 (05:03):
But I am uncomfortable and I can't walk on my right.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
You with that plate? What move were you doing with
that plate?

Speaker 8 (05:10):
I was re put I was putting the plates away.
I was being respectful for the next person, and I
pulled the forty five pound plate first instead of the
twenty five pound one. And so while I was pulling
the forty five of twenty five to one fell oh.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Just organizing.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
She wasn't even like, did you do any exercises? She
didn't get it.

Speaker 8 (05:33):
I know, I finished the workout. I was putting them away,
just put it back. But instead of grabbing the twenty
five pound one first, I grabbed the forty five pound
behind me and chopped in on your phone, dropped it
on my foot and I didn't react though. I kind
of just like made sure no one else was looking
at me when it happened, so I didn't see that
I was in pain.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
Oh you're paying shock? Oh yeah, I was in shock.

Speaker 8 (05:52):
And I had to like kind of whistle my friend
over to help me because I couldn't move.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
Honestly, I've been so many times, but I scream, like
I make a noise, I've dropped, I've dropped the dumb
bell on my hand. When I was doing this thing
ROAs I remember, and I had that black and blue
so on a wheel fortune. They take a tight camera

(06:19):
shot of my hand picking up the bonus round card
and I had a black blue nail and I was like,
I paint that nude.

Speaker 11 (06:28):
Yeah, continuity, No, I painted it nude for six months, yeah,
till that thing got back to normal, walking around new
nail polish, traveling with nude nail polish.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
But the nude didn't really cover it. It didn't. I
told you should have just rocked it the whole time.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
I know, but I was so invested in the nude
nail polish anyway. I'm glad you're gonna be okay, uh,
and I respect. I got respect for you with those plates,
no matter what. Twenty five forty five in there with
your mom.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
Respect and your mom so cute that you guys.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
To mom, Yeah, are you bridesmaid? Did your friend ask?

Speaker 8 (07:08):
I'm still waiting.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
Okay, games like.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
A week ago factor in it. She's limping. She might not,
she might get disqualified. It's true.

Speaker 8 (07:16):
I'm gonna wear flats now.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Up the stairs of the church. I don't want to
hear this dec.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Jenny.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
It's one of two point seven because I I don't
know why I've started the day laughing of I'm not
at you guys, but with you guys. But you guys
are funny. You told of you between Jordan dropping a
plate on her toe. Might be disqualified for being a bridesmaid.
She's limping, cake and up the stairs to the church.

(07:47):
Ruby telling me so, Ruby's telling me, and this isn't
you said you do the same thing. And I was
just laughing at the end of that song because I
think we all have this. Ruby tell him what you
just told us.

Speaker 8 (07:58):
I am guilty of having a clothes chair a chairs,
close chairs, right.

Speaker 6 (08:05):
But at random items of clothing, Like.

Speaker 3 (08:09):
I've only worn this shirt for a couple of hours,
so I'm putting it on the bench.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
There, back in your closet.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
No, I don't I do what Ruby does? I even
do it with underwear?

Speaker 4 (08:19):
How do we get out of this habit?

Speaker 8 (08:20):
Though?

Speaker 6 (08:21):
Mine is though mine is not like if that's the case,
I'll hang it back up in my closet. But mine
is more like, I'm thinking about wearing this outfit to
this event in a few days, so I'm gonna put
it on this chair so I would like see it
and then get inspired, and then I'll.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Pile another outfit and then another off it. It just turns
into like a pile of clothes.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
No, mine's only clothes that I've only like time shared.
I haven't really moved into them for a long time. So,
for example, if I throw on a pair of I
wear these boxer breechs. I throw a pair on for
an hour in the nighttime, after I've showered or something,
just to eat. Then I'll throw them on the chair
and I'll use them for a workout in the morning.
Whether if I for a workout or workout I don't know.

Speaker 5 (08:58):
I just like refeel, put them back and then remember
which one it was.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
How about you don't reuse your underwear because that's not
all fair.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
That's not fair to the laundry. Yeah, that's too much laundry.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
Do if you if you timeshare your underwear for an
hour after you've showered and you're at your own home,
you can reuse those in the morning for your workout.

Speaker 5 (09:19):
Fair on your own Yeah, no, to get it, I
get it.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
No, there's nothing accumulated in its one hour of cleanliness
and your sweat's coming.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Next. Thing that material knows is you're sweated.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
You not have enough underwear, like we can buy it.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
On I would do that underwear.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
I think he needs some underwear.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
Yeah, you know what if you could get back to
your old habits to be.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
Nice, he needs like a twelve pack or something.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
I need a twelve pack and I need one to
be read for Fridays.

Speaker 4 (09:48):
That's what I bought you red underwear, well ten years ago.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
I don't think.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
She's so salty about it.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Ten years.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
You let this energy go, Tanya.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Just you know, I mean, all of my decades of
working in the world, you're the only colleague that's given
me red underwear.

Speaker 6 (10:08):
One of one, so take that badge of honor.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
Yeah, we have what I was telling you about. They
say not to drink because it's hot. I don't want
to listen to them. I'll tell you what it is
next one to two pointy seven kiss FM. So if
you're with us earlier, you might have put the pieces together.
But because of the heat, all the people, the experts say,
don't drink coffee, it's too hot when it gets to
be really hot in the nineties and one hundred to

(10:35):
not drink coffee, to stay away from coffee and soda
and anything caffeinated. I understand, but it's kind of like
I'm gonna pick and choose my battles. Yeah, I'm fine
not having the soda. But this this room doesn't want
me not having coffee. No they know is what what

(10:58):
does DJ Kellas say? He says, He says something like
that one. He says, they don't want me to be
you know what, you don't want me to not have coffee.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
Maybe throw some electrolytes in not your coffee, but in
something else to make up for dehydration of the coffee.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
I double down. I'll have it hot ian, I have
it cold now.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
So caffeine blah blah blah.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
It raises your heart rate and your blood pressure, and
it makes you vulnerable to heat exhaustion.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
And it's diuretic.

Speaker 6 (11:34):
Yeah, well THEYD. It's the dehydration aspect of it. That's
more of the concern, right, and.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
Even good of it. It's beautiful, it's.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
It's ceremonial for a two hours.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
What does your friend Dan Bututner say about this?

Speaker 1 (11:49):
What is I think?

Speaker 3 (11:50):
Ask him the Blue Zone founder about the coffee. But
you know what's interesting is I don't care what anyone
says about coffee because I am.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
Going to have it no matter what.

Speaker 6 (11:58):
Clearly, it's basically in your bed at this point, it's
in my bedroom, the.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
Mister coffee machine. Here's your quote for today. Each feeling
is just a visitor in your house. You must acknowledge.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Them, but then lead them to the exit when you're ready.

Speaker 6 (12:15):
Beautiful.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
I like it. It's kind of a good way to
put it.

Speaker 6 (12:19):
Thank you, goodbye, sipping my coffee.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
This FM headlines with siciny Well, the company.

Speaker 6 (12:25):
Behind the burned Boyle Heights warehouse, says it has a
plan to eliminate the rotting food smell, and regulators are
now reviewing that plan. La County health officials are warning
travelers about possible measles exposure at LAX after an infected
passenger passed through the international terminal on July sixteenth. Disney

(12:48):
has laid off hundreds of employees across its entertainment divisions
for the second time this year, with Pixar Studios being
hit the hardest, and the Santa Barbara Courthouse has become
one of the most sought after wedding venues in the state,
giving couples the chance to tie the knot for around
two hundred dollars.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
Justin bieber Yukhan one on two pointy seven Kiss FM.
So let's talk about this. Let's get a lot of
chat online. Not to give away free gas, but first
do you save birthday cards or Valentine's Day cards or
any cards that you get now I'm talking.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
About the Hallmark cards.

Speaker 3 (13:26):
Yeah, the card card that has a printed saying in
maybe a little note or signature. Are sure do you
save those sany there's.

Speaker 6 (13:33):
A ceremonial part where like I get birthday cards and
I put them like on my mantle for like the
week of my birthday and probably like two weeks after, and.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
Then I save a few.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
Tania, I'm guessing you save everything.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
I save nothing.

Speaker 5 (13:47):
Really, yeah, I say the ceremonial, like the if there's
like really sweet ones, so I do save if they're
like very thoughtful and sweet. But the generic ones that
I get, I'll read them so sweet and then I toss.

Speaker 6 (14:00):
There's no system to my madness, Like I don't know
where these cards are, Like they're tucked into like random drawers,
nightstands somewhere in my office, Like it's they're saved, but
I just don't have like a system for them.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
I I I I have saved before.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
I have saved.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
Matter of fact, I remember specifically in one relationship saving
them in a bottom drawer, and then the relationship ended
and I didn't really think about the bottom drawer. Well,
someone else not the botto drawer to use it, and
then like this might be yours, and I was like, oh, yeah,
from a long time ago.

Speaker 1 (14:34):
So I don't know save or not saved. That is
the question, what do you say? Because I didn't really
know that. I forgot they were there and it was
a while ago.

Speaker 5 (14:41):
If you save from a significant other and then the
relationship bends, you.

Speaker 4 (14:45):
Do have to get rid of those.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
What about pictures.

Speaker 5 (14:50):
Like printed pictures, framed pictures. I feel like, yeah, if
you can't have those up in your house when your
new girlfriend arrives on your phone, Oh, that's so hard
to do. You gotta go back, Tanya.

Speaker 4 (15:03):
I'm gonna say.

Speaker 5 (15:03):
No because I feel like that'd be just so. But
maybe your Instagram for sure?

Speaker 4 (15:07):
Instagram?

Speaker 1 (15:10):
Yeah, what do I have on mind?

Speaker 9 (15:12):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (15:12):
You have everything.

Speaker 5 (15:13):
You have past girlfriends on there, So let's make sure
you've had a sweep.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
No, he's had no sweeps. They're all still in there.
You gotta sweep. Like I scrolled one day and I
was like, oh, well far did you go?

Speaker 1 (15:24):
Years?

Speaker 4 (15:25):
I don't remember? You gotta sweep, sweep. I had this
exact thought in my head. I was like, I wonder
if he's uptured.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
I have no housekeeping on that ding.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Whatever is there is there, and it's always there.

Speaker 4 (15:38):
Out of respect for your future, I think about my past.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
What about the respect from my past?

Speaker 6 (15:44):
Yeah, because it was so Each relationship was so wonderful
and taught you so much.

Speaker 1 (15:49):
It's true. Thank you sound like me.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
I know, I've been learning a lot a girls on here.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Just wait, we've seen dudes.

Speaker 4 (15:56):
What do you got?

Speaker 7 (15:57):
No?

Speaker 3 (16:00):
Yeah, I got good content coming show.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
This one's good. The working out in the water. I
forgot about the underwater work out.

Speaker 3 (16:15):
All right, we're gonna move on. It's kiss FM. So
let me grab Sophia here. Interesting topic that we were covering.
Do you save birthday cards at Valentine's Day cards? And
if you do, what's the etiquette on time? Where do
you put them? And if you defriend or break up
do you tear them up? Do you throw them away?
Do you forget about them? Like?

Speaker 1 (16:34):
What do you do? Sophia in van eyes? What happened
to you?

Speaker 10 (16:40):
Well?

Speaker 12 (16:40):
I heard you guys talking about whether the keepers throw
away birthday cards? So I went to a friend's birthday
party who was at its different friend's house, and I
gave her my cards. She opened it, read it, said
thank you, that's so sweet, and then threw it right
in the trash. But I I called her out on it.

(17:01):
I was like, did you just throw my card in
the trash? And she was like what I read it?
I was like, that's so rude.

Speaker 3 (17:07):
I mean she has a point, like she read it,
she got the emotion and sentiment. Now recycle the card, Like,
what's the point in not recycling the paper.

Speaker 4 (17:19):
In front of her face?

Speaker 12 (17:22):
Yeah, she's what she was like, what do I need
to keep it for a week? And that's wrote out?
Like what's the difference?

Speaker 6 (17:28):
Yes, we just still keep you walk by it, you
see it, it reminds you, it makes you happy.

Speaker 12 (17:34):
Yeah, but right in front of me.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
I don't even know if you should be friends with
this person.

Speaker 13 (17:40):
I know.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
I think that's the most honest friend she's got.

Speaker 4 (17:44):
I don't know, she's not playing gave us on her wedding.
I don't know where it is, but I kept it.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
But are you going to keep it forever?

Speaker 6 (17:51):
Probably I'll probably find it in the drawer and I'll
be like.

Speaker 4 (17:56):
Different, wedding stuff is different.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (17:59):
I mean, like, I get the practical point of your
friend going, hey, thank you. I read it, I felt it,
and I'm going to recycle it.

Speaker 6 (18:08):
If I wrote you a thoughtful card for your birthday
and you read it and you threw it away right
in front of my face, Ryan, I would be.

Speaker 4 (18:14):
I wouldn't know if I would ever write you a
card ever again.

Speaker 3 (18:16):
Out of that, knowing I out of guilt, I would
put it somewhere and then think to myself, next week,
I got to get rid of that, all right, Sophia,
thank you and good luck.

Speaker 1 (18:29):
I'd be like, oh my gosh, that.

Speaker 3 (18:31):
Is the sweetest toss into the chargers.

Speaker 6 (18:35):
I once found a card for Michael Valentine's Day maybe,
and it said you're probably going to find this card
in a drawer one day, and it's.

Speaker 4 (18:42):
So true it probably is.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
I got a card from Michael once.

Speaker 4 (18:49):
Hmmm, what did it say?

Speaker 1 (18:54):
I can't tell you.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Yes, thank you for dealing with this every single day,
and on behalf of Robbie, thank you too. Oh my gosh,
this is fun, this whole thing. Gonna play the match
game for not Berry Farm tickets? Are you ready? Got
Wendy and I got Ellie? Good morning, Ellie? How are

(19:17):
you doing?

Speaker 13 (19:19):
I'm doing well?

Speaker 9 (19:20):
Thank you? How are you good?

Speaker 3 (19:21):
Thank you for asking? And let's get Wendy here. Wendy,
how are you doing in Amanti?

Speaker 13 (19:29):
Hi?

Speaker 12 (19:30):
Ryot, I'm doing well?

Speaker 1 (19:31):
How are you super super super? Here we're gonna go.

Speaker 3 (19:34):
We got two of you here, Wendy and Ellie Buena
Park and Amanti we're gonna play the match game.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
It's kind of fun.

Speaker 12 (19:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
So yeah, here's how it works for these Knots Perry
Farm tickets. You'll each go one at a time. I'll
give you a phrase with the blank in it. Whoever
gets the most matches with our panel, we'll win. We
start with you, Wendy. Okay, okay, let's do it all right,
So the first one is sweat blank. Don't say anything, Wendy,

(20:00):
just think about what goes in the blank. So, like,
the most common word that might follow the word sweat
is what you're trying to think about. See if you
match up with the panel. Okay, here we go. Uh, Wendy,
what'd you say?

Speaker 1 (20:15):
Sweat?

Speaker 12 (20:16):
What?

Speaker 9 (20:18):
Gland?

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Of course?

Speaker 3 (20:21):
Of course, of course that's what follows sweat gland. You
ever said the word land?

Speaker 4 (20:33):
I think I can't remember the last time. I said.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
All right, let's see, did you say sweat gland?

Speaker 1 (20:41):
I did not.

Speaker 4 (20:42):
I said sweatshirt. Oh that's excellent, I said sweat stain.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Do I get a gland?

Speaker 4 (20:51):
I said sweatshirt as well?

Speaker 1 (20:56):
Sweatpants? Sweatpants?

Speaker 4 (20:58):
All that's a good one too.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
But when yours was actually the most creative?

Speaker 14 (21:03):
Yeah, yeah, Now, let's play with Ellie and see what happens.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
Ellie, you're up. Yours is sun blank. Don't say gland,
I mean, don't say anything sun blank, sun blank. Think
about that.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
All right? What'd you say, Ellie, sun screen son screen. Now,
let's say we can get a match.

Speaker 4 (21:27):
Sis son block, son Sunrise Ruby sun Sun Valley.

Speaker 1 (21:38):
This is impossible.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
It actually comes down to our engineer, Jeff Tubbs. Tubbs,
did you say sunscreen said sunburn?

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Chucks? You know what, Ellie and Wendy, I want to
do what I want to call it?

Speaker 13 (22:00):
Oh, thank you?

Speaker 3 (22:04):
No, no, no, I want to call it and give you
both four tickets.

Speaker 12 (22:07):
Yes, thank you.

Speaker 13 (22:10):
It's Ryan. I look forward to dropping off my Lentil
soup to you, hopefully you and the crew. You played
my playback a couple of weeks ago.

Speaker 15 (22:17):
I'm not a show surprise.

Speaker 13 (22:19):
I really really love that.

Speaker 3 (22:22):
Yes, yes, yes, So the only thing we asked is
you don't poison us.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Oh never, I don't know. I've seen movies.

Speaker 13 (22:31):
I'm super clean. All right.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
Well, hold on, Wendy and Ellen, and thank you so
much for the offer of the lentsorship. It does sound
amazing and flavorable. So yeah, you both win, hang on
one second.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
Thank you very much for listening. Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 7 (22:47):
It's Kiss FM on air with Ryan.

Speaker 3 (22:51):
Seacrest, Kiss FM. Yeah, free gas coming up in just
a minute. We got the heat and it's gonna get
hotter and hotter eighties and nineties. We're looking at over
one hundred degrees in the next couple of days Inland,
so it.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Is a gas destination.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
A lot of people just stop to get their gas
in Guardina on their way to and fro Cheweye is
out there right now. He's been roaming around Guardina.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Now.

Speaker 3 (23:17):
The philosophy here is Chewy just picks the spot right
and tries to make people happy. We're trying to make
smiles happen by the means of free gas randomly and
Cheweye picks the station, picks the person, and then slowly
approaches the person so not to feel like a threat. Right,
And who have you approached now, Chewy and Guardina this

(23:37):
morning for free gas.

Speaker 9 (23:39):
What's up, y'all. We're here in Guardina, like you said, Ryan,
and I'm here with my girl Stephanie. And she was
on e BRO and we hooked her up with some gas.
Right now, she's a little shocked, but she's excited. She's
smiling again. Me but here she is.

Speaker 3 (23:53):
Hello, Hi, Stephanie, good morning. It's Ryan Seacrest and some
of your friends here at Kiss FM.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
How are you.

Speaker 13 (24:00):
I'm doing well?

Speaker 1 (24:01):
How are you doing great? Thanks?

Speaker 3 (24:03):
All right, give me a snapshot of your morning. You're
grabbing gas now, Chivy says, you were basically empty in
the tank.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
We're gonna fill that up. Where are you headed?

Speaker 13 (24:12):
I'm headed to work now. I gotta watch some kids.
So it was a relief. I get to save some
money today, right on.

Speaker 3 (24:19):
Now, do you know the kids you're watching? You're just
gonna randomly watch some kids.

Speaker 13 (24:23):
No, just watching some kids volunteery.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Oh that's great, all right, And have you been doing
that for a while.

Speaker 13 (24:29):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (24:30):
Have you had your coffee yet this morning?

Speaker 13 (24:33):
I have not. I get to save my gas money
for coffee now and donut.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
There you go.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
That's the ripple effect, right, save in one place, then
spend it in the other, kick the can down the
road to the caffeine.

Speaker 13 (24:44):
Absolutely.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
Yes, all right, Well, thank you very much for taking
the time to chat with us. Good luck with the
kids today and enjoy your free tank of gas on
us thank you, a good day, you too.

Speaker 1 (24:55):
Bye bye.

Speaker 9 (24:58):
Oh she's a sweetheart, bro.

Speaker 3 (25:00):
So she said she's going to use her money that
she's saving to get her coffee. She must have expensive
coffee taste.

Speaker 9 (25:06):
That's like it might be intelligentsia, it might be some
real fans. Yea, what do you driving? I drink Folders, Ryan,
what do you drink? Brother?

Speaker 1 (25:13):
I drink.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
I drink Pacha Mama drip. I grind it myself. I
put it in my coffee maker, which is in my bedroom,
and I let that thing drip. And it's the reason
I get here every day.

Speaker 9 (25:23):
It's nice.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
I'll make it for you sometimes.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
Just wear your cowboy hat that I've been seeing in
your promo pictures lately.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
Just wear that. I'll make okay.

Speaker 9 (25:29):
I got.

Speaker 1 (25:32):
Okay, see a little bit.

Speaker 3 (25:34):
Chewi's out in Guardina Live also next hour as well later, Chewie, Yeah,
did you see Sidney thinks it's very post Malona him
that he looks in that photo. He's got the cowboy
hat and his stories this week when a horse, it's great.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
I think we need to.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
Find out what he's doing after nine o'clock on his horse.
It's one of two point seven Kiss I f Ham
Los Angeles. Chewie will be out in Guardina again after
nine a cock with free gas in person, so look
for him if you see the Kiss vehicle.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
That's what's going on.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
I need to understand what is happening in Santa Monica
and then could happen in other communities here in southern
California around the country when it comes to catching us
in our traffic violation with AI cameras. For example, if
you pull over into the bike lane things like this, right,
pull into the bike lane, or you stop in any place,

(26:28):
put your hazards on to run into a store or
something like that. I think people think flipping your hazards on, yeah,
makes everything okay exactly, I'll just hit the hazards and
they'll waive any sort of violation. So Siany, let's understand
what exactly we should be aware of.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
First. In Santa Monica, I think these are Yeah.

Speaker 6 (26:52):
Santa Monica is rolling out these AI powered cameras that
can automatically catch drivers parked in bike lanes like you're
saying bus lanes, this is crosswalks or even double park
and yes, the tickets can show up without a parking
officer ever being there. It's the first city in California
actually to roll out these AI type cameras, So this

(27:13):
is a big deal. I think Santa Monica is kind
of setting the pace and then from here we're going
to start seeing this in other cities.

Speaker 4 (27:19):
But when you think that, oh, I'm just.

Speaker 6 (27:20):
Gonna pull into this, you know just what the bipeplane
just for two seconds, run in.

Speaker 4 (27:25):
Come Nope, you'll get a ticket.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
I think they do a version of this on top
of the blue buses already for the bus lane. Yes,
and so this takes that even further. But no, you
can't just flip on your hazards and run in. And
you know when you when you come into the bike lane,
that could mean a biker is to go into the
traffic lane to avoid you. So that's very dangerous too. Yeah,
and I think we'll just continue to see more and
more of these AI rollouts in all kinds of things,

(27:50):
whether it.

Speaker 5 (27:50):
Be God for me because I pull over and put
my hazards on all to go to the way.

Speaker 1 (27:54):
Do you go to the bank the bank titch.

Speaker 4 (27:57):
Out takes two seconds. I run right in real quick,
come out, and I'm wa you.

Speaker 3 (28:00):
Go inside to the ATMs and you leave your car
out there with the flat hazzards on running.

Speaker 4 (28:05):
I'm gone for ninety seconds.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
That's why a long time.

Speaker 4 (28:10):
Yeah, no, you're not like park turn the.

Speaker 1 (28:13):
Rest of us.

Speaker 5 (28:14):
I mean, I don't need to go into any more details,
but I do it often.

Speaker 6 (28:17):
I do this to that ford Bronco, look for that
four Bronco exactly. But whatyclist? What if you're dropping somebody off?
That is my question? Like is that a violation? Like
if you're I think.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
I think if you pull over and you stop where
you're not supposed to stop, it's a violation. But that
might be one that come on, AI, you should let
that one side. It takes one second. Huber's got to
do it exactly right. Chas do it all the time,
reds and it doesn't matter. You just pull over, drop
us off. Well, I'm a biker. I'm a cyclist, so
you know I'll be all this is good news for me.
So I have to dodge those doors that hit me
almost hit me that one time.

Speaker 4 (28:49):
What's the bike community saying about all this?

Speaker 1 (28:51):
They love it.

Speaker 3 (28:52):
My guys, my bike crew, my Sunday Morning bike, we
love it. You're in the pack the cyclists enthusiast Seacrest
here one eight hundred five to oh one two seven.
I'm gonna grab Marissa in Downie And this is a
conversation about, you know, having your ex in your life,
which seems to be a common theme on this show.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
We get a lot of.

Speaker 3 (29:14):
Calls about this comes up quite often. Marissa in Downey. So, Hi, Marissa, Nie,
your fiance wants his ex to be your wedding photographer.
Is that correct?

Speaker 15 (29:26):
He does, Okay, So Mike Chance and I are getting
married next spring, so we're in the middle of all
of our wedding planning and started talking about pheographers and
he casually suggests his ex girlfriend. Apparently she's become a
really successful wedding photographer, and he says that she's one
of the best in the area. So I guess they dated.

(29:50):
Gorky and I met and there wasn't like a messy
breakup as far as I know and like. But they
haven't been close in a long time, but they still
follow each other on social media. But that's a so
this could go This.

Speaker 1 (30:03):
Could be one of two things.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
This could be number one, dear friends, and he's trying
to help her out with some good business or number two,
this is the Shakira moment at the World Cup that
she had with her ex in the stance I mean,
is this the hey, look what I'm doing now moment?

Speaker 4 (30:17):
No, it's both bad and bad.

Speaker 6 (30:19):
Oh really, it's like, yes, so many wedding photographers in
the area we live in, LA, Like, you could definitely
find another wedding program.

Speaker 5 (30:27):
Why I want to mess with this one day? What
if she's like, you don't know what she's like. What
if she, oh, I forgot to get the pictures of
you guys.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
Yeah, it looks I forgot an extra battery.

Speaker 3 (30:37):
Yeah, and she'll have access to all of those photos.
What does he say when you dig a little deeper
as to why he's suggesting this?

Speaker 15 (30:47):
He his argument is that she's a professional. This is
her job, Like, why wouldn't we pick the best person
if we can afford her.

Speaker 1 (30:54):
In a strange sort of events.

Speaker 3 (30:55):
When it comes to xes in this situation, I am
going to agree with both Sysney and Tanya.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
This is a non starter.

Speaker 4 (31:02):
Excellent.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
Wow, this is a non started. This is too weird.

Speaker 3 (31:06):
I don't like it, too sticky, too strange of him
to recommend it. Yes, I think you push back entirely,
and if he doesn't understand, we have another conversation about
a bigger problem, and we can do that next Tuesday
at seven to twenty.

Speaker 5 (31:19):
Yeah, and I'm happy to provide you with a list
of photographers that I looked at.

Speaker 11 (31:23):
Yeah, all right, good luck, thank you, thanks.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
Yeah, that's strange to capture the intimate moments between your
ex and his new bride.

Speaker 6 (31:35):
Yeah, you're supposed to feel happy and relaxed in these photos,
and I don't.

Speaker 4 (31:39):
I wouldn't be able to all of them.

Speaker 5 (31:41):
And they're in your your room while you're getting ready,
they're in the groom's room while he's getting ready.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
Strangeness there, I don't know.

Speaker 7 (31:50):
On air with Ryan Seacrest in some of the best
gas prices about to give away free gas in Guardina.

Speaker 3 (31:59):
So the best is there in Guardina or Sam's Club,
the Arco Guardina Fuel. So if you're familiar with those,
Chewi's deal is even better. He's in the neighborhood and
he's gonna pay for the whole thing. And then after
he does that, I'm gonna give y'all listening, y'all listening
to chance to y'all listen y'all. Y'all hear y'all facing
the dew. I'll give you all a chance to call

(32:20):
in to win as well. My roots there, my roots.
All right, Chewie, Let's talk about your cowboy hat that
you put in your stories. It looks like you're riding
a horse. Are you training for the the Red Bluff Rodeo?

Speaker 1 (32:31):
What's going on?

Speaker 9 (32:33):
I'm just Mexican, Okay, I'm.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
I didn't know you had a horse.

Speaker 9 (32:40):
Yeah, Bro, we got horses, man, Yeah, we got we
got we got horses. We got Chili's cowboys.

Speaker 1 (32:49):
Why do I miss all this? How did I miss
all this?

Speaker 9 (32:52):
This is gold right, super Mexican, Ryan, super?

Speaker 3 (32:57):
Well we I have ridden a horse too, Bro, So
you can invite yours truly over for a little ride,
a ride in barbecue.

Speaker 9 (33:04):
Yeah go, I'm down. That'd be fun. That'd be a
great time. But I'm here with my girl, Crystal, who
recently moved from Denver, Colorado. She doesn't believe me that
I'm talking to you, Ryan, So I'm gonna pass over
the phone so you talk to her.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
Okay, Okay, there you go.

Speaker 3 (33:20):
Hello, Crystal, it is Ryan Seacrest, Disney and tany On
Kiss FM.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
Good morning, How are you?

Speaker 13 (33:27):
Good morning? How are you Ryan? Oh my god, I
can't believe I'm.

Speaker 10 (33:29):
Talking to Ryan from American Idol.

Speaker 13 (33:33):
We are here to other time.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
Thank you for that. I appreciate it. This is my
day job in the morning with Sistey and Tani here
on kiss. So tell me about yourself. What do you
do there in Guardina or do you commute?

Speaker 13 (33:45):
I know I commute a little, not too much.

Speaker 10 (33:48):
It's not so far from here, but I live here,
but my I work like out of town. And speaking
of hills, And what do you do, I work at
a at a grocery store in the delis.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
Got it?

Speaker 3 (34:00):
Well, thank you very much for listening to us watching
Idol back in the day.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Here's the deal.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
Chewie has been a signed to give out free gas,
so you are the lucky recipient of that in Guardina
right now this morning, a free tank of gas.

Speaker 10 (34:13):
I needed the dash too.

Speaker 3 (34:15):
Yeah, you know, I find that everybody, everybody at the
gas station is right at that point where they're really
in need of the gas.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
So we got it for you.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
And then Chewy was texting us that you you moved
here from Denver, right, why'd you move here?

Speaker 10 (34:27):
Yes, I'm originally from here. My family's from here. We
left from here to Denver about an old stake, and
we know, we just decided to come back home. We
missed our family and miss California, the beach breeze, you know,
so we're back here.

Speaker 3 (34:44):
I understand. Well, good luck today. Thank you for listening
to us, and enjoy your free gas. Okay, Crystal, thank.

Speaker 13 (34:50):
You so much.

Speaker 15 (34:51):
Ryan and I have a great day.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
Thank you.

Speaker 13 (34:54):
Bye bye.

Speaker 1 (34:58):
Well man, she missed is the beach and the breeze.

Speaker 3 (35:02):
We'll wait for the breeze that's gonna come in a
couple of weeks, I hope, but right now she's getting
that free guest, so enjoyed. Thank you being out there
and Guardiana this morning. What's your assignment tomorrow to where
are you gonna be?

Speaker 9 (35:11):
Well, we're gonna be at tomorrow. We're gonna be in
uh uh, We'll be in Hawthorne. Bro, I'm gonna be
all over Hawthorne.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
That's like me asking Mark, where are we gonna be
in Hawthorn?

Speaker 4 (35:21):
What are you doing next?

Speaker 1 (35:23):
What we got next? I know it's next? Free gas here,
all right? Thanks to you.

Speaker 3 (35:26):
We goodbye? Right, Why don't you play seven La. All right,
we've got a training report. Tanya is up. She's excited
about this training report because she's asked, is there such
a thing about the ultimate I'm doing great without you moment?
She thinks Shakira had it at the World Cup, and
there's a lot of talk about this. It's very interesting
the history of she and her ex and the World Cup,

(35:48):
which you'll get to. You asked me, who did I
watch the World Cup with as featured in the photo Georgia?

Speaker 5 (35:54):
No, no, no, no, no no. You remember this photo
that you posted of you eating something you have like.

Speaker 1 (36:00):
Oh, yeah, that's me having ice cream.

Speaker 4 (36:02):
Yeah, so he posted this photo. What else is the story?
You took a screenshot? Yeah? I did, because I know.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
I don't know if I should be worried if she
does that or if that's fine.

Speaker 4 (36:12):
I don't know either.

Speaker 5 (36:14):
Because I noticed a hand somebody.

Speaker 4 (36:20):
Nails that's not your hand, mom or somebody.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
I'm worried that you that forensic on my post, terrifying
that she can do that.

Speaker 4 (36:32):
We're great for the show. Hard to say.

Speaker 1 (36:36):
How's the How are the nails they need to be red?
Are they fine?

Speaker 8 (36:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (36:41):
Yeah, that's what.

Speaker 4 (36:42):
Means that they've probably been hanging out with you for
a while.

Speaker 14 (36:45):
Then, ye haven't had a chance to go to get
a nailed what do you call it, chopped cut? Yeah,
let's get to Shakira.

Speaker 5 (36:58):
Okay, well, this was like a big story and it's
been I've just been getting so many layers to it.
So Shakira obviously performed with the first ever halftime show.
But what everybody's talking about is her ex Gerard Pique.
So he played for Spain in the World Cup in
twenty ten, twenty fourteen, and twenty eighteen. He was sitting
in the stands with their two sons and the camera
panned while she was performing d Die blasting to the

(37:20):
stadium the kids were dancing.

Speaker 4 (37:22):
He was stone faced. Okay, somebody said it perfectly.

Speaker 5 (37:26):
He said, Shakiro's letting her ex husband know that she's
playing the World Cup and he is not. And then
one other person pointed out that Shakira has now performed
at four World Cups and Gerard only ever played in three.
So the internet verdict is Shakira won the breakup. And
if you guys don't remember, there was all those rumors
about Gerard Pique chading.

Speaker 4 (37:46):
Yeah, with the jam. Remember there was a strawberry jam.

Speaker 5 (37:48):
That he didn't like in the fridge and then she
came back from tour and realized it was gone, so
somebody had eaten it, but he doesn't like it, well.

Speaker 3 (37:55):
Do so who do you do you think that she
knew that he would be there before she booked performing,
or she booked performing and then he bought his ticket,
or he bought his ticket, like in what order you
think that will happen? Or he would go anyway because
he goes every time there's a World Cup.

Speaker 4 (38:10):
Kids were there.

Speaker 3 (38:11):
Yeah, that's what the talk is all about. He was
stone faced right in the in the meme.

Speaker 6 (38:16):
Yeah, yeah, he wasn't like and how could you not
be dancing when she's performing?

Speaker 4 (38:20):
Died to night, like, oh my gosh, that was that
is such a jam good.

Speaker 3 (38:24):
That's how my friend broke her nails dancing to that song.

Speaker 1 (38:27):
A friend?

Speaker 4 (38:28):
Okay, a friend? Is that what she would want you
to call her?

Speaker 1 (38:34):
Sometimes? I wish my microphone didn't work. That was so good.

Speaker 3 (38:39):
I can't I didn't even know how. You do have
to go back and understand and look how you did that?

Speaker 4 (38:42):
Anywhere I'll send you assumed in screen. So he doesn't
post stories ever.

Speaker 1 (38:46):
Now I think props.

Speaker 3 (38:48):
I think props to the director though of the World
Cup that took the shot of Shakira's kids dancing and
then her extras sort of staring yeah out of nowhere.
